Free parking, close to Disneyland to walk or walk across the street to Toy Story parking lot. Close to places to eat and market with in walking distance. Good price, had a kitchenette with full size fridge and stove, pool. No breakfast, people hanging out at the pool smoking Tobacco and marijuana not using pool access to swim when other people wanted to use pool access to swim. pool not cleaned with good chemicals, clogged toilet, no coffee pot in room, no blow dryer, huge cockroach in bathroom, wifi was in and out, towels were not available when asked. Asked twice throughout day still not available. No room service. Elevator floors were dirty.

The hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but in reality only tea and coffee were provided. No proper breakfast was served, which was very disappointing. The hotel advertised that breakfast was included, but in reality only tea and coffee were provided. No proper breakfast was served, which was very disappointing. The room also had a kitchen, but it was completely unequipped. There were no utensils, plates, glasses, spoons, cookware, or any other basic kitchen items available. Only the kitchen cabinets were present, making the kitchen unusable. The facilities provided did not match the description advertised by the hotel. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience and poor value for money.”**

The room was not like the photos; the temperature control was horrible - either freezing or hot, and the vent in the bathroom wouldn't stop buzzing even when not on. It was old and dirty, unlike the photos

Parking was free (also free breakfast but I did not eat it) and we had a little kitchenette in our room with a full size fridge. The room was a little worn down but we were comfortable and felt safe for the most part. There was a very strange smell in our room and we didn’t know if it was from cleaner or from the pets before. Regardless, we got what we paid for and might stay here again.

Room was bare bones. No blow dryer or little bottle of shampoo and conditioner. I called about the hair dryer and had to go get it down at the front desk. Just seems like for $160/day it could have been better. Bathroom seemed gross. Nothing really looked clean. Motel 6 would have seem nicer and that’s says a lot.

The location was great It was so dirty, the beds were uncomfortable. The bath tub was dirty, the bathroom vanity had hair all over it. There was no iron available. No shampoo, just a weak bar of soap that leaves your skin dry as heck. Says there’s breakfast included but it’s only coffee and protein bars. Also we all came out with bug bites even tho the beds looked decent.

Close to disneyland. Comfortable beds. I have never stayed at an Extended Stay but it is not a hotel. You have a kitchenette but you have to get all utensils and cookware for a cost. They will clean your room for an additional fee. Our bathtub was dirty. The laundry room floor and the elevator area floors were dirty. Getting employees at the desk was difficult for check in and check out. I have never given a bad review to any hotel, this is a first.

The extended stay was a great stay. Very clean room and very comfy pillows. The best part was being able to have our fur babies there with us. Great having a kitchen very clean and worked good. The staffs Gabriel, Annellie and Will were all great very welcoming.
- 1/5
We found a dead bug in our bed. The room was unclean. And I’m waiting to see if I receive a refund. There was also pet hair under the bed. As well as a mildew smell in the entire room.
- 1/5
Hotel room given was not cleaned when we did checkin and upon request they again made us wait for 20 mins to clean and issue the room. No breakfast served except muffins which are terrible and coffee which was brewed 2 days back. Never going to this hotel again
- 1.5/5
Good WiFi and float to garden walk. Smelt funny, the free breakfast was nutritious-grain bars, muffins and coffee which were all gone most of the time. The whole place smelt of weed and work going on outside which was loud. No one cleaned our room in the 5 days we were staying there. The receptionists weren’t helpful when asked a questions and couldn’t be bothered. I would not recommend staying here.

Snotty staff, morning coffee was gone by 8 00 am, muffins were cold, to many dogs in the hotel, people smoking weed in the room, then they dropped my reservation and had to go to another place. A much better place. What else can I say ?

Some of the staff there where okay and the location but there'd be days where I feel like staff really wasn't on top of things like help with more linens and wish everything was much cleaner. The fact that they don't have housekeeping on the daily basis and housekeeping was just not really as helpful. As they should I felt like I had to do everything myself like ask front desk for toiletries and towels which I felt like they where bothered every time I asked and sometimes didn't have it when I would ask. And not to mention a little to expensive for such cheap breakfast.

I purposely booked this room for the studio feature of the room. Having a 1 year old, a working refrigerator is essential as he needs to have milk as part of his nutrition. The fridge was broken during our stay…when reported tos gaff we were told “it’s fine.” The refrigerator was not getting cold causing not only the milk but all of our food to go bad. It was extremely disappointing.

Dirty toom, counters, bathrooms, my blankets had stains and to top it off there was abondoned dogs in the next room that they didn know what time the pound was picking up it was 9:00 pm

Location was close to Disneyland and to the shuttle parking lot as well. Parking is free Was not that clean, when we got into the room we had to request new bedding because it was not clean. They only had one housekeeper. The person working front desk was doing housekeeping and other duties due to short on staff. People at all hours drinking in parking lot was not pleasant either.

