Reviews
The hotel has a prime location, being within walking distance to Disneyland and various dining options. However, the cleanliness and condition of the rooms are major concerns for many guests, with reports of cockroaches, dirty sheets, and outdated facilities.
- Excellent location close to Disneyland and dining options
- Friendly and helpful staff
- Reports of cockroaches and dirty rooms
- Outdated facilities and furniture

Staying here as always great it’s so close to Disneyland you can walk. I like the rooms and I appreciate the staff always very nice. There’s nothing really not to like about it

We didn't like anything except maybe the location. Trash already in the trash cans. Cockroaches throughout. The room smelled terrible.

Close to parks, staff was nice Very very dirty with roaches (proof in pics below), neighbor in 107 played loud music throughout the night and had frequent visitors, neighbor in 109 got arrested for contraband in his backpack on 5/26 at 2am in the morning (woke up from cops shining lights everywhere). Those rooms and others all seemed to know each other and stare at us anytime we came out of our room. There was also the fact that I had to ask for the downstairs room I paid for and the microwave that was supposed to come in the room, there was not enough parking and had to wake owner up multiple times after the park closed to get access to the back lot. Awful, but it is cheap and walkable to the park if that's the only thing that's important, still shouldn't have to deal with those issues imo

I have stayed at this place two times. The first time was great, everything worked. This time in a different room. The bath tub nozzle was stuck and we couldn't take a bath. The shower water pressure was great. Took a min

Relatively easy walk to the Disney parks and GardenWalk. Very affordable place to lay one's head when the only need is sleep and a fridge to store food. Parking lot is very easy to maneuver in (and Free). Cheap food nearby open late as well as the 24hr walgreens on the corner The ice Machine did not work and looked like it hadn't in quite some time. Not a lot of decor/flare but that is not a deal breaker at all. Outlets in weird places relative to the bed/desk so longer charging cables would be ideal.

Love the location and the room looked like it was newly remodeled. Wi-fi worked well and bed was comfortable.
- 2/5
Shower sucked. The mat slipped. Bedframes hurt if you got off wrong. Drawers were left broken. Picture frame had broken parts. Stains all over the walls. Heater smelled like burned hair. And the “vending machines” weren’t even working. There was no bath mat for when you got out the shower so you could easily slip and fall. The door you had to push it hard to open. One of the windows was broken that we had to leave a piece of paper on the bottom to keep it it from opening. The hair dryer was broken and it was stained and full of lent. Over all I would not stay at this place again
- 4/5
Pretty decent. It’s clean and nice for a short stay, the only thing that was lacking was the bed. The mattress was reall

