The hotel is praised for its proximity to Disneyland and friendly, helpful staff. However, some guests express concerns about outdated rooms and cleanliness issues.

This hotel is my go-to when going to Disneyland. It is close to the park, always clean, the staff is nice and friendly. They go beyond to help their customers. Having free parking is also nice since we drive from another state.
- 4/5
It was a bit disappointing that the spa wasn’t working and we couldn’t get water bottles from the vending machines. Location was great as it was reasonable for my 6yo to walk, and it was close to great pizza and CVS for waters and snacks
- 5/5
If you are going to Disneyland, this is a 2 block walk and is in a great location!

We picked this hotel because it is right across the street from Disneyland, and it did not disappoint. Because we were traveling with children, we had a family suite that had 3 queens. The parents were pleased to see that one queen was private from the children. There was one bathroom, but a second sink / vanity countertop was in the the children's room, which was really helpful. Any questions / minor issues were promptly and professionally resolved. The cleaning staff was exemplary. The hotel is a little bit older, but maintained. We really enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Vending machines don’t work. Kids running and stop ping above us. Basic room. Not worth price
- 4/5
Great location and loved how clean the room was. The beds were a little uncomfortable, felt more springs than padding.
- 5/5
Awesome+

I will definitely use this property fir another trip

Hotel is older and has a musty smell. Staff are great, pool area is redone and nice, rooms are not great but not horrible. I would definitely stay there again. Very close to Disneyland, only 2 blocks away. They allowed us to park early so we didn't have to pay for parking elsewhere. Staff is very accommodating.
- 5/5
Loved the location and it's closeness to Disneyland. The room and bathroom, overall, were very clean. The beds were comfortable and cozy. Parking was also great , as it was right below our room. Had to go in the hunt for a vending machine that was working. No water was provided in the rooms, which is not a big deal. But, a vending machine working would be great to get water fast.
- 3/5
Rooms are outdated and carpet needed to be shampoo. Sheets were very thin so I suggest bring blanket. Bed was firm so if you have back problems ask for extra pillows. Pool wasn't working but I am guess it was being serviced. Although I heard another guest say its been like that for days.

Great time as always enjoyed all aspects of hotel
- 4/5
There’s room for improvement with the beds. They were rock hard and only mildly better than sleeping on the floor. Woke up sore. Should be softer! Overall for the price we might return, or go elsewhere for softer beds.
- 3/5
Good size room with separate bedrooms. Rooms were old, carpet was stained, and could use some attention/repair.
- 2/5
The location to Disneyland! is good. Checking in was OK there was a bit of a wait but not too bad. The issues arose were with the age of the property. The elevator frequently just didn’t work. We never got stuck or anything, but you’d push the button and nothing would happen we had to walk to the opposite end of the property and use those elevators, which worked much more consistently. The beds were hard as a rock not what you’re looking for after spending 12 hours a day Disneyland!. The next problem was a constant dripping sound. It sounded like it was coming from the walls because the shower and the sink were not dripping l. It’s an older hotel so you can definitely hear people wheeling their luggage down the hallways and people walking by. For the price I’d expect a little bit more. Needless to say we won’t be back.
- 5/5
Great spot for a family
- 5/5
Clean and very close to Disneyland. Will def return
- 4/5
We had the 2 room suite and loved it, other than the dirty carpet. It really needs to be replaced. The FREE parking was easy and secure. The A/C in our room kept the rooms very cold.. Easy walk to Disneyland. Needed assistance with a clog toilet and towels and help arrived within 10 minutes. Loved it. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
- 5/5
FREE parking is a plus
- 5/5
staff was great
- 5/5
It was a nice staying close to the park, not enough time to do anything more than sleeping.
- 4/5
Parking was great, the staff were excellent, and the beds were comfy. Great location to walk to the parks.
- 5/5
The location was great, walking distance to Disneyland, shops, restaurants. Rooms were clean and the beds were made, love the amenities in my room I liked everything, nothing to not complain about

