Fairly clean rooms, towels were clean, but they didn’t clean the room. They also charged parking separately

The place on the outside was nice the room were dirty the crib I requested was delivered with vomit on it beside being dirty and stinky. The room had no trash can in the living room area. The Tv in the living room was not working. The drapes for stained and had spider webs on them. We had to change rooms because there was a leak in the bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful , but John went above all to make our stay as nice as possible trying to make things better.. He gave us another room and gave us credit for one day for having to move room’s the next day because of the leak in the bathroom.

Our favorite place to stay while in the area. Restaurant on site has amazing food. Complimentary drinks are very good. And arcade on site is fun for kids. Elevator stopped working and got stuck while husband and son were going down

The bed The leaky tub spout, stagnant water smell when I walked in to my room and the dust and lint in the bathroom air extractor. Also the parking lot on Saturday night is a zoo. Cars from the nightclub took every single space including handicap which I needed and they even blocked cars including my brother who was trying to go get food but he couldn’t do to someone from the club blocking him. I had to park in the employee of the month parking space which was the only space available anywhere.

There were some minor cosmetic issues to the hotel. The spa was a bit dirty but we informed staff and they took care of it right away. Overall the stay was great

When i got to the hotel the room smelled heavy like mildew , and there was no water in the bathroom i got the room changed then the new rroom the next day there was a spider on the sink i spoke to morris supposedly the manager of front desk horrible horrible attitude did NOT care at all. I asked for a refund on parking because there was no car parked and i got charged for it. Still waiting on a refund

The place was ok to my surprised there was two embassy hotel I was hoping for South one but I got the north one. know I now. It has an arcade room, really good breakfast, staff was amazing and very helpful.

At breakfast, there was a cook on hand to prepare egg dishes, and the overall selection was quite ample. Please note that there is a fee for parking. Regarding the in-room amenities, towels were provided for only four people. Furthermore, there was no coffee table in the room, so we were unable to sit on the sofa and enjoy a beer.

I’m so sorry to say this the stuff was lovely and very accommodating but the hotel was so disgusting not clean. The carpet was dirty in the room smelled bad and the bathtub was clogged. We were taking a shower and the water wouldn’t go down. I have pictures

Two of the days they were testing fire alarms starting at 830 am. Including knocking on doors to come into the rooms to check each rooms fire alarm.

The pull-out sofa had soiled sheets, and we were only given one towel at check-in. We had to call twice before additional towels were brought to the room. Would of been better off at a 1 star motel.

Our view from the sliding glass door was awful (facing a swamp). I really didn't like having to pay to park at a hotel Im paying to stay at and it was not including valet.

The laundry room had instructions to use but app did not work, ask front desk but maintenance person suppose to go and help, but I think the problem is in the instructions how to use the app if is not show on blue tooth

The room was decent, but the bathroom was old and had mold. The toilet also had dirt stains, and overall it just didn’t feel very clean. Housekeeping never once came into my room to clean during my stay, yet somehow someone entered my room without my permission and left a set of keys behind. My bags had been opened like someone was going through my things, and now I’m missing a shirt. The fact that they left their keys in my room after everything is honestly unbelievable. Smh.

We travel a lot and staff is courteous at hotels but not to the level of Victoria. She was so kind, so professional, so genuine and above all helpful I way she doesn’t know to this single mama. She made the stay impressionable and will always remember her. She truly enjoys her job and the people she helps at the counter. I hope everyone gets the chance to meet her and they will instantly have a smile and better stay because of her.

Embassy suites is a guarantee for a good nights stay with a decent breakfast. We did however have minor issues. We didn’t know we had to request the room to be cleaned and it was made clear when we did the check in, the tub/shower was leaking a lot, making noise all night, even after maintenance “took care” of it, it was still leaking a bit less. Also we were 5 people and had to repeatedly request more towels. Now, after saying that, it doesn’t mean I won’t stay at an embassy suites anymore. Of course I’ll stay if it’s convenient.

Hotel is outdated. Staff was not super welcoming. Beds were comfortable but room needs new carpet/ flooring/ showers. Shower curtain smelled. Shower leaked after we used it. Toilet didn’t flush. Booked on Expedia.. you get what u pay for is how I look at it

My family enjoyed the arcade and pool. The lobby and breakfast were clean and welcoming. I found the rooms to be not vacuumed, sink drain was filthy, and room to be worn down. The receptionist desk members were unwelcoming and notices were not posted as to why only one door was open half the time.