Awful experience. Upon arrival the hotel check in attendant pulled her phone out of her bra and then proceeded to ask for my credit card and ID. The grounds were dirty and lacked basic upkeep. We were told that we needed to bring our towels downstairs in order to be provided with fresh ones. When I took my towels downstairs, I was told by the male attendant that there were none clean and to come back in 2 hours. This was after 10p after a long day at Disneyland. There was graffiti in the elevators and on the walls. Upon arrival my bedding had hair and an eyelash from what I’m assuming was the previous guest. I would not recommend this place to anyone. The only decent thing about this place was the location as it was within walking distance of a variety of dining and entertainment options.
- 1.5/5
Notice in advance that water was going to be shut off, had I knew prior to booking it would have booked elsewhere.
- 3/5
The whole hotel sadly freaked of weed and some weird food. We had to spray so much all over the room to not smell the scent. There was not a blow dryer available which was find but was expected in a hotel.
- 3.5/5
Location and the bed was comfortable Majority of the amenities were not available. Pots/pans, cups, dish drying rack, blow dryer. The floor wasn't swept or mopped from previous use and the line at the guest service counter was long. My key stopped working on day two and had to wait 15-ish minutes to get reactivated.

- 3/5
I have stayed here many times since 2011. Unfortunately I think we will move on from here next stay as the property is going downhill. Maintenance is not up to scratch and it does not feel as safe as it previously did. Those elevators have needed work for about a decade now & this time they had graffiti. Sorry extended stay, we loved you, but unless there’s some big changes, we’re done.
- 5/5
It gets the job done ! My family does not mind where we stay. As long as we use it for what it’s for then we’re happy! Good hotel. Super close walk to the park, stores and restaurants around.
- 5/5
Convenient location There was a man at the lobby talking to everyone, making it feel uncomfortable and distracting the staff.
- 2/5
The proximity to Disneyland was great. The room smelled of cigarettes. The floors were uneven and my wife suspected that the facility was also being used to house homeless people for long stays. While I never felt unsafe, the rooms were significantly overpriced for their value.
- 5/5
The location was perfect. Nothing
- 1.5/5
The staff was nice. Even though I was charged twice Pictures did not match
- 3/5
First room smelled so swapped to a second room. Overall room was clean, no housekeeping throughout stay, have to go get own towels etc. wash room had grease in washer and ruined clothes. Managed like an apartment complex with a poor landlord versus a hotel. Beds are comfortable but if going for a family Disney or vacation trip I would choose a different hotel….
- 3/5
Room was clean and comfortable. Lots of smell of weed both in the parking lot and in the hallways.
- 1/5
The room smelled terrible, we witness a homeless man smash a glass bottle against a car & our vehicle was vandalized. Also - who doesn’t provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash at minimum these days?
- 2/5
Dirty room, smelt like weed, door to bathroom didn’t fully close, lock on hotel room door didn’t full engsge
- 2/5
Room door locking mechanism didn’t work and would fall off, no plug for tub to bath kids, hotel constantly smelt like weed in the lobby, hallways that would seep into hotel room. Cops were always there. Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

- 1.5/5
The hotel's cleanliness is good, but there are areas for improvement—for instance, there is no breakfast, the shower water is cold, and the check-in process is slow.

