great stay!!! very close to disney

Super convenient to walk to Disney and restaurants. Hotel is not really “fancy,” but checks all the boxes for a family Disney trip! Parking is included which is a nice bonus.

We stayed 2 nights while at Disneyland, which was an easy walk from the hotel. Underground parking was free and convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean and modern. We will definitely stay here for our next Disney trip.

I'd definitely recommend to anyone. The shower was the best part with a shower head & a hand held wand that helped bathe little kids that don't like the regular shower head. Very nice & comfortable room. Everything you would expect except no microwave however, you can use the one in the lobby 24/7.

Very nice place. Very Clean. Front desk staff was very kind and allowed us extra checkout time We had a toddler with us. She was being fussy and started crying around 11 pm. She’d been crying on and off for maybe 10 minutes and we were getting her quieted down when an employee knocked and asked us to please quiet down because the people below us had an early flight the next day. I thought this was out of line considering 1. This is the Disneyland area. You should expect fussy toddlers. You can’t stop them from crying all the time. 2. She hadn’t been crying long enough to warrant stepping in. It just seemed like an overreaction. The day before we heard kids stomping around and yelling but we didn’t say anything because we expected it

The hotel is decently close to Disneyland. Took us about 10 minutes to get there. Only downside is the hotel is loud. The walls are very thin. We were originally put in a room facing the Main Street. We could hear everything, all night long. The traffic, people outside, etc. We told the staff and they quickly moved us to another room on the backside of the hotel! Which was incredibly sweet. But the room was next to a loud ice machine we could hear each time someone used it and at 7am the last morning a trash truck was outside for 20 minutes and you could hear the beeping really well. We didn’t sleep great on the trip. The staff is pretty amazing though and try to accommodate!

Free parking, nice staff, clean and decent room in a good location. The person above us was stomping so loud all night though and the wood floors make it louder, so something to keep in mind.

When going to bed, around 11pm, I saw something moving in the bed. I pulled the covers down and saw three bugs in the bed. It was too late and I was too tired to go downstairs, so I checked the other bed in the room and fell asleep in the other bed.

We like to pack light and do laundry while we travel, so we did make use of the laundry room-- the laundry room and ice machine are in the same room. The floor is constantly wet! The ice machine spits out ice and it spills on the floor, and the dryers turn the room into a sauna when they're in use. I grabbed a dumbbell from the fitness room next door to keep the door open to allow some circulation because I honestly felt like I was going to pass out while taking my clothes out of the dryer. And without asking or saying anything, a man took the dumbbell and trapped me in the sauna! Housekeeping was DAILY! I think that's overkill, but you might like that. Many of them don't speak English, so be wary of that if you need to ask for anything. Biggest PLUS-- parking is FREE!

The bed was well made for us, and the staff was attentive to needs. Staff was especially kind to us whenever we asked to use the dining amenities even after hours since we had a large group and wanted to eat together. We did have one instance where we did find a cockroach in our room on our 6th day. But the staff was efficient in getting our room cleaned up for us afterwards.

First, of all the years we stay in hotels for Disney trips we have found a close by hotel to be our absolute favorite. After many considerations we decided to finally give Hotel Indigo a try. Arrival walk-in greeting: “How can I help you?” Spoken in a mild tone. Not usually a bad thing but not a real indicator of a hospitable culture. Rooms are mid. A bit dated but not exactly terrible. Mostly clean, minus hair found in a few areas (desk drawer, bathroom and bed. Indicators of overlooking key hygienic areas. Entered the lobby late night after park close and the lobby fridge door was open, so we politely closed it as good measure. No expectation of gratitude but the only response was a slight smile and a “have a good night.” A thank you can go a long way. After we were abruptly woken up by an annoying and faulty smoke alarm at approximately 4:50AM, we kindly reported the issue to the front desk whose response was simply: “Thanks, we’ll let maintenance know. Have a great day.” Later at the parks into the next day my wife had itchy hair and I was itchy across my upper body. Highly likely it is just related to detergent, but still. Conclusion; you will probably have a decent stay. But we won’t be returning.

