The good things about this hotel was the staff was friendly and it’s down the street from Disneyland. Also the in room fridge/freezer was a good size and worked well.
- 2/5
We did a one night stay here last minute. Reviews online were different from what we experienced. Our room was dirty and had a smell. Sink was plugged, bathroom walls dirty and had some mold on the ceiling. Floors were super dirty. Parking was really tight and limited. Would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Hotel cerca de parking Toy Story, el staff excelente, el a/c algo viejo y no enfriaba suficiente.
- 4/5
Had a corner room and it was a decent size. Our friend’s room however was way smaller than ours, i had a hard time walking clearly from 1 side to the other without hitting my legs on the bed and I’m a solid 240. The room was clean and cozy, housekeepers were very nice and polite. I do like the free parking for the first car, however, the parking lot made me question the safety of my vehicle. Luckily it was fine. The downfall to the stay was that they were hosing down the doors on the second floor and the walkways and my car was parked on the edge and was completely soaked and once dried the water spots had a white film. Would i stay there again is still questionable
- 5/5
Could have a water bottle refill station
- 4/5
This was a very good budget friendly motel for our recent trip to Disneyland which is about 1mile from the motel. We used Uber so it was very convenient. The motel could definitely use some maintenance on the exterior, but the most important thing being the room, it was clean and I was very pleased with the cleanliness of the A/C itself which sometimes motels neglect. There are somethings that I would say could be updated such as fresh light paint, and parts of the bathroom need to be replaced. Overall though we never felt unsafe and were comfortable during our stay. There were also other families that were staying there. Staff was friendly and check in was quick and easy. Free parking on a first come first serve basis was also very nice. I would recommend this motel, and I would stay here again.
- 1/5
The was a broken drywall between the bathroom and not water pressure room very dark and was a gap in the front door easy to any rotten wet inside or someone else could open the door
- 5/5
Clean room and not far from Disneyland and other shopping areas.
- 5/5
Great staff
- 5/5
This space is excellent! Fantastic front desk is always helpful in whatever they can do
- 5/5
Everything was decent only complaint I personally had was needs better beds
- 4/5
Was a great choice for the price. Clean, not cluttered.
- 3/5
It was okay - small room - ac didn’t work, beds not comfy. We were there to sleep so made due. But wouldn’t stay agaib
- 3/5
Upon arrival, I was somewhat concerned, as the parking lot is tiny, looked a bit worn, and the lobby was kind of awful looking. We were pleased when we got to our room and discovered a nicely decorated and clean space. It's not perfect, some wear, cracked tiles in the bathroom, and an entrance door that was difficult to open with gaps at the bottom. The shutters on the windows looked nice, but still let in a lot of light at night. Traffic noise was quite loud, but thankfully I packed ear plugs. The TV had very few channels, no Disney. We are 2 adults and had a room with two full sized beds. One was about 18 inches thick and comfy. The other was about 10 inches and was like sleeping on a slab of concrete. For that alone, we will probably not stay here again. The walk to Disneyland was doable, but definitely not for kids, unless they are in a stroller. We walked the first day and got an Uber the second. It is about a 30 minute walk. On the plus side, Joe's Italian Ice is right across the street. Pro tip...mobile order and avoid the massive line. If you absolutely need to stay within a low budget, Magnolia Tree is clean and safe. If you can afford to stay closer to the parks, I would recommend doing so.
- 5/5
We always choose to stay here when in Anaheim for dance competitions and for Disneyland. The rooms are very clean every single time. We usually reserve the family suite and each time it has perfect for us, clean and spacious. The staff is always super friendly and eager to assist. A bonus for us is the parking is free, although very limited on space we understand the assignment to park early to secure a spot. It is about a half mile to Toy Story parking for Disney which is walkable to catch the shuttle. Location is great, plenty of food options and shopping all within walking distance. Disneyland is less than 2 miles away. Definitely recommend staying at this property.
- 5/5
Thw room felt small, but would have easily slept 4 people with the beds provided. The bathroom was clean and there were enough towels for two people. There was a hole in the wall, but I called the front desk and they were aware of it. My only concern was that I would be charged for it. Overall a good experience. The price was right and so was the location. I would definitely stay there again .
- 3/5
Parking is great that it’s free. But very difficult to find a good spot.
- 5/5
I have always liked this property. Cheap and near Disney. AND CLEAN. They got rid of their grab and go breakfast area. It was small but nice to have
- 5/5
Room was updated and clean
- 5/5
room was spacious and clean. staff was extremely friendly
- 5/5
Easy to check in clean room. Bed a little wonky and window coverings allow more light than desired for falling asleep but worth the price. Location is good too if you’re looking for something just to spend the night worth every penny.
- 4/5
We loved the proximity to Disneyland at a more affordable price point. It was great for our family to have both a king bed and bunk bed in the same room. Parking was limited so we did have to find nearby street parking during our stay which was close by. Negatives: The window blinds needed repair and let a lot of light into the room. The floors could have been cleaner! My kids were running around the room and I noticed their feet getting dirty from the floors. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.
- 2/5
Air conditioning buttons were broken and it took awhile to mess with them to get the A/C working. Rooms are very dark with poor lighting and one of the lights didn’t work. There are no extra amenities. Property could use an upgrade and refresh- paint in bathroom was chipped. Only perk is location and proximity to local attractions. Parking situation is first come first served and not many spots. Checked out early and soaked up the cost for a night because it wasn’t a restful place to stay.
- 4/5
Online check in says 2 but it’s actually 3. Other than that they were very helpful and was a nice stay
- 4/5
Great budget option. I feel like I could have walked to Disney had I been staying for more than one night. The distance could be too long for younger park goers but definitely doable if you're looking to save on parking. Room was clean and had everything you could need. As someone who travels alone, I wish there were additional security features on the door (single lock) but overall the room was what I needed. Overall, I would stay again and recommend as a budget friendly room.
- 1/5
The room is very dirty. The floors are not washed, the bed is stained, the towels are stained and yellow and do not smell fresh. The dirtiest hotel we've ever stayed in! I don't recommend it!
- 5/5
Reasonable and clean… all I needed
- 5/5
Parking was not great. But room was cozy.
- 5/5
room was clean! staff was nice and helpful, no ice machine on property but the sister property next door is about a 2 minute walk! loved staying here
- 3/5
It was close to Disneyland and shopping stores The walls are very thin. Its hard to sleep at night because you can hear all the noise from the street and other hotel members as the pass by, plus hotel card kept getting deactivated.
- 5/5
Room was clean, beds weren’t very comfortable. After spending g the day at Disneyland it was as nice to have a room so close.
- 4/5
It’s good for a more affordable option! It’s not the best by any means but if you are going to Disneyland and just need a cheaper place to stay, this one is a great option. There isn’t much when it comes to amenities, so keep that in mind but overall I would stay again
- 2/5
