Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim At Disneyland Park

Overall, this property is acceptable for very short stays when you just need a place to sleep and shower, but it does not offer the level of comfort or amenities of a resort or extended stay hotel.

Breakfast had old bananas, bread, cereal and water down coffee. The front desk sells breakfast sandwiches but the price is unknown. They only charge to the room. The Disney shuttle was also useless and you’re better walking 25 minutes or getting an uber/lift. The night guy at the front desk doesn’t speak English and only repeats two words “no and don’t know”… They know they get Disney visitors and don’t care for repeating customers.

It's not a Hilton, but I'd stay here again for the closeness to the park and it's mostly clean. We didn't use the pool or the hot tub but others were and seemed to be having fun.

Not sure if I missed it in the description or it wasn’t mentioned, but the hotel has no elevators. If you have lots of suitcases/kids make sure you request a room on the first floor!

Loved how clean it was, the pool and hot tub were nice and clean. The manage was great! Super close to Disneyland, the fireworks are almost on top of you at this location!

I love that I had a private shuttle to go to Disneyland perfect times to go in and out of the park and it was really close to the entrance It really wasn’t anything I didn’t like everything who was really nice

Our stay was lovely for 8 nights! We enjoyed the included parking, and were pleasantly surprised to be able to have access to a private shuttle with the hotel. The room was clean every single day, which we really appreciated. The breakfast is simple, but provided cereal, coffee, and yogurt. The outdoor pool was also very nice.

I went with my 14yr old and our friends for a Disney trip, and I’d stay again. The property is old, it needs updating. The breakfast wasn’t great, the coffee was terrible, the tv didn’t really work, and housekeeping was knocking on our door 20 minutes before check out to make sure we were ready to go. But the beds were comfortable, the room seemed clean (it’s hard to tell with those old hotel carpets but everything else was good), the water pressure was great, and the free shuttle to Disney saved us lots of walking and money. I wouldn’t stay here if it wasn’t for a Disney trip. But for the price, location, and shuttle I’d stay here anytime for Disney.

Very convenient 15 minute walk to Disney. Cleanliness was ok, could be better. I did go ask the front desk for a plastic spoon and the man looked up from his phone, looked at me. And then went back to his phone and acted like I wasn’t there. Aside from that, staff was nice. You can also see the Disneyland fireworks from the pool/hot tub. So that was nice on our off day.

The location was great for Disneyland. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfortable. The shuttle provided is a great option if you don't want to drive. The parking lot is small and extremely tight. There were no parking spots available when I got back to the hotel from Disneyland. The night employee told us to park in a no parking spot and just move my car in the morning. The continental breakfast was nice to have available but also had an extremely limited amount of options compared to some of the reviews that were left and there was barely any seating. The tub in our bathroom did not fully drain and pooled up while using it.

The staff were super nice except one of the night guys - rude honestly when asking a question. The continental breakfast was NOT GREAT. No proteins, fruits ect- not how it use to be at all .

Perfect location as Disneyland is about a 12 min walk. They also provide shuttle service to and from the park; be sure to get times for this service it’s provided in the morning and later on in evening time only. I do like the complementary morning breakfast to get the day started. Great price and again, it fitted our needs as a family.

The hotel looked nice, except for the stacks of nasty, stained, dirty old mattresses in the parking lot. Our room had a huge black spill stain on the floor covered up with an ottoman. The last night there a silver fish crawled on to one of the pillows! Killed it, and looked around for any others.

The proximity to Disneyland was the major reason for picking this location There was no bottled water or tea and coffee making facilities in the room. Also, the dining options around the Inn are very limited.

Our room was infested with ants. Every towel, sheet, comforter and even the shower curtain was stained. Mold all over the bathroom. Unclean. Location is really the only thing this place has going for it. But expect the absolute bare minimum. Breakfast included should not be listed as an amenity. You get to choose cold cereal, white bread or a waffle that a lady stands and regulates. She even rations the syrup and milk for your cold cereal. You can buy a sandwich from the front desk and heat it yourself. Very disappointing.