Breakfast was good Our room was a bit dirty tub hadn’t been clean up could see footprints still as well as one of the lights not working too well in restroom until our second day there it like auto fixed. As well as communicated with them that my kids had left a tablet(my fault) but thy said they would reach back out to me and never did like I said my fault but lack of accountability to respond back.

This hotel was a home away from home with the most pleasant staff to welcome you and care for you. For happy hour drinks, snacks and incredible bar tenders to breakfast omelets, fruit, and attentive staff. Loved the pool and hot tub. The arcade was so nice to send the teens to during chill time by the water feature in the center of the hotel. I was to come back to California just to stay here.

Room clean, comfortable, and breakfast very enjoyable.

The room’s bedding was a little worn down, should be replaced soon. Loved the arcade, the indoor pool, the hot tub, and the bar. Overall the entire property can use a good upgrade compared to your typical Embassy Suites, but it was worth the price.

This was a horrible experience. The room had bedbugs, and my kids’ hands are now swollen from the bites. The restroom was in poor condition, with a hole in the wall and visible mold. Everything in the bed felt itchy, and the sheets smelled strongly like Clorox. I would not recommend staying here.

Customer service was great staff was awesome at front desk. Rooms okay. But rooms could have been cleaned better and bathroom was not cleaned. Rusty looking in tub floors looked dirty. Not enough staff to accommodate with issues water running tub after turned faucet off. Not enough towels in room, fridge didn't work. And, breakfast could have more variety for people who don't eat pork sausage, beef bacon or turkey bacon.

This is a beautiful hotel with the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. We loved the arcade and the indoor pool! And, it's pet friendly. The pet fee is high, so that was the only drawback.

Breakfast and the two free happy hour drinks were the only positive part of our stay. Our room was a total nightmare. Couch was broken, sink was clogged, fridge wasn’t working, bathroom tub faucet was leaking, carpet torn, odor was foul because of the clogged drain.

This is my second time at this location. I come once a year for Disneyland and this time our bathroom was disgusting. It was not clean, floors were dirty tub didn’t look like it had been cleaned. I came in and heard dripping water, the bathtub faucet was dripping and would not shut off. Our security lock box was broken and didn’t turn on. I called front desk after a day of ignoring the issues but the water dripping was annoying at night and I really wanted to make sure my laptop and passport was safe in the lock. I am not a big complainer but this stuff was valuable to me and I finally called. They sent maintenance to come fix it, he was apologetic and was nice. He fixed both the faucet and safe in the morning, however after a long day at Disney we all showered and then after the bath rub faucet was dripping, and it’s not a couple drops it’s dripping fast like a consistent drip so the noise was very annoying but I only had that night left (stayed 3 nights), so I just didn’t bother to complain. The room was also only cleaned once during our 3 night stay and the way they cleaned it wasn’t great, again bathroom floor was dirty.

Pros: the staff were super friendly and helpful, they had a good free breakfast Cons: location is right off the highway and not close to amenities, the pool was dirty and there were no towels any of the times we went, overall the hotel and rooms could use a deep cleaning, the shower had rusty old leaky fixtures, you have to pay $25 a day for parking

Was the worst hotel I ever seen the staff in the front desk they were rude. The coffee table in the living room was missing. The TV had a crack in the middle.

The water was cold. The room especially the carpet is old and dingy. The bathroom is dirty especially the tub. I was irritatedly awakened at 330 am because there was a person knocking next door who was trying get in their room. The person was not let in but the staff let the person continue to knock on the door for at for another 30 mins. The front desk didn’t do anything (and did not know what to do after i called several times). This is not a good stay.

Some kind of black gross stuff backed up out of the sink and blew all over the sink. The toilet leaked around the seal, the room reeked of sewage smell. It really was awful.

My bathroom sink was stopped up, called desk and engineering never showed up to fix. Had to use the kitchenette sink to shave, wash hands, brush teeth. No towel or bed service was done, trash not emptied. Breakfast was top notch but the room service left a lot to be desired. Sad, but otherwise enjoyed my stay. Those things are important to me.

