I’ve stayed at this hotel several times. Generally the room is ready and the staff is very helpful. This time was a disappointment. We got there after check-in and our room was not ready. They could not tell me when that room would be ready and it took the front desk 15 minutes to locate another room. The room was a bit noisy. In addition, a piece of technology went missing while we were out enjoying Disneyland. This has been reported and it is quite a disappointment.

The downsides are the noise. You can hear everything through the walls, floors, and doors. We heard the guests in the unit above ours walking around all the time on what sounded like their hardwood floors (our floors were carpeted). We could hear kids talking (not yelling) in the hallways as they were leaving for Disneyland with their families at 5:30/6am. We could hear the tv from neighboring rooms. Those things also made us worried about our own nose levels. We would stay here again for convenience but would switch to a different property if we knew it had thicker walls/doors/floors/ceilings.

The hotel staff was super friendly and helpful! They made everything easy and we felt right at home. The rooms were clean and we had a great view of the Disneyland fireworks. The one minor quibble we had was accessibility for our kids. The sink was too tall and the toilet paper was too far for them to reach. All-in-all, this hotel was great and we were easily able to walk to and from Disneyland.

Requested late checkout and was told they were booked completely, I looked up their website and rooms were still open, we were actually rushed out even hit a call to see if we were ready to check out about 45 minutes before checkout.

Best customer service and nice, clean, quiet rooms.

They let us leave our cars on our check out day so we didn't pay at the convention center. Definitely coming again!

Free parking for guests. Breakfast with fee. Starbuck is located inside of the hotel. We will returning and highly recommended for everyone.

The Wyndham is an excellent hotel. It is my go to when visiting the Disneyland Resort. Close enough to walk, free parking, friendly staff, and upscale property.

Loved our stay short walk to Disneyland. Staff is so nice and attentive. Beds are so comfy loved thats they have a keurig coffee machine but the best thing about this hotel is their free underground parking. Just wish they had free breakfast but all in all i would definitely stay here again.

The friendliness and helpfulness of the entire team stood out above everything else. The front desk associates greeted us with genuine smiles and warm welcomes, even after a long drive. Throughout our stay, every staff member we encountered went above and beyond. The hotel itself is clean, comfortable, and perfectly located—just a short 10-minute walk to the Disneyland gates (much closer than I expected!). The only negative I had was the extra charge for the second car, but otherwise a great stay overall.

Staff was really nice. Location was good. Very clean facility. Our trip was ruined by another couple/guest having sexual relations in the jacuzzi in the open for all to see. I had 3 teenage boys with me as well. Staff comped us a breakfast but our trip was still not what we had hoped for.

Stay was absolutely wonderful. Staff was very friendly and attentive. Although we chose no to housekeeping, they made their rounds every day which was good to know. Quiet atmosphere and smoke free environment make it a must for any family traveling. Rooms are nice and clean and come with microwave, mini fridge, and a safe to keep your belongings. Free parking was our biggest reason for staying here. Parking garage is located underground and is gated. Conveniently located close to Disneyland made it only a 10-15 minute walk to the front gate of the park. Lots of food options to choose from nearby. Hot tub and pool made it a nice amenity to have on site. Pool towels readily available. Overall, great first experience at this hotel. Will definitely consider staying again when we make plans for Disneyland in the future!

Truthfully we would love to stay here again if the hotel would let us. To be honest we got a $350 smoking fee. Which we totally agree with cause we did smoke weed after a long day at park so yes we did smoke. But we tried to keep it nice and clean. We kept the window open, threw away the ashes , had candle on so it wasn’t effecting any other guest. But the hotel got us. I hope this doesn’t prevent us from staying here again cause we truly enjoyed the hotel. Nothing

This is a great hotel! Reasonable price, close enough to walk to the park! The bed was extremely comfortable, and the room was clean and comfortable with plenty of USB’s.

We loved the bed and tub! Great alternative since we were too late to use the pool I loved everything however the hallways to the room had a very weird smell. I wouldn’t know how to describe it.

The property is an easy 12 min walk to Disneyland. (Yes, we timed it). The staff are attentive and I appreciated the on-site coffee bar. Grab a coffee a walk to Disneyland in the morning. We would stay here again.

