Reviews
The hotel is praised for its proximity to Disneyland, cleanliness, and affordability. However, several guests have complained about noise from air conditioning units, parking issues, and inconsistent housekeeping services.
- Close to Disneyland
- Clean and affordable
- Noisy air conditioning
- Parking issues and restrictions

Amazing place! Im try others hotels near disney and this one is the best
- 4/5
Parking is a bit of a challenge if you’re driving an SUV or pick-up truck. Little to no space to get out of vehicles once parked.
- 1/5
It’s Old, dirty, and horribly beds. WINDOW UNITS! Need i say more! The only good thing is location. Don’t waste your Money!
- 5/5
Stayed here 3 previous times. We love how close it is to the park and other surrounding restaurants. This was our first trip that they’ve given us free early check in, was a very nice bonus.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing and was very helpful. Location was awesome! We could walk to the Disney parks easily. Room was comfortable and spacious. Enjoyed our stay!

Hi We are from Central Cali (Merced County) I booked two nights stay to take my mom (her 1st time to Disneyland) and my daughter who just loves hotels. Staying at Grand legacy at the park was an amazing experience. Great walking distance to both Disney attraction and Garden Walk. Staff were friendly and very accommodating. Room was clean, everything worked! Loved the pool, hot tub and splash pad. We gave this Hotel 10/10. I would recommend this hotel to family and friends and whoever is reading this review. We will be coming back to the Grand Legacy at The Park. Thank you! ❤️
- 5/5
Wonderful!! Large room. Comfortable beds. Very close walk to Disneyland!! Staff were friendly and helpful! We will be back!
- 4/5
Great location, nice pool & hot tub, clean rooms with everything you need -except beds are hard and pillows lumpy
- 4/5
Clean rooms, pool, hot tub, across from Disneyland
- 5/5
The pool was perfect for little ones and we loved the scavenger hunt they had in the lobby.
- 5/5
I didn’t really spend a lot of time at the hotel because I was at the park but the hotel was clean and there’s a lot of amenities close by restaurants and pharmacies.
- 4/5
It's a nice hotel and the proximity to Disneyland is excellent. I would have given five stars but the mattress in the fold out sofa was sunken in the middle which made it uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel is very close to everything and the best part to the Disneyland park so we definitely coming back
- 5/5
Clean comfortable room, very close to the parks. Friendly staff.
- 4/5
Room was clean, no smells, fridge cold, A/C worked well, T.V did not have original remote and could not see info on current channel. Also, no issues with key card. The mattress was fine and good multiple options of the 4 pillows. Room service was quick and friendly. Only minor issues was only one hook to hang a wet towel or a hand towel since the dry towels took the bar, and the T.P. holder did not latch securely that caused the roll to fall on the floor.
- 5/5
Absolutely will book this place again! I loved it
- 3/5
Overall it was great for what we needed but guests should not expect anything more than location.
- 5/5
Stayed here when visiting Disneyland. It is a quick walk to the entrance and we were able to see the fireworks from our room. Everything you need is within walking distance.
- 4/5
The property was clean and staff were friendly.
- 5/5
Great location and price.
- 5/5
Excellent location.
- 5/5
Loved the convenience of this location. The staff was excellent and the property was quiet.
- 3/5
I chose this hotel based on its proximity for walking to Disneyland. Room was nice and clean on the surface. But I noticed a bit of a smell from the plumbing at the sink. There were also small flies collecting around the drain. Not that big of deal but when combined with lack luster water pressure from the sink faucet and shower, now leads me to believe more of a plumbing issue in general. What I cannot confirm is if it’s isolated to my room only or an issue across the building. Luckily most of our time was spent at the Disneyland Resort parks and the room was great for walking back after long days in the parks. Sleeping amenities were comfortable, AC worked great (bit noisy), had a midsized fridge and microwave in the room. Only drawback for me was the plumbing issues.
- 3/5
It’s ok because it across the street from Disneyland. For parking and sleeping purposes only.
- 2/5
All the way through 10 AM

Nice place for the price.
- 3/5
It's really close to Disney to walk. The pool was nice. The bed was lumpy and housekeeping was on demand only so our beds never got made and sometimes we were out of supplies. It's not horribly unclean but it is dated.
- 5/5
Staff it’s amazing, the gira on the check in it’s really a good worker over there, he really understands our needs and helps us a lot ( Samantha really knows how to treat people and make guests come back ) They have a small gift for my 3 years soon bday, Location it’s unique, walk distance from Disney, you can come back and relax in the day Parking it’s 25 each day, and room was not 100% clean
- 5/5
The location is amazing right across the street from Disneyland It was a little pricey
- 4/5
great property, easy access to the park, love the hot tub (expect for all the kids in the hottub)
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
Everyone we interacted with was so nice. Housekeeping did a great job and our room in the main hotel was very comfy. It was so incredibly close to Disneyland. Nothing not to like.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Very nice hotel with a very short walk to the main gates of Disneyland
- 4/5
The lack of facilities on site and no safe in the room was our only gripe but honestly, would totally recommend this hotel for a Disneyland vacation. Would definitely stay here again.
- 5/5
Property was as described.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 4/5
The location was a major plus, and the staff is friendly and the rooms simple and comfortable. The parking is a little tight. I did notice they were allowing public parking which may have been why the lot seemed filled..
- 4.5/5
The room was the right size and very close to the park. Parking fee was low and was able to leave my car there before check-in time. Nothing that I can think of
- 5/5
Location to Disneyland very close and staff were very nice and helpful. Can't think of a thing.
- 4/5
Very close disneyland. Property can be maintained a little better.
- 4/5
Great room very clean. Parking is very tight. Beds are hard as a rock and walls are paper thin. The people next to us screamed constantly at their kids and it was unreal. The hotel is good and I’d stay again because the convince to Disneyland is great but I’d hope the people next to us the next time are not screaming at their kids.
- 4/5
Staff not helpful. Poor communication. Room clean. My Rental Van got dented in the parking lot.
- 5/5
The rooms were clean. Enjoyed watching the fireworks from the rooftop of the restaurant.
- 5/5
The front desk staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and good for the price. Great distance to Disney with delicious food nearby. Checkout was an easy process. Would stay here again.
- 5/5
Overall is excellent very convenient and close to Disneyland no hassle at all everything is smoothly until we checked out.Thank you for the wonderful experience. This is our first time to Disney and was great because Grand Legacy is the best!
- 4/5
Room was good, but the walls are very thin and you could hear the people in the next room. Overall, it was a good stay and very close to Disneyland which is what we were looking for.
- 5/5
Booked two rooms, one for my partner & I ,and my granddaughter. And another one for my daughter & her family. Our room was a bit small for two adults and a small child with a stroller. Eufrocina checked us in and was able to upgrade my daughter's family into a premier room with no extra cost. Which helped quite a bit since there were 5 of them. I also requested a cot but since it was first come first serve, we were told it wasn't guaranteed for the first night, but def the next day. According to my daughter they did deliver a cot for my grand daughter that very same night. Which was awesome! She also let us check in on the premier room earlier as it was available already! And was able to give my daughter the key to our room on their way to downtown Disney to meet up with us for our 4:30 reservation @ Goofy's Kitchen. She def gets a 10 for the extra effort she did on our accommodations. I am so pleased . Hotel is close and def walkable to Disneyland. Lots of eating places nearby. Pink Pig Boba Pizza next door had awesome pizza's & my daughter's family ate there twice. Will most likely stay there again next time we go to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Nice, clean, great location
- 4/5
Very good
- 4/5
Proximity to Disneyland Carpet in room
- 3/5
How close it was to Disney the swimming pool. I noticed roaches in the room.. I let front desk the day we arrived and then again the day we departed. Gentlemen on Saturday stated he would let management know when someone would be calling me. I never received a call from nobody..
- 5/5
Great location with clean simple room and decent parking
- 3/5
The pool and the proximity to Disneyland Park are amazing. The property is well maintained on the outside but our room was outdated, had a strange sulfur like smell. The A/C wall unit kept turning off. We would have to reset it often or sit in a swampy warm room.
- 4/5
La habitación nos toco en un lugar accesible para salir y entrar, secas de los parques de Disneyland, todo el personal muy atento y servicial.
- 5/5
Didn't use the bar or hot tub
- 1/5
When we arrived, the hotel staff informed us that no rollaway beds were available. Their only solution was to provide extra blankets and suggest that I sleep on the floor. Needless to say, this was not an acceptable accommodation for a family vacation that had been planned well in advance. I then spent more than an hour and a half trying to resolve the issue with Expedia. During that time, I was disconnected three separate times and received very little assistance. After repeatedly explaining the situation without making any progress, I found both Expedia and the hotel staff to be unhelpful, which only added to the frustration before I eventually gave up. What should have been an exciting start to a special family trip turned into a frustrating and stressful experience. Between the booking error and the lack of support from Expedia, I was extremely disappointed. I would strongly recommend confirming all occupancy details directly with the hotel when booking through a third party.
- 3/5
Bathroom sink was backed up after late night return from Disneyland. Reported issue but not offered a new room.

The location and restaurant are great, however the ac was extremely loud when it turned off and on throughout the night. The bathroom door was a barn door so it didn’t close all the way and the flusher was very hard to press down to flush. The room was clean and good for what we paid but I thought it would’ve been a bit nicer.