The staff at this Hotel is so friendly and super helpful, this is a huge part of why my stay was so enjoyable. I mean the hotel itself is really nice, and clean but the vibe that the staff brings makes it that much better.

I had an amazing experience at the hotel ! The staff were very nice and welcoming and the hotel was close to Disneyland it was probably like a 12 minute walk. It was also close to other stores which was super convenient. I would definitely stay here again on another trip to Disney!

The staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and enjoy your stay. The restaurant has pretty good comfort food. It is clean and close to everything: Disneyland and Garden view. Daisy at the front desk was so accommodating to our needs that she made the week wonderful for us.

My kids loved the pool & hot tub.. they met some great friends while swimming.. all the staff was nice. Only thing that was annoying was having ice machine near our door & can hear people get ice & talk very loud in hallway while getting ice. We can hear the kids & parents walking heavily on next level in our room.. plus we can hear screaming & crying kids next door. Seemed the walls were thin. The shower head seemed low pressure & took longer to wash out my hair.. But over all it was great hotel & close to Disneyland. The room was comfortable..

The hotel itself is quite okay although overpriced. When checking out I asked for an invoice and staff was extremely rude and unfriendly. I didn't get any paper that would justify the expense as a company expense so that was my first and last time in this hotel.

The room was very clean we arrived early around 45 minutes and they wanted to charge was a early fee . That wasn’t right at all.

Parking was challenging. I was able to get the last space but was obviously close to missing the ability to park in the garage. Staff was friendly at check in but we didn’t interact past that. Location was easy for walking and DoorDash drop off.

The Front door privacy latch (metal door attachment) was barely hanging on. Anyone can bust the door open. Luckily, nothing like that happened. 5 stars because Housekeeping was excellent with extra towels & changed bedding. Also, the Staff was professional & kind.

We were travelling with a 2 year old and only ran into one issue-the shower. There was no tub in our room, which is usually fine as hes used to showering standing up but the shower had no grip on the floor. My son couldnt stand up in it and everytime he did he slipped or fell. The shower door also does not keep water in. The bathroom floor ended up soaked because I had to sit with my son in the shower to wash him and the spray went out of the door. We ended up having to make a dam around the door with towels to keep things in. It wasn't a huge issue but otherwise, everything else was great.

The check in and check out process was great and the young lady who helped was so friendly. She gave us a room that faced the disneyland resort so we were able to see the fireworks from our room. I loved that the room was very clean and that the remote had been sanitized and put in a bag. The bathroom was very clean and the towels were thorougly replenshed and we had more than enough. I liked that there was a shower cap and makeup wipes, I actually forgot mine. I wish I would have made it to breakfast but I missed it this morning, it seemed to be reasonably priced. Staff was friendly and I like that the parkin garage was closed. I felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again.

Staff was great. However this hotel has aged. Musty smell, shower head leaked and didn't work well. Ok experience, but will probably book somewhere else next time.

Rooms were quiet, staff was nice and quick to bring any items needed to the rooms, I.e. towels, toilet paper, etc. Check in and check out was easy. Parking was included in the price. There’s a 24/7 Walgreens across the street. Staff gave me the option for room location preference while checking in which was extremely nice to be able to choose something ground level and close to parking since we had a lot of medical equipment to bring in from the car. While not the most luxurious hotel on the strip, it was clean and comfortable for a great price.

We were pleasantly surpised with this hotel. Anthony at the front desk was friendly and knowledgeable and greeted us every time he saw us during our stay. Our room was quiet and the amenities were great. Breakfast at the hotel cafe was reasonably priced and delicious. The service was excellent. We were able to park our vehicle in the basement garage and walk to Disneyland. We also walked to Garden Walk of Anaheim for dinner both nights of our stay. For convenience and excellent service from all staff, we would stay again.

Check in & out was smooth and parking was easy as well. Nice to walk around outside since location was close to food options and holiday fun. Someone threw up on the 4th floor outside of the elevator. Was cleaned up by staff but a stain remained and so did the smell. Kinda gross having to go to the elevator often and smell it so wish it would have been cleaned properly.

At my check in there was an issue with my payment reservation. I totally understand this was not on the hotels fault but the girl that helped me check in the morning was a bit rude, and seem rushed. Eveyone else was excellent the manager was great person and this other employee that wears glasses he was very nice and sweet. And eveyone else was amazing. Room was clean and nice. I would stay here again.

