Reviews
The hotel is in a prime location, within walking distance to Disneyland and various dining options. However, many guests expressed dissatisfaction with additional fees, particularly for parking. The cleanliness and comfort of the rooms were generally praised, but some guests found the beds too firm and the walls too thin.

Rooms were standard, wish there was a microwave in the room rather than laundry room. Close walk to Disney (~10 minutes)

Every person is so respected. Room was slightly musty but I'm ok with that. Super close to garden walk mall. 13 min walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
We came for three days at Disneyland, and this place was exactly what we were looking for: clean, friendly, and about a 10-15 minute walk to Disney. They even allowed us to stow our luggage both before our check-in and at the end of our stay so we could be without luggage as we walked around.
- 4/5
Slightly difficult to get to the room because I am disabled and the stairs were daunting but the stay was wonderful!
- 5/5
We stay here every time we go to Disney, it’s the perfect closeness and very inexpensive! Wish we didn’t have to pay for parking but still worth it!
- 5/5
Quick check in/out. Clean rooms
- 5/5
This hotel was perfect for our quick trip to Disney! It was very close by and well maintained. The only downside was that the pillows were very uncomfortable. My husband had a hard time getting comfortable and sleeping with them. We would stay again, and bring our own pillows!
- 5/5
We stay at Kings Inn a few times a year. This is a safe, clean and close walking distance hotel to the Disneyland Resort. Thank you
- 4/5
request for toilet cleaning and installations of bulb, they did the request immediately
- 5/5
It is a very good, decent hotel; the room is very big, and the price was the best part. Thanks, Expedia.
- 4/5
It was great. The only issue I had was that I was told I could leave my car there till midnight, but came back to see a flyer on the windshield saying get a permit or be towed. The front desk clerk never gave me a permit
- 5/5
Good experience, good walking distance to Disney. The only thing I don’t agree with is the extra charge for parking without a shuttle service.

Overall the experience was good with the exception of the very hard beds and the weird pillows.
- 4/5
This hotel is a little older but it served its purpose. The room was clean and the beds comfortable. This was my second time staying here. Took the kids to the pool and they loved it. It was about a 10 minute drive to the Disneyland parking and only because of the long lights that it took 10 minutes.

Very good

Great location to be able to walk to Disney. Rooms were very spacious and clean. Would stay here again!!

- 5/5
I loved the location and how close it was to the park for the price we paid. There is no elevator so if you plan to have a stroller, request a bottom floor hotel if it’s available
- 5/5
Clean room, nice ac, quiet nights, affordable. Will stay again soon.
- 4/5
The rooms were spacious and clean. The refrigerator was a nice size to fit in food. Unfortunately the keycards needed reset each day.
- 3/5
It was nice to be located across the street from the Toy Story lot so we didn’t have to pay for parking at Disney. The room we were in was out dated - but most places you find around Disneyland are outdated. The staff was nice and check in / check out process was easy. It honestly was just a place for us to sleep before and after our trip to Disney.
- 4/5
The rooms were always clean. Housekeeping always put my kids stuffed animals in funny locations in the room.

Friendly guest services, clean room, but older motel. Unfortunately our room 276 smelled very badly of mold, we tried to air it out for a while but it didn't help. It's less than 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland, our room had no bath just a shower and there's no microwaves in the rooms, there's a room on the lower level with microwaves. Wi-fi was good, A/C was good, no continental breakfast available, was told at check-in they stopped during covid. Price was reasonable but do your research as there were 2 listings for the same property with drastically higher prices. Book on a site like trivago or hotels.com and not on their website as the price is doubled. May stay again if our room isn't a musty/moldy one.
- 5/5
Very clean room, nice and cold, quick check in and great shower water pressure. Would stay again.

The property was clean and close to Disney- the pool and hot tub were great. The bed was soooo uncomfortable!! It was hard as a rock and my hips hurt from sleeping on my side :( I asked for extra pillows to sleep in the last few nights.
- 5/5
We love staying here. It is one of our favorites.
- 3/5
Everything was very clean, I just didn't like that they didn't have microwaves in the room they are fine, they had a room with them but they closed at 10 pm and they couldn't be used afterwards and the park doesn't arrive so early.

This place is perfect to stay at for a disney trip. The place is about 10 - 15 min walk away from disney, budget friendly and really nice and clean. Most likely i will stay at Kings Inn again when i come back for a Disney.
- 2/5
Never going back. Ever. I will say housekeeping was amazing but that is all.
- 5/5
This was such a perfect place to stay. Definitely an older spot, but had everything I needed for a Disney trip. Short walk to the Disney entrance (about half mile/10-15 min), clean room with a large fridge and super nice staff. Great for solo travelers. Would stay again for sure.
- 4/5
Clean and simple. Beds are old and you can feel the mattresses springs in your back but it was half the price as other hotels and all we needed was a few hours of sleep and a shower.
- 5/5
Fast check in and great service at the front desk.
- 5/5
Very close to Disneyland No comments
- 5/5
Nice and close to Disney
- 2/5
The room is fairly decent for the price. There was mold in behind the TV on the wall. I called and told them and they said OK we’ll look into it.
- 5/5
- 4/5
Clean room, very comfortable beds. Housekeeping daily. Great stay for a great price. We would definitely stay again. Thanks Kings Inn!
- 4/5
The beds were not very comfortable but that didn't stop us from sleeping after all day at Disney! Showering in the morning was not great, the water was basically cold with only a hint of warmth. There was nothing else in the area that was comparable on price, so if I was travelling there again on a low budget I would definitely stay again!
- 2/5
Pool: hot tub was great. Pool was cold. They keep pool towels at the front desk and they are small. You have to go to the front desk first to get pool towels. Staff: nothing special. Just people going through the motions. I will say our check in person was really efficient.
- 5/5
The property is dated, but they have made some updates over time. I liked that there is no carpet in the room. The rooms are spacious. The staff is super friendly and helpful. There’s a pool, laundry room, and self serve convenience store. There is a refrigerator in the room, but not a microwave (I think available on request). Location is super convenient to Disneyland, and there’s tons of stores and eateries nearby. For the price of stay, it was a great value!
- 5/5
Room was clean, the outdoor pool and

It was a great stay and really close to Disneyland. Will recommend it to others.
- 4.5/5
Location is wonderful. Right next to Garden Walk, and less than a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story Parking. You don't need to park there to use the shuttle. Great to use as transportation (free!) to Disneyland, rather than walk, or Uber. Walls are a little thin, but wasn't an issue with sleeping or anything.
- 5/5
Location was great about 15 mins from the park. A lot around the hotel. Room was great. And employees were friendly! Loved my stay there!

I have stayed here before many times and I keep coming back. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland and in a safe area. Rooms are quiet enough and clean. No carpets. Only thing to know is there is no elevators!
- 4/5
Great check in and location only a 5-10 minute walk to the front gates The beds were a little stiff.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I visit the Disneyland Resort (5x in the last year). Close walking distance and plenty of food options nearby. Staff is always friendly and accommodating. Rooms are comfortable and clean. It would be nice if the pool/spa stayed open a little later as I am usually in the parks into the evening and would be nice to enjoy after a long day.

I really appreciate how the cleaning staff make sure the rooms are clean.

Really clean
- 4/5
Stayed for a quick trip to Disney. Perfect location for the price.
- 4/5
I liked the stay it was good price clean close walk to Disney. It’s not a fancy hotel but it has everything you need for a short trip. I didn’t try the pool but it looked nice and clean. Everything was great except the last day. Upon leaving, the cleaning person was kind of rushing us out there. She banged on our door at 8 am when check out is at 11 and while packing and putting stuff in the car they kept coming in to the door slightly opening to see if we were out. That was worst part I didn’t want to give a bad rating because of it but I do hope this catches the staffs attention and could just have the cleaning crew be more patient and step away until you see the people finally leave otherwise it makes the customers uncomfortable and hard to say you’ve had a successful stay if that’s the last imprint you have of the place. However, other than that the stay was good! Thank you!
- 5/5
Great location if your plans include going to Disneyland. Nice economical hotel. Nice staff.