- 5/5
Right across the street from Disneyland main entrance. Nice hotel with pool / jacuzzi. Clean rooms
- 5/5
I had a great experience with this room overall. It was clean, well-maintained, and had a comfortable, welcoming feel as soon as I walked in. The bed was very comfortable, and everything from the linens to the bathroom was spotless, which I really appreciated.
- 5/5
We always stay at this hotel when we do our yearly family trip to Disneyland. It's ideal location and everything you need. Affordable too. Our favorite!
- 3.5/5
We have stayed here before, its location is perfect for walking into the parks Communication seems to be lacking between booking.com and the hotel. We prepaid for our room through booking, but when checking in at the hotel they it didn’t show on their end. They said our payment confirmation didn’t mean anything to them since we didn’t pay through them directly. While trying to resolve it they took our card for incidentals and tried to charge us the full amount for the room without telling us, then said that we could contact booking for a refund. After 30 minutes of going back and forth and someone else looking into it, they confirmed that it had in fact been paid. They did give us free parking for the inconvenience, but they do need to improve their communication with 3rd party booking sites.

Clean Check in service. First he(I don’t remember his name) did not accommodate us in a interconnecting rooms as requested previously and later at night we have to check in again with another lady who did change it as requested previously for us.
- 3/5
The property is a short walk to Disney, which is great, but is was the smallest hotel bathroom I've ever seen. No counter space, no towel hooks in proximity to the shower. Very cramped.
- 4/5
Great for walking distance to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Everything was neat and clean. The staff were very friendly. My kids really enjoyed the pool.
- 5/5
Great stay and close to Disneyland.

- 5/5
I loved the roof top restaurant and their hot tub and pool. It was also very close to the park! We loved our stay.
- 4/5
The front desk clerk was not very personable which is something that I believe is standard for any hotel.
- 5/5
Super close to Disneyland, clean, spacious and comfortable room. Staff was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Awesome place to stay and great location. I would stay again! Only thing is the sink smells like really bad sewer, but that isn’t a deal breaker for us. The room was clean and comfortable with great amenities and service.
- 5/5
Room was clean, sufficient. Pool was clean and hot tub was nice. Very close to Disney, only a 3 minute walk.
- 4/5
Great location to Disneyland, with nothing else special about it. For the price and distance, and if all you’re needing is a place to stay while doing Disneyland…this spot is perfect!
- 5/5
It was a nice place ,my favorite part is that is near both parks Dineyland and Disney adventure park like 9 minutes walking .
- 1/5
The rooms were disgusting. Very dirty and lots of safety concerns. We reserved a deluxe room and there was not a thing deluxe about it
- 5/5
The room was great. Made going to the park easy. The staff was very friendly and would bring around slushies at the pool.
- 5/5
5 minute walk to disney
- 2/5
Garbage trucks came by at 5 am every morning! Was nice to be so close to the park but fireworks every night around 930 were very loud. Had to call multiple times to get new towels. Parking was confusing and not great. They have VIP parking or pay to park for Disney so there are hardly any spots for hotel guests. Only great thing was proximity to Disney. Very short walk!
- 3/5
Room was old, bathroom kinda ick, rusty around the floor of toilet, no blow dryer in the room, the 2 times I went to the front desk the 2 girls there were so busy talking to each other that they barely even cared I was there…. It was however super nice to be right across the street from Disneyland. The other things, they charge $75 for early check in, and another $25 for parking….I wouldn’t stay there again to be honest
- 5/5
We have stayed here 3 times for our trips to Disneyland. The hotel is one of the best we have stayed at and the cost is lower than those right next door. It took us 8 minutes to walk from the hotel to security and get in line for Disneyland!
- 3/5
Adding breakfast would be nice! Other then that no issues.
- 4/5
Clean room. Our housekeeper was very friendly.
- 3/5
Didn't realize there were outside doors to all rooms. Fan in the bathroom was excessively loud. Beds were very comfortable.
- 1/5
My room had cockroaches, it was dirty, it had a bad smell of dirty, like the bed was as not laundered, smelly like marijuana near by and penetrated in the room, I was next to the laundry room and it was loud, parking was unavailable and had to park elsewhere and pay for that as I needed to secure my company vehicle. Th we floor was dirty and toilet was dirty.
- 4/5
I liked the cleanliness of the rooms and property. Will booked again
- 4/5
Excellent location!! Directly across the street from main entrance. Fairly large property with parking (paid) pool and laundry. Rooms were very clean with no odor of any kind. Our room had a very large tub, great for soaking after the long day at the park. If flying in no need for car rental if you’re just doing Disney and Knotts. Take uber and save on parking. I would give this property five stars if they had decent coffee 😊
- 3/5
I had a hard time sleeping due to the connecting room’s alarm going off for over 30 minutes, at 6 am. The walls are super thin and you hear everything. Overall good space but I probably won’t stay here again.
- 4/5
Nice location
- 4/5
I think we would stay here again, and hope for a better view!
- 5/5
Very family oriented
- 2/5
Reserved the deluxe got a tiny unit! Super small btw, staff not super helpful. A bit disappointing! Is near by Disney right across which was the only positive thing.
- 5/5
Wish the roof top restaurant was open during our stay. Parking was hard to find.
- 5/5
Room was clean, floor felt clean, well maintained hotel and pool area. Kids loved the pool, was very close to the park and lots of restaurants nearby. Stayed here multiple times and will stay again.
- 4/5
The convenience of the hotel being across from Disneyland and just down from stores and restaurants made this a great location hotel. The hotel itself was just typical, but clean and the staff was pleasant. The pool was nice. They even have a “water park” inside the pool area for small children. Overall it was a good stay.
- 5/5

- 5/5
Friendly atmosphere, walking distance to Disney land , ther is no bar or hot tub
- 3/5
Booked a family suite for 7 and there was no bedding for the sofa bed.
- 4/5
A great stay overall, just housekeeping I guess didn't feel like changing the sheets and taking out trash one day so they put a do not disturb sign on our door. The staff at the front desk happily scheduled us for maintenance the next day and it was done by the time she said it would be, so that was very nice! Front desk staff were the best, especially Chris!
- 4/5
The room was super clean, staff were friendly, especially Chris! Housekeeping put a do not disturb sign on our door to skip cleaning it. We're pretty clean guests so all they had to do was change bedding and take out trash. Other than that, everything was simple, convenient and felt safe. I would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
We found the hotel nice and it was great to stay and walk to Disneyland . I only thing is I felt like I could of been given more information about things about what the hotel offers such as the rooftop restaurant.
- 3/5
I was a little confused when I arrived. I stopped at what I thought was the valet desk. He asked what I was there for, and I let him know I was staying in the hotel. He told me to pull forward and turn on my flashers. I assumed he would take my car and park it while I checked in. My kids and I had taken out our luggage and walked towards the lobby. I asked him if he needed my keys or if I should leave them in the car. He told me to take them with me, go check in, and then I can go park the car. Ok. Maybe don't stand next to the valet, or give me the full directions when you send people to pull forward. Check-in was easy. When I entered the room, it smelled humid. There were 2 dead roaches next to the sink in the bathroom, but I didn't see anything alive. Other than that, the room seemed clean. There are palm trees near the hot tub that drop a lot of debris in the water. Getting out of the hot tub, I had tree debris stuck in my hair and on my body. The shower was good. At night, I could hear the people upstairs running back and forth. Not the hotel's fault, but it was very loud. It's a nice walking distance to many restaurants and very close to Disneyland. I did not go to the bar or restaurant on site.
- 2/5
Terrible attention and experience..
- 5/5
I love all the cleanliness and your staff was amazing.
- 5/5
It was close to the park and the rooms were nice.
- 5/5
Great location!
- 5/5
very easy check-in and check-out the room was a teenie bit cramped but worth the price for how close it was to the parks! will definitely be staying here again! would recommend bringing your own shower stuff because the body wash is bar-soap so we had to ask for extras but otherwise great!
- 5/5
1st time saying there was not disappointed, clean spacious, the 5th was amazing, great views of both disney parks
- 5/5
Hotel was really close to the park only 5mins away. Places to eat next door. Pool was great. Parking can get packed. Over all great!!
- 1/5
Strong Sewer smell inside room.
- 5/5
Helpful front desk and great pool!
- 5/5
This is one of my new favorite places to stay when going to Disneyland. Everything was clean and I felt like the staff truly takes pride in their work. Plus, it helps that the walk into the front gate is less than 5 minutes! I will definitely stay here again.
- 3/5
They did an amazing job with my son’s little birthday surprise, and we really appreciated it. The only downside was that the room felt a bit small, and since it seemed to be recently remodeled, it was a little dusty, and furniture old.
- 4/5
You can't beat the location if you're headed to Disneyland. The pool, splash pad, and hot tub were great to take a break. I did have an unfriendly welcome when I was checking in late at night, but it didn't ruin anything. Just wasn't a great first impression.
- 4/5
We love the grand legacy and always stay here when going to Disneyland. I splurged on a room in the new tower that faces Disneyland and was super excited! Then when we checked in, they put us in the new tower but facing the parking lot. Incredible disappointment. Be sure to request Disney facing room if you stay in new tower. I had no idea. Otherwise, staff is pleasant, pool is great, room was clean and can’t beat the walk to Disney.