Clean room, and great service down in the restaurant with good food. Paid for a family suite and got a VERY tiny room with two beds and a small couch. Definitely should not be considered a suite. Parking was tight and there was a lack of spaces for everyone.

We booked this hotel because of its close proximity to Disneyland, and it was recommended by other Disney lovers. Staff are friendly and helpful, and the room was spacious and clean. There's only one elevator though, and it's slow, so plan accordingly if you're on a higher floor with luggage. There's stairs, but only from the 2nd floor.

Suite is as decent and customer service was amazing. However on the last day while packing up. We noticed candy wrappers and dust bunnies on the floor that house keeping missed cleaning up from prior visits because the candy wrappers were not ours. In addition, my mother found a bed bug on her bed. I have stayed before and had a great stay but the bug made me reconsider staying next time with my family.

I woke up to stepping on a wet rug in the middle of the night. The heating and air unit in the room started leaking water which made our stay uncomfortable. I did mention it at checkout and staff made no offer to make it right of offer s discount.

Jose was our waiter during our stay, he was amazing and attentive, great personality and he is excellent at what he does, being in the hospitality industry is his calling. He is a great employee and wonderful ambassador to the hotel brand.

Close enough to Disneyland and the Garden Walk. It's an excellent location overall. Parking was plentiful inside the gate. The second-floor living room space was cute. The dancing water fountain in front of the hotel was pretty too. The staff was great. Our breakfast server, Karin, was wonderful in making breakfast suggestions and taking good care of us. I will make sure to stay here again! The WiFi signal was spotty. Only one elevator in the front. No interesting views if you're into that.

The room was more spacious than what I was expecting. We booked a 2 queen room. The extra space we had was for a roll away bed which we did not need. That space was appreciated and made a huge difference when traveling with toddlers.

Staff were friendly and pleasant. Got checked in very quickly and the hotel had a good layout for us where were a family of four, but my teenage boys prefer not to share a queen any longer since it’s a little too cramped for them. So we were able to reserve a room that had 2 queens and 1 sofa bed which was perfect. Didn’t have a free breakfast which was okay. The hotel was a good distance from the park entrances where it was very walkable before and after the long days. Took about 15-20 minutes. One of the pluses was the free gated parking which is rare for the hotels in the area. Plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area if needed. Wall decor was strange with the walnut prints but I get it based on the history…but still odd. I’d try to get the top floor room instead as we did hear plenty of foot steps above us. Would stay here again.

I am not able to speak on the food / bar / onsite amenities as we did not take advantage of that during our stay. However, the staff was incredibly nice and we were overall pleased with our stay. The proximity to the parks were perfect and allowed us to save on gas by not having to drive everywhere. The only negative, which I think seems to be the norm at many places, is that the linens were very itchy/scratchy. That aside, our family would return here for another stay the next time we pop over to Anaheim for a mini-vacay!

I typically don’t leave bad reviews but man, this was a rough stay. Room felt stuffy & humid, A/C didn’t work well, elevator slow, but was willing to overlook those things given proximity to Disney and the fact that we really only stayed in the room to sleep. However, this morning as we were getting ready to go and washing face/brushing teeth we noticed one of the face towels left there by housekeeping had blood on it (see photos). Absolutely disgusting. Lucky we didn’t use that one. When we checked out, no one asked how our stay was and when we mentioned the towel and showed the picture, all that was offered was some breakfast. Honestly, I don’t even care about getting the stay comp’ed, but

Great location for access to the theme parks. We had exceptional customer service at the front desk. I do think the hotel is a bit weathered but still comfortable and cute!

Staff was very friendly and the location with free parking was great! They have a good happy hour at the restaurant. We could see fireworks from our room.

Staff were inexperienced and made several errors with billing at the front desk and in the restaurant. Room had one tiny window looking out at a wall. No light in the room which was a disappointment. Close to Disney which was a plus.

