We arrived and the hotel alerted us that they were having some renovations which would mean their cable would be out. They offered us a free breakfast(one day), which was a subpar Buffet as compensation for no cable. A few days into our stay, they gave us a piece of paper saying that the water would be out from 10 AM to 4 PM the next day. When Expedia tried to get some kind of compensation for this, they told them that they had already gave us the free breakfast. The breakfast was compensation for the cable being out. Which made the gay they said a lie. Very shady hotel. I would’ve stayed at this hotel again if it weren’t for the dishonesty and randomly not even being able to go to the bathroom for six hours one day with no notice before check in. If you don’t like random unpleasant surprises, don’t stay at this hotel.

Pretty hotel and very clean. Tv wasn’t working, staff wasn’t helpful at all and the shower head was made for a shorter person. Had to grab the shower head and hold it in one hand and shower with the other. Not helpful at all.

Wonderful location. Reasonable parking cost compared to others in the area. Staff was very kind and helpful. Room was very outdated but clean. For a nice clean room and bathroom and place to lay my head, it was perfect.

The TV was out. Traveling with 3 children under 6, that is a must for me. Construction was on the floor above us, so really no sleeping in. One of the days they needed to be in our room from noon to 3 pm, so we had to be out. Shuttle to the park was no longer going. So no it wasn’t a good stay.

The property is in very poor condition and appears badly maintained. The carpets look extremely old, and overall cleanliness was far below what I would expect from a Hilton-branded hotel. I had a 3-night stay, and problems started almost immediately. Within five minutes of checking into my room, I discovered a broken light bulb and several lights that were not working. After reporting the issue to the front desk, I had to wait approximately 40 minutes to be moved to another room. At check-in, I was also informed that the cable TV service was not working and that the hotel had no estimate for when it would be fixed. It remained unavailable for my entire 3-night stay. The replacement room was still very dirty. I found eye-drop bottles left behind by previous guests in three different locations, which made me question whether the room had been properly cleaned at all. The air conditioning failed twice during my stay, including once in the middle of the night, requiring an engineer to come and repair it. The refrigerator was also not working. When the engineer inspected it, he found a large pool of water inside. He explained that a previous guest had left a bottle in the freezer that had burst and caused the issue. When I asked whether housekeeping checks these things before assigning rooms, he simply smiled and said nothing. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had.

Check in and out was fast, bed was comfy. Lighter ambience, updated wall paper or paint and carpet would have been a plus and better shower

In addition, the TV service was down for our entire stay. Traveling with family, having access to television was important, and it was disappointing that the system was never restored. Overall, these issues had a significant impact on our experience.

The staff was absolutely wonderful. Professional, helpful, and efficient. Absolutely awesome, every single one. The TV was non operational, the sound proofing between rooms needs a few extra layers, and the fitness center was very disappointing.

The location. The hotel staff cancelled my reservation and because of that me and my kids slept on the street. They let me to book till 03-28-2026,then they let me to stay just 4 days. I didn’t have any spa or food. I asked them about the breakfast they said not available.

It’s interesting because I’m a Hilton Honors member and still get a better deal through Expedia , as far as this property goes it’s well kept and all the staff were amazing.

Good location to get around Disneylands theme parks. It lakes about good 10 minutes walking to Disneyland shuttle parking.

Overall it was a great stay. Pillows were a little soft and bed was a little squeaky but still pretty comfortable.

We stayed here the week prior which was great. This time we had no tv service and were told by the front desk that it was a spectrum outage which was BS! I had two small kids with no tv for the entire weekend. Additionally the hot water fluctuates while taking showers. Will never stay here again

The staff was friendly at check in, however once in my room, the two tvs didnt work. I was told that hopefully the tvs would work soon. I have young kids to entertain while we prepare for Disneyland. This is vital for our prace of mind. But thats not all. We found a woman's girdle in the room. And we call for two days to get extra pillows. Also no shampoo/conditioner/body wash was filled during our stay, and no refills on toilet paper. I am very disappointed considering we stayed before and had better service.

They do not have a shuttle to take you to Disneyland. There was no tv for the we stated there.

Checked in for one night as we were visiting friends. Walls are thin so we heard everything from the neighboring room. Toilet was running all night as well. Came back to the hotel late and were too tired to call front desk. I ended up fixing the running toilet myself. Also there was no cable and there were no smart TVs. Building feels old and worn down.

Rooms are nice and clean but one of the staff was not very helpful. She also did not offer us the complimentary cookies but she did to the people who checked in after I did.