It has a nice swimming pool, spa & laundry area. The shuttle bus takes you straight to disneyland and picks you up st the end of the evening. I totally recommend this place if your after comfort but also doesnt hurt the bank.

The last shuttle only runs 20 mins after the park closes. Which meant no shuttle if you stay to watch the fireworks.

The ‘breakfast’ was a waffle or cold cereal or yogurt. Finally, the shuttle to Disney didn’t run from 11 am until 5:30, with another gap in service until 8:30 The staff was friendly

The staff at the front desk and breakfast nook were cold and even rude. Customer service is not their strong point. Breakfast sandwiches need to be asked for and every day we had to wait 5+ minutes for them to get them out of the freezer. Their shuttle hours are extremely limited so we ended up walking to and from Disneyland each day. The housekeeping crew was very good and super responsive. And it was a 20 minute walk to Disneyland, so that was a plus.

Great stay - wish there were non-sweet cereals like Cheerios

The USB outlets did not work. We were provided with adequate bath towels for 2 people, but only 1 hand towel to share.

Wish the shuttle went out earlier so we could rope drop. We ended up taking an uber most mornings.

The evening driver of the shuttle to Disneyland was so super nice. Keep him. He deserves a raise. 5/2 and 5/3.

Used to love this hotel for budget trips to Disney. Hav stayed multiple times over the years. Definitely not what it used to be. Limiting the breakfast to things like 2 waffles per person was a huge change from what it used to be. I get it saving money where they can but definitely ruined the stay. The hotel also needs some work things like bathtub not draining while showering. Starting to get outdated and it shows

The biggest problem for us was the moldy/musty smell from the AC units. We used their automated text service as soon as we checked in to see if they could clean the filter, but received no response. After waking up with a headache the first night, we asked for a room change at the front desk and they obliged. The next room was much better, but the musty smell was not totally eliminated. This seems to be an ongoing and persistent issue in the Anaheim area, as several of the hotels we’ve stayed at have had similar issues. The pool and hot tub were nice and clean, but it was closed the last day we were there. No apology or explanation from the manager - just that they needed to call someone to come look at it. The staff was responsive but not overly attentive. Generally would recommend for a convenient place to sleep close to Disneyland.

Breakfast was pretty lousy compared to Days Inn in Wyoming were we stayed recently.

The beds were older and have major indents for people’s bodies over time— literal hump in the middle of the bed!! We got an “upgraded” room, literally looked the exact same as a “regular room” other than a. Slightly bigger tv and fridge— otherwise everything was the same. The shuttle was the best part about this place, and even then, you’re waiting 30-40 min between busses even though it’s only a mile away. So that part sucked too. Overall— wouldn’t stay here again.

Room was clean and mostly quiet. Pool area was clean and stocked with towels. Hot tub was a welcomed reprieve after a long day at the parks. Staff was helpful. Breakfast was sparse but sufficient.

We were moved three times due to cleanliness issues. The first room had little ants all over the bathroom sink and vanity, the second room hadn't been vacuumed as there were Dorito crumbs on the floors and the third room (which had been inspected prior to us moving a third time AND approved by the staff member for being in good condition) had a ton of mold in the bathroom and garbage behind the door. The evening agent didn't seem to care much, and while the morning agent seemed to care more, nothing was done regarding compensation. We had tried finding alternative lodging for the evening but were unable as most places in the area had no vacancy. We still have yet to hear back from management. Absolutely awful experience and do not recommend.

I would strongly recommend this place for visiting Disneyland. Don’t expect a 5 star hotel but it is more than enough if you spend > 16 hr outside and look for a decent and safe place to sleep. Breakfast is also acceptable.

One of the Night time shuttle driver rude ... made us walk to the hotel at 1am after we waited for him 1 hour for him to arrive ... we were one of the first ones there and made us get off the van to let the other people that just got there leave in the bus? Make that make sense...

