Room was clean but smelled heavily of bleach. Breakfast was not great but eatable. The property says it has a gym but I would not call that "closet" a gym. Its a close walk to the disneyland shuttles which was nice.

The room was really clean and the staff helpfull and kind, they don’t include a single bottle of water in the room. The parking lot is reduce for the spaces of valet parking, it’s comfortable for the one’s who don’t like the sunlight for taking a better rest.

Cons: The biggest issue is the thin floors and ceilings. We lost so much sleep because of early or very late stompers/walkers above us. Even the showers of neighbors can be heard through the walls (heavy water flowing). On our first night, people were up before light, and we lost so much sleep with their stomping above us. On the next night, people were stomping around until well past 1am! We would stay here again, but only if we were promised a top floor room. Makes me feel bad we'd be making the noise for people below us, but it's the only way we'd stay again.

Beds were amazing! The breakfast was really good! The parking was a little weird, didn't like how the cars kept moving around. Staff was great and friendly! Convenient for Disneyland, about a 20 min walk but it's also close to the Disney toy story is which has a shuttle, which was great! Great place for families!

I had an excellent stay here. I slept comfortably and the breakfast was a plus delicious. We stayed and extra day and the front desk staff were very kind working with me and allowed me to check in early. I will booked again. Parking was included which was amazing and after a late night from the parks they do have a valet person that parks your car if the lot is full.

Close to Disney Pool

I am putting 3 stars hoping this catches the people who are like me and think very level headed when picking a location. OTHERWISE, I’d give it 0/5 stars!! Oh where to begin. This hotel is lipstick on a pig! They took a beat down 1980s hotel where the doors don’t even fit in the frame (there was a 1” gap in the 2 rooms we were in). The bathroom is beat down, the tub has stains. The facility is “smoke free” but that doesn’t apply to the stairwells I guess, which REEKED of smoke. Oh and those gaps in the door? They don’t stop the smoke smell from entering your room. The first room we had didn’t lock so we had to change rooms. The breakfast in the morning is served in the smallest corner space with 1 entrance and exit for the facility. People were eating food on the floor outside on the curb because of how poorly located and designed it is. Now to the staff. We encountered 3 front desk employees during the stay. 2 were great and friendly but the manager on our second day? WOW! I hope she never needs help from someone because the belittling comments she made about us losing our valet ticket… you’d think we were the dumbest humans. We had to change rooms and lost our ticket in the process and came looking for help. She made sure to note “We gave you a ticket, you need to keep it. That’s how tickets work. Don’t let it happen again”. By far the WORST value resort around Disney. I left wondering how we even got bamboozled so badly!

The location was excellent, with close proximity to Disneyland. We were able to walk to the Toy Story parking lot and use the shuttle bus to and from the park, which made everything very convenient and stress-free. Arriving on foot around 7am was a great advantage, allowing us to avoid the long lines of cars and bypass the main gate security queues. Breakfast each morning was enjoyable, especially the Disney-inspired pancakes featuring Minnie and Mickey, which the kids absolutely loved. The buffet breakfast was included in our stay, which added great value. The hotel also offered guest laundry facilities that were easy to use (note this is a paid service), as well as free parking. There were plenty of nearby amenities, including gas stations, a pharmacy, and a variety of food options, all within easy reach, making it a very convenient and family-friendly stay. The breakfast dining area was quite small with limited seating, although we were still able to make it work without too much inconvenience. The car park could also become quite busy, with some vehicles parked in a way that required coordination with valet staff to move cars when blocked in. However, this was generally managed well and wasn’t a major issue overall. Evenings could be a little noisy at times, with families returning from Disneyland, though this is understandable given most guests are in a similar situation.

I liked out it was really close to Disneyland and that breakfast are really good that stuff was really good they’re really nice and yeah really good location It was too loud I was in the first floor and people was being so loud at two A.M. and we couldn’t sleep anything the pool was dirty the smell of the pool was really bad my mom told me that her hair after the pool smelling really bad the Jacuzzi was really really dirty it was yellow and green that smell of the pool was really bad smell like dirty clothes or something I don’t know why people were in there if they smell really bad one of the shares that I was laying down it broke so I almost hit myself I wish they they could say to the people to not be too loud and sleep before Something or try to not do too much especially for you are in the second or third floor

We liked the breakfast and how helpful all the staff was. We did not like the spa, as it was not hot enough for someone in our party.

One of the highlights was definitely the breakfast—it was delicious! There was a great variety of options including sausage, waffles, bagels, eggs, biscuits and gravy, tater tots, cereal, juice, and milk. Everything was fresh and we looked forward to it each morning. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The only minor issue we experienced was with the toilet paper. We were a family of five, and when we requested more, we were usually only given one roll at a time, which often wasn’t enough to last until the next morning. Other than that, we truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying here again. Thank you for helping make our Disneyland trip a great experience!

We stayed here for 4 nights. The ice machine was broken which was a bummer for us, but overall we enjoyed our stay. It is a little too far from disney to walk every day but an uber ride was only about $9-$12. Parking was free and they offered free breakfast (we ended up eating at the park so we didn’t use this amenity) but we felt this was great value for the cost, especially in this area. Based on the photos we didn’t expect the doors to face outside, we expected more hotel than motel, but unfortunately the doors did face outside. Also… you could hear everything through the walls and to no fault of Ramada, guests were very loud starting at 6:30am. Best perk of this hotel was the shower. That water pressure was unbeatable. We would stay here again.