Good staff and nice affordable hotel

The rooms are clean, but the beds are hard. The bathrooms are clean

A state of emergency was declared just miles from this hotel after a major chemical spill forced approximately 50,000 people to evacuate nearby areas. Despite the seriousness of the situation and the obvious concern for public safety, Kings Inn refused to refund or accommodate cancellations in any meaningful way. That tells you everything you need to know about this business: revenue comes before the safety of guests and employees. Emergencies happen. What defines a company is how they respond when people are scared, displaced, or trying to make responsible decisions for their health and safety. Kings Inn chose to hide behind policy instead of showing even basic human judgment or compassion. The staff response felt completely detached from the reality of the situation. No flexibility. No accountability. No acknowledgment that people were dealing with a hazardous materials emergency nearby. There are plenty of hotels in Anaheim. I would strongly encourage travelers to support businesses that understand the difference between customer service and opportunism during a public emergency. I will never stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean and close to the park and good for its price. But I saw a cockroach 😭
- 5/5
I liked that I was able to leave my vehicle on the premises on the day I arrive before my check in time and go to Disneyland. I will definitely stay there again :) The room was nice and clean. The amenities were good.
- 3/5
We have stayed here a couple of times before never with a bad experience. But this time, roaches on the nightstand! If it wasn’t midnight when I saw them, I would’ve changed rooms. I informed the staff the following morning that they might want to spray Room 116 because I saw bugs and she was very apologetic. Hotel and rooms are outdated but for the price, you can’t beat it. The location to Disneyland is a shorter walk than from any Disneyland parking. GardenWalk is next door with great restaurants and entertainment. I will give them another chance because for the price, the customer service, the restaurants next door and the closeness to Disneyland you can’t beat it. Hopefully this was just one bad experience out of many more to come.
- 3/5
Water pressure in the shower were weak. Bed was too soft and not comfortable at all.
- 1/5
room smelt of mildew. towels were dingy. beds were horrible. keys got deactivated without ever being near phones or others cards. bug in the room (unsure if it was a roach or a pincher bug). outlets all loose. floor was sticky. Overall will not stay here again. Definitely not worth the price.
- 1/5
Would i stay here again ABSOLUTELY NOT. It was one of the few hotels i had to choose from when booking last minute.
- 4/5
My family and I love the distance from Disneyland and it is reasonably priced, which is why we keep booking here.
- 4/5
Easy enough
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you just need an inexpensive, clean place to stay. Why pay a fortune when you’re just planning on sleeping and showering there?
- 5/5
We had an amazing 3night stay
- 5/5
Very nice staff I will definitely be back.
- 3/5
Wanted to like this place more than I did. The room itself was decent, but we had a pretty bad issue the entire stay. Every time we flushed the toilet, water started leaking from the wall like a pipe had burst behind it. It soaked part of the floor and even got onto some of our clothes and belongings. Not exactly something you expect to deal with at a hotel.
- 5/5
Convenient , clean and big rooms outdoor pool nice. But they need microwaves in the rooms
- 4/5
Overall the hotel definitely worked for what we needed it for! The rooms do need some updating but overall it was clean. The only real downside was that it was very noisy outside because the doors open straight outside and it is right behind cars land. They were helpful with our car parking the following day when we wanted to go into the park. Their parking lot was full but they gave us a voucher for discounted parking at the gardenwalk and it was a very easy walk!
- 5/5
Everything was great. I even got to use the swimming pool and the hot tub amazing hospitality.
- 5/5
house keeping 11/10 location 10/10 only thing as read by other reviews and I experienced it myself, the walls are super thin. Therefore be considerate of your neighbors. You cannot beat the location of it. Close to Cvs, a walk from the parks, you can leave the car parked here if you have a room rented, while you just walk to the park and save on parking. There is a parking fee tho, but price is reasonable. Close to the mall, and plenty of options for food around.
- 5/5
Great place to check out
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland :) Room, bathroom were clean and great staff.
- 4/5
If you need a place to lay your head for a night or two while going to Disneyland, this place is honestly great value. It’s less than a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland. Theres Starbucks across the street, pizza, and a 7-11 near by for quick snacks. The pictures don’t do justice and the rooms are actually quite nice. The hot tub is spacious and the pool is nice. Easy to get to off the highway and quiet in the evening. It’s also next to the house of blues if you wanna see a show
- 5/5
Every convenience is within a short walking distance from the hotel, with the convention center about ten minutes away and Disneyland the same. The front office staff were very friendly and accommodating. They certainly helped us feel welcome, and necessary processes and questions were a breeze. Although we didn't use them, there is a small fully automated convenience shop on the hotel grounds as well as a laundry facility for those that need it. Overall if I was to come to this area again on holiday, I would happily choose King's Inn Anaheim again. 👍
- 4/5
The room was clean and quiet.
- 5/5
Thank you for accommodating our stay and as always friendly staff.
- 5/5
It was a great stay highly recommend for the good price
- 4/5
Close to disneyland
- 5/5
The room was really clean and well maintained, the bed was comfortable and sheets and towels also very clean. The location of the hotel is great with a variety of restaurants, pharmacies nearby and a walking distance from Disney Parks.
- 2/5
You get what you pay for, bed hurt my back, sketchy feeling, and shower was not pleasant.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay here. Check in/out was super quick and a simple; staff was very friendly as well. The room we stayed in was very clean and we had no issues. The walk to Disney was not far at all, maybe 12-15 minutes. Overall this is a great place to stay for a Disney trip and is very affordable. Would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, close to parks, right next to Garden Walk. Lots of places to eat and things to do nearby. Didn't use hot tub/pool but it looked nice and others were there enjoying it.
- 4/5
Staff were great and not to far from Disney good walking distance could use a bit of an upgrade. Overall would stay again.
- 5/5
Staff was so nice and helpful, property felt safe and clean, only thing I would change is lighting in the sink area , needs more lighting, but overall stay was great , would definitely stay again when going to the Disney parks , and walk to the parks is roughly 15 min
- 3/5
No me gustó que cobraran el estacionamiento como un adicional
- 4/5
Everything was very clean and the beds were comfy, if not a little squeaky when you first sit on it (doesn’t squeak when you are moving while sleeping though). Hot tub was nice at the end of a nice park day. It’s not the four seasons but if all you need is a clean place to sleep and shower, this is your place.
- 4/5
great location, great price, and super friendly staff. my only issue was the water came out
- 4/5
Walking distance to many restaurants and the Marriott where my conference was held. There was a outdoor swimming pool, which was open till 10 PM. There’s also a small store that’s very useful when you forgot to bring any food! Or toothbrush! Front staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. The rates were excellent for that area.
- 4/5
Clean room, excellent location, friendly and helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, didnt get to use pool or hot tub but looked great!
- 1/5
The reason I gave 1 star is because when I booked my stay on Expedia it said there were no fees for parking which is one of the reasons I choose to stay here, the receptionist blamed the Expedia website stating that they must not have updated their website. It was also $100 for parking for three days which also seemed expensive.
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was polite and helpful, everything was good
- 5/5
Great place to stay! Close to Disneyland
- 4/5
Good to be there and close to disneyland
- 5/5
Our stay was great and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Great location, very clean and comfortable!

Clean room and friendly staff. Great place to stay with a short walk to Disneyland.
- 3/5
The staff are extremely friendly and helpful unfortunately the room was way too moist and my vitamins got messed up and my coffee mug grew mold on it it was pretty gross you could smell the moisture
- 5/5
Easy check in and out. Room was comfortable and quiet. Very close to Disneyland.

Clean, comfortable, and close to Disney. I will always come back to the Kings Inn!