This hotel is at a good location for access to dining, entertainment, and two pharmacy-esque businesses (CVS and Walgreen's) on the way to the convention center or the parks' entrances. If you're looking for an affordable option for a place to crash at the end of the night, this is an economical choice.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
- 4/5
Staff were good and helpful and parking is close to your room.
- 3/5
Esta bien si vas a los parques ya que están cerca alrededor de 10 minutos caminando y para tener donde dormir y bañarte pues está bien
- 2/5
Room is very outdated, arrive to people smoking. The sheets smelled like cigarettes. Parking was not well maintained. Kids playing with soccer ball and hitting parked cars. Asked for extra pillows, none provided. Tub was slippery and not safe. Room was missing screen in bathroom, bugs kept coming in from bathroom window when opened. Do not recommend.
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Nice staff clean room
- 2/5
The room was not sound proof. I could hear the fan and people talking in the other rooms. The parking was not good. There was caution tape up to block six stalls. The air conditioner didn’t work well and the room would get warm when the air was off. The water for the shower was lukewarm and the sink handle released minimal water. The toilet paper holder fell off and wouldn’t hold the toilet paper roll. You could smell the smoke when people smoked outside the room while the door was shut.
- 5/5
The staff was very nice and helpful. Very happy with our stay.
- 5/5
I've stayed many times at this vintage boutique Hotel and it's cute Family run Business and I think they do a really great job. I would highly recommend it it's right next to Disneyland parking. You can either walk to Disneyland or you can walk to take parking bus ride around the block.
- 4/5
Room decor (dressers and nightstands) is older/dated. Room was clean, mattress was comfortable and seemed to be newer. Check in was easy, staff was friendly. Parking was fine, I had no issues. Location is fantastic (I was there for the convention center and Disney and walked everywhere) Bathroom was clean and spacious. I would book again.
- 3/5
The property location is excellent. Unfortunately, the property itself has a fair amount of deferred maintenance. It is a much older property and is in significant need of upgrades in several areas. The carpeting in the unit that we stayed in was quite old and not very clean. It was very adequate for what we were looking for, as we only spent a limited amount of time in the room. The location was quite nice for walking distance to the Disney parks and access to restaurants and shops.
- 5/5
The employees were amazing & so helpful! I don’t recommend staying at the hotel across from them, very dirty, and very ignorant workers & guest. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Wonderful staff
- 3/5
Not bad for the price. Standard motel, although we did have a few roaches in our room. Again, you get what you pay for. Besides that not terrible, bed wasn’t too bad either. Probably wouldn’t stay here again unless other hotels prices were really high.
- 4/5
Love the spot.
- 3/5
Expedia listed a 15 min. walk to Disneyland but when we plugged in the info on our phones it told us it would take 30 min! Since it also listed "Shuttle Available" I tried calling the hotel to ask for details. I got a call center and not the actual property and they could not answer that question. Luckily, it turns out the walk was approx.15 min. so that was relief! The room was clean if a bit run down. I gave up on a hot shower after 10 minutes in, only to have it heat up as I was getting out, and the tub definitely needed a matt because it was slippery as heck! The bathroom tap was awful, it sprayed water on the mirror and counter, and smelled bad as well, so we brushed our teeth with bottled water. The ice machine didn't work either. The price and location were pretty good and we didn't let the lack of things spoil our Disney fun.
- 3/5
It was fine, not the greatest. Definitely get what you pay for compared to the other hotels in the area.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
The room was spacious and big. The staff was nice and welcoming :) I would recommend.
- 4/5
Clean room and easy check-in.
- 1/5
This motel is definitely the experience of “getting what you pay for”. I have stayed at the neighbor hotels of Disneyland for 20 years, I would say this has been the roughest one yet. I will start wit a few positives, the location is ideal. Located very close, walking distance to the main entrance of the park. Also steps away from the hotel is a 24 hour Walgreens, Starbucks, and other food. The sheets/blankets at the hotel seemed bleached and the room wasn’t visibly dirty. Okay on to the issues….when we arrived at night around 5pm we went to check in and there was a couple who were drinking and carrying 40oz alcohol containers. The women also looked myself and partner up and down serval times in an intimidating manner. There also seems to be some kind of temporary housing going on with some of the rooms. People hanging out of the doors of their rooms, playing loud music and making loud noises to 12 am or later. The front desk worker was only ever there when we first arrived so when we needed toilet paper she wasn’t there to help. The room seemed clean enough but there were numerous cosmetic issues. Dents in the door, hole in the floor, holes in the dresser, words carved into the fridge, the bathroom door falling of the hinges, paint missing, etc. The beds had large pokey springs and would make extreme noises any time you moved. Again….this was one of the cheapest places so close to the park…however I would rather next time pay 100-200$ more and avoid many of these issues.
- 5/5
Clean room bathroom was clean. The towels were clean. And then the employees were really nice.
- 4/5
Great service and a nice room perfectly located halfway between Disneyland and the Toy Story Parking Lot shuttle loading area.