It was dirty the walls were broken and they did not want to give me a receipt or let me in to check out. I had to give the guy the card key when he cracked the door open a little which was weird!
- 2/5
The beds were not very comfortable and the staff was not very friendly when we tried to check in. Had to ring the doorbell multiple times for someone to even come to the front desk. I was also concerned by the toxic exposure risk sign in the lobby.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
Love staying here! The rooms are always super clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating!
- 5/5
Sam was super nice
- 4/5
Clean room and accessible.
- 2/5
sheets were stained, woke up with bed bugs bites on my last night, left a do not disturb sign out but came back to find it gone and people had entered our room which was very uncomfortable considering we had left everything out and extremely messing as if weren’t expecting someone to come in. Gets you by for the night but wouldn’t reccomend for your actual stay.
- 1/5
I would not advise to make reservations here. It deems as a nice remodeled hotel but it's as bad as a unmaintained motel. It's falls advertising as it looks decent in pictures but in actuality the room smells like toilet/sewer. Management does not patch up previous holes in the wall. Walls are dirty with boogers and gunk, I couldn't trust how clean the towels are after seeing this... lighting is low and some lights are broken -could possibly be a fire hazard, the toilet seat is unsanitary; you may pick up a virus from the looks of it with crevices because they just won't replace it. The place is just not livable. Sorry, Magnolia Tree hotel, you guys HAVE to raise your standards. Location is in a great place and your pricing is decent - if you just spent more effort on fixing these things then it may be worth while. But holes in the walls??? you guys could do better. Also - office clerk Manager - doesn't seem to think anything is wrong. He thinks " you're entitled to your own opinion". We ended up looking for a different hotel and did not stay there.
- 4.5/5
Very limited parking and very small parking spaces. AC unit did not work.
- 5/5
Great room and easy to Uber to Disneyland
- 4/5
The A/C worked good | disappointingly there wasn’t a coffee machine and no microwave oven available. There is a small fridge. Everything else about the room was very good and clean. There is a lack of available parking spaces during certain times of the day.
- 3/5
Room was clean. One free parking spot which was nice. Overall good experience. The negative was that you can hear everything outside (people walking down the hall or up and down the stairs etc). But I would stay again.
- 5/5
The hotel looks unclean on the outside but inside of the room is nice.
- 5/5
Comfortable room,, great king size bed Nothing....everything was perfect!
- 2.5/5
The door was broken, unsafe.
- 5/5
Very nice. Very clean.
- 3/5
Not enough parking, no coffee maker or coffee in room, not enough blankets
- 5/5
The AC was strong and kept the room cool all night, beds were comfortable and the room was clean and tidy. Parking lot is on the smaller side but even when all the spots were taken, management figured out a solution quickly. Thank you Magnolia Tree Hotel!
- 4/5
Comfortable, cozy and convenient The bunk over the king bed is difficult for my over 6 ft husband because it’s so easy for him to hit his head if he’s not careful
- 4/5
Parking is tight and the room is too, but it’s clean and updated.
- 4/5
Room was clean, air conditioning is good but I needed scissors but staff couldn’t even lend me one. But over all it was a pleasant stay.
- 2/5
The window was open when we got to the room. Did not seem like there was any way to lock the window.
- 4/5
The staff were friendly. The property and room was clean. The location was convenient to local businesses.
- 5/5
Super
- 5/5
Cleanliness staff very nice air conditioning cold slept very good bed good for me and my children
- 5/5
Parking was good, bunk bed was a big hit with my son.
- 4/5
Ebetything was good judt the fsct that theres is not enofe parking for guests
- 2/5
Room was small for a family of 5 but bunk beds were nice to have for kids. Room and facilities are rundown and room cleanliness was below standard. Holes in wall, stains and grime on walls broken blinds and super noisy air conditioning. Street noise was extremely loud as well. No coffee on site which was a shame.
- 5/5
Location, staff or everything okay. Just 1 problem parking. Just parked 1 car. I asked staff can I pay 1 more car but we can’t.
- 2/5
Spacious, two beds, good value The nighttime desk staff was very rude even though we were not giving him a hard time, we kindly asked questions and explained our situation and we got attitude and rudeness in response which was very disappointing.
- 3/5
For the price the stay was great. The room was clean and updated just showed some signs of wear. The main gripe was just the smell. I think the AC unit needed a good cleaning because it was smelling like sweaty clothes haha.
- 5/5
This place was very close to Disneyland, literally down the street! Very clean and the check in people were very kind. It was very affordable and perfect if you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Anaheim!
- 4/5
Clean room. Comfortable bed but harder to get in and out of because of the twin bed above. There were no drinking glasses in the room so had to wait to take meds until I could get a bottle of water. Kind of noisy, people next door had a dog they left there all day with the tv on so barking and tv noise but once they left things were much quieter.
- 4/5
Air conditioning unit was very loud
- 4/5
No microwave, parking was fcfs if im paying for my stay i should be guaranteed parking
- 1/5
horrible he said they don’t take cash depots even tho they took them the last three weeks i went there so u lost out on my money , guy was so rude didnt want to try and accommodate me at all
- 3/5
Was a very big hole in wall at room 219! Can see underneath the door. Floors was very dirty but hey it was very close to Disney!! Overall okay stay.
- 5/5
Staff. Never had to ask for anything they were on top Of it step by step. Aside from the compact parking. It was amazing to stay there. Definitely making this my go too stay.
- 4/5
No microwave, but shower was nice and kids liked the bunk bed.
- 1/5
If you want to loose your deposit and get kicked out from property just
- 4/5
Floors were not clean
- 4/5
Parking was free, ac kept room cool. Staff was excellent. Overall the room needed newer bedding too worn out, floor needed some cleaning, Towels need replacing, we noticed lots of wear and tear there were stains on the spreadsheet. Other than that very roomy lots of space for kids. Not too bad.
- 3/5
Bad: WiFi not working most the time or it was very, very slow. No coffee maker, no microwave, no hangers, no iron in room, hair dryer ancient and disgustingly sticky. Room door stuck, broken. Needed to switch rooms.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Great customer service!
- 4/5
Nicec
- 5/5
Perfect stay for our one night, clean and comfy.
- 4.5/5
Ice machine was out for repair. They did offer me to go to their sister property for ice next door.
- 5/5
This hotel is a hidden gem. Rooms look like they hired an interior decorator to design, rates were cheap for location, it’s right by Disneyland and Angel stadium, hard to beat..
- 5/5
I was able to get great prices at this wonderful hotel for multiple days. Rooms are very cozy and have an at home feel, close to Disneyland and Angel stadium, definitely recommend..
- 5/5
Amazing location & helpful staff
- 3/5
Hotel was ok for convenience of location, beds uncomfortable. No pool or hot tub. Staff was friendly.
- 3/5
The air conditioner was very noisy and smelled bad.
- 3/5
Room had a stale smell. Awkward step when you first enter room resulted in child falling. They should warn guests who are assigned to upstairs rooms with step. Instead they insist you sign a waiver of liability for any injuries before you get your key. Was able to use a washcloth and some body wash and wipe down floor and surfaces to improve odor in room. Non-working pond with green standing water at entrance. Cars drag race on street outside hotel which is loud. Once the racing ended was able to get quality sleep and be at park gate. Location ideal. Free parking a plus.
- 5/5
