In my opinion this is a very special property because of its size and location. It is a small boutique motel located just a five minute walk to the packing district and city center, and just about a mile from Disneyland gate. There are tons of eateries and entertainment venues in the area which are all within a short walk or drive from the motel. The motel is quiet and the rooms are a nice size and always clean. I've never had a problem with noise or cleanliness in the past year and I stay at this property at least a few days a week. The staff has always been accommodating and is always available if needed. I've locked myself out of the room at 1:00 in the morning and someone in the office was immediately available to give me a replacement key. Super 7 Motel has become a second home for me and after many nights staying here, I really don't have anything overly critical or bad to say about it.

I work from home a few hours a week and I'm easily distracted by noise. That place is perfect for me getting my work done. The staff are friendly and helpful. If there's something I need and it's reasonable, I can count on the staff getting it done. Thanks to David the manager, the place feels homey. L I don't like the fact that I cannot spend more time there.

The air conditioning didn’t work

SHOWER FIXTURES WERE OLD AND CORRODED AND HAD A CRACK IN THE DRAIN. NO HOT WATER AT ALL AT THE SINK. NO BLANKETS JUST A THIN SHEET WITH ANOTHER THIN SHEET I WAS FREEZING ALL NIGHT. ZERO AMENITIES EXCEPT FOR A COUPLE BARS OF SOAP. BED WAS HARD AND MADE NOISE EVERY TIME YOU MOVED. TOILET SEAT WAS BROKEN AND FALLING OFF. ROOM WAS CLEAN I CAN SAY THAT. WOULD NOT STAY THERE AGAIN.

Don't stay here. It's not safe. The parking lot is tiny and tight. Room is dingy, dark. Pillows were small and lumpy. Asked for a couple more pillows because my daughter was staying in the room with me. I was told they didn't have anymore. The pillows were maybe a foot-long if even that. The towels were small, rough and dingy. What I asked for another set of towels they said I had to wait because they were in the washing machine. It was very noisy. There was a party or something going on outside our room. There were either door, slamming or gunshots outside. There was what appeared to be a bullet hole in the glass door of the office. The bathroom was big, but the bathtub was old. Take about 20 minutes for the hot water to kick in. If I had to say that there was an amenity it might be the fridge. The wall AC was super loud. Don't stay there it's not worth it.

Room was clean and had all toiletries on hand. The pillows were small and some of the drawers stayed open on the furniture. If you were to use the restroom during the night, it became a tripping hazard.

Was not happy with this place there was no blankets no locks on the windows bed was hard ac work sometimes no hot water took 20 minutes to get hot I ask to fix the bathroom light no 1 came to fix it

Room was dinghy, broken light bulb (with shards of glass still present. Uneven floors ..Parking lot was tight and not so accommodating for any larger vehicles

It's a bed for the night. No thrills, but gets the job done.

Room was clean. Beds were rock hard. Seems to be in a bad part of town. The ac was extremely loud and didn’t seem to be working properly. A lot of banging on the walls and floor of the up stairs unit. Strange sky painted on roof and a black light screwed to the wall was kinda strange. Tv was very far away from the beds and pretty small. Probably could have found a nicer place for the price than this one. Probably wouldn’t return.

Good, cheap motel in a decent location. Walking distance to some good restaurants, breweries and bars in downtown Anaheim. About a 10 min. Uber ride to Disneyland. The place is dated and pretty bare bones, but the room was clean enough and secure, bed was comfortable. Oretty bare bones as far as amenities go, nothing fancy. The staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. I would stay here again if the price was right

Everytime i go the whole family goes above & beyond to make my stay as comfortable & peaceful as possible. They accommodate my every need! They are such gracious & whole hearted people, they make me feel like part of the family!!

Staff support was good and attentive. The bad thing was there was a handful of small roaches running around the room and the bed design makes it possible for the roaches to crawl up there. Luckily we didn’t see any on the bed but still gave us a bad feeling that they could while we slept. They should have Deep cleans in their rooms and move furniture around to get those areas

It’s okay if you’re exhausted from Disneyland and just need a place to sleep. Nothing to write home about.

David was awesome, let us check out later then the check out time due to our flight. Room was nice and quiet and clean. We did need to buy our own shower towels but other than that it was great.

The room was very good! And very spacious. The room was a little bit on the hotter side even tho we had the AC unit all the way up. The parking space was a little tight.

There were cockrouches in the room, only 2 towels and 1 roll of toilet paper

They gave us a room that wasn’t cleaned at first. Quickly fixed the mistake and gave us another room. This room had no shower curtain or tv remote. Otherwise fine for one night and the price is what you pay for. Staff wasn’t unfriendly but not social.

Clean room They didn’t bother to tell us that we would be barricaded in the parking lot for several hours due to a Disney marathon. They lied and said they didn’t know it was going to happen. If I would have known I would have parked a few blocks away. I felt like I had been kidnapped. I had important family matters to attend to and couldn’t get my car out.

