room was not clean, last occupancy left dirty socks near floor of the bed which tells me that this hotel room was not vacuumed also there was hair in the folded towel the room is not soundproof we heard hall doors slamming all night until the next morning (no sleep if you stay here )

Very clean hotel and very accessible. Pay self parking available. Breakfast was good and adequate. Water pressure in the morning is less maybe due to lots of users. Otherwise it was a really good stay.

Staff was super nice. Location was great. Pool was nice, but a little chilly. Comfortable beds. Some of the breakfast options were not good. The suite with the bunk beds was a little small. It was also laid out weird. Fridge was in the bunk room microwave and snack storage was in the main area. No dressers for clothes. Need more hooks to hang wet items.

Down sides: *If you have a sleep apnea machine or any other kind of medical device that requires you to be plugged in overnight, your machine won't work. Every outlet is on a timer and the power will cut after fifteen minutes of no motion activity in the room. There is no signage posted about this. Apparently you can use the plug that the clock is plugged into, however our room had no clock. And again, there was no signage posted. *mattresses were not great. *one of the entrances apparently locks everyone out regardless of key card. A large group of guests was trying to get in late and the front desk staff just ignored everyone completely until we had to walk around the building to the opposite side. (As in, we were all visible yo the front desk so it was kinda obvious they were avoiding looking up.) Overall, the location and rate was good and the staff was helpful after diagnosing the power issue. I would not stay again due to the motion sensor electrical outlets alone.

The beds were REALLY uncomfortable, the breakfast was nothing special, just some powdered eggs, sausage, and link sausage things with one day was pancakes, and another day was eggo waffles, along with make your own waffles.

We stay in Anaheim quite often but have never stayed here before, but I must say that I was pleasantly surprised at how nice our stay was for the price we paid! Upon arrival, the safety is already amazing considering you can’t enter into the parking premises without a card key (or getting parking validated by staff). The property was very clean & the staff greeted us immediately and was very informational about our stay. We stayed in a room that had a king bed, twin bunk beds and a pull out couch/bed. The room had a microwave, fridge, & lots of room for storage. During our stay, we utilized the pool, hot tub, and fitness center. Everything was clean & organized. It isn’t a short walk to Disney, so driving and parking at the park is best but it’s within the same neighborhood. We did do breakfast there one time and it wasn’t bad. Checking out was super easy & the front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. We would stay again & highly recommend this place for families!

This was a wonderful hotel to stay at! Some things I loved were the friendly front desk staff, the free breakfast, and the nice, clean, and quiet hotel room. I also have to mention that it is a short walk to the Toy Story Shuttle buses, which makes getting to and from the parks so much easier! Next time I go to Disneyland, I will book my stay here again!

Our room had a leak the first night. Was later downgraded because no other rooms were available. Was promised a refund. The hotel never gave it to us once we left.

Check in was easy. Breakfast is subpar -cafeteria qaulity - powdered orange juice. Parking is $40 per night, but was charged $70 after checking out - possibly due to leaving parking lot after 11am but before 12 noon. As a wheelchair user I need more time. That hurt the pocket. Was hoping have future stays here because everything is walking distance, but parking fees make me reluctant.

Great property to stay at when visiting DisneyLand and Disney California. Short drive to theme park and great location. Staff was awesome and rooms were on point. We couldn’t be happier!

When we arrived at the hotel, the staff was not only friendly and helpful, but seemed to genuinely care about their guests. Our room was ready before Check-In time, and they gave us four complimentary waters. They had three working elevators the whole time, and we rarely waited more than 30 seconds for an elevator. The rooms were clean, spacious, well thought out and had plenty of outlets and lighting. Everything was super clean! Great view of the park. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We had the King Bedroom with bunk beds and a sofa pull out and all five beds were comfortable and clean. After the long days walking on our feet and going on rides, the hot tub never felt better! We enjoyed the pool and hot tub several nights. There were plenty of pool towels. Breakfast was always incredible. Something for everyone! Cereal, oatmeal with toppings, eggs, sausage, bagel and cream cheese, breads, doughnuts, peanut butter and jelly, hardboiled eggs, fresh fruit, yogurt, etc. etc. so many choices! and all super fresh and yummy! several dietary options available (gluten free, almond milk, etc.). The breakfast attendant quickly replenished any food that was close to running out. When we grabbed snacks and drinks from the store pantry all you had to give was your Room #, so even the kids could grab snacks without worrying about money...just a charge later on your final bill. We were a mile away from our theme park and it was easy to walk to and from and was well lit. Close to stores