Great place and friendly staff
- 5/5
Great stay my children enjoyed it very much
- 1/5
No parking when we checked in or when we returned for the night. There was a roach found on one of the beds and on another day when we returned at night there was a tub of Chobani empty on one of our counters that did not belong to us. So someone was eating in our room while we were gone.
- 3/5
Rooms and parking
- 5/5
Great for a family on a budget
- 4.5/5
A bit outdated but priced for that. Lack of towels in room but staff delivered additional upon request.
- 3/5
Parking was tight, but available. Considering the location (so close to D
- 3/5
It was a good stay. There was only a few cosmetic issues but that was about it
- 3.5/5
WiFi didn’t work.
- 3/5
Location Towels quality
- 5/5
Everything was great during my stay.
- 3/5
Parking is limited, but they made it worked.
- 5/5
Clean , spacious room ,.
- 1/5
Horrible I stayed for 2 nights and when I walked in with my baby and my spouse, the place looked like it was never prepared. The blankets had dirt on them. The toilet paper looked like it was used and not changed. The air conditioner didnt adjust temperature because the buttons were broken. When I called and asked for these issues to be addressed the next day, i was assured I would get a better result, and I did not. My key card for some reason did not work and inconveniently with my son asleep, I had to go to front desk to fix this. I would not come back ever again.
- 5/5
Great location quiet rooms , rooms are just like the photos staff was great
- 3/5
Parking was fine. Location was good for us. The WIFI was awful, and it also made it difficult to use the television.
- 5/5
Room was clean and had no Oder the ac worked perfect definitely booking a stay here next time
- 5/5
Free parking, good ac, room refreshed daily, would be nice to have a microwave in room or a public use one. Felt safe and would stay again. Great location
- 1/5
We got to the hotel at 2am exhausted and we did the check in and the first thing i notice that the bedding have like black stains, like carryon wheels, regarless not being used they have to change it and then the other bed have like yellowish stains at this points i didnt want to dig with anything else so i place a blanquet that i was carrying with me and first thing in the morning we tryied to took a bath and of course the ccherry of the cake there was pubic hair in the bathtub. So that was it for me check out didn’t even bother to ask for a clean room just left and got another hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room a bit on the smaller side but it’s close to the park and if you just need it for the basics like sleeping. It’s worth the price. The only issue would be parking late at night it can get a little tricky finding a spot. But we did get one each night of our stay so just be aware. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
of room but missing light bulb. Called front desk (a few times but they never answered from room phone- had to use cell phone so they answer) Shower was ok. Stairs were old school high / apartment stairs which this probably was?) Wouldn’t stay again.
- 2/5
Limited parking, room was not in great shape. Shower and towels were terrible. TV and WiFi were both unreliable. Will not be returning.
- 5/5
Helpful staff at check-in
- 1/5
Place has roaches and is full of mold wouldn’t recommend this place
- 2/5
It was ok. The walls are paper thin and very noisy at night. The room had a big hole in the wall. It’s very small.
- 4/5
If you are looking for a hotel with minimal amenities, but clean rooms this is the place for you. We went ahead and walked all the way to Disneyland, about a mile and a half, which felt kind of long but helped us save on parking.
- 4/5
No view and no extra parking
- 4/5
We had a 5 night stay and no issues. We would stay there again
- 4/5
Room was overall clean. Shelf and shower handle in restroom appears to be falling apart.
- 4/5
Overall, the hotel was great. The parking is terrible.
- 5/5
Fantastic!!! Way better than expected! Bunk beds were perfect for teens! Will stay again!
- 5/5
N/c
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms. Would stay again.
- 1/5
The room was not in great condition, paint peeling everywhere, a gap in the door you can see out of, sink so slanted everything rolled off of it. No ice machine even though they have ice buckets in every room. And the icing on the cake- one of my towels was obviously used right when I pulled it out of the drawer and not by me. So gross.
- 1/5
There was literal human feces in the bed for one of our rooms. Staff claims to have checked cameras and said sheets were changed, so offered to do nothing. LITERALLY NOTHING over actual feces smeared all over the sheets. I can’t even.
- 3/5
Room wasn’t clean and smelled like feet
- 4/5
It was great there was a few things that need some fixing, the shower head was leaking when we used it. And the floor was dirty before we checked in
- 5/5
Clean room great staff
- 3/5
AC unit outlet was half broken and very loud, no plug for bathtub, the bathtub handle fell off very easily, a lot of channels didnt work on TV. but for the price a decent and average stay, the bunk beds were cool
- 4/5
Room is clean abd bed sleep good. Good location
- 1/5
If it weren’t for our Disneyland plans, we would never have stayed here, and we absolutely will not return. The reviews and rating for this hotel are completely misleading and do not reflect the true condition of the property. If you are looking for a hygienic, comfortable, and stress-free stay, do not book this hotel.
- 5/5
The room was very clean smelled very good , the staff were very nice and helpfull. Planning my next stay here
- 3/5
Had to wait outside in the very cold until the doorbell was answered after what seemed to be way too long. Staff wasn’t rude but wasn’t too friendly- seemed bothered he had to assist with check in. There were issues with paying, even though there was plenty of funds. I had to withdraw hundreds of dollars at their atm for a fee that they wouldn’t cover, even though it was their system that was malfunctioning. A second staff came to assist, which had much better customer service. The description for rooms was deceiving. I opted for king bed instead king with bunk bed, though the description stated the same for both- my fault for not paying attention. Bed wasn’t easy to access comfortably due to the attached bunk. Room was clean. Parking very limited and cramped- would do well with a small to average sized car. Booked 3 nights and left after two. Checkout was easy.
- 3/5
Room was ok. Bathroom was dated but ok. We stayed in a family room. TV in the second room would only get Nic at night. There was no remote or way to change the channel. When I asked at the front desk they said only one remote per room, however the remote did not work on the 2nd tv. Only 2 key card allowed per room as well. We had 3 Adults so an additional key would have been nice. Floors were filthy socks were black after walking in the room. Not worth the price
- 5/5
Check in was easy, staff was very friendly and helpful. Queen beds were actually full beds but the room was clean and nice for the price. Very affordable.
- 4/5
Room was clean and staff courteous. No coffee makers in room. TV service was in process so no available programming for half the stay. Water temperature could have been warmer for bathing. Building next door boarded up.
- 5/5
Checking in was easy! Staff was great and room was very clean!
- 3/5
The room had some molds smelling , window curtains is damaged were using tapes to hold it up , no toilet paper holder...,and they require we check in too late after 3:30pm...
- 3/5
The space was too too small no were to move. The TV did not work I had to call the office they came to fix and turn again it stop working.
- 5/5
friendly, easy and great place to sleep
- 5/5
Staff was welcoming and helpful , parking was easy to navigate, will definitely be staying again.
- 5/5
Fund and unique rooms, very calm.
- 3/5
Good size for families. The room was a little dingy and dirty. Needs some maintenance for holes in the wall and scratches. The toilet was
- 4/5
Room was spacious, front desk lovely, parking was great. It IS a long walk to and from Disney, but we were ok with it. Happy with my stay