Locating scooters to be in room instead of outside

The room was old and had numerous small maintenance issues. It was ok for what we needed, but we wouldn’t stay there again.

It was a place to sleep at night but not the best if looking for more.

Room was not the cleanest and some staff not very helpful or polite but very convenient location shuttle service was a plus and room was so spacious wish there was little more storage for clothes and maybe a table to eat at and maybe a few more food options in the morning but I would stay again especially for the free parking and the room we were on in was so cutely themed quite and you could still see the fire works

It was a good hotel to stay at if you're looking for somewhere affordable to stay near Disneyland. It has free breakfast, and a shuttle to Disneyland that comes every hour. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful. My room was clean for the most part. However, I irked a little when I saw strands of hair in one of my bed covers, good thing I was in a room with two beds I could just sleep in the cleaner one. There was also hair in the bathtub. Housekeeping needs to do a better job at cleaning bed covers/sheets as well as the tub. The beds weren't very comfy to sleep on. One more problem I had was with the curtains, they wouldn't close all the way which caused some light to enter in the room at night time. Overall, I thought the hotel was okay. I won't be staying here again though, I'm gonna stay at a place where cleanliness and comfort are prioritized, even if it means paying a little more.

The hotel is conveniently located near Disneyland. But the parking area is very poor. Too many car not enough parking space. When I entered the room I see a small bug flying around the bedside table. We stayed for 2 nights and when we came back at night after long hours in Disneyland, we can’t open our room. We have to go to the lobby and have them give us a new key card. It was such a hassle and I was so annoyed. The breakfast is not that good either. I don't recommend this place. Sorry.

Appreciated the shuttle, and housekeeping was a pleasant experience. For the shuttle the busiest was the morning, returning to the hotel was a breeze.

It was okay, besides all the other people smoking cigarettes on the property. Staff makes were a bit sassy.

The rooms were fine for the price. We booked this hotel for the shuttle service and they did not pick us up at the listed pickup time at the end of the night. So we were stuck finding our own way back from Disneyland at 11:30. Ended up doing a lot of Ubers instead of the shuttle as it was often packed and we couldn’t trust it would be there on time or at all.

Pros: nice staff, close to Disneyland, quiet in March, rooms pretty large CONS: good luck getting your room below 74°. The typical exterior units are useless. Room is constantly humid and warm even after leaving the AC set to 60°. Constant fan just keeps humidity up but without it on the unit barely turns on. It was 64° outside so we eventually just opened the door for a while. Beds are pretty firm and the pillows are large and FIRM. No idea how people can sleep on a pillow that hard. Breakfast is VERY BASIC. Cereal, toast, oatmeal, OJ and AJ, and waffles that have kind of a weird taste. Do not pick this hotel if you expect a continental breakfast. Bathroom has a pretty large bathtub but is a small bathroom. All the lights in the room are cool temperature which is really annoying for a bathroom. Would never stay here again, would much rather pay more for a nicer hotel but we got lead astray by all the positive reviews

The room was great, the breakfast was good, the front desk staff were good, the lady who was stocking the breakfast items went around the corner and coughed a great amount then returned and refilled the cereal, went around the corner hacking again, returned to make a waffle, etc. I'm glad she went around the corner, but I wish I could have seen her wash her hands, or wear gloves, or a mask . . .

Bedding was nice and thin. Parking is horrible if you have an SUV it’s close proximity to the next car. Great location for Disneyland. Breakfast was very limited. Ice machine was located by the pool which was a walk from our room. Towels were rough but overall for the price it was budget friendly and was very close to the park which was our main goal.

The room was clean. The pool and hot tub were in good working order. It was within walking distance (about 20 minute walk) of Disneyland!