Overall the stay was fine. We have never stayed on the first floor, always on the 2nd and 3rd floor family rooms. The first floor is loud. We heard everything going on in the rooms above while trying to sleep. We were happy to see so many outlets and then disappointed to find they didn’t work. The two wall outlets worked and the one on the desk lamp but the outlets on the nightstand and the desk did not work. The WiFi was good enough for streaming movies and tv shows.

The hotel has a small cafe where you can have breakfast, lunch or dinner. Food/drinks were good. It closed early one evening on Saturday due to lack of customers. Understandably as disney parks are very close and being a weekend, people went out. Would stay there again.

We stayed here for our Disney trip and we loved it! The staff was incredible and it is a great little 15 minute walk to the parks! We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite which was great to have a space separate from our sleeping toddler. Would definitely stay here again!

Very nice, comfortable hotel within walking distance of Disneyland. We got held up on the drive to Anaheim and they were very accommodating with our late arrival. Parking was easy and convenient. Bed was comfy and the AC was nice and cold.

Would absolutely stay there again. It’s basically a former “standard” budget hotel, with a really nice facelift (as lots of facilities in the immediate Disnay area are). Very clean and well located - 10 minute walk to Disneyland and 2 minutes to Gardenwalk. The free parking is a rare and awesome perk. On-site restaurant was surprisingly good and not crazily overpriced for a hotel (note however - at the time of our stay, it was only open Wed-Sat). Wheelchair accessibility was also decent. Room was on the smaller size, but accessible bathroom was large, as was the elevator.

This was my very first time staying at this hotel. It is also my first time having my wife being on wheelchair and traveling! So I get nervous about her not being able to do stairs in an emergency. The staff not only let me park my vehicle early before check in. Mind you other hotels charge for Parking they don't. Plus it's super safe with needing a key fob to get in the parking structure.Anyways I pre checked in early around 8am. Left my car and was able to enjoy the park and came back to check in. I had mentioned the front desk my wife uses a wheelchair. They listened and gave me the first room on the first floor. It left my worries to rest. The rooms are also very clean, overall everything is well maintained. Staff is superb. They let me check out late complimentary being a member and honestly you want to be one. It's a close walk to Disney, cvs, 711 and cheesecake plus Starbucks. Everything you need to survive!! Just stay here save your self money and a headache.--- mom to a 4year old 1 year old and wife with disabilities

This hotel was 0.6 miles from Disneyland allowing us to walk there and not pay for parking. The beds were very comfortable and rooms were clean. The staff were very courteous and friendly. Parking was underground gated so felt very secure. Would book this place again if we come back.

Great home base for a trip to Anaheim. Location was easy to access plus free parking. Beds were comfy but pull out bed was not (super thin mattress). Food at the hotel was cheaper than the surrounding area however my breakfast burrito was cold all the way through.

Every was clean, great location, lovely breakfasts. Even though we arrived at about 1am the reception staff were smiling and made us feel welcome. At breakfast, Maria was so lovely and friendly and on the second day it was just the same (but i can't remember his name - sorry!). Would certainly stay here again when we return to Anaheim.

I have stayed at Hotel Indigo Anaheim 2 years in a row. The rooms are clean. The shower is very nice, what you would expect at upscale hotel. Has both hand held and conventional shower heads. Extra towels already provided. Nespresso coffee maker in room. Small but clean pool. Secure underground parking.

Out of all the hotels surrounding Disneyland, this hotel is hands-down, our favorite one. Free parking with walkable stores around hands down the best one we have ever stayed at. We are returned clients again and again we love Hotel Indigo!!

Great property. A little further than I typically like being from the parks, but super convenient for dining and shopping for snacks. Nice shower, actually drains properly unlike most hotels. The shampoo, conditioner, and soap are also good quality. They service rooms daily which is nice. Above all, the customer service is top notch. The employees are all so kind and helpful. I don’t need perfect. I need safe, clean, affordable, and good customer service. This checked the boxes.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was some loud partying happening next to our room our first night and we tried to get through it, but we ended up calling the front desk in the morning and they immediately moved us to a better room on a more quiet floor they also offered us a breakfast voucher for the inconvenience. Easy check in when I arrived early and front desk held luggage while I attended conference at Convention Center. Great location. Easy walk to Convention Center and many restaurant options nearby. Added pluses … room is clean and bed was SUPER comfortable. Highly recommend

The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Free onsite parking was enclosed and could only enter through retractable gate with room key which made us feel safe. Our room was very nice and clean. I appreciated the overhead lighting because often times hotel rooms only have a couple of lamps, leaving the room very dark.

