Location Very uncomfortable beds & pillows. Beds moves. Similar to air beds. Tv channels very limited.

The office staff were friendly, they have brochures for the surrounding cities, the room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the sheets were cozy. The lobby was super clean, looks like a 5 star hotel! There was a roach in the room my man killed it, I could have kept it as a pet it was so big. I called ahead to ask about a microwave (I need one for my disability) I was told there was not one, when I got there one was available. I had to go out of my way to accommodate not having a microwave. The parking was also limited/small spots. The neighbor upstairs was loud throughout the night stomping around, very thin walls, you can hear everything. The staff was not knowledgeable about activities to do around the area other then pointing at the brochures. We did find the maids hair in the sheets and the bed slid from side to side, but those were the least of our worries. The shower doesn't stay hot very long.

My stay was very disappointing. The room was in very poor condition. There was no microwave or refrigerator, and the room was not clean at all. Everything smelled bad, and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable

My room was clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed for a relaxing stay. What really stood out was the excellent customer service and how kind the staff was throughout my visit. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay with genuinely friendly people.

Parking was easy, I liked that at night there was a security guard to watch over the cars. The staff were nice, didn’t communicate too much with them but were nice in every interaction I had. The only thing that could use some help is the rooms, since it had a smell and wasn’t entirely clean. That was a bummer.

Smelled of smoke and mildew in non smoking room. Rooms in the pictures for booking are not what you get. Our bed was supposed to be a queen felt like a double. And was against a wall that was not clean. Moisture was built up along the edges of the room. And it smelled of cat/dog urine. Front staff was wonderful. Overall the room was fine to sleep in. But walls are paper thin and could hear our neighbors arguing last night.

The exterior premises as well as the room seem to be up-to-date and well kept up. The room came with a nice size refrigerator and a microwave. I only wish that it came with a coffee maker. Do the best of my knowledge there is nowhere on site to get coffee, if there is, no one made me aware of it. It’s fairly noisy due to such a Major street in front of the property however, not so noisy. I was not able to sleep. Overall, I found everything clean, the toilet bowl could use a little extra work.

I know its a motel 6 so I should've known better but decided to give it a shot. Stayed on the 1st floor and the people upstairs were being loud, dragging things on the floor all night. Walls are like paper thin where you can hear EVERYTHING. Bathroom sink, toilet and tub were DIRTY. Hair in tub and toothpaste all over the sink. I regretted my stay within 5 minutes of arrival. Good things, the parking lot is well lit. Dont do it.

Property area is questionable, front desk agent nice, advised our room was upgraded from 1 bed to 2 as 1 bed booked was not available at checked. Room should have been non smoking, however the room had the strongest smell of both cigarettes and mold. We arrived tired at 10pm. Called front desk no answers , had 3 new car air fresheners had to bring in and place on air conditioning until to try and help with odor but not helpful sprayed cologne still not helpful. Room cleanliness was not acceptable, dirt on floors, toilet suit dirty with questionable marks and beds were a soft box of springs. Booked 2 nights and got up and left a day early without checking out. Ruined the weekend trip

This is the WORST MOTEL 6!!!!!! The bed had BED BUGS!!! and I found a roach running across the bathroom sink. When letting the manager know that I was not going to stay in a room with bugs and wanted a refund he got angry refused and said that it wasn't his problem even when showing him pictures of blood on the floor and sheets. This is the worst place to stay DO NOT STAY HERE!!

As someone who travels frequently and has stayed at many Motel 6 locations, this particular property in Fullerton stands out significantly from the rest. The check-in process was extremely fast and professional, and my room was exceptionally clean and impressive. The bed was very comfortable, and the new checkout process was remarkably efficient, saving me a great deal of time. If you are looking for a great place to stay, I highly recommend this location. The cleaning staff is so accommodating and sweet. If I ever needed anything they would provide it with ease, and did a great job freshening, cleaning, and tidying the space.

The staff is incredibly kind and the customer service is top notch! Rosa the manager goes above and beyond not only professionally but she’s also very compassionate and understanding which makes the experience here memorable.

The room was clean and had no bad smells, which I really appreciated, especially since this hotel is pet-friendly. They do not charge anything for dogs — no pet fee, no deposit — which was a huge plus for us. We traveled as a family (my husband, our child, and our small dog) and felt comfortable the entire stay. Parking was convenient, and our car was parked right in front of our room, which made everything easy. The hotel isn’t luxurious, but it’s affordable and you truly get what you pay for. It felt safe, decent, and well-maintained. Also — the shower pressure was honestly top tier. Overall, this is a solid, budget-friendly option if you’re looking for an affordable place to rest, especially if you’re traveling with pets. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff told me my kids were being disruptive to guests downstairs and how my kids were jumping and stomping. The manger or employee even said he went to meet with the guests to hear the noise and turns out he was staying in the room where the “guests” were complaining. They also had numerous mosquitoes in room 427. My one year old got bit on the face. Manger did not even come assist any one when another family/couple were throwing items outside , cussing, screaming. I was going to extend my stay as I was staying for almost two weeks, I took my money else where. I don’t appreciate attitude I get it enough from my kids

The lady went on her lunch break before she was able to clean our room so that was a miscommunication other than that everything was great!