2nd time we have stayed - excellent place
- 5/5
Always a great stay
- 5/5
Great location, walking distance from disney parks
- 4/5
Clean room close to parks and Gardenwalk.
- 4/5
Everything is always amazing when I stay here. My only complaint would have to be the blankets they provide. I wish it was something heavier.
- 4/5
We loved how close it was to Disneyland and other locations. The room we stayed had a strong cigarette odor but seems like it’s an old smell that is penetrating the room from the past. The smell was stronger in the bathroom thankfully not as much in the room since we had an infant with us. We only stayed 2 nights and it was good for the time we were there. It’s a safe area. It’s also very close to Toy Story parking so we walked to get the bus to take us to the parks when we didn’t want to walk.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, 20 minutes walking distance to Disneyworld, lovely pool & hot tub. Staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. Also loved that you could see the fireworks from the hotel. Will absolutely be staying here again in the future.
- 5/5
Wish the pool area stayed open later but others then that loved it there nice little 10min walk to Disneyland and the pizza place that the hotel recommended was pretty good
- 5/5
Room was clean, we were able to check in early being that we had a concert it was nice. Room was clean everything was nearby and convenient. Will definitely book here again if I have another concert at the house of blues.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. Air conditioning was great. Proximity to parks and Anaheim nightlife was great. My only nit pick was that my keycard didn’t work and I had to call to get it fixed, but they fixed it very quickly.
- 5/5
My stay was last minute and the rate was affordable. Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Fairly close to Disney - little bit of a walk but not awful. Will be staying again!
- 4/5
I was only looking for a room within walking distance, and this was the most affordable. The rooms are very soundproof as we heard screaming kids and garbage trucks that woke us up each day.
- 4/5
Room was updated and very nice, location is great but it is a bit noisy. Not a lot of sound buffering so street noise and noise for other guests was a bit loud luckily the air con drowns it out well.
- 5/5
Súper recomendable!! 💯👍👌
- 5/5
Clean room / well lit, safe, with security on-site / washer & dryer available to guests with a small fee / swimming pool and hot tub was awesome as well.
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland about walking distance and also close to any restaurants
- 2/5
We have been staying at Kings Inn for over 10 years. This trip we were disappointed in the cleanliness of the room. Dust under desks, floors looked as though they hadn’t been actually mopped in awhile, mirrors looked like it was wiped with a dirty cloth left swirl marks, toilet seat felt gritty like it had been sprayed with probably with deodorizer, my CPAP machine had large drops of something that was dripped on it. Furniture dresser looked pretty weathered, beds were lumpy pillows were well worn. Called front desk to let them know there was way too much noise coming from the room above me at 231. Clerk at front desk said “Oh is staff cleaning the rooms”. I mentioned it’s been going on for 2 hours and I could hear a chair being dragged to back and forth across the room, sounded as if the beds were being moved. Clerk said she would let them know to be a little more quiet, but it continued for another hour. So after over 10 years we won’t be returning. We have been loyal customers.
- 4/5
Room stayed cool
- 3/5
The room itself needs updating. The bed is not comfortable at all. Very hard. The bathroom was rough. There is not tub. Just a stand in shower that wasn’t very clean. The wall itself was falling apart near the baseboard. The water pressure was not great and it took at least 10 minutes in the morning to make the water hot enough to enjoy the shower. Was about a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland which didn’t seem to bad but after a long day with a toddler it’s a long walk. Which I understand is a preference thing. The fridge was large which we appreciated! Next time we’ll be staying closer and at somewhere that is just a little nicer. This place isn’t bad if all you need is a place to sleep on park days and you’re trying to save money.

AC worked fine. the curtain over it kept being blown out, and I had to prop an item in front to allow air to flow
- 5/5
Pool and hot tub are nice for the feet after Disneyland. It's very close, but we couldn't resist calling a $5 Uber to get back at the end of the day. We hated the pizza place next door. It's better just yo Ubereats some food to your room or lobby pickup. The mall just up yhe street is nice for food and drinks too. And both CVS and Walgreens are literally across the street. We would stay again.
- 5/5
I think the staff is the number one thing about this place. They’re extremely helpful and courteous. The location is really fantastic close to Disneyland food, the convention center, etc..
- 5/5
The self-checkout store was quite convenient, especially at some odd hours of night. The pool was warmed, which was nice, and the hot tub felt great after a long park day
- 5/5
The room was clean and affordable. Bed was a bit stiff but an easy trade off for the value and walking distance to Disneyland. Easy check in, regular housekeeping service, highly recommended.
- 4/5
Close proximity for everything you need for a Disney trip. Easy safe walk for two adults.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 5/5
Clean room, nice pool. Laundry onsite $4 to wash and $4 to dry. $15 a day for parking. Was a short walk to Disney entrance. Room has good size fridge but microwave is with washer and dryer.
- 5/5
Everything you need for adults and kids and great location
- 5/5
They remodeled there rooms. It is nice and spacious. I’ve stay here before and I will stay there in the future.
- 3/5
This was okay. Meaning it had a room with beds and air conditioning and it was clean and had towels. They know people don’t want to pay an arm and a leg to stay close to Disney so they put in the minimum to make it okay. No real complaints. Except parking IS NOT FREE. Which is stupid cause the whole point is not having to pay and park at Disney. Check in and out was easy.
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
This is a great location for disney or convention center. Super close to garden walk for dining. Hardly any street noise as its tucked back in behind a larger hotel on the corner!
- 5/5
Good value for the price
- 3/5
Housekeeping came about roughly every morning of our stay, which was pretty awesome. The Pool & Hot Tub access ends each night at 10:00p PDT, so it was unfortunately not useful to us -- as such, we didn't use either the pool or the hot tub. Parking a rental vehicle was extra, but that was fine. For a Motel, it wasn't half bad, but the bulb lighting in the room left a lot to be desired. With the way the sink vanity is installed in each room, the lighting was almost directly overhead as opposed to facing the user. It's also very possible that the mop or cleaning rags used during housekeeping needed replacement, as the room had a hint of funk akin to leaving wet clothes out for a day or two.

Clean room, cheap parking, friendly staff.
- 3/5
Beds! Somewhat hard. If you're a back sleeper, Great. Side sleeper like me, way too hard. Had to sleep on pillows. The room is basic. You get what you paid for. 10 min walk to Disneyland so great bonus. Nice area. Would I stay again? Nah. I will spend a little more next time for more comfort. Oh showers, run on very little water, so don't expect a shower like you do at home. Staff was amazing!
- 4/5
Friendly, helpful staff. Clean and pleasant. Walking distance to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Quick stop over, easy access to Disney!
- 4/5
We stayed for Disneyland and it was a great walking distance. The bed was not comfortable, you could feel every spring. Other than that it was clean and just what we needed.
- 2/5
I'll never go back.
- 5/5
We always stay here because the staff is so friendly and helpful. The rooms are comfortable and affordable. The pool area is small but there’s lots of room to sit and relax. The pool temperature is perfect. Not too hot/not too cold.