Victoria at the front desk was super kind. The hotel needs a remodel though. The rooms and especially bathrooms are old, cracked ceilings and rust in the sprinkler system. The bathroom in our room was dirty and had hair still in the tub. The front desk too care of it but it took them a while to send someone to resolve the issue.

Everything is the best when I stay at any Embassy suites. Appealing structure, friendly staff, awesome views inside and outside the hotel. My kids loved the hotel arcade. Breakfast is always served fresh, very delicious buffet style. I sleep like a baby here!

The maintenance is nonexistent. The sink was rusted, floor tiles were missing, and the mirror was chipping. Even the bedding was subpar; the pillows were flat and the sheets were paper-thin. To top it off, guests above us were throwing food and cigarettes onto our balcony. This property is poorly maintained, poorly cleaned, and poorly managed. We will never return.

Room smelled like mildew carpets, carpet felt gross and moist when you walked on it. Furniture looked old and questionable to use. Streaming services is there but you have to log in with your own personal account to have access to it and make sure you log out before check out. It just seemed like for the amount of money I really expected more from the rooms. Instead the inside looked like a run down motel from the 70’s. I told them we were a neurodivergent family before we arrived for check in and no one considered that when preparing the room or even checked to see if we needed anything or if everything was up to our needs.

Pool was excellent actually took advantage before check in- breakfast was good - good size selection custom omelets - needed a last minute hotel as we decided to stay a extra night- and it was worth it everything from front desk check in to check out - also the Hilton brand ambassador gave us so much information on future travel it was overall excellent stay

I was not aware of an additional deposit, and that I needed to pay more for my parking. Not all elevators were working and the wait time were at one time about 10 minutes. On the other hand the breakfast was wonderful for my family and I, many options to choose form.

Rooms need improvements, broken sliding door, maintenance adjuated temporarily. Bathtub would not drain and was visably cloged with hair. Had to ask to be moved to a different room. No hotel shuttle provided like advertised .

The bathtub was quite grungy and contained a long human hair. It also leaked water from the faucet all night. Additionally, I was not happy with the surprise charge for parking.

My stay was very cold. Upon check-in I noticed my room was extremely cold. I went to change the room temperature but the machine was not working. Also, called front desk a couple of times no answer. The room was not very clean. I notice left over trash wrapping in the bedroom and brown long hair over my pillows. The purpose of my stay was due to my God daughter 20th birthday celebration. Overall the breakfast was good and the staff was nice.

The staff was wonderful. We arrived early in the day and asked if we could park our car in the lot while we got a ride share to an event downtown. When we got back, they gave us our keys. The room was spacious and clean.

This was the best stay and we come to Anaheim once a year. The front office guys were amazing, especially John! We will continue to come here.

I book 4 nights stay and here is the list if things that went wrong. 1. check in for about 45 minutes. 2. I was woken up at 11:45 by someone running around and screaming. 3. Called the front desk 4 time and was up until 4 am because they couldn't do anything about the gusts that was making the noise. 4. The manager John said don't worry we will change your room tomorrow. 5. Next day they told me sorry we don't have any other rooms avaliable. 6.

1. The check-in process at 7:30 PM extended for approximately 45 minutes. 2. At approximately 11:00 PM, my family and I were disturbed by significant noise from the room above, leading to multiple calls to the front desk and a disruption that lasted until 4:00 AM. 3. The night manager, John, assured us that a room change would be facilitated the following day. However, upon follow-up, we were informed that no rooms were available. 4. It appears that the four-star hotel has, for some reason, depleted its supply of water bottles. 5. No room service and no customer service, if I could give them -5 stars I would. Please go somewhere else with your family.

1st night leak in the bathroom vent and we had to pack up and move to another room in the morning which caused us to have to go to Disneyland later

The only thing we felt the elevators we were a little sketchy. Loud noises sometimes as they were going up and uneven and sometimes still moving when door opened. Other than that, everything was great!

Water smelt like sulfur, taking a hot shower made it worse. Manager saw a line to check in and did nothing, just ran away. Elevator broken, which seems like for a while. No outlets at any of the seating spots in the lobby. Housekeeping coming into my room at 8am on check out day. When I told her check out is at 11am and that’s when I would be leaving she was annoyed. But a Kudos to who did check me in, she was a pleasure and provided great service.

