    As far as food goes there was not one keto/low-carb/high-protein item to be found, so we got our coffee and left. Coffee was good.

    Beddings and pillows looked old and uncleaned and unchanged. Greasy cabinet surfaces. Airconditioning is super loud and noisy.

    Location in midtown which is fine with a car. Plenty of parking outside. Spacious rooms well heated with daily servicing. Breakfast included good selection of cut fresh fruit. There was no forewarning that the pool was out of service due renovation. The hot items at breakfast could be more appealing and healthy. Even just cooked eggs would be better than biscuits and gravy or soft tacos with shredded cheese.

    Very disappointed. Arrived to find that the pool and hot tub were not in service. The elevator closest to our room was being retiled so we had to use the one at the opposite end of the building. The WiFi was not in service which also controlled everything on TV so the first night we had no wifi or tv for any of us. Our room had what looked like bloody boogers on the wall and the fan had an inch of dust on it. The air ran all night and was very noisy yet the temperature did not change at all in the room. At the breakfast buffet, it was always out of coffee the one thing I wanted. We had to walk to Starbucks a block away and pay for coffee. Overall, incredibly disappointing and paid over $400 a night to stay at what I would consider not even a 2 star hotel. When I asked about a compensation for the issues, they offered Hilton points only which are worthless considering I would have to pay more money to stay at their hotels again rather than refunding some of the money I paid to have a nice experience. Also, there was another family of 4 traveling with us that I sadly asked them to change their reservation to be with us and they had the same experience. We ended up on opposite sides of the hotel and different floors. I am still shocked that Hilton put its name on this hotel. I will say the front desk person was friendly. They did offer us another room. It smelled like smoke and the tv wouldn’t even turn on so we asked to stay in ours and have it cleaned.

    Hot tub was down for repairs. Chair in room was held together with metal clamps and zip ties. Got harassed by homeless people outside. Half the parking was blocked off for painting.

    It was not far from the airport and the exterior looked well maintained.. Staff were very friendly Firstly we rand reception 10 minybefore the train arrived and were told to ring when we were off the train with our bags. Rand when arrived and told an hour before shuttle would be there so we had to book an Uber. We had a 2 bedroom apartment that was very claustrophobic. There was fresh blood on the floor in the queen bed room. Sheets looked like someone had slept in them for a week. They were very thin and crinkled. Quilt was very thin and not warm at all. I did ask for another blanket the next day which helped a lot. Pillows looked old and misshapen. Aircon next to one of the beds was extremely noisy and kept going on and off. Breakfast only available till 9am. Furniture looked old fashioned and a mix match of chairs. Toilet blocked 3 times during our stay.

    The hot tub was nice and larger than many hotels. The pool was small. We did have to wear ear plugs because the fan for heater / air was loud. Also rooms didn’t seem to be sound proof. The variety breakfast was very good. There were a couple restaurants in walking distance.
