Reviews
The Anaheim Hotel is a popular choice for visitors to Disneyland due to its close proximity to the park. Guests generally appreciate the friendly and helpful staff, cleanliness of the hotel, and amenities such as the pool and on-site restaurant. However, some guests have complained about the cleanliness and condition of the rooms, particularly the bathrooms, and the comfort of the beds.

Hotel staff are wonderful! They make our stays enjoyable and easy.

Hotel staff are always friendly, helpful, and respectful. We love staying at the Anaheim!

Room is incredibly outdated. Carpet is old. Very hard to open the patio door. Our room had a super small bathroom for our family of 4. The shower was unusable. Told staff when we left so I’m really hoping it gets fixed. Pressure was all over the place and it goes between hot and cold throughout the shower. Tub took hours to drain. We would come back, but it would need to be an updated room. I highly suggest trying to get one.
- 3/5
Staff was great and location perfect for Disneyland. Hotel rooms need updating which they are working on building by building. Overall, good place to stay especially if you have children who love to swim.
- 3.5/5
Cute hotel The rooms were pretty dirty. Fresh stain on the sheets and you can tell they don’t wipe stuff down
- 5/5
Our BEST vacation to Disneyland because of all of you!
- 5/5
Clean room, comfy beds and close to the parks.
- 3/5
Property close to parks, eight minute walk. Restaurants nearby. Outdoor pool area was very nice, clean and very well maintained. I cannot say the same about the rooms. Upon checking in, we noted a very strong smell of old cigarettes in a non smoking room immediately. Carpets were dirty, found food crumbs on the floor. Bathrooms need updated, tile and ceramic crumbling in places. The mattresses seemed to be dated too as the caved to the middle once laid on. Also, no elevator to higher floors. Had to drag heavy luggage up flights of stairs. Although, this location is ideal, I would look to stay in another hotel if returned.

Always a favorite place to stay. Not a single bad experience ever.

I would say overall the stay was nice. My only complaint would be how horrible the water the water pressure is. Staff was friendly. Amenities were nice and having the pizza restaurant attached to the facility was a bonus.
- 5/5
Great location for walking distance to Disney. The pool is amazing! Staff super nice and helpful.
- 3/5
The location to the park They did not have a lot of basic things, We forgot a tooth brush and even cheap basic hotels provide a toothbrush if you forget one
- 4/5
The room was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful and friendly and always seemed happy to see us! I wished that more of the chaises by the pool were available to regular guests and didn’t require extra fees. Appreciated our room in a quiet spot and loved how quickly we could walk to and from Disneyland. Would definitely stay again!

This was our second time staying at this hotel during our Disneyland trip. We love the huge outdoor pool. We were very disappointed, though that there were no flamingo pool Floaties again this year which is one of the reasons why we booked it!!! The beds are very comfortable and the staff is friendly. We also like eating at the pizza restaurant.

Great pool, big grounds for families to gather, great location and really great staff.
- 5/5
This my first staying at The Anaheim hotel and will for sure be staying there again.

The property is right across from Disneyland which made walking to the parks a breeze. There no other reason to recommend this resort. The room we were offered smelled like mildew the moment we walked in. I was to excited for my vacation and chose to ignore it. After 3 days I was feeling depressed and like I had been scammed. None of the photos on the Expedia listing properly show the age of the resort. It is hardly a clean place to stay.

Amazing all around. Perfect location for Disney, and the staff was incredible. Jonathon, the manager, went above and beyond to help me decorate for my child’s bday!!!! Everyone was attentive, such fun things to do on property for all ages. Even my daughter (16) said, we are totally staying here next time. 10/10!!!!!
- 3/5
Never received communication about our room being ready, we had to reach out to the hotel.
- 5/5
The property is wonderfully laid out with many different areas to relax, play games, lay in a hammock, sit by the fire, or swim in the olympic size pool. We particularly like that there are plenty of chairs near the pool. The best part of the hotel is their staff. From Sam who helped facilitate a little extra magic to celebrate our daughter’s graduation, to the house keeping staff who did and amazing job keeping our room clean, to Mike the Bellman who had the friendliest morning hello and always offered help.
- 4/5
It was very close to Disneyland everything was walking distance There was no Microwave in the rooms had to go to the lobby to use it

Love this hotel. Clean, great amenities, love the vibe. Second time staying here. Would visit again.

The staff checking in were very helpful with relocating our room closer to our friend’s room. Rooms are comfy and hotel is in a good location. Our room restroom needed a little updating, but overall our experience was excellent!

Close to the Disneyland Resort. Short walk to our room to take a break during our day. Disneyland Fireworks can be seen from the hotel property as well. Pizza Press on site is very good to a cheaper bite. Would stay again!
- 4/5
The room was very clean. We had 2 king beds. No view at all but I didn’t reserve that either. Parking was a little hectic since no available spaces by our room when we checked in. Found one closer later on though. Construction was starting in the building next to our building.was going to be loud. It’s not the closest but not far at all from park. Overall nice hotel and good rooms.
- 5/5
Old school feel with modern amenities. This hotel transported me back in time to my childhood. I loved the look of the hotel and the staff were super friendly. It was a short walk to Disney with a good pizza place right next door. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Made our trip to Disneyland a breeze. We were able to park in their lot early and walk right i to the park. Rooms were comfortable after a long day.
- 5/5
If your plans involve Disneyland, this is the hotel for you! Great for travel with or without kids. So much to do and excellent location. Everything is updated and the vibe is Instagram trendy boutique feels! This was our second stay, room 315 in the “Garden” block has two queen size beds and a large back patio with a lounger and an outdoor dining set! The 700 block is in the back with two queen beds no patio but a huge bathroom. The attached pizza press restaurant is excellent too! You can’t go wrong..ask about the golf simulator.
- 5/5
Great all around. We will definitely return soon.
- 3/5
$164.00 4-day parking pass don’t understand why you would charge your customers parking to stay at your hotel and your WiFi was horrible
- 5/5
Everything was very clean and maintained. There's isn't anything bad I can say about our stay. Maybe the hot/cold water could be more consistent but it's a large hotel. The Employees were friendly and helpful. Loved the Pizza Press which is attached to the hotel. The pool was also great and clean. Would definitely stay again
- 5/5
The graden walk is right behind you so the tons of food options. The cvs/walgreens is also close by. The store on the property has any quick thing you may have forgotten at home. And the staff are very friendly. It’s a quick Two crosswalks to be on property and approaching the security line and coming back at the end of a long day is just as easy. This hotel also has the benefit of having some unlikely bird neighbors, as we often find large parrots hanging out around the parking lot area. Aside from that there’s a large pool for cooling off mid day or a hot tub to relax your sore muscles in the evening sometimes accompanied by a local DJ to keep the energy fun. It’s clean, spaced out, and ideally Located. (Also PIZZA!! The pizza press is attached at the lobby and they are worth a try!)
- 5/5
Perfect property in proximity to the park. Pizza Press is a plus.

Short walk to Disneyland. Large, double sink area. The room was very conveniently located. Really nice pool and good water temperature, and lots of lounge chairs, umbrellas, and pool towels. Friendly and helpful staff. On-site EV chargers. Can't think of anything.

Overall we enjoyed our stay and we would likely stay here again. Our room did smell old. The front desk acknowledged this shortcoming and said they are currently in the process of renewing certain bathrooms. The five front desk staff we had contact with were all very helpful and kind.

Conveniently located to the Disney parks. Staff were so kind, approachable and amazing. The added onsite bar and pizza press was a true treat, especially long days at Disney. Would 100% return

Wow! Amazing location, great staff and a beautiful property that was well maintained. However, the building we were in was musty and in poor condition. The shower, under the mat, was pretty gross. That said, we would probably stay there again as the positives outweighed the negative. Thank you to the staff at this hotel

This place was so gorgeous and I love the commitment to the mid-century modern design while also feeling so fresh. The place was incredibly clean and the staff was friendly. Plus so close to Disneyland! Love it and will definitely be back.