- 3/5
Small room, it was okay not great.
- 5/5
Stayed here for a spur the moment Disney trip for 3 nights. Room was clean and comfortable for our little family of 4. Perfect location and affordable. Staff accommodated requests the best they could and were very friendly.
- 5/5
Over all a great place for the price and opportunities. Alize was perfect hostess. Only draw back are the rooms near the cleaning staff 170-180, loud and noisy to be expected.
- 4/5
Easy access to Disneyland. Rooms were stuffy and a bit small. loud noises in the am around 5:30 am unsure what loud noise was two mornings in a row. Kids loved the pool area, great location.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, quite, across the street from Disneyland. Korean hot dogs and pizza downstairs were both yummy. Scooter rental
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
good location. Nice clean hotel. Well staffed and maintained. Only complaint, which is not really the hotel’s fault, was noise from garbage trucks, maintenance trucks, etc. If you choose a hotel room away from elevators and maintenance closet, it should be less noisy. We were well back from Harbor Boulevard. That also helped. But machinery noise was a constant issue.
- 5/5
We had a great day. Everything was clean. Everyone was extremely friendly very convenient location across the street from Disney.
- 1/5
Very noisy. People in the room next door and upstairs were noisy late at night. People talking outside and rolling their strollers and luggage early morning. You hear everything.
- 5/5
Great Staff 5 min walk to Disneyland
- 5/5
Loved our stay for a night. The only two things I observed is that the hallway carpet has lingering odor and that you may hear the room above you if it was kids that are running and jumping around the room, it was not a big problem as we are too tired to mind.
- 5/5
Amazing staff made everything from checking in to parking very convenient. Short walk to Disneyland with plenty of dining options nearby.
- 4/5
Easy walk to Disneyland entrance from hotel.
- 5/5
Rooms were comfortable, parking and check-in was easy, and couldn't be more convenient to the parks.
- 5/5
Always enjoy staying here. It is our go to for Disneyland outside the park. Walking distance is great.
- 5/5
This hotel is consistently good. Our #1 choice when visiting Disneyland.
- 2/5
Dripping shower
- 4/5
Bed wasn’t very comfortable. But other than that, good location and it was clean.
- 4/5
We were within walking distance of Disneyland. The staff were very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
It was great!
- 5/5
We stay here about 3 times a year and will continue coming back!
- 4/5
Great hotel walking distance to Disneyland. Only issue we had is gardeners at property at 5am. Not great to be woken up that early. Rooms are clean staff is friendly.
- 1/5
Very bad experience
- 5/5
Had a great one night stay.
- 5/5
Good and clean rooms 100% recommend
- 5/5
Excellent location, clean modern rooms, check in and checkout easy, staff friendly
- 5/5
I thought I got double queen beds but they upgraded three full beds for family of 5 (2 adults & 3kids). They have mini fridge, microwave, tv and air conditioning. Everything I needed was satisfactory! Kids were happy to sleep comfortably in the bed.
- 5/5
Proximity to the parks is perfect
- 4/5
The room was super clean. Employees were nice. Location was a plus. Noise was a little extreme. House keeping carts were super noisy and so were the people above us. Parking was not free. Over all It was a nice place.
- 4/5
Staff was great however, a lot of construction. Even though it looked like the room was recently renovated, there were quite a bit of mosquitoes and palmetto bugs
- 4/5
Overall the biggest reason we booked this hotel was convenience with its location to the parks. It was perfect for that reason, but it definitely has some up keeping to do before it’s too late and it’s just another outdated hotel that is overpriced because of location. The staff was very friendly, also when booking had a note we were celebrating something and they left some balloons and snacks in our room which was a nice touch! Hotel room itself had all you needed, fridge, microwave and plenty of drawer/closet space. The bed it self had a couple broken springs that make sleeping a lil uncomfortable as well as placement very unique when sharing bed with spouse as it was about 8 inches against the wall and right against the AC unit, not sure if this is why the room always felt hot too. Bathroom was spacious with vanity outside of toilet/shower. Since had a 10 inch crack that they have “repaired”, the shower had a hole in it, that once again “repaired” with a patch. The water pressure was fairly non existent. While I may not list a lot of positives, I will say again, to me your paying for the location, but to the hotel, I definitely suggest some room maintenance soon, before it’s too late and you’re just a rundown hotel that is close to parks like far too many around you!
- 1/5
Has no elevator.
- 5/5
Very close to park
- 2/5
Sink in room was clogged, air conditioner stopped and made weird noises, had first room on bottom floor so everyone walked by and it was noisy. No privacy where room was located (if you wanted to open drapes for light). Had to get up early to see if we could park in the parking lot (why wouldn’t it be included the day you check out- aren’t people going back into the parks?). Parking cost more than half the room.
- 3/5
Good location but the rooms are outdated and small. 2nd floor required going up steps without an elevator.
- 5/5
Right across the street from Disney! Comfy room with great check-in experience.
- 5/5
The staff were all very nice and helpful, they went above and beyond. The room was clean with comfortable beds. The pool looks bigger on the picture than it is. We didn't get to use it, no time. Being across the park is well worth it.
- 5/5
For the price and ease of location, it's a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Nice clean hotel close to Disneyland. We didn’t spend much time here, but we were comfortable when we did.
- 5/5
This is one of many times we have stayed at the Grand Legacy at the park. Facility is clean and is a 3 minute walk to the park.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Perfect location within easy walking distance to Disneyland. We stayed in a double queen room on the 2nd floor midweek in April. Large room with larger than normal mini fridge allowing us to store breakfast items, drinks and a 1/2 gallon bottle of water. Room was quiet. No issues with parking. Air conditioner worked but was loud when running. Beds were comfortable with clean bedding and nice pillows. Room was clean and well maintained. Not much storage in the bathroom and water pressure was just ok. Plenty of hot water for showers in the morning. No breakfast was provided. Drinking Water available in the lobby in the afternoon/evening only. Coffee was provided in the lobby morning only, but was not put out until 7am. We did not get to try the rooftop restaurant/bar as it was closed for a private event the evening we tried to go.
- 5/5
Very close to drop off and security to access DCA and Disneyland, where you just need to cross the street and walk for about 5-10 min, depending on your pace. Hotel is more of a motel setup with doors facing out to a open hallway. Beds were comfortable and room looked to be well maintained or recently refurbished. There was a slight gap between the floor and entry door, so you may want to block it with a rolled towel or something if you're on the geound floor to keep any small critters/bugs out. The restaurants right outside the hotel were good and convenient.
- 3/5
The first night, the AC was not working, it felt like the heater was on. Plus we had a leak next to toilet. Yes, they fixed them before both it was just an inconvenience.
- 1/5
On the second night, we came home from the park to find a cockroach in our room. When I brought this to the attention of the front desk, they told me they had no other rooms for us, and we could check out early if we wanted. Being that we had flown in, had no car and it was 10:00 PM we ended up having to stay. They offered a slight discount on that night's rate and then asked if I could come back from the park and move all of our stuff to the new room at an early enough time so that they could rebook the room we were leaving. Rooms in general are small. 2 double beds with tthe dresser and small table, and you won't fit much else.
- 5/5
The first night I had a loud snorer in the room next to me so I asked if I could switch rooms and I was able to. Slept great the next 3 nights. Very friendly staff, super close to Disneyland, comfy bed. I would stay there again!
- 4/5
CONS: The charge $75 for early check in. I've stayed at many hotels and resorts around DL and they always accommodate early check in. I finally get a call saying my room was ready, I got the key and went to the room to find the staff just starting to clean. Have to wait another 45 minutes. Lastly there's no bathroom at the pool, you have to walk across the parking lot to find one. I would stay here again, however it would only be if they have a great deal going on.
- 3/5
The location of the hotel from Disneyland was perfect 5 min walk! Staff was so nice. The cons I have is that they say parking is $22 but I was charged $26 per night for parking, so that was a surprise. Also the beds were so uncomfortable they need to add a mattress topper or something my neck and back are so sore after sleeping on them for 2 nights. Other than that the hotel was great.
- 5/5
Perfect in every aspect.
- 2/5
lost and found is a whole different group of people and the front staff are no help.
- 4/5
Room was clean but needed updates. Overall not bad for distance from park and price
- 5/5
I love staying here though the price is bit high.
- 4/5
Weekday stay for a couple, no kids. Stayed in the 'tower' and didnt hear any noise from the rooftop restaurant, but definitely could hear footsteps and dropped items from the room above us once or twice. Beds fairly comfy, pillows a bit flat. Bathroom was small for a Luxury Suite. Wifi was down for 2 nights of our stay, which wasnt great. Staff were all friendly and helpful, room was pretty clean and the A/C worked well. Housekeeping replenished items and refreshed towels when asked. Hotel itself felt "well used" (to be expected), but pool and Hot Tub area were nice at the end of a long park day! Very close walk to Disney resort. Overall good and would stay again.