Shower would not drain. Multiple spiders in bathroom and bed area. Wall next to bed had a hole in it. Mattress was not comfortable.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and spacious. The price was great and the hotels location to Disneyland and restaurants was excellent.
- 4/5
Property in a great location close to Disney and the convention center. Room was clean and spacious a bit dated but had a refrigerator. It is slightly noisy from the parking garage next door but not bad. Staff was very friendly. Price was great considering location within walking distance of both venues. I would stay here again
- 4/5
Room is slightly smaller than other nearby hotels we stayed at but not by much. It had hot water, a refrigerator/freezer mini fridge that actually worked and even had decent water pressure for California compared to other hotels. All in all it should have been 5 stars but not hotel will ever get that as long as they charge to park because that should be included as most people staying at a hotel have to get there somehow. That would be like getting charged a parking tax from the state to park in your garage.
- 5/5
Perfect distance from parks and restaurants
- 5/5
Didn’t try them out but they looked fine
- 5/5
Perfect for our Disneyland trip
- 5/5
Great price for how close to Disney it is. Friendly staff and neat rooms. Just wish rooms had microwave inside them.
- 5/5
Staff were very friendly, hot tub was VERY clean! Rooms were clean and quite nice for the price. Good size fridge. No microwave in room but you can request one for $4.08/day US or use a communal microwave - centrally located. Steps away from PF Changs, Cheesecake Factory and many more restaurants. Took us about 15-20 min to walk with a slow 9 year to Disneyland security which includes long traffic lights. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great place to stay on a budget.
- 5/5
We stayed here for 4 nights during a convention at the center around the corner. We luckily booked in advance so our stay was only about $400 the entire trip! Which we found to be an amazing deal for it's location. This hotel / motel (Probably leans more towards motel) was actually very very nice for the price point. They also have a little store on sight that you can buy things if you had forgotten them or needed something. Which was helpful to us as we forgot toothpaste and sunscreen. Our room itself was nice, not that big, but we barely spent time in the room itself so that didn't matter. Bathroom is VERY small, but it gets the job done! Large spacey shower which was nice. I don't like touching walls when I shower. The bed is probably my only CON of the trip. It was very hard as were the pillows, but again. For the price, it's fine. They also have a nice sized pool on-site, but we didn't use it. No microwave inside the room, have to go to their dedicated laundry site in order to use a microwave, but this wasn't an issue for us! Parking is only $15 per day, which was cheap compared to other nearby places!
- 4/5
I arrived a peasant but felt like a king!
- 4/5
The pool in the hot tub will be fine. Bedrooms were good overall was a great place for the price
- 4/5
One of the better hotels for visiting Disneyland. Even tired at the end of the night, the walk is not too long at all. My room was quite clean, other than some hairs around the bathroom and sink that were not mine. Will definitely be booking here for future Disney trips!!
- 5/5
Nice place, close to everything!
- 4/5
Great spot if you plan on going to Disney. About a half mile walk and they let leave our car for the day despite checking out that morning. It was clean and had a great pool and hot tub. The hotel looks dated, but was still a great value. The staff were pleasant and helpful.
- 4/5
The shower drainage was very slow. Had to wait for couple of minutes between people to avoid overflow
- 4/5
The price you pay is about what you'd expect for a hotel like this. It's very nice, the rooms are clean, though mine had some mold in the shower and the shower head leaked every so often. But the bed was alright and the pillows weren't bad. Very nice stay for a three night sleep.
- 3/5
Room was clean but noticible peeling from laminate. Reception was awful in the room and would need to stand by the door, which would automatically be amazing from there onwards.
- 5/5
It was a great stay if definitely come back again
- 5/5
Would stay again!
- 4/5
Had a wonderful stay there during our Disneyland trip, definitely will book again when we go back in October!
- 4/5
The beds are so comfortable! I was thrilled they had laundry facilities and my boys enjoyed the hot tub every night. Close to Disneyland and nearby delicious restaurants!
- 4/5
The staff were very friendly and helpful. They did have big rooms; however, the bathrooms were really small...and if I had to really complain, the mattresses that my family and I slept on were really hard.
- 4/5
Overall we had a good experience at this hotel. It was walking distance to Disneyland, many restaurant options nearby, and easy accessibility to parking. This is an older motel that seems to be making efforts to get better. The walls are paper thin and unfortunately had some loud neighbors which made for some trouble sleeping. The air conditioning is older and made some noise. Other amenities were fine and always had a hot shower. Staff here is great. Our fire detecter battery needed to be changed and they were fixing it within minutes without any inconvenience. Great price for what you’d expect from a hotel like this.
- 5/5
Clean room very comfortable beds. A nice walk to Disneyland I will definitely come back !
- 5/5
This is a great hotel for location and price. It's sad that the basics have become so rare these days, but this hotel does those all of them well. No carpet in the rooms, clean curtains, fast check in/out, new paint inside, no dusty furniture from the 70's, the a/c works well, big "mini" fridge with freezer, best parking price in the area, no weird smells, cleaning service everyday without having to request it! It's the basics, but done very well. It's right across the street from the Disney shuttle and next to garden walk restaurants (Mccormick happy-hour burger and drinks are great). You're not picking this place for room service or to wine and dine at a rooftop bar. It plays its role and I couldn't ask for more for a Disney trip. After traveling around Asia a bit almost all American hotels seem like a scam. I didn't feel that way at all after my stay here.
- 5/5
It was a great stay. 10 minute walk to Disneyland and was able to enjoy the hot tub and pool after long days of walking. Staff were friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again.
- 2/5
The beds are terrible. They are rock hard and it was hard to sleep. On a brighter note it was very clean and a very convenient location. The AC was also very noisy.
- 5/5
Love this location. Friendly staff and clean rooms.
- 5/5
Stayed for a quick one night after going to the parks. Had 24/7 guest services so when I checked in late there was no issue! Great value resort would stay again! :)
- 1/5
The ONLY good thing is you can walk to Disneyland within 15 minutes if you’re not 70. The bed is a hard as a rock The front desk staff aren’t friendly The pool towels are the size of a facecloth It’s built in 1950 No chairs to sit down outside the room Nothing great about it at all. Pissed I chose this place .
- 4/5
It’s a good price and clean/safe. I wish they would improve the lighting at the bathroom mirror, it’s really horrible. The air conditioners are starting to show their age and are quite noisy. I had to turn mine off to get some sleep. Unfortunately, this trip I did not sleep well as someone was outside the hotel screaming and honking their horn for hours. I was up until about 1am and woke up several times. I don’t know if the front desk called the police, they didn’t say when I called to ask what the heck was happening. I did. I’m not sure if they ever showed up. Unfortunate, considering there are many young families needing to get sleep before an early morning at Disneyland. I will stay here again, and hope there are no screaming crazy people outside. :(
- 4/5
The hotel is a bit dated and you have to pay for parking on top of the room rate. But it’s in excellent walking distance to Disneyland only about 10 min. There is lots of food options almost next door at Garden Walk and there is a Target a mile away for groceries, there is also an onsite self service convenience thing with snacks. Mini fridge worked well but took a bit to get cold. Has a microwave in the laundry room. Could use some extra cleaning, they have vinyl floors and my feet/socks turned black quickly just walking around the room. Stayed for a 3 day weekend and didnt have issues with noise or other guests.
- 5/5
It's a basic hotel but the rooms are very clean. It was quiet when I had my stay and I appreciated the larger size mini fridge in the room. If you are going to Disneyland it's a great spot to stay!
- 5/5
Great location. Great price
- 5/5
We loved how close the hotel was to Disneyland and the beds were comfy.
- 5/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Rooms were clean and great location. Beds are a bit firm. Excellent value overall.
- 5/5
Todo estuvo muy bien la entrada y todavía nos dejaron una hora más 😊 el lugar muy limpio y olía bien muy contento yo lo recomiendo aparte del tienes ambre está todo serca para cenar muy buen todo lo recomiendo
- 5/5
Not the most beautiful hotel but it’s perfect, for a long Disney stay daily housekeeping is amazing. Will definitely be coming back .
- 4/5
Beds are not comfortable at all, but for the price you pay to be that close of a walk to Disney is worth it. Great clean place to sleep and shower for your Disney trip!
- 3/5
The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the room was not very clean. Parking was not ideal for the location of our room and you could hear everything from outside inside the room. The public restroom was less than ideal being that it was basically in a storage closet.
- 4/5
Clean and efficient friendly service. My only complaint was the beds were a little too firm for my liking. We had a room near the back and it was pretty quick and the hot tub was nice and warm.
- 4/5
All good
- 5/5
Nice motel. Very clean. Close to the Disney Parks and many restaurants. Friendly owner and staff members. Many amenities.
- 5/5
Everything was well taken care of
- 1/5
The lobby workers are very unfriendly. the person who check me in 2/27/26 11 am didnt even say hello to me, just like Im bothering her. very bad customer service the workers there in lobby are all very young. . Dont expect much from this hotel. Just a cheap ghetto with walking distance to Disney. I got there at 11 am, I asked if there were any rooms for early checkin. The girl informed me with a dry look that they were booked the night before, and maid service wouldnt be ready until 3 pm. She did not have any IDEA WHY IT WAS FULL BOOKED? but....AS i MADE MY WAY TO THE POOL TO HANG OUT to wait, I walked past the maids break room door was open, and THEY WERE ALL SITTING LAZY THERE IN THE NOT DOING A THING!!! I saw multiple carts in the hallways not moving, just sitting there. All the sheets in piles by the laundry room. NOthing happened for over an 1 hour! I was watching. They could have been cleaning rooms for guests that could have a slight early check in. After long break I see them all saunter into different rooms and I ask again nicely for a room. The girl looks bothered again,? and tells me to wait 1 more hour. Its now 1 pm.The pool was disgusting, a kid pooped. jacuzzi broken. theres shady peeps drinking in the pool. glass bottles. Beds hard as rock. The mall park lot will keep you up all night.
- 4/5
Housekeepers were great! Clean room, close to everything!
- 5/5
Great staff
- 4/5
Good staff Hot tub hours should be extended. When you come back from Disney, it would be nice to be able to soak and there is no possibility as hours are the same as park hours.
- 4/5
nice rooms
- 4/5
Great location for Disney and Restaurants. Staff are friendly. Issue I had was a hot water issue which they did acknowledge and tried to resolve. For a 2 star motel its worth the value.
- 5/5
Staff was very nice and friendly rooms were clean very close to Disney resort and other amenities if needed would definitely stay here again
- 5/5
Nice staff, awesome pool and jacuzzi, great location!
- 5/5
Pretty nice place, super conveniently located to Disney and so much more. The garden walk is next door and has tons of food and shops and the hotel will come everyday and clean your room if you need it. They also have a little snack store right by the office that’s open til 2am. Will 100% stay again. Only takes maybe 15 mins to walk to Disney. And on the way to Disney there’s a Starbucks across the street and on the same street as the hotel but inside a hotel about 2 hotels up. Super nice.
- 5/5
Excellent location. Clean rooms and staff was great. Got a nice nights sleep while visiting Disneyland. Was close enough to walk.
- 3/5
The room smelled like dried cat pee and wasnt terribly clean.
- 5/5
They did a great job!
- 5/5
Spotless, fantastic location
- 2/5
The kids that work in the lobby check and see young and not the best customer service. The young man who checked me in was very untidy. The young girl that I asked for towels was not that friendly act like you're bothering them. Very confused on the deposit last time they did not even run my card this time they made me swipe. There's no blankets on the bed it's extremely cold and there's no towels for the pool. The rooms are okay beds extremely hard. Sleeping on like a rock. Water pressure in the shower is very low. The hotel has been used it could definitely need upgrades. There's some odd y people that stay here for sure. Kind of sketchy. Luckily I was at Disneyland most of the day but