Upon arrival late first night the tub was plugged and would not drain. When I contacted the front desk in the am they did send maintenance crew over to correct. Each day housekeeping came in and made beds but never filled soap that ran out in the first day. Water was slightly warm for small amount time then showers had to be taken in cold water, I tried various times of the evening to see if that made a difference with no luck. Placed food order on outside of the door at night as instructed if you wanted breakfast delivered and the order was never picked up. Pool was great and kids loved that option.

Location to the park and the retro vibe. The property amenities were good and we look forward to returning to use them. One sink for such a giant vanity, really???? Room was a little rough as the bathrooms felt cheaply designed. The pizza place food was bleh, pizza crust was not great and the boneless wings were frozen chicken turds covered in a sauce… oh and your front desk staff needs to be better trained and with a personality!!!

Beautiful property close to the parks clean . The rooms are great the bathroom fans need to be cleaned because they are dirty and filled with debris and fogs up the bathroom . Shower head needs to be updated as well very low water pressure. But great location for the parks . Nice pool and hot tub if it wasn’t crowded . Also buy updated pillows for all the rooms .

Absolutely horrible experience. First day, we find toe nails in our bathroom, and stains on our towels and sheets. Upon our last day, they had a brochure saying that we could do late check out for $25. After calling, they told us it was $25 an hour past 11 a.m. I talked to the front desk and even though they were advertising it in their rooms, they refused to honor it. They wouldn't even let us check out later than 1 p.m. stay away from this hotel. Although its walking distance to disney, other hotels offer complimentary shuttles to the park.
- 4/5
The room was clean, but a bit dated with obvious signs of wear--nothing that I would say takes away from the charm of the retro decor. In one of the rooms, I turned on the heater as it was chilly and some sparks emitted which was concerning and the plumbing was glitchy in that room also. The other rooms were fine. It would be helpful if there was hand soap in the bathrooms by the sink instead of just the pump soap in the shower. The roll in shower was perfect for an individual who uses a wheelchair and would easily accommodate her shower chair with room for staff to assist. The staff brought me the incorrect scooter rental; but that was remedied immediately after calling the front desk. Room service was great; prompt and correct.

Easy access to Disney- clean rooms and great staff.
- 5/5
I've stayed here at least 7 times and keep coming back because the staff is great, the parking is easy, the walk to Disneyland is EzPz and the beds are BEYOND comfortable. My one complaint each time is how crappy the showers are! Bathrooms could all use an upgrade for how much we are paying. Hopeful the improvements will be made before our next stay.

Our stay at The Anaheim Hotel was fabulous. Incredibly close to the park entrance, super comfy beds and pillows, perfect temperature pool and a wonderful hot jacuzzi. Every staff member from the bellman that greets you upon arrival to the wonderful front desk team, maintenance, security and housekeeping were all so friendly and helpful. My daughter left her lifelong favorite stuffy behind when we checked out and the amazing housekeeping staff not only located it but had it delivered home to us in under a week! The smell of the lobby is invigoratingly fantastic as well! Having the Pizza Press restaurant attached and open until midnight is an added, delicious bonus! We will definitely be staying here every time we visit the area!!!

Property is decent. Refrigerator in room does not fit pizza box from pizza restaurant on site which was a bummer. There are no microwaves in rooms but water pressure in shower was great and we didn’t run out of hot water even if showering later at night. The bed was amazing w comfy pillows. Staff were friendly and being so close to Disneyland was the best part of our stay.

Staff- amazing service, everyone very friendly and helpful. Pool area: clean, well maintained, plenty of towels and seating available. Hot tub at good temperature and clean. Beds and pillows: the best sleep I’ve ever had in a hotel. I must know what mattresses they use. Play and outside gatherings areas: comfortable, easy to access- perfect for a vacation Perfect location, walking distance from the convention center, Disney, and the Garden walk. Short drive 30-60 min depending on traffic) to the shore. Short drive from Orange County Airport (15-20 min) Needs improvement: This is an older facility and it shows. Some of the outside roof coverings are damaged (does not affect in room stay), and the bathrooms could use a good rehab. Despite that, it was clean and it did not negatively affect our stay. I would definitely stay there again. Great value.
- 2/5
The staff was friendly but our toilet was broken when we got there. They came in to fix it but it broke again every single day we were there. The sinks were clogged and the curtains didn’t close letting the street flights in making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally there was a crack in our tub.
- 3/5
The room was dirty and old. The property exterior was very nice but the interior really needs renovation.
- 4/5
Amazing location to walk to Disneyland. The pool and hot tub are fantastic after a long day of walking. The negatives would be the water pressure in the showers and also watch out for food you put in the fridge. It froze a bunch of our food we bought and target and had to throw away.
- 3/5
Layout was really nice with the outdoor pool. The room was very roomy and clean. The bad thing I could say is the air vent was really loud and somewhere in the hallway was a loud bang every 30 minutes. Not sure where is was coming from but woke me up a couple of times. Sad cause everything else was nice.
- 3.5/5
The lamp and outlets between beds did not work. Toilet did not flush 4 times. Curtain liner was torn up

Location is awesome. Flamingo section older needs improvements moved over to the Garden area - much better. Ok place for location but it’s an older property don’t expect excellence. Didn’t try the local pizza shop - walked a block down to Tony Roma. Lots of kids here not a quiet place— but hey it’s Disneyland!!!
- 4/5
Enjoyed our time here. Beds were comfortable. Forgot my daughter stuffed animal and staff was helpful getting it back to us. Great location if going to the parks. Pool was nice n big.
- 4/5
However right when waking up and getting ready to check out I found a roach in the room... Gross.

It’s also a super quick and easy walk to Disney. We didn’t have to uber or anything which I really liked! Lol
- 5/5
Great stay for families wanting to be close to Disneyland. We loved it!
- 5/5
The room we got ended up having a balcony which was a lovely surprise after the lady at the front desk asked what floor we’d prefer. Staff was always quick to welcome us or say hello no matter the time and place. The hotel is completely family friendly with activities all around the hotel and a cute pool to spend time with family.
- 5/5
The room with two king beds was great, I would have like to be closer to the front, but it was great.

How close it was to Disneyland No breakfast, rooms weren’t great, and very limited parking.
- 4.5/5
The hotel was unique. The environment and decor was fun. I loved how close the hotel was to Disneyland. The room itself was okay, but I thought the bathroom set up was unusual. It felt more like shopping mall bathroom.
- 5/5
This is our go to place to stay when visiting Disney for consecutive days. I love the proximity to the parks; literally no more than 10 minutes. The staff is always so helpful and kind.
- 2/5
Stayed after a visit to Disneyland. Stayed in building 200 and booked two adjoining rooms. The fan in the rooms was so noisy that I could not sleep, it was vibrating so loud that you can hear it in the adjoining room too. Unfortunately it was late when I noticed the noise since we had the central air on earlier. I complained the next morning at checkout and the manager waived the parking fee and apologized. Do not recommend staying in the Flamingo building. The location was super convenient to Disneyland and there was plenty of parking onsite. We were able to check in about one hour early and they were nice to let us stay an additional hour if needed to check out.