- 4/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms. But wifi is really slow and no drinking water, coffee or tea. No microwave as well, there was a refrigerator. Parking included
- 1/5
The room was not clean, they never came to clean it. The keycard was never working for the two nights we stayed so it was annoying to keep on asking for them to open the door every time we needed to go in the room.
- 4/5
Staff was very nice! Room was clean and close to Disneyland.
- 2/5
There was no curtains in the rooms and the lights outside. The rooms were very bright. It was almost like daylight was coming through. There was only wooden shutters on the windows and they didn’t seal very well so a lot of light came into the room. Also, the key card system was not working so they couldn’t give you a card to your own room. You had to wait for someone from the office to be able to come open your door. We waited anywhere from 5 to 20 minutes just to get let into our room very disappointing to be not offered a discount or some other amenity to make up for it
- 5/5
The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff was kind and polite. The amenities were excellent. It is about a 7 minute drive to the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. There is a Target, many fine dining restaurants, Orange Premium Outlets near by making it ideal for a travel to Disneyland or the Convention Center. Would definitely recommend staying here and will return to stay here if I travel back to Anaheim.
- 2/5
The ceiling was cracked the sofa had stains in the restroom the paint was piling. The bed was really uncomfortable.
- 5/5
Inexpensive and i picked it for free parking. Just slept for one night and left but everyone had their own bed. Upgrading to the family suite was worth it. Lots of space and clean. The employee was helping people outside in the morning
- 4/5
It was good enough
- 3/5
Door didn't work properly, card didn't work. Room was so-so, some areas dusty.
- 4/5
Affordable hotel close to Disneyland and Vince room center. Basic amenities in the room (fridge and microwave) happy that there are as 3 beds and parking was simple. Overall would stay again.
- 2/5
Room is also in need of some maintenance. Rusted metal in the bathroom, soft wall under the Air conditioning unit. But the worst part qas the monstrosity built over the bed, for another twin size bunk.
- 5/5
The staff were so friendly! Room was clean and we were close to food and Disney was only an 8 minute drive!
- 5/5
Everything worked staff was nice and the room was pretty clean
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and location was great.
- 5/5
Good value, a bit worn/used but clean and comfortable.
- 2/5
Room was not that clean, there was a bug on my bed.
- 5/5
3 minutes drive to Disneyland
- 3/5
Not at all needed more cleaning. Flooring was dirty.
- 4/5
It was good, clean and convenient. Close to stores and restaurants and close to Disneyland. What I love is Hold deposit is also okay cash $100usd. Your door is right in front of you the parking. It was worth the price daily. Love it
- 4/5
Best priced room in the "Disney" area, good value for the price. Rooms were clean, staff friendly, area is safe in general with restaurants nearby, would stay there again for a night or a couple nights and be fine.
- 3/5
You can hear all noises from top rooms, even when they walk.
- 5/5
The room was clean and staff was friendly
- 3/5
I had good experience way back 2023 with this hotel, but when we came back new year 2026 the hotel facilities is just very outdated, old and smells. Sadly i would not want to go back again.
- 3/5
Cheap but not convenient. We chose this hotel primarily to save money as other hotels were at least $100 more per night when including their parking fees. With the lower price, there were definitely inconveniences: no microwave, 15 min walk from Toy Story Parking lot, only 2 towels, no remote, thin walls, very squished parking. Most of those we expected. We called for the remote and it wasn't delivered after 45 mins. The next day it was delivered into our room but we did have a Do Not Disturb sign on the door... So I didn't feel great about the sign being ignored. The towels were few and very thin. We could have asked for more but we just made do because it was inconvenient for us to walk down and get some. The walls were thin but we mostly slept well. The distance to Toy Story parking would be more doable without little kids (or kids in strollers). In the morning, it was so great to go through security before boarding the shuttle and we were able to get into Disneyland gates by 7:40 if we left the hotel room at 7. The evening walk back after a long day was a bit brutal, but again, we knew what we signed up for. If your goal is to save money and can accept the inconveniences, this is a great option, but we'll probably pay more next time to make our stay more comfortable and our lives a bit easier.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and restaurants. Overall, it was a pleasant stay.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect, the room was clean and neat , everything was great
- 5/5
Worked well
- 1/5
Parking was horrible!! No where to park small area
- 2/5
.
- 3/5
The TV was not working for our first day and the second and third day there was a loud party next door at the middle of the night. And they should more lighting inside
- 5/5
The room was very clean and beds were very comfortable.
- 4/5
modest hotel, very clean, walkable to Disneyland, lots of restaurants around, get what you pay for, met my needs for two nights stays, was not there during the day. Front desk staff courteous. Parked on site, I checked in at midnight and there were two parking spots left. gave a 4 star on condition as restroom wood shelf (no sink counter space) was chipping and some paint was coming off. Complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap available. Hot water and shower in good condition. Will stay there again if needed.
- 5/5
Not only is parking free, we got to park right outside our room. Our TV didn’t work when we got there, but the front desk came right away and fixed it. Plenty of room for my family of 4 and a 10 minute walk to Toy Story parking!
- 4/5
Room was clean and the staff great. Good value.
- 5/5
The staff is nice and helpful, the room is minimal and clean, but ground floor room had broken bathroom window, and the window went out directly to a dark alley, which felt unsafe.
- 5/5
great option for a quick visit to Disney amusement parks. Clean, safe and convenient.
- 5/5
Nice staff!
- 3/5
Room was basic, nothing really bad to say, just your average budget friendly motel. Would recommend if your looking for a cheap place to stay on arival day if your just arriving late and just need a bed to sleep in, the next day you can move to a better hotel. This place is nothing special but not horrible. No pool, no extra towels and definitely not walking distance to the park.
- 2/5
The room was clean, but needed upkeep and where repairs had been done, there was no pride of ownership. The desk clerk was not welcoming and gave the impression that we were bothering him.
- 1/5
We were given the wrong room, the blinds were taped shut and broken, what looked like mold was found under the air conditioner unit, and the walls in the bathroom were filthy. Above the bed we found a hole in the ceiling. There was visible water damage. The floorboards were sinking in as you walked. Despite there being available rooms when we arrived we were denied a room change. We were told someone would come fix the items in our room but nothing was ever fixed. Do not stay here.
- 3/5
The doors don't have the extra security lock, and the window shutters had to be taped up so they would shut.
- 4/5
Clean room so far so good and that’s huge for me.
- 1/5
Super friendly staff, but unfortunately it was dirty and had toilet issues. The floors were so dirty that it turned the bottom of my white socks black. I didn’t even want to walk on the ground barefoot. There is also a small crack in the door so when someone was smoking right outside our door it just filled our room with cigarette smells. We only stayed one night when we were supposed to stay 4 nights. We checked out early because we just couldn’t stay there with how loud it was and dirty it was. We asked for a partial refund, but still haven’t heard anything back. I probably wouldn’t stay here again unfortunately.