Very clean room and property. Front desk was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel can’t control what guests do in their rooms. The guests above us were very load/active. We suspect children running in room. This was after 10 pm and made it very hard to sleep. Also, 4 small square pillows were not comfortable at all. Typically hotel pillows are better than home but not here. Wish we would have brought our own pillows.

I found a TICK in the bathroom and a daddy long leg. My husband and I went with all his family and stayed there because it was recommended since we didn’t have to pay for parking. If it were refundable i would’ve never finished my stay. I also woke up with a rash on my chest. I would have rather payed for parking and stayed in a better hotel. If you read reviews THIS IS YOUR SIGN TO NOT STAY HERE.

Our room was not cleaned one time while there! We had to ask for towels for showers everyday. Our beds were never made or linens changed! One day there is no breakfast at all!

The hotel, staff and location were absolutely amazing! We will definitely make this our go to hotel next time we go to Disneyland.

Additionally, one of the days we stayed they cut off the water. We had walked back from our day at DCA with evening dinner plans and wanted to shower. We get to our room and there is no water. I called the front desk- they said oh well we called the room and you weren’t there. They estimated the water to turn on within 30 mins. We would’ve changed our plans if we had known that the water was off and we ended up waiting 1 hour. We have a 3 month old, 1 year old and an older child that we all needed to shower after being in the sun and heat at the parks. I also was not able to rinse off my pumping parts to provide relief for myself since I breastfeed. My partner at the hour plus mark went downstairs to talk to the front desk.. they were apologetic but the damage was done our dinner plans ruined on the last day at the parks and hotel. My babies and myself sat uncomfortable waiting to get clean. The manager did reach out after I asked for them to reach out however, like they should’ve compensated immediately that night or when I checked out. Not waited for me to ask to speak to the manager. Not a pleasant experience whatsoever. Will not be staying again .

The property was clean and well maintained. Staff that we interacted with were pleasant and professional. The room was very nice, clean, but nothing special. The parking lot was very crowded, as was the breakfast room...often a little difficult finding a table. The breakfast was very nice, always the same choices. We did appreciate very much that there was free parking, no resort fee and breakfast included, which is rare in the Disneyland Resort area. Good value for the money.

This hotel was great. Room was clean and spacious. The staff were great. I called to inform of my late arrival around 2am, no issues there. We got there around 1am the parking was full, however they allow us to park right in front of the lobby, we felt like they were waiting for us. The night crew, specially the valet guy was really nice and made us feel welcomed. They also had a nice breakfast included and free parking. Can’t beat this place. Will stay again on my next trip.

Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel to travelers on a budget. It wasn't perfect, but the value was high. The room was very clean, and recently remodeled. The pool was nice and clean, but the hot tub could have used a service, and that happened on our last day. This place is one block from the Toy Story parking lot, making it quick and easy to access Disneyland without paying for parking. The included breakfast was great, with eggs, sausage, biscuits& gravy, bagels, muffins, oranges, coffee& juice, milk & cereal. Staff was courteous and accommodating. Sure, you can get fancier hotels in the area, but you won't find one as that checks all the boxes for a Disney trip at a better price. Recommended!

Everything was great for me

Mattress had broken springs in it. Toilet flapper seemed broken, so toilet ran all night. Room was clean, but daily room service wasn’t offered. Towels were extremely thin and small. TV controller didn’t work well. Nice sized fridge and microwave. Large sink mirror with built in lighting was nice. Parking was good for oversized tall vehicle. Street noise was very loud, but that’s out of their control.

Overall, for the price of the room and the general experience of going to Disneyland...it was perfect for a night's stay.

I like the organized version parking area because of Disneyland being so close they have all parking blocked so no one can come and park unless you got a room. Secondly the breakfast was amazing. A lot of varieties to choose from. The room was clean, great customer service and helpful staff. Lastly, the wanted to say thank you to the staff. They are really nice and respectful. We will come again.

It was fine. Nothing more, nothing less. Parking is quite limited and they had complimentary valet but the valet host was completely out of it, not paying attention or helping at all so we just parked ourselves—incredibly small spaces. Simple rooms, nice enough considering it’s a motel style with access to the rooms from outside. Wouldn’t rush to stay again but it was fine

I waited to write this review in hopes that the hotel manager would uphold his end of the reimbursement of my stay. Unfortunately, I have received nothing except for an email with no results. I stayed at this hotel at the beginning of February and after a long day at Disneyland, I returned to my room and found it completely flooded. The sink had back flowed into the room flooding the room with over several inches of water. Hopefully it was not sewer water flooding the room. It ruined items of mine and cost me over $500 to replace and I had to stay in another room. The hotel staff were fortunately able to accommodate another room but had no regard to my damaged items or distress of having to remove the items from a flooded slippery room. I sent an email to the hotel manager and confirmed that they would reimburse me two nights stay for my inconvenience. I have yet to receive anything and it has been over 4 months. They did not even clean the room after we vacated. They only blew the floors dry. Who knows what is lurking under those floors. Do not stay at this hotel unless you want to have your beauty products and expensive shoes sitting in water that could very well be sewer water. CHOOSE ANY OTHER HOTEL!!!