Location and free parking were definitely winners here.
- 4/5
Room was clean and everything else was ok
- 4/5
Clean room. No one was super friendly or helpful. No pool access and too much if an inconvenience to us and the staff to go next door. Motel is dated. Walls paper thin. Could hear everyone walking- upstairs, outside, etc. we were in the back corner, right by stairs, elevator, and ice maker. Ice maker was going off loudly until midnight each night as people got ice. Then at 7am, maid service was rolling their carts out down the walkway. Third floor so it was pretty loud. It was clean though.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
The room was quiet which was great for sleeping in after our late night. The shower was a little finicky with getting the right temp but it worked. Close to the parks which is super beneficial will definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
The room was clean and ready as soon as we arrived. It has a big parking lot . A small pool that was closed for maintenance but we were aloud to visit the pool next door at the Anaheim Inn. I do wished they would’ve had at least some muffins and coffee in there lobby for the mornings.
- 4/5
The staff were pretty good, nice and professional. The rooms were pretty clean, but sometimes there would be hairs on things that definitely did not match my family. We could've used another blanket, at least one in the closet. We just had a sheet, thin blanket, and sheet. The mattresses were really hard, it hurt my hips. Maybe getting a foam mattress cover would help. It's a nice hotel for the cost and the theming is fun.
- 5/5
Rooms were nice and clean. Disneyland is reasonably close and great food options are also within a block or two. Highly recommended if you're visiting the park.
- 5/5
Está muy cerca de Disney muy limpio y el personal muy amable
- 5/5
Good location with a short jaunt to Disneyland . Rooms are clean and well maintained. Stuff is friendly and helpful
- 5/5
The place was nice but no workin pool dnd we were not aware until we arrived. We were told we could use neighbor hotel pool but that’s so inconvenient. They should disclose in advance the pool situation .
- 5/5
Not fancy, but close to park, comfortable beds, pretty quiet. Unfortunately, the pool is out of service currently, the tv remote control didn’t work, but not too important as we really didn’t need tv after 30k/day steps at the parks. The staff made check-in very as easy and they are very friendly! Overall a great experience!
- 5/5
Clean room and front desk staff was helpful. Very close to the parks and restaurants.
- 5/5
Always a perfect place to stay got Disneyland trips!
- 5/5
Great stay, close to the parks. Love that they make up the beds every day. Would 100% stay here again.
- 5/5
plenty of parking, walking distance to Disneyland Park, close to walgreens and CVS . Staff was friendly and helpful, since the pool is under refurbishment the hotel next door offered their pool to Castle inn guest . We will surly be staying at Castle inn in the future.
- 5/5
An amazing hotel to stay at when visiting Disneyland. My husband needed to rent a scooter and it was delivered to the hotel. The staff charged it every night. They made the process very easy and convenient. Thank you!
- 5/5
Room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman working the front desk was very friendly. We will stay there again.
- 3/5
Rooms are dated but okay for a quick stay.
- 4/5
The rooms are very clean. The beds are very hard, but not painfully so. The hotel is 4 stories and thankfully has an elevator. The A/C worked well. I turned on the TV and it had inappropriate images on it (like the kind people usually pay for), to the alarm of me and my 6 year old, but I was able to quickly turn it to Disney Jr. I saw quite a few reviews saying water is either hot or cold, nothing in the middle. I found that the water temperature is just fickle, and you have to be purposeful in moving the handles to make the temperature perfect.
- 4/5
Parking was very good and secure. Staff was very nice and air conditioning was good. Room was cleaned good. Beds were very hard.
- 3.5/5
The room was good and appeared clean. Had all the amenities needed for sleep and shower before heading off to Disneyland. The toilet paper and Kleenex were folded to look fancy, but it did not match the rest of the property which looks like it could use a makeover. The AC could have used an auto option, it was either on (Low, Med, High) or off. The shower hot faucet had an issue where it would spin and you had to get the sweet spot to get the water to stop. Turning the handle kept turning and there never was an Off position, the water would keep coming on. The pool was closed for renovations and many of the onsite pop/soda machines were out of order.