- 1/5
If all you need is a place to TRY and sleep, then take the chance here. If you get put on the bottom floor you will hear the thunder of everyone above you. Call front desk or management? They could care less and make you feel like you are inconveniencing them because people above you are playing musical furniture around the room at 12pm. TV/ Internet was slower than watching my newborn dress herself. No hair dryer. Sheets has stains. It was Cheap and no bed bugs; but, Other than that I would not recommend. Spend the extra few $ a night for parking or the room and stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
The only reason why I gave him the two star is because of the amazing housekeepers & because of the location. The shutters were closed with tape! I complain that I couldn’t wonder why and the previous tape was coming off
- 5/5
Helpful & courteous staff, nice room, and close to Disneyland.
- 2/5
The heater a/c unit wouldn’t turn on. Had to have office come and fix it. They had to call someone to get it working. Once it was working it was so loud that it had to be turned off to hear anything. The towels were very old and thin.
- 2/5
The room was not as described. The staff is nice and friendly, but the room needs some updates. Our toilet was broken and they did was give me a plunger. The door had a big gap after closing it, the a/c unit wasn’t working.
- 3/5
Too little parking, ceiling the bathroom paint was bubbled, door to room appeared open when approaching however it was closed and locked, but I think it effected the seal because we heard all the noises outside as though the window or door was open.
- 5/5
This is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It's not the best but it's perfect for our needs, which is just to sleep and recharge! We love the rooms! Plenty of beds for big families or multiple families.
- 2/5
The heat didn't work. It was very clean. The guy at the reception desk was not friendly. It is frustrating when you are blamed because you don't understand their accent.
- 3/5
room was a lil musty, sheets were strangely stained, staff was really nice
- 4/5
Check in was easy but actually had to wait until 2 to be allowed into the office to check in . LOL! Room was clean the hotel was pretty peaceful and stores/food near the hotel . Took about 30 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney District not bad and a quick 6 minute uber ride to Disneyland from the hotel. Overall not a bad two night stay. Thank you
- 1/5
Room was canceled. I did not stay there.
- 3/5
There were several hairs left behind in our room. The rooms are some of the smallest.
- 4/5
Everything was great minus the water pressure and the parking situation
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
The first room, #123, we were given did not have a TV when we first entered the room and we had to report that. Weird that the hotel staff did not know about it and gave us that room. The guy at front reception was helpful and moved us to the next room. The new room, #124, that we were given was quite dirty on the floor and we had to use towels to clean our feet every time we got onto our beds. The cleanliness did get better over the next few days. The other issue we noticed was that of inadequate lighting in the bathroom which was an issue for showers. Other than these issues, it did the job and was a place we could easily come to sleep on every night after a busy day at the parks.
- 5/5
Free parking
- 1/5
Terrible! Rooms had mold. No TV and the noise level was something else! We had to move 3 times. There was issues with all of the rooms! Never again! Terrible experience!!
- 4/5
⸻ I booked this hotel last minute for a quick Disney getaway, and overall it was a solid stay. The room was very spacious, which I really appreciated after long days at the parks. Some parts of the room could use a little updating, and the TV was a bit crooked, but nothing that ruined the experience. The staff was extremely friendly, and they even gave out some free items, which was such a nice touch. For room service, you do have to request a full cleaning, but they automatically take out the trash and refresh your towels without being asked — definitely a bonus! Perfect for a last-minute stay, close to Disney, and comfortable enough for the price. I’d stay again!
- 4/5
The room was surprising clean and comfortable my grandson had a blast with the bunk bed.
- 3/5
The staff was friendly and room was okay in cleanliness, but every night at around 3am the phone would ring super loud 3-4 times in a row. Very strange and startling so not sure what that was about 😅 also the wifi was very weak and couldn’t connect most the time. But overall it was okay especially considering the affordable price.
- 5/5
Check in was easy. Staff was great. Room was clean.
- 5/5
The room was very clean i had a good experiencie
- 3/5
Tv had to be replaced, ice machine broken, no microwave
- 4/5
Quick and easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean room. Been here a few times for its close proximity to DLand. Rooms need coffee makers though. And working AC units
- 1/5
Very dirty. Muddy shoe prints. Stains on wall. Towels were stained. There was one wet towel folded on the bath tub. No inner waterproof shower curtain, water got all over bathroom floor. Room smelled like pee. Overwhelmingly. Bed sheets and pillows smelled gross, like they’ve been sitting in that pee room so the out being changed or washed for weeks. Pls never go there, I am scared for you.
- 5/5
Gracias
- 5/5
Parking near our room was always available, staff since we arrived was amazing and answered all our questions throughout our stay, our room was always clean you rarely see that now, and there is a city bus stop directly outside of the hotel that takes you to the parks (roughly 4 stops)
- 1/5
Door lock didn't latch, felt unsafe. Floors were dirty, stuff stuck to them. The room was just dirty, worn, and old. AC worked but pieces were broken off, shutters half broken. Parking is NOT reserved and the spaces are tiny. They are first come and that applies to your entire visit. You could leave for dinner and come back to no place to park. After booking we were sent this message, "Parking is FREE for the FIRST vehicle PER ROOM at a first come first served basis, however because parking is free for the first vehicle space is limited and we cannot guarantee a parking space.". This message was very frustrating to get after booking a non refundable stay. They provided 1/2 a roll of toilet paper for us. We received 3 back to back phone calls in the middle of the night, like 3am. Tried to answered but it was a busy signal so I ended up taking the phone off the hook. The TV was nice but we didn't test it. The bed appeared clean and was comfortable. We will never stay here again.
- 4/5
The hotel is close to everything.
- 4/5
Staff was nice, room not stocked with ant towels, noisy area.
- 4/5
Clean, comfortable and quiet.
- 4/5
They need to clean the floors better and put up more hooks for towels. Stayed in the family suite and 2 queen room, both have a single shower towel hook, odd for a family stay. Free parking, beds are comfortable, check in easy and polite.
- 5/5
Great location. Close to Disneyland and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. Room was spacious and clean.
- 2/5
Unfortunately can't recommend this hotel. The pictures seem to have a beauty filter because when you really look at the hotel its very run down and needs a deep clean. Rooms are very small and run down. Main door didn't secure all that well, definitely contributed to a lack of feeling safe. The shower barely got to luke warm and the design has the back of the shower wide open to the bathroom. I almost forgot, the front office was closed when we arrived at 5pm. I feel like that's a pretty standard check in time for people. We rang the doorbell and waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to the door. When they did come there wasn't really anything said, just checked us in and sent us on our way. Not the worst stay but just won't be returning to this property.
- 4/5
The floors in the room were dirty and there was a gap between the floor and door so we requested another room that was better but the floor was still a bit dirty.
- 4/5