From check in to check out it was all great. The bed was soft. Pillows great. Ac levels worled and shower was amazing. If I had one complain it would be that the eggs and tator tots were warmer. They were almost room temp to cold. But that is it. Next time I visit Disneyland I will use Ramada.

Breakfast was good, parking was nice and close to the rooms. Only downside I think is that there is only one elevator but other than that super clean, beds are really comfortable. AC worked amazing loved the mirror outside the bathroom.

The hotel is nice and very conveniently located. We were only there for a very short stay but we would definitely stay again. One thing to note…don’t stay in room 222. The ice machine is located directly outside of the door and people were filling ice chest after ice chest starting before 5 am. It was very loud and disruptive to our whole party. If your are looking for a very basic cheap hotel stay then this is solid choice. But if your looking for close walk to the park, good breakfast , and open easy parking then this is not for you. Breakfast is held in a small room which is super over crowded. Breakfast is very basic for the price you pay that’s what you get . Parking is crowded. At check in they told me room service is not available only upon request for room service . I found that extremely odd , and we didn’t have new towels for the following days only at request . I personally wouldn’t stay here again but it’s a saving option if you don’t really have any expectations.

Staff at front desk was amazing, friendly and very helpful, one member in my party arrived late and they helped him nicely at his arrival.

Hotel is right next to the very convenient Toy Story parking lot shuttles which is a time and walking saver.

After my other hotel messed up my reservation. I found this place last minute. But definitely a place I will stay next time. Close to restaurants, Disneyland shuttle is convenient. The place is well run clear, they help park your car. They breakfast is good clean fast couldn’t have asked for anything else in the stay.

Parking was easy and surrounding areas felt safe. Housekeeping staff was kind - front desk staff was somewhat courteous but not welcoming. Breakfast had good variety but the set up and room were uncomfortable. Room was basic and I liked the hardwood floors for cleanliness. A pair of socks from the previous occupant were left behind making the room feel unkept.

The place itself is a bit outdated and feels more like a motel, however the room we booked was Very spacious and breakfast had many options for the kids that they loved.

Our room was clean but our shower head was falling out of the wall we could see a huge hole around so you couldn't move it without the scare of brake. The free breakfast was cold and warmed by microwave and it was put in containers without heat so it was always cold. And the doors had mold on hinges in bathroom .

It’s walking distance do Disney land park was great, staff was great. We arrived early and our room was ready so they let us in right away.

The breakfast was great! I also appreciated the free parking and parking attendants being there. It is close to the Toy Story parking lot, so you can get a free shuttle to Disneyland if you walk into that lot. I did not like the beds though. It was very hard, and it actually hurt me to sleep on it. Because of the uncomfortable beds, I will not be back.

They have free breakfast. Not the best but not bad either. Good for saving if your family likes breakfast. The rooms were clean. Showered water pressure not great at all. Staff are nice. Parking no problem. All in all if I’m on a budget they are a good option. But if I can afford a little more I would go somewhere else.

Breakfast was very good. The room was nice. The hot tub was nasty. I did not like that we had to ask for our towels to be replaced and our room to be cleaned. There was 1 luggage cart and it was not available at our check in or check out. Made getting luggage for 6 people on the 2nd floor hard and tiresome.

The room was clean, the staff was nice, and the breakfast was good. The amenities were okay. The gym could use more equipment and the hot tub wasn’t very hot. But, overall it was a great place.

We always stay here due to the proximity to the parents and being one block away from the Toy Story lot. This time accommodations weren’t attempted. They put my disabled husband on the 3rd floor even after we extended our stay an extra night. Parking is overfilled later in the evenings so park early and walk if you have to.

The property is due for an upgrade. The beds were lumpy and the flooring was in need of replacing or repair. Some of the vinyl plank was coming up and some was worn. The TV was a pain to use. Perhaps an external HDMI would be helpful like some of the Hilton Group hotels use in their rooms. The breakfast was adequate, the space noisy and crowed. The folks working in the breakfast room were great, but they were too busy with the shear number of folks using the space. Additionally, the hot water supply is unable to keep up with the morning rush to Disney. When I showered at 5:30AM it was great, by 7AM it was tepid at best. I think charging for parking and for breakfast is unfortunate, but probably necessary with a location so close to Disney. Good location that could do with some investing in upgrades and a little more TLC.

They have a breakfast, round eggs, sausage, coffee, breads and stuff and that looked ok we didn't eat but the coffee was good. The staff was ok nothing extra for a "hotel." To me this was a motel converted to a hotel by Wyndham. This was kind of expensive for the property we stayed at but it was also a weekend closed to Disneyland and Angel Stadium, we went to the game want had about a 45 minute walk back.

Just just wish the breakfast room was bigger. Two of the nights that I stayed I had to eat breakfast in my own room because there was no space.

Arrived to a room full of ants crawling all over the walls, bathroom counter and ceilings. Reported to Expedia and hotel front desk. Was charged for the night even though we had to leave and pay for a hotel end where and had not even unpacked and had only been on property more than 39 mins. Took me 2 days on vacation to fight the charges with the hotel and Expedia. It ruined my vacation.

