Very nice experience. staff was always helpful. I like having more than one dining option on site.

This is a very expensive hotel offering worn, outdated, and ugly cheap motel decor and furniture, cheap synthetic pillows… there is no luxury here except pricing.
-
Outrageous rates - Paid over $615 plus tax for an overnight at a sub par hotel (small basic room). Breakfast was extremely crowded due to cruise ship crowds, but nice staff and decent breakfast

Great stay before heading out on our cruise.

Exceptional

Very likely upscale and nice 10+years ago. Many places are in need up an overhaul it upgrade. Especially the guest rooms. The pool area isn’t functional at all for children and that was disappointing. We ate at Fletchers twice and it was great, and the service was even better. The art galleries were amazing! Service was great. Definitively needs some updating though.

The cleanliness was great of our room and the hotel in general

The staffs are very helpful with requests from getting us a kettle, deal with late checkouts to filling up our water bottle…

Amazing and convenient place to stay. The only knock is they need an airport shuttle. They are the perfect location for the spring and pre-spring events in Anchorage. Great views from our rooms. Excellent food choices, highly recommend this exceptional hotel.