Tv didn't work, the digital key option didn't work and the young man behind the desk didn't really seem too interested in helping me resolve the issue. They didn't communicate the issue with the tv, I had to find out by trying to watch tv. I checked out earlier just because I didn't really care to stay there any longer than I needed to.

My only concern was that my daughter seemed to have an allergic reaction to something in the room, and I’m hoping it definitely was not bed bugs. Aside from that, we had a positive experience overall and would still consider staying again in the future.

When we were checking in they notified us that they were doing construction in our room above us and did not have another room available. We were woken up early by loud noises from the construction. I asked if they were able to do anything to change us or compensate for the inconvenience and they just gave me a cookie. Also there is a parking fee that is higher than stated on the Expedia app.

We loved our stay here. It was so convenient to everything. The restaurant was delicious and the fresh cookies everyday were the best.

Had a very lovely stay at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort. The resort was clean and offered great amenities including restaurants, a coffee shop, pool, and fitness center. The staff was very pleasant and helpful throughout my stay. The room was very clean, and housekeeping stayed on point with fresh towels and making the bed daily. My only suggestion would be updating the bathtub and shower head, as they seem a bit outdated and could use replacement soon. Overall, it was a great stay and I would definitely return.

My only concern is that this last trip (yesterday), there were signs in the elevator saying that the hotel was being renovated to become more modern. I hope the renovation does not sterilize the charm and comfort of the hotel, the way Hilton Anaheim did. Right now, the Doubletree is just perfect.

The Hotel staff was friendly, the hotel itself was older and needed some work but they are currently remodeling. It had the vibe of a Cheescake Factory/Italian look. We didn't eat at the restaurant or bar. The coffee shop was great for a grab and go coffee drink. Our room was spacious and clean. The carpets were very old and need to be replaced but for the most part the hotel was nice, clean and friendly. Easy walk to Disneyland and close by restaurants.

Our room was clean and oragnized, perfect for our weekend with planety of space to feel right at home.

Location of the hotel is perfect. Denny’s restaurant is just across the road from the hotel and it is in easy walk to cafes, restaurants and Disneyland. The hotel is in desperate need of an upgrade, the decor is dark and old. The staff are helpful but have very little information on the local area which is disappointing because it is a good neighbour hotel . We were a party of 6 kids and 6 adults , our stay was comfortable and the hotel bar, coffee shop and restaurant was a welcome addition.

Not a happy camper there was a lot of hidden fees that were not disclosed during the booking. I received an email after I complained about the other charges that were disclosed when we arrived. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone.

The bathroom door was so noisy it kept waking us up when someone had to use the restroom also the bed wasn’t comfortable

The staff were friendly and helpful. The onsite restaurant and coffee shop were very good and convenient. The hotel is undergoing a much needed renovation. Our room was clean but rundown. The carpet was soaking wet in front of the AC unit, the bathtub was peeling paint, the lightbulb on our lamp was hanging by a loose wire. The location was perfect for our Disneyland visit and great for just sleeping.

Excellent front desk staff. Chris was great help and accommodated our early arrival check in. This property is quiet and in a perfect location with restaurants and stores near by. It was easy to retrieve DoorDash and order an Uber. I would definitely come back here for all these reasons.

When I was checking in I was told there was renovation going on but only on 7 th floor. My room was on 4th. Unfortunately it was not true. For three days crew was drilling and hammering something over my head. I tried complaining but was told that they warned me and somebody will get back to me. Right. It never happened. Parking-$29/day, breakfast-$25/day. Did not like that place.

Had the best experience at this hotel. Staff was accommodating and pleasant. The breakfast food was awesome. The property is nice and clean. A little outdated but they are in the process of refresh, I can’t wait to see it. The only drawback is there isn’t a shuttle, but it’s walking distance to Toy Story lot or the Harbor Entrance. Pool deck was nice and private. You can’t beat the daily fresh cookies. 10/10. Will stay there again

Dirty room staff unfriendly

Breakfast was wonderful. My son loved the food they offered. The staff in the breakfast lounge were so nice and kind to my family and kids. Very appreciative of them.

Our check-in was horrible. No customer service, no explanation of how parking worked, available restaurants, etc. This specific staff member should not work there, clearly dislikes working with customers. Our pullout sofa couch also had food crumbs. I sent a review to the manager and i have not received a response. The walk to disneyland is 20 to 25 minutes and is not bad, but I wouldn't stay here again.

I don’t recommend staying here if you’re going to Disneyland. It’s a pretty long walk but I would still love it.

I paid over $200 a night, that's absolutely not worth it So I recommend go to stay at somewhere else .