- 5/5
Nice clean room, conveniently located halfway between the Toy Story Parking Lot shuttles and the Disneyland entrance.
- 5/5
Clean room. Close to everything.
- 5/5
Staff was great and nice! Bathroom had plenty of towels. I didn’t hear too much road noise even though it’s on a fairly busy street. Good, easy walk to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The bed creaked alot so kept me awake. The floors I wish were cleaner. I either had to keep my sandles on or socks on my feet.
- 5/5
It was clean and safe.
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the staff was very friendly at check-in. The only problem was that the bathroom door got stuck a little.
- 5/5
The environment is convenient, and the room is clean, but the hairdryer is old and the TV doesn't work! Overall, it's not bad.
- 5/5
Super calm and the price was great!
- 4/5
Clean room. Maid service and clean towels daily. Good parking near room. 20 minute walk to Disneyland. Ice maker requires coins or tokens. Quiet other than people going to and from their cars.
- 1/5
We had 8 people in 2 rooms. 2 towels in each room. We asked for more and received them in one room. The next day, both rooms got 2 towels. How is it ok to not give 1 towel per person? The walls were filthy, we saw 1 roach. The mattresses were from 1950, creeked when sat on. Linens seemed clean. Location was good, parking was ok. Even for the cheaper price it wasn’t worth it.
- 5/5
The staff was friendly. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels and it was close to Disney. The hot water was more like lukewarm and took a bit to get hot but overall it’s a great place to stay and I definitely recommend. We will absolutely stay here again next time.
- 4/5
Everything was great
- 4/5
Room had a little bit of cob webs in the corner of room. Staff was nice really friendly. Can’t complain about anything for the price I paid for
- 1/5
One of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. The rooms smell like tobacco and they’re very dirty and old. No breakfast included and the beds are old and make a lot of noise when you move. Do yourself a favor and save your money and stay somewhere else.
- 2/5
Between the noise, the smell, and the lack of basic amenities, this place was a complete disappointment. I would absolutely not recommend staying here.
- 3/5
The room smelled bad. Hot water was cold.
- 3/5
The location was good only about an 8-10 minute walk to the park and there were good stores around the area. There was a lot of odd noises throughout the day but once midnight hit it would be quiet. The rooms aren't super clean and we would wake up to our bathroom smelling like weed. It is definitely an affordable stay.
- 5/5
Good service
- 5/5
It was easy to get to and from the Disney parks
- 5/5
The room was clean. It was near Disney. The staff was friendly as usual.
- 3/5
My husband and I adore this hotel and will still give it another shot
- 4/5
not enough outlets to charge things
- 5/5
Very easy check in
- 3/5
I do wish it was cleaner before we arrived, there was a dead bugs on the floor, and dried up goo on the photos above the beds and there were stains on our sheets. Our bathrooms had no toilet paper or showering essentials. The pros I had for this was the easy check in, AC was AMAZING & free parking. I would still come back because it’s still a convenient hotel if you want a walkable distance and not overly priced like the other ones.
- 4/5
Was a great location next to Disney, totally walkable after a whole day at Disney. A bit dingy but wasn’t unclean. Wished we had a lamp or consistent lighting. But overall we got what we paid for .
- 1/5
This was very close to Disneyland, but was very sketchy. There were people screaming all night. The doors didn’t lock properly. There was a cockroach in the bathroom a terrible experience overall.
- 5/5
Older facility but clean and staff was super helpful and friendly. Will definitely be back.
- 3/5
Door wouldn’t properly close without much effort. Key demagnetized twice. Bed was extremely hard.
- 4/5
it is short walk to Disneyland and good price for this location with free parking. The room has microwave and refrigerator exactly what we need for this Disney trip!
- 4/5
The property from the outside looks a bit rundown to be honest, but the property is clean, and I felt totally safe as a solo traveler. It was easy to park, the staff/owner were very sweet. It was a convenient walking distance to shops, dinning, Disneyland, and the start of the race I was in 2 blocks over. You can tell they took care renovating and keeping up the room.
- 4/5
This is our go to, budget friendly in walking distance of Disneyland. No frills but comfortable and near amenities like Toy Story shuttle, food & convenience stores.
- 5/5
Only thing would be there is a lack of closet space, no iron, and I would recommend bringing your own towels and body wash.