Great place to stay close to the parks with family. Parking was an issue most nights but they have complimentary valet.

This hotel was close to the Toy Story parking lot where you get. Shuttle to Disney, the staff was welcoming and kept property clean, the parking attendant was constantly walking making sure the cars re safe along with property. Check in/out was easy.

This was my family’s second time staying here and we enjoyed it both times. It was clean, the breakfast was a good simple breakfast, and the ease of checking in, out & requesting housekeeping was good. We would definitely stay here again when we come down here

Parking lot was packed most days. Staff was friendly and answered all questions. Breakfast was good, biscuits and gravy kept me coming back, the kids loved the character waffles. The room was clean and organized. It states for long stays they will come clean every 3 days we stayed 7 and no one came and refreshed our room. We had to go down and get new towels. That was the only problem we had. The shampoo, conditioner and body wash were a nice brand. Will stay again when in Anaheim.

Overall property was fine. Breakfast was nice to have, wish they had a few more grab and go options and decaf coffee. Parking was fine but did get full and it looked like they had a valet parking option if that happened. The pool was not heated which was a bummer. Nice location walkable to the Toy Story lot where you can catch a bus to the parks. Rooms could use a curtain between the bathroom vanity and bedroom area, sofa bed was smaller than expected but Staff were nice and rooms were very clean.

Approx 5 blocks from disney, 20 min walk. Free parking. Breakfast offered was ok. Pretty noisy rooms, but doors are outdoor and on disney row so to be expected. Staff was excellent.

Walk to the Toy Story Lot was easy but to get to the shuttle you have to walk across to the back of the lot which is long especially when you are tired on your way back but it was easy just prepare. Denny's is right next door which is convenient also. Lobby had sodas, water, milk, snacks, some medications which was also very helpful and convenient. Room has fridge and microwave. I will stay here again for the price it's a good stay if only doing a day or two.

To his credit, the manager did offer me a two nights refund and gave me a room on the third floor for my last night. I like this hotel. I suppose that plumbing disasters can happen anywhere. I just wish that they would keep one or two rooms free for such eventualities. If I return to this property I will make sure to request a room on an upper floor.

Room was clean and spacious. It was comfortable and did not have any complaints as we all slept well. Breakfast was really good and yummy. It could be a bit crowded because it is served in a small conference style room, but our family was always able to find a table without issues. Parking was definitely tight but staff was helpful with moving cars that were on our way when needed to leave the facility. I will definitely be returning.

The first time we stayed there they put us in the room right by the housekeeping room and we walked in and saw two cockroaches. Went and told front office and they put us in another room. I thought ide give it another chance due to them having a suite with bunk beds. I was never advised that I would have to request for housekeeping and so for 2 days my room wasn’t cleaned until I was finally advised that a request is needed. I don’t know why they have do not disturb signs if housekeeping doesn’t even come. Then when they did they only made 1 out of 3beds took old towels gave new ones and that was it. To pay over 1k for 4 nights and have crappy service is insane. I keep trying to speak with a manager and have yet to speak to one. I will never stay there again.

All in all, our experience was good, and the room was surprisingly affordable considering the proximity to Disneyland. Would stay again. Pro tip: Skip the walk AND the Disney shuttle and hop on the OCTA 43. It comes by every 15 minutes or so. It’s $2 for adults, kids are free, and it will drop you off right in front of the park. You’ll save a ton of time and there are far less people to contend with.

Room was clean and maintained. Thin walls, but that doesn’t bother me. 12-14 min walk to convention center, not bad at all. Dennys next door was a plus.

This is already the second time I've stayed at this hotel. I found the service excellent, the conditions good—the parking, the breakfast—everything was truly excellent.

Breakfast was nice to have and was fine.. we never gave ourselves enough time to eat though..decent coffee to go every morning was great! We only requested housekeeping one day and it was great. Exchanged Towels on another day and again good service. Parking was efficient and safe. Room was comfortable but some softer pillows would be nice.. Only drawback was the very long walk home from the parks at the end of the day (30 minutes it took) but we knew that when we booked and for the included parking an breakfast I would still do again.. but prepare yourself it’s a long haul

Staff was awesome and very kind, location is ideal for people looking to stay close but not too close to Disney. Only issue was pillows are small and stiff; and the bed itself was rather stiff in our room.

Parking was limited but we were lucky to secure a spot. We didn’t use the pool or gym but it looked pretty clean and quite large. The room smelt quite strong of chemicals, but I understand they probably fumigate often/use strong chemicals with the volume of people coming through. The towels and bed were clean. The pillows seemed brand new as they were quite fluffy and stuffed. Overall the stay was fine. I was worried about bugs from other reviews but didn’t see any, and I feel like checked thoroughly. We were smart and kept everything off the floor and in the suitcase just in case. Noise level was manageable. We were on the main floor so could hear the kids upstairs running around. I brought earplugs so didn’t really notice. We didn’t hear people on either side of us. For the price of the hotel and proximity to the park you really can’t go wrong. Also to have breakfast available and free parking, it was really one of the best options. It’s probably a 20 minute walk from the park which was great. There is also a walgreens and CVS on the corner for convenience. If you’re spending most of your day out then it is a great option.

Great hotel super close to Toy Story parking lot.