- 2/5
Very basic - Motel 6-type - amenities and furnishings. Construction noise (on the street) into the early morning hours; no internet connectivity (it would work for half a minute then go out) - they told us it was scheduled, but according to the notices, it was for the next day. They told me if I showed up at the front desk the next morning before 7:00 am, I could pay for an additional day of parking. Was not available. Made several calls to front desk and was either told they would call me back and never did, or left me on hold for very long periods. We will not go back.
- 1/5
Booked a queen room and received double woke up at 6 am to get parking for next day and was unable to
- 3/5
The beds was okay, typical for a hotel room.We liked the close location to Disneyland. The staff was friendly when checking in.
- 1/5
The hotel package I bought included access to the Terrace, but I couldn’t use it because that was close . . My daughter uses a wheelchair, and she wanted to show her the Disney lights, which are a great attraction. The photos on the website don’t show the hotel as it really is. It looks old and neglected. The price is too high, and the customer service is bad.
- 4/5
Clean room. Clean towels delivered daily!
- 5/5
The FIFTH roof top restaurant and bar was great for dinner and the Fireworks at Disneyland in sync with the music. The rooms are dated a little but the price reflects that.
- 4/5
The rugs in the room need cleaning the carpet walking on makes your feet black
- 4/5
Best thing about the resort is how close it is to Disneyland and Adventure Park
- 5/5
Our room was clean, spacious and nicely updated. There was a power bar on the nightstand so charging multiple items was easy. The hotel is very close to Disneyland so it’s an easy walk. Our room was very quiet. We rarely heard anyone outside or next door. The staff was friendly and helpful.
- 4/5
Rooms are a little noisy you can hear conversations in the next room. Other than that it was a good stay. Closeness to the park is awesome.
- 4/5
The room was very clean and we had enough of the basics in the room for our 4 night stay. We had a room on the 4th floor that provided full viewing of the weekends fireworks shows. The room itself was not very sound proof and with the outdoor walkways, sound from outside was loud. Really enjoyed the short walk to Disneyland and the small store in front of the hotel.
- 4/5
Amazingly close to Disneyland
- 2/5
No, there were no amenities, not even a gift shop to buy drinks or snacks. Or at least we weren’t informed as such. The clerk who checked us in gave us no information. Not even about a coffee bar. Which they had but it was too late we were already on our way out.
- 4/5
Easy access to our destination staff friendly nice pool
- 3/5
You’re paying to be near the park. This is a very run down property.
- 5/5
I was impressed with how clean the rooms were and we loved the rooftop restaurant.
- 5/5
The room we got was downstairs. It was a short walk from the main gait of Disneyland. We needed a rollaway bed and the staff had one available for us. The experience was great.
- 2/5
Room was clean enough. The hotel is very run down. The entire 4th floor smelled like spray paint the entire time we were there. It looked like they were using spray paint to patch paint scratches on the wall. One elevator and is used for the rooftop bar restaurant. We never got to use it because it was full with special events. So loud. Close and clogging the elevator and made the wait time silly for the elevator. Will most likely not be returning. Only thing going is proximity to main gate at Disney.
- 4/5
We've stayed here several times. The only downside was the fan in the bathroom wasn't working so a shower seemed like a sauna. I mentioned it to the front desk when we checked out.
- 1/5
There was no free water in the room. There was a silverfish insect on the bed. Staff took a long time to check us in. Felt like a motel 6 or best western. Very overpriced and not updated. Photos of the property were misleading.
- 4/5
I don’t know what they use to clean but it left a bad odor in the hallways. Everyone was kind and very helpful. The loud parties on the roof for two nights was excessive
- 5/5
X
- 2/5
The motel is clean and close to the park but there are many cons! The rooms have no sound barrier, you can hear everything next door and outside. They don’t give you an actual comforter, it feels like you’re sleeping with 2 thin sheets. Our TV was very outdated and the remove didn’t work! The bathroom door slides and is so hard to open and close. The pool is large but not heated! When visiting the park, most people swim in the evening and it’s freezing! There is one, small hot tub. Also, housekeeping took one of my shirts laying in the bathroom and I had three conversations with management who could not find it. Very frustrating!!!!
- 4/5
Nice property. Clean with friendly staff. Beds were a little uncomfortable, but not the worst. Nice proximity to the park. I would stay again!
- 5/5
quiet clean and right across the street from disneyland.
- 4/5
The staff were very helpful and kind. Unfortunately, the pool was closed the entire time we were there so we were not able to utilize that facility. Rooms were clean but the air conditioning was loud. The property was very close to downtown Disney and the park entrances.
- 3/5
We typically stay at other good neighbor hotels across from Disneyland but decided to try out the Grand Legacy this round. The rooms are fairly small. The towels were very rough, and the rooms could use extra dusting and cleaning. We also found a huge roach in our room. Unfortunately, my family didn’t feel comfortable after that and we ended up checking out earlier than planned.
- 3/5
It is a good quick and convenient stay for a Disney visit. Room was good, linen carts are loud rolling by in the AM. We would stay again if we needed a convenient room.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and comfortable. Security was very friendly upon arrival. We arrived very early, and they still allowed us to check in and park. Later, we were able to get the room keys. It was super close, walking distance from the parks. Will definitely book again here.
- 5/5
Stayed here multiple times, clean rooms, short walk to Disneyland.
- 4/5
I like that it was very close to Disneyland. I thought the room was a little small for 4 people.
- 3/5
Rooms are very clean, but there is a smell that is very noticeable. The beds are very hard and the wall mounted ac is not suit to keep the room cooled. I would not stay here again
- 5/5
Super close to Disney and every time we stay here it’s awesome! Every time we visit Disney Grand Legacy is where we stay! Never disappoints!!!
- 2/5
Room was cleaned, but heater smelt of something burning whenever used.
- 4/5
Dirty shower/bathtub ac smelled bad left it off,
- 4/5
Room had a smell like mould which was strong. AC very loud. Coffee in reception was good.
- 5/5
clean, lovely
- 5/5
There were any pool toys as advertised
- 5/5
Close to the park, super clean, safe for families
- 4/5
Pool was closed for 2 days.
- 3/5
Clean room tiny bathroom, descriptions seemed in accurate. Ratings said exceptional, I disagree. Only plus was room was in great shape and Disneyland is steps away axross the street.
- 5/5
AWESOME!
- 4/5
it was a nice stay for the one night, did find a bug in the room, but other than that nice stay
- 1/5
Did not get the room I paid for with park view. Staff gave our room away and I was in a room I did not pay for. Pool was.not available my entire stay. Room is very outdated. TV is outdated. Beds are super hard pillows are flat and bedding is thin. Lighting in bathroom was terrible outdated and light bulbs kept going out. Had view of the parking lot not view of the park like I paid for. I keep trying to get a hold of someone from where I booked and no luck.
- 5/5
Everything was great and can’t beat the location!
- 5/5
We arrived very early and the staff was able to get us checked in earlier than we expected. They were all very nice and accommodating. The room was clean, AC worked well. We didn’t get to use the pool or hot tub much while there. Overall a great experience and close to the park maybe less than 10 minute of a walk. The Fifth Rooftop Bar was another great perk of staying there.
- 3/5
We were expecting this hotel to be a lot nicer. We stayed in the main building. Aside from checking/out the staff barely said a word to us while we were in the lobby. There are no bell hops so be prepared to haul all your luggage. The pool was not available for the majority of our stay. We will be returning to The Anaheim Hotel next door which has been an excellent place to stay previously.
- 5/5
Fresh towels and garbage removed daily. Fridge and microwave are a great addition.
- 5/5
Our room was the two-room suite. It was great along with the view of CA Adventure and the Ferris wheel. Beds were very comfortable and the rooms were spacious enough for the whole family.
- 5/5
Clean room and friendly staff
- 4/5
Stay was great will be back
- 5/5
A great option for families visiting the park. We arrived around 9am and when I requested to check in our bags, the desk staff gladly let me know our room was ready! This was a wonderful start to the day. The room was neat and clean, the hotel is a short quarter mile walk to the park entrance, there are plenty of family friendly dining options steps away, and it is only two blocks from convenience stores and a pharmacy in case you need to recharge on snacks or if you forgot to bring allergy meds, etc. The well maintained pool provided a welcomed mid-day break from the heat.
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay! The pool and hot tub were fun to use. It would have been nice if there was some sort of breakfast included.
- 1/5
No in-room safe and poor facilities overall for a hotel. No room servicing unless requested ( and then sporadic) This has got to be the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
- 2/5
Overpriced for an okay room. Out
- 3/5
Apart from those two points, we didn't love our stay. Check-in was not great, our room keys randomly quit working a few times (including once at 4 PM and the lineup in the lobby was atrocious since only two staff were working the desk, and both were on the phones during peak check-in time), rooms felt pretty dated and could use a simple refresh, and the queen beds we paid for were suspiciously similar in size to double beds (they certainly weren't a standard queen size). The light at the elevator on iur floor was burnt out, making it pretty difficult to see when we were coming and going in the evenings. Staff, apart from housekeeping and a bellhop, were not friendly and did nothing to address or escalate the concerns I presented to them. None of these things on their own are a deal breaker, but added all together, they made for a pretty negative experience. We will probably choose a different hotel for our future Disney trips, despite this option being so convenient for park trips.
