Reviews
The hotel receives mixed reviews with guests appreciating the friendly staff and convenient location, but expressing dissatisfaction with outdated rooms and unexpected charges. Many guests also experienced issues with the amenities such as slow elevators, lack of hot water, and dirty balconies.
- Friendly and attentive staff
- Convenient location with walking distance to Disneyland and other venues
- Outdated rooms with cleanliness issues
- Unexpected charges and slow service

The lobby smells like cigarette smoke you walk in and no one greets you. The rooms are old and not cleaned well. My room had someone’s hair tie and trash on the floor. Over all I don’t recommend this hotel.
- 3/5
Not bad for the price. Got hassled by some of their staff trying to sell other stays at Hilton hotels, which was annoying. Team helped with our bags, but was rushing and dropped some a couple times.
- 5/5
Good place to stay just book ahead of time they try to rip you off at the site
- 5/5
The first room we were given had a strange smell like a plumbing problem had occurred. The second room did not cool down below 78 degrees ever and was significantly warmer than the hallway. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable however. There are no microwaves in the rooms and we had to request one. I received one for free because of a reward status perk but was told that there is usually a charge. Valet and bell service is great but you are separated from your luggage for a time so do not put anything you need immediately on the cart. The last night of our multi-night stay, we were informed that there was going to be plumbing maintenance being done throughout the hotel and that the water would be off from midnight to 6am. I asked the front staff what we should do if the toilet was needed in the night and they had no contingency plan to offer other than "don't use it." We were not offered any compensation for this inconvenience. The location is great. It is walking distance to the convention center and Disneyland. Delivery services are not allowed upstairs so of you order anything, you still have to go downstairs to the lobby to pick it up and carry it to the room yourself. The little grocery in the hotel has some nice food and coffee options but is expensive. We have allergies to fragrances and mold but did not have any allergic reactions here. I was very grateful for the valets and bell service in that they were careful with our things and kind.
- 5/5
It was an amazing hotel with a great staff!
- 1/5
No one ever came, the front desk gave me the run around and then offered me a $25 credit after literally falling asleep at the wheel. Customer service is literally garbage because people have no common sense, no humanity and no autonomy to make decisions that will actually be beneficial. Going to send this message to Conrad Hiltons corporate office with a fair amount of concern for how low effort and vibrational their standards are at this point. The Marriott’s would never!
- 5/5
The hotel is huge. It’s very difficult to find the rooms
- 5/5
Everything was great, check in was a breeze, lots of stuff to do around the area, angels game and ballest brewery are a must. Hotel is in a great location and got some good rest. Will be coming back.
- 5/5
It was very nice.
- 4/5
We were a party of 5 (3 teenage girls, my wife and me)so we got a suite. First day there, body wash was empty and shampoo was nearly empty and there were only 3 bath towels. That was after I noticed that there were no linens or pillows for the pull out sofa! I figured when they ask for all this information during the reservation, that they would accommodate the room as such. I guess I was wrong. After contacting guest services, everything was taken care of immediately. Which was great! We had a wonderful stay after all the minor details were sorted out. The lobby area with bar and restaurant was nice along with the food court ,Starbucks and convenient store. Pool and hot tub is always a bonus! They had a cute little rec area for corn hole during the day and a kids movie night in the evening. The shuttle to Disney was great as well! For the price of a Starbucks latte you can ride the shuttle back and forth all day. The hotel is close enough to walk to Disney, but if you plan to escape midday for some pool time or lunch/dinner outside the park. It’s a great way to maximize your time. All in all, we had a great time and use of the hotel and it’s amenities!

Súper clean customer service was great
- 5/5
Great staff, very clean, and easy check in!

Dislike : experience parking
- 5/5
Rooms were very clean. Only thing was our comforter had a stain like make up ? But room was clean.
- 4/5
Great bar 👍
- 3/5
We immediately notified the front desk and were told the issue would be resolved. We waited over two hours in the lounge to give housekeeping time, but when we returned, the room was still exactly the same. The stained sheets had not been changed and the sock was still there. We had to call again to remind the staff about something that should have already been addressed. The manager acknowledged the inconvenience and offered to remove one night from our bill. However, we were later told this was not possible because the booking was made through Expedia. Instead, we had to accept hotel credits that could only be used on property, where prices were significantly inflated. For the rest of our stay, we chose to dine at the Marriott across the street because the food quality, portions, and value were much better. For example, the hotel pool restaurant served a $22 USD tuna poke bowl that was simply a pre-packaged item in a plastic container, while Marriott offered freshly prepared meals at a comparable price. The pool restroom was also clogged the only time I used it. As a Hilton Honors member, I expected a much higher standard of cleanliness, service, and guest experience. Unfortunately, not this time.
- 5/5
Clean room clean common areas!
- 5/5
Excellent time. The room was very cozy and relaxing. The water in the shower was heavenly. Will definitely want to stay there again!!

- 5/5
Perfect location. Close to Disney. Loved it
- 5/5
Amazing
- 5/5
Clean and staff very night
- 4/5
The pool area was great. The room was clean and comfortable- loved having a sliding door to a common outdoor patio. Pool got too crowded mid day and music was ridiculously loud.
- 5/5
The Hilton Anaheim was very clean, the employees were super friendly and helpful, and the location could not be beat. For only $6 per person, we were able to get access to a shuttle that picks you up at the hotel and takes you to and from Disneyland (it is a 3rd party, but they suggest and recommend it to you at check-in). Super great experience! I will be staying there again.
- 3/5
It is a further walk than it looks. The hotel is huge so you may have a long walk from the elevator to your room. Parking is $49 per night in the hotel parking lot. Room and hotel were extremely clean and very comfortable beds. I was out of a few of the soap and lotion containers but the filled them within the day. They need a mobile way to check out when you use the parking structure. I had to wait in line for about 20 minutes to check out. Starbucks in the lobby was handy but their crew working there was not awsome and very slow. Ubers to Disneyland ranged between $3 and $9 each way but worth it after walking all day in the park.
- 5/5
Great stay, we’ll be back next Trip to Disneyland!!!
- 3.5/5
the hotel was nice clean and staff was friendly the extra charges most hotels charge a deposit but they charge a daily deposit which is crazy my deposit ended up being as much as my stay then parking is 50$ a night which is deducted from the deposit the breakfast was good and kids eat free two adults and 3 kids with two being free was still over 100$
- 5/5
It was a huge hotel with so much to see you do!! The bathroom could have been cleaner but the staff responded right away and fixed the problem.
- 3/5
I was there for a volleyball tournament at the convention center so it worked for me The pool was very small and crowded

