The beds and pillows were comfortable, but unfortunately, there was too much light getting in through the window. In Alaska the should curtains should be the blackout type with the amount of daylight they have.

A decent place to sleep when visiting the greater Anchorage area. The hotel seemed relatively clean. Included parking. Coffee and a quick breakfast provided each day. Early check-in an hour before assigned time was an absolute no. Our stay was very basic with no frills (including a bottle of water). Had to ask for fresh towels for day 2. No daily cleaning automatically provided. Priced well above other Marriott SHS properties, but was commensurate with competitor Anchorage choices during the time we spent in the City.

Die to pet allergies , the no pet policy was key. Breakfast could have had bacon or sausage, but otherwise very nice hotel

Location is great. The rooms need some TLC. The AC units are too old and loud, the pillows are too rough. Some upgrades will be great

Nothing. To go away from this place. No hot water for shower. No tv working. Bad internet. super noise heater (we cannot sleep). Terrible, but terrible and disgasting breakfast in a dirty area. But the worst of all is the crew. This was the worst hotel staff I have ever met. If the hotel simply fired the entire staff, it would be better than it is now. People who are visibly there against their will, with absolutely no desire to be there.

Fresh breakfast, seemed to be same thing the 5 days, except the meat option changed we were there. Hot tub seemed was hot, but think the timer was broke with the 15 minute time limit. Was a little slow to refresh our room, was later in the afternoon after 4 pm. Overall good experience. Excellent staff, would recommend to others. Only downside was the homeless in the back of hotel, begging for cigarettes

Easy to Find N/A
-
The biggest disappointment was the pool area. The pool was extremely cold, and the hot tub was only slightly warm, making both essentially unusable. This was a major factor in why we booked this hotel, so it was frustrating. We also paid more for this property compared to other options, expecting better overall quality. However, even the suite fell short. The refrigerator was completely iced over and unusable, and the blackout shades—something that’s especially important in Alaska—let in a significant amount of light, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, this stay did not reflect the level of comfort or amenities we expected, especially from a Marriott-branded property.

The staff was amazing! There was an issue with a guest on my floor, but security handled it immediately.

Staff was friendly, rooms could be brighter with lights and a tad updated but honestly it was a nice hotel