- 3/5
It was an okay room. The water from the bathroom sink was going down slowly. Room lacked outlets.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, friendly staff and very close to the parks
- 5/5
Great Hotel, very clean and VERY VERY close to the park entrance!
- 5/5
I can’t say enough great things about Grand Legacy. It’s a convenient quick walking distance to the park entrance. Our room was clean and comfortable. The pool wasn’t heated which is my only complaint, but otherwise, no issues whatsoever. Staff were kind and helpful. They allowed us to leave our bags in the lobby after we checked out so that we could enjoy one last day at the park. I will absolutely stay here again!
- 4/5
Location is great.
- 4/5
Proximity to Disneyland entrance is excellent. Staff at registration desk were helpful.
- 5/5
Room was spotless; staff very pleasant and ciurteous
- 3/5
The parking lot was very tight to park your car. When we checked in and got to our room, hotel staff issued a room key to someone else to stay. When you ask for your room to be cleaned all they give you is just towels and empty the trash. The tv in the room wasn’t a smart tv and it was difficult to use.
- 5/5
Everything is wonderful at this hotel…Staff, Location, Cleanliness.
- 4/5
Room was clean bed was comfortable my daughters loved the pool, but bathroom too small. Other than that it was good.
- 4/5
Staff
- 5/5
Great location to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Clean and so close to Disneyland. We could walk to the park in 10 minutes or less.
- 5/5
Clean. Staff. I loved it
- 4/5
Location was great. Hotel doesn’t have very many amenities available. But overall a great place for location alone.
- 3/5
It was decent enough.
- 5/5
Great hotel great employees
- 4/5
The Staff was great, room was clean , pool and hot tub was really nice. Enjoyed our stay, location was great for walking to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Typical motel setting. You can hear all outside noise. We had 2 rooms, we weren’t able to get them with an adjoining door so we had to keep going in and out. One bathtub drain did not work so we weren’t able to use it as a bath. One hair dryer only blew out cold air. Initially one bathroom was only stocked with conditioner and no shampoo. On the positive side, the location to Disneyland is great. Coffee in the lobby every morning was great. The beds were pretty comfy.
- 5/5
Clean, friendly staff, perfect walking distance to parks, plenty of parking on site
- 4/5
Clean room, perfect location right by the stairs and close to the parks
- 4/5
Great hotel! Walking to DL was a breeze. The staff was friendly, and our room was clean and spacious. I’m giving it one less star because the sliding bathroom door was a bit beat up and very difficult to open and close. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.
- 5/5
Best location to walk to Disneyland! Friendly staff and clean room.
- 1/5
The elevator was out of order and I have a bad knee. It ruined my entire stay. The bathroom shower leaked water all over the floor (poor design) and the wall had mold! The door to the bathroom was terrible…one of my friends got stuck in it due to the ridiculous metal contraption! There was no battery in the remote for the curtains. I’ve never stayed in such a rundown place for such a high priced place. Maybe a refund for parking would make me consider not bad mouthing this hotel?
- 4/5
It was comfortable and clean enough. The best part is the location which is very close from the Disneyland park. It was so close that we could take some break in the middle of the day from all the walking. We also liked the food options on the front stores of the hotel.
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff, walking distance to Disney. Lots of restaurants nearby. Enjoyed the rooftop restaurant at the hotel. Didn’t like that we couldn’t check in until 4pm. That’s extremely late when you’re being charged a full day.
- 5/5
Clean room. Close walking distance to the parks
- 5/5
Location!
- 4/5
Plenty of shops and dining in walking distance.
- 5/5
Very nice staff. Decent size rooms. Very convenient to go to the parks.
- 5/5
I've stayed at the Grand Legacy so many times, so close to Disneyland, but please don't stay on room 124 unfortunately it's in front of a noisy mechanical apparatus that kept me up all night. That room needs to be a storage room not a guest room.
- 5/5
The room was upgraded complimentary and it was very clean and great location
- 2/5
Room is out dated. The moment I walked in the room had a dusty odor. Would never stay here again.
- 3/5
Overall, it was a decent stay for our last minute booking. We were beating a storm that was coming through our area, so we needed another night at a hotel. The convenience to Disneyland is a huge perk obviously. It was raining but the pool was great! Super fun for the kids. I would say the photos are a bit deceiving for the size of things here. The pool is much smaller in person, so we’d never stay here when it’s busy. And the rooms are very simple and small. It’s not soundproofed well, so you can hear everyone coming and going which doesn’t make for a very restful sleep. Two big downfalls in my eyes. One, we got there 35 minutes before checkin, and they refused to check us in unless we wanted to pay an additional $50 early checkin fee. They wouldn’t even give us a parking pass and told us to park at our down risk. We normally stay at a Marriott just down the way, and we have been able to check in hours before. $50 for 40 minutes seems outrageous. Then we went to check in 40 minutes later (we needed to change from traveling for 11 hours), and our room still wasn’t ready. It took almost another hour. Boo. Second to that would be the rooftop restaurant. We can’t even go and enjoy fireworks from there because 2 of us have celiacs disease and nine if our family eats gluten- and you are required to spend $25 per person to have a seat there. At 9pm. Makes it hard to spend that much when there are no options for people with food restrictions.
- 5/5
Clean room Amazing staff close to a lot of things to do.
- 3/5
The hotel was okay overall, but nothing special. The service was mediocre and didn’t really stand out in any positive way. The rooms were decent and clean, but again, pretty average and nothing memorable. Unfortunately, it wasn’t an experience that impressed us, and we would probably choose to stay somewhere else next time. The only real highlight is the location, since it’s very close to Disneyland Resort, which was convenient.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay at Grand Legacy at the Park. It was easy check-in and check-out. The rooms were nice, but older. The pool and hot tub were great. Location was great and only a few minute walk to Denny's Restaurant and Disneyland. We would stay here again.
- 3/5
The hotel is located very close to the parks, which makes this really nice. The coffee in the morning, and water in the afternoons is an extra bonus. The reason I'm rating this "Okay" is because we had an issue while we were there that I don't think was handled appropriately. The second night of our stay, our fire alarm started beeping when we returned from the parks. It's late, we're tired - they sent maintenance up right away. He changed the battery, and as soon as he left it started beeping again. So, he came back and fixed it again. The next day I receive a call from the hotel saying they need to go in to our room because the alarm is going off. We didn't love this as we hadn't prepared for housekeeping or anyone to come in, but we said it was fine. We get back late that night and it's going off again. They sent maintenance again, and he just took the battery out and left us with a non-functioning smoke alarm. They didn't offer us to move rooms, and I didn't love sleeping without that safety feature. Additionally, we paid extra for an elevated room and when they checked us in, they said - by the way, there's a rooftop bar right above your room. Normally I wouldn't care, but finding this out when we checked in and not prior to arrival was a little off-putting as it was loud with their DJ. I asked if I could speak to someone in the morning, and they gave me a $75 refund as the manager stepped out and we had to catch a flight. We just won't be staying here again.
- 4/5
Room was clean but small. Staff was very friendly. Shower water didnt get hot 2 mornings. Hot tub was clean, plenty of towels.
- 2/5
Bathroom layout was disappointing. Two small separated spaces next to each other does not equate to one large space. Recommend new doors and door seals on the adjoining door. I didn't book a shared room with strangers that had crying babies.
- 5/5
Emily single-handedly made our trip magical!!! She helped me with check in and my kids said they have never had a more magical trip here and it's because of her!! Please to the powers that be, let Emily be praised as she should be! She went above and beyond and I'm so thankful and because of her we will stay here again and again!! Thank you Emily!!!
- 5/5
Clean, spacious room. Friendly staff and excellence distance to the parks!
- 4/5
We arrived at 1, and there was a room available. The room was clean and had amenities for shower use. Shampoo, conditioner etc. The staff was very nice. We will go back
- 5/5
The rooms are a little outdated but very clean and roomy. The staff were pleasant. There are plenty of rooms. The best part of the experience is the proximity to the Disney parks. A literal 5 minute walk from room to the entrance to the parks.
- 4/5
Location was excellent. Comfort and cleanliness was good enough. Pictures definitely make it look a little nicer than it actually is. But i'd stay here again for the location.
- 3/5
Rooms were not as expected very stuffy and the water smelled bad out of the faucets
- 2/5
on 5th. are all in thelo
- 5/5
The hotel is perfectly situated (obviously next to Disneyland) But if you also want to catch an Angels or Ducks game that is also close
- 5/5
The cleanliness the staff the quick check in/out. Will definitely be staying there again. Quick walk to Disney park.
- 4/5
The room was right next to the kitchen and the ice machine...very loud!
- 4/5
Proximity to the park was the best thing about this motel/hotel. The room was fine but could use some updating as it smelled musty and there was about a half inch gap at the bottom of the door. You could hear everyone that walked by.
- 4/5
Room was great! However, very thin walls. We could hear everything.
- 4/5
Room was good, but outlet next to sink did not work.
- 5/5
Room was very clean, spacious, and updated with fun mini Disney decor.
- 3/5
The proximity to the park was perfect
- 5/5
Staff was very nice, room was clean and bed comfortable. Fridge cold and coffee in room is always a plus. Thanks Grand Legacy at the Park!