Pillows are to thick,
- 5/5
Great stay for the parks. Pizza place was amazing at the end of a long park day.
- 3/5
The room was in rough shape. Chairs were unusable due to instability. The floors were very, very creaky and I felt like I was disturbing the downstairs occupants just by walking around. The water pressure kept sputtering in the sink and shower.
- 5/5
I would say the only negative was the outdated ac unit shoved behind the bed and the creaking floors. Other than that our stay was Awsome! After a long day at Disneyland we left the park before the parades and end shows and headed straight for the pool. Overall a great stay and we will definitely be back.
- 4.5/5
I loved the vintage but modern mid-century vibes of the Anaheim Hotel. All the staff was were super friendly. There are so many outdoor places to chill and relax or visit with friends and family like the pool or outdoor games. And my room had a private patio with a lounger chair and table/chairs! The bathroom in my room was rather small. So that was a little bit of a challenge at times.
- 5/5
Leo is incredible, always so warm and welcoming and the property green space is amazing for getting you out of your room and making it feel like so much more than just a stay in a room.
- 4/5
We enjoyed our 6 night stay. First room we had the AC smelled like dog urine. The bathtub didn’t drain but they moved us with no problems. Even showed me a few different rooms. Employees were nice, the pool is nice and the best part is the location. A quick walk to the park. I did miss having a breakfast at the hotel.
- 5/5
After spending the day at a park, there are many things to do to rest and play at the hotel. Great music always playing and the decor is spot-on Disney opening day!

Great location...across the street from Disneyland! Last time I was there (in February) I did not receive a coffee maker, One phone call to the front desk and one was delivered! This time the Internet went down...I couldn't get onto my computer. It was down for, at least, one day. Also, I did not get enough pillows. Not even a spare in the closet! It was OK, but the thought of more pillows seemed very inviting! I did not enjoy being placed in the back of the hotel. I was in the back, as well, when I came in February! Good thing I have great shoes!! I don't like paying for parking, either! A lot of the other hotels don't charge for parking. The only reason I chose this hotel was because it was the cheapest one located on Harbor Blvd. I have stayed at other places that gave better deals!
- 1/5
The inside of the bed had crumbs upon checking in and there was a dirty used tissue in the ice bucket. Will not return or recommend.
- 2/5
The actual property was super cute. The vibe was really cute. The convenience was really awesome. The actual room that we stayed in was pretty disgusting. There was paint chipping on the bathroom counter. It says if they just painted over a terrible counter, the walls looked disgusting. The carpet felt sticky. The bathroom smelled the rooms were really outdated and the AC was like 2 inches away from one of the beds with a curtain over it so I had to put something on the side of it so that the curtain wasn't capturing all of the AC because we couldn't feel the AC blowing.
- 4/5
Room outlets are worn out and need’s to be changed. Bathrooms need to be refreshed. Walking distance to the resort is very good. Staff at the front desk was nice. Check in was a breeze
- 3/5
For the price we had to pay I expected the hotel to be in better shape. The bathroom floor under the sink had yellow stains and no blow dryer. No hand towels unless we walked into the shower area to grab one. The beds were comfortable but the pillows could be a little stiffer to provide some support. The pool was nice and the kids had a good time playing. There was no continental breakfast which is a bummer.
- 3/5
We stay at this hotel.a lot and always seem to have an issue with our room being clean. This time a shirt, sock and trash we in the room at the time of check in. We notified them thinking it would be cleaned, and it was not. Due to a system error, the hotel charged me AGAIN for the room that was paid in full, they said it was because I booked through a 3rd party. I have stayed here 6 times in the last year and never had double charge like this, not a pending charge because they had to refund it back.
- 2/5
The room was hot and the air conditioning was horrible. We were hot the whole time. I’ve been here multiple times and never have had an experience like this
- 3/5
The location was the only real perk, since it was an easy walk to Disney. Beyond that, the stay fell short the bathroom was dirty, the tub kept clogging, and even though the AC ran, parts of it were broken and not working properly.
- 5/5
We always stay here when in Anaheim. I love this hotel and it’s literally across the street from Disneyland. We love it here.
- 5/5
The air conditioner was very loud. We had to turn it off at noon night.
- 5/5
The location, a block down from the Disneyland pedestrian entrance, can't be beat! The hotel's design and decor are cute and we had a great stay. We really enjoyed the patio attached to our room. I also appreciated the carafes of cold lemon water in the lobby, which were handy for filling our bottles before heading to the parks. Finally, the hotel restaurant, The Pizza Press, was a nice option for a meal when we were ready for a break from the parks. We took our pizza to go and enjoyed it on our patio.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
close to the park
- 1/5
Hotel room was pretty grim, old and tired and in desperate need of renovation. Carpet severely worn and bathroom tired.
- 5/5
Great place to stay.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, clean room, and walking distance from parks.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfy beds, friendly staff, great location one block from main gate entrance of Disneyland
- 4/5
The staff is friendly and helpful
- 5/5
This is our first time staying here and it was perfect. Location was perfect and a quick walk to the park. Staff was friendly and the check in process was very quick. The rooms were spacious and clean.
- 5/5
excellent pool
- 4/5
Hotel was wonderful. We did have an issue with room service. Room service items come from the Pizza Press and our room service was delivered very late and cold. When we called to follow up, we learned that they had not had time to deliver it because they had been so busy that night. So otherwise, our food was just sitting there, ready and getting cold.
- 5/5
Beyond my expectations! This will be my new place for Disney trips. Easy check-in, comfy beds, clean, parking was perfect, walking distance to Disney. Staff was extremely friendly! Thank you Anaheim Hotel.
- 5/5
The staff were amazing, a true highlight. The property was well maintained and clean. The bathrooms could use a remodel but besides that, everything was great.
- 5/5
Loved the staff! Loved the proximity to Disneyland parks…..having a place attached that sells breakfast as well as other other options for lunch + dinner is top tier. Not to mention the convenience store within its premises that has your last minute go to options! I will be a regular at this place…. Coming from an East Coast girl!
- 5/5
Great stay with a lovely pool and lots of green space for kids.
- 5/5
Loved our stay here! Just a five minute walk from Disney, staff was responsive, the pool was wonderful, and the overall ambiance is such a vibe!
- 5/5
Stayed 3 nights for a Disney trip with my kids. We walked to Disney and back for mid day breaks in the pool and for the kids to nap and then walked back in the pm. Staff was very friendly. Clean room. Had everything we needed.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
The tub drain needs cleaning. Expedia needs to cover all taxes and fees when booking with them so there’s no surprises.