The room was gross. There was a weird smell coming from the refrigerator area the carpet was so so dark in certain areas more then others which let me know they were stained for a long long time and the bathroom smelled like mold and mildew couldn’t even use the bathroom the mildew smell was so bad. We ended up checking out in the morning. We would have left that night but I have two small kids under 4 and we got to the hotel after 9pm. We had been driving all day and just wanted to rest so we slept and got up and left.But there was also construction going on that I was not aware of when making the reservation. If I had known that I would have never made reservations there.

One drawback was the person at desk checking us in did not seem too interested in helping us find carts to bring our luggage to our room. We had to make a few trips from car to our room on 4th floor. Other than this hotel will be my 1st option for my next visit.

The hotel is very tired and there were no luggage carts available in the lobby for two days. When I told the staff they just apologized, but made no effort to locate any.

The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit, which really made a difference. We especially loved our waitress, Dani—she was great! There was one night at the restaurant where service wasn’t the best and no one checked on our table, but that seemed like more of an off night than the norm. One thing to note is that the hotel doesn’t have its own shuttle to Disneyland, but the ART bus stops right in front of the hotel every 30 minutes. It was easy to use and only $6 for a day pass, which worked out well. Overall, while the hotel could use some updates, the price was reasonable and the staff made the stay enjoyable. We don’t regret staying here and would consider it again for a budget-friendly Disneyland trip.

Rooms are clean, close to everything. The workout gym is basic, would if liked more equipment and the TV had terrible signal. Other than that it was great.

The room was a dated. Tub/shower was oddly shaped (concave). Shower water pressure was inconsistently low, hard time washing soap/shampoo from body. Bed was uncomfortable, box spring, felt every move from partner while trying to sleep. Room overall was noisy, facing a busy street.

Water in the room should be free. Went to make a cup of coffee this morning after the Disney run, and there were wet coffee grounds/wet sediment in the water compartment. Lotion bottle almost out of lotion. Appreciated the early check-in.

Everything was great except for the loud cars withe obnoxious drivers throughout the night that would race by the hotel. The hotel was great but the road noise on the south side of the hotel was annoying to say the least.

Saw a highly rated hotel that was too good to be true. Was nice and convenient great check in but the knock for me was the beds couldn’t get comfortable affected sleep and was the big reason this got a 3/5 as I was tossing and turning because I was not feeling them.

Old, needs improvements

This place is fabulous for a Disneyland trip! Walking distance to the park, we have 3 littles so it was a safe walk back, put them to bed, and had a completely separate room for my husband and I to watch a movie and heat up some leftovers. The pool and hot tub were clean and chlorinated. Upon arrival we received warm chocolate chip cookies, tokens for the mini arcade, and coloring pages with crayons. If you have kids - book it. Clean, quiet, friendly and easy to make your trip a success

Great place to stay when going to disneyland, since it's close to the toy story parking lot. The staff was always nice and friendly. Rooms are spacious, beds are comfy. My kids loved the cookies. Paying in advance for breakfast was worth it. Only thing to improve is that one morning we were seated in a table under a leaking duct ( a few drops of water fell onto my son’s breakfast ) and we had to be relocated.

We had the two bedroom suite. The suite is very dated, you sink into the sofas which were not comfortable to sit on and the furniture is also very dated. The mattresses were very worn and not comfortable at all. Our room was located on a corner near Harbor Blvd and we could hear cars racing all night long. Our room also had an issue with a leaking AC Unit which soaked the bedroom floor. The maintenance crew fixed it while we went to Disneyland. When we returned, they had a large commercial drying fan running in our room. We were fortunate that it was done drying by the time we returned. I did go to the bar to ask for a wine glass. It took 10 minutes before someone came to assist and then was not friendly. You could tell that she did not want to be there and was annoyed that I asked for a wine glass to take to the room. The outside of the property looked nice and the parking was easy but that was about it. Overall, this was the worst 3 nights of sleep I have experienced in a hotel in the Disneyland area. The walk to the parks are too far and don’t advise it. Maybe we just had a bad experience but I honestly don’t understand the positive reviews for this hotel.

Disappointing experience. We were charged for parking without being advised at the time of booking, which was unexpected. The washrooms were not in proper working condition during our stay, which was very inconvenient. Additionally, the room was not vacuumed even after requesting housekeeping to do so. Overall, basic standards of cleanliness and transparency were not met. Hopefully, management takes these issues seriously and improves the experience for future guests

Week before arriving was advised about parking charges not at time of booking. Washrooms were not in working condition. We booked 9 rooms (4 of them had working washrooms) couches are old and filthy. Vacuuming is not done daily. Would not recommend or go back

Stayed 3 days. Check in was great, the employee was so welcoming and kind. Spacious room, comfortable, fridge and microwave a plus. Wish there was a door leading to the bathroom, that would be my only complaint indoors. Outdoors the issue is trying to use the paper ticket to get out of the parking lot, numerous people had issues, long lines. Would definitely stay here again.