Clean room: There was lots of hair left in the bathroom counters and floors, very gross. The people next door to me partied all night. I called guest services twice. Finally at 4:30am, they quieted down. It was not restful stay.
- 4/5
Clean and spacious room, housekeeping staff was very helpful.
- 3.5/5
Overall property is good as far as staying there is concerned There was nothing not likeable only that food and water is EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE ..
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
Parking is very expensive and after the charges for parking the city of Anaheim charges two different charges for parking plus the fee the hotel charges and it cost me 40.00 less than the charges for the room. If I would have been informed of this I would have choose a different hotel.
- 5/5
Everything a business traveler could expect at reasonable prices.
- 5/5
I always enjoy staying at this hotel during volleyball tournaments. It is relaxing and still vibrant, in close proximity to the convention center which is so convenient. We love it there!
- 5/5
Very nice room! The AC was on when we came in and it felt really good and the room was nice and clean. I highly recommend this hotel. It was just amazing.
- 5/5
Clean room. Great service.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel
- 5/5
Nice hotel. Fairly close to Disneyland. Nice bar with plenty of seating. Small little store inside to get drinks and snacks. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Always our go to hotel for volleyball tournaments week. The room is clean, staff are helpful and nice. I know my daughter and her friends enjoyed our stay.
- 4/5
Recently updated, this property is generally a GREAT option to stay close to Disney. The room was nice, beds weee comfortable, and room service was spectacular. Truly. They have a sliding (barn) door on the bathroom, and it doesn’t lock. If they had a regular door, this property would score 9 or 10 out of ten. With the barn door, it’s MUCH less fitting for families. Knocks it down to a 7 or 8.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 5/5
Very great place, super clean, lobby was super clean and great drinks and food.
- 3/5
There was a weightlifting competition that I was not aware of until I felt the hotel walls make noise. When I called the front desk they shared that a weightlifting competition was happening on the second floor and even if they move my room I would still hear movement. I’ve never felt so much anxiety staying at a hotel
- 5/5
Really great 2 day stay. Cleanroom and great staff.
- 5/5
My daughter and I stayed for a couple Ferenc’s being held at the hotel for a week and we absolutely loved it. Clean, quiet and the staff was so nice. Have to note the hotel was beautiful and nicely laid out!
- 3/5
There’s a lot of people all the time Waiting for the elevator is a pain. The parking spots are tight and hard to look for one.
- 5/5
excellent
- 4/5
Very clean room each day. Small however with very limited counter space. Free WiFi was a pain having to be reloaded from room to elevator to lobby etc.
- 5/5
Nice hotel clean rooms, but the blankets have stain blood. But everything is excellent!
- 5/5
Great stay and close to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Good proximity to convention center and Disney, but rooms were unimpressive with really uneven floors and misaligned doors. Food bad and overpriced. $50 parking. Lots of hotels nearby to consider.

Staff is fantastic always helpful. Take time to ask and make sure everything is being taken care of and if not, just let them know. Housekeeping staff was always helpful and responded immediately to any request. my family and I were in town for volleyball competitions at the convention center. What a convenience to be able to just walk out of the hotel directly to the convention center and back at any time overall was a great weekend
- 4/5
$5 water is a bit much... no other options but more expensive water...
- 5/5
Very clean and comfortable! The staff was friendly during all our stay! I will definitely return to Anaheim and will staff at this Hotel! We Loved it!

Clean environment. Gym was really nice. Everything is close by. Room walls are a bit thin but that’s at almost all hotels.

Great location near Disneyland
- 5/5
The hotel and surrounding area was clean and relaxing. Staff very happy to help and upbeat. Had a great time.
- 5/5
my grand kids enjoyed the pool

Everything perfect, we’ll come back again!
- 4/5
This is a nice property with a great location.
- 2/5
They made us wait in the lobby for 2 hours waiting for the room to be ready while waiting my wife's gucci glasses was stolen. The room they gave us on high floor had terrible view. The room adjacent to the house keeping room. They kept making noise laughing and talking especially in the morning. We did not hand good sleep.
- 4/5
The room was spacious quiet and the bed was comfortable. View from the room is nice! It’s a very large property and was very busy but we didn’t ever have to wait in line for front desk or elevators. Lobby bar area is very lively (pros and cons!). When we got to the room, the windows hadn’t been cleaned and were covered in handprints and it was clear the corners are never swept in the bathroom (dust and hair!). Sink faucet leaked badly onto the counter and it took a good 5 minutes for the water to heat up in the shower, which feels very wasteful. Was nice to have the option of the shuttle to Disney so close to the hotel entrance but still walkable and close to pharmacy and restaurants.
- 5/5
Very nice hotel everything was perfect!
- 5/5
Clean rooms, helpful staff and the meals were great!
- 5/5
Very clean, comfy beds, steps away from the convention center. Can’t beat the location if you’re attending an event at the convention center.
- 5/5
It was really amazing experience. The rooms are really nice and big and location was excellent for a convention center. The only thing I didn’t like is that the room had a smell. But it was a great experience. The kids were able to see characters and it was nice and busy hotel.
- 5/5
This property was pristine! The pool and outdoor spaces feel like a luxury resort! One thing I didn’t like was staying on a floor with a pool view made the walk to the elevator extremely long!
- 4.5/5
Close to the Anaheim convention center, downtown Disney, Disneyland The windows made cracking noises as the sun rose and the temperature changed. We had a bigger room with two walls of windows.

Over crowded and unable to use amenities. Bathroom was broken and saw an insect crawling near our bag.

