Reviews
The hotel is generally well-maintained with friendly staff and a great location for Disney visits. The breakfast is highly praised, but the cleanliness of rooms and quality of wifi are inconsistent.

We were extremely disappointed about the pool being closed. After reviews this was closed for a long time. But we still paid a daily resort fee. For what? Otherwise lovely place. Our kids are sad about the pool. When we booked there was shuttle service. When we arrived no shuttle service
- 5/5
Worth it if you’re traveling with children
- 5/5
We liked everything about this property
- 2/5
Found an acrylic nail in the bed. AC was set to 60, stayed at 74 all day/night. Up stairs drains, drained slow enough to create a puddle. Pool was not open yet (closed since February I believe) would be nice if mgmt planned to have it open by summer.
- 5/5
We stayed here for a family trip to Disneyland with our teenage boys. We had a loft room that was perfect for our family. The kids had their own space with their own bathroom. The room was clean. The full breakfast buffet was great every morning. Within walking distance from Toy Story parking where we caught the bus to the park every day. Within walking distance to lots of food and activities. The pool was closed which was a big set back, but the hotel itself was excellent. We will absolutely be staying here for future Disney trips.
- 5/5
The pool wasn't ready but everything else was wonderful!!!!
- 4/5
The room was good. It is a little outdated and could use some care. The breakfast was great! Good variety, clean and the staff was amazing. The location was also great. You could either walk straight to the park or catch the bus at the Toy Story parking lot. Only downer was that the pool wasn't fixed.
- 5/5
We stayed in a loft room and it was the perfect space for our large family. Walking distance to Disneyland. Kitchen was well equipped and saved us a bit on food. Free breakfast was decent and gave options for our family.

Everything was Great! Thank you!
- 5/5
The best place we’ve stayed in when visiting Disneyland. From check in (June 6) to check out (June 8). The check in person was nice (same person checked us out too we forgot your name mister sorry). All the other staff were super nice too. The Bi-Level suite was amazing. Clean and spacious. The location is great, just a 15min easy walk to Disney. Overall amazing, we’ll definitely stay again! 👍👍👍👍👍
- 4/5
Great location for walking to Disneyland. Shame the swimming was completely closed for renovations (with no prior warning when booking). Property was a little tired in places but overall still happy with our choice.
- 3/5
Hotel pool was closed with no notice a the beds were not great. But if traveling with a large group their bigger suites are decent for the price
- 0.5/5
The only good thing about the hotel is the location. But there are other hotels nearby- go there instead. Clementine staff were unfriendly and would stay in a back room rather than the front desk. As they would come out of the backroom they acted like you were bothering them. It should be noted, they do not have a working pool. When asked about it the staff acted like it was my fault for not seeing the notices online before booking and told us to go to pay for the waterpark at Great Wolf Lodge if we wanted to swim. I was so put off ny his response I double checked the website and then showed the same individual the website that advertises the pool in multiple places with no warnings. The guy was flustered, stated he couldn't do anything about it, and then said we could use a pool at a nearby hotel from 9-5. I don't know what he thought we wanted but it was a crazy response. It was upsetting that he blamed us, and then once confronted with information to the contrary he threw out the information about the neighboring hotel. Why not offer that at first. Lastly we stayed in the 1700 building- there was an awful smell throughout the unit that I can only compare to the chemicals used in porta potties. The water literally stinks and was disgusting to brush your teeth with. Overall I will never return to Clementine and do not recommend anyone go there.

The breakfast was great! We enjoyed it each morning. The employees were very helpful and friendly. We were very comfortable staying there.

Excellent location to Disney Park. It is within walking distance but we did end up using uber. Great breakfast and super friendly staff. Website could have been updated a little. There is no City run shuttle service anymore so uber or Lyft is only option for transportation to park. Its was $10 each way. The website states $350 security deposit but they only changed $100. The pull out sofa in living room was all springs. The sheets/linens on pull out were clean but sofa bed itself was dirty.
- 4/5
Room was spacious and exceeded my expectations. Full kitchen, large fridge and stove! Parking stalls were on the smaller size.. i have a larger truck.
- 5/5
Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the set up on the Bi-level loft is great when traveling with family and kids.
- 5/5
Good experience. I would come again.

Front desk was nice enough to go out of his way to refill my water container before heading to Disneyland. Thanks!

Clean hotel, decent breakfast, short walk to Disneyland and great parking. Lost a point due to some staff being rude and not helpful during check in and out.
- 5/5
It was nice and clean. The location and the breakfast There was a sewer smell odor coming from the sink in the bathroom
- 4.5/5
Superb
- 3/5
Good breakfast but not too clean inside room, tub looked dirty. Nice kitchen and kitchen utensils. Room is made every 3rd day or something so if you run out of towels then you have to ask
- 4/5
This was my second stay and a great place close to Disney. Room was clean and super nice to have a full kitchen and living room plus 2 bedroom areas which gives us privacy. The amenities (pool) was closed for renovations but otherwise the inside amenities were great. One downside is that they don’t shuttle from this location anymore so we spent a lot on $$ on Uber. Walking seemed unbearable after 25k steps in the parks. Short drives to outlet mall and regular mall.
- 5/5
We had a great stay, very clean
- 5/5
The hotel was perfect for our trip, close enough to walk to the park shuttle or to walk all the way to Disneyland. Great breakfast and the staff was fantastic. The room size was perfect and had a nice size kitchenette. The pool was still being refurbished, but my family had no need to use it because we were at the parks all day.
- 4/5
Calling down for towels toilet paper I wish they did house keeping. Also the pool was under construction so we were unable to use the pool and that wax something we planned on. But it is a good family hotel not to far of a walk
- 4/5
This was a great room for our family of 8. Room was clean but bathroom upstairs is kind of tight on space. Breakfast had plenty of options. Pool was closed for renovations. Overall a great place to stay, I would recommend this place to others.

Having a full kitchen and living room made a huge difference. We ate breakfast and some meals in the suite, which helped us save money and spend more time enjoying our vacation. I’ve come to the area every year, and this was by far my favorite accommodation. It felt like a true family suite rather than a hotel room. The breakfast was lovely, and the free Wi-Fi and complimentary parking were fantastic bonuses. The only reason I’m not giving a perfect 10/10 is that I wish we had known the pool was under construction before our stay. Otherwise, it would have been a flawless experience. The value for our family was outstanding, and the hotel truly knocked it out of the park. We’ll definitely be back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Family friendly walking distance from disneyland

As family of 4, we love the layout, looks super cute and warm. Rooms are well maintained, staff is friendly, and breakfast is good. Kids room is helpful and convenient.

Quiet, nice, comfortable beds, clean bathroom The pool was closed
- 5/5
Amazing breakfast! The pool was closed/being refurbished while I was there which I wish had been disclosed- however the rooms were clean and had everything I needed and more for my stay. I only saw 1 bug in my room one day during my 3 day stay and I would totally stay here again. Room service was provided upon request (must be requested the day before) full kitchen in room, like a little studio apartment. A short and safe walk to/from the parks. My only complaint would be that I was on the first floor and every time someone went up and down the stairs there were lots of super loud banging noises. (From feet and suitcases I’m assuming? Or maybe the pool construction?) next time I would choose a second floor room for that reason. Super helpful for early check in- I paid the $35 fee to check in early. They also allowed me to check my Baggage at the front desk upon check out while I went to the parks for the day. Friendly staff, would stay here again. this was a solo trip for me, and as a Disney adult I have an annual pass to the parks. I’ve been trying a lot of walkable hotels in the area and if I were traveling with kids and needed a full kitchen to feed my family, this is where I would stay.
- 4.5/5
Their breakfast is very good and the size of the rooms are great. The staff are always wonderful and helpful. The pool was down for maintenance.
- 3.5/5
Location and easy access were very helpful. Coffee at the breakfast was good. Breakfast was also ok. Not the best not the worst. Bath towels were like a paper they need to be upgraded. House keeping is a disaster. Nobody came for pick up the trash and change the towels. I needed to remind 2 times. It has kitchen but it does not have sponge or dish soap. There was no body lotion.
- 3/5
Cons: needs updating. Noisy and by a fire station. Bathtub leaked. Biggest issue is whenever we asked for something like towels or a new remote they said it would get delivered and never happened. I think the delivery person either doesn’t exist or is overworked/overwhelmed. At one point when we asked about the remote we were told it was delivered but that was not true.
- 5/5
Rooms were clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Quiet and comfortable. Walking distance to Disneyland & nearby restaurants. Staff will allow you to park there for the day if you are going to Disneyland prior to check in.

It was clean and close to Disneyland. There was no notice the pool was under construction, the trash can needed to be bigger and it would have been nice to have a broom and dust pan.

Perfect location, walking distance to Disneyland. Very family friendly with generous room layout and comfy beds. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. We enjoyed our short one night stay and would absolutely stay here again. There was nothing that we didn’t like.
- 5/5
The bi-level loft room we booked at the Clementine Hotel & Suites worked awesome for our family of eight Disneyland trip! There were four adult couples and the beds available made it possible for us to all stay in the same clean room and not be overcrowded. There were two bathrooms with showers which also worked great when getting ready to venture out. The beds were very comfortable with nice pillows and covers. The hot breakfast and different choices daily was perfect for the morning and the on site parking was plenty and big enough to accommodate our 12 passenger van with no problem at all. There was also a sport court basketball court right by our room which was awesome and an added surprise for us boys! The hotel is also pretty close to Disneyland as an Uber ride was only $8! The only negative was that the pullout couch bed was a little on the smaller side than normal couch pullout, but we made it work and brought a double queen air mattress that we could've easily fit in the living room space. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Pool was being renovated but it was cold so we couldn’t use it anyway. However it was a bit difficult to cook because the only utensils was a huge soup spoon and a potato masher.
- 2/5
Stayed here for 4 nights, room was great, location is great, staff is okay. Only downside was we were not informed by absolute nobody that the pool was out of service. We planned a whole extra day just for my son to spend the afternoon in the pool but that did not work out.