- 5/5
Perfect location for Disneyland and thr bar staff was amazing
- 1/5
My husband got food poisoning the first night we were there from a chicken quesadilla that he ordered at the bar. The rooms were older and had a funky smell. The water in the shower was either really cold or really hot. The best part was being close to the park but I would not stay again.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Clean room, a little dated and in need of upgrades. Beautiful property but also
- 4/5
One of the best hotel to stay.
- 4/5
Love this place! But for what you’re paying they med to spray for roaches and get the bathrooms in order. Rooms are 5 star bathrooms are a run down motel style. Paint was chipping there was mold and even the sink was chipping. Also found hair everywhere in bathroom.
- 5/5
We loved our stay and there are so many positives! The rooms are spacious and the proximity to the park is excellent—only about a 5-minute walk to security. We also loved the scheduled room service breakfast and morning coffee. The large pool area was great, and the hotel has so many convenient extras like a FuelRod kiosk, an onsite restaurant, a lounge for drinks, and a market for anything you might have forgotten. The rate was very reasonable as well. We will definitely be coming back again and again! I’ve stayed at many Good Neighbor hotels, and this one truly checks all the boxes.
- 5/5
Overall the stay was great, friendly staff and good location. My only nitpick is that the outlet between the beds was busted so I had to charge everything in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Absolutely well located and friendly staff
- 5/5
Super fun little place. Very clean, close and wonderful staff
- 5/5
No opinion on this
- 3/5
Room could use some updating, felt like it could use a good deep clean too, smelled a little musty and felt humid, but great location if you’re going to Disney.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly and very helpful.
- 1/5
2 minutes into my shower the hot water goes out! The lobby completely renovated but the rooms sadly are not! They literally give you 1 pillow per bed! I will NEVER stay here again! Mini fridge didn’t even work and I had to get a microwave for $15.00 as they do not come with the rooms! Parking is insane!
- 5/5
Didn’t apply to us but nice room and hotel
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and nice. The woodwork was peeling on rooftops, but overall amazing stay. We will be back.
- 5/5
Perfect place for a quick trip to Disneyland. Right across the street from the main park entrance and an easy walk. All staff was very nice and helpful. Room was cleaned everyday which was nice and not always offered nowadays! A pizza restaurant is attached to the hotel, and it stays open late! The same restaurant also serves breakfast in the morning. There also a bar in the hotel lobby for the parents and a pool for the kids! I was very happy with my stay and will be back!
- 4/5
Nice pool. Good bar and restaurant. Close to Disneyland
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. The rooms were clean. It took a minute to find the hair dryer (it was in the closet). I can’t really give specifics BUT I can tell you this will be where I stay every time I book a Disney trip or Anaheim Convention Center trip.
- 5/5
The staff were wonderful, from the manager to front desk to outside doormen. They were always cheerful and available to help, and very helpful.
- 5/5
Since the moment you walk in to the time you check out the staff is really nice. Room was clean. Will definitely recommend this hotel to family & friends. Will be staying here again very soon!
- 4/5
Location! 1.5 blocks from Disneyland park entrance.
- 5/5
Clean environment, friendly staff, and an easy 5-10 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland!
- 4/5
Clean tidy and great loc
- 3/5
The room wad super dated. Water was leaking from the patio from the room upstairs down to our patio area. The smell of old pipes were evident. Parking was a bit tough to find at times. There should be atleast one assigned spot per room. It was however peaceful and clean.
- 3/5
Old style motel. Room and some areas around the hotel need an update. I used an electric scooter while there and the lack of railings on the ramps to the second floor was very frightening every time I used them.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff. I would have given 5 stars except for noise level. We could easily hear people talking in the room next to us. Luckily they did quiet down about 11:30pm.
- 4/5
Close to the destination
- 2/5
I called numerous times to make sure my room was going to have a crib for my baby. They kept reassuring me, telling me I would have one! I mean I called daily about 5 days in advance to make sure! So to not be given a crib was disappointing. On top of that I booked 4 months in advance and still recieved a room I didn’t ask for. I got 2 queen beds when I reserved 2 king beds with a crib and the patio! I paid extra! I was given a hotel room with NO patio, or balcony AND NO CRIB. While they finally got us a new room after multiple conversations, they gave us a crib on our last day of travel, when our baby would not be sleeping during the day. It was honestly disappointing. The beds were comfortable, but the sheets felt like plastic. The rooms were not cleaned as well as they could be. Just wear shoes at all times.
- 5/5
So cute and really close to the park!
- 5/5
Excellent real time service
- 5/5
Helpful staff
- 5/5
Everything was good.
- 1/5
TV never worked. Maintenance showed up late when we asked for them to arrive the next day during the day. They arrived at8pm when we were going to rest. Called again and TV was never fixed
- 5/5
Room was clean, staff was friendly and great location. Super cute hotel too… loved it!
- 5/5
Everything was real good.
- 4/5
It was good close to Disneyland yet the hotel is older
- 1/5
I asked them to fix the bathroom sink, it was clogged. I was told they would be working on it once the could go into the adjacent room as it was also clogged, but where waiting as there was a baby sleeping. They did not contact me further so when i came back 8 hours later i found a complete mess. They ended up tearing the pipe out and leaving a massive mess. Everytime I tried to find a manager they were nowhere to be found. Exceptionally horrible.
- 2/5
Worst experience since staying there for years!! Very disappointed!!
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff was nice. We did have some issues with our TV working and I was disappointed we were charged to have a microwave. Can’t beat the location though.
- 2/5
The rooms needs to be renewed
- 5/5
Room was exactly what we expected. Great location and the staff was excellent, friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The room was a little dates but mostly clean. Service was great and very friendly when we asked for additional bedding. Unfortunately our room had trouble with hot water, our AC occasionally screeched for no apparent reason, and our tv randomly turned itself on such that we had to unplug it. Its a perfectly fine stay with a cute history and style.
- 4/5
Room was okay, bathroom needs work. Staff was exceptional and pool area was great. Beds were also comfortable.
- 4/5
it was great for what I paid for
- 3/5
The tv would turn off and on every 10-15min very annoying especially in the middle of the night. Very small fridge. The drawers smelled weird and sheets still looked a bit dirty.
- 5/5
The room was just right. I was disturbed by the urine smell throughout the surrounding area outside of the property leading into our room. The carpet is rundown so that also didn’t sit well with me. The pool area is set up really nice, we enjoyed the space and having it to ourselves! I would definitely recommend as it is walking distance to the parks. Thank you Anaheim Hotel!!!

