Very clean. Well priced. Good value. Good shower. Bed could be more comfortable.

They leave bottles of water, this is very clean and wet from the city. Put on more modern TV, so I put my netflix or YouTube on my account.

I liked that the hotel was walking distance to Disneyland and that they offer discounted tickets directly through the resort. It made it very convenient to book everything. There was a young man helping out at the front who was super kind and went above and beyond to assist. This was not a deal breaker by any means, but you could hear the road noise from the rooms. After a long day at the parks though, we had no problem falling asleep. Just something to keep in mind if you are noise sensitive. It was not an issue for us.

We loved the quiet location and the ease to get in and out. The staff was phenomenal. They wereVery helpful kind a very accommodating with any requests we had. They had a very awesome experience staying at the hotel. We wished that they could have had a shuttle service, but it was not too much of an inconvenience because we were able to use an Uber.

Perfect place to stay if visiting Disneyland. It was myself and two daughters and we felt safe staying at the property and walking to Disney each day. Room was very clean!

Great service, great accommodations!!! Honest and trustworthy, my daughter left her camera in the room and with in minutes of leaving they called to notify me of it!!!

The air conditioner worked it was just super far away from the bed so it took some time to cool down the room but other than that it was super nice

The room was clean, comfortable, and didn't have any notable issues during our stay. The beds were a bit on the firm side, so that’s something to keep in mind, but it wasn’t a dealbreaker for us. Amenities were fine for what we needed, especially since we spent most of our time at the Disney park anyway. The location was great since it was about a 20 minutes walk to the parks and being on the opposite side of Harbor/Katella area, we didn't run into huge crowds or traffic. Another plus was the free parking! For the price, it's a great value, and we’d definitely consider rebooking for future trips.

Great place and lovely location. Its definitely a more affordable option for hotels/motels that are walking distance from Disney. Only "issue" was there was a bit of hair but i dont think ot was from other customers. Due to where we found them and the staff we met, i believe it was likely just the cleaning staff and got caught as they were cleaning. Everything else looked pretty clean. The staff were all friendly and helpful. If you stay here, be nice to them. We werent in the most social mood after the interstate drive but these are some lovely people.

The staff were fabulous. The room floors need mopping more frequently. We would walk on floors without socks and bottom of our feet were so dirty. I know it’s from people wearing shoes inside but just a better floor cleaning would be great.

Absolutely enjoyed the location, easy walk to and from Disneyland and loved the self parking. The only negative was the walls are thin and can hear the people next door talking even the sounds of the ac buttons when they were pressed. But bedsides that it was a pleasant stay.

Once they know you they remember and accommodate accordingly. Great people!!!

It's pretty close to Disneyland which is nice but it's not a particularly pleasant walk. You are at the North of the park so you have to cross the freeway. I should have spent another 150-200$ and stayed at a proper hotel.

I attended a 4-day conference at the Anaheim Convention Center and this location was convenient, safe and easy parking. I will definitely stay again.

Wonderful hotel stay! Beds and pillows were incredible comfortable. Very clean, zero issues. Rooms are on the smaller side, but it’s perfect for those spending most of the time at the parks and need a clean, comfy, and convenient room. Parking was no issue, though the hotel was not full. The ability to text the staff is great! David was responsive and fast. Texted about getting some extra blankets while we were at Disneyland and when we got back to the room they were on the bed. Free parking is a huge plus, and the drive to the parking structure is less than 5 min. Only negative is the front rooms are close to the street and the walls are thin. So either request a room further back and/or bring earplugs. But you can’t beat clean and comfy!

Average for the price point. Clean modern bathroom with good water pressure. Pillow options. Average bed comfort. Large water bottle for each guest. Easy checkin checkout. Could hear a lot of road noise but not neighbors.