The staff was attentive, friendly and was the best part of our stay. The room was large but has a very corporate feel. The hot tub wasn’t working correctly and the water was very dirty. Would not recommend if part of your trip will be spent by the pool. Property has close proximity to food, supplies and short walk to entrance of Disneyland.

This is my second time staying here and I will absolutely be back! We visit Disneyland 2-3 times a year and I have found the perfect spot. All of the staff are amazingly friendly and helpful and made us feel welcomed. The room, lobby, and Starbucks are always super clean and it's a in a great location. ❤️

We've stayed here a couple of times now and it's always a good spot for us and likely our go to hotel when we're visiting Disneyland. Both times we had a view of California Adventures park from the window and could see Disney fireworks off to the side; my 5 year old loves the hotel because of this (she also likes that there's nick jr on the tv). I will note that there are bright lights on this side of the hotel so need to make sure curtains are completely down and the room does get hot during the day so glad the air conditioning worked. Clean, spacious. My wife likes that there's a place to fill up our water bottles before our trips to Disneyland which is about two blocks away and very walkable. The only thing I noticed this time was that there was smells/odors coming from the sink. Unsure if there's an issue with the p-trap pipe or what. Multiple restaurants around the corner so very convenient. Love the free parking.

An elevated pastry lineup. I felt that the options weren’t comparable to even Starbucks across the street. Some knowledge gaps with basic coffee requests and it did take a long time to receive the drinks (two double shots of espresso and one iced tea).

The staff was great and very friendly! Although I arrived early they were kind and took excellent care of me. Anthony ensured I felt cared for when I first arrived and checked in with me every time he saw me. They welcome you not just on the first day but every single time you walk in. I wish they had continental breakfast or the Starbucks was open earlier on Fridays.

My only minor complaint was that the shower head didn’t provide much water pressure. I didn’t report it since it wasn’t enough to impact our stay, just a small annoyance. Otherwise, everything was excellent. The staff were attentive, no one enters the front doors without being acknowledged. The room was clean, the beds were comfortable, and the entire team, from check-in to the Starbucks counter, was fantastic. The housekeeping staff were especially friendly. We’ll definitely stay here again!

First time in this hotel, and my place to go moving forward every time I came to Anaheim. The place is really nice, with front desk being really nice. It feels like a higher end hotel, and on top of that, the location is one of the best. --

Housekeeping did a good job cleaning our room, but there were a few days we were shorted towels & bathroom/shower mats. I had to call the front desk late one evening and have them deliver those items to the room. It's a good distance from the Disneyland entrance. We walked, with our kids to the park each day we were there.

The Wyndham is (literally) a hop, skip and a jump from Disneyland. It's our go-to while visiting the park. Love the coffee shop in the lobby. It's a great place to grab a drink before rope drop.

Property was very clean. The staff members were amazing. Fredy was very professional. At first I thought he was management by the way he carries himself. You can truly tell he cares about his job and his customers. He made us feel very welcomed and at home. We felt sad when we left because we are going to really miss staying there. We stayed there for a full week. And we felt right at home.

The staff was AMAZING!! Every time we passed the check in desk, there was nothing but smiles and warm greetings, no matter the time of day. Before we traveled down, I called down a couple of times just to confirm information and each time I called it seemed that Anthony was working and he always answered the phone and acted excited to talk with me and answer all of my questions!! Anthony is AMAZING and I was so glad when I got to actually meet him and shake his hand! You CANNOT teach what Anthony brings to the table, he is definitely a keeper. As a former business owner, I would have paid any price to have someone like Anthony on my team!

The stay was nice.

The first two mornings no one cleaned our room. I had to call front desk and they had me make my own two queen beds. No clean towels or anything. On the third night they had me switch rooms because I complained they didn’t clean my room a third day. I always love this hotel but this time was terrible.

The coffee shop was excellent and convenient.

On business, Good size rooms , clean , shower could do with more pressure, but at least it’s free standing and not in a tub. Free parking and close to restaurants .