There are a lot of positive things about my stay at Magnolia Tree Hotel: friendly staff, very clean room, comfortable beds, nice bathroom, good maid service everyday, perfect location and good price.
- 5/5
The room was clean an cozy, i liked the that the hotel was near Disney my destination, the staff was polite and respectful
- 4/5
The room was clean and big which was great. The only down side was no iron or ironing board. Parking lot was a bit tight.
- 3/5
We stayed on the first floor and the people above us were so loud. You could hear EVERYTHING around us and above us. My daughter was scared people were going to fall through the ceiling on top of her. Woke us up in the middle of the night. I wouldn’t stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, easy access to restaurants and stores, fully stocked and smelled clean! Very important
- 4/5
Only complaint is parking is limited. If you’re going to the parks and coming back late, the spots will likely be filled. We ubered to avoid losing our spot. Other than that, it was great for what we needed
- 4/5
For the price has all you need, comfortable beds, plenty of room for the shower, the guy who checked me in was very friendly and helpful, telling us the Disney shuttle was just two blocks, after I asked how long it would take to walk all the way there....And threw in a cold drink on this very hot day! At the weekend every other accommodation around is at least $40 dollars more, but most $100 more, so well worth it. Thank you!
- 3/5
The guy at the desk was nice enough, held my bags when I arrived early, but then refused to let me leave a key for my partner who was coming in on a later flight. Apparently the desk guy needed me there, with my ID he had already checked, in order to check the ID of the person whose name I was leaving a key for, who had ID of his own? Luckily there was a shift change, and the second guy had no problem taking down my partner's name for a key. I did call and ask them to make sure the door had shut when we left one morning (I couldn't remember if we had pulled it shut) and they obliged. I was also surprised to come back and find that housekeeping had come in. I feel like that's not expected in a lot of hotels, post-covid. Price was great, location is awesome, with a city bus stop right outside providing a $2 ride to Disneyland. This was just for a couple of nights, so it was fine, but for any more than that, I would have wanted more amenities or comfort.
- 5/5
Wonderful and clean hotel, and such a better deal than the other hotels nearby. If you don’t mind a little bit of a longer walk to Disney, then I 10/10 recommend!
- 2/5
Room# 123, A/C unit smells bad and probably has never been serviced, found holes in the wall, little to no space in the bathroom for personal belongings, no towel rack, spider webbing on the walls and found roaches on my last day there. I will be canceling my future stay and booking somewhere else even if it cost me more money to not deal with the headaches. Spoke to the manager Sam about it but he had little to nothing to say about my experience.
- 4/5
It needed a few repairs. The bathroom door and vanity need repairs. No breakfast, ice, or microwave.
- 5/5
Will stay again
- 3/5
No frills motel close-ish to Disneyland. It took about five minutes to be welcomed to check in because the clerk was “working on something.” It was a nice touch to have a wine fridge in the check-in area with Heineken Zero for guests to take. Room was basic. I was quite surprised they didn’t have glasses in the room; plastic cups, at least. The room had a fridge but no hot water kettle or coffee maker. Beds were quite hard. Location was convenient and getting to Disneyland is easy. The OC bus stops right in front, 20 minute walk, or $12 uber ride.
- 3/5
When we arrived they offer “free beer” no water or anything which is an interesting choice… We got to our room, it was very hot and the ac buttons didn’t work. I had to call the front desk to fix it, he told me just to use the remote (there wasn’t a remote) so he came up and what seemed to be the maintenance dude told him to “curve the button like a circle when you press it” so pretty much we were stuck at that temperature our whole stay unless we wanted him to come up and change it. The room was okay, the linen was clean but the mattresses are SO UNCOMFORTABLE. Definitely hurt my back and didn’t feel good after walking 30k+ steps at Disneyland. Also the lighting is horrible if you plan on doing your makeup, bring a light with you. I promise, there are better options out there. Don’t recommend.
- 5/5
I love staying here. Anytime i come to go to Disneyland this is my go to hotel. The staff is amazing and room is perfect.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland. Clean, spacious rooms. Love the bunkbeds for kids. Great price! Parking was very tight though.
- 1/5
I stayed at room 109, and saw there’s was a two-inch gap at the bottom of the door. I not only was able to hear all the outside noises as if the door was wide open. On top of that, I had two cockroaches walk in the first night. I went to complain to the front desk multiple times since day one. With different employees, requesting speaking with management. I gave them my contact information and never was contacted by management I checked in a Sunday , and checked out Wednesday. 4 days overall and management decided to remain silent. Please invest somewhere else, this is a disgusting roach motel, and both management and front desk don’t even care a hospitality. Please avoid this motel. It is conveniently placed 3 minutes away from the Disneyland parking, but not worth the headache and experience.
- 4/5
Nice spot.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly, clean hotel, close to food options, and close to the parks.
- 4/5
My room was clean and comfortable. Check in was easy and they stored my bag beforehand. Location is good for Disney or conferences near convention center. AC worked well. Had one night with no hot water but otherwise wonderful showers. Bathroom window didn’t lock and opened onto a back alley. It seemed locked off but it looked into the shower so that was a bit nerve wrecking.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 2/5
Front desk guy was cool, but the room was kinda ew. We had zero towels. And the towels we got when she brought them were gross squares of sandpaper. The shelf above the bathroom sink was falling off. The sheets were clean, but the mattress cover was not. It was a quick uber to Disneyland and we knew what we were getting into, but some nicer towels and a more secure door lock would go a long way.
- 4/5
Pros location is close enough to walk to TS parking lot shuttle to parks. great staff very responsive. Had issues with electronic lock, keys and toilet. Room seemed clean, AC worked, nice double beds, lovely shower. Free non-alcoholic drink Free parking, a bit tight but ok. Needs improvement Aging rooms could use a little sprucing up. Bathroom has very little counter space. Slat wooden blinds took getting used to. Room was serviced when “DO Not Disturb” sign was on. CHANGES No microwave, no breakfast offered, (no bottled water available.)
- 3/5
Not the cleanness
- 4/5
Check in was quick and easy. Window was left wide open in the restroom, no screen. No iron. No microwave. Daily cleaning was a nice surprise, beds were made, trash was emptied and fresh towels were left. Walking distance to Disney parking lot.
- 5/5
Rooms are always clean and comfy, staff is very helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Overall we had a great experience, especially for the price we would definitely stay again. Our biggest “issue” was our feet and socks would get black from walking around the room barefoot but the house keeper made up for by how above and beyond she went to clean up our room, she even took the liberty to fold some clothes and blankets I had just thrown on the bed. After long days at Disneyland it was so nice to come home to nicely cleaned rooms I wish I would have gotten her name so I could give her a shout out. We were surprised to see milky water as well but we are from a small town where the water is clear so I’m not sure if that’s just normal for the city. The easy walk to the Toy Story parking lot for Disney was a plus and for when we were too tired to walk there was an OC bus pickup right across the street. As a whole we had a very pleasant experience I’m glad we took a chance on Magnolia Tree!