I stayed here with my 3 kids and felt safe. Room was clean. Staff was very nice and helpful. Shuttle is a plus but very little information is shared on where the pickup areas are. This can cause confrontation between guests about who was in line first. A reservation system for the shuttle would help. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. We only ate the hotel breakfast one of the three mornings we were here. The hot tub was out of service upon arrival, which was disappointing, but it was back up and running on our third night. It wasn’t quite hot enough and was overflowing but it was nice to soak after a day at Disney. I would absolutely stay here again.

The three bed suite was so perfect for our large family of 6. The walk to the park wasn’t bad at all, and the complimentary hotel shuttle was an added bonus if needed.

We had breakfast Sunday morning and the employee there was also really rude, she got mad because I tried to make my own waffle and insisted to make it for us. You can hear everything around you, there is no breakfast really, they do give you a frozen croissant for you to put it in the microwave, they have cereal and coffee for actual breakfast I guess, the person who is in charge of driving back and forth the shuttle is really grumpy.. but I guess I get it? That’s what he does all day.. also you’ll find a tip jar in the breakfast room, and in the shuttle area.. tipping is a crazy thing in California I guess they all don’t get decent wages even though it’s a expensive state to live in.. so try helping them? The motel was.. bleh..

The hotel was okay and conveniently close to Disneyland, which was a big plus. The beds were comfortable, and the rooms were decent overall. However, the bathroom had mold and ants, which was disappointing. The complimentary breakfast was very basic—just bread, cereal, and waffles. We didn’t use the shuttle because the timings weren’t practical. It would be great if the hotel could improve bathroom cleanliness, offer a more varied breakfast, and adjust shuttle schedules to better suit guests’ needs. Another suggestion to Wyndham/owner: please fix the property and enhance customer service to create a more memorable experience for guests.

They could improve on cleanliness of the room. There was goldfish and candy on the floor. Marks all over doors and light switches. Heard what sounded like water dripping but louder all night. My husband said it was probably pipes contracting. There was an Ant and fly hanging out in the bathroom. I chose this location due to location and cost. Works if you need a quick, budget friendly hotel for your Disney trip. I thought it’d be a little better due to other reviews I had read. I will pay more to stay somewhere nicer in the future.

There were some odd reviews for this hotel that had me worried, but the rooms were exactly as shown in the photos. They were clean and spacious and pretty quiet. The thing that amuses me, is I stayed in a 5 star hotel last week, and that hotel only provided 2 bath towels. This 2 star hotel provided 4! That's important to me! I would stay here again. Check in was pleasant, the hotel provides a small breakfast, but if that's not your style, there is a Starbucks across the street. With free parking and reasonable prices, it's a good location for Disneyland visits.

We stayed in this property to visit the park. I did have to stay back and work for a little but had no issue with wifi and loved that rooms had a desk, fridg and microwave. The only complaint i have is the beds are not comfortable and it was hard to get some sleep.

The room was in good condition if a little dated, and surprisingly quiet even though the facility was full. Very convenient option for walking to and from Disney and the many restaurants in the area. Never felt unsafe.

Parking lot is bad especially if its fully booked. It is very tight if you have a big vehicle. Need to add eggs & links to the breakfast.

The room was clean. My concerns were the sink had a terrible odor coming from the drain. It really needs to be bleached. The bathroom door did not lock it also was difficult to open. It got stuck every time qe used the bathroom. There is mold on the bathroom ceiling. We have stayed here many times before. We always stay here when go to Disneyland. My biggest complaint is the parking. Not enough space to park. Everyone is so close to eachother. They also park right in front of other cars. It was so difficult to get our car out.

This is an older hotel and doesn’t seem to have any sound barriers between upper and lower level or between rooms. A lot of noise it’s transferred into your room. The room is clean. Paul at the front desk is very rude not helpful. Also, they tell you parking is free But in reality, they don’t have enough parking in their complex. Should the hotel be booked? Be aware of this.

Breakfast was okay. Laundry facilities were non existent; one washer & dryer, maybe 20-30 years old, broken. Shuttle service is very limited and no service for a huge chunk of the day. Mold at the bottom of our tub, low flow sink and toilet.