Thank you Clementine Staff! We love your hotel and location to Disneyland.

The hotel is in a great location! Within walking distance to the park. Our party had 2 rooms. One room was clean and fresh smelling. The other room was not great. The couch and chairs smelled like wet dog. We had to get Febreze from the office to spray everything because it stunk so bad. Our rooms were right on Clementine Street near the intersection. The traffic noise was nonstop, from all of the cars and nonstop buses, it was very hard to sleep being a light sleeper. There is a fire station right across the street, so you hear the engines leaving with sirens. If I were to stay here again, I would definitely ask to stay on the complete opposite side of the hotel!! The only upside to the room location is you can see the fireworks from our room. The pool was under construction so we couldn't use it. The breakfast was very good, a big variety and well stocked. All of the employees were very friendly!!
- 5/5
Great atmosphere and wonderful visit
- 5/5
Clean quiet place with lots of amenities. Close to Disneyland park and other restaurants. Overall great experience.
- 4/5
Free breakfast was a good option. Maybe opening it a 6am would be better so you can get on with your day faster. Close proximity to Disneyland was helpful.
- 1/5
There were two positives to this hotel, the landscape was pretty, but most hotels in Anaheim have beautiful landscaping, and the women in the breakfast area who is cleaning up the tables and serving food were very kind. Give them a raise, because if the customer service was so bad to customers, I can’t imagine how they are with their employees.
- 5/5
Love staying here!!! Everything and everyone is amazing!!
- 4/5
The bi-level loft was great for our family of 6. Us grandparents were upstairs and rest of family downstairs. Kitchen was great. Living room a little tight. The rooms were clean but worn. Carpet needed cleaning and paint touch up. Breakfast was excellent. Walk was a little much so we took an Uber around $15. The biggest disappointment was the pool was being worked on and hotel didn’t post on website till day of check in. Not sure if we will stay again but we had a fun family vacation.
- 5/5
The property is slightly aged, but still in good condition. The pool being closed for repair was kind of a bummer.
- 5/5
Amazing room true to the pictures and kid friendly. The pool wasn’t filled at the moment but other than that amazing stay
- 5/5
Loved how much space we had and how close we were to Disney. The breakfast was surprisingly good. We will be coming back!
- 4/5
Breakfast was just ok
- 5/5
Amazing stay! I was very pleased with our stay at the Clementine. The staff went above and beyond in order to help our stay be the best it could. Unfortunately, the pool was out of service, but the hotel was able to get the neighbor hotel to let us use their pool! 10/10 would recommend and will 100% be back!
- 5/5
They were helpful for a late check in and the room was as expected. The breakfast was good as well. Have stayed there a few times now and would stay again.
- 5/5
Pool down for repairs but overall a great stay near Disneyland
- 5/5
Love the kitchens, even though we didn’t use it this time. Pool was closed for construction but last time it was very convenient. Also really love the extensive breakfast choices.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful and cozy. Very close to Disneyland and other fun things. If we do another big family trip we’ll be staying here again!
- 5/5
Hotel looks like it was converted from apartments but very cool because the bi-level suite was amazing. Tons of room, working kitchen, very clean and fresh smelling. There was a weird alarm buzz outside but thankfully you couldn’t hear it from inside. The only detail is the staff should do a little better with homeless people roaming the grounds. Watched a guy ride his bike through and start going through the outside trashes.
- 5/5

Everything was great. Staff was friendly only thing the pool was closed.
- 5/5
The gentleman at the reception was so friendly!! Breakfast was delicious! And the staff made sure the breakfast was never empty! I stayed in the bi level loft and I would definitely stay again! A brief 15 minute walk to the Disneyland park or a 5 minute walk to the Toy Story lot! This hotel was a 10/10
- 5/5
Loved it all
- 2/5
Didn’t have water and the breakfast was repeated food each day 5/10
- 5/5
Family friendly and staff is helpful
- 3/5
Good breakfast the only one day we had it
- 5/5
We love this hotel. We come here every time we come to Disney. You can see the fire works from the hotel.
- 5/5
Great hotel, room was very large and so convenient to have a full kitchen available. Bed very comfy. Location was great, liked the walkable area to stores, food options and the Disney parks
- 3/5
The bi level suite was very spacious. Some of the light fixtures were falling apart and the carpet wasn’t great. You can tell this is an older building. I was very disappointed upon arrival that the pool was closed for refurbishment. We should have gotten a discount and at the very least were told that it would not be available upon booking. We were allowed to use a neighboring hotel’s pool which was nice but very inconvenient. The buffet breakfast was okay. There were waffles, yogurt, fresh fruit and eggs. The hotel is located conveniently close to the Toy Story parking lot and entrance to Disneyland - it was about equidistant between the two. I would say the best part was the spaciousness of the unit for 5 people.
- 5/5
The room was clean, bed was comfortable but the pillows were just ok. We only stayed one night, so did not have a bed for the kitchen but it was nicely sized and well stocked. The hot water in the shower took a while to get warm, but the water pressure was good. We did take advantage of the free breakfast, which was surprisingly good for a hotel buffet meal. The morning we were there they had biscuits and gravy, and the waffle makers were a hit with our family. The only thing I was disappointed with was the coffee, but the staff/service well made up for it. Overall, for the price and walking proximity to Disneyland, I recommend this property.
- 5/5
Loved it !
- 5/5
The hotel is clean and the staff is very helpful and friendly. We didn’t try the breakfast but having the option was nice. The walk to Disney wasn’t awful maybe 20 minutes.
- 5/5
Love the loft rooms, great breakfast
- 1/5
Had one front desk member who went above and beyond at check in. Another was meh. I let him know after my first night that the room was terrible. He said speak to matience and made no attempt to change rooms or put me in touch with matience. The fridge ran all night long with a loud buzz. The a/c unit made egregiously loud water passing thru sounds when it was on. Almost mid May and we couldnt have the AC on. Couldnt sleep between the heat, stuffiness, or alternative put on the AC and hear heavy water flowing thru the vent sounds that would keep you up. Ive stayed at Clementine 5 times always with a wonderful experience. Admiringly the laminat flooring, bathroom etc has show wear and tear. You get through it for the heart and charm at Clementine. This time, my balcony to the upstairs raddled like there were safety concerns. There was both head, and fallen pubic hair left behind in the bathtub upon my first viewing for a shower. I didnt think twice about the price or go for rate when considering a hotel this time for my last almost half dozen stays were beyond enjoyable. For $240/ per night for such dirty worn down conditions I am appalled. Never staying here again, you shouldn't either.
- 5/5
The rooms were nice and cozy but the only issue we had was parking because we should all get an assigned spot
- 5/5
Perfect place to stay for a family. So close to Disney you can walk. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the breakfast staff they couldn't be working harder toakenit a wonderful experience!
- 5/5
Breakfast buffet had several options. Property was quiet and clean.
- 5/5
Staff is very friendly and welcoming. Location is close to Disneyland and their shuttles are right across the street if you do not care for the extra walking.
- 5/5
I was raving about this hotel to everyone I saw! We loved it! Their breakfast was amazing!! 15 min walk from Disney! Wish I could do this weekly for our weekly trips!
- 3/5
Staff was excellent. Breakfast was amazing
- 3/5
Breakfast was good. Front desk staff was friendly. Rooms were clean. Hard to get housekeeping and when they did show it was 7:00 am and acted confused when we refused at that time. One day we called and asked for housekeeping to bring towels and TP and we got back at midnight. Housekeeping never brought it. Otherwise a nice stay.
- 5/5
Staff and facilities were great
- 5/5
Staff very friendly. Room clean and spacious. Breakfast busy but plenty of seating. Good selection of food.
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful and understanding after we had to book with them last minute after an unexpected family emergency. The property looks like a converted apartment complex and the 2 level loft we had reflected that. The property is not new, but definitely well cared for. Our room was clean and the paint, bathrooms, and carpeting indicated a recent refresh. The stove, fridge, and microwave were in good condition, and basic cutlery, dishes, cooking utensils, and pots and pans were available. The pool was unexpectedly closed for refurb but front desk staff had made arrangements with a neighboring hotel to use their pool. Breakfast was basic but had enough variety like hot items, pastries, and waffle making stations. Hotel is well positioned for a 10 min walk to Disneyland and short drive to grocery stores, Target, or local restaurants. Will definitely book here again for my next Disney trip.
- 2/5
The best thing about this place is that it accommodates family size if 7. Good to sleep at. Had a smell of old hotel room. No pool or jacuzzi working. Breakfast was bland and overcooked or undercooked. It’s free but after 1 day we decided to eat out instead. No shuttle either. Apparently the city has done away with shuttles is what they said. The walk was only 20 min but after a whole day at Disney the last tilling you want to do is walk back. They do have city busses but you have to make 30 stops before you get to your hotel. So just a little disappointed but it’s always a gamble so pick your poison.
- 3/5
The layout was awesome! The room wasn’t very clean. Stain marks on the couch,
- 5/5
Just be aware right now the pool is under construction. Expedia doesn’t tell you that and I’m not sure if either of their website websites also say that the pools on the construction so there’s no swimming pool available well somebody should tell us that or they should give us a break on the price.
- 4/5
Liked how close it was to the Parks and was perfect for our big family.
- 3/5
Hotel is getting rundown. The balcony of our room was filthy and looked it was rotting away. They forgot to mention on booking that the pool was out of service so no pool or hot tub which would’ve been a nice treat after walking 20,000 steps with an aching body. The breakfast was very average. We checked in late and got a room off the busy street. It would’ve been nice to have a courtyard room. They also forgot to mention that there was no housekeeping unless requested. So we had no clean room for two days. very average experience and we booked two rooms.
- 2/5
Friendly staff and free breakfast. However, woke up with bites all over me :( not sure if it was bed bugs but my son also has some all over him. Was excited to spend the night there but woke up super itchy. Ruined our experience:(
- 4/5
The room was clean. The kitchen was stocked. Thank you. The experience was nice.
- 2/5
We usually stay here because is very family oriented and has a lot of neat things to do for kiddos after a long day at Disney this time when we book we did not find comfort in the queen size bed it felt like the middle part of the mattress was digging into our back I asked the front desk if by chance the beds are different from the bi suite from just the suite they could not answer I asked if we could please upgrade if possible I could not it was going into the weekend which is understandable but another let down was when I booked the stay we were looking forward to the pool after Disney stay but when we got their they have been in under construction for the past two months so we where a little bummed that we where not notified as we booked as we could have booked another hotel all in all we really do love this hotel but very disappointed this time around.