We booked the 2 queens with bunkbed. It had plenty of space for 2 adults and our 2 kids (8 and 10). The kids swam in the pool and jacuzzi the night before we went to Disney and they enjoyed themselves. Our room and the pool facilities were clean and maintained. The continental breakfast was super nice to have to get us going in the morning. Not great food (it's what you'd expect from a free breakfast) but it had plenty of options. It was a little farther than I like to walk to and from Disney (about a mile), but I would stay here again. It was a great deal.

The front desk assistant was courteous and helpful at check-in. The breakfast was very disappointing. There was not real cream for the coffee, and they ran out of some goods at least 30 minutes before service was over.

with a family of six, we expected to use the pool as its an amenity listed on hotel site but the pool was extremely cold and the hot tub is tiny and was luke warm. on both mornings of my stay, during 7-9am, the water pressure and hot water is non-existent. I took cold showers because when I turned the water on, the water was barely warm in in less than 5 minutes of running it, it turned ice cold. Very uncomfortable to get the day started like that. the breakfast was amazing and the complimentary valet was perfect. The staff at the lobby were so helpful. only negative was the water and pool situation

The pillows and bed could have been more comfortable. It took an hour for the hot tub to heat up. There some kind of night light that I couldn't turn off and it drove me crazy.

Staff are very nice. Like the free parking. The room need more storage, need hook or bar for hand towel. The sink outside the bathroom is not clean. Need more outlet and at a better location, not at the end of the bed. Bed frame are metal and make noise if you accidentally hit it when come close to the bed. Breakfast are same everyday. Wifi is terrible, can't connected at all the whole 3 nights we were there. Not a good experience.

Our room was spacious, very clean, and very comfortable. It had everything we needed for our visit to Disneyland parks. Walking distance to the Toy Story Parking lot/bus shuttles. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The serve a complete breakfast daily.

Breakfast could have been better. There was someone making pancakes but amenities like yogurts, fruit, and individual packages of cream cheese or syrup were not available. My issues were that the beds had the thinnest blankets we had to request more and when we came back from the park at 12:30 to find our key card deactivated, no one was at the front desk. and We called and could hear the phone ringing. It took probably 15 minutes for a man to come and reset our card so my family with kids could get inside.

The room keys were hard to get to work. Almost like the door part had bad wiring? Then once the electronic room key finally gave the green light, the door was stuck shut. It took a lot of force to get it to open.

That was pretty annoying. The room walls/ceiling are super thin, so if you have major trouble sleeping through loud noises, I wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was loud. My room was facing S. Harbor and I could hear all the traffic on the street and while I couldn't hear the people above me talking, it was very loud when they were walking in their room. When people are being noisy outside, you can hear everything. 2) No Smart TV (I think there was a Smart Mirror but it didn't seem to be working) 3) Low water pressure in shower 3.5+ stars. Great for going to Disney early, being out all day & returning to sleep. If you want to watch a movie, bring your own screen. High levels of noise can be disruptive. Great location. Great rate - $572 for 4 nights (used no-interest Affirm!)

Pros - great location, ample parking, reasonable rates, generously-sized rooms, friendly staff, close enough to be convenient to the convention center, far enough to escape the noise. Cons - miniature pillows, lighting akin to a surgical theater (maintenance - 2700K LED is your friend), toilet flushed with the unabated ferocity of a glass of water being poured down the drain. All that to say - pros outweigh the cons which were relatively minor. Great value hotel for the area.

The convenience of the Ramada, near disneyland, made the whole trip. We were able to eat dennys next door twice, and come back to the room to rest during half the days.

When I checked in I was told “your room isn’t ready yet” and I asked her “isn’t your check in at 3pm” she said “it is but your room isn’t ready and that’s where we’re at” no apologies no you can have a late check out nothing. I asked how long it would and she said “10 mins” so we waited in the lobby. The 10 mins came and I asked did you know how much longer she said “ idk how long so take a seat” very rude like if it was my fault my room wasn’t ready! And I said “well you said 10 mins” and said “okay.” That’s all she said not once did I hear a single sorry or anything! My room was finally ready and she hands me the room keys dosent explain anything, I had to look at the map and then she told me I was looking at it wrong, didn’t explain where the breakfast was or what the coupons where for, I had to ask my sister who was also staying that the hotel! We didn’t get in until about 3:45pm. Another work had come and I as I left I heard them talking about me! Very rude and unprofessional! Rooms are nice but the staff was rude expect for the ladies serving the free breakfast!

The rooms were spacious! I loved how close it was to places where we were able to walk to places. The breakfast was great. I wish the pool was able to be used but all in all it was more than I expected.

Tiny room for 6 people, not enough space for each guest to open their suitcase, no bedside tables for both sides of queen beds. Room stank of bleach/chlorine (terrible for asthmatic/allergy prone guests). Cleaning was supposed to be done every 3 days. On the 4th day we requested the room be cleaned as it had not been done yet, whilst we were out for majority of the day. Returned late afternoon to find room had still not been cleaned and the cleaners then told us we would need to leave for an hour so they could clean the room! Noisy air conditioner. Shower head needs to be replaced/upgraded (terrible water pressure). Queen beds have metal frames below the mattress that jut out right at shin/knee height - be prepared to cop some bruises whilst walking around in the cramped room! Breakfast is ordinary - cold, soggy, no variety day to day. No property security - anyone can just walk in off the street and go straight to any room doors, which feel quite flimsy. No in-room safe. Laundry facilities are minimal eg: one guest dryer for the entire property. Free parking is beneficial, however there are not enough parking spaces but the parking attendant moves cars around and triple parks cars to fit them in. When returning to car, it was usually parked in a different spot to where we parked it. Again, the property doesn't feel very safe and secure. ~20 min walk to Disney parks. Can get free shuttle from Toy Story car park but still have to walk a fair way to/from other side of car park.