On my first day, the receptionist seemed to be in a hurry and was not willing to answer my questions. I think her shift was about to end, which may have been the reason. I also had problems charging my EV. On the first day, the valet staff made the process difficult. They told me that all charging stations were occupied and that I needed to call repeatedly to check for availability. Instead, they should manage the charging schedule themselves and rotate the cars as charging stations become available. I don’t understand why guests need to keep calling and asking. On my last day, the guest services staff told me that I needed to get my suitcases from the valet. However, when I spoke to the valet staff, they said that the bellboy was responsible for bringing the luggage, not them. After going back to guest services, the employee claimed that he had never told me to go to the valet and argued with me about it. Overall, the service was inconsistent. While some employees were excellent, others were unhelpful and unprofessional.
- 5/5
Very clean and modern rooms. I was pleased with them and would definitely return.

Staff at poppy’s is great. Very good service
- 5/5

Our room was clean-ish but there were crumbs and nuts on the floor from previous guests. There was also a large crack in one of the outside panes of glass in our window. Other than that everything was fine!
- 5/5
Nice
- 2/5
I was excited to stay here because it seemed super family friendly, really close to Disney which was the purpose of our trip and seemed super convenient. As soon as we got to are room is when the issues started. The cleanliness was terrible. The comforters had blood stains on them along with the bed frame. There was hair in the bathroom and gum underneath the table. I requested to have it recleaned and mentioned all the things I noticed. When we got back from dinner, the room seemed untouched. Only the bedding was changed. We requested to have room switch that we ended up waiting for 30 minutes for them to open a new room for us. And when the crib was finally delivered at 9:30pm, after almost 2 hours of requesting, room service knocked and woke the kids up after we clearly told them not to knock. Over all, it was one thing after another that made us very unhappy. Then even the restaurant “poppy’s” that is on property ripped us off as well. Let’s just say we will never be staying there again.
- 5/5
Great day and super convenient
- 5/5
Everything is superb!
- 5/5
I took my mother for Mother’s Day. We had a blast. My mom has limited mobility and there facilities accommodated amazingly.
- 3/5
Staff was professional, accommodations were okay, pricing for parking was a bit much (in 2 day total: almost the cost of another nights stay which seems a bit steep). There was hardly any water pressure in the shower and the tub was very slippery almost unsafe to use, no fan or lock on the bathroom door which doesn’t provide much privacy for guests. Appreciative of the provided shampoo/conditioner since we left ours at home. Accessing room service was not possible via the QR code because it was difficult utilizing the linked page for online orders which was disappointing and a lost opportunity for dinning in. Our “pool view” room was more of a deck/patio view versus a pool view. Bell service was almost immediate. When texting guest services for requesting room needs, instead of brining the requested amount of items we (family of 4) were limited to only one additional blanket and two pillows because “that’s all they could fit”. There was pros and cons of our stay and the consideration of a future stay. Thank you.
- 5/5
Staff was pretty nice from check-in to cleaning stuff. The room was exceptionally clean and sheets smelled super clean. I enjoy staying here when coming to Disneyland. It’s really close, very clean and pretty affordable, considering the location.

Room was very clean. Staff very personable!
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay for a dance competition weekend but were surprised by the extreme price of daily parking. Our kids enjoyed the activities that were provided by the hotel such as characters at the pool, movie night at the terrace and character dining. However, the breakfast buffet was not worth the pricing, they had a nice pricing for a kids free meal with purchase of adult buffet but the selections of the buffet were limited. The staff were great and very helpful and friendly, our room was very comfortable. We traveled with our team so they were able to accommodate us by placing our rooms near each other. We very much appreciated it and it helped us a lot with our busy hectic schedule.
- 5/5
We will definitely visit again.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 3/5
First of all parking is 59 dollars a night which is too much. Even if you’re staying at the hotel. Valet it for 69 if you are paying this. The restaurant is over priced for what yoh are getting. We ordered tacos pasta and a steak with drinks it’s was 215 with tip which they add automatically to the bill. 25 percent no matter what. We bought 5 things at the store they have 4 beers a water and an ice cream and paid 76 dollars. The rooms are nice and clean. Our pillows were so flat it was almost like not having pillows. So for the 256 dollars a night I wasn’t happy and probably not going to stay here again/

- 4/5
Staff was nice. Parking is good as well. But also full during morning hours til 430 cause of an event being held for a week.
- 5/5
Staff was very helpful and kind Breakfast was delicious Parking needs a little bit more organization at ballet because is confusing wether is drop off or what do you do for ballet
- 5/5
The location is great.
- 5/5
Very clean I just don't like the shower, the water is slow.… but love to stay there with my family…
- 1/5
We have stayed at a LOT of properties near Disney and this is the worst one. We will never stay here again. They nickel and dime you for everything and the parking is outrageous. None of the parking fees were disclosed when booking and the person checking us in didn’t even know how much they were. She said it was a third party that handled parking but you should still be able to share basic information about it. The pillows were awful and we were exhausted. For the price, it’s just not worth it at all. We will never stay here again.

Great views!
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
I didn't enjoy having to wait to ride the elevator to my room. Not sure if they just didn't build enough considering the number of guests in the hotel. Also, the gym was a joke. They had a sign that they were remodeling, but I could see nothing was being done. They had like 10 dumbells, 1 treadmill, and a walled mirror. For a hotel this size, this was unacceptable. It said you could go use the Sheraton's gym, wherever that was.
- 3/5
Beds were horrible they don't have luggage carts in their parking garage we had to go back an fourth Only reason we stayed was because it was right next to the convention

- 5/5
Easy check in, friendly staff and very beautiful property near theme parks !
- 5/5
Beautiful atmosphere, accommodating lobby, beautiful room and pool.
- 5/5
It was a really nice hotel and our stay was delightful!
- 3/5
However, the biggest downside was the noise insulation. I could clearly hear snoring from the room next door at night, and the air conditioning unit was also very loud, which made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Another thing that made the stay less enjoyable was that it felt like everything came with an extra charge. Water costs extra, breakfast costs extra, and on top of that, gratuity is automatically added. It’s not about not being able to afford it — it just creates a feeling that you are constantly being charged throughout the stay. For a hotel at this price point, I honestly think there are better options available.
- 5/5
Clean and spacious rooms
- 2/5
The staff were great. The room needed help. (Broken drawer, shower that soaked the floor, a hair dryer that sparked) And they claim the rooms are soundproof, but I could hear every word my neighbors said as if they were sitting next to me. They were willing to move me to a new room, but there were still issues.