Clean room, friendly staff, very close to Disneyland, free parking
- 3/5
Water pressure was bad not good
- 4/5
Friendly staff and adequate amenities. The pool area was closed for renovation, but they did offer the neighboring hotel’s pool if needed. The distance was a little farther from the park than we’re used to, but it all worked out.
- 3/5
Close to the parks. Room was clean. Parking availability was good. But you hear everything from outside. People walking, talking, driving & wheeling their luggage. Our room was in front of the ice machine. It made ice 24/7. We didnt have the best sleep unfortunately.
- 4/5
Ac was fantastic, parking car was easy, access to Disneyland was great, shower was hard to operate
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful staff. Clean rooms and easy walk to Disney
- 3/5
Parking was easy and secure room was easy to maintain coolness, but had an old musty smell. Room could be very clean, but old carpet makes a person wonder. Pool was not available, and while the pool athe the hotel next door was offered, I would not be comfortable traipsing around to another hotel to get to a pool. Lots of noise from room cleaning carts in the AM, distance to Disney is the one plus.
- 4/5
Pool was not available at time of stay.
- 4/5
AC worked great, room was clean, a couple hairs missed, but didn't really change the clean feel of the room. Felt the value was worth it. Traveled with kids.
- 5/5
Overall great spot for Disneyland. The pool and spa were being renovated during our visit.
- 5/5
Spacious rooms, allowed us to check in early
- 5/5
Secure area, free parking, short walk to Disney. Will stay again.
- 3/5
Yes
- 3/5
Friendly staff, rooms are humid. A/C isn’t the best. Thins walls can hear everything! For paying for location.
- 2/5
I was disappointed that the pool was under renovation, it was inconvenient to use the pool/hot tub next door, only one of my kids did. They said the spa next door was dirty! I was disappointed in the parking, my daughter drove separate and could not park in lot. She ended up staying at her friends 10 min away then the hotel let her park there during day Friday while she went with us to Disneyland. I likely will not stay here again.
- 3/5
Really close to the parks, about a 10 min walk Mini fridge AC works really well Staff is nice and friendly Cons- carpet is filthy. I forgot my sandals and walked around barefoot for maybe 5 minutes, and by the time I got in the shower my feet were black with dirt. outdated no breakfast
- 3/5
Room was clean and the staff were friendly and helpful. Parking was a little tight for our “boat” of a car but we managed. Only thing was the charging outlets in the room did not work very well and then the power went off. They were able to fix it but I had never experienced this in any other hotel I stayed in. Other than this the stay was fine.
- 5/5
Parking included close to park and restaurants all walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful
- 3/5
The parking was included, which is a huge perk. The place was clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. However, the beds were the most uncomfortable and hard I have ever slept in, and the pillows were just as bad. If you want convenience to the Disneyland entrance, this is a great place. If you want a good night's sleep, you might want to choose someplace else.
- 5/5
This was the perfect place to stay for our Disneyland vacation! Just a short walk down the road and we were in the gates. The staff was friendly and the room was clean and we had comfortable beds.
- 1/5
Overall a horrible property DO NOT RECOOMNED
- 5/5
Professional staff, more than adequate parking, elevators to 2nd and 3rd floor, great housekeeping. Had Family Room, was huge! Perfect for family of 5 with 3 tweens. Rooms not noisy. Can easily walk to Disney front gates. Will stay there again!
- 5/5
Staff is always friendly and housekeeping is amazing.
- 5/5
The room was clean and the staff was friendly.
- 4/5
Great place but pool was under construction at our visit & no notification was the draw back
- 5/5
A block and a half from the entrance to Disney. A block away from IHOP and Denny's made it easy too. We enjoyed our stay but we did not like that the pool was out of order being remodeled but everything else seemed just great for what we wanted.
- 3/5
The rooms are clean however everything was dated. Everything
- 5/5
The staff were so welcoming and kind! We love staying here when we go to Disneyland. Our last stay we found a baby bird that fell from his nest and the staff were on it calling an animal rescue. It was such a neat experience. The beds are comfy and it’s a convenient walk for a mid day nap. Will recommend this to our friends & fam :)
- 5/5
Parking was easy. Pool was under repair but we had the option to use the pool at the hotel nextdoor. I used to always stay at the disneyland hotel, but with the recent changes to early entry, I was looking elsewhere. This was an easy walk to the parks and considering it is on the opposite side of downtown disney, it is a similar distance to the disney hotels. I would stay here again.
- 5/5
Clean and close to Disney
- 3/5
Pleasant
- 5/5
We love this hotel for our Disney trips.
- 2/5
Carpet was so dirty me feet turned black after I walked around for a bit. Just wasn't clean. The door kept getting jammed. Found a trick to it eventually.
- 5/5
Exceptional
- 5/5
Check in & parking were easy, staff was friendly & accommodating, parking was included in stay, rooms were comfortable & clean, & hotel was an easy walk to both the parks & a ton of restaurants. The best part was having a king bed for my husband & I, & two queens for our teenage kids!
- 5/5
Room was clean, about 10 minute walk to park. Will stay again. I believe vincent checked us in, and was nice & helpful.
- 5/5
Always a pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff are super friendly and helpful. Stayed in Room 224 and had no issues with access, all features worked in the room. Rooms are spacious and the AC works very well. Beds are comfy providing a good night of sleep. There is also plenty of power ports around to plug things into as needed. WiFi was fast and responsive, as always.
- 3.5/5
Good
- 3/5
There was a spider in the room at check in. The check in person was short and rude when asked to clarify instructions during check in.
- 4/5
Good location and self parking included.
- 1/5
I got burned really bad on my left hand trying to make a cup of coffee in the room, it splashed hot water from the top where you would be adding water. I was alone with my youn child after informing the front desk of had had just happened I wasn’t even offered a first aid kit or a bottle of water. The soda machines are out of order, the bed had stains. This place is a true joke of bad management and unchecked coffee makers for safety. There was not a single ounce of empathy. Care. If I were a stray animal I would have received some kind of treatment. I had to walk to the nearest Walgreens to get burn supplies and Tylenol for pain. Spent 6 hours in intense pain in my room. The next day my hand was grey green color and swallowed very bad. I wish I can add pictures to this review on how terrible the burn was. I would never recommend this place to anyone because of the poor management and care towards guests. Not only I was in sever pain but also my son was traumatized and we couldn’t enjoy our trip.
- 4/5
Updated outlets and more of them
- 3/5
Air conditioning needs update! Bed needs update and so do the pillows. The shower could use an upgrade, don’t like taking a shower with medium pressure and can’t get the temperature of the water even.
- 4/5
Internet was not great and sink wouldn’t shut off and water was dripping and was hard to find the perfect spot to make it stop
- 2/5
The bathroom feels stuck in the past, with an outdated look and a shower that struggles to drain properly. A piece of plywood would be more comfortable than the bed, and you might as well rest your head on a soggy sack of Quickcrete abandoned in the rain. Meanwhile, the elevator door refuses to close, stubbornly reopening each time it attempts to shut. The price point is that of a 5-star hotel, maybe 1.5-2 stars.