- 5/5
wonderful, easy stay
- 5/5
Just solid, type.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and kind
- 5/5
Spotless easy check in
- 5/5
Wonderful and accommodating staff.
- 3/5
Book with caution - I believe disney influencers get paid to hype this place up. I will still list some positives though - staff were kind, quiet rooms, walking distance to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Our stay here was excellent. Staff were always friendly and helpful. The room was spacious for 4 adults. Beds were comfortable. Room was clean and made up everyday. Great distance to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The room was clean- but smelled a bit weird- sort of like a basement?
- 4/5
The vibe, bar, pizza & staff were great!
- 3/5
The shower drained very slowly so by the end of your shower you had water up to your ankles. Also when I turned the air on the vent dispersed all kinds of dust on our luggage. I really tried to love this place but maybe I just got unlucky with a bad room. I did like the short distance to the park though
- 5/5
Nice room
- 5/5
Helpful staff.
- 5/5
Great location Easy check in process
- 5/5
Beautiful grounds, helpful staff. Great proximity to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Staff was nice although they said they would text me when my room was ready, but they did not. Room was okay. Bathroom had hair on the counter, but otherwise appeared clean.
- 4/5
The beds are so comfortable! The room was clean but we were out of conditioner, toilet paper and needed more towels for 4 people in the room. The room was spacious and quiet! Love the retro vibe - very cute! The pool is awesome! The lobby and bar area are nice and the restaurant pizza is delicious, with great coffee in the mornings as well!
- 5/5
Loved it
- 3/5
Staff was curious—room was disappointing. No view! And closet was unusable
- 4/5
The staff was amazing. So helpful and friendly. The hotel was very nice. A long block away from the entrance at Disneyland. Certainly walkable. we had a couple of little problems. However, the staff was ready and willing to make us happy.. The pool is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. All in all if you’re going to Disneyland, I think this is a fantastic place to stay.
- 5/5
Loved our stay. Location was perfect, easy walk to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Room
- 5/5
We had the best time here and can’t wait to stay again. Comfiest bed we’ve ever slept on in a hotel. The walk to Disneyland is not even 10 minutes. The manager even gave us our first drinks on the house when she found out our dry january ended the day we checked in. Our only complaint was the bathrooms and foyer could use a remodel.
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and quiet, I would stay again!
- 5/5
The room was great. The customer service was spot on. We’ve stayed here before and will come back again.
- 5/5
Great stay. Super close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Great location close to Disneyland. Room was clean and had everything we needed. Pool was heated enough to be pleasant in January and yard games were entertaining. Would stay again.
- 4/5
Staff was great room was good air conditioner noisy and initially did not hold temp correctly
- 5/5
room was spotless and the customer service is always amazing 10/10
- 5/5
Everyone was so nice and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. Perfect walking distance to Disneyland. Pool area was so cool, and even though we didn't have time to play the lawn games, it was awesome knowing we had the option! Will stay here again for our next trip.
- 4/5
Great service
- 5/5
Great staff and the bar was a wonderful surprise. Rooms were a bit worn but clean and comfortable 😊
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
Clean room, very nice staff, at the price point we got exactly what we paid for and are very happy.
- 4/5
The staff is always so nice. The amenities are amazing for families.
- 4/5
Walking distance to food and park , rooms are really noisy if on first floor , great food and amenities
- 5/5
Clean rooms and clean and cute grounds
- 4/5
They did allow me to check in a couple hours early so that was nice.
- 5/5
Great location for Disneyland with really clean rooms and close to shopping and Dining !!
- 5/5
The staff was excellent..Leo and Chris went above and beyond to help us , we had few issues with the room but they were promptly taken care of ..rooms were very clean would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Mike helped us with our bags on checkout day and was extremely kind and helpful. He was great with our son and was a wonderful representative of the hotel!
- 5/5
Always great. Staff are super friendly and helpful, rooms are clean and beds are super comfy. We stay here EVERYTIME we visit The Mouse.
- 4/5
Rooms were clean, close to Disney. The only issue was we had to keep the bathroom fan on or the room would fill with a skunk ? Smell which only started half way through our stay. Staff were friendly and check in/out was easy.
- 5/5
Thanks Leo !
- 5/5
Nice the shower didn’t work tho
- 3/5
I’ve stayed here a few times and never had any complaints. This time definitely fell short. There was mold on the curtains in the room. It smelled stale and musty, almost like a moist smell. The room didn’t seem as clean as normal. The air conditioner was making a god awful noise and they did come up to try and fix it. It got better but it was still obnoxious at night.
- 5/5
Love this cute little hotel! It was our second time staying and just love it! The feel, the vibe is so fun! Everyone is so kind and friendly! Everything is so close, the park is just a few minute walk, there’s a yummy pizza place right at the hotel, a bar for drinks and a nice big pool! Leo and Mike are exceptional! So warm and welcoming! We are local and live in Newport Beach and love coming here for a little staycation! Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Nice grounds , decent room, proximity to disneyland easy walk 10 minutes. Easy check in and easy check out. Lots of parking
- 4/5
Great location and comfortable room. They charge extra for parking and they charge to sit by the pool. Seems like a little more could be included.
- 5/5
The room was beautiful. Staff was very nice and convenient to Disneyland
- 5/5
Clean rooms, good amenities
- 5/5
Room was clean and suited our needs
- 5/5
Clean room, walking distance to Disneyland
- 5/5
Room was very nice and staff was friendly!
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and it is so close to Disneyland which really mattered to our feet and legs, after a long day/night at the parks. The pool and hot tub were great. The pillows and bedding were very comfortable. The housekeeping staff made sure our room was perfect. We would definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Parking is not free but worth it for the park to be across the street and restaurants all around and transportation is abundant!
- 3/5
Staff was very kind and delixe room had lots of space, but the only thing is the room just seemed not the cleanest. bathroom grout was dirty and wallpaper was ripping off the wall.
- 5/5
This is a great hotel, refurbished and well maintained, close to Disneyland only steps away from the magic, my next trip I will be staying here again!
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Thank you again for such a positive experience, I plan on returning and recommending to others.
- 4/5
Great staff, clean lobby and common spaces. The rooms are a little old and could use some work, although they aren’t horrible.
- 4/5
Effort
- 5/5
Incredibly friendly staff, quick and easy transactions and even though my flight was delayed for the next day and I needed to find other accommodations cause they were booked they still held onto my bags for me while i figured out what I needed to do
- 3/5
They offered an upgrade for a room with fireworks viewing for $25 a night and Disney had no fireworks so I feel that was just a scam to get you to upgrade and get more money out of you.
- 1/5
We stayed at the Anaheim hotel for 4 nights, our room was not cleaned once the entire time. We called every single day to get our room serviced and still no one ever showed up. Our trash cans were overflowing. We had to leave trash and dirty towels out on the porch and still they would sit there for 24 hours before someone picked them up. We ended up having to walk to the front desk ourselves to get clean towels due to housekeeping never coming and replacing. Very disapointed.
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean and comfy beds, hotel service was great. Restaurant could use friendlier customer service. Highly recommend hotel otherwise, we would definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
Too many people in the hot tub, no room service after 10 pm even though the menu in your room says it’s open till 12. When I called about the room service I was put in hold by young man and he never came back to phone, I could hear him talking to another co-worker. I called back a few times and a girl answered and told me they didn’t have anyone to bring food to us. I was bummed because we come here a lot and it was my daughter‘s birthday and she just wanted to cookie with ice cream.
- 5/5
Always appreciate the staff at the Anahiem Hotels.
- 4/5
Clean Hotel right at the park
- 5/5
We love the pool!
- 3/5
The rooms were outdated unlike the pictures viewed, the closet door was broken, the bathroom door was broken, maintenance was fast on repairing the bathroom door. When we checked in the charged 37 for parking, not 25$. The room felt tight! Not much moving room due to bulking furniture and pointless big patio area. However the pool, and jacuzzi were great!
- 5/5
Great place and location! Will definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Great stay!
- 5/5
Older property, had issues with the toilet which was fixed right away. Spacious and clean. Location is perfect. Walked to Ruth Chris Steakhouse. Garden Walk and Disneyland right there as well. Pizza Press wasn’t a bad late night option as well. This will be our go to anytime we visit Anaheim.
- 5/5
We loved the hotel grounds that included outdoor games along with the pizza restaurant attached. Very convenient and enjoyable stay!
- 2/5
Lotion in shower instead of soap, room was right by ice machine so super loud, door lock on slider was bad, tub did not drain.
- 5/5
Lovely staff and beautiful grounds. Good value for money
- 5/5
This hotel by far is the closest and easiest walk to Disney parks. Very convenient!
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff and close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
For an older hotel, it’s pretty good. There are some maintenance issues that could be done, but nothing terrible. The bed was comfortable. It’s family friendly. It’s not rain friendly as you have to go outside to get to/ from the main lobby and due some reason the upstairs rooms hall is not fully co eyed, so we ended up with big puddles outside the room doors. The walk to Disneyland is short and pleasant. Especially for the return when you e walked all over the park all day. It’s a great value.
- 3/5
We love the proximity to the Disney property. The showers in our rooms did not drain while showering... it actually took a few hours for them to completely empty. One of the beds was completely sunk in the middle which kept us sliding to the middle and very uncomfortable. The property and facilities are nice.
- 4/5
The staff was incredible - friendly, accommodating and knowledgeable. Sadly, while the mid-century aesthetic is cool, the hotel and the rooms are old and tired and need refurbishment.
- 3/5
the other thing was the cleanliness, the room was not at its best condition and it even felt very old. I did not appreciate the room to be honest, even more with the extremely high rates they charge. honestly, I stayed there becuase of the convenience to the park but I would honestly never stayed there again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and hotel staff were very helpful. Half a block to Disneyland. Great location!
- 3/5
Place was a good stay, it's about 7mins walking distance to Disneyland, friendly staff.
- 5/5
Everything was great! Service and location are awesome
- 5/5
Location!! Right across the street from Disneyland.
- 3/5
Reception area and restaurants are updated, bright and beautiful. The rooms are old and disappointing but good location for Disneyland.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Disneyland
- 3/5
Bed was comfortable. Parking lot smelled like weed 75% of the time. Restaurant decent but expensive. If your main concerns are proximity to the parks and price, this is a good choice. If you want something classy, keep looking.
- 1/5
The bathroom was disgusting, I wouldn’t even shower or step on the floor or carpet without shoes on. The bathroom counter/sink was chipped and looked like somewhere from a motel 4, not even a motel 6. I have stayed here many times and never experienced such issues and disgusting atmosphere.
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
I was not offered free breakfast. The hot tub was luke warm. It's location always makes this hotel my choice when going to Disneyland.
- 1/5
Didnt get to stay at this hotel because our family vacation fell through. Now im out $700 and i couldnt reschedule my dates without canceling.
- 4/5
The room was large, clean , great pillows with great King size bed.
- 2/5
The hotel you see on the website isn’t what you get. The lobby is new. The rooms are old, tired and dirty motel rooms. They are humid, bad ventilation, even the sheets felt damp. The carpet was dirty, bathroom had layers of old peeling paint trying to cover mold and rust. Our room had so many bugs, dozens of little moth flies that would land on the mirror and window. I played moth killer for six days. First room smelled like mildew and had hairs in the bathroom. Second room bathroom slightly cleaner, still humid and old. Everything about this hotel is just a little broken: TP holder about to fall off wall, bath stopper broken, so much paint trying to cover years of past due renovation. Pros: pool is very well maintained and huge. Close to Disney. Cons: misleading show of what the hotel actually looks like on their website and Expedia profile. Dirty. I don’t fault the housekeeping staff. They’re trying to keep clean hotel spaces that need to be ripped out and renovated. If you stay here, lower your expectations. It’s a motel with some fun paint colors, not a mid century retro resort.
- 5/5
Clean room with very comfortable beds! Fun outdoor area and pool! Only took us about 5 minutes to get to security at Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean, easy check in, close to Disneyland, restaurants
- 5/5
Great experience, perfect location
- 5/5
Good hotel for Disneyland
- 3/5
Clean room friendly staff comfortable beds convenient location. The room was humid. There was a portable fan for circulation but the room remained humid. Bearable.
- 3/5
Lobby staff was friendly but not helpful, pool reservation staff were rude and unkind. Room was clean but minimal supplies included, coffee not refilled, soap and shower gel never refilled. Pool was amazing but the staff in charge of the area were very rude and condescending. Food from the restaurant was fabulous and their staff were fantastic. The room had flying bugs in it, all the time. The room was also extremely humid. We would not recommend this hotel. The cons outweigh any of the benefits.