Check in was quick and easy. Staff were nice and helpful. We paid for pool view but unfortunately the view was disappointing as we’re were on the lower level and can only see a corner of the pool. Shuttle service to Disneyland was cheap but wait was long. Would stay here again but wouldn’t pay extra for any special views.
- 5/5
Amazing. Favorite hotel away from Pixar Place
- 5/5
clean and good location
- 5/5
Great experience
- 4/5
The pool area was excellent, SaltFlower was good and fairly fast, and the location was perfect if you are attending something at the Anaheim Convention Center. Poppy's had good service and hit-or-miss food.
- 3/5
Staff wasn't very welcoming. Got annoyed when I didn't know my HH member # and gave me incorrect app download instructions which had me standing back in line to receive my room key when I thought I already checked in with her. Also, they put a ridiculous hold amount on your credit card, regardless of whatever you paid in the hotels.com app.
- 4/5
Downside is Expensive parking. Parking is kind of far from getting to room.
- 5/5
Shower. Etc also good. Qe didnt go for the breakfast or the bar. Our son enjoyed his time in the pool. Many fast food & restaurants nearby. Groceries are a bit far.

I had originally booked the holiday inn for mine and my daughter’s Disney trip. When we arrived at the holiday inn I was really disappointed and I was able to book the Hilton. As soon as we arrived at the Hilton I knew I made the right choice. Check in was amazing. I told the staff member what happened and she upgraded my room to a Disney view and gave me free breakfast! The room was amazing, the hotel was amazing. They have a shuttle service through a 3rd party that takes you to Disney! I can’t say enough good things about this hotel.