- 5/5
Staff was able to accommodate us with adjoining rooms which was a huge help!
- 4/5
Everything was fine. Great location and room was spacious and clean. A great value for money. Best part was housekeeping to me. Very consistent and detail oriented and they did an outstanding job.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the space was nice. Bed are comfortable
- 1/5
I got a spider bite two weeks ago and still recovering! I had to visit the hospital and receive medical attention. Horrible experience!
- 4/5
With a dated exterior and format, this is not the most stylish option in the area, but it is a solid choice for a place to stay that is close to the Anaheim Convention Center and the Disney Parks. Excellent location with many dining options in the vicinity. All the basic room amenities in place, in good order, and reasonably up-to-date. If I had to make one suggestion for improvement, it would be for better lightly, especially at the bathroom mirror.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
The outside of the hotel looked dated and a bit run down. Our room was a decent size and was quite clean but standard.
- 5/5
Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland! Very clean!
- 4/5
Staff was helpful. The matters were comfortable.
- 4/5
Clean room great staff only thing is that space between beds is very tight !
- 4/5
Con: parking is very limited and I had to park and walk a good distance to get my things to my room. Also the window is fixed no way to open it for outside air. God help you in the summer if the AC in the room breaks down!
- 3/5
The room was clean and the staff was nice. I would just have to say the freezer in the mini fridge did not work.. had to throw away the frozen items. They use an old card reader and mine didn’t work after a day.
- 5/5
All of the above. Swimming pool and hot tub was super fun
- 5/5
It’s clean, spacious, near everything, on the quiet side of the street, the (saltwater!!) pool and hot tub are always on point and such a nice break for the littles during a full day at the park. The Uber ride back from Disneyland is about $6-$9 depending on the time of the day, there’s a little convenience market and laundry room on site. Honestly we cannot recommend this place enough. It feels safe, clean and they are so helpful anytime we need anything. It’s also just minutes from the Anaheim Garden walk, which also has tons of dining options.
- 5/5
Just a great overall experience
- 2/5
Bathtub drained poorly and barely any water pressure.
- 5/5
Quick check in friendly staff and clean room.
- 1/5
Horrible customer service.
- 5/5
Clean room, quick check-in, convenient location.
- 2/5
Hoping this was just a one off time. Pricing is affordable for me while visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
The room was comfortable. Smelled slightly musty but everything was clean! Might need to change the filter in the A/C heater unit.
- 5/5
The rooms were better than expected. For a holiday weekend, the price was hard to beat considering everything my family needed was a short walk away. I will be coming back to the kings inn for sure. I was reading reviews and saw the star rating, and was anticipating id have to deal with a few things, but no, im happy with my stay, and so is the reat of my family that stayed in other rooms.
- 1/5
AC smelled of urine. Was told to call back next day. Maintenance came n sprayed lysol. 3rd day… no hot water. Because kids were so tired the night before we sent them to bed to bathe in the morning. I believe this is services not rendered. Expedia says they cant get back money n wont back hotel they have on their site.
- 5/5
Everyone was nice. Parking situation was great
- 4/5
The place was clean and simple.
- 5/5
Always always a good place to stay very convenient location
- 4/5
Clean room, mini fridge was handy, walk to Disneyland was great! Only downside was the pressure of the shower. Front desk was really nice too
- 4/5
Nice, clean, great price for so close to Disney
- 5/5
Great location. Room was clean. Had enough space for my daughter and me too store our things and sleep comfortably. Pool and hot tub were perfect after a day at Disneyland. The little store was super convenient.
- 5/5
Being annual pass holder this is our go to hotel. Aways clean, maintained building and friendly environment.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
It was quiet and a short walk to several stores nearby and to the parks.
- 5/5
Clean room. Refurbished. Friendly staff. Great proximity to Disneyland Resort.
- 3/5
Rooms need updating
- 4/5
Clean room, great staff…..just wish the pool was warmer :)
- 5/5
Check in was easy, staff was knowledgeable and friendly. Room was clean, basic but nice.
- 5/5
The room is very clean
- 5/5
Pool and hot tub were great after a long day at the park. It’s walking distance to/from the park. Or you can get on a bus that drops off at the garden walk, which was right next door. Outside was dated, but very well kept.
- 4/5
The room was clean. It was a great location for the event we were in town for.
- 4/5
Room was nice
- 4/5
Room was clean
- 4/5
The location is fantastic, about 18 mins from room door to the entrance to Disneyland, walking! The room was clean, well kept. Knocking one star because the walls are very thin. We could hear the neighbor arriving at 12p, and it sounded like they were bowling. We could even hear a phone vibrating all night. We traveled during the week and could see that there were plenty of rooms open, maybe don't place everyone next to each other if you have thin walls? Just a suggestion. Thankfully, we had a sound machine and would leave the bathroom fan on to mute some of the sound and it was fine.
- 5/5
Great room, only 10 minute walk to Disneyland gates, nice location.Very clean will definitely stay here again.
- 4/5
good
- 5/5
Super friendly staff. Easy parking. Clean rooms.
- 5/5
Easy checkin and out. Room was clean and there were fun touches done with the tissue (arranged into a heart). Close to the parks.
- 5/5
The guy at check in was super nice and helpful, the room was clean.
- 5/5
Clean room, nice area.
- 5/5
Perfect spot. Easy walk to Disney. And the shop they had available was amazing
- 5/5
Great location. Walking distance to everything. Spacious room. Everything you need. No frills.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and had amenities like coffee maker, fridge, microwave and in shower soap and shampoo/conditioner dispenser. The staff was friendly wna helpful.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition, staff made beds when we were out but the beds/pillows were so uncomfortable along with the ac/heater, walk is exactly 15 minutes to Disneyland
- 2/5
The room was dirty. Usually we wear sandals around the room but my kids feet was so dirty after walking around for a few minutes. We even found a huge hairball next to the bed. The pillow was so very uncomfortable. They have a little shop where you can buy water and snacks but it was $8 for water which is even more expensive than Disneyland. 7-11 is just down the street. We got two Gatorades and two bottles of water for $9. The only good thing about this place is the proximity to Disneyland but there’s so many other hotels around
- 2/5
The hotel is positioned next to the parking garage to the garden Walk Mall. Very loud all night cars come in and out running over some sort of bump.. the rooms don't have windows so you depending on the AC. The rooms are somewhat outdated and the bathrooms were dirty on the floor. And then there are some sketchy people that were there. The walk is far you will walk about three blocks long. The hotel is very old it needs to be renovated. They only have two ice machines. Also there is a self-service store I tried to buy charger it was $22 I could not get it
- 5/5
We had two rooms and were happy to find they were adjoining with internal access between them. Really can’t fault it, was the perfect place to just sleep and get ready for the next day. I would easily classify as a 3 star so don’t let the 2 star rating give you doubts. Value for money, including reasonable parking charge, was second to none. Happy to recommend!
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and the location was perfect we had a great time there!
- 5/5
Great location!! Easy check in and check out. Walking distance to Toy Story parking lot which was very convenient for us
- 4/5
Clean room , staff was friendly
- 3/5
T
- 5/5
The staff was very kind and accommodating. The room was clean..the AC actually worked very well. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. It was a reasonable walking distance from Disneyland. Only about 15 mins if you're quick. Good food nearby as well.
- 3/5
the pillows were very small and very worn out. Only 3 small pillows on both beds. There was black mold beginning to grow in the bathroom tub .. the dispensers for soaps and shampoos are not working well and the soap that did come out was very runny.. room was clean and well stocked. The property is a lot further from Disney than expected, but the staff did check me in and allow me to park there while I was waiting for my check in. Staff was friendly and efficient
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Having to pay for parking per night and no breakfast is quite disappointing, especially considering the price.
- 4/5
It was clean and the room had a refrigerator. With an infant having a refrigerator is required and i didn't have to ask
- 5/5
Nothing went wrong, so it was a great stay.
- 5/5
Love the snack room!! For a budget hotel it is very nice. This was our second time staying for disneyland 5k, and I would stay again!
- 5/5
For the price, its great. Close to everything, staff were nice..
- 5/5
Great location
- 4/5
Clean room, helpful staff only issue was beds were very firm. Hard to sleep on for my liking
- 5/5
The room was clean, and the room was available
- 4/5
The room was very nice and the everything was very quiet. Only had two complaints: the shower water was not close to hot. Barely warm. And, the beds were extremely uncomfortable. But the value was great and the location is close to Disney.
- 5/5
Great stay! Great staff! For an older hotel it was exceptionally clean and nice! Great location for walking to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Staff is friendly and the rooms are always very clean.
- 2/5
Motel location was
- 5/5
Clean room, great front desk service and a 10 min walk to Disney
- 5/5
This is my favorite budget/midrange hotel in the Disneyland Resort area. Clean, comfortable, safe, and within walking distance to the patks. As an often solo traveler feeling comfortable without breaking the bank is a priority and Kings Inn Anaheim convention venter nails it.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious room in a great location (walking distance to Disney parks)
- 5/5
I love this hotel!
- 5/5
Check in was seamless. I loved how close it is to the parks. It’s clean and well-amor
- 5/5
Excellent staff, great rooms, premiere location!
- 4/5
Nice room - it’s what I expected
- 4/5
The room was very clean and nice. The one complaint I have is I slipped and fell in the shower and hit my head on the toilet. I didn't notice the non slip mat under the sink. I used that after the fact. The showers need a non slip floor!
- 3/5
I like almoust everything the only 2 things I dislike was that you can hear the noise from outside.the other thing the beds are to close to the wall so if 2 people sleeps on a bed the one that sleeps by the wall it’s hard to get out other than was perfect.
- 5/5
Great service
- 5/5
Clean room and walking to Disney
- 3/5
The milk in the vending machine room was VERY expired :( everything else was pretty good
- 4/5
Friendly staff
- 3/5
Very close walking distance to the Disney parks. It's dated but it worked lol. It didn't smell very good but it wasn't disturbing. I would stay again.
- 5/5
The staff is a number one reason parade always polite and helpful. The rooms are always clean. Walking distance to Disneyland and the Anaheim convention center.
- 4/5
Motel its self is great for Disney close proximity, could hear so much though from the room, felt a bit unsafe at points as we heard people trying the door handle. All around, it’s not the worst, and was so affordable! Staff were really nice which we appreciated. I’d say only stay for Disney walk ability. Lots say to get an uber, but when we walked it wasn’t to bad as the streets are busy. But be cautious as the area has some interesting things around.
- 4/5
Great clean basic hotel close to disney!
- 4/5
The rooms were nice and clean. I appreciated the daily room service.
- 3/5
The beds were fairly comfortable and the room was clean.
- 3/5
.
- 5/5
Excellent location for the price!
- 4/5
The hotel room was great for me and my adult daughter. The room stayed quiet while we were there and everything was clean. The beds were comfortable, but the pillows weren't great and the blankets weren't very warm, although we found extras and used those (it was cold and rainy while we were there). Would definitely stay again and ask for more pillows and blankets
- 4/5
Last minute Christmas trip. Staff was nice and helpful
- 5/5
Clean rooms, close walk to Disneyland. Great price
- 5/5
The room was clean and safe! Close walk to the parks, did great for our family.
- 5/5
As always great staff