Easy access to Disneyland loved it.

Breakfast was great. Kids loved the waffle maker
- 5/5
The rooms were great. They were enough room for our family and still extra if needed. We loved the loft and having a living space apart from the bedroom. The proximity to the park was wonderful. The breakfast was one of the best we’ve had from other hotels. The staff was so amazing, friendly, and helpful. We are booking here every time we come.
- 3/5
Poor was closed. Rooms were very small. Barely enough room for a walk way. No drawers or places to put your clothing. Breakfast was good. Staff was adequate. Expensive for not having better amenities
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
The reason I’ll never be back is because we accidentally left $450 out in one of the bedrooms and one of the maids stole it. I filed a police report and had many conversations with the manager and although nothing could be done, and the maid got away with it, she will eventually get caught. Although I shouldn’t have left the money out, you should be able to make a mistake and not have someone who has access to your room, steal your belongings or your money.
- 5/5
Within walking distance to Disneyland and the staff was very helpful. Breakfast was good too
- 5/5
Rooms were updated and clean . The kitchen is a plus. Pool was not available. Staff was friendly and helpful. Great location for the parks
- 4/5
Rooms were well cleaned, decent breakfast options, amenities would have been great if the sports court net was actually the right height and not held on to by a bungee and the pool wasn't under construction. We were very disappointed we didn't get I'llthe full use out of the amenities. But the walk to parks, location, and room size
- 5/5
it’s an overall great experience - went in April early days of spring - stayed friday and saturday . both days were great - breakfast is all you can eat great verity something for everyone. the rooms were great- the loft is great for separation and privacy- for adults or children- two full bathrooms - great size kitchen - easy check in and out—. very stress free and it is truly within walking distance of Disney 10min walk- the lobby has indoor play area for kids - i truly a great experience!

This was our first stay at the Clementine, though we have stayed at many other Harbor Blvd. motels, and we thought the Clementine was great! We had 4 adults and 3 teenagers who stayed in a bi-level loft. It was spacious enough for us, especially since we spent most of our time at the parks & we loved having 2 bathrooms. We purchased some ready to eat meals at the Costco in Fullerton (about a 15 min drive) and used the oven each evening to cook dinner for 7. We loved having a full fridge & freezer to keep lunches, drinks & snacks in too. I brought my own dish soap & sponge (there weren’t any in our room) & foil to cover our dinners. I also brought large paper plates & we used them each day as there were any only 5 large dinner plates in our kitchenette, but there was plenty of silverware. The full, hot breakfast each morning was a plus for our group & it started at 6:30 so we were able to make rope drop easily. The walk took us about 12 to 20 minutes depending on how fast we were walking & the distance didn’t deter us from taking a mid day break, even with.elderly grandparents. My husband did drop off the rest of the group each morning so we could be early to rope drop & he was able to go back, park the car, & walk to meet us before we entered the park each morning. This especially made the distance feel minimal for the rest of our group. The staff was friendly & helpful & we will definitely look to stay here again as the price was incredibly reasonable for our large group

Accommodating staffs. Team Lucy at the breakfast buffet are awesome.

Breakfast was great! Especially if you want to save your money for a fun disney day. Having a kitchen in our room was a plus. Overall good experience and would come here again!

We were so disappointed that the pool was under renovation. I specifically booked this hotel because they (and Expedia) advertised 1. the proximity to Disneyland, 2. the pool and 3. the shuttle to the park. As of March 31, 2026 there is no longer a shuttle, and the pool was under construction. Could not have been more disappointed.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Good breakfast included. Nice staff. Around 3 city blocks from Disneyland.
- 4/5
Everything was perfect this our to go to hotel suite for when we visit Disneyland, the only bummer is that they cancel the shuttle that will take you to Disneyland. Now I went back with my kids I wish they would’ve still provide that. But beside that breakfast was delicious!
- 5/5
However a few more pots or frying pan would be great
- 5/5
Clean room and family-friendly
- 5/5
Always a great experience staying at the Clementine hotel! Ideal close location to Disneyland. Able to back with kids for nap time and return to park after. Breakfast included —save times.
- 3/5
The breakfast was not and fresh with good choices.
- 4/5
All good but wish they had better parking spots
- 4/5
The open stairs was a bit dangerous if you have little ones. It would have been nice to have the option to borrow a baby gate. They have ones that you can remove easily. The lofted bedroom upstairs was effected by whoever was downstairs because the ceiling is shared. Anyone who needed to turn on the light downstairs, or do anything that made noise effected the people upstairs and vice versa. I wish we were notified about the shuttle service to the park being discontinued. That was a big reason why we booked here to begin with. Good thing was it was 13 minutes to walk so we made it work.
- 2/5
We arrived planning to use the pool our first day come to find out pool was closed due to maintenance. We received no email or notice that it would be closed. We had reserved the loft like Everytime we come at least two months ahead of time so they had plenty of time to let us know about the pool. Then we find out that they had no tram available to Disney so we had to walk back and forth both days. Even though they still advertised tram service online and in their brochure. I went to the office to complain about it and asked for the manager and voiced my issues. All. She had to say was Sorry. I told her my family and I would not be back. As I was leaving the guy standing next to her said Good! Then they both laughed.
- 5/5
Great place to stay with the family.
- 5/5
Great place to stay within a short walk to the parks. We only stayed one night, but I wish we had stayed longer. Rooms and buildings live more like small condos than rooms. We stayed in a room with a fireplace and a small kitchen. The breakfast buffet is included and has many choices on which to fill up on before your day in the parks. We will definitely be coming back on our next trip to Disney!
- 4/5
breakfast was good. Swimming pool was closed while we were there. Would have been nice to know in advance
- 5/5
Wonderful hotel super clean and had a great breakfast buffet from 7am -10am. The bi level suite was very big and it was clean. Hotel staff were friendly. Walkable distance to Disneyland maybe 15 min
- 3/5
We understand that maintenance needs to be done, but it would have been nice to have been notified prior to our stay that the pool would be closed for a majority of our stay. This was one of the main reasons we picked this property.
- 2/5
Pool was closed and the property is VERY noisy both inside and with noise from guests outside and above us. The staff was great though. Room reeks of mildew all the time and just was pretty run down. Bed and sofa bed were terrible. Likely won't stay here again despite the convenience to the parks.
- 3/5
Bi level loft: The breakfast was buffet but the food did not feel fresh. The ham was always over cooked and dry. Poor fruit selection. I would have enjoyed bananas or apples not cantaloupe. The chilaquiles were soggy. Not a great choice. Maybe put the sauce on the side. I even went to breakfast at 640. The waffle station seemed to be the cornerstone of the breakfast but I don’t really eat waffles. The room was spacious and clean. We had to ask for room cleaning service though. The first day we did not get any service. Loved the 2 bathrooms. Very family friendly but was not informed the pool was closed when I made my reservation. No workout room. No ice maker on property but I’ve maker in the freezer. I did not get updated about the pool closure for which I would have stayed elsewhere because of that alone. That kinda ruined our stay. No full length mirror in rooms which is weird and no drawers in the bottom room. We had no where to store our clothes. Didn’t like that. Plus in the bottom room, the vanity was for children which is weird. They easily could put a chest of drawers and an adult size vanity. The bottom room also had zero space to walk around the beds. But we loved the loft style room. Spacious living room and kitchen. Lastly, the beds were very uncomfortable esp the sofa sleeper. It was angled so the sleeper felt like they were on a hill and very uncomfortable.
- 5/5
The hotel experience was great, could have been better if the pool was up and running as well as the shuttle service no longer was available. Outside of those, the stay and service were both above and beyond great!!!!
- 5/5
Clean room , nice staff , everything worked
- 5/5
Rooms was clean and spacious
- 5/5
Enjoyed my stay! Love the rooms and the breakfast selections. Not that far of a walk to Disney. The parking was free as well.
- 5/5
Breakfast was very good. Only downside was the pool was being refurbished.
- 3/5
The hotel was overall run down. My family did not use the shower due to mold. The free breakfast every morning however was quite good.
- 5/5
Both the pool and the hot tub were closed, there was no mention of this when we booked and part of the reason we booked there was because of those amenities. The bus no longer picks up for Disneyland, not the hotels fault but again very disappointing. Lastly we had fleas in our room. This is a pet friendly hotel, so we can see why it could happen, but they need to make sure they treat the carpets regularly. Staff was lovely and very friendly. All in all, I am not sure we will stay again.
- 4/5
The breakfast was fine. Not much to ring home about, but it was nice to not have to pay extra for breakfast and the “make your own waffle bar” was a big hit. The only reason I am giving it it a 4 star review is the location. It was very walkable and it was never a problem in the morning. At night, after long park days it would be nice to have an option other than uber (although it was only like $10 including tip to uber to the park). I know it’s not Clemente’s fault that ART went down, but that was the only negative. We did walk basically the entire time we were there though it was totally fine. Just laziness at the end of the day (lol).
- 4/5
Room spacious, beds comfortable, kitchen was great to have for family with kids. Woodburning fireplace, amazing option just wish they sold wood on property. Area quiet and safe, clean property grounds. Few areas of opportunity: if someone is booking a stay for 3 days, it would be logical to include 3 pods for dishwasher or provide dishwashing soap and sponge. Screen on our window was pulled back and bent like someone was trying to get in at some point, it was like that upon our check in, unit next to ours was occupied by the people working at the grounds, they must have seen it millions of times, blows my mind that noone fixed it or reported it!! Overall we had a nice stay, thank you
- 5/5
Clean well kept property. Close to Disney Land. The only complaint I have is the breakfast bar was an absolute madhouse. I dont blame that on the property, I blame thst on the people eating there.
- 1/5
Rooms are dated, the worst part is we booked the Clementine due to the location and because it has a pool. We were not told that the pool was closed due to renovations so we were surprised when arrived to find the pool closed. They offered no compensation for this. Would not recommend anyone book this place.
- 5/5
Very clean!
- 4/5
Decent walk to the park, it’s clean and family friendly.
- 4/5
Great breakfast and service. No pool which was a bummer but close to Disney and nice kitchen in room.
- 4/5
It's like staying in an old condo complex. Standard breakfast, parking is tight. There's a city shuttle to Disneyland from the hotel parking lot, but we walked. It took a bit over 20 mins.
- 3/5
Friendly staff, breakfast was good. Resort fee should have been waived due to the poor being closed due to renovations. If we knew the pool would be closed we would not have chosen the dates we did. We were very disappointed
- 5/5
The staff were very kind and helpful. We were able to check in early without any issues. The breakfast was great! I'm so glad that had so many waffle makers because there's nothing worse than having to wait behind a long line of people trying to make your kids a waffle at 6:30 in the morning. The walk to Disneyland is much faster than what you see on Google Maps. It's way less crowded than if you stay on Harbor Blvd and have to walk with that huge crowd of people. I would absolutely stay here again.
- 3/5
Clean rooms and nice kitchen. Breakfast was ok. Only the pool was not open and under construction. Charging additional 300 for parking, pool use and for breakfast eventhough the package you got in expedia was breakfast included. Still they charge even you did not use the parking lot and pool.
- 5/5
Staff is customer-focused, which is getting hard to find. Rooms are clean, and the entire property is very well maintained. Whether I'm by myself, or a family vacation; always a great choice
- 5/5
Breakfast was warm, plentiful, and a welcome start to the long days at the park. Our room was great for a group of six of us and not feeling like we were crowded at all.
- 4/5
The hotel property and size of the room were nice but parking there is terrible. We had to park on the opposite side of the complex from our room one night. Breakfast was great and they had different options every morning. Most of the staff were super friendly. The fresh towels they gave us on day 3 unfortunately all had long black hairs all over them. The major con was the pool closure. We checked in the night before it closed and were given no notice that it would not be open our entire stay which led to some VERY unhappy kids. We ended up having to pay for the cheapest room we could find at the hotel next door just so we could use their pool. The lady at the front desk did refund our resort fees which helped, but still didn’t cover the cost of the other room. Overall, a decent place to stay but I think next time we do Disney we will find a suite a little closer.
- 4/5
This is a great place overall. Lots of space, very comfortable and walkable to the parks (although not extremely close. It’s about a 15 minute walk). Was very, very disappointed, however, that the pool was closed for 6 weeks while we were there and we were not notified in advance.