- 5/5
Very quiet
- 5/5
Everything was so easy to handyman
- 5/5
Room was very clean. S shop. Close to Disney,
- 5/5
Great place for the right price!!
- 5/5
Great location. The room was very clean but the outside needs cleaning including right outside the doors.
- 5/5
Good hotel
- 5/5
Affordable, Clean , Nice rooms and Great staff
- 5/5
Me and my girlfriend love staying here it’s next to Joes Italian Ice Cream and down the street from Disney with reasonable prices and the rooms and really nice . I highly recommend.
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Muy bueno y cerca de disney
- 5/5
Free parking!!
- 5/5
Muy buenas instalaciones, limpias y amplias. Las camas estaban cómodas, el aire acondicionado funcionaba y el baño estaba limpio y amplio. Buena relación entre el servicio y precio.
- 5/5
Great hotel and great staff
- 3/5
Building is old, not well kept, and the rooms are quirky. Lots of stairs to and on second floor. A/C unit in the room was broken so we were either freezing or sweltering. Almost had a bad fall entering the room as there is a quick step down immediately after stepping in the door. Not at all what I expected from the other reviews. Only good thing was the price.
- 5/5
Super friendly and easy to get in and out. We love staying here for our Disney trips!
- 5/5
Despite what this listing says, the front desk is 24/7 so you can check in and out at anytime (just call if it will be past 7 when you arrive). Overall, Magnolia Tree Hotel was extremely clean and tidy. The beds were super comfortable, and they were clean. Out of all the places I’ve booked within a low budget, this is by far my favorite. I would 10/10 recommend this place to those who want to stay on a budget. I forgot to get photos of the inside of the room due to an abrupt exit to get to our flight, but it was clean and that’s what matters. Even if you don’t have a solid plan in mind, book it!! You won’t regret spending the night there. The location is also really close to Disney. I walked maybe about 15 minutes when I didn’t have any stop signs! On the way there is a CVS and Walgreens as well as a target the opposite direction. The Taco Bell is next door and there’s many more options available to you
- 5/5
Good hotel.
- 5/5
I really enjoyed my stay here, I will 1000% book again in the future:)
- 4/5
nice place. wished they offered coffee , if not in each room, then at least at front desk
- 3/5
Good location
- 1/5
Room was dirty- dust in filters/vents and onto walls, half dead bug in ceiling, ant. The deadbolt in room also did not work, and phone rang at 3am both nights.
- 4/5
Wasn't happy that the window blinds were closed with duct tape because they were broken. The sound of dripping water in the tub was awful too. Other than that the room was nice and clean.
- 2/5
There was a sewerage smell that was overpowering while showering and getting ready in the bathroom. The staff said they were sorry but didn’t take action.
- 3/5
Rooms nice curb apeal of outside was rumdown could use a refresh
- 5/5
Love all the beds for big families
- 5/5
When we checked in the staff was very friendly. The hotel rooms need some TLC. There are no black out curtains. The A/C has a weird smell. But it was fine for one night.
- 5/5
My new favorite ever time I go to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Lots of things around the area. Fast food to dine options. Also has stations nearby. Disneyland was up the street, so it's walkable as well. Joes Italian ice cream was a welcoming surprise as well!
- 5/5
For a quick trip to Disneyland it’s great. It’s walkable (15-20min walk), places to eat located around it, and decently quiet for being on a busy street.
- 4/5
The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly. The ONLY downfall was the thin walls. The doors close fast and hard, so we heard every neighbor's door slam and loud music. Overall, the hotel was perfect for the price point and proximity to amusement parks.
- 2/5
This place is pretty noisy. You can hear through the walls and noise from the street. If you are thinking of staying more than one night don’t do it. The inside of the door looked like it was forced. I was unsure if it was completely locked or not.
- 5/5
The room was clean, perfect for staying over one night to get some rest. It was clean, convenient to restaurants and shopping centers.
- 2/5
The room was also underwhelming as the top comforter on the bed was clearly dirty (hair, dirt, debris, etc) though thankfully the actually sheets that we slept in seemed clean. The bathroom smelled very musty/mildewy as well. Finally, to top it all off, at 2:20am two adults knocked on our door multiple times. We were able to contact the front desk who did come to help and the couple left. This was not the direct fault of the hotel though I’ve never stayed anywhere this has happened so I’m completely shocked and unclear what happened there. All in all, not a pleasant stay and we will not be returning.
- 4/5
Good price
- 5/5
Good location, clean.
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly. The only inconvenience was the limited parking.
- 5/5
We will very likely return to the Magnolia Tree Hotel.
- 4/5
The facilities are a little too old, but nice location!
- 4/5
But over all it did its job.
- 5/5
Would like coffee.....but enough restaurants around or - can bring my own next time!
- 1/5
This hotel was an absolute nightmare. I hope people read this review before booking. I don’t want others to go through what I did. There was no running water when we went to turn it on. I called the front desk, they told me they were having a plumbing issue and it shouldn’t be long. An hour later I called the front desk again to see what was going on with the water. The man at the front told me the water was on . It wasn’t in my room. I asked to speak with the manager who was supposedly with the plumber, but then the front desk guy said he left. There was many lies . I then asked for a refund I wanted to leave and get a hotel with running water. The front desk said they would not give me a refund. He said he would put me in a new room. The second room also had a water issue and a door in it. I asked why this door led to, he didn’t know. It was not a connector door, it was facing the wrong way. So they moved me to a third room. The water did work but the door would not lock from the inside and the door looked like it had be broken into. It had a huge 2 inch gap. When I called the man at the front desk he told me it was fine because the door could not be opened from the outside without the key. …. I am a single woman, I’m not staying in California with a broken door !!!!! Getting my money back for the room was a joke. Expedia management had to get involved, that’s honestly the only way I got my money back. Please don’t stay there it truly was a dump with horrible management!
- 1/5
Terrible service
- 5/5
Service is amazing and clean rooms
- 4/5
The only thing I would have negative comments about with be my ac unit missing its buttons an it being hard to adjust an turn the ac on, an the visible water damage on the wood in the bathroom other then that it was a great room for the price
- 4/5
Good spot for price
- 4/5
No issues whatsoever only thing I will add is my air conditioner was missing buttons
- 2/5
No ice machine
- 4/5
Budget friendly hotel. Super small parking, not enough towels
- 3/5
It was a decent stay for us to sleep in with the budget that we had for a hotel. However, the family suite is not actually separate rooms like it is noted on their info. It is one big room instead. I was also told from front desk that the ironing board came with the family suite but we had none in our room until i requested that they put one in despite the website saying we had one. Overall, it’s a decent place and it was an okay stay. Very walkable to various locations around the street. Our AC worked fine and did its job.
- 3/5
No water to drink. No iron. No bathroom to use when I arrived a bit before check in. No lobby to wait.
- 5/5
I loved the beds the most! Perfect for a Disney trip!
- 5/5
Staff were nice and answered all my questions. They let me keep my bags with them before checking in as well. Fantastic service
- 4/5
They were so good at helping me to get me a room on the first floor due to my bad knees. The room was clean and nice bathroom. Didn't have a microwave or coffee maker and the ice machine was broken, but for just needing a place to sleep being so close to the Toy Story parking lot was perfect.
- 5/5
Small but comfortable room perfect for what I needed.
- 5/5
Bed was comfy
- 1/5
They have absolutely no parking. They say you get a spot with your reservation but if you aren’t early to park in the no parking space don’t expect a spot.
- 5/5
Free parking is great
- 3/5
The room was fine, although it didn’t have a microwave. The parking situation, however is atrocious. Parking spaces are really tight and there are not enough of them, plus there were cars parked there that didn’t have a parking pass hanging on their rear view mirror like I had to have. Makes me think that they have permanent residences living there. I won’t go back to this hotel.
- 4/5
I did not like that there are 40 rooms and only 30 parking spaces.
- 5/5
It was great plenty of space
- 5/5
The hotel and staff was nice. The bed was surprisingly comfortable. It was a basic hotel but well kept. Parking is tight.
- 4/5
Everything was good but we had a room in the bottom floor and the people on the top were unfortunately making alot of noise throughout the night.
- 3/5
that the room hadn’t been finished. We headed to the front office to ensure we had the correct room/if we could switch rooms and were told to wait. After about 15 minutes of waiting outside the office (the clerk locked the lobby/office door) we were told we couldn’t get a new room. Our room still wasn’t done being cleaned. We then had to wait in the car for an additional 20 minutes after driving 8 hours to this hotel. Finally the front desk called to let us know our room was finished. When we tried to get into our room, the keycard didn’t work. The front desk had to come let us in and give us a new card. After entering the room we saw the bathroom window was broken and would not latch, the tv was broken with a line down the center, and the door to the room didn’t properly close without pulling extremely hard and locking the deadbolt. Overall I would rate this stay a 2/10 as the maid was sweet, cleaned well with what she had to work with, and we had a safe place to sleep.