Property was really rundown, not worth the money you pay to stay here! We’ll be putting a claim in to hotels.com
- 4/5
The hotel was clean and in walking distance to Disney Land. It was comfortable but I wish it had a pool and it was a bit more updated.
- 4/5
Place is clean staff is friendly. The only down side you can’t leave your care there if you are going 2 days to Disney
- 5/5
The staff was very friendly - especially the gentleman who checked us in, he was very accommodating.
- 5/5
We loved this hotel and how close it is to Disney!
- 5/5
Room was clean, check in was easy and it is very close to the park
- 2/5
The manager was not friendly nor kind to his employees. Very snappy, and the way he spoke to the employees made it feel very uncomfortable. I don’t think he even had an awareness of others around him. Also, there were numerous people slamming doors and screaming throughout the night while running around while jackhammers were digging the pool during the day. Very disappointed in comparison to what I expected. The room was clean, but we were very grateful to only be staying one night.
- 5/5
Front desk help very helpful and courteous. Room was clean. Great stay. Would recommend to stay.
- 3/5
What we expected, a bit dated and the water wasnt always warm but for price it was fine. Staff was good
- 5/5
Awesome! This will be our hotel when we visit Disneyland and family! Great customer service and very nice rooms! Clean and great customer service.
- 5/5
Spacious room. Plenty of room for all our stuff and to move double stroller around and store for our Disney trip.
- 3/5
The rooms were nice but very loud early morning.
- 5/5
Super convenient to food and attractions, staff were very friendly and courteous, rooms were clean.
- 5/5
Close walk to the park, staff always very nice and helpful.