Room was OK; I could not get the thermostat below 70 degrees and had to add an extra blanket to get to sleep. I took a fall on the walkway going out and had to drive home directly, instead of going to the planned work duty. Not impressive...

The staff was very courteous and the complimentary breakfast each day was great. Its close enough to ride share to Disney or they have a shuttle service.

We left days before the stay was up tried to contact the property we have taken pictures of the room and how bad they neglected no fitted sheet had to wait on toilet paper smoke detectors with dead barriers the central air states on the wall you can control but you actually can’t it’s centralized to the entire building. Raw eggs in the morning. Made my kids sick. Absolutely terrible

Staff was friendly all around. The room was pretty run down. The couch was very worn and sunk it that it was impossible to sit comfortably. The room had a musky smell and the ac barely blew any air. The wardrobe had a horrendous smell and was unable to hang my suit in there so had to lay it on the counter. The bathroom was very dark and there was mold on the ceiling. The bathtub did not drain properly at all. It filled all the way to my ankles trying to take a quick shower which was gross. The bar was cool but they closed an hour before the posted time which was too bad since we chose this place so we didnt have to leave the hotel and still have a few drinks but ended up having to leave anyway. The "restaurant" is also very misleading as its not an actual restaurant but just part of the bar and not labeled at all so we ended up roaming around before we realized there was no restaurant. Breakfast was average at most but extremely overhyped. It was an experience for sure but wouldn't stay here again.

The downstairs common area was filthy with lots of trash and the common restrooms were destroyed and had no supplies in them. Too many kids running around unsupervised between the pool and common areas so the floors were wet. The arcade had kids climbing all over and throwing footballs totally unattended with drinks spilled on everything. Our room was comfortable but missing the tv remote and the kids in the hotel were running up and down the halls late into the night. I stay at embassy suites a lot but this was the worst stay. Staff at the front desk were on the phone when we arrived and did not even acknowledge us and the line behind us for almost 15 minutes. Highly disappointed in the lack of acknowledgement and the overall rudeness and laziness of staff.

Peeling wall paper in bathroom, run down. Had to call and get toilet paper almost Daily. They would forget to leave clean towels so we also have to call every day for towels. Only had one person working so understaffed.

Took long to get us checked in and the room had funny smell. Also they never replaced our toilet paper and had to go down to front desk to request that and extra towels. They only left 2 in the room that had 5 people staying in it.

My first thought walking into to lobby was "this is niiiiiceee". Check-in did take a bit longer than expected because there was only one person working the desk but I was able to get my room key at check-in, which was great. Our room smelled musty, possibly from water damage on the property and it could use some updating but it was suitable for our 1-night stay. Our kids loved the indoor pool and we all had a blast enjoying the complimentary cocktail hour. I did like that the breakfast bar was consistently restocked. Most of the options consisted of bakery items. There was one person making omelets and even though I wanted one, I ended up getting out of line and helped myself to the breakfast bar because the wait time was so long. I would come back but most likely wuld upgrade to a better room next time.

Our first room had a leak so we got moved to what we were promised was a great room down the way. The bathtub tap leaked constantly, they said they would send maintenance but it never happened. There was never a second toilet paper roll put in by the cleaners so we had to go request one late at night and wait quite a while for it. I used soap and the hand towels to clean the front and back of the bathroom door which was gross. The bathroom sink also constantly smelled like sewer backing up so we would plug the sink and keep the door closed. We also ended up the whole family in the king bed because the front area with the hide a bed was so noisy and so was the pull out bed itself!

The carpet in the rooms and hallways need to be updated. No blow dryer in the room and toilet paper holder was broken. But overall the stay was nice and it was quiet in the hallways.

There was a cockroach in the entrance for 2 days. No one ever cleaned it and the floors were always dirty. They never had towels in the pool area. Housekeeping took all of our towels but never replaced them and didn't restock our toilet paper or our conditioner or body wash.

The water in the tub ran all day and night. The room got really steamy and wouldn’t cool off. We had to prop our door open to help cool it off and let the humidity go down. I did enjoy the pool and spa, I really liked how they opened early and stayed open late. It allowed me to come back from my activities during the day to enjoy the amenities. I enjoyed the breakfast buffet. The staff did a good job at keeping the tables clean for the next person to be able to sit and enjoy their meals.