Parking is extremely limited. If you have a van or truck, probably not the best place. These rooms are pretty much bare bones. It was clean and we just needed to stay one night, but I wouldn't want to do more than one day here. The towels are so thin, no hair dryer. This place has super thin walls and you can hear your neighbors. Staff isn't bad but just very cold. Overall, I don't think we'll stay here again.

We drove down from Sacramento to go to Disneyland for our 15th anniversary. This was a very small place, but cute. On our drive to Anaheim, one of the people called to confirm the correct reservation for our stay, which was kind since they don’t HAVE to do that. Parking is not so friendly if you drive a bigger vehicle, unfortunately. The room itself was clean and the bed was super comfortable.

The hotel is located in a sketchy area. The parking was very limited and small.

There were not enough towels or toilet paper for 4 people. I had to ask for more items even though I booked it for four people. I also booked two queen size beds and there was a full size and one queen size. The comforters we were dirty on both beds. I will not be staying here again.

The staff were very piolet but had a issue with my toilet but they fixed it one the day I was leaving also the younger guy at the desk charged me a extra 5.00$ for insurance And will turning my key in the younger girl said there no such thing as insurance I didn't understand.

While the staff was friendly and the room was clean. The bed was painfully hard as if you were sleeping on a hardwood floor… if it wasn’t for the bed this place honestly wouldn’t be that bad, but the bed it a total dealbreaker.

The staff were lovely and let us leave our bags early before check in. The room though, had a weird coating on the floor and the bath mat was a piece of paper so not the greatest. But we only needed a bed for the night so it was alright for that

Cheapest. Motel, EVER! WOW what an awful place to stay. The positives, free parking, walking distance to Anaheim Packing District… the negatives, just about everything else. We had a King bed, we were provided 2 - dollar store level pillows and were informed no more additional pillows were available, so 1 very uncomfortable pillow for each of us. The bed was barely a step up from sleeping on the ground, no cushion to it at all, which is so fun after spending 14+ hours at a theme park. The sheets were also picked up at the dollar store, they were paper thin and not comfortable. The walls are almost non existent so be prepared to be woken up throughout the night by your neighbors who are there with people they paid to join them there. Do not bring your family here unless you want to explain to your children what condom wrappers and rhino pills are. Overall, a cheap motel that the owners aren’t willing to put any money into.

Clean, conveniently located. The hotel exterior needs some work, but the rooms and service were very nice! Disneyland is walkable, or a Lyft is only $10.

The room was clean. Which is my top concern at any hotel/motel. The beds were very firm though and the dresser drawer were broken. There isn’t any tissues or anything added in the room. It’s a no frills kind of place and is worth the price. It was quiet and felt safe. We’d stay here again if we needed a place to stay last minute for cheap.

Go find somewhere else to stay. The place has security issue. As we were sleeping around 11 pm, someone opened our door. One thing, any key can open the door. There was no one in the front desk to help. It was so noisy, room next door was playing loud music and have people knock at the door all night. We were from long drive and we didnt able to rest. They gave us dirty towel and no hot water. Some lights are broken.

We arrived after the 3pm check-in and our room was not ready. They said 5 minutes but I could tell they just started. The floor waa dirty and the refrigerator was not cleaned out. The toilet was not secured, half the outlets didn't work, and there waa only one light in each room. There was no ice, but the refrigerator was cold. Water had good pressure.

Machines at reception so old that the snack packaging inside has all been bleached by the sun. Tiny gritty parking lot. Bulletproof plastic window at the reception desk. Cleaning staffing was just straight dumping dirty water from their mop bucket onto the blacktop of the parking lot right in front of the door to my room. No security locks on the inside of the door.

This Hotel room #109 was not cleaned I walked to Walmart to get cleaning products. The shower had hair in and candy, the shower didn’t work and there was no hot water. The bed was hard as a rock and there were only two small pillows. The floor was dirty. The sink had hair in it. The window seals are so filthy I can’t even explain it. I don’t care if it’s a motel, it should be clean and nice in the inside no matter what. I truly believe that most places aren’t training the cleaning staff or they don’t have that expectation of them to clean each room with integrity and respect for the best person.

You can tell that they're making an effort to improve this place. From the outside, it's a dumpy old motel. Inside, there have been lots of recent renovations, and a charming cloudy sky painted on the ceiling. The teenage girls working the front desk were friendly. But the room smelled musty, there was a cigarette burn on the bedspread, and there was a long black hair painted onto the bathroom door. Overall it just felt like there were cheap new floors and a coat of fresh paint over an otherwise moldy old motel. But they did try and it wasn't gross.

Checkin was super fast and polite. Parking was good. Only downside , the fridge made noises every hour or so.