- 5/5
This hotel has a surprising amount of family-friendly amenities for being so close to Disneyland. My son and his buddy enjoyed the basketball court during our stay, and I could see the areas of the property that are set up for the enjoyment of younger kids. I was impressed with the variety of hot foods available for free breakfast each day. Staff was friendly and attentive, and it was refreshing to have the parking be included as well. I will return when we have our next Disney adventure!
- 5/5
We absolutely loved our stay at the Clementine Hotel! The accommodations were fantastic—clean, comfortable, and welcoming. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of fresh, delicious options to start the day right. You really can’t beat the location either—an easy walk to Disneyland, which made everything so convenient. Overall, such a great experience, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
- 5/5
Never disappoints every stay we have had
- 5/5
first room we got had a strong smell. got another room which was great.
- 5/5
Great little home away from home. Had great breakfast included and had a little play area for kids. Soooo close to Disneyland we walked but we loved the shuttle better.
- 5/5
The staff was amazing and the room were very clean and large.
- 5/5
We will be back! Location was a short walk to Disneyland. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious. The team at the front counter and in the kitchen were very helpful.
- 5/5
All around fantastic stay and experience. Thank you! Kudos to kitchen staff- how do they perform super hero feats taking care of all of us? They are so appreciated.
- 5/5
The room was very clean
- 3/5
Staff were friendly. Ample parking. There is a leak under the kitchen sink when it’s in use. Came home 9 pm at night and there was this man that tried to approach us and when we told him not to come near, he ran. It was scary since we had no idea who that was and it wasn’t a staff at all. You can hear multiple sirens late at night.
- 5/5
The location is close enough to the parks for our family, breakfast was a great variety each morning. We will definitely be staying again.

Great location, nice room, free parking, short walk to Disney parks.
- 3/5
Not sound proof - could hear people on floor above. Pullout was very uncomfortable. Layout was unfortunate with the bathroom not accessible via the living area.
- 5/5
The room was exactly as pictured and perfect for our Disneyland trip. The breakfast was the best bonus! Definitely recommend staying here. I know we will again!
- 4/5
Only half mile from Disneyland We were there three nights; no housecleaning service was provided.
- 4/5
Really nice stay. The staff are working super hard and seem to be doing their best to keep the place clean and meeting everyone's needs
- 3/5
Angel who works at the check in desk, AMAZING!! The other staff friendly enough but didn’t really listen to what we asked. We asked for a blanket first night, left it room and when came back from park, when opening the blanket it was soaking wet so slept without it. Turned it back in the next morning and said we didn’t need it after all. Came back to our room the next afternoon and had yet another blanket even though we said no and had a no service sign posted. Whoever left the blanket, took our used towels and washcloths but didn’t replace them. We didn’t learn this until getting up to shower. We had to ask twice to bring towels and washcloths before having to go to the office to get them. Then someone showed up with more towels and washcloths after I went to the office to retrieve new ones. Additionally when we checked in, there was no kitchen garbage, of which we found in a closet and had to ask three times to get picked up outside our door over the course of two days. It’s a quiet and lovely hotel to stay but this trip was rough with the staff and amenities.
- 5/5
We had an amazing stay here clean comfortable beds were comfy. We will stay here again kids lived thevroom so spacious.
- 1/5
Ameneties were not as advertised. It did not have the activities room it announced.
- 3/5
The room was never serviced (the garbage picked up or towels changed and beds made) during the whole 5 day stay.
- 5/5
Always love this property. Close enough to walk to Disneyland, great breakfast, front desk is always friendly.
- 4/5
Room was comfortable. A bit tattered (tears in curtains) and not the best lit. 10 minute walk to Disneyland.
- 4/5
Breakfast is great and the size of the rooms work well for multiple people.
- 4/5
Clean, easy walk to Disneyland and DCA. Staff was pleasant. Rooms are a nice size.
- 3/5
The room could use to be cleaned and freshened up. The room was not cleaned until we asked for it. At that point I was told cleaning had to be scheduled 24 hours in advance.
- 4/5
The provided pots and utensils were dirty upon inspection but we weren’t going to use them anyways. Pillows were on the small side and a little uncomfortable. Room was clean and loved the layout, truly felt like a home away from home. We were only there for a night but it was noisy due to proximity to the man road and we could hear other guest throughout the night through our glass sliding door.

- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 2/5
The room(s) were dirty and outdated. Stayed for 6 nights but only got serviced 1 time even after requesting 3 times. Requested liquid shower soap (was empty on arrival) twice and never got it. Had a leak in one room so changed to a different room and that room had no soap either and smelled like smoke. Very, very loud with room right next to a busy road and fire station. The pull out couch had no blankets or pillows. Would not recommend this hotel to anybody.
- 3/5
The room could have been cleaned more. Asked for more towels and they were never brought. Third time there and was a little disappointed this time.
- 5/5
We loved our stay there. We had a bi loft one thing that would have helped is a baby gate for the stairs. We stored strollers in car at night which was fine as we were able to park near our room. Found it a little challenging carrying sleeping toddlers up stairs but we managed. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Location to Disney parks is fantastic, the breakfast buffet has lots of options and a great way to start the day, hotel has lots of different room options for families!
- 4/5
Very friendly and helpful staff; Excellent breakfast choices; Room was Ok, no one came to provide clean towels or empty the trash and we were in a larger room for 3 nights. That was a bit misleading when I booked. The location was great, lots of close by restaurants and Disney was about a 30 min walk with little ones.
- 5/5
ROOM WAS AMAZING! HIGHLY RECOMMEND
- 5/5
Clean, great breakfast buffet, and perfect spot in proximity to the Disneyland Half Marathon.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and the clean room
- 5/5
This was a great location for Disneyland, freeway access, and great local restaurant options. It was clean, quiet and perfect for our stay! It definitely was nice having a suite with a kitchen. I'm sure we'll be back soon down the road. Thanks so much!
- 1/5
I was charged a resort fee at the end of my stay I think it’s ridiculous to spend hundreds of dollars and not be informed once about this fee I would’ve stayed somewhere else that doesn’t charge a resort fee I was under the impression that getting breakfast was apart of the total charges why not put that in your booking listing so that people can choose a different place I go to Disneyland a lot and have stayed at other places that charges for parking and I was told that upfront no hidden cost at the end!!!!
- 5/5
Good place to unwind from Disney to relax
- 4/5
The hotel is close to Disneyland, about a 15-minute walk with an 8-year-old. The staff are very friendly, and the breakfast is good. However, the rooms are dated and not very clean. The kitchen cabinets had food caked on them, and the knobs were sticky. There was toothpaste on the walls, and the dishes in the cupboards were dirty. We ran everything through the dishwasher before using any of it. When we pulled out the sofa bed, there were food bits inside it. Partway through our stay, housekeeping tidied the room but put dirty dishes back into the drawer with the clean utensils. I brought extra dishwasher tabs so we could run the dishwasher daily. I would also recommend bringing disinfecting wipes to give everything a wipe-down.
- 4/5
Its ok
- 4/5
Comfortable and clean!
- 5/5
Walk from Disney entrance was 10-15 mins even with 4 children (aged 8,6,5, and 3) at night wasn’t daunting. Safe and easy. Room was clean, check in and check out were easy. Would recommend to any big families looking for a great option!
- 5/5
Location was great for the Toy Story parking lot and restaurants close by. Enough room for 4 people. Will look here for future Disneyland trips.
- 5/5
What a wonderful location. Great amenities and a knock out breakfast! Highly recommended!
- 5/5
The breakfast was yummy with lots of choices and even accommodating for food allergies. Very friendly staff! Best part of the stay? MARIO! Mario worked the breakfast and was a bright spot in our day— we looked forward to talking with him every morning. He was there to greet us and make sure we had everything we needed. Would stay at Clementine again!
- 5/5
Such a smooth check in process wonderful breakfast and close to Disneyland.
- 4/5
The only unpleasant experience was the pillows.
- 5/5
No issues! Good place to stay.
- 5/5
Room was perfect for our family, staff was friendly and helpful. Only issue was the ice makers in fridge made maybe 12-24 cubes a day, which wasn’t enough for our family of 7, and their property ice maker wasn’t working. Free shuttle was available but it was also close enough to walk.
- 5/5
Great space and the breakfast was awesome
- 2/5
Dirty room (reported to check-in staff who just said, "okay." No apology, no offer of a cleaner, nothing!); morning housekeeping station was a nightmare to navigate; porous room windows allowed every sound in; rooms are naturally dark (didn't help that multiple lights were out); situated near busy roads.
- 5/5
Check in was quick, room was clean, staff was pleasant, breakfast had great options. And walkable to Disney
- 4/5
Very spacious room and a/c worked perfectly. The staff wass friendly and welcoming and the breakfast was great. We also loved how convenient that there was a stop for the ART to take us to Disneyland. The only complaint I had was that the ceiling had a few cobwebs and our door from the bedroom to the living room kept getting stuck. Other than that great stay overall, I feel that we will be back!
- 5/5
Love this place!!
- 3/5
Just recently stayed at this hotel, overall the rooms were spacious, breakfast was very good with different food options every day. Walking distance to the parks and to other food places. The beds were very uncomfortable as you could feel the mattress springs. Also, twice I got caught in spider webs coming in to my room and in one of the hallways, there needs to be better cleaning in the exterior.
- 5/5
Courteous staff, perfect walking distance to Disney
- 5/5
Clean room amenities were great staff was super helpful
- 5/5
Stayed here for the rundisney event. Perfect room for a short stay & located right by finish line.
- 3/5
Our 1st room had a musty/moldy smell. The second room was just fine. Staff was great! Breakfast was great also.
- 4/5
The rooms are great. The bathrooms need updating and the beds are terrible but aside from that the rooms are spacious and clean and easy to walk to Disney from!
- 5/5
The room was spotless and latge. Plenty of space. Great for families traveling.
- 5/5
Room was clean. Staff was pleasant. Breakfast was plentiful.

Staff courteous. Breakfast staff were great. We arrived at 935 and they made my son a waffle. So nice.

- 5/5
We enjoyed our Stay. Kid friendly, good activities, clean, great customer service, and close to Disney. The only drawbacks were no fitness center and the breakfast was underwhelming. Limited options. Also the bathroom upstairs in the bi-level was really cramped but overall it was a great find and every reasonably priced.
- 5/5
My daughter and I loved staying here for a short trip in California. The room was clean, the staff was really friendly, the pool was warm. I enjoyed the breakfast and coffee in the morning. We were a short walking distance from Disneyland. For the days we didn't walk, there was a shuttle available for a small fee.
- 5/5
Friendly staff and clean rooms! Definitely kid friendly
- 5/5
Loved the loft area.
- 1/5
incompetent front desk staff. Very rude with terrible attitude. The room itself was large and spacious, I did like that there was a separate living area from the bedroom. We did have 2 spiders crawl out from the drain in the kitchen and few bugs crawling along the wall. But honestly what we couldn’t get over was how rude they were at the front desk. Will not be coming back.

The room was very clean maybe a little run down. The staff completely made our stay 5stars. Everyone especially the front desk staff and the restaurant staff could not have been more helpful, courteous and kind. The location is perfect for a family going to Disney. We could walk to the park come back for a break then return to the park!! We would definitely return to the Clementine and recommend it to others.
- 5/5
Wonderful staff, we were able to check into our room early before going to Disneyland so no need to leave our luggage in car

Spacious room & free breakfast! Staff was also nice!

Room smells, trim is rotted off the floor. Resort fee is lame since I didn't even eat the free breakfast, use the hot tub or anything else.

Clean room and courteous staff
- 4/5
My three children and I stayed in one of the bi-leveled lofts. We loved it! I was spacious and it had two full bathrooms. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars for everything is because we had an issue with one of the toilets and it wasn’t handled in a timely manner like I was assured it would be. I even called and asked if it had been handled while we were still at the park. Other than that it was GREAT!! We will definitely stay there again!
- 5/5
Yes, breakfast was good and staff kept it stocked and dining room clean, someone even came to our table and asked how everything was and offered to take away my plate when I was done.
- 5/5
Freindly service, great spacious room and close to Disney!
- 3/5
The room was musty smelling, hard old beds, and there were a lot of flys/mosquitoes in the room. Good location and good for family’s. Not great over all.
- 5/5
Muy recommendable
- 3/5
Friendly staff, exterior of buildings and grounds look great. Interior is old and needs to be updated. Pool is neglected and needs attention. Noisy from surrounding activities such as nearby fire station with sirens all night long.
- 2/5
The room was pretty dirty as far as walls railings floors baseboards. It was my kid waking up to a roach in her bed and my other kid finding one on her book and them crawling in the bathroom.
- 5/5
Great room

Great breakfast and close to restaurants and park

Everything was amazing! We will definitely stay here again. Breakfast, shuttle, room. Great!

Great place super convenient shuttle to Disneyland

Staff was courteous and room was nice.

Been coming here for years . This last visit could have been better . You can hear everything from the outside so didn’t get much sleep the first night . Mattress was really worn and not comfortable . This is a great hotel and location with good breakfast but needs some updates . Noise insulation and new mattresses .
- 5/5
The room was clean. The bed was comfy. Breakfast was great.
- 5/5
Great hotel. Walking distance to Disneyland.
- 1/5
What made this even more upsetting was the response when I reported it. Instead of concern or support, I was met with skepticism — comments like “well, you didn’t have housekeeping though.” That is correct — we did not have housekeeping. No trash removal. No fresh towels. Which makes it even more alarming that someone still entered our room. This isn’t just about a missing item. It’s about feeling unsafe, unheard, and dismissed as a guest. Accountability and guest safety should never be optional.
- 3/5
Paths to rooms are poorly lit.
- 5/5
Friendliness of staff
- 3/5
Room wasn't super clean and the pillows are super small. Staff was nice and we appreciated the proximity to parks and bus route.
- 4/5
The room was clean and cozy. The staff was great the only issue I had was the shower head was not working properly it was a weak water pressure other then that it was a good experience.
- 5/5
We had the bi level loft and it was perfect for our family. Breakfast was really good. Only thing I really didn’t like was how far from the park it was it’s like 20 min. After walking all day I didn’t want to walk back.

It was very clean and comfortable

The room and the customer service was amazing, we finished our stay feeling rest and comfortable

This hotel was perfect, free parking, great customer service, clean just a great place to stay for your Disney vacation.

Room was clean and perfect for the 3 of us, staff was courteous. Breakfas was a great start for the day. Location was within a 15min walking distance from Disney, lits of food choices nearby. Would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Great breakfast!
- 5/5
Great price for a room in a nice area. Walkable distance from the park. Nice hotel.
- 5/5
Excellent! Clean room. Amazing breakfast! Definitely booking again.
- 3/5
Our room had issues of smell, insets, water leak. Upon our check out, they put the room out of order. What save the review was that they agreed to an earlier check out without panelty, waived resort fee for the 1night we did stay.
- 2/5
I booked this hotel for the free shuttle to Disneyland, which was not free. The room was lacking, the large non-working peephole in the door was easily removed and left a large hole in the door. The bedding for the sofa bed was a scratchy blanket and a pillow, no sheets. The sheets on the beds were soiled and hair was found in the bedding. The soap dispenser in one of the bathrooms was empty, obviously wasn’t checked when cleaning, if it was cleaned. The hair dryer was melted and the nozzle was unable to be attached. The room has alot of potential but the upkeep is horrible. Over $2000 for 4 nights, I will not be back.

