The hotel is in a busy area and run down. While checking in I wasn’t sure I wanted to stay there but we were traveling with friends and arrived first so I completed the check in. However when I got to the room the carpet looked worn and somewhat dirty. I took a look at the bed and at first glance it appeared clean. But then I noticed two black insects crawling. They weren’t bed bugs but tiny with wings. And hair strands on the white coverlet. I took a video and showed to the receptionist and checked out with a full refund! For 4 tired travelers this was a very bad experience.

Quiet and clean. The AC unit needs replaced. Sometimes smell was of smoke or mold? Temperature was hard to regulate. Local TV channels weren't available. Breakfast was OK. 1st night we had to ask for towels. Staff was pleasant.

Got charged twice for about $600 each time after prepaying with booking. Lady at check in wasn’t very bright and said she refunded the initial payment which I still have not received. I brought the situation up to a manager and still nothing has been done.

The breakfast room was large with lots of options. The counters in the bathroom were spacious, very nice. There was lots of noise from the freeway. The room was a bit tight for 4 people. There were lots of rooms in the hotel. We were on the 4th floor. When we checked in, we were told we got the last room. She said they overbooked. I would have been very disappointed to not get a room when I had booked it months in advance. A reservation is a reservation!

The only thing we were really happy with about the hotel was the location. My family was on vacation and we did not want to have to drive too far out to Disneyland. It was a short twenty minute drive each time which was very nice. The breakfast was okay nothing too fancy but not poor either. I wish they had more options for protein other than eggs and sausage. They did have plenty of other stuff like yogurt, fresh fruit, bagels, waffles, and cereal. If your little ones aren’t too picky then you’ll find the selection more than enough. Our biggest concern/issue was our room. We booked one room with one queen bed and a sofa bed. The pullout bed barely fit my 12 year old daughter and the mattress was paper thin we could already see the springs of the mattress. I’m not sure if they just did not have time to throughly clean our room or if they did not bother but the sheets on our queen bed were stained and smelled of sweat. The whole room reeked of mildew and seemed as if it had barely been given a dust down. Very disappointed for the price we paid, which was $400 for two nights.

Modern, Clean, Sharp Property. Hotel desk, staff were very courteous and helpful. Some of the custodial staff and MAINTENANCE staff acted like they could care less about the people staying there. They were noisy and constantly banging their equipment into things and against walls and doors. Acted like they didn’t want to be there. Blocking walkways and didn’t bother to allow space for people trying to get to their rooms at times.

My husband is disabled so we requested a handicap accessible room. The room we were assigned had a whirlpool tub with a drain stopper that didn't work. No problem since he couldn't use the whirlpools but stepping over the tub side was difficult for him. Handicap accessibility is better achieved with a walk-in shower. The tub did have grab bars which helped.

The staff treated you like you were as important to them as the richest people ever (we're NOT rich, at all). The breakfast was top notch! The hot tub was operational and the perfect temperature. There must have been winds the earlier in the day or the day before as there were plant 'floaties' in the pool! Life happens!

Staff was very responsive and pleasant to requests. Lots of good hot coffee in the breakfast room. The property location is very convenient to the 91 fwy and a good strip mall, but makes for road noise. The elevators are rather slow and are used by the housekeeping service with large carts, as well as guests. Better for me to take the stairs anyway!

The parking lot needs to be repaved. More luggage carts.

A great value for the cost. Check in was easy and all the staff were always very courteous. The facility itself is a little dated but our room was cleaned well. We had a quiet stay, hot breakfast every morning, and plenty of other amenities we could have utilized. The hotel itself was located behind a strip of stores. Many things we wanted or needed were a walk away. We booked for an event at the Anaheim Convention Center and the drive was not bad at all. I would definitely stay here again, given the choice!

The breakfast was good. Breakfast burrito bar and oatmeal. Staff was very nice. Although they said they upgraded my long bed to 2 queens; is that really an upgrade? At any rate it was nice. And I’ll definitely be back.

My room was exceptionally clean and quiet! Parking was great and was easy access to my room which was very important to me being a single senior traveling alone. The staff were so friendly and welcoming and had great attitudes. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and I will definitely be back.