The shower tub was dirty and had hair on the side and didn't drain properly. The door was not sealed at all, letting all sounds in (neighbors, helicopters, banging sounds outside and sirens all night long). The sounds kept us and our 4 years old up all night. The door latch lock was broken, making it feel really unsafe. It looked nothing as advertised and we ended up canceling our stay the following morning. This place is really not worth $114 plus per night.

We stayed here for 3 nights. Location is great, very close to Disneyland. Staff for the most part were good. Breakfast was okay, they had waffles and pancakes amongst other on the go goodies. What put a dent in our stay were stained sheets, i mean they had either dried blood stains or some brown dried residue on them. How gross is that, my child literally didnt want to sleep in that bed, and i dont blame her. Second instance was when we came back from Disney at10:40pm toa dead battery in the door. It was pouring rain outside we were standing out by the door as all my stuff was inside the room we ubered that day. Long story short they could not fix the problem until morning that means we were not to leave the room, if we did we would not be able to get inside the room again unless we called them over to manually unlock the door which took them around 5 mins or more to show up. We were drenched from rain and exhausted from thre day at the park so we were not going to go anywhere anyways, but i feel like in this case abother room should have been offered. For the breakfast next morning we had to leave our door slightly propped so it would not lock all the way to be able to get back inside. What blew my mind is when i went to a front desk for a check out and was telling the lady about this situatuon and nasty dirty sheet on the bed she said there was no note left regarding this from the night. Cleaning needs to be stepped up and communication definately needs a fixing.

Bad smell I had to turn off the A/C to get rid of some of the smell. It was too late to complaint I had a long day at Disneyland.

You get what you pay for. Very limited shuttle times available to and from the park. The laundry service was not working and no one knew how to help fix it. The pool was overflowing, the hot tub water was brown. Pillows very uncomfortable. Very limited breakfast options. The cleaning ladies and breakfast staff were friendly. Would pay more to stay somewhere else next time

Free shuttle was on time and our driver was friendly. The front desk was also friendly and we appreciated being able to park our car and ride the shuttle to Disneyland before check in.

Breakfast hot items was limited to waffles being made by a hotel employee with 3 single waffle makers and 2 frozen items you had to request at the front desk to warm up in one of 2 microwaves in the breakfast area. Coffee, apple and orange juice was available, as well as ripe bananas, yogurt and various cereals. It was not great, have had better complementary offerings elsewhere.

Our family booked 2 rooms here for 4 nights while we were in at Disneyland, after coming from a hotel in Hollywood and seeing the breakfast they offered this hotel was very sub par. The breakfast was VERY limited, and you were regulated on what you could have. Ie, the breakfast sandwiches were just pre packaged frozen you needed to sign out from the front desk. They only allowed you 1 room key, would not allow any extras even if you asked which is difficult especially when you need a key for the pool gate. The pool rules are very strict on no food or drink in the pool area, we had maintenance give us a hard time about it within the first 10 minutes of being on the property. The jets in the hot tub didn’t work, and one night the hot tub was ice cold. Our bathtub did not drain as we were showering even after we asked them to fix it while we were out. This really took away from our experience and I likely wouldn’t stay here again.

Per my sister, the room was clean! I had to cancel my room (trip) because I had a family emergency. But my sister enjoyed her stay.

It was good. Nothing bad to say. Shuttle service was great with pickup times and great water pressure in the shower.

They have a shuttle van to Disneyland and back that runs in the mornings and evenings. If there isn't enough room for everyone, they will come back and get you right away. The staff was friendly and very helpful, except for the gentleman who checked us in. The rooms were clean but a bit dated. They were musty smelling. There was a dripping sound in one of the walls which could explain the smell. We brought an air filter which helped a lot. One of the main reasons we chose them was because of the availability of adjoining rooms with a common door. We made our reservations more than 3 months ahead of time and contacted them 4 times in the mean time to confirm adjoining rooms. When arriving, the best they could do is 2 rooms next to each other. No apology. No offer to give us adjacent rooms the other days of our stay. No offer to compensate us for the error. Very disappointing.