Very kind staff

There was a leak in our room, but the front desk handled the situation swiftly and professionally. 10/10 would recommend

Was so glad I called the hotel directly. No adjoining rooms, but they did have a two bedroom suite that worked out perfectly for my daughter, grandchildren husband, and I.
- 5/5
Love it staff is very help full and very nice and kind
- 4/5
Room could have been slightly cleaner but wasn't bad. Location is awesome.
- 4/5
Everything was good. Room could use some maintenance as far as a/c and dishwasher, but otherwise everything else was in good condition. We will stay again due to the property being in a great location to the park and public transportation.
- 5/5
Great location. Great Breakfast.
- 4/5
Room could be cleaner, sheets were clean though, the room we stayed at may need updating in the future. Breakfast was convenient.
- 4/5
Great location and conveniently located near Disneyland.
- 5/5
Great breakfast and nice rooms
- 5/5
Great location. Great room. Check in was quick and receptionist was awesome.
- 4/5
This is our 2nd time staying here in 5 months to visit Disneyland. This time we had the one bedroom with two queens beds. The bathroom was separate from the bedroom. Lots of space with the pull out couch (which we did use) and kitchen. I did have to get a few more blankets as it was colder than normal with the rain. The beds advertised are pillow top and they weren’t this time. In August we did have pillow top so not sure why the mattress is different. I will be calling to ask. But overall, great breakfast, .75 mile walk to security. We will stay here again.
- 5/5
We're a family of 3, so the king size bed with pull out couch was perfect. There was
- 5/5
Room was spotless, the staff was warm and welcoming! Definitely staying there again!
- 5/5
An excellent hotel. Great staff and amenities for a family vacation at Disney. There was unprecedented rain so our roof leaked and the carpet was soaked and smelly with no assistance but that being said it was a great trip and friendly hotel … definitely go again
- 2/5
But housekeeping did not clean, restock towels or toiletries once. We stayed there for 3 nights.
- 5/5
Very nice and polite
- 4/5
Staff were friendly, our room was nice, clean, and spacious. We really appreciated the free breakfast and free parking for one of our cars. It is walkable to Disneyland however, it is a lot farther than we are used to staying. They also did not come and clean the room or leave towels.
- 5/5
everything was great will stay again
- 5/5
More than enough room in the 2 bed room suite, shelves fully stocked with utensils, pots, and pans. The tv had over 50 great channels some premium ones too. I even got to watch all the games on Sat and Sunday both NBA and NFL. The property was quiet and each room was nestled away in its own way they didn’t seem to close to each other. The breakfast was very good and HOT with different varieties each day, but the highlight was the coffee seemed like I had 100 cups. Parking was a breeze just don’t get there late. Close to shopping, restaurants, and transportation all within walking distance or a very short ride. We went to Disneyland for the holidays which is about a 15 min walk but there is a shuttle that comes directly on the property for a small fee that brings you to and from. I love this place and would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean, easy check-in. Free parking. Great for our group.
- 4/5
But they were very kind not to make us check out in the rain. It was pouring rain ! Besides that the room was great. Oh the actual toilet room was so small that you had to straddle the toilet to close the door.
- 4/5
Room was excellent. Clean with a nice layout. Breakfast could have been a little better, not much in the way of fruit options. Walking distance was about 10 minutes from Disneyland. Would stay there again.
- 2/5
We had a huge spider in the bathroom. The WiFi wasn’t working and the bed wasn’t very comfortable. The breakfast was ok but not great.
- 5/5
Everything was good, staff is very professional and helpful. Breakfast was too good, with fruit juices and hot coffee.
- 5/5
Love this hotel for a family of 7 we fit great im our room lots of space. The service at the front desk was amazing and the staff for breakfast helped out a lot. Definitely our new spot when we vacation for Disney
- 5/5
Clean room, breakfast was a great selection and tasty. The rooms were great with the loft, excellent for bigger families. The staff was very kind.
- 5/5
Upon arrival the outside of the hotel looked beautiful and well kept. The checkin went smooth and staff was very friendly. I had a loft room and was pleasantly surprised how nice it was! It did seam a little dated as other mentioned but not bad at all. Breakfast was delicious with good choices and clean dining area. I will definitely be staying here again if I can afford another trip to Disneyland. Parking was also not an issue like I thought it would be but maybe I was just lucky.
- 5/5
Easy and smooth stay. Delicious breakfast and the proximity to the Disneyland parks was perfect
- 5/5
Everything was great except I was under the impression the loft suite was on ground level and I was traveling with a disabled family member and to find out it was on the second floor was a challenge. We managed but it was a little difficult.
- 4/5
Clean, good breakfast
- 4/5
Muy bonito lugar muy cómodo y el desayuno muy está buen
- 2/5
Not getting locked out of our room and when they sent maintenance over to fix it, they went to the wrong room twice before finally coming to our room. So after 20 minutes of standing in the cold we finally got back into our room.
- 5/5
The room was very clean. And the complementary breakfast was delicious.
- 5/5
Quiet area right next to a creek and walking trail. Room was excellent. Staff was friendly. Stayed here with family, and would definitely stay again when in the area.
- 5/5
The staff was nice. The room was great. It fit our families comfortably. The location was perfect.
- 4/5
Yes
- 3/5
Located next to a fire station, we frequently heard sirens. Breakfast was subpar, but we did like the resort's location.
- 2/5
Cleanliness was not the greatest in the room either. The bathroom was so dirty that we had to clean it ourselves. The bedding is also dirty and stained. We usually love staying at this hotel, but we are not sure if we will be coming back - we honestly might spend more money to stay somewhere else that is cleaner.
- 5/5
Pros fast check in process
- 1/5
Staff was not knowledgeable and and not accommodating. We rented the loft condo. Entry is from the second floor, requiring a flight of stairs before entering. This does not work well with strollers. Bed was full of hair and stains. In addition, you could feel the springs through the mattress. Ended up getting out of the rest of our reservation and rented a house nearby. Will not recommend this property and will not stay here again.
- 4/5
Pros: 15 minute walk to park gate, and Ubers available within 3 minutes. Free breakfast served nice and early at 6am for rope droppers, 6 waffle makers! The king bed in our room was SO comfy!!! Cons: No fitness center!!! Studio suite pull out bed is very small and mattress super thin. No rollaway beds available. No dish soap provided and the dishwasher was not cleaning well (maybe was just our room 1221).
- 5/5
Awesome suites and kid friendly
- 4/5
👍
- 5/5
Mario in the breakfast buffet was very efficient and friendly.
- 4/5
Rooms were amazing with comfortable beds sofa. Full kitchen good size table to eat for s family of four.
- 5/5
Clean rooms, great for group or family trips
- 3/5
The rooms need to be updated. The room smelled musty.
- 5/5
The hot breakfast could have more variety along with the fresh fruit. However our stay was amazing, staff were very friendly. The room was great. My husband and I want to bring our daughter and son in law here next year.
- 5/5
The stay was great this is our 3rd time using Clementine always a great stay very clean friendly staff and good breakfast.
- 5/5
Always a good stay at Clementine. It is my go to Hotel.
- 5/5
Fast and easy check in
- 5/5
2nd time staying. Wonderful space for a family.
- 5/5
.
- 5/5
Always a wonderful stay when we stay here. We do a yearly family trip and this is our go to. Staff is always welcoming and the rooms are clean. Thank you all!
- 5/5
The room was great overall. The property was too. There’s a little playground that our kids loved. The breakfast was good and staff was so busy in the morning helping everyone and cleaning.
- 2/5
Bad service,no clean room
- 5/5
This is probably my family’s 5th stay here and it’s always been a great experience. The rooms are spacious and good for large families.
- 4/5
It was good. Parking was limited and a bit of a challenge.
- 4/5
This is a solid hotel. Its close to the parks and offers a decent breakfast. The staff was always available, quick and efficient, we were even able to access our room early without charge. The rooms were clean and spacious and had just what you needed. All that to say there was no bad parts of our stay but also no WOW parts either.
- 5/5
I LOVE THE PLACE, I STAY ALL THE TIME WHEN IM THERE
- 5/5
Really nice rooms
- 4/5
Great staff, clean rooms and good location. Rooms were just a bit outdated
- 5/5
Love this place
- 4/5
Bi level loft was fabulous for 6 people. Staff were great. Didn’t think the breakfast was too good for Aussies but it was better than nothing. Easy to use laundry room at $2 a load to wash. Easy 12 min walk to Disneyland. Very close to a range of restuarants
- 5/5
We always stay here to go to Disneyland. The staff is wonderful. Especially Mario!
- 5/5
Free breakfast was really good. The eggs are pretty good and they had bagels and waffles and cereal, juices coffee
- 5/5
Clean and huge room. Friendly staff and we also really enjoyed the breakfast buffet that was complimentary. Great for families heading to Disney
- 3/5
Rooms are not quiet. We heard every neighbor come home and traffic noises all night. The rooms were comfortable and bed was nice, but no maid service at all.
- 5/5
The room and facilities are very clean. The staff is super helpful. The loft room was perfect for the larger group that we were with.
- 5/5
Property was very clean and the staff was friendly. Would definitely stay here again
- 4/5
The room I was in had dog hair all over the bedding and floor. Mind you it’s a clean establishment. It’s a great place for Disney and good food. Just work on cleaning up the rooms a bit better.
- 5/5
The staff was great
- 5/5
It’s was a very nice experience for my big family to stay together we all loved the place
- 5/5
Always great.
- 4/5
Everything was great. The mattress just wasn’t as comfortable as most other places I’ve stayed
- 3/5
We set up for housekeeping with front desk on check in and we never received it.
- 5/5
Such a great place to stay for Disney and Knotts getaways! Super staff! Our only place to stay now after 3 visits!
- 5/5
Staff was great!
- 5/5
Staff went above and beyond to fix an issue day before thanksgiving. Great place to stay if you love to bring your dogs. The multi room suits feel like an apartment which makes it feel very roomy compared to a motel. These refurbished apartments also have thick walls and keep outside noise outside. It’s walking distance from the city walk. If you get here early the day before you stay at Disney, make sure to hit the city walk. They have an escape room store. AMC movie theatre and the best restaurants you would want. PF Chang’s. Cheesecake factory. Cali pizza kitchen. Steak house. This place is our new favourite Disney good neighbors hotel. They do offer a shuttle service that picks you up and drops you off at the park for 6$ per person per day. Uber is 8$ each way. They have a generous breakfast provided every morning. You can walk to the park from this hotel, just figure in about 20 min walk to the front security gates from the hotel. There’s a nice basketball court. A nice playground. Generous locations to walk your dog. A pool and spa. The parking is the only negative here. It’s an apartment complex style parking lot so getting a spot next to your room isn’t always possible. If I’m being my fur baby, this is my preferred new hotel to stay at.
- 1/5
The amenities were poorly maintained and unclean, the Wi-Fi was extremely slow, and the rooms did not appear properly cleaned. Overall, the quality of the stay was very disappointing.
- 4/5
Cons: $30 a night resort fee that is not listed in package that covers and ok breakfast and other items. Put the price in the cost, additionals upon check-in are a bummer
- 5/5
Nice staff, clean spacious room and easy parking
- 5/5
Check in was easy and the room was nice and clean. Love staying at the Clementine
- 5/5
clean, great staff and service.. kitchen and utensils very limited if you are planning to cook anything..
- 5/5
Good
- 5/5
Great location, good amenities and good breakfast
- 5/5
Everything at the Clementine was fantastic!! Location was great for Disney, perfect amount of room for a family of 3 and the staff was awesome!! Loved every minute of our stay. We will definitely be back!
- 5/5
Always good at the clementine
- 5/5
Yes amazing experience
- 5/5
The people helping out at breakfast were great! Especially a guy name Mario, I think.
- 5/5
Overall our stay was great, a kitchen in our room for our kids food which also came with cooking ware and dishes. The only thing i would say is you have kids and a lot of luggage be prepared for stairs because there are no elevators. You better hope you get the downstairs suite.
- 5/5
Spacious
- 4/5
Location is great . I
- 4/5
Clean room staff friendly
- 5/5
Staff was wonderful
- 5/5
Alex, the manager was very accommodating. Thank you for a great stay!
- 3/5
We stayed in a loft suite and there is a light at the top of the stairs (for safety I know) that is too bright and cannot be turned off or dimmed making sleeping very difficult.
- 5/5
Friendly staff
- 4/5
We had a great stay while we visited Disney! Its about a 15-20 minute walk which honestly is not bad at all! Breakfast was good, but wish there were more fruit options. Staff was super sweet asking how we were doing. If you plan to cook in your room, the vents were not great & definitely recommend bringing a pan or two of your own. We always do, but completely forgot this time. Also, if maybe the fan vents can be cleaned out that would be beneficial too. The air was so muggy & stuffy in our room. Overall though we had a great time and will return someday :)
- 3/5
Service was great, but the hotel itself needs updated. They have twin size pillows for king beds, the extra towels were stored on the back of the toilet, the carpet should be ripped out and replaced, half of the plugs didn’t work, just needs a major overhaul.
- 5/5
Great location for Disney, within walking distance. Great buffet breakfast as well.
- 5/5
Everything from the Room, Staff, breakfast, and walk to Disney was incredible. We will absolutely be staying here for our next Disney trip. Thank you!
- 5/5
Great room with all the amenities. Staff super friendly.
- 5/5
Quiet. Did not hear anything upstairs in the loft inside or outside. Highly recommend! The breakfast was the best we have seen, thanks Mario!
- 4/5
Nice room, decent breakfast and close bus stop for bus use. ART was good although we had one night where the bus did not come to Disney and we had to walk. Staff was great