This hotel is awesome! Close to Disney and right next to the Toy Story parking so you can leave your car at the hotel and take the shuttle bus to Disney. The breakfast is great my kid loved it! Parking lot is great very easy. We booked a 2 queen bed and the beds were very comfortable. The AC was in top shape. We did have a slight concern one night as someone was yelling in the hallway at nearly midnight so I called the front desk and it was addressed very quickly. Kudos to the front desk staff and security who handled that situation! Will definitely be making this our family’s go to when in the area!

This hotel was perfect and my family of 6! Breakfast was awesome as well as all the staff and other amenities.Proximity to the Toy Story parking lot which will take you to Disneyland was a short walk and save us so much money on ride shares! My only complain in that the mini refrigerator in our room smelled awful and we had to throw away all the fruit we purchased for my kids due to the fact that the smell penetrated to them.Other than that spacious and clean rooms.Great place to stay and looking forward to going back!

We had a tiny little refrigerator in our room that wasn't even cold, they obviously don't expect you to keep food in there. And the eggs are rehydrated from powder, so it's crumbly weird textured yellow stuff. I personally couldn't stomach it. Also the waffles are rubbery. Room was clean, pool was nice, staff was kind of rude.

Everything about the hotel is great! The only gripe I had was that the first day of my stay (Monday April 13th) the breakfast wasn't what I'm used to (what was served)and it seem like there wasn't a priority to fill the coffee station. I was only able to get one subpar coffee because there wasn't any half and half. It was empty every time I walked up there (4 times) However, the next day Tuesday the 14th it was great and it was the usual great experience I enjoy of their complimentary breakfast.

The breakfast is nice the rooms are comfortable and we liked the pool. The towels out at the pool were often gone by the end of the day and the every other day room service is kind of a bummer. Especially when you want your tiny trash emptied and a towel refresh. But it’s a convenient hotel.

The breakfast was a nice touch. Only used it once in my stay. Didn’t like that I had to keep using my keycard for the elevators. Made it a struggle with luggage and kids. The ice machine on my floor didn’t work at first. The hidden parking fee was a surprise.

Conveniently located next to Toy Story parking lot so you can walk there and use the Disney shuttle to get to the parks, but note on the return trips the bus lines are very very long if you wait until park closure to return The windows are not sound proof so you can hear all the ambulances at night as well as the kids running up and down the hallway.

Out stay was good and the hotel accommodated us with connecting rooms without even asking, which was great, specially when you travel with kids.

Great water pressure & new clean bathrooms with nice body products supplied. Our family really appreciated the refrigerator & microwave. The shuttle is a 5+ minute walk away to the Toy Story lot. We recommend taking the shuttle home at night over Uber for efficiency. 7-11 & several restaurants are close by. We would stay here again for a budget family Disney trip, but not if we wanted to enjoy a more luxurious vacation by the pool. I appreciated how safe the hotel and area felt. You need a key card to get in anywhere. All in all l, it felt like a great value for a family vacation without frills. Checks all the boxes. Not at all the fault of the hotel but nice to know as a traveler, the ride from the airport was $17 and the ride back was $70. Same distance! Supply and demand. Shop around & pre book if you can for the return trip. We had a great trip & would return. Enjoy!

CONS: The bunk bed and the sofa were very squeaky and uncomfortable which made getting a good night of sleep impossible. The breakfast was really limited, and kids got tired of the waffles pretty quickly. The pool was shallow and very crowded during the day. Parking fees were extra - something I did not realize when booking the hotel. They were always out of things throughout the property, whether is it coffee in the coffee station or towels in the pool area. PROS: The hotel staff was very nice and quite responsive. The hotel had been updated recently and felt new-ish. Definitely walkable to Disney (15-20 min walk).