It’s was short distance from Disneyland even though we drove into and from park, feet were too tired for walking to and from hotel after 13 hours at the park. The room was clean and the hotel itself was clean and good enough to stay for two nights. Downside was mattress are not that great atleast not enough cushioning and the Blowdryer didn’t work and I tried everything so that was disappointing it also had burn marks on it. We paid about $170 a night because it’s close to Disneyland but it was more worth $130. We will try another place next time

Motel vibe but truly hotel treatment. Rooms are spacious, area is perfect for Disney, and check-in is a breeze. Room service is one team so give them time and space to get to your room.

1. Real blankets on the bed. So cozy you feel like you’re at home! 2. Step in shower. The bathroom has clearly been remodeled and the shower was tops! 3. This may seem minor, but is a big deal to a Disneyland visitor. The room came with two complementary bottles of water that were HUGE (I want to say 1.5L). The room was so comfortable, the hotel was super easy to find and the check in process was very simple and quick. Also it was QUIET, so you don’t really hear anything through the walls; just a little street noise through the windows. To me, it was a little bit farther than I’d like to walk to get to the parks, so it’s a very easy and quick drive to Disneyland parking. However, walking would also be easy for those who are up for it!

Easy walk to Disneyland. I noticed hotels across the street from Disneyland, charged their customers to park their vehicle’s. This hotel does not charge to park your vehicle.🙂 This will be my new hotel to stay at when I go to Disneyland.

The restroom had hair on the walls and the walls needed to be cleaned from stains in the bathroom. The rest of the room was very clean. You can hear everything thru the walls and our bed shook everytime someone went down the stairs. I didnt like you had to cross the freeway to get to Disneyland. There was a crossing part that wasnt safe.

No complaints! We stay here every time we go to the Disney parks. We're at the parks all day long, so this room is perfect for what we need and very affordable compared to others. Walking distance and parking is included. The rooms are clean and the staff is great!

The hotel was great! Doesn’t look like most much from the exterior but the inside is very modern and nice. Rooms are very large and spacious, bathrooms are very nice as well. I loved the shower. Also the employee I interacted with was wonderful! So kind and accommodating, definitely gonna be my go to place to stay when visiting Disney.

This was our second time staying here for a Disney trip. Since we spend most of our time at the parks, all we really need is somewhere to sleep and shower and this place is perfect for that. Clean and conveniently close enough to walk to the parks. Definitely coming back for our next Disney trip.

The management is very accommodating. The location is central to both Disneyland and Knott’s. Ideal for families so we will definitely stay here next trip!

The staff was awesome! My husband had misplaced his phone and couldn't find it thinking he was out a phone. We called his phone and this amazing voice answered (hotel staff) and said they found his phone. The staff was so kind and friendly. This was our second time staying at this hotel because our first visit was just as wonderful. This will always be our go-to "home" when in Anaheim. 😁

The hotel was very close to Disneyland and other attractions in Anaheim! David and the staff were very welcoming and responded promptly to our questions and requests!

The place was clean and presentable. Only issue we had was you can noise right outside and whoever was upstairs. Maybe some carpets can ease the walking in the rooms. But, like the place and can come back.

The staff at 414 hotel in Anaheim, was extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, the room was very clean, and it was in a good area central to downtown Disney. I would definitely stay there again.

It’s an older motel that they have attempted to update but still needs a lot of work. The staff was friendly and location to Disneyland was great. Plenty of parking; however, I think there are better options.

Hotel 414 is a basic, but comfortable stay. Not a lot of cabinet space for storing your clothes, we were obliged to keep our clothes organized in our suitcases. Bathroom was small, but modern with a nice shower. The cleaning staff were respondent to our requests for extra pillows, towels, and toilet paper.

Clean, well-appointed (coffee maker, fridge, microwave) rooms, and helpful, friendly staff are all pluses. The walls are a bit thin; was awakened late at night by people talking in the next room. On the opposite side of the freeway from Disney resort and most restaurants, but if you don't mind a bit of a hike, it's fine.

Property is within walking distance to the Disney resort. On-site staff all night gave it a secure feel. Fireworks do go off right around 9 pm for roughly 10 minutes, so do not be alarmed. Room was very clean and the flooring looked newer. Definitely recommend for families.