- 5/5
Love staying here, we checked in late(after midnight) and the staff was so nice and friendly!
- 5/5
Good location to Disneyland. Staff was very friendly.
- 4/5
Clean room, nice staff, great walking distance to downtown Disney. The elevator was not the best, you had to push the door to get it to close all the way so it would work. And all the soda machines were down
- 4/5
Front Office Staff was very attentive and super nice!
- 5/5
Clean room, easy access to parks, staff were friendly
- 3/5
Didn’t like that I was in a conjoined room . Just knowing there was a door there connecting to someone else’s room felt weird . I didn’t know the rooms came like that. Rug needs to be updated. Tv wouldn’t turn on, didn’t know why, turned out it was unplugged. Shower head needs to be cleaned. Loved the swans though that they make with the towels

Great location within walking distance to the park. Free parking. Nice room layout.
- 5/5
Staff are always great and free parking
- 5/5
Courteous and helpful staff. Parking for the day to go to Disney is included. Nice hotel
- 3/5
I had to realize I need a little more comfort than a budget inn. Overall is was fine- kids loved the decor and vibe of the place. I wasn’t able to sleep well in the beds- which was hard with two days of Disney and little sleep.
- 5/5
Great accommodation. Clean room, good ammenities, staff were friendly and we were close to everything. We would definitely book our next trip to stay here again!
- 3/5
Yes, bleach cleans but the overwhelming smell of bleach burned your eyes. And then, lots of hairs in the shower drains, on the walls and also the tub didn’t hold water, and a hair stuck on the control panel of the ac. Gross. Neighbors smoke alarm battery started going out at 10pm and the water in the bath/shower didn’t work right. The water was nice and hot in the tub but once you diverted the water to the shower, it got cold. Took about 5 min to figure it out and I just left the shower on for my kids, afterwards. I was so worried they would burn or freeze.
- 5/5
Great location, free parking, clean room. Perfect for our needs.
- 4/5
Lo bueno es que está cerca del los parques, pero las camas está un poco duras y no tuvimos servicio de limpieza aunque solo fueran dos noches
- 3/5
Parking was convenient and it was walking distance from many restaurants, Disneyland, starbucks, and Walgreens. They even let us leave our car parked free of charge past checkout so we could visit Disneyland one more full day. The coin Laundry was convenient, and the room was clean. Our only complaints were, no towels at the pool, half of the vending machines were out of service and none of them sold water, only soda. Walls are thin and we could hear everything next to and above us. Especially every time someon walked past our door. Their rolling bags would echo in our room. And finally the "blackout" curtains did not blackout the room.
- 5/5
This is our second time to stay in this hotel for year 2025. Can walk to Disneyland and Free parking. Hassle free check in and good customer service. Our flight arrived earlier than schedule and the hotel was able to check us in early.
- 5/5
Clean room, great staff
- 5/5
Room was spacious and clean, loved it being close to the parks.
- 5/5
Nice area. Hotel could use updated renovations
- 5/5
Everything was good except no breakfast for the people
- 3/5
The check in could be improved. Staff didn’t share anything or tell us where we can get ice or anything. The second day we were sent to the 2nd floor for ice but we were staying on the first floor and there was an ice machine there.
- 4/5
Clean room but the location is what sold it for me
- 5/5
Pleasantly surprised upon arriving at Castile Inn. Courteous and friendly staff, very clean and comfortable accommodations, housekeeping staff paid extra attention to details to make the room feel welcoming with added personal touches throughout the room. Will definitely use Castile Inn on future trips to the area.
- 4/5
The drawbacks were that the mattress was very uncomfortable and the shower head was very old and not great. The room we got was great for our family of 5 (2 adults, 2 kids, 1 infant). It was a connecting room with two queen beds, a king bed, and we brought our pack n play too. It also had a mini fridge and microwave as well.
- 5/5
Rooms are clean, plenty of free parking and great location, so nice to be able to walk to Disneyland. The hot water takes a while to start and is sensitive when adjusting hot or cold water. Staff is very attentive and friendly. Will stay here again!