- 4/5
The rooms were clean but the walls are very thin. You can hear people’s conversations and people rolling their suitcases outside. After a long day at Disneyland the hot tub was nice to have and relax. Staff was kind and accommodating.
- 3/5
Staff were great. Room was average, clean but very outdated. No place to put a charging cord unless you have a charging block. Proximity to Disneyland was great.
- 5/5
Very clean rooms, clean bedding. Every staff member we met were very nice had eye contact when greeting .
- 5/5
Location is great. Room was clean and ample. Check in process was easy. Bar had great views.
- 3/5
The room was OK, but the bathroom wasn't clean.
- 4/5
Room was clean. Wasn’t in the room long but comfortable and extremely close to the Park. Would stay again 100%
- 4/5
The staff was super friendly, the room was clean and functional, I enjoyed the coffee and water offerings in the lobby a lot!
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff. Room was very clean. Highly recommended!! Very close to Disneyland . Rooms clean daily with fresh towels.
- 3/5
Couldn’t get into hotel because of Disney run that had gone on. All roads were closed. Asked about discount parking due to the fact that we had to pay multiple times to park because of not being able to get into parking lot.
- 5/5
The room and facilities here are always clean, the staff is always friendly. The value for the location is close to unbeatable!
- 5/5
Yes it was spotless
- 3/5
Room was clean staff was helpful. Room was smaller than expected.
- 4/5
the room was excellent
- 5/5
Rooms are very nice. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Best part is the perfect location.
- 5/5
We enjoyed the room
- 5/5
Room was clean and large enough for my family of four. Love the hotel for its location near Disney. I've been here at least 4 times and Id always come here if rooms are available
- 2/5
The only positive was how close the property is to Disneyland. Staff was not friendly, rooms are dirty and outdated. No ventilation in the bathrooms. Walls are thin and carpet is absolutely disgusting!
- 4/5
Even before check-in, I had called the day prior to ask about possibly parking earlier than the check-in time so we could go into the parks without having to deal with Disneyland parking - the front desk person I spoke to was so pleasant. I booked this place because of the price and proximity but talking to the front desk person had me very excited about the friendliness of the staff. Upon arrival, we not only parked a few hours earlier than check-in time, but we also asked them to hold our luggage so we didn't have to leave them in the trunk of our car. The lobby was a good amount of space and they had a sitting area for young children and a couple of chairs as well as a water station. The rooms all have exterior doors. We were on the first floor towards the back corner, and we found that we didn't hear any outside noise. The room was pretty spacious. It was my husband myself and our toddler traveling and there was plenty of space to leave our stroller open. On our checkout day, I asked if I could be a little bit late too taking my car out of the parking lot just because we would be finishing up with a reservation at noon so I wouldn't be back exactly at noon to take my car and they said it would be no problem
- 4/5
The location and rooftop terrace were highlights!
- 5/5
Always good to stay here
- 5/5
Room was clean and location was perfect! Already planning our next trip!
- 4/5
Room was clean, staff friendly.
- 4/5
Clean room, just smell little bit. Good for walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean, great location!
- 2/5
We called several times from the time we got there till the time we left for them to come and fix our toilet never did happen. The only outlet in the bathroom was on the other side of the toilet not a very safe set up overall just not very impressed with the room. Very small rooms.
- 5/5
Clean room! Quiet the 2 nights we stayed! Nice housekeeping staff. The front desk ladies (4 women) were a bit rude and unprofessional. Over all we would stay there again minus the rude front desk staff.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 4/5
Very convenient to the park and the room was clean. Nive to have a fridge and microwave available. The walls are a little thin, so you hear a lot during the night. Kept the TV on low to drown it out and we were okay.
- 4/5
Good
- 4/5
Love the hotel but it took longer than normal to check in
- 4/5
Upon arrival, the staff was welcoming, and helpful. We stayed in Room 485 which is in the main building looking out at California Adventure and Disneyland. They have coffee in the mornings and infused water and popcorn in the afternoon. The only drawback with the room is the 5th floor is a rooftop bar, and when the move tables and chairs they drag them and you can hear it like it in the next room. Also water pressure is lacking. This is a handicap room so the bathroom is giant. For the price it's an overlooked gem.
- 5/5
Great staff, clean room, limited parking.
- 4/5
Close to disne
- 3/5
The room was in good condition. But seemed like an old wing of the hotel. Maybe where they put Expedia customers ? Old AC, no elevator. Very loud all night. Worst part is there is a bar night club in the Main hotel that music was blaring from all night.
- 4/5
Staff was nice
- 4/5
Very convenient location
- 5/5
Everything was great
- 5/5
Excellent stay. Close to all thinks Disney. Very friendly staff
- 5/5
Excellent location great clean rooms, perfect location for Our visit to Disneyland easy walk to the park.
- 4/5
The drains for both the sink and shower seemed clogged because the water did not drain/flow properly (room 262). It would be nice if they could upgrade their TVs to basic smart TVs. Walls are paper thin - you can hear the dump trucks, house cleaners walking the hall ways in the early hours of the morning.
- 5/5
This place was amazing thank you for making my time at Disney better
- 4/5
Clean rooms , friendly staff and great location for Disneyland
- 5/5
Look
- 5/5
Great hospitality and services provided.

Beautiful hotel. Very nice staff.
- 5/5
😊
- 5/5
Room was very clean. staff and i mean all staff are friendly and helpful. i highly recommend staying here! this is our 2nd time and will continue to stay in the future.
- 3/5
Workers give a lot of attitude
- 4/5
We were excited to try out the rooftop dinning but the details were vague so they wernt even open for half our trip and required tickets for one day. So we didnt go. No signs in lobby saying theybwere closed either... we went all the way up and the elevators opened to a locked door. Some of the rooms are quite a distance from the lobby and you have to cross traffic and pouring rain in rainy season. Needs better details.
- 3/5
Room was fine and staff courteous. The coffee in the lobby was really good and well set up. Our "room for 5 people" deluxe room was actually a room for 4... you could squeeze in a rolling cot for a 5th on request, so that was false advertising and we were confused when we first arrived. We thought they gave us the wrong room so that was a little upsetting.
- 5/5
Good location
- 2/5
For the past 3 years, this has been our go to hotel. This time, i don't think we will be back. We got there early, the staff told us to call at 2pm to see if our room was ready. We called it wasn't. Told us to call back in 1 hr. We did, not ready. By 4:00 came, the line was out the door to check in. I can't imagine 1 room was not ready before then. The room needs renovating. The coffee pot did not work. Put water in and pressed the button, nothing. The bathroom door wouldn't shut. The carpet was dirty. My socks were black. The elevator needs maintenance. I would definitely look elsewhere.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious and all the staff members were exceptionally helpful. In the lobby, there was complimentary coffee in the morning and complimentary popcorn in the afternoon. All staff was great and attentive.
- 2/5
The room was disappointing and felt like a motel rather than a hotel. The walls were extremely thin—you could hear everything from the neighboring rooms and outside. Housekeeping being available only upon request was also a negative.

- 4/5
That usually they are very friendly. Other than that we enjoyed our stay and will go again :)
- 5/5
We had a wonderful stay. The location is ideal if you’re planning to visit Disneyland.
- 5/5
Easy check in/check out process. The room was very clean. The location is awesome! Just right across the street from Disney! There was also a couple late night food places available right outside and a little mini mart! Definitely recommending this place and definitely coming back!
- 4/5
Great hotel! Staff was welcoming and room was clean. Great location and walking distance to Disney. My only complaint would be it was a little loud at night from 11pm-1am both nights we stayed. Loud music and upstairs room kept banging and running around. Thankfully it didn’t wake up our one year old which is why we didn’t complain. Overall, would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was clean and literally across of Disneyland entrance so able to make it to rope drop easily!! Able to take a nap in the afternoon and back in the park in no time! Beds are very comfortable! We'll be back as die hard Disneyland fans!!
- 5/5
Best hotel on the Disney strip!!
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Love the location. The updated rooms felt clean. Love that they empty trash even without a full housekeeping service
- 4/5
Hotel is a nice short walk to the park. Room was nice but we found the beds to be hard and uncomfortable. Despite that I would stay again due to how nice everything else was
- 5/5
Staff were accomodating and respectful, clean room and in the prime location
- 2/5
I asked for a quiet room and they gave me a room on the ground floor next to the maid supply room and pool. When I went to enter, the maid was still in the room cleaning. The walls are paper thin and we were kept awake each night by loud neighbors. The maids started vacuuming adjacent rooms at 6:30am. The carts going by the rooms sounded like fright trains so napping during the day wasn't an option. The room was poorly laid out (lighting, counter space), etc. Parking was awful and had we left, there would not have been a spot once we returned. The only benefit was the proximity to the park.
- 4/5
Location
- 1/5
Room was not as described in Expedia. The hotel only shows pictures of remodeled rooms. Once you arrive they give you a room that is not as shown on the pictures. Overpriced rooms for sure.
- 5/5
The room was larger than your average hotel room. It also had a mini fridge which was perfectly convenient to keep our beverages cool. There’s also a small area if you needed to set up a playpen for your kids without making the room feel overly crowded! Walking distance to Disneyland. Probably closer than parking at Mickey and friends! We plan to stay here again in the near future.