Second time staying here and its always a great experience.

This was exactly and all we needed for an overnight stay. Easy walk to Toy Story parking lot

Convenient and affordable.

The property itself was fine for the price but the AC in our room sounded like a jet engine revving up for take off and it never stopped. The front desk guy said he would leave a note to have it fixed the next day but they never did. Also if you need a parking place and actually get one in their parking lot DO NOT move your car after 8pm. The tiny lot fills up and you have to park on the street and walk from a block away.

Located across from Disneyland. You can walk to restaurants. There is absolutely nothing fancy about this motel, but if you are going to spend the day at the parks, all you need is a clean room, comfortable bed, and clean/working bathroom. It had all of that and a microwave, internet, & refrigerator.

AC was loud and if you get there late at night there wasn't enough parking. The guy at the desk wasn't rude or friendly. But the beds were super comfortable. The blanket was a nice quality down type one, not the thin cheap ones. The bathroom was pretty and well stocked (look in the drawers for the towels). It's walking distance to restaurants. It's a one minute drive to the Toy Story parking lot. I'd definitely stay here again.

Stayed in the family room, which was great, my daughter loved the bunk bed. Very close to Disney, and there are lots of options for food next to the hotel. If you stay, Joe’s Ice Cream dinner is right across the road and is a must try!

The location was perfect and front of house staff were awesome! The room was a little lacking in cleanliness (dirt and dust on the floor and the sheets had some weird looking stains) bit overall, it was a really great experience. The parking was kind of hard if you have a larger vehicle but they have free parking on the street nearby. We will likely stay again!!

PARKING WAS VERY TIGHT AND STAFF PARKING IN THE FIRE LANE MAKING IT HARD TO MANUVER OUT OF PARKING SPOTS.

Room was good, spacious and roomy. Had a old smell inside room but overall was good. Bed was comfy. It was good

The Tv in the room didn’t work and the AC unit was set at 54 degrees the whole time it wouldn’t adjust
- 1/5
Extremely limited parking with near impossible space to get out in the morning. No pool. No breakfast. No shuttle. Room was mediocre. Call ahead to check that your room is ready. Lots of gnats and bugs in the room at night.

we booked the family suite and it was so spacious and I loved how comfortable the beds are! there are many dining options nearby walking distance and by car. definitely will come stay again while on vacation!

I have been using expedia since 1997. He said the room had been booked with another customer at the same time, eventually he took advantage of higher paying customer. A terrible business practice....Worst of Worst.
- 3/5
It’s a 2 star motel near Disneyland. Don’t get your expectations too high. Luckily the inside of the room looks better than the outside. The outside is in dire need of cleaning.
- 3/5
Need to do a better job cleaning. We found dirty nails and bra padding inside the room.
- 4/5
Limited parking even though we able to grab one My door wouldn’t dead bolt Tv was broken Cons Very spacious room we got the king with bunk beds which was honestly way more spacious than what I thought it would be. Bathroom was big Room came with refrigerator and microwave which I thought wasn’t provided. Honestly the hotel is a lot better what you think it is does it look sketchy yes but it is a great cheap hotel! If you’re trying save money this is the hotel for it!

Definitely would stay again

Great owner and great service. Surrounded by food everywhere
- 3/5
The stay was ok. There wasn’t an ice machine available so we had to buy ice to keep our drinks cool when out and about. There was a fridge in the room. The door didn’t really shut well, had to triple check to make sure the door was secure, so there was a safety concern for us. Parking was small and tight. The surrounding neighborhood was an issue as there was constant loud sports car or motorcycle going by late at night, peeling out. The room was nicely renovated and clean. Other than that it was an ok stay for the price.

Good value for the money. My only disappointment is that the stay would have been much better with access to a microwave, even a shared one.
- 2/5
The room is only a few feet bigger than a king bed. Loud AC unit. No answer when I called the front desk. Ice machine was broken. Small parking lot. Minimal parking. Cheap hotel. Not even worth the cheap price you pay.
- 5/5
The place was very clean and lots of space for parking. The rooms were very spacious and comfy with a strong AC unit. The staff was wonderful and friendly.
- 4/5
It was great, convienient for the price. Free parking is great, walking distance from Disney. The only issue I had was my card got compromised which I only used on that place.

I enjoyed my stay. It was perfect for the weekend for my child and I. I

I’m really confused as to how all the reviews were so positive for this hotel. There is no ice machine, the shutters do not even close in the room. There are no curtains so if a wood shutter is your only protection from people seeing into your room.. shouldn’t they close? We had to wedge paper into both shutters to have them be closed. Upon check in we are told / and signed that we have only ONE vehicle. On a 3 night stay, every night returning to the hotel - magically there is no parking. So why does the hotel over sell or allow multiple cars to be parked when current guests have no where to park? We had to literally park in front of the building and pray we didn’t get hit since we were jammed packed into another vehicle. Towels also were never “ ready” and had to be delivered. Twice nothing came. Very disappointing stay.

It was amazing very clean friendly staff

very nice

Small, simple room, with limited lighting. Had a window in the bathroom wall that had no lock, leading to rear alley. A bit noisy. Not a disappointment, but you get what you pay for. Would do again, but only to save money.