Room 225: Ants in bathroom - reported of a morning, nothing done, reported in evening and man came to spray. Didn’t want to remain in same room with ant spray, desk clerk was annoyed with us asking to change rooms. Van driver was nice.

The rooms were clean and the property seemed quiet. The lack of staff on property was concerning, if anything ever got out of hand, I'm not sure if they would have been able to handle it. The breakfast was less than basic - limited choices and felt like they were cutting corners in order to maximize profit. The staff seemed extremely disenganged, in stark contrast to the other hotels down the street who have seemed to master hospitality. The onsite laundry was not functioning and so we had to take our things down the street a half mile to a sketchy laundromat. All that being said, the location is good - still within a reasonable walk and not mixed in with the other hotels. Starbucks and other fast food within steps of the hotel made it very convenient. If this hotel could find ways to add more value and less obvious corner-cutting, including more helpful staff and better towels and longer shower curtains (they were too short and allowed water to run onto the floor), this place has real potential to be a Good Neighbor establishment (it isn't one at the moment).

Breakfast was nice, but could have a bit more variety. Ladies making the waffels were lovely. Shuttle to Disney parks need to leave every half hour, instead of every hour. Close to parks and food options. Would stay again. Would stay again.

Convenient, nice

All we did staying here was just sleep really. The breakfast was good but I felt like there could be more options. They do have a little store front in the lobby incase you just need a snack or a pick me up or if you forgot something instead of running to target or Walmart. They have a shuttle takes you and picks you up from Disney. That really does help. You can see the fireworks on the weekend from the parking lot. I wish there was a little bit more towels in the room. Sometimes it can be loud but it’s wasn’t terrible. I would stay there again for the price. Other than that it was a good time

On the first night of our stay, I went to the front desk to request two extra pillows. The receptionist, “Paul,” told me there would be a charge. When I asked how much, he suddenly accused us of having six people in our room (which was not true) and started yelling at me. I assumed there were cameras and decided to speak with a manager the next morning. The next morning, another receptionist told us we had to vacate the property because Paul had written a false report that we had six people in the room. In reality, we were three adults with two children (ages 12 and 3). Imagine being told this while getting ready to take your kids to Disney. Instead of a vacation, we were met with stress and arguments. We tried contacting management, but the office phone just rang, and staff laughed at us. We also discovered two other families were having the same issue. This was an absolutely horrible experience. If you plan to stay here, be prepared for unfair treatment and unprofessional staff.

I stayed here from September 9th- September 12th, and all I can say is I would 100% stay here again! From location to their amenities and prices this is definitely a hidden gem for Disney Hotels!

The stay overall was “ok” I didn’t like that the staff wasn’t as helpful. I called in advance drive about 7 hours away and asked if we can park there and take shuttle to Disney and she said it was ok. We got there and she said there was no shuttle from 11:00 to to 5:30 which are peak hours so went there for nothing and had to go pay for parking at Disney and come back to check in again. Wish I would have know we could have scheduled our plan ahead. (Mind you I called before hand and gave eta) rooms were ok! Towels are tiny so you need about 2 just to shower and they give very limited towels about 4 bathing towels and 1 face towel. Weird. But would I book here again? No. Was already having travel issues and this was the cherry on top.

Basically its at very convenient location, other than that nothing special, price is higher than other motels, Breakfast is the worst i ever had. They might as well get rid of it.parking for guest is free but price is high anyway.

My check in time was at 3:00. I arrived at 7:30, I was able to leave my car and attend Disneyland. I checked in later at 3:00. Hotel is very clean. Nice shower pressure. Parking lot is closed in and surrounded with a wall.