Not very pleasant, the parking is way too much and the breakfast is not included. Vent in the bathroom does not go off and too load to the night time. The maintenance guy did not solve the problem and the front desk did not care about the situation even when explaining and asking for someone to help.

So multiple times during the night we woke up to get our pillows. Not 2 day good night sleep. Also the tv in the bedroom only had 3 channels working. The living room tv was pitch black no sound. I don’t recommend this hotel.

Staff at the front desk was the best part. The room was filthy, no bath soap or shampoo (empty). The cleaner came and filled it wearing muddy shoes leaving dirty prints in the bathroom. Towels stink (needed to be bleached). The hotel is about to be updated and it feels like they just don't care to clean what they currently have. The tub surface was peeling off and horribly stained. The bedding was smelly and the mattress shot.

My husband and I like to pick a different hotel to stay at when we come to the Disneyland area and our Sun/Mon stay this time landed us at the Double Tree. Our overall experience was pretty great! The hotel is for sure a bit outdated, however, you could tell that they have begun the renovation process and I’m excited to see the updates they have! The rooms are spacious and large, house keeping always ensured we had what we needed, and all of the staff from the bartender at the Grappa Lounge on Sunday night who was incredibly friendly, to Maria at the front desk who was so kind to us and helped with our check in process. She truly was a highlight during our stay and was a key part in walking away from this stay feeling truly great! We have a young child and felt quite comfortable during the stay and staff checked in to make sure we were doing okay. We can’t wait to come back and stay after the renovations are complete!

It was a decent stay. Room was very spacious and clean. Service in lobby and overall good. What was not good is no bellboy it was self service we need to wait for the few carts that was available and then put and take our bags and luggage’s to the room.

Staff were not helpful and familiar with property to suggest right room. They are patient with traveler especially when you need them to help you. They want you to pay for parking although you don’t need it.

Rooms look and feel old with the wall paper peeling and the wood on the fixtures looked worn. Breakfast was good if you got the package that included it, but was very expensive if getting at the time. Hallways had old dirty looking carpet. Communication was really bad with our rooms being cancelled due to a credit card issue and them trying to charge it before we checked in. They then switched our king bed suite to double queen without notifying us.

They had the AC blasting in lobby and restaurant the whole time we were there which was not necessary since it was cloudy, misty and only in the low 60's the 4 days we were there. Made it uncomfortable in those areas.

We missed our planned family dinner, fireworks, and evening activities because we had to scramble to find emergency lodging at a higher cost in a city where we have no support. This experience felt discriminatory, humiliating, and completely mishandled. We have stayed with Hilton for over a decade and have never been treated like this. To make matters worse, the hotel placed an unauthorized charge on my card even though they refused to accept that same card at check-in. I am now disputing the charge and working with Hotels.com on a formal investigation. The room was perfect for our trip to Disneyland. However, we had one small hiccup. When we arrived, we asked for a baggage carrier, but were told none were available. Not sure why one wasn't available, but we had a lot of luggage and a baggage cart would have been helpful.

Staying at DoubleTree Suites by Hilton Anaheim Resort is always a pleasure. Staff is always courteous, and the warm chocolate chip cookies are always a great welcome. The hotel shows its age a bit, but beds are always comfy with fresh linens and rooms are clean.

The room was clean and spacious! Problem? Going to the coffee place inside the hotel...... make a purchase and they automatically give themselves a tip. I questioned the front desk about this as it's against the law and was told to email the manager as they were not on site at that moment. Hotel response? "I'll provide you the managers email so you can email them as they are not currently on site." I took it a little further and went back to the coffe shop to ask. Response? The supervisor (i think her name was Lily) said well this is the little machine they installed (referring to the machine used for customers to pay). When asked about the tipping her response was that I could just hit the "X" and of course my response was, "How would i have known that? I clicked on the arrow pointing down and was not given another option." The "X" to me is like canceling my transaction." I received a blank stare and no response. Additionally, our stay required payment of $29/day to park our vehicle and when my husband went to retrieve the vehicle, his only option was to insert credit card to exit and pay the $180 fee. Resolution? They made copies of husbands receipt, credit card, and ID and said information would be relayed to the manager. First time staying at this hotel and probably our last!