- 5/5
Awesome hotel, staff was very friendly. Enjoyed the pool, pizza restaurant & the bar.
- 4/5
Little to no pressure in the shower.
- 2/5
The room, linen smelled, tub wasn’t clean had hair in it an took long for the water to drain.
- 4/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff and can’t beat the convenience to Disneyland Parks and the Pizza Press was convenient!
- 3/5
The room was very old feeling and stuffy heavy air freshener upon entry.
- 5/5
Staff members were amazing and so kind!
- 4/5
Beds were super comfortable! Pillows were ok went flat during the night! Great location to Disneyland an GardenWalk!! Only negative is there was no bar soap to wash my hands with so I used the body wash from the shower then bought some from amazon fresh!
- 5/5
Swimming pool & hot tub were very nice to relax in.
- 5/5
We love this hotel!
- 5/5
Great stay!!
- 3/5
Our room wasnt the best, the carpet felt dirty and there was also a big gap at the top of the door alot of dust and flys coming in.The shower had hair coming out of the bathtub drain also there was mold in the exhaust fan. Overall, the room did not feel clean or well-maintained. I would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, nice staff
- 4/5
So close to Disney!
- 4/5
One of the beds wasn't great, had a major dip in it. Shower head was god awful never replaced and calcium buildup all over clogging the water.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay, thank you!!
- 4/5
Great staff. Close to Disneyland. Wonderful hottub spa!
- 5/5
Great hotel!! Nice room, spacious balcony, good service, great pizza place on site. Would definitely stay here again when visiting disneyland
- 4/5
Excellent location for Disneyland and Friendly staff
- 2/5
The lobby and grounds were nice. There was 2 bugs in the bathroom, hair and nail clippings on the floor, the ceiling in the bathroom leaked on to the toilet when the neighbors showered- front desk didn't seem surprised or seem to care. The phone didn't work and there was NO SOAP to wash your hands. The hotel was completely out. It was ok but wouldn't stay again and wouldn't recommend.
- 5/5
Clean
- 4/5
The room was good in general, but when I went to take a shower at night the shampoo was completely empty and my roommate had to go down to the front desk to get more while I waited in the cold bathroom. I also wished we had hand soap because the shower gel doesn’t get rid of germs when you wash your hands.
- 2/5
Very helpful andbfriendly staff but property is nothing like described or what pictures look like, very old and run down.
- 3/5
Room looked good and staff were very kind. Just that our bathroom specifically the shower looked like it was not cleaned from previous stayers. There was hair all over the tub and we didn’t end up using the shower
- 5/5
Fun to be in environment that reminds me of my childhood, immaculate property, super staff. worth every penny.
- 2/5
Rooms are pretty beat up and worn down, especially the bathroom.
- 5/5
Staff was nice and helpful. Great location. We went to Disneyland and it’s just a block from the entrance. Room was clean, beds super comfy. The bathroom needs some updating and maybe a towel holder or 2 in sink area. Parking was very limited. We paid for parking and could not get in the gated parking. So not sure why we had to pay. A bit noisy when guests kids were screaming in their rooms or on open hallways. Not a hotel issue though. We did not use any amenities but lobby had a nice bar and sitting area. Next to yummy pizza restaurant. Pool area looked nice. I would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Always amazing, staff is the best in Anaheim!
- 4/5
la regadera no funcionaba, el piso estaba un poco sucio.
- 3/5
Convenient location, less than 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Check in was easy and workers there were nice, polite, and helpful. Rooms are average. Wish we had more pillows and there was no hand soap in the restroom but other than that, the hotel is cute, retro style.
- 4/5
Overall great, except the A/C was a little too loud and the bath tub drained very slowly.
- 4/5
Large clean, rooms
- 3/5
The staff was courteous and the hotel was a short walking distance from the park. The rooms were a little musty smelling, bathroom titles were broken, overall the rooms could use a little TLC. No elevators, just stairs and walking ramps.
- 3/5
The hotel itself is very cute retro with beautiful outdoor spaces and close to Disneyland. Our shower handle did not work well so getting it to a good temp was a chore. The carpets need some heavy cleaning. Room could use some tlc but its a cute place with a comfy bed
- 3/5
Great location and spacious room. Could have been better if they had an elevator, especially to bring items up and down from your room, or kids in strollers. Parking was a nightmare to find, especially if you check in late.
- 5/5
Nice place nostalgic environment and a great relaxing break from the conti uous excitement of Disneyland.
- 5/5
There was no free breakfast but what we purchased was good.
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Short distance to Disneyland Resort.
- 5/5
The staff is always nice and takes care of our bags when we arrive early.
- 4/5
Everything was good just there was loud construction being done outside our door all 5 nights we were there.
- 5/5
Good room, close to disney
- 5/5
Great place, courteous staff and close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
This hotel is in a great location, super close to the entrance to Disneyland. The retro vibe is fun and the rooms were clean and comfortable, if a bit dated.
- 5/5
Sam was great with checking us in & our room is great.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
The staff was very friendly, location is great, and the beds were super comfortable. We also loved that they have the option of 2 Kings. Unfortunately, the bathroom was not clean, staff was vacuuming in the hallway at 6am, and construction was going on outside our window at all hours of the night.
- 5/5
Did not eat breakfast or use the hot tub
- 3/5
Rooms are nice and but no microwave...is that normal or a Cali thing?
- 5/5
Clean room. Helpful, friendly staff.
- 4/5
Loved how close we were to Disneyland. Loved the retro vibe of the place and the music that was playing in and out of the lobby area!
- 5/5
The pool and spa were amazing
- 5/5
C lean room. Friendly Staff
- 5/5
Great stay! Room was clean, loved having adjoining rooms for our large family. Guests upstairs were a bit noisy at times but all in all we loved it and such a great pick for us while enjoying Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great amenities. Loved the selection at the bar. Also, proximity to the parks is a plus!
- 3/5
Upon check in there was a dog walking all over the lobby couch and behind the check in desk. I was Informed it was the hotel mascot. 🤔That was an instant turn off. We get to our room and it smelled like smoke, sweat, and dust. The bathrooms are in need of a major makeover. The counter tops were chipped and there was rust and dark rot in the shower and on the floor. The rooms you could tell were updated. The few perks were the location to Disneyland and the beds. The beds were very comfy and the bedding was perfect. It’s sad because it has a lot of potential with it’s mid century vibe but it misses the mark. We unfortunately won’t be returning. We will be checking out other options next time.
- 4/5
The south is great room is clean rooms can be a little hard to get to you if you have mobility issues but I understand that’s just the way it was built
- 5/5
Room was comfy and quiet. Exactly what we needed after our days at Disneyland
- 2/5
The room was just old looking rundown. There’s broken cupboards, and the bathroom still had hair in it from previous people on the floor and in the sink.
- 5/5
The biggest draw for us is that it is right across the street from Disneyland. At the end of the day, it is so nice to just walk across the street and crawl into bed. It is a quiet space. The hotel is also right next the Garden Walk.
- 4/5
Yes, very much.
- 5/5
It’s amazing to stay at a hotel at the corner of two major roads and not hear a single car. The pool is great and having servers walk around and take orders was very convenient.
- 1/5
For starter, the room was dingy,, musty and dark ( room 149). To make it worst the toilet overflowed at 5am. That was straight out of horror movie and gross. The hotel is very dated and needs a refresh. The AC unit is under the bed which is really strange to put an AC unit. I wouldn't recommend this hotel. But having said that the staff were really nice.
- 1/5
The bathroom was really dirty upon our arrival.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 2/5
The negatives… it’s OLD. They have tried to fix it up and the surrounding grounds are kept up nicely, but the rooms are not nice. They put wall paper up and new light fixtures, but nothing between the walls have been done. We had outlets hanging out of the walls, and the air vents were black inside. Smelled very old and muggy. We did find a fingernail in the bed in the morning and the carpet was dirty. We were supposed to stay for three nights but changed hotels after the first night.
- 2/5
The room AC was not working properly. The room was very humid and hot.
- 5/5
Clean room, good amenities
- 5/5
Staff and location
- 3/5
broken closet door and brown water dripping from air vent above the toilet
- 5/5
Clean, close to many food options, pleasant staff, and easy walking distance to Disneyland.
- 4/5
The first room had the wall unit air conditioner right by the bed, which was not good. It was so close it was blowing in my face and the sheets got damp, so the staff heard our concerns and were very nice to change us to a new room with central heat and air. Thank you for accommodating us!
- 5/5
Nice spacious room. Great location and staff super friendly.
- 4/5
The room was very clean, though there were some stains on the carpet. I never felt gross walking around barefoot. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I love how close they were to Disney and that they had free pitchers of ice cold water in the lobby.
- 5/5
Everything was great, as always
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable, and the grounds are lovely. Plus it’s super close to Disney
- 3/5
If staying close to the parks is important, good choice. Beds were comfortable but outside of that the room felt very worn down.
- 3/5
Giant stain on the floor when you walk in. 1/4 roll of toilet paper in the dispenser and no where else. Shower handle was random, turn left cold, turn right cold put it at 1 o’clock molten lava, put it at 12:58 ice water. Bed sheets had a stains on them. $7 water bottle by the coffee strategically placed so you use it to make coffee in the morning.they did away with the free coffee in the lobby. I’ve stayed here at least 5 times and this is the first time I felt they were trying to nickel and dime you to death. It has always been more in the expensive side but it’s proximity to Disney made it worth it, but know I’m not so sure.
- 4/5
Good location, great pool, pleasant staff
- 4/5
The room and decor of the place is cute and retro, and the room was comfortable. It was a bonus to have a balcony! The shower was weak, but the distance to Disneyland is hard to beat!
- 5/5
Stay was for a couple nights as we went to Disneyland for the day. The biggest plus was being so close to the entrance which was necessary to be able to take my family to the room and back. The rooms were quite clean and comfortable. Some complications were present at check in but they were quickly sorted and solved by the staff, which I appreciated. A little disappointed my room was cleaned despite having the privacy notice on the door handle outside. The shower wall near the valve looked to need some maintenance as some cracks were visible. Staff was always friendly and answered all of my questions and made the experience worthwhile. I would gladly stay here again.
- 5/5
The staff was really nice and approachable! Easy walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Smooth and excellent check in service
- 5/5
We loved the ease of going back and forth to the park
- 5/5
Very clean. Close to what we were foing
- 5/5
rooms could use updating especially bathroom. however property grounds were great
- 5/5
Everyone was perfect. Great place to stay for Disneyland adventures.
- 5/5
Had a great time!
- 4/5
Great customer service, The establishment/building and rooms are just old, but service and cleanliness were great!
- 2/5
The common area odds nice, but the rooms aren’t in good shape and there’s a smell. The AC was so loud and the walls are so thin. It’s cheap and close to the park, but didn’t feel well rested.
- 4/5
No breakfast included in your stay, not even coffee in the lobby. The bathrooms in room were very outdated and shabby.
- 5/5
Clean room and loved the amount of towels you get
- 5/5
The only bad thing was the front desk staff. Had a really weird interaction with a lady working nights. Just rude. The rest of the staff wasn’t rude per se but they also weren’t friendly at all. When we walked by the desk twice per day they avoided eye contact and never smiled or said hello. Even the guy who checked me in wasn’t friendly. The staff at the Pizza Press and the on site store were great! Very weird but I’d still stay there based on the location and the hotel itself. Hopefully they figure out what’s up with the front desk staff and that place will be perfect.