- 1/5
2 weeks for room service is incredible wrong and so many other issues. Low end hotel. Very Mis-Leading photos. This hotel shouldn't be on Hotels Poople may said is cheap and other stuffs. But 1000 for a week is still big money
- 3/5
The property need a major renovation. Pillows a horrible, stain on the bed sheets, residents above our room is constantly loud with kids running around all night.
- 2/5
Room did not seem clean. Checked in to my room got my key, and left my items in the room while I was visiting a friend. Came back my key did not work. Came down stairs and I was informed my room had be changed. But my personal items were currently in the previous room. They gave the room to somebody else my items in the room. Also keys never through out the visit
- 3/5
Room was big and quiet. Location is great. Walkable to disneyland. Had an equipped kitchen, which is not common even at extended stay properties. Bathtub was gross all sides. and the counter marbletop was shattered into three pieces but still glued back together like a pile of logs; unevenly. Staff were nice. Parking was convenient. Price very reasonable, would stay again (we aren't that picky tho....)
- 1/5
My kitchen faucet spit out water there was nothing they could do but move me rooms which would take a couple hours.. My bathroom faucet didn’t work the lever would either be super cold or fall due to looseness and burn me so I had to fill up the water cold and then put hot in order to shower with a cup. The people who are there long term was weirdos and were eyeing my 4 year old daughter in the most disgusting way ever this is not a family hotel please look somewhere else.. I wish this was better the staff was wonderful but the rest is trash…
- 4/5
I've used ESA for many years and always had a properly equipped kitchen. This one had nothing. I had to ask the desk for a coffee pot and it took 5 minutes to find one, no cups no silverware. The advertised breakfast was a joke. Coffee and a kiddy sized muffin. No juice, cream milk. AM staff was nice. Checking staff a little less welcoming than you would expect
- 3/5
In the first room, it was located right next to staircase on third level, so you could hear the door slamming shut as people came and went until 3 AM. The sheets also did not seem new as there were hairs and sock fuzz between the sheets, so a new set of sheets was requested. After switching rooms, the refrigerator made a clicking noise throughout the night, and the shower lever could not hold a steady temperature between cold and very hot. The overall appearance of the room was not great, but everything else worked proper
- 4/5
Only thing was if I was designated a non smoking floor- there was a room exiting the elevator that had a 420 smell, but since I was only there for a night figured staff would address it.
- 1/5
This hotel is horrible. Wasn’t clean, the walls are paper thin. You hear people in the next room and people in the hallway talking all night and dogs barking in the rooms. It’s supposed to be a smoke free hotel but people were still smoking in the hallway which the smell seeped into the room. Random people walking around the parking lot and hiding in between parked vehicles. I will NEVER stay here again. The night staff, Taylor, was very friendly tho. She alone gets 5 stars. But the hotel is definitely a 1 star. Not sure why all the other reviews claim it’s clean and quiet. It was far from that when I stayed.
- 2/5
The room was dirty and the freezer was extremely loud.
- 4/5
Definitely not my first pick for a hotel. The rooms were pretty clean but with some permanent stains on the counters. I did like how there was a big fridge and stove as well! The staff were sooo friendly I did not catch her name but the front lady was super sweet and felt like a friend on how awesome she was!
- 2/5
Room there was water leaking and they did not change room. It was too noisy it took two days to get utensils
- 1/5
The room was not cleaned prior to our arrival. All they had done was make the beds. The window was left open and lights on in the bathroom. They said, “I’m so sorry. We only have 1 cleaning lady right now so she doesn’t always do a complete job”… smh The lobby, hallways & room all had a rank odor. Smelt old, almost moldy. Their ‘newly remodeled’ rooms must have had just 1 new thing added to the room because I felt like I was in the 90’s as opposed to having a newly re-done room. The tv did not work. The shower was awful. Terrible shower head. Very old and barely got the job done. Cobwebs in every corner, dead bugs on shower wall. The sheets and blankets didn’t even feel clean. I slept on top of them every night because they wouldn’t do a single room cleaning for us. The ground was dirty/dusty. To the point that I didn’t allow my kids to walk around without shoes on due to fear of them getting plagued with some miserable disease. Their ‘breakfast included’ was a joke. On the description they say full breakfast. It wasn’t until after my reservation was complete that they emailed me telling me it was a ‘grab n go’ type breakfast with granola bars, muffins, bananas & coffee. Then they complained to me when my 4 kids each took 2 chocolate muffins and they had to restock the breakfast. SO BAD
- 4/5
Seems like my room hadn’t been used in some time, as when I turned on the shower there was rusty water coming out of the spigot. Let it run a minute and water turned clear. No other issues with water. Sink had some mildew underneath the rim of the sink. No housekeeping on a daily basis, but if you need anything like towels or toiletries, just ask at the front desk.