Breakfast was the same thing everyday, often Luke warm and soggy. Not a great selection. Parking was always full. The room had water damage and smelled musty. We had people jumping and banging objects upstairs in the mornings(6am-830am) and late evenings (10pm-1am). I will not be coming back to this hotel, very very disappointed. We also had a lot of pincher bugs in the room.

Second stay at this hotel. Room was very clean and breakfast was fresh and had a nice selection. Many dining options near by as well as CVS and Walgreens. It is about a 15 - 20 minute walk to Disney or a 10 minute walk to the FREE shuttle at the Toy story lot.

The staff was pleasant. The room was clean and tidy. However, the bed, though comfortable, had the thinnest blankets. So much so it felt like you weren’t using a blanket. The breakfast was terrible. Parking was limited. The room was a basic. I would not return again.

Though it was not the hotel’s fault… the road was noisy which sounded like loud motorcycles or street racers all night long. It is close to the Toy Story Lot (1 block). Which was convenient. There is a Denny’s next door. We would stay there again.

The mattress and pillows were not very comfortable. Square pillows that were hard? My mattress at home or when I'm on the road is way more comfortable. This mattress needs to probably be changed.

Our room smelled like bleach so bad that we got sick. The shower was broken and falling apart on the wall, the trim to the bathroom door was rotting, our front door wouldn’t shut all the way. We switched hotels after waking up from our first night there, the hotel wouldn’t give us a full refund for the night, and the owner has not called me like I requested. I will be calling again on Monday

Our room was very clean and staff was friendly. Location was so convenient for going to Disneyland. Overall it was a great stay! The only complaint we had was that we could hear a lot of the noises outside of our room from people walking by and opening and closing doors at night. Other than that, we were very happy with our experience.

Parking was limited but free, and we were able to leave our car there and take a short Uber ride to Disneyland, which worked out perfectly. The only downsides were the door, which probably needs to be replaced because you can hear people walking by, especially at night. We also experienced one incident where a man and a woman were yelling loudly in front of our room, and it sounded like someone was trying to jump. We immediately reported it to the front desk, and they took action right away to handle the situation. Overall, despite that incident, the staff responded quickly, and the stay was still pleasant.

The room was nice aside from the pair of socks that were left on a shelf in the closet. Beds were comfortable and breakfast was okay. Parking is quite scarce so that is a downside. Luckily it’s near the Toy Story lot so you can shuttle to/from Disney if you are too tired to walk.

Parking is next to impossible here if you come after 9pm. Water pressure is not good. Bathroom door didn’t close. Absolutely no sound proofing and you can hear the people next door even if they’re being quiet. I don’t suggest staying here if you don’t have to

Within walking distance to Disney Toy Story parking lot where you can go through security and hop on the bus to Disneyland or California Adventure. It will save you time at the gates.

Overall a nice stay, but the main complaint was that there is very little insulation at the door and we could hear a lot of noise outside it. We were on the top floor, so didn't hear much of the neighbors, but it was very noisy outside with traffic and people.

CONS: No housekeeping unless you request before 11 (pretty standard lately) the pillows were terrible (standard Wyndham pillows). The showerhead had terrible pressure and the water went from barely warm to really hot very fast. We could hear EVERYTHING above us and outside, children running and pounding the floor, housekeeping carts, conversations, early as 6am!! The breakfast, ugh; nothing looked all the way cooked. An employee was in there making waffles, and they looked yellow instead of golden as did the tater tots. Everything looked frozen reheated. No yogurts, which we wanted. No oatmeal. The parking is horrendous if you get there too late. Super restricted parking. The valet double-parks your vehicle, in front of other cars or in red zones on the property because they run out of parking spots. You could say you get what you pay for, which is why I give it 3 stars instead of 2. Very motel-ish. Has potential to be better.

The room was very clean ! It’s small but decent to just sleep. It was SUPER close to Disney ! And very affordable. We loved the stay. The only issue was the parking since it’s pretty small but they had free valet ! We will definitely stay again when we come to Disney.

Room was very clean and had no bad smells. Only issue I had was some ants in the bathroom. But nothing too bad. Staff was very friendly and accommodated by request for a first floor room and a later checkout. Breakfast had a good variety but didn't start until 7:00 so only had it a couple days. But was a nice perk.

We liked modern style of room, plank flooring and convenient location of hotel. Bathroom was very nice. However, outside of hotel was older. We were on 2nd floor. There was a large gap under our door. There could be some room for improvement on quality of pillows. They were so flat and mattress could have been more comfortable. Room itself was specious. It was close enough to walk to Disneyland and restaurants.