There was plenty of parking here. The mattress was old and a bit hard. But it's close ro Disneyland so that is a real plus. Easy walk there and to Dennys or Ihop for breakfast.

Clean room, friendly staff, comfortable beds, great location, and the microwave in the room was helpful for us. It was great for our 3 night stay.
- 5/5
Rooms & bathrooms were clean. Comfortable accommodations and easy access to Disneyland. We WILL be back!!!
- 3/5
The room was clean and spacious. Included parking is a nice benefit. None of the vending machines worked and there was no drinking water available anywhere in the hotel. The only option was a refill station by the pool, but we didn't have water bottles to refill.
- 5/5
Good location, just across disneyland and food places nearby,, a lot of parking
- 3/5
The hotel is conveniently located near Disney's entrance with restaurants and convenience shops nearby. It's definitely older and run-down. The beds are very firm and the room smelled musty. It's a budget hotel for sure, but not terrible.
- 3/5
The door to the bathroom got stuck and you had to slam it shut and drain took a long time to drain the water in the shower
- 5/5
Clean room, timely room service, great proximity to services.
- 5/5
Nice room. Comfy. Towel animals
- 4/5
Kind staff
- 3/5
The door didn’t have a chain lock- felt unsafe. Shower was awful- low pressure and water temperature was wonky. Rooms were so loud with people walking outside and upstairs. Felt very outdated.
- 5/5
Spacious room, easy check-in, plenty of parking when we arrived, easy walk to the parks!
- 5/5
Everything and everyone was very accommodating. Had a great room.
- 5/5
The front desk staff were great!! They made sure my scooter was always charged and ready. And everyone from the hotel was friendly and helpful.
- 5/5
Staff were prompt and helpful. The room was clean and had everything we needed.

Close to Disneyland, at check-in, the staff was very helpful and courteous
- 4/5
Clean and spacious. Close proximity to Disneyland and California Adventure.
- 5/5
Perfect location!
- 2/5
Checking in process was easy but the front desk people are not so frie
- 5/5
I told the manager at check in that I wanted a first floor room due to my blood pressure issues. He kindly upgraded me to a large suite on the first floor! It was a beautiful room! I felt like a Queen at the Castle Inn! Thank you, it was much appreciated!
- 5/5
Incredible housekeeping and front desk. Well maintained and cozy!

Yes it was a really great experience. The pool is nice and the staff is friendly and it’s convenient to get anything you need near by and a 7 min walk to Disneyland! I will stay here again!