- 1/5
It looked like the room they gave me was never clean! The bed sheets were stained, the fridge was dirty, the shower was also dirty. The worst part was that the toilet bowl had old blood stains running down to the floor! That’s not just dirty it’s unsanitary! I know this is a motel but that doesn’t justify these horrendous conditions.
- 2/5
Shampoo package was not easy to open it up by hand
- 4/5
Basic hotel, clean walking distance to Disney and the owners are very nice and helpfu.
- 5/5
Checkin and out was easy and the hotel is very convenient to pharmacy, food, and entertainment.
- 5/5
A good reliable place to stay if your just going to Disney and back your close to a lot of food places and overall comfy :) would recommend
- 5/5
Good
- 3/5
It is very outdated. I would not stay there again !!
- 5/5
The hotel was very quiet and the owners were very kind and attentive to our needs. Quick and easy walk to Disneyland and if you want to save a little bit there is plenty of dining opportunities directly across the street!!!
- 5/5
Staff members were always very kind and helpful when I needed them.
- 3/5
The location is prime but the room could use some attention. The walls were dirty. There were also a few chunks of something on the bathroom walls. The hairdryer was visibly dirty. The air conditioning unit worked but both my husband and I were getting some sort of allergic reaction in our lungs while it was on so we turned it off and opened the windows at night. The staff were friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
Short walk to Disneyland can’t beat the price for the location
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Check in was simple, we got to park right under our room. Everything was quiet besides the normal Anaheim vehicle street noise. We didn’t use the pool but looked nice and clean. We enjoyed being here for convenience to ride the Toy Story buses over to Disneyland, Starbucks is steps away, and Cheesecake Factory(garden walk) is right across the street. So affordable!
- 5/5
I have very low expectations for any motel. I was pleasantly surprised at the cleanliness and renovations. Bathrooms looked brand new and shower pressure was good. Conveniently located next to the toy story parking lot for easy transport to Disney parks.
- 5/5
Quick easy, ample parking which is included in the cost of the room. Clean, mini fridge was cold as was the a/c.
- 4/5
Pay for what you get. Clean, friendly staff, maybe needs a little cosmetic fixes. But overall a good stay.
- 3/5
We were so grateful for the office having 24hour check-in. The beds were comfortable enough and the location was ideal to walk to Disneyland. However, our shower had what looked to be black mold and the air conditioning wouldn't consistently stay to keep the room chilled.
- 5/5
Was pleasantly surprised at how clean the rooms were. Staff in office was very helpful.
- 4/5
People working the front desk were very helpful and answered all ? I had.
- 5/5
We had a great stay! Very friendly, helpful staff, close to Disneyland, restaurants and convenience stores, and clean. I saw other reviews that said strong smell of bleach but I did not experience that. The building is old but that is what it is, the rooms are decent, clean, inexpensive, may need a fresh coat of paint and defrost the freezer in the mini fridge, but other than that a great place to stay!
- 5/5
I appreciate how professional and patient the front desk person was when i checked in and i was in error about the name i originally booked the property with. They helped me figure it out and we had a wonderful stay. So conveniently located to our concert.
- 5/5
Staff was kind and helpful. Everything within walking distance. Room was clean. Enjoyed and will return.
- 3/5
Ok for the price , bathtub wouldn't drain , noisy area , bit dirty
- 5/5
Perfect for what we needed! It was walking distance to Disneyland and there was coffee and food nearby. Check in was easy and they were so kind when we checked in and out. We just needed a place to sleep after a long day at the park and this was just that. We will stay again!
- 4/5
I arrived early and the staff left what they were doing to get a ground floor room ready for me. Much appreciated. Easy walking distance to Disneyland, so no need to pay for parking. Area feels safe and secure.
- 5/5
Great location and affordable
- 5/5
Basic but always lovely. We keep coming back.
- 5/5
Great place to stay!
- 5/5
The place is very neat and well-kept. Is pretty much home for me and we'll organized.
- 3/5
It’s obviously not the Four Seasons, but for what i paid, I can’t complain. It had a mini fridge, a dresser and the room itself wasn’t terrible. 2 beds were provided, a parking stall, and worker was available for late check ins. Check out process is smooth and easy; just leaving key in room upon departing. It’s about a 10 min walk to Disneyland and maybe a 2-3 min walk to Walgreens. Super convenient place.