The kitchen open daily would be an added bonus. Heater/ climate control in the rooms so requesting a space heater wouldn’t be necessary. The pool was great for the kids but the towel service was lacking especially at peak times when staff can see the high usage from themselves towels should be in abundance without guest having to request nightly

The hotel information on the Tv was a big plus.

The hotel is ok, my room was hot uncomfortable to sleep , there was a bed bug found in the bed . I told front desk to have the room completely cleaned with new bedsheets came back all day at Disney to find out bedsheets not changed . Sent a message and still next day the same .

The room is dirty and hasn't been cleaned since Monday.

The main area of the hotel was nice. When checking into the room, there were plates outside our door. I told the front desk and they said they were going to have them picked up. When we checked out the next morning they were still there. There were beer cans on our balcony, and the toilet wasn’t secured to the ground. The bar downstairs doesn’t serve food on Sunday and Monday. I was disappointed because I read good reviews about this place when staying at Disney. The staff were overall nice. The hotel has a lot of potential but has a lot of things they can upgrade and improve.

The room was nice and the amenities were great. Breakfast was severely understaffed and it took too long for the maze to order breakfast.

Our sink wasn’t draining. The tub was dripping a large amount and our AC was not working. We reported all things more than once and it never got fixed.

I’m a fan of the Embassy Suites by Hilton brand. I’ve stayed at the one in Irvine, CA, and it was top-notch. This one is not that. The front desk staff was very friendly and happy to accommodate any requests. The cleaning staff was also very friendly. However, the response times to any requests, assuming you got an actual response, were severely lacking. Maybe it’s a staffing issue, which falls on management. The parking is not enclosed nor secure. It’s just a parking lot. However, they will try to charge you $25 a day for the use of the lot. Honestly, given its location and that it’s not secure, this really is too much. The front desk did not disclose the parking fees at check-in. I found out about them after I requested a copy of the bill because the math was not mathing. Maybe this was just an oversight by the front desk clerk at check-in. The room was tired and not very clean. We stayed in a King Suite. This place is definitely in need of a remodel. They are very sparsely appointed. Not all the electronics work. The paint in the bathroom was peeling off the ceiling, and the tub and shower were not clean. Lots of hair that was not ours. The famous Hilton beds we were looking forward to were obviously past their prime, with the edges so soft that if you didn’t sleep toward the middle, you might roll off. Lots of nicks, chips and stains. We stayed on a Friday and Saturday night. Both nights, they had loud parties and events. W

Staff was nice and rooms were nice. Have stayed here in the past and there was a provided shuttle to Disneyland, however now it’s the ART shuttle which was difficult to use during the busy holiday season. Manager recommended we uber which is roughly $30 each way. Glad there was some shuttle service at least but it wasn’t as easy as years past when they had a dedicated shuttle for just the hotel.

The room cleanliness could be improved as the carpet seems old and dirty. Also the room seems to have a musty smell. Also the shower does not close properly and it keeps dripping all day.We have asked for for additional blankets in the evening, the hotel said they were bringing to the room, but it only came the next morning.

HVAC intak grate dripped water on floor. Checked out a day early. Thankfully Expedia was able to give a refund.

Free breakfast was average and staff was quick to replenish. Room was outdated and not thoroughly clean. We requested extra sheets at 11pm on a Wednesday night and received them within 20 minutes. Although they messaged saying they are on the ART route, you actually have to request on-demand services since there is not a bus stop nearby.

Pros: 1. The hotel was nicely decorated for the holidays. 2. Bar onsite even though we did not utilize the area. 3. Arcade onsite, even though we did not utilize the area. 4. The Pool is open until 11 pm. 5. Large rooms. 6. Small store in the lobby. Cons: 1. We stayed in Room 312, and the bathtub ran all day and night. Not a dripping steady stream. 2. We had a balcony, but the door wouldn't open, even though you could go out on the balcony in other rooms, so I'm not sure what was going on with that door. 3. Located near the freeway, there is some noise from the freeway, but it's not excessive. 4. Although it is centrally located, there is no food in the immediate vicinity, and I did not see a restaurant at the hotel besides the breakfast station in the morning. 4. Pool area echoes, and this weekend it was unpleasantly loud. 5. Ample parking, but a warning on the weekends, there is a nightclub in the same parking lot that occupies a lot of the spaces.