We enjoyed our stay! The beds and pillows were comfortable. The hotel staff were so friendly and helpful. And of course, the property was a close distance to Disneyland!

Great place

Room was clean and perfect for our party of 5. Walking to Disney was about 15 minutes. Easy walk better than dealing with parking fees/wait.

Super quiet and easy to walk to Disneyland. My only feedback is the shower situation. First, there wasn’t enough hot water the night we checked in but I get that. But the shower fixtures were really old and hanging on by a thread. Outside of that, I have not complaints.

Great location, this is our second time here and as usual we had great experience specially with staff. Walkable distance to disney, and they let you pre-check so you can park your car and no need to pay at disney parking. Near the garden mall for more dinning options.

Stayed here for 3 nights. Initially we got a small, dim 2 Queen bed room a far walk to Disneyland so that was convenient.

It’s nice, but walls are thin. The free parking is great but it was not spacious enough for 4 people in a 2 queen bedroom. Overall, it’s great if you’re just sleeping there (UNLESS you’re a light sleeper because you will hear your neighbors talk and their showers) and it’s a cheap hotel that’s right near disney.

Very nice staff.

We booked this hotel to stay the night during a Disneyland trip. It was everything we were looking for. A clean welcoming place to relax midday with our young children at the pool. The restaurant delivered food directly to us at the pool, and everyone was so kind. The room seemed recently renovated and had everything we needed. The hotel is walking distance to the parks and parking was easy and free. We will definitely return!

Fast and easy check in

Very pleasant stay at this hotel and as a frequent business traveler, my husband can be picky about hotels. Very clean and convenient to walk to Disney parks. Staff was very nice. Free underground parking. There’s a small restaurant we didn’t try, Chambers, but it’s rated high in Yelp. It would be great if they required key access to go up the elevator for safety purposes. Otherwise, we liked it & would stay again.

The front desk was very friendly and helpful and we were able to check in by 1pm. The property is a little chintzy seeming. Overall it was fine for the price and proximity to Disneyland. The only real complaint is the noise. Our neighbors were loud until at least 1am. Then starting at 9am the maids in the hall were slamming doors and literally talking to each other until we left at 11. They were just openly loudly talking in the hallway all morning as they went to different rooms. Even the head maid (one with a clipboard?) was loudly talking across the hallways.

Walls were thin but it was close to Disney and affordable

The staff was really the highlight of the property. They were very accommodating, kind, helpful, etc. We were to arrive at about 4am, so I called ahead to let the staff know. They made sure to have our room ready and help us get settled quickly. Unfortunately, before we could even take our jackets off, I found a bug on the bed. I don’t believe it was an actual bedbug, but I asked to have the rooms switched just in case. They promptly put us in another room. After showering, we noticed the water would simply not turn off completely and dripped loudly all night long. Additionally, our in-room phone didn’t work and we were woken up at 6:30am to the air conditioning making a very loud dripping sound as well (which I recorded). The staff offered to switch us rooms again, but after very long days at Disney and Universal, we were just too tired to pack everything up at the end of the night and move again, so we opted not to. All in, it was a decent enough hotel within walking distance to Disneyland, but we would likely look at the other hotels in the area next go-round.

We had a great stay! In walking distance to Disneyland and has great breakfast options. The room was very clean and staff very friendly.

Hotel was clean, the rooms and bathrooms were pretty updated. The location is pretty nice in between shops, food, and disney. Would definitely stay again.

Close walk to Disneyland, room was quiet, modern, and clean, excellent customer service at the front desk. Would stay again on my next Disneyland vacation!

We had a great stay

Free parking so close to Disneyland is a great perk! Rooms were large, but could use a little fixing. Overall, the value and parking made no it well worthwhile!

The hotel was clean and the room was clean and renovated,however the shower was very difficult to figure out how to get the hot water on. The water turn on handle went round and round and only had a narrow section that would get the water warm.