Area was close to destination which was good. Decent priced. A little upset that I was unable to park more than one car on my reservation, was told I needed multiple reservations for multiple cars and had to park my second car 4 blocks away unattended.. which was inconvenient. Found unexpected guest (roach) in my lighting fixture in restroom while in the shower. Not fun!

Easy transport to Disneyland with rides from the park back to motel at night also. Missed the ride times back so ended up having to walk which was about a 15 min walk, though had to cross a busy freeway area. Cleaning ladies come in every morning so remember to hang up privacy tag on handle unless you want them cleaning around your stuff or getting a morning wake up call.

From the moment I was helped by the employee at the front desk, I knew this was not going to be a good stay. The employee was condescending & dismissive, seemed irritated & anxious to us out of there. We had a nice day around the area, went back & swam at the pool (well taken care of) but at 9:30PM, ring ring ring, the employee from earlier tells me I need to move my car to be "closer into the white lines" - OK... they were not that off, I move my car totally & I see him out there waving to his friend who took my spot that the employee complained about. Woke up in the morning & saw my phone didn't charge, I yank the charger out & two roaches came ouf the socket. I even took photos of this craziness because I have never seen this before. Never going to bring my family back. Strike 1 was rude employee, strike 2 was the late night call to move for his friend & strike 3 was the roach show.

Great location, near gas stations and next door to a pizza parlor with some arcade games. Walking distance from Disneyland (about 20 minutes or less). The complimentary breakfast is okay and very basic. But the parking is free. I would recommend this place if you’re looking for an affordable place that is close to Disney. It’s close enough you can hear the fireworks at night so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

Nice hotel close to Disneyland park. Staff was very nice and helpful. Parking was kind of hard after a day at the park but we found a spot. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good deal and close to the Disney parks.

Free parking , but note parking not valid on day of check out ( if you are planning on going to disney that day ). Property is dated but clean . Free pool . Note , shuttle only seats 13 and more often than not , you can’t get on. Also - guests frequently jump the line and force their way ahead of others waiting to get on. This is partially a hotel issue in that a) there is no system for booking or queuing and b) the shuttle could run more frequently.

Bugs are inside the room. No safety box so I couldn’t ask housekeeping to clean my room while I was staying. The room was very noisy all the time not sure what noise and where come from. Maybe fridge or air conditioning. The reception staff were not so much friendly and helpful. No smile no greeting all the time. Very unwelcoming and uncomfortable. A bit far from Disney resort. The shuttle bus was most of time not operating while I was staying. That was really disappointing. Breakfast was okay. Hopefully more options. It was hard to find the fruits so I missed it. Breakfast staff were very helpful. The room was clean a bit dark but big room and enough space. It was nice to see some of pictures on the wall were Disney. Thank you.

Found everything was great close to Disney. Only improvement Would be breakfast but was still okay

Our room smelled like an old smoking room and the mattresses were crap. The room was dark and the parking was a joke. The lines were so close, that you could barely fit your vehicle between the lines. The shower was very nice though, very good water pressure and the cost of the room was very affordable, so you get what you paid for.

Great place to stay if you are going to Disneyland!

The stay was fine. I felt a little uncomfortable checking in the guy at the counter was very focused on making sure i knew the rules and it made me think. Do i look like trouble to this person. Its whatever i didn't complain and they didn't try to charge me for anything but it made me a little worried they might. Took a bunch of pictures when i got in the room just to cover my rear.

Overall great value hotel! Enjoyed the proximity to Disneyland and they have a shuttle to Disney. We skipped shuttle and just walked there instead. Location is next to a gas station and a busy intersection that’s why I took points off. Breakfast was good and stay was okay except there was no hot water in the morning.

We never had a working shower our whole trip and the only resolution we were given was to check out early which they suggested at 2 am while we had our child with us. We were never given a resolution or even called back once about our situation the whole trip.