Great hotel
- 5/5
Yes
- 4/5
The room was good, only issue we ran into was no running hot water when it was time for a quick shower.
- 1/5
The carpet was stained and had a foul odor
- 3/5
This location
- 5/5
Great pool - especially for adults or older kids. It was great to come back at the end of a long day in the park and grab a cocktail at the bar and relax. Super easy walk to the parks and staff was very friendly
- 4/5
Everything was great, except the room wasn’t fully clean. There was hair in the bathroom when we arrived and goldfish on the floor from the prior occupant.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean. The shower faucet was broken and that same day it was repaired. Great job by everyone. Thank you for making our family trip to Disneyland so memorable.
- 5/5
Beds were awesome
- 4/5
Check in was easy. Location is the only reason I would stay here again. The rooms are old, and the bathrooms are horrendous. If you care about location and not planing to spend much time in your room this is your hotel. I’m still not sure if I’ll stay here again though.
- 5/5
Had a great stay and no big notes but if I'd have to be nit-picky - pillows are flat and not very comfortable if you have neck issues. Also, there's no elevator - ramp only. It was fine since rooms are sectioned off in two level areas. Despite that, I'd still book another stay here when at Disneyland.
- 4/5
I would decrease the level of scent piped in to the lobby area, tone down the 60’s music at the pool area, Upgrade some exterior furniture and work on those tub/shower units in the rooms.
- 5/5
Best location in Anaheim for Disney vacation. We were able to walk to the park entrance, and the rooms were spacious and very well kept.