We have stayed here multiple times and always have a great stay. The hotel itself is great and the staff is wonderful.
- 5/5
Jeanette was able to get us an early checkin at 2:30 PM. She also gave my wife a nice welcome gift, as we were celebrating her 720 month birthday with a Disney trip!
- 1/5
Hilton billed me twice! Billed me in expedia and billed my card after the stay!
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and early check in accommodations.
- 1/5
Too rude
- 5/5
Nice hotel.
- 5/5
We came for Disney land but enjoyed the pool, bar, and poppy’s restaurant for breakfast. This has been my most comfortable Disney trip yet. We will be back.
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Do t charge for early check in
- 5/5
Was great and relaxin overall
- 5/5
Everything was awesome! Very clean which is a big deal for my family if 6.
- 5/5
Newly refurbished rooms make this a modern, comfortable, and great stay.
- 3/5
The staff, housekeeping, and bartenders were all super friendly and attentive. They responded to all of our issues quickly and effectively. The hotel itself is quite nice and the rooms are comfortable. It's probably worth a stay if you can get a deal on it for a convention, but I'll probably look elsewhere next time.
- 3/5
Bathroom door was broken, can’t close it can’t open. The telephone in room didn’t work
- 5/5
Clean room and nice staff
- 5/5
I liked that its connected with convention center making it easy as a cheer mom going back and forth throughout the day will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
love it
- 5/5
Everything was phenomenal, the whole experience was super easy and they were super helpful.
- 5/5
Our stay far exceeded our expectations. Our room was very comfortable. I look forward to staying here again!
- 4/5
I assumed the Wi-fi was free with the room stay but it wasn’t. I was charged $12.95 a day. Even when there is an option to not sign up for the rewards and states you can connect. I was charged with no worries of the hotel offering to take off any of the charges. Overall I paid $85 dollars for the 4 days. WiFi should come with the room for the cost.
- 5/5
The rooms were nice. The only downside was, that there was gum stuck to the carpet floor. Food: The Poppys Restaurant had great service and food was delicious. We did notice there was a food court inside the hotel but only the Pizza place was open at the time of our stay. Amenities: The pool area was perfect my kids enjoyed it and was very relaxing.
- 5/5
The pool and amenities were great. Excellent conference hotel.
- 4/5
Breakfast to expensive for type of food provided.
- 5/5
The breakfast was good. They did mess up my order but fixed it right away, so no complaints
- 5/5
Very clean room, helpful staff and the stay was lovely.
- 5/5
It was very cleaned and amenities were great. Walk to Disneyland was around 2i minutes
- 3/5
The pool looked so refreshing definitely at must try next time!
- 3/5
Easy check in/check out, but the maintenance of the room was clearly lacking. I did an early check in on a Thursday, and the room available was a double queen when I paid for a king with view. Not the issue. The issue was the noise level; I understand Disney is nearby by the staff could not enforce anything about the room next to mine that had children screaming from 6-past 10 pm for 2 nights. The original room they were going to move me to smelled of cigarettes, so I decided to deal with noise than the smell. To add, their ac system is so poorly designed that the system drains into the shower, so while you’re showering, expect water dripping from the ceiling.
- 5/5
A great place to stay when visiting for Disney!
- 5/5
Great stay with helpful staff! Close to Disney & the Convention Center
- 5/5
Nice pool and hot tub
- 5/5
Nice restaurants
- 5/5
Great hotel. My family loved it.
- 5/5
Beautiful room and attentive staff.
- 5/5
This is the go to place for me whenever I need to travel to Anaheim or Orange County. The rooms are always quiet and the beds are super comfortable. One of the biggest reasons I have for staying here however is the athletic facility which is the best I have ever seen in a hotel chain. The free weights and machines rival any gym!
- 5/5
Clean hotel/room
- 4/5
Good
- 5/5
Menu has room for improvements
- 5/5
Great hotel to stay at!
- 5/5
Less than half a mile from Disneyland, it was worth the walk for the safety, quiet, and nice rooms. The amenities were perfect. We had everything we needed. They do offer a shuttle to Disney ($6 per person), but we were happy to walk. This will be my "go-to" hotel when visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff.
- 3/5
The property and staff are nice. But when I finished checking in I turned around and there was an empty condom wrapper on the ground. Right at the priority check-in line.
- 5/5
Had to check in early, we had 0 problems doing so. Everyone seeed so happy to help me and my little one!
- 4/5
Rooms are like a maze to get to after you get off the elevator. Good experience
- 5/5
We love to stay here when we go to Disney! Park is 20mins walking straight down the street, or 5 mins away by uber. Staff is polite, we got a room with no AC and they immediately moved us to another. Food locations nearby, everything is walking distance.
- 5/5
great location, great staff. About a 15 minute walk to CDA!
- 5/5
Amazing
- 1/5
No room available for us with our reservation. We didn’t stay in this hotel.
- 5/5
Great location and rooms are very clean and new
- 5/5
Ample parking Quiet
- 1/5
Slept in bloody sheets. Didnt even have a good time and enjoy ourselves and go to disneyland. It ruined my whole weekend for valentines day!
- 5/5
We are breakfast buffet and the staff was great 👍
- 5/5
Clean and fun stay for competition!
- 5/5
Room was spotless, staff were very friendly and courteous.
- 5/5
Great staff and location
- 2/5
Their system was down. We kept checking and they said we can’t do anything since systems are down. They couldn’t give me the king bed that was requested and booked at time of booking.
- 5/5
Awesome
- 2/5
This is more of a revenue add-on than a meaningful enhancement to your stay. If you’re booking here, I strongly recommend saving the upgrade fee and putting that money toward something you’ll actually enjoy.
- 5/5
Clean
- 5/5
Loved it
- 5/5
The hotel was clean and then walking distance to Disneyland
- 5/5
Amazing venue
- 4/5
courteous staff, clean room
- 5/5
Clean room amd very quiet. Friendly and accomodating staff.
- 5/5
The best
- 5/5
Nice room.
- 3/5
I paid an extra $20 per day for a “pool view,” and it wasn’t worth it. The pool itself is underwhelming, and most of what you’re actually looking at is rooftop. There’s nothing elevated or special about the experience. A friend of mine stayed in a standard room without paying the $20 upgrade fee and her room view was better. I also had the chance to see the higher-priced “Disney view,” and I would say the same thing: it’s simply not worth the additional cost. This feels like an easy way for corporations to squeeze extra money out of guests by marketing something as an “upgraded experience” when it really isn’t. Do yourself a favor and book the standard room and keep your money.
- 5/5
Rooms were spotless. Staff were really nice. A nice place to stay felt like home.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 2/5
horrible service, called to fix the thermostat but no one came whole night and no one called back to check on it.
- 3/5
We are Hilton Reward members and enjoy staying at the Hilton Anaheim when visiting Disneyland. This time didn’t seem as great only because we booked through hotel.com and even though we paid for a certain room, we weren’t limited to the rooms we could select from. Upon our arrival I had requested for them to give us a pool view room, which they did, but the lady in the front decided to put us right next to the service elevator, which kept going on all night, had to call her at around 2 AM to ask him to please move us as I was unable to sleep due to the noise. The room they moved us to was nice and spacious. Only problem was it was very very far away from elevator access that sort of thing it just seemed like they were being difficult to just giving us something more accommodatingbecause we went through hotel.com. One thing I have noticed is that when you make your reservation through a third party not all but some Hilton employees can treat you differently.
- 5/5
Spotless room
- 4/5
The hotel is nice. The rooms are clean. The hotel staff is not friendly. We felt unwelcome. But other than that I enjoyed my stay.
- 2/5
We also felt that the concierge service was rather poor in assistance. A lot of one word or link replies instead of helping us accomplish what we needed. The restaurant, Poppy's was a bit ridiculous as well. The first night we tried to eat dinner there we were told it was over a 45 minute wait however we could see tons of tables open and the restaurant was not packed.
- 5/5
Clean and comfortable rooms will make us come back. The valet staff was attentive and kind.
- 1/5
Additionally, my reservation had a breakfast included based on what Expedia stated, but the next morning when we walked in to get breakfast we were told our reservation didn’t include breakfast. These two things what made my experience terrible this trip. Especially when I called Expedia and reported all that, the operator didn’t really do anything about it.
- 4/5
Great and clean
- 5/5
Absolutely beautiful hotel! The location (20 minute walk to the gates of the park) was idyllic. We adored the amenities of the hotel, including the lobby Starbucks and market. We will be back again!
- 3/5