We love how spacious the room was but we had an issue with 2 of the pillows in the bedroom had yellow stain on them. We left them on the floor and housekeeping did not pick up or replace them. The shower had a piece that wasn’t attached and was just left there….. other than that we loved the property, free breakfast and arcade and pool!

First I want to say that the only reason that my review is not lower is because of Boris. He did a great job to fix the problems we had. He was the only employee at the front desk that actually took the time to listen and cared to make our stay here a better. The stay here started off bad. The night I checked in, I waited at the front desk for a few minutes until an employee came from the back asked if I was checking in. Me and my family then got into our room. When we walked in, we immediately got a whiff of a sewer-like smell. The bathroom had a leak which I assumed why it smelled so bad, but we tried to not think too much about it since it was already really late. We then tried to wash our hands in the sink which was located outside of the bathroom for some reason, and found out that the sink was clogged. We called to the front desk where the same employee that checked us in answered. We let him know about the sewer smell and the clogged sink, and how we would liked to see if we could move rooms. He quickly said that there were no other rooms and that we would have to wait for maintenance to come in at 7 to do anything. He said what he could do for now is bring us a bunch of towels so we could soak up the water. And to use the other sink. He didn’t seem to care much about the problem or make our stay better. Thank you Boris for making the rest our stay here great. The rest of the hotel is great, but rooms with leaks or bad smell should not be open for booking.

The room was clean and bigger than expected. Later in the evening I Purchased 2 frozen pizzas in the snack shop in the lobby. Both pizzas were extremely moldy. Brought them back to the front desk and Victoria said “That sucks. I’m not a manager so there’s nothing I can do. I’ll get a manager…” she was gone quite a while and I had to wait a while for the manager to come. The manager explained that the snack shop is owned by a third party and they can’t give out the contact info but that she requested a refund on my behalf. It will take 5 business days. I really hope I get it. After that, the manager told me to throw the moldy pizzas away and she left… not great customer service. The indoor pool water was dirty - lots of clumps of hair at the bottom and it smelled strongly of chemicals. Also there were no towels at the pool. I had to call and request towels for the room and those took an hour to get there Went to the arcade and several of the games were out of order.

The room was filthy. There was mold in the coffee pot in our room. There was mildew all over the bathroom. The pullout bed was broken. My granddaughter found several cockroaches during breakfast. I have photos of all of it! We requested toilet paper and it took several calls and arrived several hours later. Our pillow had no pillow cases and the blankets were dirty. My husband had to stay awake till 12:30am to receive a clean pillow.

Rooms need updating/renovations, walls and ceilings were pretty disgusting. TV was glitching all night, AC unit apparently is for the entire place so our AC wouldn’t go down below 75 all night, they brought in a fan for us. So that should also be taken care of, breakfast was good they have an omelet bar which is awesome

Definitely a disappointing experience. Had we been staying longer than one night I would have asked for a refund and stayed elsewhere. I will not be booking this location again, which is also disappointing as we have stayed here several times over the last two years.

Great time here while visiting Knotts Berry Farm. Moms got to enjoy the happy hour while the kiddos played in the arcade within eyesight. Pool was warm and breakfast was plentiful.

The check in was excellent. Breakfast had so many options and was fresh. The hot tub and pool was spacious, clean, and indoor so it is usable all year round. Our bed was so comfy and clean. It was so nice to be able to shut the bedroom door while my husband was watching tv in the living room. They also provide, shampoo, conditioner, and body soap in the shower. They are big bottles attached in the showers. This was great since i forgot to pack mine. The only thing is that is a ways away from disney and the shuttle to get there was hard to navigate. We ended up driving instead. Overall was amazing and we will stay there again

TV reception is really bad every time you can’t watch anything clearly and parking too expensive

There was no dine- in room service as specified by Expedia.