Heard the family two rooms away screaming at their kids and then at each other until midnight two nights in a row. The cheap ducting echoed every scream. It was like every room has a tin can phone with a direct line to every room sharing the main duct. Staff was friendly, professional and apologetic. That didn’t help with the lack of sleep.

The AC makes loud noise

I liked the fact that it was so close to Disney, it smelled good, the staff was very accommodating and so polite! The breakfast was always fresh and very well cooked! I liked that the menu was different every day! That there was always plenty of protein to keep us going through the day! The walls and ceilings are very thin! I’ve stayed at lots of Hampton Inn’s (at other amusement parks) and have never heard so much noise from both sides of us and so much foot stomping from the upstairs rooms! The first night we were kept up by a family that book ended us and yelled at their kids well past quiet hours! The kids played in the hallway and in the morning when they woke up we heard everyone getting ready, kids yelling, parents yelling on both sides of us. When we went to breakfast we realized we were unfortunate to be in the middle of a HUGE family! There must have been 10 people in both rooms. No wonder it was so loud! When we went to breakfast we requested to be moved to another part of the hotel and was able to be accommodated right away. When we returned from Disney our room was ready and was on the opposite end of the hotel! It was amazing until the last night when we heard nothing but running and stomping for a few hours until everyone went to sleep. I know for next time to ask to be placed on the top floor! Noise happens but what matters is that it was clean and comfortable

Location was close to the Toy Story parking lot to get us to Disney and was also close to the Garden Walk which was nice. Not walkable to Disney which was why it was cheaper than a stay closer to the park. Paid more for a family suite to accommodate my family of 6. The pull out bed was so old and awful it was not even a mattress we could use. I had to go to Walmart and buy 2 air mattresses for my kids to sleep on which was an additional expense I was not expecting nor should I have have to pay given I paid extra for a room that should have accommodated us. The breakfast was inedible. I have stayed at some hotels with poor quality breakfast selections but this one takes the cake. Again, additional expense to eat out daily since it wasn’t even good enough to gag down and fill up before heading to the park for the day. Lastly, the fire alarm was pulled one night and there was only one employee on staff and she was nowhere to be found. An entire hotel of people funneling down stairs at midnight with zero instruction or direction. We all stood outside of the hotel in the parking lot confused as to what was going on g on and not one person came out to update us or tell us what was happening or what to do. The fire dept came, went through the hotel and left and even then…no employee. Guests took it upon themselves to start returning to their rooms but several people, us included, left our rooms without the key card, and had no way back into our rooms once the chaos was over. After standing around for 20-30 min a woman appeared all flustered and tried to log into the computer to get us all our keys and she said the system was down. She literally had one master key that she gave to the security guard and he walked around floor by floor letting us all back into our rooms our rooms. It was so ridiculous and unorganized, had it been an actual emergency we all would have been dead from lack of training and protocol. To have a hotel with such a big name behind it have zero emergency training clearly is unacceptable. I will not be staying here again and question the entire hotel brand at this point.

The rooms were clean & beds comfy enough, the front desk staff was 6/10 when it comes to customer service. The breakfasts is great, changes everyday & has a lot to choose from, especially if you have kids. If you’re staying here for Disneyland, pay attention: The walk to the Toy Story lot (aka the-shuttle)is much further than the map shows, keep this in mind when booking. It’s a free shuttle but starting off the day with that walk and ending the day with it is absolutely brutal. I feel like it adds unnecessary foot mileage to your day. The perk is that you get to go through security at the parking lot & then bypass it at the park itself. Overall it’s a nice place to stay but that shuttle walk really blows lol Oh and the daily parking rate seems absolutely ridiculous as well.

Parking is limited. I rented a small room with 2 queen beds. The rooms were literally bunched together on the 2nd floor. The first time I ever rented a room from this location was a long suite which was far bigger and more privacy. I recommend king room

Hotel was very clean and had good shampoo and conditioner. The only feedback I’d give is that it is very close to the main road and freeway, so it was pretty noisy in the morning.