- 4/5
Clean and convenient location to Disney Land.
- 5/5
We loved staying at the Kings Inn
- 5/5
Great staff. Clean room. Low price VERY PLEASED WITH OUR STAY!
- 1/5
dirty and had bed bugs
- 5/5
My bed has hair on in but other then that was a decent stay affordable staff friendly WiFi clean bathroom
- 5/5
Clean room, quiet location, and close enough to walk to Disneyland. What more do you need for an unforgettable Disney vacation? Even if you're not there for Disney there is still more than enough to do within walking distance.
- 4/5
Kings Inn was a very convenient location while I was attending a conference at the Anaheim Convention Center. It was a pleasant 10-minute walk in the mornings and evenings. It’s a busy area, so it felt safe, but it could be a little noisy. I recommend ear plugs at night. The room was basic, but comfortable, clean, and serviceable.
- 5/5
Friendly staff! Clean!
- 2/5
Then they assigned us rooms on far east side of property facing the parking structure. HORRIBLE! Tires screeching, engines revving, horns blaring late into the night and early in the morning. Trash trucks very early. Very bright light outside room. So no one got much sleep. We also called ahead about parking and were told no problem, plenty of parking. So we made plans based on that. Then our group began showing up and suddenly parking changed—again younger indifferent night crew. Through the course of the night we were told different things. Very frustrating—this bait and switch BS. This is an old property that’s been updated but it’s still old! While functional, not impressive. The bed was an innerspring mattress. It was so incredibly uncomfortable. There was a hard wire around the edge of mattress, likely to prevent collapse; it was so uncomfortable to sit on edge of bed. What is the primary purpose of a hotel? To provide a comfortable good rest!! This place epically failed!!! Don’t be fooled by price, because you will pay in the long run!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy parking and allowes early parking the day of our reservation. 5 minute walk from the toy story parking lot shuttle to Disneyland, so very convenient location!
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable and close to Disney
- 3/5
Staff amazing. Rooms need updates and less slapped on high gloss paint. Water pressure was limited and hot water took a while to get to the shower head. Room key malfunctioned and maintenance had to manually fix it. Walk is 15 minutes to the park which was convenient for us.
- 4/5
Clean and very convenient
- 4/5
Clean rooms, great staff and room keeping. Unfortunately there was no elevator but not the end of the world. Very close to the road and can get loud.
- 4/5
When I requested adjoining rooms I was told there wasn't any left. When we got there, they actually had given us adjoining rooms. It made our stay nice!
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Staff very courteous, we could check on earlier
- 5/5
Clean and nice
- 4/5
This was my second time staying at Kings Inn, last time was 2019. I absolutely would stay here again. The rooms are spacious & clean.
- 2/5
The sound and light from parking garage did not make for a peaceful nights sleep
- 5/5
This is our 2nd stay at Kings Inn and we will definitely be back. The room was very clean, beds very comfortable. Maids come daily. It is close to Disneyland and restaurants. Very quiet and a perfect place to stay.