- 5/5
Excellent property! We will be going back!
- 4/5
Clean
- 4/5
Grounds were well kept, pool was nice. The bathroom in hotel room was run down and very dirty. Other than bathroom being bad the place is nice for a spot to rest after long day at Disneyland. Or take time away from park to swim and head back for fireworks!
- 3/5
not so good
- 4/5
There was some areas near the bed that didn’t get vacuumed. The bed was comfortable however the bathroom could be refreshed . Nics on the bathroom counter top and bathroom floor . Otherwise the stay was good
- 3/5
Room was musty. The clothes in our bags felt icky after we left. There was a terrible smell every time we entered the room and the water in the shower wouldn’t get hot.
- 5/5
Walkable to the Disneyland Resort. Very clean room and facilities. Comfortable retro style in the main lobby area. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was very nice
- 2/5
Hotel badly needs update, hot water, better facilities
- 5/5
We have stayed here every time we go to Disneyland for over 14 years and it’s only getting better
- 5/5
Great location from Disney
- 3/5
Originally booked a partial park view room (2 Queens) but upon arrival was told we were being upgraded to a double king room. The front desk was super nice but I guess I should of asked for clarification if I was still getting partial park view as reserved. We made our way to our room and was not in fact not a partial park view but it was close to parking and 1st floor. We had been driving for 12 hours and we were ready for some rest. After getting up and evaluating the room we found out that we had been put into a accessible room. After running through the first set of showers in the morning we realize that the shower pan and bathroom floor are level with no barrier (for accessibility), the floor gets completely soaked! Like soaking wet towel on the outside of the curtain that dangled 5 inches from the floor also contributing to the leakage. A/C made a terrible noise upon start up and shut down as if the blower was on it's way out. Overall was impressed with the property and amenities themselves but feel as though we got shorted in the room. Would stay here again but would explore other options in the area first.
- 5/5
Great staff and great clean rooms.
- 5/5
Perfect distance from Disneyland and affordable compared to other rates in the area! They also have a public parking in front of the hotel so you can park your car there as well.
- 2/5
Pay to park, room was dirty, felt sick right away. Place isn’t good but makes up for it by being so close to Disneyland. Not worth it
- 1/5
Staff was not as friendly. For housekeeping you will need to call them multiple times before attending to your room . I asked for new towels and for them to change the sheets the ne t morning, by the way the sheets smelled bad and went through my clothes, the towels were then placed at our tv stand. Towels on the floor were not picked by them and sheets were not changed. So when asked about it front desk replied to me and said that i had to be specific on what i needed done and no one was assigned for my room :(
- 5/5
Nice staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Close and convenient to Disney
- 3/5
Not what we expected, did not get early check in like requested 4 weeks prior. Paid for a partial view of park definitely was not. Room was older carpet seemed dirty, toilet did not flush properly and could hear it clear in middle of night. Coffee maker was so dirty we could not use it, no microwave. Bathroom tub needed the hair clog cleared it was not draining properly. But very good for walking to the parks.
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and clean, staff were helpful, pool and hot tub were awesome. 5 min walk to Disney.
- 5/5
Great hotel for Disney. Love that the pizza place is open when Disney closes!
- 5/5
Great place to stay for Disneyland
- 4/5
A cute mid century modern hotel. One block from Disney main gate. Very nice staff. Needs updates in bathrooms.
- 1/5
Check-in was a confusing nightmare because despite my confirmed three night reservation through Expedia, the hotel staff said it was only for two nights and I was forced to pay an extra night directly to the hotel. The room was in need of refurbishment, which made it feel dirty with worn counters, shower-bath surround, the refrigerator condensation was dripping onto the carpet and the handle on the slider to the patio literally fell off and not all of the outlets worked.
- 5/5
Easy walk to Disneyland
- 4/5
Katrina was very helpful to us.
- 4/5
Excellent comfort.
- 4/5
Room where clean, staff was really nice. Walk was about 5mins to Disneyland. Just a little out dated.
- 4/5
This was an amazing hotel for our Disneyland vacation. The location was amazing, staff was very welcoming and service was quick and easy. If there was one thing that could improve it would be the bathroom/showers. Will definitely be staying here for our next trip to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Very clean room, comfortable bed, beautiful grounds and and a very beautiful pool area
- 2/5
It was walking distance to Disney parks
- 4/5
Siento que los baos ya están un poco viejos de lo viejos que están ya están amarillos la baldosa en las ranuras negras deben remodelar los
- 4/5
The property seemed very dated.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly, the room was clean and comfy, close to the parks.
- 2/5
There were hairs in my shower and on the walls. I couldn't get hot enough water from the shower because i didn't turn it a certain way first on BOTH nights of my stay despite following the verbal directions of the maintenance guy. They waived parking fee, but a manager was gto call me and never did.
- 5/5
Great hotel for visiting Disneyland. Perfect location; pool and grounds were amazing and family friendly. Would stay here again and highly recommend. Staff was great.
- 3/5
Could be cleaner. The bathrooms were old and poor condition.
- 5/5
Great experience. Loved our room. We enjoyed our stay!
- 5/5
Great place!
- 2/5
The best thing about this hotel is the location but will probably be the last time we stay here. I’d rather stay a bit further away for a more updated hotel. The rooms were decent but the water was so disgusting, had a horrendous smell and taste that I would gag every time I turned on the water to wash my hands and worse, to brush my teeth.
- 5/5
Will stay there again!
- 5/5
P.S I am used to staying at DVC resorts and while they quality is not that, I thought this hotel was precious and cozy!
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. It was quiet. It was clean. My husband and I stayed there because it was close to Disneyland and Disney Adventure Park. The walk from the hotel to the parks was about 5 minutes. Dining, shopping, Starbucks are within walking distance.
- 5/5
Cute property, clean room, comfortable bed, great staff, and great location.
- 5/5
Decided to stay here for a weekday Disneyland stayaction … it was perfect
- 4/5
Goof
- 2/5
Save yourself the disappointment and stay somewhere else. Just returned from a 3 night stay with my husband for our Disney trip. Lobby and grounds are well kept and cute. Staff was friendly. Rooms are for lack of a better word, gross. Rooms are musty and humid, carpets are disgusting, I couldn't fathom walking in the room barefoot. Surfaces (counters, table tops, doors, etc) were all so sticky from what I assume to be built up layers of humid dirt and dust. Bathroom sink drain stank, zero water pressure and inconsistent temp. Seems the solution to any issue is to just add another layer of paint. We found a giant cockroach in our bathroom our first night, an earwig crawling the carpet the second. The beds appeared to be clean, and were somewhat comfortable. Our room was only made up once during our stay. I wanted to like this place as the mid century theme is fun and unique and chalked most of these things up initially to the age of the property. However, after seeing a second giant cockroach on our departure day in the main lobby womens bathroom, crawling out of the baby change table, and reading some other reviews I have to say, no this place is just nasty. No thank you, we will not be back.
- 4/5
The staff are very nice. The pool is top notch. Felt safe the entire time! The proximity to the park is about a 5 min walk.
- 5/5
Great location, cool retro vibe, the pool was pretty neat, but we didn't spend much time there because it was so easy to get to the parks. Disneyland was right across the street. Yay.
- 2/5
Elective outlets are not working , shower not configured properly and cockroach in the bathroom.
- 5/5
From the front door greeter to the concierge, down to the gardeners and cleaners, staff is always friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Great staff and great hotel for the price.
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
So close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
We love the huge pool!!!! The location is the best for getting to the parks!!!
- 4/5
Location was great. 2 blocks from Disneyland. There was a bar and a pizza place at the restaurant which was convenient. Beds were comfortable. The bathroom was a bit dated and there were rust stains on the floor under the sink, but everything worked well, more of a cosmetic thing. Rooms were quiet in the evening allowing for a great night sleep. It was nice n the high 90’s and quite humid during our stay but the AC worked well and kept us cool. There were also ice machines conveniently located on the property.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 4/5
Excellent location but it is dated , pizza press restaurant is okay not the best .
- 5/5
The hotel was perfect for my family. We use the pool every day and the staff was amazing. Highly recommend.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very nice
- 4/5
Great pool, we rented 2 cabana and had a blast. The executive king room was large with get AC. We will be back soon.
- 4/5
That said, if this stay were our first time, I probably would not book here again. Our room was a little run down compared to the other rooms we've stayed in before. The tub would not drain while we were showering so we would have ankle deep water by the end, the sink would not fully turn off unless you really tweeked the handle, and the latch on the bathroom door was on backwards, so the door didn't actually stay closed. and the bathroom overall looked really worn down. Again, this is 1 out of 3 stays, so we would of course try again knowing our other stays were good, but this room specifically was showing it's age.