- 5/5
Overall a great stay.
- 4/5
Good location at a decent price.
- 5/5
Good place to stay!
- 1/5
Showed up at the property and there was a homeless man digging through the dumpster out front. Our room smelled terribly of bleach. The beds had long and short black hairs in them. The light didn’t work so you had to walk all the way into the back of the room to find a light switch so you could see. The blinds were broken so anyone could see in the room. I stayed for about an hour, booked a different hotel and left.
- 1/5
No bueno
- 5/5
The room was updated and very nice. The front desk attendant was very nice and allowed us to leave our car parked there for an extra hour after we checked out.
- 1/5
I tried to upload pictures, the app wouldnt let me.
- 5/5
I had a nice stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and the room was clean. We always had fresh towels when we got back to the room. We stayed here to go to Disneyland and it’s about a 15 minute walk
- 5/5
The staff were very nice and helpful. Room was spacious and comfortable
- 5/5
Sencillo y limpio y lo más importante a 14 min caminando a Disney
- 3/5
It was affordable
- 3/5
Customer service was great. The room was not the cleanest. Overall covenient stay near disneyland.
- 5/5
It was a good stay
- 2/5
Room needs an update. Walls were stained. Building is old. Old microwave and fridge. It was somewhere to sleep and shower. 15 min walk to Disneyland. Beds were comfortable and water pressure was great. That's pretty much about it. But I would not stay here again.
- 2/5
The closeness to the park was nice, it was about a 12 minute walk at a leisurely pace. Parking was good, there seemed to be a good parking spot-to-room ratio. But the walls were thin, the windows and door let in a lot of light and heat, the air conditioning didn't blow very well and the room never really cooled down, the traffic was pretty loud too. The wifi was pretty spotty and I couldn't ever get it to connect properly. There's no breakfast, but there are some vending machines in the parking lot. There's also an ice machine but it takes quarters, which I was not prepared for. Cleanliness was hit and miss, the linens on the beds were fresh but the bathroom had some stuff missed and the floors turned my feet black after walking around for a few minutes. The pool was cold but dirty. Overall, not the worst budget hotel I've stayed at but I would probably "splurge" a few extra bucks a night at a different property nearby for my next trip.
- 2/5
Only good thing is it's easily walkable to the parks. All the other hotels and motels around it are way better...though pricier. If you don't mind slumming it with questionable cleanliness and graffiti scratched into the walls, then this is the place for you
- 3/5
We will be posting a complete video review on the Braggins Adventures Channel on YouTube by 10/6/24
- 1/5
The place is terrible the rooms had holes in the wall. The pico was missing so we had to put toilet paper in there. The bed was hard had hair in it and blood on the sheets, packed up my stuff and left that night. Got a new hotel.
- 5/5
It was great! Walking distance to Disneyland!
- 3/5
The hotel is really really outdated, beds were comfortable, AC worked fine and shower pressure was ok. There were some stains on one of the bed sheets, garbage behind furniture and the big dresser was missing a drawer. Phone was a little dusty as well as the furniture. Room had a strong humidity smell. The whole property needs a refurbishment, pool is really old & parking lot looks dirty.
- 2/5
Room had hair all over the inside stains in the bath tub walls look like a 10 year old painted the room people were most of the night not quiet no safety lock on door shoved a chair under the door handle didn’t feel very safe says it has ev charging it don’t was told parking was included was charged 12 for the last day I was there won’t stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone even on a budget
- 5/5
Was a little sketchy on the outside, but the rooms are updated with mini fridge and microwave, comfortable beds and helpful front desk. No issue with the area or staff, very helpful
- 5/5
We were very nervous about staying here, however, i would definitely stay here again. The staff was very friendly and helpful with alot of knowledge. They were very accommodating to my needs. I rented a scooter and hotel staff handled the drop-off and pickup for me. The room was very clean. Dont expect the Sheraton, but for your money, you get a clean room and bed to sleep in. Definitely recommended staying here.
- 5/5
The staff was nice and friendly
- 3/5
If I was to stay there again, I would bring my own blankets and pillow!!!
- 5/5