- 4/5
Great location.
- 3/5
Room was in good condition. Unfortunately when I asked about any shampoo or conditioner from the front desk they didn’t have any. There was loud construction/beeping sounds early in the morning as well so that should be kept in mind if you are cherishing sleep. The hallways and outside also smelt of marijuana. Overall decent if you just need a place to stay the night.
- 5/5
The room was very nice. Clean full working kitchen and very spacious area/restroom.
- 5/5
My husband and I stayed here to visit the parks. We stayed 2 nights and both the moring and night staff were great! They were super friendly and made sure our stay was great. The room was a good size for 2 people and clean. We didn't use the kitchen to cook but the microwave and fridge came in handy. Distance to the park was walkable, only took about 10 or 15 minutes to ge there.
- 1/5
If I can give it 0 stars I would.
- 3/5
Bathroom doors did not lock. Gap between doors to enter hotel room. Latch did not work
- 1/5
But I would have to say the cleanliness of the hotel and room was very poor! Our room was unfortunately totally disgusting. There was a leftover razor cover in our shower and I believe there was black mould under the faucet and sink area. The floors were not clean in our room at all so much so that we didn’t walk bare foot because there was so much dirt on the floor. We had no issue with our bed but I tried not to look too hard into how clean it was. Because of how dirty the room was my allergies and asthma were terrible! A day after we left this hotel my allergies immediately got better, so I truly think it was because of the black mould or something in the room. The elevator in the lobby area honestly just looked dirty and there was definitely someone that lives out of their van staying in the parking lot every day at night.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly
- 1/5
The room and amenities were awful
- 3/5
Receptionist was awesome. Great customer service. Lobby was not warm and welcoming though. Very Outdated worn down and not maintained nor clean. Complimentary breakfast grab and go should have more choices in foods other than just some nutrigrain bars and mini muffins you can get at a grocery store. Coffee was old, should be fresh and remade if the bar is a 3 hour service. Elevators were all sketched up with tagging, and floors worn down not clean. Maybe hardwood wood not be the best option. Hallways into the rooms smelled from all the residents cooking their foods, carpet stained up all the way through lighting very dim and not inviting. Room was ok. Appliances need to be updated cabinets and walls painted. Housekeeping should be an everyday thing for guests that aren't extending their stay. Towels should be washed better as many of them had hair attached to them. Overall the hotel was ok. Corporate should invest in A LOT of upgrades to make it a better experience for all.
- 2/5
The pool was disgusting, trash everywhere and the bottom of the pool was filled with dirt and debris, when I asked the manager the second day we tried to go out there to swim he said he would have somebody come clean it and they usually only come on Thursdays, so we went out there on Wednesday and it was still disgusting, went back on Thursday late afternoon and it was still not cleaned, so my husband spent 45 minutes cleaning out the entire pool
- 1/5
The man at the front desk was nice, we know it was not his fault, but the rooms were filthy, hair, urine, toothpaste, food was everywhere. we ended up booking another hotel shortly after checking in, in the middle of the night.
- 3/5
Staff was nice and price was great as well great distance from Disney which is why we stayed there but was last minute booking . I wouldn’t stay again unless I had to
- 5/5
Very good
- 3/5
The bathroom floor and shower wasn't the cleanest when we arrived and the shower water wasn't hot. They have a sign that says they have complimentary shampoo but you have to ask the front desk for it and no coffee maker in the room. Definitely wasn't the greatest.
- 3/5
It was a great stay for the price.
- 2/5
The breakfast wasn’t a healthy breakfast, the dishes and cookware weren’t what was advertised. The people above us caused loss of sleep for us because of the noise they were making dispite our call to the front desk, our vehicle was messed with. There were no plugs for the sink or tub, the laundry machines stole money from us. Overall I don’t think we will be back.
- 2/5
Very limited towels, cheap pillows, clogged bath tub, very limited toilet paper, noisy
- 3/5
Staff was great.
- 5/5
Staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel room was good enough. Definitely shows signs of age. But would stay again.
- 3/5
Floor was sticky, there was a used blanket or pillow case on the shelf, hairs in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Staff was super nice and friendly. Location is perfect and easy to access the beach
- 3/5
The renovation finishes were a little ruff…a pig with lipstick. From far away and in the pictures it doesn’t show all the blemishes, issues, etc. The fridge was really hard to open because the seal on it was broken. It just seemed like everything was really old and it was updated probably as fast they could, without the little details being fixed. We must’ve stayed in the part where people stay full-time/live there… the person right by us had roommates with several people there and they were coming and going, letting the door slam shut at all hours of the night. This was the last-minute pick since we needed to switch our days and the Tropicana was saw that for the days we needed to switch too. We were grateful the area seemed to be somewhat safe inside a couple times, please cruisers driving the parking lot. Also, It was a non-smoking hotel but several times we smelled cigarettes smoke in the hallway and then you’d walk outside and the air was always pungent with weed smell and cigarettes. Overall, it was OK and reconsidered the hotel if needed in a pinch all the stuff for very friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Room was clean, parking was easy, easy check in and out
- 5/5
There was hair on the lid of the toilet tank when we first arrived, and bathroom sink counter didn't seem like it was cleaned very well, I was able to clean it off, but there are stains that will not come off. The Kitchen refrigerator door handle was also dirty, I understand it is difficult to clean sometimes (own) but the cleaner, Comet would probably take off the gray grime - works on my counters, etc. (do not use on stainless steel).
- 4/5
The staff at the front desk were Amazing and it was a fast check in. Loved that it had a little kitchen to cook. Also loved that they accept dogs.
- 1/5
We checked out the next morning and found a different hotel. Place looked sketchy. Night check out person observed folding laundry from dirty floor. Room was horrible, water damaged, smelled bad and kitchenette looked dirty (wont even describe the inside of the fridge) Bed "mattress" was wrapped in plastic and bed frame was a wire and metal rack. Told my daughter we would be checking out 8 hours later and we found another area hotel much better. We have stayed at Extended Stay Hotels in the past and have always been happy but this was something I never want to repeat. I believe some of the units my be sublet to low income housing...
- 5/5
Very good
- 5/5
The room was spacious. Everything was clean. The bed was nice. The kitchen had everything that I needed. Surprisingly calm inside the property compared to outside near the strip.
- 3/5
One front desk person was amazing. She was helpful and goes beyond for the guests. Everyone else were just OK, no enthusiasm to help guests. No one was at the front desk frequently, and instead a bell needed to be rung for help. 2 of the 3 days there was no breakfast or coffee.

3rd floor smelled of pets. Dog urine on floor and wall in lobby. 5-10 min wait for hot water in shower. The place needs a deep clean. We were placed across from the elevator where the walls and door were thin and there was constant noise, especially at 5am both days.