We booked a room last minute and David accommodating. Gave us water when we arrived made sure we had everything we needed. Our tv wasn’t working and David came in to look at it even though it was kind of late. The room was clean the shower was very nice and the bed was decent. It was quiet and not overly priced for being as close as it is to Disneyland. We for sure stay again!

Super easy to find. Short drive to shopping and In-N-Out. Would have to walk over the freeway to get to other S. Harbour restaurants/motels and Disneyland entrance so maybe too far a walk to add on to your Disney walking day. Older property but renovated and clean. Beds comfy enough for one night. We were moving into the Disneyland Hotel for our stay but were meeting family who were flying in. Great for our purposes. Pool small but clean. Property really clean and staff happily assisted us in additional towels. Would have enjoyed complimentary small water bottles in the room. Easy amenity to add on and very helpful for weary travelers.

Really enjoyed my stay at this hotel it wasn’t that far from Disneyland and you catch the bus on the corner. The staff were fantastic my room was always spotless and very clean. This will be my go to spot when I come back to Disneyland.

A friend and I recently checking in here for a day at Disney. It was a really nice 2 bed room. The customer service was great in letting us check in an hour early and to leave our cars there before check in. We are also able to pay in advance for the second car.

We stayed Friday night through Monday morning and it was a nice stay. Good walk from Disneyland. No complaints at all from this place. Very clean and comfortable. Very affordable for a place this nice I would definitely stay here again.

Second, our room = amazing! The beds were comfortable and clean. The shower was updated and so nice! AC was a dream. Overall, it is one of the best “smaller” hotels I’ve ever visited. Disney is a 15 minute walk over the bridge, too!

Needed a place to stay for a Disney weekend. This place was awesome, near the parks that I could walk there (15 minutes one way). The bed wasn't comfy, I didn't get the best sleep (but that happens at a lot of hotels) but overall I would comeback here for a great weekend. Check in and check out were super easy, I did both via text!

Made reservations at this hotel because of the ratings, BUT, not exactly sure why they are rated so high. First off the AC unit was insanely loud, and not a consistent noise loud, but the sound coming from it was ever changing making it incredibly difficult to keep it on. The AC also made the room insanely humid and again, incredibly uncomfortable, so we couldn’t keep it on. The window shutters were completely busted, so when we tried to open them to allow the room to air out from the humidity, they were practically falling off the hinges. The window handle was also broken but we eventually managed to get the window open. The shower was designed all backwards, you’d have to be there to know what we’re talking about. AND the walls & primary door hardly block out any noise. We could hear everything from the cars passing by, to all the people talking etc. The only way to drown out the noise was to turn on the AC, but with the way that thing worked, we wouldn’t be able to sleep anyway, so we had to put our headphones on to try to fall asleep. This reservation was made for a two day Disneyland trip, so we had a two night non refundable reservation, and only ended up staying the one night and didn’t even care to lose the other night. We preferred to drive home and drive back the next morning for our second day at Disneyland as opposed to trying to stay there again and not get any sleep. This hotel did however have good WiFi and various TV channels. Wouldn’t stay there again.

Would definitely recommend this hotel if you’re trying to stay close to Disneyland. It’s about a 15 minute walk, around the corner from the hotel is a Chevron, Taco Bell and Starbucks. Down the street is a variety of fast food locations. The rooms was nice and clean, the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Upon check in, we were given two of the 1.5 liter water bottles (which i thought was very kind) and the clerk at the front desk was very nice and answered any questions I had. We will definitely be staying at this location the next time we come back to Disneyland.

Stayed a Saturday for a Disneyland trip, Walkable distance to Disneyland, Easy fast check it, Shower has good water pressure, Free Parking,I was able to park early so I could walk to Disneyland and check in later, got 2 Free bottles of water, will definitely stay here again.

The stay at the hotel was good not to far from Disneyland park. You can walk only 15min or catch the ART bus which is 6 dollars for the hole day. Overall not bad stay front desk manager was very nice and helpful.