Everything overall was pretty good. Just 16 min away from Dineyland Resort walking. I would like to see more options for the continental breakfast. Really affordable and clean, definitely will be coming back.

If using just to visit Disneyland then ok, otherwise wouldn’t recommend. Breakfast is basic, but does the job. Room spacious. Shuttle to the park is handy, but only 10-15 min walk. Area felt safe to walk. Did the job.

The walk to the park was manageable.

The people running the front desk are very rude, the parking lot is tight as is and if you are parked on the line in a parking stall they will hound you until you move your vehicle. Vehicle but the problem is is everyone is parked that way because the lot is so tight. Unbelievable. They just keep calling you and calling you on your phone

Overall, this place was basic but nice and convenient. The only reason it doesn't get higher stars is that I got several flea bites the minute I took off my shoes and socks in my room. Other than that one things, everything else was fine.

Overall the hotel was great we didn't prefer the breakfast choice on first morning so not sure if different other mornings. Daily housekeeping was excellent and free shuttle was nice wished there was more routes but was appreciated conveniently close to the park 10 min walk and near a Disneyland bus route. This hotel is conveniently close to Disneyland with free parking. It offers free shuttle to the park as well, but because it was a van with limited seating we opted to walk. We had an issue with the shower flooding because the shower curtain is too small for the tub. Beds were comfortable and it was clean. Bathroom is dated and needs upgrading.

Upon arrival, the room had hair left in the bathtub, our door on the first floor didn’t fully close and had a gap you could see light through. The on-site laundry seems like a convenient feature until you decide to use it at night. You have to scan a random qr code and pay a third party site to use the machines. It felt sketchy, along with the outdoor location that was not locked or secure. Literally anyone can walk up on you in the dark and this is why I drove to a laundromat to process laundry instead. Also, the beds were not great and the pillows and bedding were very uncomfortable. Also, be very careful about leaving any items behind accidentally. This hotel will not return them to you, upon request. My airpods were left behind by accident. Even though they showed up by location tracking as in my hotel room, they told me I had to come by to retrieve them. The front desk lady confirmed they were there, then the male manager got on the phone with me to tell me they didn’t have them. After confirming their location on my phone, he said he wouldn’t mail them back to me. He also stated they, “had other airpods and an apple watch, but they were all really old and not mine”. I encouraged him to charge them so their owners could ping / retrieve them - he declined. After letting him know I see them on my location finder, he told me to physically come retrieve them myself, even though I live in another state. Be warned, I would choose somewhere else to stay!

The room was clean. It had a microwave and a fridge. The price was reasonable for me. The location was the problem, I was on a scooter and had to cross the freeway. I chose this place because of the price. Disneyland is very expensive, and I wanted to save money somewhere.

Fine for a quick trip if you’re doing the Disney parks. Not a great property but sufficient. Only allows one car and wasn’t super helpful on where to park a second if needed. Couldn’t offer additional pillows or towels. Walls are thin. But given the price, doe the area, it’s fine, I guess.

Overall the room was very clean and nice. However we found that the staff was very rude and unfriendly at the front desk and the breakfast station. The lady at the breakfast station was strict on what plates and cups guests were allowed to use for certain breakfast despite it being self serving. For example she got mad at us for grabbing a bigger paper plate for 2 pieces of toast. We were also disappointed with the shuttle schedule. Only running from 7:40am -10:30am once at 5:30pm and then 8:30pm -12:30am.

The location was fantastic. It was an easy 15 minute walk to Disney. The room had previous people's food on the floor when we arrived. There were ants throughout our entire stay. They did provide a breakfast. It was limited and would have been good to have some healthy eggs or something. They had bread, waffles, and microwaveable sandwiches. Would probably find a more modern hotel next time. Good price though.

It was a great stay! Loved the complimentary breakfast. Room was clean and spacious, will stay here again when going to disneyland!! Also short walk to the park, hotel offers shuttle but gets full quickly and not offered all throiugh the day, varys in times. But overall great stay!