The front desk staff was awesome, they were accommodating for my room location preference and the rooms are super clean. The price for parking is only $15.00, not like other hotels.
- 5/5
Like my millionth time staying here. The entire staff is great, extremely clean rooms and excellent location for the Disney parks.
- 5/5
Rooms are always very clean
- 3/5
The staff was good. Check in and out was easy. The room was clean. Our shower was not draining on our first day and they sent someone to fix it right away. The bed was uncomfortable and the pillows small and flat. Lacking a microwave. Overall it was just okay.
- 5/5
We always stay at this hotel when visiting disneyland. Its clean, just stayed recently and it looked like the renovated the showers. Stayed here multiple times and the room was always clean. Its a walking distance to disneyland less than 15 minutes and right next to Anaheim garden walk mall with lots of walking distance restaurants. Staff is always friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, easy check in and out, quiet location near everything we needed. Will stay again!
- 4/5
Clean rooms, near Disney parks with plenty of restaurants nearby.
- 5/5
Every time we stay here it is a clean room, quiet area and it is within walking distance to Disneyland. This is a really great place to stay and we have stayed multiple times here. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great place for the price
- 5/5
Staff came in and cleaned the room while we were out which was nice, we weren’t expecting it as most hotels don’t offer daily room service anymore. Was very quiet. Rooms are old and could probably be updated but not a big deal. We arrived early and we were allowed to park there and head out to downtown Disney until our room was ready. With a 2 year old toddler, only took us about 15 mins to walk there. Only downside was the walls are thin so you could hear people’s conversations if they’re talking loudly and the fan in the bathroom was very loud and you couldn’t turn it off as it was connected with the light. Would definitely stay again on our next trip. Very friendly staff.
- 5/5
Looking forward for next year
- 5/5
Fantastic staff! Clear instructions for the property and immaculate room.
- 4/5
Really delightful staff! Hair dryer didn’t work and soap/lotion not replenished, but sparkling clean room. Very good value for the money!!
- 5/5
Enjoyed our stay here, not the fanciest but affordable and most importantly, clean. Customer service and daily room cleaning was great. Disney and convention center are both walking distance so that was also a plus. Would come back
- 2/5
The beds in the rooms are extremely hard and uncomfortable. The shower head has no water pressure and didn’t work well. The walls are also very thin. You could hear people walking from upstairs every time they moved and could also hear people from both sides as well. The First Lady would was checking us in was not very helpful and kind of rude. A younger gentleman helped us later when it was time to get our keys and he was much more helpful!
- 5/5
Conviene to walk to Disney- parked cars get to stay till midnight of last day, which is amazing.
- 5/5
Clean location and good price
- 5/5
Clean great location and good price
- 5/5
Nice location clean room great price
- 3/5
Close enough to Disneyland to walk, price was decent considering this. Room itself was okay, only three flat pillows for two people, extra blanket was very scratchy. Shower was slow to drain so you’re left standing in a little bit of water during the shower. I’m pretty sure hand soap, shampoo, and body wash provided were all the same product. The kind of place you don’t quite feel clean even after a shower. But it did the job.
- 4/5
Clean room and helpful employees that answered all my questions. Amenities were perfect
- 5/5
We came in before the check in, the staff accommodate us by letting us leave our car while we grabbed for something to eat. The room was super clean and the clean smell is kinda over powering for our sensitive noses but we got used to it. Another perfect stay at the King’s Inn. Thank you
- 5/5
Easy check in, very quick and professional. Gave me parking pass for the day (only $15, better than Disney parking) They have 24 hr lobby. Room was clean.
- 5/5
Room was very comfortable and large. Location was very convenient - walking distance to the Disney parks.
- 3/5
This is your basic, no frills, somewhat run down, just need somewhere to sleep motel. Walk to the Disney park security is a solid 15 minutes away. Not super convenient, but doable. It was worth it for the price. Our whole 4 night stay was the price of one night at the Disney Grand Hotel.
- 5/5
The rooms are roomy and clean.
- 5/5
Great place and service
- 4/5
The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms are clean and also the property is too, 10 to 15 min walking distance to Disneyland. The only thing is it smelled like humid in my room the rooms need to be vented out.
- 4/5
Clean room, comfortable bed, super close to the free transportation to Disneyland via the Toy Story lot. However, the room smelled musty, like mold was present.
- 2/5
Receptionist was not friendly. Did not appreciate having to pay for parking on top of a $100 deposit.
- 4/5
The staff here are terrific and everything is spotless! The location is great on Karelia with plenty of parking and is right next to the Garden Walk with lots of dining options. The rooms are large and comfortable and again spotless! You can tell they take great care of everything. What’s not so great if you’re 55+ are the very hard beds. You need at least a thick blanket for those sore joints and muscles at the end of a long Disney Day. I’ll be back, but I’m bringing a portable foam pad!
- 5/5
Great clean hotel. Property located less than 1 mile to Disneyland, definitely within walking distance. Not happy with the $15.00 per night parking fee. Hotel could at least offer continental breakfast to make up for parking fee : )
- 5/5
ROOM WAS VERY CLEAN AND SMELLED LIKED IT WAS JUST CLEANED
- 5/5
Large very clean room, staff was extremely helpfull. Great location with several resteraunts walking distance away and Disney about a 10 min walk
- 3/5
Good location, clean, nice staff, but extremely hard/firm beds and tub backed up leaving black gunk in the bottom of the tub.
- 4/5
Enjoyed our experience
- 5/5
Rooms are great for the price! Staff is very nice and friendly!
- 5/5
Great stay. Check in went quickly, clean, simple room, and easy walk to the park. We would definitely stay again.
- 4/5
Yes very good
- 4/5
Clean room, efficient check in and out, nice short walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Perfect
- 4/5
The room keys kept deactivating which required repeated trips to the office to have them reset. Room was clean and simple
- 5/5
I was able to check in early. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff took care of my room.
- 5/5
Our room was clean and the one day we had maid service it was perfect again. The staff was helpful and friendly.
- 4/5
Ok room, kind staff
- 5/5
Clean. Staff were helpful and courteous.
- 3/5
Bathrooms need maintenance
- 4/5
This hotel was a great deal. Pricing was excellent and the park entrance was only a short 10 minute walk. Clean room, the bathroom was very nice. Only two small complaints. The bathroom vent fan sounded like a jet engine. It rattled and made a racket. And, the bed and pillows were in pretty sad shape. The bed was lumpy and sagged in the middle. The three pillows were in three different conditions, one was about as flat as the floor and the other two were small, lumpy, and uncomfortable. If you sleep here, I highly recommend bringing your own pillows. Other than that, the great location to Disney along with the great value make this an excellent place to stay.
- 4/5
Close to the park, walking distance. Good customer service
- 5/5
Convenient
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable great staff, great price and walking distance to the park
- 4/5
Had plenty of clean towels for the 3 of us.
- 5/5
Great thank you!!
- 5/5
Staff were amazing very accommodating and helpful to my request of room change after I found the room that was given to me initially was open
- 4/5
Close
- 5/5
Great place to stay
- 3/5
Only stayed for one night to sleep with my family, good pick for a basic room to sleep in if you’re visiting Disney like us. Location is super close to Toy Story parking lot where you can walk and catch the tram. Hotel can do a better job at cleaning the beds, found several long black hairs on the bed/sheets. Ice machine was broken. Other than that this hotel is just okay.
- 3/5
The staff was great but the room was just OK, seemed like a budget hotel. The towels were super thin, it looked like there was mold in the shower and the HVAC unit didn't work great, it was so muggy and humid the windows and door frame were covered in condensation everyday.
- 5/5
Great price and only an easy 12 minute walk to Disney. We requested a room in a quiet area of the Inn and got it. Never heard neighbors or outside noise. We loved that housekeeping came daily for full service, which sadly is rare nowadays. Our request for late checkout was granted, and they also held our luggage, as we had an evening flight back home. No breakfast, but there is a Subway half a block away. We definitely recommend Kings Inn and will stay there again.
- 4/5
Room was very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful.
- 3/5
The place looks older, but well maintained. Could use a refurbishment though
- 3/5
The property was good for price and proximity to Disneyland. My only complaint was that it advertised with a microwave available, but when we got there, we were told that there would be a daily charge for the microwave. There was no mention of a fee for a microwave in the listing. They did list that parking was available for a fee and they listed the fee amount. Why not list that there is a fee for the microwave. Didn't appreciate that. The staff was helpful and nice. Room was clean.
- 2/5
Cheap stay within walking distance from Disneyland, parking here was cheaper than disney parking. Uncomfortable bedding with awful lumpy pillows. When I asked for a different pillow I was told they didn't have any spare. Tiny shower/toilet room but they did have a large fridge for a motel room. TV was old and a pain to use, no way to cast. We could hear people walking in room above us. I would probably try a different hotel next time. Ideal if want a cheap one night stay.
- 4/5
Nice staff
- 4/5
Good size room. Bit outdated but clean. Good location to disneyland about a 10 minute walk
- 1/5
First of all, the location... if you think it's *close* to the park, think again. After a full day at Disney, it's a walk! They don't offer any shuttle service, so just be ready to walk quite a bit. We got back to our room at midnight and couldn't fall asleep since it's right next to an insanely loud shopping area/parking structure where Fast and the Furious races went off until 2am. It was impossible to sleep!! There is no sound protection from the streets... might as well just had my room windows open. People were screaming, cars screeching... what a mess. Then the room... 2 sheets do not equal a blanket. We were freezing because we literally had no blanket. The pillows were filled with what I would imagine being styrofoam packing peanuts. And the moisture that came in through the unsealed windows... water everywhere from the rainy day. Just don't stay here.