Great property, great stay! The freeway was right outside our door, but we didn’t hear a thing. The only issue is that the room said it would accommodate 6, but there were only 2 queen beds, no pull-out sofa. The room was pretty tight with the beds with four people, I’m not sure why they thought it would accommodate six. We had to send two people from our party home to sleep, it’s a good thing we were local.

For $150/night I thought i was getting a better room to be honest. This felt more like a $60 room. Just gross and ridiculously overpriced for what it is. Nasty . I can’t quote the big bites but my legs are now riddled with Bites and they weren’t before the stay.

The location was nice since it is surrounded by restaurants. The pool wasn’t anything like the photos.

The room was full of mold and smelled horrible. The bathroom was so strong with bleach that it made our eyes burn every time we went in there. Blood on the sheets on the first day. Brown stains on 3-4 towels on the first day. The hotel didnt seem to care when we discussed what happened. When going to breakfast in the morning homeless people came in, were begging for money and just helped theirselves to the breakfast buffett. There were multiple people in the lobby complaining about their rooms as well and how horrible it was. When I opened the microwave to heat up some leftover food, there was a bug inside the microwave alive and it seemed like it had not been cleaned for awhile. They never replaced our bags to get Ice. There were people yelling throughout the night almost everynight as well. It was in a great location as it was close to shopping and restaurants but this hotel should not be allowed to carry the Marriott name. I am a platinum Elite Marriott's member and I have never seen such a disgusting property from Marriott.

The room was clean and it was mostly quiet. Saturday night was quite loud though and I called the front desk. People were constantly stomping by my room until after midnight and there was a party near the elevator until about 11. The rollaway bed couldn’t support my 120 pound body after others much heavier I guess

The breakfast was good. However, the eggs were cold every day of our stay. Hot plates were set to medium, but eggs still cold. No microwave observed to heat them up. But overall stay was excellent

Conveniently tucked behind a shopping center. Surround by many food options. About an hour drive to most attractions in downtown LA. Our flight was delayed and we checked in really late around 1am and it was not an issue. Although I'm sure this will be resolved shortly, there was some construction happening everyday in the parking lot. Parking stalls are narrow.

I really liked the hotel overall. The location is excellent and perfect for walking, with plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, parks, and even an LA Fitness right next door, which I loved. It is also very well located for those visiting Disneyland and Disney California Adventure, as both parks are just a short distance away. The hotel looks great overall, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better. Overall, I really liked everything. The only minor issue was that the room sometimes had a slightly unusual smell upon entering. I’m not entirely sure where it came from, possibly the bathroom. It wasn’t unpleasant, but it wasn’t particularly fresh either. Perhaps adding something to maintain a consistently fresh scent in the room would enhance the experience. Other than that, everything was very clean.

This is an older property so there is a faint smell of mildew. Half of the rooms are facing the highway so there will be some noise.The staff and breakfast are excellent so that is good.

This is more of a motel than a hotel. Everything is rundown. The staff is mediocre when you can even find them. The pictures are very deceiving. I thought I was staying in a nice Marriott, but this was more like a Motel 6 at best.

Check in was a little delayed due to availability, wish I could have checked in on time.

Upon arrival, receptionist was very nice smiles help me and check me in and give me what I wanted. Thank you so much.

Nice room and comfortable. We enjoyed our jetted tub. As of the min. We tried checking in the lady at the desk was very rude no smile. when asked about our reservation the receptionist denied that we had one. Instead of checking if it reservation might be under first name or last name first since we used a third party. After retrieving our reservation We were then informed rooms are only cleaned every other day wich I find very odd. Then as I was sitting on the toilet I was bit by a bug that had fallen out of shower curtain. After informing the front desk of the issue with pics. And video of the bug and where I was bit at. The receptionist then advised me that it would be passed to a supervisor. As i stepped aside for another guest to check out he was also comolaing of issue he had with his room with the shower curtain and tub draing issues. An hour or so passed when there was a knock on the door and it was 2 maids. They asked me what type of bug it was that bit me. I showed the video of the bug the video shows the bug as it was crawling on the floor after I knocked off myself after being bit with a pic. Of the spot I was bit. After another hour I was then called up to the front desk where I was asked to speak to a supervisor after a rude conversation that went no where I was then passed on to a manager that again with another conversation that also went no where. It ended up with the Manager asking me for proof to be sent to managers email in wich I am still waiting for some type of outcome. Check out time is 12:00 noon and as off 11:30 when removing property to transfer in to my vehicle I then returned to find my key fob had been de activated. Breakfast is supposed to be from 6 to 9 a.m. by 8:30 what food that been pre prepared was very un appealing and other guest were upset to find no food before 9 a.m The staff in Breakfast are were also rude and not friendly.