VERY CLEAN AND NICE STAFF!! GOT HOME LATE SECOND DAY AND AC NOT WORKING. HAD AT 68 AND WAS AT 73. CALLED FRONT DESK THEY STATED WILL SEND SOMEONE UP. FRONT DESK PERSON CAME UP CHECKED AND SAID I SET IT TO 65 IF YOU HAVE PROBLEMS STILL IN 10 MINUTES CALL. IT WAS LATE WE WERE TIRED AND WIFE SAID SHES GOING TO SLEEP. INSTEAD HAVING TO PACK UP AND CHANGE ROOMS WE DECIDED TO STAY. IT WAS 77 BY THE MORNING. I OPENED WINDOW DURING THE NIGHT.

We love this hotel and have stayed there more than a dozen times. The location is an easy walk to Disneyland and the staff are fantastic. A nice pool and jacuzzi and the coffee shop serves Starbucks. To top it off, parking is free.

Room was very spacious I loved the high shower head as well as the second handle option for kids and water pressure was a plus too…. plenty of drawers to organize clothing big vanity area for either eating or getting ready plenty of outlets for charging spacious bathroom and closet for hanging stuff our only minor complain was the pullout sofa was uncomfortable but other than that everything was great even the 11 minute walk to Disney was convenient

The room, king suite, is great for adults. Do not recommend for family. Regular rooms are great for families. Bed was ultra comfortable. It was super close to Disney maybe a 6 minute walk! Rooms are clean and comfortable. Shower is nice! There’s tons of food options right next door. Cheesecake, P.F. Chang’s and seoulicous was bomb and right outside! They clean the rooms everyday and even offer laundry options. Thanks to faviola for keeping our room clean daily. The front desk people are all super nice and helpful. The property is well lit and free parking safe underground!

Good hotel walking distance to disneyland with free parking and extended parking. Hot tub area was a little dirty and we didn't sleep too well on the beds. Most of my family was happy with the stay. All of the staff were friendly and helpful. They also had free cookies at check in and gave me a card for a free coffee in the morning that I didn't get a chance to use. Overall solid choice for the area.

Quick check in, clean room. Staff wasn’t bad. 4 stars because the staff wasn’t knowledgeable and able to recommend anywhere in the area if you’re looking to do anything after 10 when everything closes.

Staff on all shifts were very friendly, professional, attentive, and helpful. Hotel is a 15 minute walk to Disneyland and just about any restaurant you could want. No need for a rental car. We spent four days here and would highly recommend this hotel. Added bonus of no pets allowed, since our son is very allergic to animal dander.

Towels were stained, AC wasn’t working and we checked in late so by the time we found out, it was difficult to change rooms because kids were asleep. Manager would provide a partial refund, but gave Starbucks credit in the lobby. So many hotel options near Disney, would not stay here again with the issues and customer service

When we arrived the staff was very friendly made sure we were taken care of. Room was clean . Only down fall was no extra bedding for the pull out couch and the walls are thin we could hear others walking back and forth all night and we are an oversized SUV we did leave one day and came back to no where to park there was a lot of little cars parked in the over sized area. Walk was good not to far we have stayed at a few other hotels in the area. Would highly recommend

Excellent fast very friendly so clean really recommend this hotel for the distance clean and very confortable bed

When I reached out to confirm my reservation, the woman who picked up the phone was exceptionally rude and unprofessional. This interaction immediately cast a shadow over my entire stay. She displayed a complete lack of professionalism while addressing my concerns and dismissed my question without a second thought. I’ll definitely seek alternative accommodations next time.

The staff were extremely welcoming and friendly. Each team member we encountered were personable and seem to remember our presence, which made it feel home like. The room itself was clean and nice. We greatly appreciate the complimentary parking which was a definite plus. The hotel itself was an awesome location, about 10 minutes away from the Disney parks and close to yummy restaurants. Cheesecake Factory, PF Changs, and California Pizza Kitchen are less then a five minute walk.

Overall good for the price and the accessibility to the parks.

It was good, only negatives were they shine lights on the side of the hotel at night which literally are pointing at rooms windows the blinds do an okay job but if you like a pitch black room it’s not that.