The downside is that the beds are very hard and after being in Disneyland all day, we woke up not rested because we couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was fully stocked and convenient but there was not much flavor to anything. Also, the coffee was not very warm both mornings we were there.

Front desk staff/managers: Maya and Michele really went above the call for me on this holiday; I have a few things to sort out and they followed through. I appreciate this very much from a hotel. The hotel is newish and this shows. Very nice rooms, large, clean, fresh decor, high ceilings, great black out curtains. The wifi was really good; showers were hot; entry sink/microwave/coffee/bar-fridge were perfect (you need your own plates/bowls/utensils/paper-towels). Beds were comfortable, even if the sofa bed squeaked. Three of us each had a bed. Breakfast was a full breakfast with hot and cold options, juices. The gym was clean and cool (weights, treadmill, bike, etc.). Laundry room was large. Floor 2 has all of these and the pool - so beware of noise. We were on 4th floor, quiet. For Disneyland we used Uber (altho we had a car). It is over a mile, probably about 20 min walk or longer. Driving is a bad idea Way too much congestions at entrance. Would definitely return to this hotel next visit.

Our room had dirt all over the table as well as in the entryway. The soap dispenser was broken, which was inconvenient after a long day out because we weren’t able to properly take showers. My husband had to go to the store and spend unnecessary money in order to be their children. Upon check in We had asked for extra blankets prior to us getting in the room, they weren’t brought up and by the time we made it to the room later in the evening, it was already almost 1am so calling and waiting for them to get delivered to the room would’ve been inconvenient as well.

This has quickly become our repeat hotel in the area! Clean comfy rooms, free tea/coffee, great breakfast, and close to the toy story parking lot, a five minute walk got us right on the shuttle!

Everything was great: big rooms, great breakfast, convenient to most area locations but there are closer hotels to Disneyland if you are looking for a shorter walk. We took Ubers to the park drop off each day.

We had a great overall stay at the property. King bed was comfortable, breakfast was good, and staff was over the top excellent. We loved how the staff greeted us, and helped us when in need. There was always someone at the front desk and they always answered my calls. I had a couple of questions that they answered right away with compassion. The transportation to disneyland was great as well, disneyland was only 5mins away! Everything was clean and request for service was excellent. Overall we would stay again. 5 Star for us.

Room was nice and big, only negative was the top bunk bed were very noisy when you moved so had to use the fold out couch the 2nd night.

Our second time staying here, it’s our favorite ❤️ breakfast is always amazing. The kiddos love getting the ducks and balloons from the kitchen girls. Rooms are always clean and we live the bunk beds.

Excellent and welcoming staff. Nice clean rooms, fabulous breakfasts, close to shuttle service and nice restaurants, great pool and we already booked our trip back in April.

We were really impressed with the hotel overall. The breakfast was yummy and the coffee was delicious. It was the perfect distance from Disneyland for us. The only thing that really bummed us out was the hot tub closing. We were hoping that we could use it after Disneyland because our backs and feet were so sore but we couldn’t get!

The staff was very friendly and professional. The breakfast and coffee area were a nice convenience. Good pancakes! The seasoned potatoes were too seasoned is my only complaint. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again!

We love staying here after a long day at Disneyland. The rooms are modern and very clean. Check-in is easy despite coming in after midnight. The staff are ver friendly! The complimentary coffee and breakfast in the morning is awesome!

Very clean and great amenities. The pool was great and it had a warm spa that was excellent for relaxing after a long day at the parks. Our particular room (1king bed/2 bunk beds) did not have any drawers for clothes and hardly any space for storing items so keep in mind the space is limited depending how much luggage you take.

We loved so much about this hotel! The staff was friendly, the breakfast was great, the location next to the Toy Story Shuttles was convenient, the room was clean, and the pool area was nice! We thought we’d found our new Disney hotel… until we went to bed. The beds were terrible. The king bed was completely tilted on an angle. I told my husband the first night that I thought I was going to fall out of bed. I finally realized on the last night that it was tilted to one side. The bed was super low quality and felt like I was sleeping on a pull-out sofa. My kids also said their bunk beds were very uncomfortable. If I were rating everything else, I’d for sure give this hotel 5 stars. The bed was a one star, so I am averaging it at 3.