Everything is good.
- 3/5
They need lots. Of improvement
- 5/5
Very close to the area we had to go.
- 4/5
It was not so far from Disney land and we could buy some groceries near this hotel, so it was very good!!
- 4/5
Very basic motel, but inexpensive and walking distance to House of Blues, Disney, and the Garden Walk. Excellent location for the price. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
My family loved our stay at the Little Boy Blue. We appreciated the owner's friendliness and how they were there any time we needed anything. The price cannot be beat for being so close to Disney!
- 3/5
This is a great place to stay if you are on a Major budget like we were for our trip to D-land. No frills and a little bit run down. No coffee. Easy walk to Toy story lot and Parks.Just a few steps from Walgreens and restaurants. It is all about location at this hotel. Owners are super nice!
- 5/5
This is my second time staying in this motel and I love it. It’s convenient, close walk to the convention center, Disneyland and right across from the Garden walk. I stay here when I do double days at Disneyland. Room is very clean and very spacious. Has a mini fridge and a microwave. Will definitely be staying again and hoping to stay for more days.
- 5/5
The staff is very friendly and accommodating. We always choose Little Boy Blue for a little Disneyland getaway
- 5/5
Pool was a plus
- 4/5
Clean and very convenient location.
- 4/5
I love the location. It was super convenient to the convention I was attending. That said. I walk with a cane. I called a couple weeks in advance to request a ground floor room as they do not have elevators. I was assured that would be fine and that it had been marked in my reservation. When I got there the man at the desk insisted he was going to give me a second floor room because “it was better”. Even when I tried to insist he put me in a room at the top of the stairs. Again. No elevator. I could not afford to move hotels or I would have walked away right then. The room was okay. A bit dated maybe. The sheets were thin and there was a part of the carpet by the wall that wasn’t entirely secure but it wasn’t in a walkway so I didn’t bother with it. The air conditioner was very loud and continuously cut on and off in short bursts. One of the lights over the beds did not even have a lightbulb but there was just enough light with the one and the bathroom light that we made it work. I likely won’t stay here again but if you’re only looking for location it’s not bad. Beware anyone who has issues with stairs though. No elevator and will not honor requests to be on ground floor.
- 1/5
Room smelled like bleach, noisy, people hollering in the parking lot, pounding on the door of the room next door. It is an older hotel and needs updating. Found someone's fake fingernail so you know they didn't vacuum. Will never stay here again. When we read reviews it didn't sound bad, but it was. Would NOT recommend this hotel to anyone.
- 3/5
After an 8 hour drive and needing desperately sleep for Disney the next day. Our neighbors below and next door to us made it impossible. They were screaming and yelling all night. Kids were jumping in the bed kitting the walls and my kids were having the hardest time falling asleep. We had maybe 2 hours of decent rest. The second was no different and with the walls being paper thin we could hear everything. The location was great and cheap but horrible experience.
- 4/5
Front desk staff was excellent
- 1/5
The facility was run down and dirty. An excessive amount of bleach was used to try and cover the fact that the room was still dingy. The fumes from the bleach was so strong that even after an hour or trying to air out the room, my family still was unable to breath comfortably and our eyes were burning. I was traveling with a minor and an elderly mother with asthma. There were no elevators or handicapped accessible entrance or ramps to the 2nd floor rooms. The door wasn't secure and looked as if someone previously tried to kick it in. My family and I didn't stay for more than 2 hours. We checked out immediately and found other accommodations
- 2/5
The employees were friendly but the room had a few cockroaches
- 4/5
my partner and I booked this for our star wars nite at disneyland, which was about a 10-15 min walk. we liked the area as well as there was good dining options and even a walgreens/cvs within walking distance. the only downside is that there is loud traffic in the morning but that is expected since it’s a pretty busy street and the water in the shower didn’t go down the drain so it did start to fill the tub a bit quite quick. other than those two, I did enjoy the stay since it was 2 nights anyways and we knew we’d be out pretty much the entire day. I’d recommend this place and would come back.
- 5/5
Excellent place, extremely recommended.