Had a long day at work booked a night stay to get rest and I get a call a couple hours after booking and was talked to very disrespectfully on how they cancelled my reservation for no reason just because of assumptions that I had multiple guest in a previous stay when this was my first time ever booking at this establishment. I used all the money I had to book this stay so not only was I broke but I didn’t get a roof over my head that night . Thanks

Stay was good, quiet and peaceful. Close to amusement parks so the fireworks will be heard every night. There are night owls that lurk during the night on any giving night. Although, I'd say it's a family resident. Not a big place.

The shower was not clean and the showerhead sprays water all over the place. There is no way to adjust the settings to the shower head. The remote controls for the television all are missing the battery cover, per the front desk. I had to visit the front desk twice to finally get a remote that would work and did not have the batteries fall out of it. The refrigerator does not get cold and has an annoying sound. The air conditioner/heater has a loud sound and smells. The wifi does not work well. The bedding was not clean. I found hair between the flat sheet and the bedspread. The railing attached to the side of the bed sticks out, so it may catch your clothing and or you may bump your leg on it. The check in/check out hours listed on Expedia are not the same as posted at the facility. There is a man outside (in the parking lot) repairing his car every morning and revving the engine very loudly. Someone also sprays the windows, stairs, and ground on the first and second floor with a water a water hose around 5am. It is very loud, so it always woke me up.

Specially the neighborhood was awesome in terms of walks around the street and availability of dining options like LA Donuts, Anaheim Packings was awesome to get what you want to eat. I would like to shout out to the Staff who were available anytime for any needs in a very humble and friendly manner.

First room we stayed in didn’t have any lamps or side table. Literally just a bed with an overhead light! No showerhead so water sprayed out like a power washer. We booked thru a 3rd party so there was no refund avail. They gave us a new room the 2nd night which at least had a pair of lamps and a showerhead. We went out and bought a blanket and extra pillows since they had just a sheet and a super thin coversheet and no extra pillows. Would not recommend.

They did not have irons or microwaves was very clean but also when showering the bathroom gets really humid due to no air vents.

I only spent one night there, but I do appreciate the value, convenience and cleanliness of the location

Good value money wise and while it may not be much to look at outside it was fairly nice and updated inside. The customer service window doesn’t have a speaker so communication is hard and honestly the worst part is the bed. Hardest bed I’ve ever slept on and the covers are basically a sheet! You can see through them. However for the money it could have been much worse.

Why was it 8.5 when it should be 4.5. Difficult to park and exit. Loud thin walls between rooms. My toliet seat hinged only one side. Dogs barking all night.

The property was clean and staff were nice. However the bed was very firm and the blankets were very thin.

It was loud neighbors talking loud it 10:30 at night and dogs barking cars passing by street felt like street was behind the door bottom line couldn’t sleep at all. But, front lady was a sweetheart and very professional and maid too but , as far staying here nope never again.

Recently updated. Very clean. Nice staff. Beds were decently comfortable. No microwave, ice machine, or coffee makers. Could use new towels. But overall for the price, very surprised.

The Super 7 motel is great for singles or couples. I'm not sure a family would enjoy this. The room was a good size and the bed comfortable. I wish their pillows were larger. The bathroom was good tho the shower head was a bare minimum of what one would expect. The staff was friendly. There were no nearby restaurants, either fast food or more upscale. There was a vending machine for snack but it looked like it had not been used in a long time. One chocolate bar looked literally sun-wilted.

Had an extended stay at this property and it did not disappoint. Needed to get away at a low price and Super 7 in Anaheim did not disappoint. Room was very clean and the staff was helpful as always. This place is a little hidden but the quiet and great rooms really sell this place.

Last minute stay but staff was very accommodating and friendly. Room was clean and well kept. Air conditioning was working intermittently so room would get stuffy. But having stayed here before in different rooms that was not the case in all rooms.

I have to say that this small motel is a hidden treasure. The rooms are always super clean upon check in and the staff is always friendly and welcoming. The place itself is peaceful since it’s in a slightly residential area which definitely makes it nicer than the others closer to Disneyland of which this place is minutes away from.

I was looking online to find an affordable room by Disneyland but also centrally located and walking distance for eating and other fun things in Anaheim for a few days and I happened to stubble apon this gem and I'm so thankful I did. It's walking distance to Disneyland, the gardenwalk, the packing district and sooo much more. The room itself was absolutely gorgeous. It was clean, spacious and the ceiling was painted with a beautiful calming serene sky with clouds and birds. It came with a mini fridge and microwave, both appliances worked perfectly. I really felt like I was at home the second I walked in. The property was quiet and I slept like a baby the whole time I was there. In addition to the room, property and location being amazing, the staff was WONDERULLY AMAZING as well. They were accommodating, they were friendly with kind welcoming smiles. Anytime I asked for anything, they were happy to help me. I really can't wait to stay here again. When I visit Anaheim, this is the ONLY place I will be staying at :)