The room was clean and well equipped. Bathroom was nice and clean but the available free space in a double queen room is lacking a little. There was just about enough room for the beds and the desk I would have loved just a little bit more free space. Seeing as though we were using it to get ready for my cousins wedding there was hardly room for me and my moms luggage and dresses.

We didn't get an internet password (most places we've stayed give that info upfront). So we had to figure it out on the tv screen, which is not user friendly. The room had been renovated which was nice however we weren't told that there'd not be room service. Had we known that, we might not have placed some towels on the floor. Parking is a problem as well. Breakfast offered was good and the attendants were wonderful.

My room was not serviced. I was told the day after, the cleaning service is every other day, and because I only had a two-day stay, I was not entitled to room cleaning services. I needed towels and had to go to the front desk to pick them up. I would have liked to be told this when I checked in.

This hotel had good ratings so we tried it for a trip to the area. We didn't get the type of room we reserved and were given an accessible room and it was not a very welcoming environment. Parking was very packed. It was a bare bones experience. I don’t plan to stay here again.

We checked in for 3 nights into a King and sofa bed. My parents were with me and I made the reservation online the day before for 3 people. When I arrived at 7pm they did not have bedding for the sofa and was told I would receive it by 10pm when security came on duty. After explaining I just took a nine hour drive to get there I consented to 10 pm because they gave me no choice. I called again at 10:15 and was told it would be a few minutes. I went into the lobby at 10:30 and was told it would be a few minutes. I called at 10:45 and was told it would be a few minutes. I questioned how long is a few minutes. The guy wouldn’t specify and obviously didn’t care. I received the bedding at 11pm after my parents had gone to sleep and after a 17 hour day. The rest of the stay was perfect. No complaints after I was able to finally get some rest.

Staff was very helpful and very nice.

Line of police cars out back was unexpected and full of excitement.

Be aware of the location and the driving that you'll have to do if you want to spend time near the tourist attractions or the beach (traffic makes the drive a little longer than expected). Breakfast was ok, but there was not much variety from one day to the next.

Rooms on the first floor are noisy. Loud door slams that shake the walls and you will hear people walking above you. The carpet feels wet because the wall a/c makes the room very humid. They have the light/fan turned on in the bathroom when you check in but it doesn't really help. It constantly feels wet. This time the room smelled terrible. It was the mattress and pillows. They smelled like weed...so it smelled like a skunk. The microwave turned on but it did not cook or heat up anything . The worker at the front desk, no visible name tag so I have to describe him. Very skinny, hair in a ponytail and fingernails with black polish lied to me. I told him (?) at 10:30 am I wanted to change rooms and explained why. He said he would call me when a new room was available. At 2:00 he called and said that I would have to stay in the room that smelled like a skunk and a microwave that didn't work. I packed and left. I had a terrible headache from the stink and couldn't get away fast enough. Supposedly this is a Marriott Property but it's not at all up to the Marriott standard. I think the workers are Indian. I will never stay here again.

The room was clean. The breakfast was good. The staff were friendly.

My only complaint would be the bed. It was hard and these old bones can't take it anymore. But other then that I would have to recommend it.

The bathroom was not cleaned and shower drain was clogged. The a/c never turned off so it was super cold. The rooms were small. The noise level was terrible. People above us were running and jumping until 1 am. Never had breakfast since it was served at 7am when most places start 6-630am. Will never stay here again. Felt like a motel 6

The street is on the back side of a strip mall. So you see the backs of businesses on one side or a freeway wall on the other.

Convenient location in safe area. Close to freeway but rooms are well insulated from noise. Breakfast is good. Same selections every day for a week was a little redundant. But there are walkable food options close by. Pictures online are better than what the property looks like in person. The pool is a lot smaller than it looks like and is old and not that clean.

Best place in this area

I have stayed at this hotel several times over the past few years and received excellent service each time. The rooms were clean; the internet service was top notch and management and staff were professional and courteous.

Great place for a family reunion.