Ordered room service asked for cream with my coffee and did not get cream. Heater in my room was not working. Cleaning lady knocking on my door at 9am to clean prior to my checking out.
- 4/5
The restaurant food was excellent, and the rooms were clean and well maintained. Housekeeping did a great job and everything felt cared for. The doors didn’t always close all the way, so it could be a bit noisy at times, and the coffee shop service (Starbucks) was slower than expected. The bathroom also didn’t have an exhaust fan, so the mirrors stayed foggy for a while. Overall, it was a nice stay, and I would be happy to return.
- 5/5
The only minor challenges were that elevators could be a bit crowded during rush hours, and it would be helpful to have a family lounge or restroom option, especially for families traveling with babies. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we truly enjoyed our stay.
- 1/5
Arrived to check in for our reserved room after many hours of driving. Unloaded the car and all the kids only to be told that they don't have room for us and they are sending us to another hotel. We chose this location so that we could walk to the park. I had to re load the car drive to another hotel. Had no choice but to drive and park
- 5/5
Great room! Slept so good. Excellent distance from Disney.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Great place to stay besides of the 51 $ parking fee.
- 5/5
Only a 15 minute walk to park entrance.
- 4/5
Room key didn’t work at first had to have it redone
- 5/5
Was a really nice and clean hotel. Perfect location for Disneyland trip, only about 15 minute walk!
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay
- 2/5
Bed was terrible and when I checked in they said I would be walked to another hotel. I said nope
- 5/5
Hotel was incredible, the staff was amazing my family and i will be staying here again.
- 5/5
Great hotel expierence
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay everything was amazing
- 5/5
Everything was perfect
- 5/5
EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!!!
- 5/5
The room was fantastic! I got upgraded without even asking. The only thing I found disappointing was the prices at the hotel for everything was sky high! $6 fo a small water! The free water serviced at the conference tasted like it was from the tap. Other than that, it was great.
- 4/5
Great room and hotel overall. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever been in. The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the staff weren’t very friendly or engaging. They almost looked annoyed that I was checking in. Other than that it was great.
- 4/5
Clean
- 5/5
Everything was amazing
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly helpful staff
- 5/5
Clean room very nice staff . One con house keeping kept knocking on door since 8am when check out was at 12pm
- 5/5
Love the room, so clean and spacious
- 5/5
Comfortable beds, beautiful lobby, lots of lobby workspace
- 5/5
Room was updated, clean, and had everything we needed. The main lobby has A LOT going on and feels like you’re in Las Vegas. There are often lines for the elevators so add some time when coming or going. Be aware they will hold a $300 deposit on your credit card when checking in and parking is $46 per day (with taxes).
- 4/5
Front desk staff seemed distracted during check in and check out.
- 1/5
So I switched to another room, this room has broken handles on bathroom door. Face tissue box was empty and when I asked for a replacement, answer is no we don’t have it. And in middle of my shower, only find out the hair conditioner is also an empty box. I didn’t call or complain anymore because I already knew the answer. Hilton marketed itself as a high end hotel but from this experience, it’s rotten inside.
- 4/5
Good food!
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff.
- 3/5
The pillows were terrible. I also won free parking and had to pay you 150.00 to get out of parking garage.
- 5/5
Great customer service very clean and very nice area
- 4/5
pretty good, expensive meals in restaurants and big hotel in general (if you like that sort of thing)
- 5/5
Great place to stay for DL races
- 5/5
The room was fantastic! the only super minor thing I didn't like was the door opening and basically having to go into the bathroom to get to the room since, the door opens inward. The pool and hot tub area was beautiful. The restaurants, especially the pizza place and shops were fantastic as well. I will for sure be back whenever I go to DisneyLand!
- 5/5
Clean rooms and awesome staff and pool area was really nice. Can’t wait to go back.
- 5/5
Excellent service and very nice place to stay
- 5/5
Staff was nice, nice hotel.
- 3/5
Wry clean
- 5/5
More than expected
- 1/5
I would never stay here again. This hotel charged my card without disclosing what the extra fees would be upon checkout time. They claimed it was for charging to the room and I never charged a single item to my room. Now I’m fighting to get my money back after they charged me for entire stay twice over after I checked out and was first reimbursed. The staff is not helpful and does not assist when needed.
- 5/5
Quiet and clean
- 5/5
Room was very nice and staff cleaned very well
- 5/5
Location was perfect for my needs clean room could use a better shower head but overall very good trip
- 5/5
Great room and staff
- 5/5
The hotel was great. Everyone was very helpful from the valet to the front desk. We stayed to go to Disney and the hotel is located right across from a shuttle bus parking lot which was very great for first time visitors like my family.
- 5/5
Great location. Amenities. Room was just what we needed.
- 5/5
Staff was fabulous
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms, the showers are very nice. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool on the 5th floor.
- 3/5
Room and bathroom was nice and clean. But loud sounds when the a/c was on. Additionally, I think parking is expensive if you’re saying there .
- 5/5
Amazing!
- 5/5
The staff was great, the location is great and completely worth the price. From all the hotels around, I would highly recommend that one in the future to friends & family.
- 5/5
Room was spotless
- 3/5
Room was cleaned daily, but all of the trash was not removed. I’m talking trash in the trash cans, and stacked on top of the cans. Food containers that would have started smelling were not removed. The breakfast buffet was definitely very overpriced. It was not as good as the average free breakfast buffet at a Holiday Inn. Very limited choices. No bacon. Over $40 per person - come on.
- 2/5
Room was much smaller than expected. Room was dirty -floss sticks on ground next to bed. the batteries to the remote didnt work. the most unpleasant was the bathroom layout. the toilet is literally next to the shower door. Lastly the refrigerator didnt work! defintely not worth what we paid.
- 5/5
Not a single spider web! Very tidy and professional. Thank you! I’ll be back again next year!
- 4/5
Staff was great and room was clean. The toilet needed a repair and the toilet seat itself was damaged.
- 5/5
Perfectly clean
- 4/5
Very clean room, lots of amenities as it typical for a conference center hotel.
- 5/5
Can’t say I have ever met such friendly and welcoming housekeeping staff 10 out of 10
- 2/5
Sheets were dirty, valet took forever, Starbucks line was always extremely long, and very loud at night.
- 5/5
Clean rooms!
- 4/5
good staff
- 3/5
The first time was great but not this time.
- 5/5
Lots of places to eat on the property.
- 5/5
Clean room and the staff was very nice and helpful
- 5/5
Very clean
- 5/5
Room was very clean and comfortable. Staff was very welcoming and helpful
- 5/5
Lover it for a family of toddlers great easy and affordable thank you Hilton.
- 4/5
it had been 28 years since my last stay at Hilton and I wasn't 100% satisfied. I paid a premium price for the room and didn't feel like I was getting a premium value. Clean = yes / Comfortable = yes / TV = extremely small selection and disappointing. Will I stay at the Hilton in 2027 for the NAMM convention maybe not the Marriott front door is 75 feet across the court yard.
- 5/5
Great location ? Clean roomy and nice facilities
- 5/5
Very clean and staff were very helpful. Out heater wasn’t working and I called front desk and they sent someone right away.
- 5/5
Room was clean and cleaned every day. A+
- 5/5
Clean room & friendly staff
- 5/5
Room was spotless and spacious. Reasonable walk to Disney parks
- 5/5
It was amazing clean and chill
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff. great trip overall.
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel
- 5/5
Staff and cleaniness of property and room.!
- 5/5
The Parking is $40 per day so spending two full days at Disney made me question my need for a car. The room we had was basic but nice. The staff were excellent!
- 3/5
Parking caused confusion becasue some spaces marked Reserved and after going circles looking for unmarked spot, guest services stated that you can basically park anywhere. If we would have known, we did not soend 20 mins going around, up and down to look for a space. I was also charged for full 3 nights where we only park for 1 night. Good thing I checked my final bill before leaving the hotel.
- 3/5
Room was I'm ok condition some paint peeling. Drain in room was clogged with hair and had to call maintenance. Also the gap underneath the main door is so wide you could slide 2 DVDs stacked underneath. Had to use a towel to block it.
- 2/5
How is it that I was charged for valet but did not have a car at all I was picked up by family and dropped off never once parked there or used valet.