Second time at the Wyndham for a Disney vaca. It’s only a 10 min walk from the parks which is very nice. Staff was awesome and very friendly. The rooms could use a few updates. Our room was pretty muggy for our stay but not a huge deal. It can get pretty noisy since you’re right on Katella and you can hear other guests above you. Overall pretty good. Would stay again!

First time in the USA. The location was super good, lots of things nearby to visit. And staff was super friendly on my stay.

Wife and son loved the property, easy walk to Disney, clean and nice all around.

The second room was dirty—there were stains on the floor and in the hallway, the room hadn’t been properly cleaned, and the safe was broken. It only got worse. The walls were so thin we barely slept for two nights because of loud noise from the room above—kids running and constant banging. We tried calling the front desk multiple times, but no one ever answered. Overall, it was a really bad experience. One problem after another. We will never stay here again.

This hotel is a couple of blocks away from Disneyland. The room is decent with a nice bathroom. Microwave and refrigerator are included in the room, which was a major plus. The room was very cozy. Only downside was that the air conditioning unit took awhile to cool down the room after a hot day.

This hotel is clearly severely understaffed and in need of a refurb which is letting it down. Firstly, when I arrived, my room smelled absolutely awful. Dust could be seen around the room and signs of wear and tear were clear. The room was supposedly deep cleaned after they found something"dingey" causing the smell, but I have doubts. Whilst the smell had lessened, it was still there... As was the dust bunny on top of the headboard and grime around the light switches. As someone with allergies, the only way I could breathe easier in the room was by having the window open - but this still caused congestion. To make matters worse, there were silverfish (bugs) crawling around - which wouldn't be a huge deal if it weren't for the other concerns around cleanliness. I picked this hotel as the reviews said it smelled clean. However, to me the smell was of cleaning products being misused (ie, the same cloths used everywhere causing a rotten cleaning product smell) and mould. Be warned also - they "do not help with bags" so if you have any accessibility concerns like myself... good luck. The onsite cafe is not open over lunch time, and only for a short period in the afternoon/evening but it does serve Starbucks which is good. Whilst the area feels okay to walk to Disneyland and back when there are other people around, it generally doesn't feel 100% safe. The only good thing about this hotel is the lovely supervisor who was there on my 1st night/2nd day (did not catch his name).

Beautiful hotel, 15...not 10, minutes to Disneyland. I called ahead about parking and was glad I could pay $30 to park before check-in so we could go to the park. Got back around 330 pm to check in, lovely everyone and got to the 2nd floor and all I could smell was cleaner (chemicals) along the entire floor! It was beyond strong but better in the room,at first! After about an hour i contacted the front desk and there weren’t any open rooms to move to. Eyes were burning. I think the laundry is on this floor and they pverdid the bleach or spilled something this day. Howveer, I hope this isn’t the regar conditions people must sleep and work in.They attempted to tell me, oh, you can check out and check back in, um, no...unacceptable. They did call at 9am the next day to switch. 4th floor...still an odd smell in the hall but the room was just musty, not chemical, so i could handle it. We moved and it was fine but the second floor is horrid.

Booked an upgraded room for a 3 night stay. Rooms were a bit shabby. First room had an odor and torn carpet, the second room they assigned had a slippery, leaky tub in the bathroom and dirty carpet. No soundproofing, heard footsteps ALL night from our 2nd floor room. Very pricey for the condition of rooms - only the staff and location were nice.

This is a clean, updated hotel with friendly staff. The underground parking was great! There is no free breakfast but a cafe is conveniently in the lobby. It is just far enough away from Disneyland to feel like a long walk at the end of a long day in the park, but it is walkable.

Hotel is great, but the road noise is a bit loud so bring a sound machine. Easy 5 min walk MAX to Disney gates. This is our go to Disneyland property. Everyone there is amazing, have a Starbucks and is very clean.

Great staff that was so friendly and welcoming everytime we would leave and get back to the hotel. Only issue we had was when our a/c turned off it would drip water. I just set a towel down and it was all good! Comfy bed pillows and close to Disney!