The staff at the front desk are always polite, helpful, and courteous. They get you into your room quickly, and there's never a long wait.While checking in, the staff double checks with you to see if you want to change from a smoking to non-smoking room. That's a huge plus. I enjoy my stay every time I decide, or need to stay overnight in Anaheim.

Staff was nice. We ended up checking out that same night, and not staying. The room looked super clean and didn't notice any smells at first. The room itself was small, basic and bathroom a bit like a hospital bathroom. Left the air on , because it was warm and stuffy. We went to a WWE event, came back around 8pm, and the room smelled like cigarette smoke and urine or mildew. There was noticeable condensation on areas in the room. Since it was early enough just to drive home, we decided to check out instead. Overall we spent about $50 on a Monday for nothing. But it looked pretty safe, so I guess if someone needed a cheap place to stay, it would do the job.

Once we got into our room we noticed the floor had spills all over it and cereal. Dried up rice stuck on bed frame... We called down to office to ask if it could be mopped the following morning because we have a 1 year old who is just learning to walk and didn't want him on the dirty floor. The lady said she would ensure it got done. That morning as we left for Disneyland for the day, i stopped in to return their iron and asked for it to be done once again. I left cash on the nightstand for the housekeeper too. We came back at midnight and nothing had been. Once again called down and the gentleman said there's nothing they could do.

I was very hopeful by almost all the photos that were reviewed but I just could not give this place anything more. * I would have taken photos but my priority was NOT to take photos of every spot. I wanted to make sure I was safe, my property was secured and I just wait to check out which we did at 0730 in the morning*

Laundry room was fine, parking was fine. The room had trash in it from the previous guests, and floors were very dirty. I got a non smoking room; still smelt smoke around the area/especially weed. Had people roaming around at 7:30-8 AM waiting for me to throw my trash away (expected, but felt uncomfortable as I was alone with my children). Served its purpose though.

This room was infested with cockroaches, had a visibly dirty shower with wads of hair still on the floor and a feces odor in the bathroom that was so strong it overcame the entire room. They also only gave me a double bed when I paid for a queen bed.

When we got into the room it’s smelt like cigarettes and the nightstand had food grease all over it and was filthy. There was fast food trash under the bed from the people before and a charger laying out. It didn’t seem like it was cleaned at all before we came in besides the beds. Definitely the dirtiest hotel room I’ve ever stayed in.

Awful, dirty, roaches (had to buy can of Raid just to manage the situation) and not the best price either. Have stayed in older motels in Orange county that were much, much cleaner. And customer service is non existent, starting with front desk.

They gave me a room in the way back with bunch of prostitutes, pimps, and drug dealers. No coffee machine. Water barely came out the faucet. People were playing loud music and smoking.

At first I thought this place was nice but then we found cockroaches in our room. We complain to the management and they upgraded a so better room. We thought that was great and we were all fine and then when our week was over, we decided to stay another week. They told us we were banned from staying there because the room we checked out before was destroyed we were only in a few hours and it was perfectly clean and fine and they just made it up. I don’t know it’s because of his complaining or they gave us a better room for the price of the first room. She thought it was so horrible for them to say that.

My room had German Cockroaches and there were noisy people both nights in addition to sirens from an ambulance coming into the hotel parking lot. I didn’t sleep well because of it.

Hair strands found in between sheets I’ve come to know that it’s safer to check before residing and I always double check cleanliness this staff does not clean up very well they don’t even simply sweep or change sheets or care enough to double check a fresh room setting before completing their cleanup

I kept getting awoken by loud people, upstairs and it was so hard to sleep. I kept checking on my car too because of the sketchy people that stay there or are around the property. I’ve never had an issue with the staff so far. Roaches and the floors had dirt and dried grass.

This is a very nice Motel 6. Sadly, it’s getting more expensive and they charge for nightly parking. It’s not as good of a deal as it used to be with rooms costing $160-$200 a night (on average). I know it’s summertime and I know it’s a great Disney location, and pet friendly. It’s still a Motel 6.

My family and I booked a three day stay here and it was worth every penny. First off the young man inside I belive his name is Bonof(not sure if I spelt that right) is so sweet. You walk in and he's got a big smile ready to great you. For me first impressions can be a big game changer. They dont charge for your fur babies so thats a huge plus.After checking in,I got my room and headed up stairs. It smelt extremely clean and was already cooled. Since its a hot day outside,this felt amazing. The water pressure was perfect and got hot in no time by the time I was ready to shower. You can tell the way the workers talk its like a big family here. Whoever is running this place is doing a great job. I will be back and will always recommend this motel 6 to my friends and family.

Staff was very nice, affordable for 4 day stay. It couldve have been a little cleaner. The tub was stained and shower head didnt work, however, when reported , the shower head was fixed the next day.

the floor was dirty, there was only a bar of soap, and the tv remote was not sanitized. other than that, worth the price and better than motel 6 anaheim hills.

The bed sheets were clean, and the shower was clean, but a sticky floor and both bed side stands were greasy. I recommend better cleaning!

My property was very clean and the people was very nice. Lots of parking very quiet place.

Staff was super nice but felt unsafe in that particular area. Also, you could hear people next-door doing drugs you could hear their whole conversations as if they were inside your room. They were up all night, I barely got sleep

Yes, a quick overnight, but they always clean. They’re always gracious and they have a long facility. They have pending machines in the room service deliveries. I’m not quite sure that the food is yummy.