Did not enjoy our stay much the walls and doors are paper thin VERY loud did not get good rest at all. Room itself was ok no hot warm just Luke warm. Water pressure VERY low. Can’t complain much about the breakfast and staff working the breakfast was great. The only thing we enjoyed was the location walking distance to the Toy Story parking lot but overall would not return.

There's only one elevator, and it was in the most inconvenient spot from our room. The room wasn't very clean. We tried to do an early check-in because our young kids were exhausted and wanted to nap, but they wouldn't allow us to do so, even though several other hotels in the area allow early check-in. So we ended up driving around for a few hours, absolutely worn out. The only positive is that the parking is free.

Clean, spacious and convenient hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. There are local shops and restaurants within a very short walk from the hotel. I have previously stayed at this hotel and would stay there again in any future visits. Highly recommended for families.

There was a few roaches in the room right when we walked in after being in the car for 7.5 hours. Yes they may have put us in another room but NEVER have I been to a hotel and this happen. This hotel is not as “clean” as people make it out to be.

Went for a two night stay. Over all I give it 4 stars. Breakfast tasted a bit under cooked but I just let the lady know and she took care of it. Parking is a secure but if you check in later like we did around 9pm we didn’t find anything but luckily they have free valet and they will park your car in like a over flow section and move it as they need. No big deal. It was clean in the hotel room seemed to be freshly remodeled. I did notice in the shower sometimes the pressure would die out a little bit. Also if your on the first floor like we were the walking above us was a slight annoying in the early morning but luckily it only lasted like 30 minutes at a time. Overall if you want a safe, fair priced, and clean hotel near Disney i would recommend. I walked to the Toy Story shuttle in 7 minutes and if you really wanted to you can walk to the park in 20 minutes choice is yours. Hope this review helps you make your decision. Moving forward I’m going to try and book here if I can when I come to Anaheim.

The bathroom in our room was clogged throughout my whole stay. I went down every day to ask them to do something about it and instead, a plunger was left in our room.

Parking is a struggle. Had to move rooms because the AC wasn’t working. Overall not a bad experience would stay again Wish they had a shuttle to Disneyland.

Room was overall clean. The main bed in our one bedroom was horrible and not comfortable at all. Hot water for the shower was hard to come by, the front desk told us to just run the faucet for a few minutes. Parking is so tight and very hard to come by. The hot tub was very stinky and had so much foam. Breakfast was a tight fit, so be ready to take it to go. Front desk check in was not informative at all.

Room was filthy, dried blood on doorframe, stained sheets, leaking shower that soaked our luggage. No housekeeping or fresh towels for 4 days despite repeated requests. Staff were rude and unhelpful, rolled their eyes when I notified about the dirty room. Unacceptable stay and poor service.

The room was very clean. But when we were trying to sleep, it sounds like there's water streaming down our walls in our room. Also, we could not use our tablet in a room because of the wifi issues. And there were no towel barsHowever, the staff was great. And why no towel bars by the sink.

The rooms have been updated and are clean. Although our heating/ac unit emitted a smelly odor. This place is great if you plan to be at Disney all day and just need a place to sleep. It's near the bus stop (ART) that you can take to Disneyland. You can walk to Disneyland if you don't have little kids in your group. It takes about 20 minutes. If you want to eat breakfast in the dining area get there at opening. The dining area can't accommodate everyone. We ate in our room half of the time. The only fresh fruit was the mandarin oranges. If you eat clean bring your own food. The rooms have refrigerators and microwaves.

Room was clean and had requested daily cleaning during our stay. Parking was available daily, but needed to get in fairly early from Disneyland because other guest returning after the park closing. Breakfast was good although, seating was very limited between 7am to 9am. All guest had the same start time to get to the park form 8am opening time. As for a couple not too bad, but for a family of 4 or 5, seating was nearly nil. My family enjoyed staying here.

Door on lock was not secure and we were stuck on third floor without any elevator. I had a knee injury and typically travel with a wheelchair. There was no indication that elevators were not working and there was kk intent on them being fixed soon

I had a overall great experience at this property. It was close to the Toy Story parking lot which made it easy to get to Disney. My only complaint was that the floors in the room where dirty my feet would end up black after walking around barefoot.

We checked in to find out the pool was closed. Would have been nice to know ahead of time . We had very loud pallet jacks by our room at 8am in the morning. Woke us up. Not cool!! Had black mold on the ceiling above the toilet where a very obvious water leak was. TV signal went out. Couldn’t watch TV

Nice room. The buffet is good. Negative: TV doesn't have closed captions; I'm disappointed. Lost my motivation. The third floor is too high for me; I would rather be on the first floor. Parking is easy. There is a nearby restaurant that I like, and it is close to Disneyland.

I was on the bottom floor and the door had a gap to were you could see out. Overall good if you are going to Disney as you are only their to sleep.

Good hotel.

We had a a very good time at the Ramada. The service was excellent, and the entire hotel was very clean. The breakfast was delicious. One suggestion would be to maybe change up the breakfast items every other day. After the fourth morning of the same breakfast items, we were seeking something different.

FYI. The staff makes the waffles at breakfast. In addition, there were boiled eggs instead of the standard eggs usually for hotel breakfast. Cons: The towel rod in the bathroom was loose and there were no other towel racks/rod for the face towels. Bathroom door stuck a little when trying to close. AC seemed extra loud, at first I thought there was just a loud car in the parking but then the noise would occur multiple times. No body lotion. If you go somewhere with your car and come back extra late (after the valet leaves), you could have trouble finding a parking space. No suitcase rack.