No bedbugs, and the shower worked. The beds were very uncomfortable though. The bed frame made a lot of noise also. Other than that, everything was fine. I only stayed for one night.

Budget property but very convenient to Disneyland and nice staff

My wife and I were staying here alone for 4 nights while spending all day at the Disneyland parks. If you’re just needing a place to sleep that’s in walking distance, this hotel is more than sufficient. Check in service was nice and easy. Don’t expect much but would definitely come back if I needed to save some money.

Our stay was a last minute decision and TBH we were not expecting much. That being the case, Little Boy Blue far exceeded our expectations. Upon approach from outside it looked to be about what we would expect for less than $100/night going into a weekend. It did not look great, it did not seem to fit in with with the surroundings...but once inside our room we were pleasently surprised. It was quite clean (far more than we expected) and fairly comforatble. We had a larger room (which would be fine for up to two adults and two small kids, but I wouldn't want any more in a room than that). Since this was just me and my wife, it worked out perfectly. It was a little noisy with our room being right off the street, and we had the stereotypical neon light filling our room, but we were comforatable nonetheless. My wife and I would defintily stay here again to save some moeny, but I probably wouldn't bring the kids...not becuase it was bad, just kind of small for a family.

The facilities are a little bit dated and basic, but the owners are amazing and so kind. About a 20 minute walk from the front gates of Disneyland!! Would stay again.

Very convenient in every way: super close to Disney and the convention center, cheap, and the parking saved us a hassle and some cash. We were left alone, staff was accomodating, easy stay

This place is not fancy, but the price and convenience make it a great budget-friendly option.

Sheets were dirty and there are no real comforters, the pillows are cheap, the bath tub was patched with a patch strip

Every day during our stay we found live cockroaches. Despite the strong smell of fumigation/pesticides/insecticides there were still live cockroaches and I was concerned with the strong chemicals/pesticides

We enjoyed our stay the room needed updating and new furniture for sure but it was super close to Disneyland and they let us check in early. Has a fridge and microwave which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again for the price and distance from everything.

We stayed here while attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was a very convenient motel, offering parking and an easy walk. It is nothing fancy, but it has everything we needed. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly.

Best way to explain this place, is you get what you pay for. Cheap, so don’t expect a luxurious space. It gets the job done. They do a very good job keeping the rooms clean. No noisy neighbors. It’s a 10 minute walk to the entrance of Disneyland. A lot of places to eat around the area.

Blankets had stains and burn holes. Shower had a cracked, sharp tile in the corner. Walls have not been wiped down in a long time, dirt buildup and brown from hand prints. Shutter on the windows had not been wiped down. The main door didn’t close well and could see through the threshold and trim around the door. The dresser had stains in the drawers and were difficult to open

Very walkable to many dining options. Older property but has good offstreet parking. Close to Anaheim Convention center.

It's okay, the staff was very nice I recommend this place.

Room was horrible compared to other ones listed at the same price. Bed has cigarette burns, furniture was old and there was mold everywhere.

Great budget hotel close to disneyland and local shps. Friendly staff would stay here again

It was convenient close to Disneyland and the bed was comfort but our room had little cockroaches and that was disgusting.

We love our stay, that we want to return next year