Some other Disney-area hotels may be spacious but they have a run-down, greasy, dirty feel. Hampton Inn feels clean, airy, and inviting without feeling overly-attentive (the staff is available, but doesn't hover). Their breakfast has good options, their hot tub is always warm and bubbling, the sheets are clean and comfy, and the bathrooms are not tiny.

We love how Hampton Inns have refrigerators and microwaves in the room and they are very clean for a Disneyland-area hotel. The parking lot is secured and the area feels safe. It's also conveniently located near Garden Walk mall and lots of restaurants/ shops. We also like how the parking has in/out privileges all day.

The staff was friendly; however, the stay was not great. The beds were extremely uncomfortable,The blankets they gave us for the hide-a-bed and bunk bed in our room were thin and stiff like hospital blankets. When we asked for actual comforters like what was on the queen bed we we told "no" by staff..

The pillows were flat and when we asked for additional pillows, they told us that they could only provide two extra pillows and that was all. When we asked 14, they basically said that it was either late or they would try to get it up to us or just something and I’m talking regarding how old fixing our bedding things like that.

I liked that when we wanted some alone time we had it no one bothering us the rooms were sound proof and very spacious and they even have a pool it’s beautiful the room is very clean room temperature and the bed was clean the shower was very great, the shampoo not that good made sisters and i’s hair very oily and dry

The room was great, very comfortable. The hot tub was a blessing after a solo day at the park. The Toy Story shuttle was within walking distance even for a 65 year old. Breakfast was also perfect. Very happy with the staff and stay.

The hallways smelled awful everyday. The rooms were just a regular room it was cleaned once while we were there and when i say cleaned the only thing that was done was the beds were made no sweeping, vacuuming or additional towels. We were there to celebrate my daughters birthday and on the second day Bryan sent up some snacks for her this was the best part of the stay he really went out of his way to do something nice for her. We chose this hotel because it had such good reviews so I expected alot more than what it was. It was really just a room and eggs for breakfast nothing more.

We have stayed here a few times, but this time was a bit off. Just small things but the shower pressure was bad, the pillows were dead, like no fluff and we didn't get our complimentary water. Like I said, not the worse things, but minor things.

I was happy with how convenient and clean the hotel was. However, not thrilled with the front office staff who seemed to show no effort in extending hospitality. After a very long day at Disneyland, my child and I arrived back after dark and I was having difficulty scanning my room key and propping open the front door to get inside. The two young men working the front desk that night made no effort to walk over to assist us when they looked over and saw me struggling with the door, the stroller, two bags and a kid. They did not even greet us when we entered the hotel. Perhaps we had been spoiled by the exceptional Disneyland hospitality we had experienced for the past 15 hours. Perhaps I just expected basic manners from front of house staff. The most helpful and courteous staff were the ladies working breakfast service and the cleaning staff.

Everyone was so friendly at the hotel. The hotel was very clean. The room was beautiful and clean breakfast. There was plenty to eat. It was kept up and very clean. The staff was so sweet.

I love everything about this hotel. We usually get the room that has two queen beds and a sofa bed which is great for my two adult daughters and my two Grandson's. There is a fridge, microwave and sink at a wet bar. The pool is so inviting and relaxing. The star is the breakfast! Great options before heading to the parks and my Grandson loves making his own waffle.

Staff was extremely nice and resolved any issues within seconds. There was a miscommunication of me booking two rooms which was handled immediately. We also needed to request an extremely late check out due to my son‘s basketball tournament. With a small fee, they managed to accommodate our needs. They went above and beyond expectations. My son loved their breakfast in the morning. The staff was on top of keeping everything fresh and replenishing all the food immediately. We stay here every time we go to Anaheim.

Wow! Definitely our new favorite hotel. Very clean, aesthetically, pleasing, breakfast was great! Walking distance to liberty Public market, casually placed on the channel of water in San Diego. Love this hotel.

Parking is expensive but there is free breakfast (minimal), near toy story shuttle services (free) and room is clean and staffs are friendly.

This is a Hampton Inn. You know what you will get. It is clean and the room was very quiet. Filled with families as it is a few blocks from Disneyland. There's a 711 across the street if you need anything. I would stay there again.