- 5/5
Staff were friendly. They healed our luggage while we went to the park.
- 5/5
Yes
- 5/5
Fast and friendly checking. Had a relaxed stay.
- 4/5
Closeness to Disneyland
- 5/5
Great rooms, clean and spotless, checking in and out was seamless
- 5/5
We arrived a bit early and the room was ready; clean, comfortable and everything worked properly. Nice to have a refrig, microwave and coffee maker in the room. Plenty of towels. We used the hot tub twice; great after walking all day at Disneyland! Pool area was attractive; hot tub great and there were plenty of clean pool towels there. The property is a very easy walk to Disneyland. All the staff were friendly and efficient. We would definitely stay here again!
- 5/5
Right across the street from Disneyland. Great location!
- 5/5
The room was clean and well kept! The staff was wonderfully helpful, kind, and efficient! And the area was perfectly walkable (even in heels)!
- 4/5
The room was clean and well maintained aside from a horrible mildew smell coming from the air conditioning unit everytime the fans kicked on. Luckily it is winter and we were able to just turn it off. Super walkable location into the parks and downtown disney. There's also so many restaurants nearby for food Staff up front was pleasant and valet guy was knowledgeable. Would stay here again but heads up for families with disabilities, disabled parking is limited and tight for accessibility unless you're lucky enough to get one right outside your room.
- 3/5
The room was nice. Staff was pleasant. But I’m trying to understand why a hotel across the street from Disneyland’s, knowing they’re open until 11pm, would close the rooftop bar and restaurant. The only reason we stayed there was for that purpose. We watched the fireworks at Disneyland then went to the hotel for a nightcap and the bar was closed by 10pm.
- 5/5
Nice hotel
- 5/5
Hot tub was great
- 4/5
Close to the park and restaurants
- 4/5
The staff was wonderful, the location is so close to Disneyland making it very convenient when walking to the park.
- 2/5
The room was basic but clean and staff were friendly. Parking is tight. Huge trucks parking in tight spaces. No breakfast and or any other comps. For the price we paid not worth it.
- 4/5
Location great but rooms quite old and drab.
- 4/5
Clean room and spacious. Close to the parks.
- 4/5
Staff was great and location was great
- 5/5
Made love every night
- 5/5
Clean room, friendly staff, excellent location for access to Disneyland parks
- 5/5
Love it
- 5/5
They provided clean towels and took out trash daily. Rooms were clean. Could have used a spare blanket in the closet
- 4/5
The room was clean, and the area was safe and aneasyvwalk to Disneyland. Would recommend for location. Could not take advantage of the onsite restaurant because of a private party being held there. Hotels.com and Grand Legecy did not communicate well, I booked two eooms on the same reservation but was a hassel getting checked in if you add more than one name on Hotels.com because the reservation was not linked when we got there and our rooms were almost 3 floors away evern when I messaged the hotel ahead of time. Brcause of the mixup, only one of our room got daily housekeeping.
- 5/5
The room was spotless and they provided us with a crib.
- 5/5
Great location
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Yes the rooms were clean and the staff was grest. Plus it made it evenbetter we were in walking distance to Disneyland.
- 2/5
Definitely not worth the price. We were assigned the absolutely furthest room away by the maintenance room. Around 7am they were going in and out woke us up. I get you got work to do but people are there to sleep.
- 5/5
Great stay. Close to Disney
- 5/5
Was great
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff were friendly.
- 4/5
Amenities. Nice staff. Loved the close location to Disneyland. And the little market.
- 3/5
Room needs upgrade. It is tiny and out of date. We left a night early due to this and other issues. Convenient location but probably won’t stay there again. Did not ask for room service yet when we returned there was clean towels left on the bed and the bathroom stunk like someone had just used it. The sink also had what looked like to be vomit in it.
- 5/5
Clean and staff was very courteous
- 5/5
The room was great and clean. The staff also let us check in 1 hour earlier so that was great as well
- 4/5
room was clean. bed comfortable.
- 3/5
Room was in decent shape. Biggest problem was the lack of countertop space in the bathroom.
- 4/5
Room was clean. The bed was very comfortable. We slept well.
- 1/5
Room had bugs in sink bathroom
- 5/5
Great location.
- 4/5
Greeted with balloons and a basket of goodies for my birthday!
- 3/5
The room lacked sound proofing. The adjoining room access allowed us to hear the everything the young, loud, neighboring family had to say. Ok during the day, but not cool at 0100 in the morning.
- 5/5
Really nice rooms! Spacious, clean, lots of pillows and towels
- 2/5
PROS: Refrigerator and microwave in the room. For those needing an accessible room, the bathroom is very spacious. Safety railings in the shower and on the wall near the toilet. Foldable seat in the shower as well as two different shower heads. A short walk to the DL entrance on Harbor side. The room was clean and they gave us more than enough towels.
- 4/5
Very clean size of room was great. Also a very big plus for me supper close to the entrance of the them parks. However the man with the speaker st 7 in the morning was not pleasant other than that had a wonderful time and stay. Will book again
- 5/5
The room has everything you need, a fridge and microwave, very convenient, and best of all, it's only a 5-minute walk to the park entrance gate!
- 5/5
Convinient, clean, friendly staff. Thanks!
- 2/5
When we checked in we were NOT told that we would be below the night club that was happening. We had to take my daughter to the emergency room and came back to listen to the room vibrating with music. It was AWFUL and don't know why they would put any families next to that noise!
- 3/5
10/10! You can walk to Disneyland in 10 minutes. However, that's where the the good review ends. The room was so tiny, we had to turn sideways, and squeeze by our beds to "access" the tiny bathroom. I'm not even sure how this is up to current "code". The carpet was old and gross. The entire property was old and gross. The tv was tiny. The air conditioning unit, same, old and gross! It felt like a 2 star motel, at best.
- 5/5
Absolutely perfect for what we were looking for
- 5/5
Room was great, I was able to park there before checkin. Easy and fast checkin. There is a scooter rental on the Main Street, which made it easy to pick up.
- 1/5
The staff is immature. Guided us to a elevator that didn’t work, then come inside and says out of order tell the receptionist didn’t you say this elevator did not respond had someone else say you can use the stairs as we were going outside I hear them laughing and say classic. Keep in mind it was just us in the lobby.
- 4/5
Great way to communicate via text message. Staff was courteous.
- 4/5
Needs more lights.
- 4/5
Clean room, they had a little surprise for our anniversary, the only issue was where our room was located, were saved spaces for the rooftop restaurants valet parking, which meant we could not park near our room. We had two cars and were charged $50.00 to park. Thankfully we only stayed one night otherwise that would have been quite a hit.
- 5/5
Clean, easy check in, perfect location! Plus close to food.
- 4/5
Room was clean!
- 4/5
Room was comfortable and clean. Very convenient location for our Disney vacation.
- 3/5
Extremely loud. Cannot sleep.
- 5/5
10/10 for this place!
- 1/5
Employees block the parking sport with white cones so they can park their vehicle that meaning they park in front of guests room and make noise too early in the morning.
- 5/5
Super convenient to Disneyland! Room was clean and spacious
- 5/5
Great Value.
- 5/5
Great locaton
- 5/5
The location was just a short walk from the Disneyland entrance, and there were plenty of good dining options nearby. The small pool was a nice bonus and worked well for both kids and adults
- 4/5
At the end of the day it’s clean and comfy enough after a full day at Disney
- 3/5
Our room was older and beds were very hard very little pillow top. Pillows are hard compressed polyester. We travel a lot and have stayed in low end and high end hotels. This hotel did however reflect the price which was lower than its competitors next door. Great walking location to Disneyland main gate entrance on Harbour Blvd. The Fifth restaurant was good and had good value/happy hour specials. We requested a rollaway bed 2 months prior to arrival and at check in. Bed was never delivered even after calling about it several times and it being promised it was “on the way”. I ended up finding one and taking matters into my own hands and taking one from the end of the hallway. It would have never been delivered. This hotel needs more staff and more rollaway beds. Simple upgrades will slowly bring this hotel to better consistent reviews.
- 4/5
Close to Disneyland. Check in and check out was quick and easy. Nice staff. Clean. Will come back again.
- 5/5
Nice room, clean, comfy beds. Low water pressure in the bathroom. Very close to the main gate.
- 5/5
The room itself was actually pretty nice. I love how close it is to Disney park. Parking wasn’t the easiest but we still found a spot. The staff was friendly.
- 5/5
The hotel room itself is a typical clean motel style hotel room (outer door facing outdoors not a hallway). Small coffee maker, mini room refrigerator, and microwave are standard features. $20 per DAY parking fee with only ONE vehicle per room allowed. The outdated web reviews mention breakfast included, however, there is NO breakfast offered. When we arrived fresh popcorn was popping in the lobby with free cold water and fruit enhanced water available. The convenience of their location, literally 5 minute walk to the entrance of both parks and Downtown Disney, makes this hotel a hit. Right next door is a pizza place and Boba tea, Tony Romas (where we ate 5☆'s) and Denny's. A little farther down within short walking distance is an IHOP, Cold Stone, and few other restaurants. A short drive down the street you have a shoe store and a Walmart neighborhood market should you wish to stock your room, as the pricing inside the park is astronomical. Yes, I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Room was great and so were the staff
- 4/5
Yes very couteous, but housekeeping wasnt very courteous.