We had to move rooms due to the tv remote would not work. That was after the front desk told me what to do to try to resolve the issue. Maintenance was not sent up. No plugs for the sinks.. Had to be careful you did not drop anything around the sinks. Only one face cloth per room so for four days two people used one face cloth. I asked for another face cloth but was told there were none to spare. there was no hair dryers. If you want a bare bones hotel stay with a mid hotel price this is the place to stay. We have travelled many places over the past 43 years and have stayed at many hotels and this place is Number One on my “worst place”. I cannot blame the staff, who did not look like they wanted to be there. Head office of Extended Stay should be ashamed to charge what they do for this hotel.
- 1/5
My family and I stayed there for three nights and when we got to the room, the room was dirty. The stove that they have in the room was very rusty, and the refrigerator door was very dirty. there was also here in the drain hole on the bathtub. There was no remote for the TV and apparently if you wanted any extra towels, you would have to go down to the lobby to ask for them. They also did not provide room cleaning, shampoo and conditioner. I had went to the lobby to ask for room cleaning and they stated that if you are not staying there for more than four days, they do not provide room service. The staff in the lobby were very nice and very polite, but I don’t think I would ever stay here again.
- 5/5
Very close to Disney and I love the fact that you have a full kitchen
- 3/5
The parking lot was not safe. We saw several people doing drugs in cars, along with many homeless around the property. It served its purpose for our quick trip to Disney but we will not stay here again.
- 3/5
There was nothing in the kitchen and when we tried to check things out there wasn’t any options.
- 5/5
Staff was friendly and the room was nice
- 5/5
Good location!
- 2/5
This is a 2-star hotel. Enough said.
- 1/5
Overall a terrible stay. Unfortunately we couldn’t find anything close by to cancel our reservation.
- 2/5
Before booking I searched up the hotel. I should have known better that extended stay meant people live there. The room above us the people were so noisy. Almost sounded like they were throwing a ball around. The complimentary breakfast was just a muffin. Me and my husband only came out for a show at the house of blues. Which location was awesome. We just walked there. Disney is near by too. The bed had stains. Yeah for the price I guess it’s ok because all other hotels in the area were expensive.
- 1/5
Dirty, smelly, noisy, didn’t feel safe
- 1/5
There were no clean wash cloths or towels on Saturday, so how could we shower for the day?. And there was a putrid sulfur smell coming from the sink. It was the worst experience. I called corporate customer service to complain and i haven't received a call back. I deserve a refund for my troubles
- 3/5
It’s cheap for a reason - smelly and staff is not friendly
- 4/5
I had to pay more than what my hotel.com booking price was.
- 5/5
Very convenient and affordable room with very pleasant and helpful staff. Simple but clean. Bed was comfortable and linens were clean. Nothing fancy but perfect for my needs. Thanks to the front office staff!
- 2/5
Floors in the room were dirty, dog hair everywhere, the room smelled weird. Water at shower was orange. Staff was nice.
- 2/5
The good: Ample parking, safe neighborhood, walking distance to restaurants, shops, Disneyland, and House of Blues. Coffee in the lobby every morning. The bad: DIRTY ROOMS!!! Towels still had makeup and hair on them from previous guests. There was hair throughout the entire room on the floor. The refrigerator had to be turned off because it made a loud buzzing noise, and the microwave was hardly functioning. There were no basic amenities available such as a blow dryer, shampoo, conditioner, etc. There was a sign in the bathroom saying shampoo available at the front desk but there was never anyone at the front desk to help. I wish I had spent the extra money and stayed at one of the many properties in the area
- 1/5
Horrible, Room had bugs coming out of every drain. Kitchen area was stained in filth and discolored appliances. The Bathroom itself was another story and to long to get in detail “wear sandals” worst decision of my life don’t trust the pictures very deceiving
- 4/5
Okay for pricing
- 5/5
Good value
- 4/5
Great rate
- 1/5
The room was dirty and was not given another room or accomedation. I would prefer a refund. It was disgusting. We received a notice stating that they are now going to hire professional cleaners. So whoever was cleaning prior were not professional cleaners.
- 5/5
Staff was kind and helpful! Room was clean and comfortable
- 5/5
very friendly staff and i love how the area was safe and close to stores and disneyland
- 5/5
I came down from LA for the Disneyland Halloween 10k. Check-in was quick and easy. I was given a pet magnet for the door which was a first but appreciated! The room was clean and there was some hair on the bottom of the shower curtain. The ac worked without any issues. The refrigerator was very clean. This location was ideal to get to the start of the race within minutes. It took about a 10 minute walk to get to the main entrance of Disneyland.
- 2/5
Didn’t have a hairdryer in the room. Didn’t have a suitcase rack. If I needed anything brought to my room they said I had to go get it at the front desk. Bed sheets were dirty. Towels had hair all over them. Shower was broken. The bed kept moving away from the wall because it was a metal rack bed frame with hard wood floors so it kept sliding around. Said online they have breakfast and it only turned up to be coffee and some way to sugary muffins. The room always felt moist even tho we had the air conditioning at 67 on cool. When you walk past all the rooms You could hear everything, no privacy! Over all only good thing was the nice lady.
- 5/5
Reasonable price and good location. Accessible to my work location
- 5/5
Nice and clean
- 1/5
Rooms were dirty and appliances and furniture were stained. Security latch was very loose. Didn’t feel safe I ended up checking out after a couple hrs of checking in. Rooms are not like the pictures online
- 3/5
the downsides to my booking were that i was surprised to come find out my room did not have a working phone (yes i checked the wire and was plugged in). The toilet had a black ring that was noticeable when you lifted the seat. couldn't find a map of where the ice machine was at- i walked out in search of it with no luck and nobody was at the front to ask for help at that moment. the shower curtain liner had hair strands towards the bottom of it; im assuming from previous rental or dryer cycle and thread on the temp control knob was worn out as the knob just kept turning and turning, you had to push in and turn to change shower water temp. the breakfast they offer was coffee, oatmeal and/or a muffin- i feel like with the lobby space they hold, they could've offered or accommodated for cereal/s and fruit and utilized their lobby table for that.
- 3/5
Shower drain clogged. Had to use bathroom of a different room
- 5/5
Bed comfy and standard grab and go breakfast to be expected from extended stay
- 5/5
Bed comfy and standard grab and go breakfast to be expected from extended stay
- 3/5
The free continental breakfast was grab and go packaged muffin, breakfast bar or instant oatmeal. Coffee, tea and hot cocoa. No prepared foods. The bed was comfortable but the air conditioner did not work and the linens were stained.
- 2/5
I liked that it's close to Disneyland, has parking and it's close to the cheesecake factory. The first room I was assigned smelled bad & I think they are running a City program so there was dogs barking, weed and cigarettes smoking, you can smell it in the rooms/hallways. I was moved to a different but room cabinet doors were missing, refrigerator was dirty, was super loud and the bathroom sink leaked if you used it. Very disappointed about the room conditions, there is no disturb sign or cleaning (I stayed 2 nights).
- 4/5
Internet access was easy to get on to.
- 4/5
It was OK. It wasn’t the greatest.
- 5/5
I have been here a month now and I am enjoying my stay to the fullest ! My room is comfortable, air conditioning is on point !, food and shopping is all walkable which I Love and the staff is extremely attentive and enjoyable especially Taylor ! She has been nothing short of amazing and provides exceptional service. I plan to stay awhile
- 1/5
They seem to be using this property to house homeless families. Actually had case workers in the lobby interviewing homeless families. Hallways always smelled of pot. Felt unsafe there as a mom traveling alone with her kids for a Disneyland trip.
- 3/5
Very quiet.
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. They ran out of pots and pans so be sure to bring your own! We had a queen suite that originally was a king suite so our room was really big. The kitchen stove worked fabulous. The microwave was small and took about 4 mins to boil water. The stove was much faster. I cooked a full course breakfast both days. Easy self parking not far from Disneyland. We will stay there again on our next Disney trip! And they accept dogs :)
- 3/5
My biggest complaint about the hotel is the clientele they allow in there. Every time we went in and out there was at least two homeless people inside trying to get something. Felt super uncomfortable and unsafe. Definitely not a good place to go with family/kids.
- 5/5
Staff are very professional
- 5/5
The manager is very professional and nice