Everything was absolutely perfect. I go to California once a month and this is by far the best hotel I’ve stayed in. LOVED it. Very very clean. The bedding was really comfortable and had multiple layers. The comforter was actually soft unlike most hotels. I liked the dispensers of soap and body wash in the bathroom, rather than just little bottles.

Great experience! We've stayed here a few times (o ce when it used to be Knights Inn, and twice after it changed to Hotel 414). Rooms are very clean and modern, love the wood floors. Not sure why more hotels don't do that! When we arrived, we found out our particular room didn't have a bathtub, and my wife was sore from walking around theme parks and wanted to soak to rest her feet. Upon inquiring at the front desk, the gentleman there (possibly the owner?) was very accommodating and was able to find a room with a tub for us. Very friendly, definitely plan to visit again on our next trip!

They let us park our car there during the day, so we didnt have to deal with Disneyland parking, even though our check in time wasnt until later that day.

We stayed at Hotel 414 for 2 night's for our trip to Disneyland. The hotel allowed us to park early in the morning and just text a photo of our license plate. The hotel was close enough to walk to the park, but a bit sketchy walking over the freeway that we chose to Uber back at night. The neighborhood is a little on the rundown side and there was a few homeless men sleeping next to the Starbucks all day. The hotel was very clean, but was a bit run down. The rooms had a coffee maker, fridge, iron, hairdryer and a nice tiled shower with hood wated pressure. I did notice some walking noise from the room above, but slept with earplugs so wasn't bothered. Overall I was pleased with the hotel with a group of friends, but may think twice about staying with my children due to the area.

Didn't know what to expect when we pulled in. Not my typical "bougie" hotel. I was pleasantly surprised! When we checked in, we were given two big bottles of water which was really nice. The room was SO CLEAN! We had previously stayed at two Marriott's before we arrived at Hotel414 and the shower at Hotel414 was MY FAVORITE! The water pressure was amazing!! You can tell the owner really cares about this property. The landscaping is well manicured. You can see the Disney fireworks from the hotel. There's a Starbucks behind the hotel you can walk to. The location, cleanliness, room size...everything, will bring me back to this hotel again.

The only thing was that the air conditioner and the fridge were noisy. But the rest was amazing.

Love staying here and the staff always makes us feel like family.

This is second time we have stayed here for disneyland trip. We walk to park and save $25 on disney parking, which is a lot faster than driving to mickey and friends garage which is still a long walk to the park once you get parked. They clean your room every day here, and it has a cute little pool. Small place. Nice staff upon check in who will text you to find out arrival time. Nothing extra. No frills. Bring your toiletries. Small towels. As long as the price stays low this will be our pick every time.

Second time staying here, rooms are spacious and beds are comfy. Updated bathrooms and floors, short enough walk to Disneyland parks, and located near a gas station and Starbucks! Price is always right for this stay! Front desk stayed a little late for me since my flight was late, and was extremely nice! Love it here.

At first turn onto Ball Rd, you wonder if your car will fit in the only, small, driveway. It is tiny and along a busy road and you worry about road noise. But your greeted by wonderful checkin agent and walk into a very clean room. Wifi is strong, bed is comfy and overall room is spacious. I would recommend you bring your own pillows - the bed's pillow was very soft. The pool was tiny but fits the size of the hotel. I think this is a hidden gem and def will return. Pricing is high for budget minded but also high when compared to comparable places that offer more. This is the perfect option when just visiting the parks or visiting family/friends. A place you can work from too. Plenty of nearbyfood

This motel was beautifully updated and felt modern yet comfortable. The housekeeping staff were friendly and asked me multiple times if I needed anything as I passed them by. The pool was lovely and my daughter had a blast playing in it! The mattresses and pillows were also very comfortable. I would highly recommend this motel!

Check in was easy and the staff member was knowledgeable about the area. Perfect stay for us being close to Disneyland and California Adventure since we had a multi day ticket. Even though we live locally it was a nice getaway to save the driving for 3 days.