To make things worse, our room had a view of a junkyard that operated 24 hours a day, and on our last night, the noise made it difficult to sleep. On our final day, we requested toilet paper, and it took over an hour to arrive. Even though it wasn’t checkout time yet, someone knocked on our door and opened it to check if we were still there. The cable service kept cutting in and out, making it difficult to watch TV, and sometimes it didn’t work at all. Not to mention the sink would backup. The only reason I didn’t leave early was because I hadn’t purchased the insurance to get a refund.

We did like the lobby and arcade. The manager reception was a nice touch. And breakfast was kept up with. However, the beds were so so so uncomfortable. 1990s spring beds that make your back feel like going out. Very little updates. Felt 15yrs behind. Armore had a fowl odor to the extent of me covering it to encase whatever is growing in there. Most likely mildew. Smelled like an entire bottle of vinegar was dumped. Ac has a drastic difference in quality depending on living room(cold) bedroom (hot).

The hotel was very nice and comfortable. The management was friendly and professional along with the hotel staff. Great breakfast options and beautiful view inside the hotel.

The day were checking out they were at the door knocking at 9am, 9::30, 10am, 10:30 and when we left at 11am the housekeeper was at the door. She seen us leave and skipped the room. Didn’t even clean it. The lobby is clean and the receptionist was nice and helpful.

Extremely disappointed with this reservation. I booked my trip to this hotel several weeks ago, paid 100% in advance for two nights. Somehow they rebooked my stay to someone else (no other rooms available is what they told me), so my family and I had to make last minute arrangements with another hotel. They did reach out to another hotel to make accommodations, but I had to figure out my own transportation to the property. This the worst experience for travel I’ve ever had. Would not recommend this hotel.

Bathroom had leaks from the tub and sink. Toilet wobbled just by sitting. Embedded smell of tobacco and always felt humid inside.

The biggest issues we experienced was no hot water and the hotel running out of towels. Our room was a capacity of 6 and we only would be provided 3 towels. There was also a morning they ran out of towels and had to wait for some to be washed and dried. It delayed our park day by 5 hours

Nice enough, fairly clean, small bathroom and elevator got stuck (scary for children). Snack and food items available all day and night, being able to easily charge them to your room is a plus. Overall stay and safety was a good value for price point.

Great stay for Disney. The shuttle bus situation to Disney is booked through an app. Was late one day but efficient just give yourself time.

Rooms are clean and spacious. Daily breakfast has great options including made to order omelets. Evening happy hour included.

Placed in a room that smelled like sewage and had a broken mattress - the room condition was overall poor. Front Desk was great and moved us. The second room’s living area smelled like pet urine. Again, service was great but this hotel needs some upgrading and a better maintenance program to identify and repair room issues.

Everything was good except parking is expensive

The 2 rooms I went into were so stinky, so bad, they need to change their floors or carpets, it was very uncomfortable so we had to open the windows which made it noisy due to being so close to the 91 frway. We move to another room and it was the same thing. We stayed there because we jad already payed ahead of and did not have the funds to make other arrangements. The hotel itself was nice and clean. The rooms could use some updating. The a/c unit in our room was loud and didn't work very well. It was fairly warm in the room at night. The furniture could stand to be replaced. The chair for the desk was in rough shape. Bathroom was clean but the shower faucet never really shut off. Breakfast was great and the pool was nice for the kids although it was a little cloudy. I know hotels in big cities usually charge for parking but this hotel isn't in a super crowded area and there was plenty of parking. I feel the $25/night was a bit much. Not too many options for restaurants close by. Had to drive at least 5 minutes to find something. It was somewhat close to Disney which was nice.

I’ve stayed at many Embassy locations, but this one felt outdated. The biggest issue during my stay was the cleanliness, particularly the restroom, which was quite dirty upon arrival. I informed the receptionist, and while housekeeping did come to clean, the job was not done thoroughly. Aside from that, the overall stay wasn’t bad. My main complaint is the lack of proper cleanliness, which really brought down the experience

When we got to the room I unpacked and during the unpacking I found gummy bears and hairs tied in between the couch and the tub was dirty.

The property was okay overall, the AC doesn't really reach the bedroom and it was hot. Staff was amazing though. We did spot a roach or two in our bedroom on our last day there which was very disgusting and felt kind of icky staying after seeing that. The pool was great, we spent every night there, breakfast was good as well.