Advertised as having breakfast, when we arrived we were told it was grab and go , muffins, oatmeal, granola, yogurt and coffee we were fine with that however when we went down at 7:30am there was nothing but coffee and 3 muffins
- 2/5
Restrooms were dirty, bad smell to the hallways and rooms . Do not recommend
- 4/5
Was ok. Had to wait for room no early check in or late check out..I like to sleep in.
- 3/5
No breakfast should not say breakfast included more like snacks
- 2/5
The rooms are spacious with A/C and clean. Located closley to lots of restaurants and other activities. You can request soap, shampoo and towels much like other hotels. Unfortunately you also have to request basic kitchen items like pots pans utensils plates. I requested these items and never received them. The complimentary breakfast is also a joke. They only seem to provide coffee. I got up early expecting some options such as cereals or oatmeal but that wasnt the case.
- 4/5
Great, but cockroach in our bathtub lol
- 4/5
Hey the room was clean the bed was great no problems with check-in super easy
- 2/5
Quick 2 night trip to Disney with our toddler. Long story short, not the place you want to be with little ones. Room was dirty and had so
- 3/5
We stayed here for two nights rooms were not as clean as I would’ve hoped but good enough. There was no grabbing go breakfast in the mornings, which was a little bit of a discipline.
- 5/5
Check in and check out was easy. The room was great. Close to the stadium. Julie, The concierge, was friendly and helpful. Would come back here again.
- 3/5
Bed umcomfy. Ok for one nite..
- 5/5
Property was nice and clean! Very airy. I’d stay here again
- 5/5
The “breakfast” is literally just coffee and store bought muffins. I was expecting something better. The bed was horrible, I couldnt sleep the first night from my back hurting so much. Water pressure was decent and room was actually pretty clean. No complaints there. It is very conveniently located and is pretty walkable. Staff was nice.