- 3/5
The rooms are DATED, the beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the pillows also. Hard as hell, and apparently this MOTEL doesn't clean your room, make your bed, or bring you towels unless you ASK. The only good thing was the closeness to the Disney entrance. That being said, there are about 10 different hotels that are the same distance, so I would not stay here ever again.
- 3/5
Very run down! The hotel doesn't make the room up unless you specifically ask for it each day. Staff was not friendly.
- 5/5
Definitely staying here again.
- 2/5
The room we got was located next to the cleaning supply area, resulting in constant noise and loud staff in the hallways. On top of that, a strong sewage smell occasionally wafted from the sinks, making the room feel a bit unclean and uncomfortable. The location is the only real positive, but for us it wasn't enough to compensate for the rest.
- 5/5
The rooms were amazing very clean very comfortable and super close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Great location, room was ok. Mini refrigerator was so loud and we could hear the people in the next room.
- 3/5
The tub is HUGE but the hot water ran out before the tub was filled. The rooms are small. Yes, i know many are headed to disney but i like to have somewhere to chill and we're a family of 4, 3 full sized ppl. The sink in the bathtoom smelled like sewage. Every time someone turned it on, it smelled up the whole tiny bathroom and room! Disgusting! Beds were comfy but i dreaded washing my hands!
- 5/5
The beds and pillows could be updated/more comfortable but everything else was great. Staff was very friendly.
- 5/5
Clean room
- 5/5
Room was very clean and staff was always pleasant and helpful
- 3/5
Close to Disney but compared to the others around at a lower price bed was very uncomfortable. Stayed at the back of the property and there is music going everynught till 2am from the business behind the hotel so very hard to sleep with the music going all night
- 5/5
The room was perfect, staff was friendly. So glad I was able to surprise my boyfriend with this hotel. Can’t wait for our next Disney trip.
- 5/5
Clean room!
- 4/5
Room was clean, super close to the park, pool is great. Two Queen size beds is a bonus!
- 5/5
The room was perfect for 2 people. The beds are on the med side. The pillows were the best, JUST right. The only thing I wish they had were USB outlets. They do have 2 normal outlets built into the bedside lamp which is fine, but everything is USB now, we just need more plugs. (Yes, I do travel with the appropriate amount of electronic charging accessories)
- 5/5
Very nice staff , rooms are clean and the proximity to Disneyland is the A plus
- 4/5
We slept well every night, but did notice that you can hear everything next door and outside. This only happened on our departure day. I am also confused if we actually got the room we reserved? It was pretty basic for a room described as premium. But overall I would stay there again.
- 5/5
Always love Grand Legacy. Spacious rooms and bathroom, double sinks.
- 5/5
The room was clean and spacious plus it's located right across the street from Disney, saving precious steps for your day at the park.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great service, and everything seems very clean.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay here , staff was helpful and polite rooms were good sized and seemed cleaned. A little dated but overall nice.
- 3/5
I thought it was a bit overpriced for such a basic room. And housekeeping vacuumed the room right above us both nights after 10 PM.
- 4/5
We arrived early morning and after going into the lobby we were given a parking pass. Returned to check in a little early and room was available. All excellent! Arriving to our room it was stuffy, and and moldy smelling. Carpet felt damp. AC wasn't the best but cooled down.my fault for not telling the staff about the smell before we left but did while checking out. Not a bad place at all ! We'd probably stay there again. Staff was pleasant. Very close walk to the Disney resort
- 4/5
Overall
- 4/5
Clean rooms
- 5/5
Very clean and quiet. The location was perfect. Disneyland was just a short walk away.
- 5/5
Room was clean, very convenient to Disneyland entrance. After we departed, we realized my wife had dropped some things and were kicked under the bed. The hotel was great to go in, search the room, find our things, and return them to us. Great staff!
- 5/5
Rooms are very clean and staff is very nice! Excellent location across the street from Disneyland!
- 3/5
Shower pressure not too good..they didnt even came by to clean are room
- 5/5
Easy parking access Close enough to walk and quiet enough for resting.
- 3/5
Reserved and paid for room for 5 (it was an extra charge). Checkin staff gave us room for 4. I inquired if there was a couch and they only seemed confused. I asked if a rollaway would be provided. They said they had limited rollaways and could not guarantee it. The room once viewed was too small for a rollaway. Also, parking was available for one car per room and they charge for it. Be warned.
- 4/5
To be honest, this stay was good but disappointing. I saved my pretty pennies to stay at Grand Legacy and was expecting something a little more grand for the cost of the stay. It was noisy, not as new as the pictures suggest, and we had an issue with no hot water for a little bit. To be fair, the staff were nice and took care of the hot water issue very quickly. But you honestly pay for the close proximity to the park and not the rooms. In hindsight, I would have saved my money to stay at somewhere nicer and just paid for a shuttle. There’s no complimentary breakfast so that’s an added expense that could have been saved if we stayed at a different hotel. It was still a good hotel but I probably won’t ever stay here again.
- 2/5
Front desk clerk was rude when we checked in. Room is less than desirable and smells like mildew. Bed was ok though.
- 4/5
Clean room, quiet, friendly staff and close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Comfortable
- 5/5
Room was very clean and hotel 5-10 minute walk from Disneyland.
- 4/5
My bed was very comfortable. The hotel was quiet and peaceful. The staff was friendly and the geounds were clean
- 5/5
Always an easy check in, clean room and close to Disney. Have stayed her multiple times and never disappointed.
- 4/5
Only downfall, room is a bit small, but that is all.
- 4/5
The room smelled musty when we got into the room. The bathroom is really small considering you are able to have four people in the room. The walk to Disney was short so great location. Bed was comfortable and the staff was nice.
- 5/5
Nice clean room. Close to Disneyland main gate. Courteous, professional staff and easy check-in. A win-win all the way around.
- 5/5
Great place! Excellent in all ways. Could use a place or two for swing in food right near the hotel.
- 5/5
The staff was super friendly & when we checked in & told them that we were both celebrating birthdays, there was a cute little gift basket on one of the beds in the room along with a balloon bouquet. The rooms were quiet &clean and perfect walking distance to Disneyland.distance to Disney
- 4/5
There was some issues with the air conditioning but they were able to get them fixed pretty quickly. The room was spacious and clean and not to far from the parks.
- 5/5
The drink vending machines are always empty and that is inconvenient. I requested first floor and did it get it. But it turned out okay.
- 1/5
The hallway and lower level smelled like garbage. The pillows were hard like rocks. The door to the bathroom was very strange with weird lock, as a result, the door never completely closed. The description of the room, two rooms with a separate living room was misleading. It was one bedroom with a living room. But the WORST was a disco on the 5th Floor while we stayed on the 4th floor. The noise was UNBEARABLE!
- 3/5
When I chose to use Expedia, I carefully picked the room type ( Luxury @$271.20 per nite) and location (close to front of hotel, bad knee) after careful review of the offered rooms. Somehow, what was booked by Expedia was not the room I was looking at on the Expedia site. I did not notice on the booking reciept it said " Luxury Plus " when the room I had selected was a " Luxury " room. I dont know how that happeded. I explained to the admitting staff, but was told they only had this Luxury Plus room left, at the very back of the hotel , with the longest walk possible. Hotel itself was great for what we wanted, but the type of room confusion was not appreciated, Especially when I discovered the room rates were only $16.00 more at the hotel as thru Expedia. I recommend you carefully examine all related documents when booking !
- 4/5
Great location!
- 4/5
Clean room, friendly staff
- 5/5
Everything was amazing and the short walk to the park was so helpful. This will be our go to hotel from here on out.
- 3/5
The room smelled and there is limited counter space.
- 5/5
Everything was great. It was close to Disneyland and our room was very clean.
- 5/5
Clean, comfortable place to stay. Great food options nearby, and a < 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Can’t beat the location of your going to Disneyland. Fifth Rooftop Restaurant and bar was super cool. View of California Adventure was great. Food was a little hit or miss. Rooms were fine but would have been nice to have a sofa or reading chair. No chair was hard back. Also water pressure was a little low in the shower. Popcorn and Champaign in the lobby was a nice touch.
- 5/5
Went to hang out in san diego was a good place to stay.
- 5/5
Room was great, could have probably vacuumed but it was very clean. Staff was super nice had no issues. Room was a little loud but we were also on the bottom floor. Felt secure the entire time. Easy walk to Disney! Would stay again!
- 5/5
It was close to Disney and restaurants
- 5/5
Great stay, close to the park:
- 2/5
I am not one to complain my wife went through the tire room and cleaned
- 3/5
Great location, very basic and old hotel room
- 5/5
Great value
- 5/5
Clean.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, staff was so friendly and went above and beyond to make my daughter’s birthday special. Location was great
- 3/5
The hotel was okay but having a lack of free continental breakfast for families is a missed opportunity. Also it’s to noisy. I was woke up every night from 12 AM to 3 AM and again at 6AM because you can hear every small noise and person talking.
- 4/5
Average rooms clean having the night club up stairs sucked
- 5/5
Amazing would stay again
- 4/5
Staff was friendly and helpful.