- 5/5
Good place to stay
- 5/5
Amazing staff and clean rooms
- 5/5
Spotless
- 4/5
Room and staff were great. Had a couple of small issues during check-in. Had to wait an addtional 2 1/2 hours after we checked in to actually get our room, keys did not work once we got to the room, ice machine was broken and wifi did not work at all. Again, nothing really big, just small annoyance’s that I expected the Hilton to be better about. But it was an good overall experience.
- 3/5
the place charges you for the air you breathe bruh. it was nice yes, but i wish i would've known how they charge you 100 bucks for deposit per night. for me it doesn't make sense how it's so expensive and they still charge for every single thing.
- 4/5
We didn’t have breakfast since we were heading to Disney, but we did stop by the on-site shop for a drink and found it to be on the pricey side. The hotel is conveniently located right next to Disney, though we still chose to Uber to and from the park. Overall, it was a great stay. The only drawbacks were the initial bathroom cleanliness (which was quickly addressed) and the room lighting, which could be better.
- 5/5
Clean room, efficient, kind staff.
- 5/5
Walking distance to Disneyland, with shops and eateries nearby.
- 5/5
Beautiful room, friendly service!
- 5/5
Was friendly, helpful, and beautiful
- 2/5
Also lots of noise between rooms and outside in the halls. We could head the neighbor snoring.
- 4/5
I truly had a fabulous experience. The staff were excellent and accommodating, the food at Poppy’s was amazing, as well as having the other multiple amenities this five-star hotel has to offer. The Starbucks was my favorite—a full menu to choose from—the only extra convenience would have been a drive-thru (lol). ART bus stop is out front, which was perfect. I would definitely stay here again! The only issue I found was paying for my Poppy’s order and instead of the convenience of having my food delivered to my room, I was told I had to come back to the restaurant and pick it up myself. After long days in the park, I would appreciated a five-star hotel bringing my order directly to my room.
- 5/5
Yes & Yes everything was awesome?
- 4/5
It was a great hotel. Breakfast was not enough options and priced high.
- 2/5
Breakfast incorrectly charged, room Ac didn't work properly, parking overly priced.
- 5/5
The room was great, convenient location, friendly and very helpful staff.
- 5/5
Room was quiet and comfortable. Housekeeping was very responsive to two requests I made. Hotel breakfast is too expensive
- 3/5
Staff was not as helpful with information about the Hilton rewards which gives you free Wi-Fi. I found out after they charged me 12.95, plus we were there a little early and asked if it was possible to do an early check-in and their response was yeah for $30. Normally, if rooms are available early hotels accommodate without charge. I also emailed the hotel five days before arriving and no one emailed me back to answer a few questions I had.
- 2/5
There was no information in the tiny tiny room we had. Its $350 a night for an upgraded room and the upgrade was only the bed size. No laundry on-site, pool and hot tub was closed because it was sprinking outside, no map of hotel for amenties, pool, gym, restaurants, stores. Disney was way cheaper than anything in the hotel. The prices in the hotel were INSANE. I would never recommend or stay here again.
- 5/5
Coffee was great! We did not try breakfast so could not comment. But it was nice to know that my child eats free if I eat there.
- 5/5
The location was within about 20 minute walking distance to the Disney parks. Incredibly clean, and loved having a Starbucks onsite for a quick coffee before walking to the parks.
- 5/5
Didn’t eat at restaurant
- 1/5
Terrible!!! This hotel and staff was horrible. We requested extra sheets and blankets and they never came we had to fend for ourselves. I will never recommend this hotel or a Hilton to anyone!
- 5/5
Clean room daily, friendly and helpful staff, great amenities
- 5/5
1/2 mile walk to Disney and great staff
- 5/5
It was amazing. I had so much fun. Service was great. That was good.
- 5/5
The cleaning staff were on point and work hard. They were friendly but professional. We didnt try the restaurant (prices too steep) also. PARKING IS VERY CONVENIENT but pricy .
- 4/5
Wonderful staff, beautiful property. Our only complaint is the lack of elevators. The only elevators for the whole hotel were in the middle, making our walk to the room extremely long. It was a pain to walk downstairs for anything, so if you’re looking for a quick walk to the room, make sure to request one close to the elevators.
- 4/5
Did not eat breakfast. We had two dinners while visiting - wished food court stayed open longer. Received room service daily but not all condiments were replaced daily. Other then that had a good stay
- 4/5
Nice bar and lobby
- 4/5
Good location
- 5/5
Great property!
- 5/5
Clean room, staff was nice
- 5/5
Very expensive room service menu for what you receive.
- 5/5
Clean, super close to Disneyland our walks were easy everyday! Overall great experience would highly recommend
- 5/5
Room was nice, very nice hotel, no complaints nice staff. Overall a great location and great stay highly recommend.
- 5/5
Great experience!
- 5/5
Didn’t have any of these
- 5/5
Good service, clean hotel
- 4/5
Lack of microwave ovens
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
Very clean great experience highly recommended
- 5/5
Clean big rooms and awesome breakfast. Very helpful!!
- 5/5
We had a Wonderful stay! Everything was great!
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 3/5
Better cleaning. The rooms were not even vacuumed.
- 3/5
The room was not ser for 5 persons missing bedding for sofa bed and lacking one towel This was fixed in 25 min which reasonable but made as go to sleep later on a late arrival
- 5/5
Great
- 5/5
yes everything was great
- 4/5
Nice size room, very clean and great views
- 5/5
Great location
- 1/5
Terrible. I specificaly booked this hotel for the In door pool. When I got there they said it was close. Yet on the website it says INDOOR POOL. Then the phones were not working, The safe in room was no good, the WiFi did not work. They had a outside pool and jacuzzi and both were so COLD. Could not be used. Horrible experience. I paided a lot of money and I would have been better off staying at a motel
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
The room was excellent, the only problem is that trailers more then half of day to get it clean
- 5/5
Clean, close to everything.
- 5/5
The amenities and how friendly the staff is
- 5/5
The staff are fantastic! Very helpful and friendly. My Dad had a incident and the security agent called to check on him. Great staff!
- 2/5
Everything in this hotel was over priced. Parking is $40 a night ON TOP of your stay. The pillows just sucked. The Poppy restaurant? $6 for a kids drink. $10 for a muffin. The cost of everything at the hotel is ridiculous. Would not stay again.
- 4/5
Room was clean, Starbucks in the lobby was convenient for coffee before headed to Disneyland. We walked from the hotel to Disneyland every day and it was great.
- 1/5
Room was neglected. The shower spout was hanging off the wall. There was no conditioner I had to call three time from cell phone to get them to bring it to our room because the room phone did not work. I also had to call for bedding for the pull out couch 3 times and visit the front desk and it took over 3 hours for them to bring it to our room. Staff are rude and frankly just unhelpful. We will not be staying again.
- 4/5
Lovely location, easy walking distance to the Parks. Nice food facilities and close to ( connected to) the Conference centre. The room we had didn’t have a wardrobe - only a couple of hooks on the wall to hang things. Not ideal if you have clothes that need to be kept tidy . Otherwise terrific stay!
- 4/5
Yes!
- 3/5
Parking is so expensive especially when the fees are not disclosed. Rent it to the hotel to pay less ok parking for the Disney. It was the same! Renting somewhere else with a free parking
- 2/5
Breakfast menu quite limited, could be much better. Rooms weren’t cleaned everyday. Basic amenities weren’t available upon asking
- 1/5
Room was not properly cleaned, even after complaints and have room service, still saw pills on the floor from previous guests. Parking is ridiculously high.
- 3/5
Cons: Worst bed and pillows I’ve ever slept on. Safe didn’t work. Phone didn’t work. WiFi was terrible if it worked at all. Multiple requests to fix safe were never answered. Bathroom is super small with almost no counter space. Also not many spaces to put phones and chargers outside of a single nightstand.
- 5/5
Clean and courteous staff
- 4/5
The room was nice and spaciois and the staff was very friendly and polite. The only issue was that our room was warm and stuffy. The heat was on too hi when we first arrived and it never cooled down. The ac only let you put it to 68 degrees. ononwhen we first arrived
- 5/5
Everything
- 3/5
The bed was very uncomfortable
- 1/5
Hidden fees. Crap showers, crap bedsheets and bed. For how much this hotel is and the 100 per day deposit isn’t worth it.
- 5/5
Room was great and staff was amazing!
- 1/5
Room was dirty upon arrival, we asked to be clean and they “cleaned” sofa had crumbs all over and floor, the heater didn't work the first 2 nights my kids were shaking from how cold it got. Lights also flickered by the entrance
- 4/5
Rooms were good;
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland
- 4/5
Nice place to stay while visiting Disneyland. Only a 10 minute walk to the park.