It takes a lot for me to write a bad review. Unfortunately a a few days before my trip, boarding for my dog fell through, so I called ahead of time to ensure I understood their pet policy etc. I explain that while my dogs are not normally noisy, if they hear another dog bark or there’s a loud noise outside of my room, they may bark for a second because that’s what dogs do and I asked if that would be an issue and they assured me that this is common and to be expected at hotels where there are pets allowed. Upon arrival, there’s a lot of trash around the property and it’s just very old and worn down and seems like a lot of the people there are long term printers of the hotel? Upon check-in, the staff acted like they really could care less if they were there and there was somebody being arrested in the lobby. Got to my floor and it was really dirty, things were falling apart on the walls and the floor. The elevator was disgusting the entire stay. I am giving the hotel some grace because I know it’s pet friendly and pets can cause disruption overtime in rooms, however, you can tell the walls have been peed on, things were falling apart in the room, and it was gross and old. When we first turn in the shower on the bathroom, smelled like hot dog pee, I think it was all over in the shower curtain. Multiple holes and things all over the room, the chair in the room had holes in it and questionable stuff all over it. Dog poop all over the property, you can tell it’s been there a while
- 1/5
My room was cancelled before arrival. I arrived and did not get to stay anywhere because they kept my money. I did not receive a call or anything that my room had been cancelled.
- 4/5
Enjoy us stay there everything was clean and we enjoyed the pool as well thank you
- 5/5
The front desk was super friendly and beyond helpful! We had a minor issue with the tv maintenance was there with in a couple minutes and solved our issue with in a minute ( minor reset of the cable box). Overall I would definitely stay at this hotel again and for the price w/free parking you really can’t beat it.
- 3/5
Excellent location and budget friendly for people looking stay around disneyland
- 4/5
19 hour stay. The room was ok. Easy and quick check in and out. A/C blew VERY COLD. Close enough to comfortably walk to Disneyland (though the Toy Story parking lot is closer and customers SHOULD be told this!!). The bathroom door wouldn’t close, the bath tub was VERY slippery when the shower was used, the swimming pool was VERY TINY.
- 5/5
Great
- 2/5
In order to get more towels, you have to bring your used ones. They will not bring them to you and will not come by to get them. Hotel was close that was best part.
- 1/5
Worst part was the door didn’t even securely close all the way. It had a large gap in between the bottom of the door and the floor like a public restroom door that my hand literally fit through. This contributed to being able to hear all the noise of the crack head activities throughout the night None of this is the hotels fault, I put the entire blame on hotels.com for the false advertising of the hotel and amenities. The photos in the ad are NOT an accurate depiction of what I walked into.
- 2/5
AC didn’t work, did not get fixed, did not get a room exchange.
- 3/5
Noise everywhere, no blow dryer to dry your hair, the most disappointing breakfast in the world (not continental breakfast).
- 1/5
Where do I begin? First off, I don’t want to speak ill about the young woman working behind the counter as I’m sure the situation was out of her hands, but we checked in at 4:40pm and were told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour or so. Around 6pm! Then once in the room, it looked like it had never been cleaned at all. Dirty sink, hair in the drain, stains on the floor, etc. There isn’t even any shampoo in the shower! I am utterly disappointed with this hotel and will never be staying here again.
- 2/5
I have stay in many of your property but this one offered nothing - basic at best. Not even a shampoo in bathroom. Also, the bath especially shower was dirty. Wow! What a shocking surprise! Most likely a Motel 6 would have had better and cleaner service. Breakfast, what a joke coffer & a sugar wrap up sweet roll - seriously?!
- 5/5
The front desk was very nice and helpful. Very courteous and the place is immaculate.
- 4/5
It was a good stay. Julie at the front desk has great customer service and she’s very nice. I recommend
- 2/5
This hotel was definitely not as described. The showerhead hardly worked. It’s an extended stay so it had stove etc but there was no kind of cooking utensils, or anything at all, like other extended stay hotels.
- 5/5
Amazing very quiet! So close to Disney and walking distance to a lot of stuff! The girls at the front desk were gems! I loved interacting with them.
- 4/5
Nice. Good for a quick Disney trip.
- 3/5
This hotel was very okay. You have to ask for kitchen items, nothing is in the kitchen. Hotel staff was nice, although hard to find carts. No decoration in the room. Good value for the price at 100 a night would not pay more than that.
- 4/5
It was a okay hotel
- 5/5
Easy check in and quite
- 1/5
Today there was a water outage from 9-3 no notice just the night before. Some homeless wandering in the parking lot and people live there with dogs some are quite big so when they bark is quite loud. About 15-20 min walk to Disney
- 5/5
Great location near Disney and other local business!
- 4/5
Front staff were amazing !! Bring your own plates and supplies if you plan on using the kitchen. We did not Rooms are only cleaned upon your departure.