I needed help with my luggage’s and I didn’t see anything or anyone offering help. Also there a sign outside that says no loading or unloading by the entrance. How am I suppose to unload my car and my kids across the parking lot? Also, there was only 2 towels inside my hotel and we are a family of 2 adults and 2 children. I have to share my towels with my kids because they didn’t even offer to take extra towels to the room they said I needed to go pick them up myself.

We had a warm welcome with cookies and a room “upgrade”. Rooms are definitely dated. After being told they would only give us fresh towels and toilet paper each day, they did make beds and take out trash which was nice. It was difficult getting anything extra needed. We actually had to walk to lobby/front desk and ask. They don’t serve a complimentary breakfast, a couple of coffee drinks were purchased at the cafe on site. Beds were not very comfortable. The last night my young granddaughter got her head stuck between the mattress and the headboard. She woke up crying. During the stay we lost pillows into this space as well, during the night. Overall pretty good place to stay but needs renovations. Nice location to the Toy Story parking lot and shuttle.

Despite booking a room for three senior ladies (2 queens and sofa bed) and confirming at check-in, when we went to pull out the dogs bed for the night, there was a sign under the cushion stating that the bed was “out of order”! I had to sleep on the sofa as it was. Other than that and the creaky elevator, our stay was fine.

The rooms are gross there old and everything is just dirty looking the carpets are wet from the refrigerators not working properly so they moved us to another room and it was the same the sofa I wud not even sit on them they were so dirty and old that there was no way I’d sleep on them we left and got a room at Marriott much nicer .

We loved the room, the cleanliness, very friendly & welcoming staff, the price, the breakfast, comfortable beds....the only thing that was a bit upsetting was the handicap parking! We saw visitors that were not handicap parked in the stalls for real handicap people! My husband has a bad hip and leg handicap, we are legally able to park here and there was no availability, making us park further away from the front entrance. Everything else was amazing! We will definitely be back for our next family vacation!

It is an A+ Experience

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Check in was easy and convenient. My room was clean and quite comfortable. Easy access to the Disney Toy Story parking with their free shuttle to the park. The Toy Story lot being so close can be walked to making an easy trip and saves a bit on parking costs.

My second stay here and I think it will be my go to when visiting Disneyland because it’s clean, quiet, nice interior iand carpet, plus the staff are very good to you. Free cookie at check in!

There was an issue with the tv channels, every channel above 40 had a signal disturbance and did not work so we had to move rooms next day which was inconvenient and a waste of time! The bathroom tubs are gross looking, some sort of paint? was pealing off.

Me and my wife always get ok hotels for our trip to Disney. This time was something different from the time I checked in to the time I checked out if was the best experience we had in a long time! Staff were awesome. The bar very clean and very convenient for people like us who don’t want to walk anywhere after a Disney day! Coffee shop was excellent! There’s not one bad thing to say about this establishment! The only thing that was bad was the tram which they have nothing to do with. 10/10 stay for us! There’s no where else we’re going to book from here on out! Thanks guys!

I was charged twice for a dinner I had there and tried to call customer service. Forget it! It doesn't exist. I was also annoyed by the fact that they charged $2.50 each for the bottled water and $33.00/day for parking, although I think all of the hotels in the area charge for parking. The hotel was nice but I definately felt a little gouged.

The rooms were clean. I did lose money using the vending machine however. The item I paid for didn’t come out. I reported this to the front desk and the young man informed me the machines were 3rd party and there was nothing he could do. He told me to call the #on the machine. Only thing on the machine was an email address - I reported the issue to the vendor site via email but haven’t heard back from there & to be honest I don’t expect to. I order a pizza from the restaurant to take back to my room - it was overcooked and the crust was so hard it was barely edible. But I was too hungry to return it and ask for another one. Other than that , my stay was very good.

Love staying here, bus stops right outside to take to the parks and the walk isn’t bad either. Great staff to take care of you during your visit plus some great cookies to munch on at check in.

An employee tried to enter my room at 9:10am immediately after one knock using her hotel key. Fortunately I had the door latched and she was only able to get the door open a few inches. She was not from housekeeping and did not identify herself or state her purpose for trying to get into my room. As a result we packed up our bags and put everything into storage downstairs before we went to breakfast because I no longer felt comfortable leaving out things unattended in the room.

Loved the 2 rooms. Plenty of room for our family & our 21 yr old son enjoyed his own room & tv. The couch pull out bed worked for him. Very quiet and safe. The bus to Disney runs every 30 mins … it was disappointing that this was a shuttle for all the hotels. We used it one day & walked the other 2. The walk is about a mile and took us 20 mins. It was nice that there were no panhandlers and the walk was safe enough to let the kids walk on their own at night.