- 3/5
The room was not cleaned properly, we told the staff and they clean it the day after, it was kind of disappointing because I we arrived late and very tired that day and we just wanted to arrive to a clean room. The next day they clean it and a positive thing is that I asked for a birthday detail for my son and they give a nice present to him and the breakfast it’s very good overall it’s very nice hotel
- 5/5
Nice selections for breakfast. Room was clean. The sofa was due for a cleaning. Kitchen was a bit under stocked.
- 4/5
Hotel is outdated. It was clean, service was very good, breakfast was adequate. Hotel location is about 10-15 minute walk from parks. The carpet in the rooms smelled very strongly (nauseating) like chemicals. I would recommend replacing carpets in rooms, and renovating the bathtubs/showers. Probably would not stay here again.
- 5/5
Love this place, the rooms were spacious and very clean. You can tell it’s definitely older maybe built in the 80s and just some renovations/upgrades for upkeep but whoever maintains the place does an amazing job. It’s perfect for a bigger family, we had a Bi loft and was so grateful for all the space and the kitchen. The breakfast was okay, Element does a better job with breakfast but nothing beats the space. We also had fun on their basketball court! 15 min walk to Disney, which was perfect.
- 4/5
Very large rooms that were very clean. Location within 1.3 km of Disney was an easy walk even for the kids.
- 4/5
Not many breakfast options. The room wasn’t thoroughly cleaned since there were hairs everywhere and pee on and around the toilet. The maids only come clean every 3 days of your stay.
- 5/5
The bi-level loft had great space, it was an easy walk to the Garden Walk eating and shopping area and Disneyland, and had a good breakfast.
- 5/5
Breakfast was good but not enough seating.
- 4/5
Walkable to the parks, very reasonable price
- 5/5
Huge room, good breakfast, hot water in the showers
- 5/5
Love that breakfast was included with our stay. It was comfortable and would definitely stay again.
- 5/5
Very happy with our stay. The room was comfortable, and the staff was very helpful. The breakfast was better than expected! We are a family of five and we all fit just fine. Would definitely recommend this hotel and plan on staying here in the future!
- 5/5
We arrived earlier and they had a room ready and we were able to check in. The room was nice and clean. Will definitely stay here again when we visit Mickey.
- 4/5
Accommodated our larger family well in the bilevel loft. Walkable to Disney
- 5/5
Staff
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, friendly staff!
- 4/5
.
- 5/5
Friendly staff, great breakfast
- 5/5
Clean room, attentive and kind staff, great breakfast, only a 13min walk from Disneyland! 10/10 would stay here again!
- 4/5
Yes
- 5/5
Yes spotless, well taken care of. Great for families and convenience, close to Disney about a mile!
- 5/5
Breakfast service was a real bonus.
- 2/5
One there was huge stain on the carpet. Promise you can't miss it. We stayed in the bi-level loft. Our downstairs bathroom door had issues closing. Had to use some force i order to close it. Also door knob had to be pulled up in order to open. Upstairs where th capreted ended bext to the tile the carpet
- 4/5
The room was nice. Definitely not spotless and the bathroom sink smelled like mildew. Location is amazing tho and it's nice to be away from all the crowded and loud hotels.
- 5/5
Staff was amazing. Room was great and the breakfast top notch. Basketball court and little park was amazing for the kids.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great —lots of options for kids and adults. Property is older and inside needs updating but was comfortable and very conveniently located within a 15 min walk to Didneylsnd
- 5/5
Everything was great! Will definitely stay again
- 5/5
Everything was amazing we also loved the area we stayed at. Workers where great and they stay was phenomenal
- 5/5
What a happy place! The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff were very nice.
- 5/5
The room was very cleaned. The staff was super helpful and so nice
- 5/5
Great service, perfect location! The unit suited our needs perfectly.
- 2/5
Room ok, cookwear awful, overpriced
- 5/5
Excelente service
- 5/5
Excellent
- 5/5
What stood out was all the staff. Everyone was very nice especially the gal on nights. (I believe her name began with an E) every one did whatever we needed for us. Housekeeping was nice to us too.
- 5/5
Check in was a breeze! Angel was the young man who checked me in, and i was throughly impressed with his efficiency and thoughtfulness. I smoke a tobacco pipe, and the first thing i asked him was if they had a smoking section, or did i have to go off campus. He informed me that they did have a smoking section, he then produced a map of the campus, and pointed it out. He then proceeded to fill me in on all of the other amenities, the breakfast buffets the pool etc. All this took less.than a minute. He was articulate and to the point. He then produced my room keys and again.Referring to the map showed me my room , which was immediately adjacent to the smoking area you said I placed you in Room 512.If you walk out your front door you'll be in this looking pit. AWSOME! He passed me my keys and informed me that if I needed anything else to just dial zero. And i was on my way to my room. The entire exchange took less than five minutes. The room was spotless is comfortable and spacious. This is now my goto when im in O.C.
- 5/5
:)
- 5/5
Great place!!
- 4/5
We enjoyed having a full kitchen but it wasn’t stocked well enough to do much cooking. There was no pizza cutter, and I would think that would be a considered a basic utensil. We baked a pizza but had no way to cut it except for a dull butcher knife. Our biggest complaint is the parking situation. Do NOT expect to park anywhere near your building as that won’t happen. It’s a large complex of 24+ buildings and we had to park the furthest away as parking is first come first serve and this is an extremely popular hotel/apartments and is always booked full. We were on one side of the complex and our car was at the opposite end. The room was very clean and the bed was comfy. We had a studio suite on the ground floor in building 20. Another big drawback is that they took out the exercise room and I had to walk across a very busy Clementine Street and use the UFC Gym in the basement of the parking garage across the street. I’m not a diehard runner but I do run every day 1 mile on a treadmill and that is very important to me.
- 5/5
Breakfast was great every morning, staff was super nice and helpful, close walk to disneyland, family friendly , loft had all the things we needed ❤️everything was clean ..
- 3/5
Room was okay, bathtub didnt have a shower mat make it kind of slippery to get in and out of tub, phones in rooms didnt work so i had to walk to the reception desk for toilet paper and towels. Other problem was the ART shuttle to Disneyland didnt go by the hotel as scheduled for 2 days called to complained no help at all. Overall our room was spacious.
- 5/5
Loved the staff, breakfast, decor and everything else.
- 3/5
The property itself wasn’t bad and it’s just a 10-15 minutes walk to Disneyland, pool area was nice and the breakfast was decent.
- 5/5
Good location staff was good
- 5/5
Bigs rooms
- 4/5
Perfect hotel for our family trip to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Bi loft old musky smell in room floor creaks to every step to the point you wake people up in your room. Its gone down hill over the years. Sad to say this will be my last stay at this hotel for family vacation.
- 3/5
Disappointed honestly, they quoted me one price online then I got there charged me $125 more than what it originally said. Most of the food in the store was actually expired Soo yea don't drink anything without checking the date first. The couch had some suspicious brown stains in the outside. Overall ok great location to get to Disneyland quickly. Good size kitchen.
- 5/5
Everything was wonderful
- 4/5
Staff was great, easy access to everything. Walking distance to Disney. Only reason I didn’t give it the 5 stars the rooms could be cleaner. Hair was left on the tub, dust on walls. After walking around the room in our socks they were left black! The floors and carpet need to be cleaned.
- 5/5
Walking distance and super friendly staff.
- 5/5
Clean room, helpful staff, decent breakfast
- 5/5
This is the perfect hotel to rest in after a day at Disneyland. Quiet, cozy and a full kitchen can’t be beat. It feels like a home away from home and we were able to relax. Will continue to stay here
- 5/5
Amazing as always, it’s were we been staying for over 10yrs
- 5/5
Property grounds were excellent. Breakfast was ok, could have more variety and healthier options, easy parking. Room was quite and very clean. Easy walk to the Disney parks. They offer shuttle services, but we prefer to walk. I definitely recommend it and would stay there again !
- 5/5
Perfect for our family!
- 5/5
Overall easy check in experience, clean rooms, quiet, stress free.
- 3/5
All other stays were excellent service. Breakfast set up ready to go when we arrived and all appliances in the room worked. This time we arrived to breakfast band there were only little pates available. When I asked the dining room attendant she told me that was all they were putting out. After we served ourselves - on many plates - the bigger plates were brought out. In the room our coffee maker did not work. I called twice. First night I was told they would bring one out. It never came. In morning I asked Shaun and was told they would send one out. When we got back to room after being out all day - no change. Called again that evening and again was told they would send one out. Checked out on third day without ever getting a working coffee maker. I asked for room service and to be honest the service was not like other times we’ve stayed. We come snd stay at least once a month - if not more during the holidays and I have never had such inferior service in either of these areas. But to be honest I did not recognize any of the people I dealt with this last visit.
- 5/5
Clean room, good breakfast, and walking distance to Disney.
- 5/5
This is the 4th time we stayed in Clementine. They have variety of breakfast and all staff was very kind. My child would refer the hotel as his house. That is how great they treated us that my child feel it was home. I hope to come back in December for Christmas.
- 5/5
This property was perfect for a visit to Disneyland. Full kitchen, daily breakfast, laundry facilities and walkable to the parks. The staff was excellent! Would stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Full kitchen
- 5/5
We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The room was very comfortable and spacious and the breakfast was great! The distance to Disneyland was good and easy to walk.
- 3/5
The staff never went to clean our room we were there 4 nights and requested twice for our room to be cleaned also the breakfast is not very good very limited space and the beds were very hard and the noise from the traffic came all through the windows
- 3/5
Great layout for families. Loft bedroom plus separate bedroom both have their own bath, plus a kitchenette. Light switch wasn’t working in the stair light so it was on all the time. Bathroom is small and not updated. Laminate flooring with gaps under the baseboards. Best part was the full breakfast every morning. Suited ok for a family spending most of the time at Disney, but wouldn’t recommend it otherwise.
- 4/5
We loved how comfortable and large the rooms were. We stayed in a bi loft room and enjoyed the size of the room. You can tell the rooms are dated though and need some upkeep which is why I gave some of my ratings a 4/5. There was some cleanliness issues in the room. Our bathroom wasn’t super clean and sheets on the bed were stained. These things weren’t enough to not make me want to come back only because the good outweighed the bad. You cannot beat the size the these rooms compared to other nearby Disney hotels. I’ve stayed at many and this by far has been the largest. It is perfect for families! The things I enjoyed most was the property grounds were beautiful and offered quite a bit of amenities with complementary breakfast being the best one. The hot breakfast was such a treat that many other hotels do not offer. The walk to Disneyland took about 15 min which wasn’t too bad and the majority of the walk was very lit. We really enjoyed our stay and would come back here.
- 4/5
It is a nice hotel. It is a bit of a walk to disney. The breakfast was great. The staff were very professional and helpful. Our only complaint is that the shower didnt get hot at all. Its a nice family friendly place.
- 5/5
Breakfast was mediocre compared to what I've had other places, definitely not up to your ratings I've read or your reputation. Waffle Irons & waffles looked good. One chinzy meat, one fruit, mish mash? Inconsistant food groups.combos. An insult not to have 2 bottles of water per room comped We paid for 5 rooms, 4 nights, brought our own bottled water but ran out last day, asked for 2 bottles, we were refused. Also had checkin confusions because system couldn't find Itinery numbers and names on each room got tweaked. But staff veey nice, got it done, although I had requested the 5 rooms near each other, that had to be redone, so we couldn't get into rooms until after 4pm but we were able to change dinner res to later.
- 5/5
Clean and quiet room with a full size kitchen! All the staff in the morning and evening were super nice and professional. Cant beat the location since its cross street is Disney Way. House of Blues and Garden Walk are just around the corner. Highly recommend!
- 5/5
Second time here but this will be my forever hotel, this trip was a family vacation with my siblings and nephews and we got the Bi level room and with was soo spacious especially with three teenage boys but everyone had room for their own space. Beds were comfy, the shower was great pressure and a major plus was free breakfast and a full kitchen for longer stays
- 5/5
The gentleman at the front desk that was there on 10/14 & 10/15 in the morning was amazing. Our disney trip was ruined and he turned that around for us. We will definitely be returning to this hotel thanks to him and his hospitality.
- 3/5
Would have appreciated a longer window for breakfast. More healthy options and maybe an omelet bar.
- 5/5
Nice breakfast buffet
- 3/5
We enjoyed the free breakfast and parking available. We chose the hotel for the walkability to Disneyland and the kitchenette. It worked great for our trip to Disneyland with a family of 5.
- 5/5
Good breakfast offerings. Lots of waffle machines is nice. Staff was excellent. Pool warm and a nice break. Overall a great property and we enjoyed it. Just the things i mentioned take away from the experience --too bad
- 5/5
Room was really cute. And breakfast was delicious. The staff was all very sweet and helpful.
- 5/5
Angel at the front desk was overly helpful when we thought we left ear buds in the room. Definitely appreciate his customer service and attentiveness. KEEP HIM ON STAFF
- 4/5
Walking distance from Disneyland. Breakfast included. Quiet. Cons. Room service is every third day so you will run out of all towels. Overall a good pick.