Bed were uncomfortable. Beds weren’t clean, shower was to hard to start hair all over the bedding that wasn’t mine. They double booked our room.

Bed was rock hard. Had back pain in the morning. Shower head was broken. Very disappointed for a Hilton Hotel.

Very clean and new. So many hotels nowadays are outdated and have a musty smell- not this one. We also loved the pool area, location, temperature and the fact that there were showers and bathrooms and plenty of seating. The breakfast included was awesome! So much variety and sufficient seating for once. Usually we are left standing or waiting for a table to open up at other hotels. They even had balloons for the kids! Definitely returning

We usually stay here for our disneyland trips. Its conveniently located near the toy story parking lot where the shuttles are located. The pool area is always clean and a great way to cool down when its a hot day at the parks. The staff is always nice, professional and helpful.

the hotel is clean and great but i found it weird that everyone else was given complementary two bottled water by front desk and a snack but not us. also waited half an hour to get our room when we already arrived 1 hour after check in time. i was treated differently by this one front desk clerk. hopefully not because im not white or latino.

Very short walk to the Toy Story Disney Parking Lot and Shuttle

This visit wasn’t as impressive… Low water pressure in shower. Very noisy 12-1am Front desk not as friendly during check in & out. Bring your own water bottle because they pick & choose who to give water bottles to.

The staff were excellent and very accommodating even gave us recommendation on some activities around Los Angeles

It was next to the Toy Story Parking and I was able to use the Disney bus.

They clean the rooms every other day, which after a long day at Disney left me a bit unsure how I felt about it. The elevators were broken during our stay, and there didn’t seem to be much urgency to repair them—which, being in Anaheim, is definitely a problem. Other than that, the location was very convenient.

Housekeeping didn’t clean our room

This was out first trip for Disney. This hotel was very clean and conveniently located. The breakfast was typical hotel offerings. I did appreciate that there were different options each day. We walked to the Toy Story lot and utilized the shuttles to Disney. The best part of our visit was the staff. I'd come back just to experience the service level that was provided. Even after checkout, you have the capability to store your luggage and utilze the amenities which is pretty awesome. Calling out that Maya and her front desk supervisor were top notch in customer service. You could tell that they both genuinely care and take pride in their roles. Thabks again for everything!

Convenient location to Disney parking and other places in Anaheim.

Love that we are a quick walk away from the Disney shuttle bus. The hotel is beautiful and has an amazing breakfast menu.

Perfect place for our quick trip to Knotts Berry Farm, only a 10 minute drive. Shout out to Gerardo, who was kind and accommodating during check in, making it efficient and easy after our drive from Tucson. Free breakfast was the cherry on top :)

My room was upgraded from a two queen room to a 2 room suite, which was perfect for our family which was greatly appreciated. Their breakfast was delicious and the staff was friendly, definitely made my daughters morning.

This was a nice property but the parking is a huge issue. Cars were double parked-you’re forced to valet due to the limited amount of parking. If you plan to leave you’ll come outside to find you can’t go anywhere because there will most likely be a car blocking you in.

The room was spacious. Staff members were super friendly and polite. Free breakfast was great, especially the self operate waffle maker. Parking was a little tight (most spaces were filled up by the time qe got back at around 10pm) and expensive ($35/day).

When the front desk had no quarters for us to purchase to do laundry, they immediately made sure we would get the quarters we needed within the hour. Great service.

I love staying at Hampton Inn & Suites Anaheim. Always stay here when I go to Disneyland. The walk to take the shuttle to Disneyland is approximately 5-7 from the hotel. The staff is amazing! I had to extend my checkout time due to my flight being a little later in the evening. Got helped by front desk without a problem. I will always go back to the Hampton

I love Hilton Hampton Inn's. My favorite is the Cardiff Beach location. Wish I could give 3.5 stars because of 2 areas: The layout of the room with the bunkbeds should be changed around so that both the sofa bed and bunkbeds have access to the television AND there was a disturbing sign about diarrhea on the pool, leaving me to think perhaps the clientele also needs upgrading.