- 4/5
Great staff. Clean. Mostly quiet
- 5/5
hotel was with in walking distance to disney. Room was big and clean
- 3/5
The parking fee was a little ridiculous. I get that it’s only $15 but why?
- 4/5
The room was clean and the staff helpful. Quick walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Easy 15 min walk to the park. Safe, staff were nice and overall clean room
- 5/5
I love how close it is to disney!
- 5/5
Room was clean and big with lots of room
- 5/5
Honestly this is my second time staying here for a Disney trip,& it’s a solid hotel. Good prices,& great location. The shopping mall next door has a lot of great spots. The room was clean and cozy. Will be staying here every Disney trip.
- 4/5
Great location with friendly staff. Rooms were clean with good amenities. Beds and pillows were a bit stiff for my liking but good hotel overall.
- 4/5
It’s outdated
- 2/5
Sold out. I should have called the police. I had to drive five hours the next morning on no sleep. When I checked out I was not allowed to speak to the manager and front office person did not attempt to make it right. She could have waived my parking, partial night fees waived. Nothing all at. Do better next time!
- 2/5
Usually it’s a positive experience but this time I had to call the front desk around midnight since people above us were partying for hours. Front office did not nothing. I had to drive 5 hours on no sleep. When sharing the next morning with front office person at desk she said manager was not around. Didn’t provide to make it right like possibly waive parking, partial fees etc. Nothing! Very poor customer service. Do better next time.
- 5/5
Nice hotels
- 5/5
Really convenient
- 4/5
It’s was great! Other than our fun not draining they came over to fix it fast and no problem!
- 5/5
Great place great price. Very close to Disneyland
- 5/5
Thank you
- 4/5
Great! The air conditioning was a little loud.
- 5/5
Clean room, safe environment
- 4/5
The room was okay. It was clean. Can be noisy with some sort of machine running intermittently above the room. Road noise is quite loud as we were the second room in. It did the job of what we needed for Disney
- 3/5
Other than a very strong smell of cleaning product/bleach and not crazy about the street-level door that doesn't fully seal, the room was adequate. Best test - would I stay there again? Yeah probably, if the price was right and I just needed a simple bed overnight. And if traveling solo.
- 5/5
We typically stay here when we are at Disneyland, however the prices for this December are a lot higher than I expected. We typically spend $250 for 2 nights and this go around would have been $500 a night. So maybe another time. But we love this hotel.
- 5/5
The room was clean and comfortable. Great location from thr park and affordable rooms. What more could you ask for?
- 4/5
Staff was friendly, location was great
- 4/5
Disney friendly hotel just a few blocks away. Dislike that we gotta pay a daily parking fee
- 3/5
Bed felt weird. Room was dated
- 5/5
Always a great stay!
- 4/5
8 - 10 min walk ro Disneyland. Definitely worth th price.
- 4/5
Everything was great. I just think it’s ridiculous to be charged a separate charge for parking.
- 5/5
Rooms are very clean! Great price, perfect location for a 10 minute walk to Disneyland. Lots of dining options and other stores close by. Really happy with our stay!
- 5/5
Room was quiet and comfortable
- 4/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Was a lovely stay and close to disneyland
- 5/5
Good Value!
- 5/5
Clean updated room , Landry facility was great to have , staff was very helpful
- 5/5
😁
- 5/5
AC worked well
- 3/5
Overall stay was good. Walkable to Disney, which was the reason we got it. The only down side is that the walls are thin. Was able to hear the neighbors whole conversation.
- 5/5
Very clean room, great staff
- 5/5
Location was awesome for the price!
- 4/5
Clean room, mini fridge, quiet area
- 5/5
Room was great, pool is as clean! Staff was awesome for check-in and check-out and was happy to accommodate our early arrival
- 5/5
Good place
- 5/5
Really like that they don’t have carpet and it’s always clean.
- 4/5
Worth the stay and very close to Disneyland!
- 3/5
The front desk girls didn’t even smile or anything. The service was acceptable, but not good.
- 5/5
Rooms are very clean and place is very quiet
- 5/5
Great room for our family for the entire week!
- 4/5
Nice place to stay and easy walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Was nice
- 5/5
Great time
- 5/5
Friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
Love kings inn. Wish there was better water pressure in the shower but it’s super close to Disneyland and the pool is open late. The beds could be a tad more comfy but it’s still a great Disney hotel choice!
- 4/5
THE HOT TUB WAS A WELCOME RELIEF AFTER 24,582 STEPS AT DISNEY. AND 19,532 STEPS THE SECOND DAY.
- 4/5
Room was clean, service was nice. Property was old and there was a lot of noise. Insulation was old and let it a lot of noise. Would stay again though if needed. 1 mile walk to Disney.
- 5/5
Nice location 15 minutes to walk to Disneyland and you didn’t want to walk easy access to Toy Story parking shuttle to the park. Right next to Garden Walk mall which was nice
- 4/5
Perfect for our trip to Disney. Room was clean and staff was pleasant.
- 3/5
At first glance, this place is what it is for the price. It was clean when we first arrived and didn’t seem to have any issues but the second night we were there when we got back to our room there was a giant cockroach in our bathroom! Obviously very disappointed we called the front desk and they just moved us rooms and being that it was already almost midnight when this happened. We obviously just stayed another night, but it was just very unfortunate that has never happened to me and all the times that I have booked through Hotels.com and I know it’s not Hotels.com problem. It is definitely the hotel itself’s problem. I did file a complaint and I’m waiting to hear back.
- 5/5
The hot tub was great. The water was very hot, a little too hot for some.in my party but I thought it was perfect. The rooms were nice, but the mattress was a little firm for my liking. Staff was very accommodating, I needed a first floor room, and we were initially supposed to be placed in an upstairs room, but when I told them I have issues with stairs they switched us to a ground floor room. It was close close.enough to Disneyland that we were able to walk to the park. There is also an on site mini-mart that has a decent variety of things.
- 5/5
Nice and close to Disney, about a 10 minute walk. Close to all kinds of food options. I would stay here again and recommend.
- 1/5
The keys to our rooms worked for a time use, my sons room lock was loose . There is no privacy you can hear everything between rooms .
- 4/5
This is a nice property that is very close to the Garden Walk area and a 10 minute walk to the entrance of the Disney Parks. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The pool is minimal. Parking is plentiful and reasonable.
- 3/5
Worst bed I've slept in, in a long while. Felt like one of those river toddler mattresses you stick in a crib. Very bouncy.
- 5/5
Muy bueno
- 4/5
Very nice staff. Appreciate the onsite laundry
- 5/5
Laundry service was so helpful. The room was always clean and orderly when we returned. My son clogged the toilet, no one said anything, just fixed it before we came back. All the staff were very very nice and helpful with tips and directions, helped me get a cab back to the airport, let us hang out in the cozy office while we waited for the cab which was so appreciated because I got a cold while I was in California and my kids were so tired when we had to leave. Clean hot showers, a safe to store values in, huge storage for clothing, just amazing. Made our Halloween vacation so much better. If we ever make it back to Disneyland we will be staying at Kings inn again!
- 4/5
Nicer area. Very close to Disneyland. Room was clean an very comfortable. Other people staying there were also going to Disneyland which gave me good vibes.
- 5/5
Great hotel for a trip to Disneyland. Hotel is a short 10 minute walk to the parks.
- 5/5
Easy and smooth check in and check out
- 5/5
Nice
- 4/5
Decent hotel for the price. The beds were not super comfortable. The location is great! The staff was friendly and they cleaned rooms well.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
We would stay again
- 3/5
Blood stain on flat sheet, Otherwise clean.
- 3/5
Our initial room had a very strong mold odor.
- 5/5
I stay here every time I come to Disneyland
- 5/5
Very nice and affordable
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Beds were ok. It was perfect for us because we basically just sleep in the room.
- 5/5
Love staying here this is the 3rd time staying here nice short walk to the parks and staff are very friendly and went out of their way to accommodate my needs. Cleaned my room every day .