This place isn't a quality hotel. It's filthy right from the go at the hotel lobby. The staff has no etiquette. I couldn't sleep due to zoomies above from what sounded like gang bangers, they wouldn't sit still stomping all night and making crazy noises. I complained twice in the early AM only to receive a "Sorry Lady" and told to report it to the morning staff. Once I reported it to the AM staff, I was told I'd be receiving a refund for that night as I had stayed multiple nights. Haven't received any refund. We even had to cancel Disneyland because we didn't catch sleep. And there was no point in spending our day at Disneyland feeling dead tired from lack of sleep. Do yourself a favor; DON'T STAY HERE!!!! There's plenty of other great hotels!
- 4/5
For just staying there for the night it was okay. Wish the walls were soundproof. Our neighbors had their tv on loud all night and could hear them talking.
- 5/5
Okay option
- 1/5
The room smell and there were Rouches i ask to switch rooms and the gentleman that was in the front said that there was no manager on-property until next day at 7am
- 2/5
Breakfast was instant oatmeal with hot water, coffee and tea.... That's it. Basically nonexistent, not even what I consider a "continental breakfast". Should be embarrassed to say "free grab & go breakfast" on their web page. There are a few other reasons why I won't ever stay here again, but that's the bottom line.. I'd rather pay an extra $20-$30 for something else. Finding better won't be hard, this place really set the bar low.
- 1/5
Very disrespectful front desk. They don’t answer the phone. I had recently had surgery needed pillows and I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. The next morning the front desk girl was rude not around and ended up having a screaming match with my boyfriend. Very unprofessional.
- 5/5
One night stay….. it enjoyed exploring jogging the stea
- 5/5
Its nice
- 4/5
Good location, walking distance to Disneyland.
- 3/5
It was very loud and run down. Staff were great got anything we needed to borrow. It was nice to have a fridhe and microwave in the room but there was no coffee maker. There was a convention so they didnt have any available for use. The "breakfast" was limited to the worst coffee ever, oatmeal, and muffins.
- 5/5
When I entered the property it was clean, looked nice on the outside and the staff was friendly I was greeted when I walked in was an easy process for them to find my booking and they asked for a card just mandatory For Guest staying shorter then a week
- 4/5
It was in a good location and close to the ART bus stop. Definitely needs some renovations
- 3/5
Negative- The room was dirty even with a room change , each towel had stains even with new towel request , and the bed (pillow and sheets) had stains. You get what you pay for …
- 1/5
We booked 3 rooms. The walls were paper thin. We did not know there were people that lived there full time. They were loud and not desirable as room neighbors. Do not book room 215. The toilet leaked and then neighbor was a full timw resident who liked to yell at her todler. The volume on the tvs do not work either. Im guessing because the walls were paper thin. It was awful and we will not stay there again.
- 1/5
It was noisy and there was a horrible smell all down the hallways . The mattress was so uncomfortable that you could feel the mattress springs
- 5/5
Good hotel to stay at with pets.

- 3/5
We stayed two nights for the Disneyland half marathon this past weekend. The receptionist who checked me in was very friendly and welcoming. The hallway smelled of smoke even though it’s a smoke free hotel. The people next door blasted their tv and our wall vibrated. I tried calling the office but our phone did not work. I had to go down every evening because of the noise from our neighbors and had to ask my the receptionist to ask them to turn it down.
- 4/5
Our room had the toilet paper holder broken and tv wasn't working. Our view was of the parking lot and we were next to house-keeping. They constantly kept slamming their doors all night and day.
- 2/5
The air vent in the bathroom stayed on all night. They did change my room the next day. There were clothes in the drawers from the previous guest. The shower knob was lose and kept following down to hot. The knob had to be secured with a towel to not get burned. The security staff knocked on my door at midnight to ask if I had left a dowel from a closet outside. There was a dog running in the hall ways and barking. There was no hair dryer in the room. I called the front desk and they said they would bring one to my room, it never came. I had to ask the following day for one.
- 1/5
Not good l was terrible
- 3/5
A great location for Disneyland which was the purpose of our stay. Close to transport and walking distance to restaurants. The property felt safe but needs a lot of TLC. Animals allowed so there was a very poor smell in hallways. Trash room was always full and also not a great smell. Toilets blocked up more than once and you had to plunger them yourself. No house keeping done even though advertised as done every 7 days. Had to change towels and bed linen yourself. Very poor water pressure in the shower and had no hot water in the kitchen. The heater did not work in my room. For over half the stay my TV didn’t work either
- 4/5
Cleaning supply smell rather strong in the hallways