Outstanding experience! 👍 Place was spotless, staff was friendly and helpful. Had all the accomodations I need it, and if they didn't have it, the staff would help out. Definitely a 5 star!

Everything was over priced and we needed a microwave and they wanted to charge us $35/nigh for it. Overall the room was clean and comfortable.

I had a frustrating stay due to serious plumbing problems in the bathroom. The bathtub would not drain at all, causing water to back up every time it was used. I reported the issue to the front office and a ticket was opened, but the problem was never fixed during my stay. On top of that, the shower water pressure was extremely low because water was leaking from the bottom instead of coming properly through the shower head. This made showering uncomfortable and inconvenient. Basic maintenance like working plumbing should not be an issue at a hotel. Unfortunately, this experience left a very poor impression.

nice room great staff

Room was spacious and beds were very nice and comfy. Had a slight issue with the room but they moved us to another room right away and gave me Hilton points for trouble. Perfectly close to Disneyland Will stay again.

Perfect spot if you’re headed to DL. Room was clean and comfortable but other than a shower cap no soap or stuff to wash your hands with - only down side
- 5/5
The breakfast options were not the best in the buffet

Staff was very friendly

You can tell the rooms have been renovated recently, but with those renovations the bathrooms are extremely small.
- 5/5
Really comfortable stay, friendly staff, and very convenient location.

Everything was perfect! Loved the staff and the kindness Loved that there was no hassle at check in/ checkout. My room was beautiful not one bad review!!
- 5/5
Great hotel has a food court inside and the restaurant easy access to everything.
- 2/5
The room’s heat was broken. They Fixed it but after 2-3 hours of 69 degrees. Also, a very disturbing camera looking object in the shower.
- 5/5
Clean room, Helpful and friendly staff!
- 3/5
The room restroom was missing body shower gel, something so essential that’s missing can ruin the experience.

Clean, offered to changed my room as soon as there was a problem. Hansens coffee shop is so good
- 4/5
Loved the Starbucks in the hotel but wish a breakfast buffet was included in the price. Also, they changed the room rate one us, so that was not nice.

It had been a few years from our last stay at Hilton Anaheim and I was impressed with the remodeling that was done throughout the hotel. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

The staff was incredibly friendly and the location was convenient.
- 4/5
It was ok stay
- 2/5
There was noises in the room that kept me up from sleeping, no microwave and if you wanted a microwave you need to pay $35 each day you use it a the staff were rude.
- 5/5
Very nice, thank you
- 4/5
Would rate 5 stars but it appears the bigger the hotel chain the less amenities you get. Wifi? Pay extra, breakfast buffet? Pay extra, Parking? Pay extra. The fees for the extras are ridiculous. Staff was noce and professional
- 5/5
Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. It was an easy 20
- 5/5
Hotel was great!
- 5/5

AMAZING SERVICE!

Staff did a good job but for some reason, in order to have internet acces, you have to register with Hilton honors. I tried different ways to connect following all directions. Despite registering with Hilton honors it sisnt give me access. Insted they wanted to charge $12 a day to have internet. And you pay a lot of money to stay in this hotel. Very dissapointing. I had to use my cellphone data to be able to connect to the internet. I think this is more a management issue. Employees did a good job mantaining my room clean.
- 4/5
Clean, convenient, the bathroom was smaller than expected but overall we were pleased with our stay
- 5/5
The place was amazing and the day was so comfortable.
- 4/5
Did not know they had a breakfast did not ever see one. The hotel was very nice but the parking elevator was so slow and only one was working so took forever. The water pressure of the shower was terrible. Also the cost of parking was absolutely ridiculous. They told me it was only $40 a night which is crazy with how much paying for the room but then they charged taxes on that so the parking was more like $47 a night insane
- 5/5
Everything was great! Plus, being able to walk to the Convention Center was a great plus!!!

The bathroom door hitting the toilet was SO annoying
- 5/5
The front desk staff were very courteous and efficient. The Market of the lost had delicious food prepared by the in-house chef and the diminution for breakfast was very good but pricey.

Paid $250 parking fee for our 4 night stay. There was no microwave available. Overall was just okay.