The location was perfect, just a short walk to many spots, including Disneyland. The breakfast was delicious, and the wait staff were outstanding, definitely deserving of a good tip! My only complaint is that our corner room was right next to the breakfast area, which made it quite noisy. Between the early morning prep and constant foot traffic, getting a good night’s sleep was tough.

Our ADA room was located next door to housekeeping department. Constant noisy washing machine alarms and push carts rolling outside our door as early as 6 am and until 10 pm. If you're going to be resting in your room during the day and want quiet, suggest asking for alternative room if avaliable. Front desk staff was friendly and personable. Room was clean and spacious.

The parking was always full so you had to use the valet. Valet service was ok, I just don't like leaving my keys with someone else. I can't leave when I want and have to wait to get my keys.

Comfortable beds

The room was adequate considering the price however, I did find long hairs and a couple of my towel towels, which I did not particularly like, but that’s why I always bring my own towel anyway. Because it is close to a major street. It can get a little loud. I appreciated the free parking and the service was solid. As for the free breakfast, it’s a free breakfast. I’ve read reviews where people are demanding fresh fruit, and vegetables. This is not Downton Abbey. I would stay here if the price is right and I like the free parking.

Fridge was set to 3 it froze all my food had to throw it out they didn’t tell me to check the temperature of the fridge

The only complaint l really have is that we were staying on the third floor and the elevator was broke down. Spending a whole day at Disneyland (which is 0.8 miles away) and coming back to your hotel climbing three stories of stairs isn’t fun. As far as the rooms go, they were good. Very clean, decent amount of space, and the beds were pretty comfortable.

It was a good hotel next to Disney and Toy Story Parking. The breakfast was the same thing every morning, which some variety would really have helped. But it was a good place to crash after long days at Disneyland

This is a fine, budget friendly option to make a Disney trip possible. We don’t mind because we are in the parks all day and just need a place to sleep. It’s a fairly quiet location that is kept clean. The free breakfast also helps cut down on costs. Expect basic rooms but that is what this price would suggest.

The room was clean. The beds seemed small, the mattress would slide. The towels were extra soft. We did not use the breakfast.

Shower water way to slow more focus on the bathroom

Everything about this hotel was rather nice and the location to Disneyland was quite close. On some occasions we walked which only took about 25-30 minutes and there is also a bus stop right in front of the hotel so that helped out as well. Especially at night. The one thing that I did not like too much was the softness of the mattress, but this is a personal preference as I sleep on mattresses that are firm. Overall I would stay here and would recommend it the same.

The rooms are so big and makes our stay more comfortable. My kids live to stay here and we continue to stay here since the walk to Toy Story lot is not far and the walk is not bad either. My boys love the bunk beds and it’s just so wonderful all around.

We were able to clearly hear what people were saying when they were passing our room -No safe to store valuables -There weren't many towel racks -Elevator was out of service during our entire stay (7 nights) -Not sure if it was just us, but the Wifi did not allow access to messaging apps such as WhatsApp, WeChat, Viber

Elevator was broken, you have to call before 11 for room service. Called at 8 and came back 4:30 and they were the cleaning the room. We were on the third floor with kids in a stroller and had to carry them each time up and down. Not accessible

Breakfast had biscuits, gravy, egg patties and sausage, tater tot’s and waffles that were already made up for you. Made it easy to just grab and go. Only fruit was oranges. The ART shuttle bus picks up right in front of hotel but at like 7:05 so it’s hard to catch the bus when breakfast doesn’t open until 7:00. Otherwise can walk a block down to the Toy Story parking lot and get free shuttle and go through security to help skip that line at Disney. Uber was about $11 at the end of the night from Disney. Overall a great stay for our needs

Everything was great, other than it could get a little loud with being on the 1st level and everyone on top of you. We could hear running and things moving around 10:30 at night, but to be expected in an area around Disney. A great option nonetheless.

Needs better customer service

The hotel rate was good but you also get what you pay for. We booked a room with double beds and a bunk bed. The bunk bed was shaky and did not feel secure, you could feel the springs on the bottom bunk. The room had a damp musk smell the entire time, as if due to lack of ventilation or cleaning with dirty towels. The parking was limited and we had no choice but to leave our keys with the valet, which was free but still something we would prefer not to do. We visit Disney regularly and will not use this hotel location again as there are better choices with comparable rates.

I love this place! This will always be my choice for a Disney trip. Rooms are spacious, no carpet, beds are comfortable, it’s 6 mins from Disney. The housekeeping is a little slow, but all I ever want is fresh towels and they act pretty quickly on that. Breakfast is okay, it’s free so it will do! It’s close by, affordable and always clean.

Upgraded, so the beds are pretty comfy, bathroom is nice and clean. We got the Deluxe Queen room because I wanted a fridge and microwave. I appreciate the no carpet floors. Included breakfast was good! Perfect for Disney mornings! I wish breakfast hours started at 6 insteadof 7. I noticed a sizable gap from the door to the floor, it might be bothersome for people who need pitch black rooms. Will definitely stay here again!