Pros: comfy bed, amazing staff, comfortable beds, great water pressure in the shower, great walking distance to Disney, accommodating Cons: Our first room, the AC didn’t work, so we moved to a new room with good AC. All good, until we found the ants. Dozens of them. On the counter, walls, bathroom, here and there on the bed comforter. And we weren’t offered help with our luggage. Not sure if that’s a thing or not, I’ve always been told the bellhop will deliver, but there bag cart sits in the lobby for you to grab. I didn’t ask. But I wasn’t offered the help either. So not sure.

Free parking is AWESOME. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. There was only one issue with the shower where the lever to toggle between the rain fall or handheld showerhead didn't work, but that didn't really impact our ability to take a shower.

Love this hotel! Very doable walk to Disney, even with kids! The room was very nice and clean, have no complaints at all.

We had a room on the top floor and felt like we had the hotel to ourselves. It was very quiet and we barely saw other guests during our entire 4 night stay. Bathroom was nice. Maid service didn’t come daily so that would be the only complaint.

I was very surprised by how much I enjoyed this hotel. It was on the more affordable end, and I thought maybe the pictures were better than the real thing. I was wrong. I actually really enjoyed it. Everything felt very clean and the staff was amazing.

Room was very clean and well appointed the bed was super comfortable. The only two concerns were that we had asked for a room with a view and received a room that looked out over the neighboring buildings rooftop and air-conditioning units. Also the plug in the big soaking tub would not stay down so we couldn’t use the tub.

Check in was wonderful and quick! The room was spacious and clean! Very quiet for the hotel being so near Disneyland! Lots of eating places to choose from in the area. Was very disappointed by Starbucks in the lobby area, wanted hot oatmeal like I receive from other Starbucks anywhere, ie: butter patties, brown sugar in a packet, nuts and cranberries/raisins in a packet along with hot steel cut oatmeal! Instead we got Quaker instant oatmeal of apples/cinnamon and maple brown sugar instant oatmeal in a cup! Received my blueberries in a cup, not like in a sealed container! If they are not going to be serving pastries and other usual items from Starbucks, take it out!!

We love staying here when we go to Disneyland - easy walk from the hotel; can grab breakfast in the lobby. The rooms are great size for our family. And plenty of plugs/chargers.

We picked this hotel due to its within walking distance to Disneyland for an affordable price. The staff were extremely friendly and accommodating with our request. We were able to watch the fireworks nightly from our room which was a bonus. There is also a Starbucks inside the hotel which made it convenient.

Nice hotel, but the food was terrible. Bagel was so tough i couldnt bite or chew it. Egg white omelet in cafe was missing the avocado and looked like a dirty dishcloth, and no toast. For $16.99!! I wish Starbucks was open in the afternoon. Staff wete very friendly.

Every time I go to Disney this is where I stay. My son and I love staying at this hotel. It’s clean the staff is very friendly and most importantly I feel safe.

Would not stay here again. Check in was easy enough, did it on my phone. The first room was absolutely disgusting. There was black mold around the air conditioner and the wallpaper was lifted due to mold. I took pics which will be posted. The entire room smelled of mold and super strong disinfectant (I’m sure to hide the mold/musty smell). I called to request a room without mold and the staff meme we told me to come get a new key card for a different room. When I went to the lobby, she was already laughing. I told her I took pictures and she can see and she laughed it off saying “yeah, yeah, I already know. Expedia rooms are like that”. The new room was better but still not good. At this point I figured all of them were going to be nasty. Although there was no mold, it was filthy. Dust everywhere, bathroom not clean, stains on the floor and furniture, blood on the bathroom floor. Although the location is convenient to the park, I wouldn’t recommend until they do a complete renovation.

We have stayed at the Wyndham Anaheim for several times now and it has always been a consistent great day. The rooms have always been clean and they come in and clean up the room every day. The only downside is that they do not offer any sort of breakfast complimentary.

Parking was free and you can leave the car in the car park when you check out so you can still enjoy a full day at Disney. We have two teenage children and got a twin queen bed room and an extra pull out sofa bed. The room was excellent and the shower was great. A proper shower with good pressure - not a shower head over a bath tub. There is a mini Starbucks in the hotel lobby that made a lovely bagel in the morning too! I would definitely stay here again!