No problems I felt a little uneasy adjoining parking lot with the motel six

Our two bedroom suite was perfect. Walking distance to Disneyland.

If you’re thinking of staying here, make sure you get a room on the second floor. We could hear every movement and didn’t get any sleep. After long days at Disney all I wanted was sleep. Also, the beds are awful and the breakfast buffet is barely edible.

Parking was easy and relatively close to our room. Breakfast had lots of options and they are prepared for rush for people trying to get to the Happiest Place on Earth early. Extremely family friendly with lots odf perks for little ones. About 15 minute easy walk to park.

Also, if you want to do laundry, the detergent is at the front desk. You have to ask for it. I went to the little store looking to buy some before I couldn’t find a vending machine inside the laundry room (by the pool) and when I inquired w/ the front desk, they handed me a few loads worth. Each load is $1.25 wash and $1.25 dry on a credit card swipe machine.

The staff was friendly but didn't express that we needed a parking pass at check in, we had to go back when we realized others had a pass in their vehicles. The room was clean, but I did notice the bathroom had black spots on the ceiling and around the tub also. The hotel is convenient for walking to dinner or to a concert and close to Disneyland.

The hotel itself was fine and the room and breakfast were great. I was very taking back by the mandatory Resort fee of $34 a day. This was something that was a complete surprise and no mention of it until we checked in.

The bathroom and kitchen stink a lot. The kitchen and the bathroom were not really clean when I got there and they never came at least took the garbage out.

The suite was very clean and comfortable. Nice bed. Plenty of hot water/water pressure. Basic kitchenware provided. Windows had strong locks, although the area didn’t feel the slightest bit sketchy. Buffet breakfast was excellent. Best breakfast potatoes my daughter and I have ever had—no kidding. All the standard stuff, all of it tasty and hot. Pool, tennis court, basketball hoop on site. Nothing fancy, but great to have amenities to keep the kids busy when not at Disneyland. City bus picks you up on hotel grounds to take you to Disney (small fee you pay online). Park stays open until 11pm, but we had to leave early to catch the last bus of the night which was scheduled to leave Disney at 10pm. NOT!!! We ran our butts off to make it to the bus stop by 10pm, then waited almost a full hour for that dang bus to arrive. We should have made the 10-minute walk back to the Clementine or better yet called an Uber, but who would have thought the bus would be that late? The bus issue was no fault of the Clementine, of course. I would highly recommend this nice, homey establishment to anyone traveling to Disney.