Great for quick access to visit friends in the area. The beds and pillows where super comfy. Nice fridge and a decent amount of space in the room. It’s a teeny bit dated with minor maintenance issues (towel hook detached, finicky bathroom lock), but over clean and comfy. There was also a lot of freeway noise on the side we were on. Didn’t bother us at all, but I know some people might not like this. Breakfast was good too.

My accommodation were, adequate, only because I was expecting 2 queen beds instead I received 2 full sized bed instead. Perhaps when they say you should receive queen beds they should provide them for you. Luckily for me I was only staying for the night before attending a funeral.

Basic hotel with comfortable beds and a good breakfast. But, also walkable to Starbucks and Corner Bakery. The hotel is right beside a highway, but I didn't notice noise inside the room. However hate that they don't have in room safe.

The room was roomy but somewhat rundown. Has a damp smell. After use, towels never really got dry again. On the plus side, despite a number of youth sports teams also staying at the hotel, it was very quiet and the room darkening blinds were great! Bed was very comfortable too.

Property was extremely close to the freeway and a little loud for what I’m used to. If you’re used to the city, it probably won’t bother you. Otherwise, the stay was excellent!! Washer and dryer on property was convenient ($4/each). The pool and hot tub were nice. Rooms and property were clean. Great free breakfast every morning! I have already recommended this property to friends and family.

The room we got had a smell. It is very noisy next to the freeway. Couldn’t sleep felt so itchy idk if there was bed bugs. It was not a pleasant sleep for sure. We were not given some earplugs. The tub had mold on it and just didn’t give a pleasant look. The area where it was located seemed safe. However next to the freeway was noisy at night. The breakfast was decent. The staff at breakfast was nice. I would probably not stay there again.

Our room was not ready at 3:35 even though check in was at 3pm. We had to wait another 10 minutes to get our room. Then our restroom was broken and wasn’t flushing properly. The utility person was literally trying to fix the restroom as my daughter was getting ready for prom. Also the front desk personnel was not very pleasant at check in. My daughter ended up being a bit late to her destination with all the extra unforeseen things happening. First time staying here but probably the last.

We love the look, cleanliness, location, quality of breakfast is great, bed is very comfortable and had a good night sleep. And we also enjoy the mountain view in our room, plus it is so near to nearby stores and everything. The staff is great as well. Seldom do I give excellent reviews but this hotel deserves a 5 star review.

We also managed to walk over to the stripmall next door and have a terrific meal at Reunion. Even though our room overlooked 55, the rooms were soundproof enough we did not hear anything.

Property Was ok, on the last day while coming back from breakfast the door lock malfunctioned for an hour and I wasn’t compensated for this inconvenience

It was very run down both in the room as well as amenities

it was ok, but the 1st room we got smells like marijuana, so we ask to get a different room , and we got it, but on the front window was noise where people walk by in and out , not coming back here, sorry.

Stay was nice except there was not anyone around at the front desk to talk to on Saturday and Sunday morning. Out rooms were not cleaned on Saturday and we were not sure why.

I want to start off by how unfriendly the staff was. When I entered the room I was assigned the TV was broken it had a black line across the screen top half was purple in color and the bottom half was normal color. The image was twitching. I called the front desk and they started questioning my complaint. She told me she would send maintenance. After almost 2 hour wait no one came. I called front desk again and they send maintenance within 5 minutes. Maintenance told me he would switch us rooms since TV was broken. He left and I never heard from him or anyone from the front desk. Next morning I went straight to front desk to complain. She apologized for not getting back to me and told me the maintenance did tell her the TV was operating I told her it was not and explained everything again she put me in a different room. That same day I was ready to leave and noticed the lock on the door of the room she put me in was not working. The room was not locking and call them again. Maintenance manager came and saw the issue and told me he would need to change the whole lock. I have never experienced such service like I did here. I would rate this place a 3/10 I will not be returning again

Very friendly staff, the rooms were nicely appointed and clean, and the breakfast was above average. Very good value!

The property was in poor conditions. Our room toilet wouldn’t flush. One of the queen size beds the sheets were dirty. Talk to the staff in the morning and pretty much said they couldn’t do anything because I booked with a third party. Will never book here again!

This inn is a basic room that does the job for a short stay. The area is really nice but the room is super basic.

Great for business or pleasure. Rooms are quiet. Parking is good. Breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, toast, cereal, oatmeal, juices, coffee.