This might sound like alcoholism BUT, the complimentary drinks and snacks were the highlight for me. The breakfast was actually pretty good. The staff was friendly. My only complaints are the carpet; on the outside of the room. And the ice machine probably needs a filter change because there were black particles in my cooler.

Found underwear in my first rooms. Very unclean.

Two elevators got stuck my husband got hurt trying to open those doors of the elevator the water from the shower would not shut off

The hotel need an update. Room is fairly comfortable. Bathroom shower can't get under really and im only 5'9". Charge for parking now ($25/ nite). Not happy about that either. We will be finding other accommodation next time.

Everything was great, only complaint I had was you have to share a parking lot with the nightclub right next to it which is annoying because you have to pay for parking and you don’t get a guaranteed spot.

The room was very clean but had the old furniture smell. The staff were friendly. Breakfast buffet was good. However, the fruits options were limited. We didn’t try the swimming pool as it was small and uninviting. Overall, we enjoyed our stay there.

There’s a nightclub in front of the hotel and brings unruly guests to the area. My car was broken into in front of the hotel. The hotel was useless in providing video of the person who did it. Their security sucks and never really watches over anything but their phone. Rooms were dirty and parts of my room had broken corners. Embassy suites South is way better.

I loved the stay

Our bathtub flooded with water all over the floor due to short shower curtains and water pressure. We called twice and all they did was give us towels to wipe up the water. My daughter also found a bed bug in her bed before going to sleep.

Clean room

Everything was great, but checking in took over 20 minutes. That shouldn't have happened. The employees were chatting and laughing among themselves.

Service in the Embassy suite was spectacular. Service was very friendly and welcoming! To top it off the breakfast was delicious well supplied and plenty for everyone.

This hotel was filthy the carpet, walls veiled and curtains had stains it felt like a crime scene. Bathroom had mold the water smelled very sad I will never stay there again. I checked out early and drove 55 miles back home due to the filth

Room was way too hot air conditioner was not working well. The temperature stayed past 80 degrees and the most they could do was deprived a portable fan to the room.

The first room had water leaking from the AC. We had to move to another room. That room smelled like mildew. I opened the slider to air it out to find the rollers on the slider broken. The noise from the freeway was loud. Also, there are no restaurants within walking distance. This property is a away from most everything, yet they still charge $25 + tax for parking.

Our room was leaking condensation from the ac filter, our bathroom sink was clogged and our shower ceiling was leaking cool water. But they changed us to a different room

This is not the first time we've stayed at this location, but I'm not so sure we'll come back after what we've experienced. We had to switch rooms three times. After we checked in on the first day, we noticed the toilet in our room wasn't flushing very well. However, we didn't think much of it since we were only staying for four nights. On the third morning of our stay, the toilet suddenly clogged. It ended up overflowing and spilled out of the bathroom and into the bedroom. The staff was generous enough to move us to a different room on a different floor. Moving all our belongings from one room to another was very tedious. Then, it turned out our new room's air conditioning was broken. So we all sat in the room and waited patiently for the manager from the next shift to find us another room to move to. You would think it's easy to check the computer system for a vacant room right?? We just want a room on the same floor, nothing fancy. Anyhow, we finally got to our 3rd room. Other than part of the curtain was missing, everything was fine. Also parking are jumped to $25/night now. I think I can find better options.

The property is need of updating. The front area when walking in is stained and littered with cigarette butts making it feel not so luxurious upon entering. The carpet is coming apart at the seams and looks dingy. The indoor pool is a nice feature, but it's always very full. This is my second time here. I thought i remembered not feeling like it was the cleanest when I stayed a couple of years ago, so I thought I'd give it another try. I was right, still dingy feeling. They did update the arcade, which was very nice. Overall, it is a decent hotel, just needs some updating and not charging for parking at the rate already paid would be nice, especially since it's a big ipen parking lot with other businesses there.

The hotel was nice visually. The fact that I have to pay for parking every night, when I'm already a guest and paying for a room, is ridiculous. Also the room smelled bad. Someone came to spray once and it helped for a few hours but then the smell came back. Lastly, the fridge kept leaving puddles on the floor where my 3 yr old slipped and fell. When I told the front desk on checkout, the guy's response was "oh" and that was it... Never staying at this hotel again.