The staff for very welcoming, the room was clean and specious!
- 2/5
Room was moist and smelled like mold. They use a lot of bleach to cover the smell. You can hear water dripping at night. Beds have not been replaced in a long time and are very uncomfortable. Room and common areas are clean and staff is friendly. Store is closed down.
- 5/5
I love how quiet this hotel is as well as the location. Made a world of difference for our Disney trip! Staff was wonderful, the room was a perfect size for three adults. Will definitely stay again! Fantastic.
- 5/5
Close to disney, clean room and cleaned daily. Friendly staff. Would stay again
- 5/5
From the friendliness of the staff at check-in to the cleanliness of the spacious room, to the perfect location to Disneyland for walking to the checkout staff, everything was amazing! First time I’ve stayed at this location and didn’t know what I’ve been missing all this time!
- 5/5
Close to Disneyland and great place to stay
- 4/5
The room smelled a bit musty
- 4/5
We loved that the hotel was walkable to Disneyland and the staff was wonderful. The only concern we had was that the carpet could have been cleaner.
- 5/5
Best visit
- 5/5
Housekeeping came in daily, hot tub was great after a day at Disneyland. From my house staff was pleasant and helpful. Will stay here again if we could me back to Disneyland. Great price for being a 7 min walk through security gate at Disneyland. 7-11 pizza and couple of drugstores just half a block away.
- 5/5
Check-in staff was friendly. Room was large, clean and the beds were comfy. Very walkable to Disneyland within 10min
- 5/5
Checking in was quick and easy, the staff was very welcoming and accommodating to my request. The rooms are clean and being able to get a parking pass before check-in is a definite plus!
- 5/5
Comfortable suite for our extended family! Great parking. Nearby restaurants. Quick walk to Disneyland!
- 5/5
Room was clean. Appreciate the room configuration with two bedrooms. Easy (and free) to park. Easy check-in. Convenient fridge. Short walk to Disneyland. Has a bathtub (not just a shower - important when staying with young kids). Will stay here again.
- 5/5
Very friendly staff and cleaning crew was first class!
- 3/5
The water pressure is not that great. Hotel is old and not well kept. We saw a cockroach in our room.
- 3/5
The gift shop that is listed on the website is permanently closed.
- 3/5
Cleanliness was very good. The smell because I think of it just being old hotel smelt mildewy and our air conditioning we couldn’t turn on because it smelled like cat pee. Other than that it was a great location
- 5/5
Friendly, clean, easy to get to Disneyland.
- 3/5
Strong cleaning solution smell in room .. overpowering. Room was clean.
- 5/5
We’ve stayed here several times and it’s been wonderful each time. Would definitely stay again!
- 5/5
N room and great staff.
- 5/5
Friendly and helpful reception staff
- 5/5
Was great!
- 5/5
Parking was safe, convenient and easy to access. Room was spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and efficient.
- 5/5
Nice clean rooms. Friendly helpfull staff. 5 min walk to Disneyland. 5 min walk to Garden walk. This is one of our favorite places to stay near Disneyland
- 4/5
Easy parking and friendly staff rooms clean only complaint beds feel like a a flat board definitely needing new beds other than that great place to stay when visiting DisneyLand
- 4/5
We like the fact that the room was ready upon our check-in at 12:30 PM.
- 5/5
Always welcoming and friendly. The rooms are cozy
- 4/5
Nice hotel and walking distance to Disneyland. My only complaint was the shower water. It would fluctuate from biblical heat to ice-age cold randomly.
- 5/5
Loved the proximity to the park. The staff was very nice and accommodating. There is nothing I didn’t like. I would highly recommend this inn if you’re visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
Proximity to Parks was great. Rooms were clean spacious and quiet.
- 5/5
Rooms are pretty spacious and lighting is amazing! Water pressure is good. We likes that it had mini fridge and microwave.
- 4/5
Simple, easy, room worked well for my large family!
- 4/5
Liked that it was close to the park and overall clean and safe. Bathrooms are in need of some TLC. Sinks and shower are showing the wear and tear.
- 5/5
The room was very clean and the walls are thick, so you don't hear your neighbors. The pool was nice, the hot tub could use some cleaning and work, but it was still nice.
- 3/5
The hotel was convenient however, it was very old with no updates. You could tell the beds have been slept in for years, the shower head was practically calcified over, there was hair in the bath tub and bathroom floor that did not belong to us, and you could tell the carpet hadn’t been vacuumed. For $250/night I would’ve expected a little more
- 5/5
Clean room, restaurants close by, and walk to Disneyland
- 4/5
Clean and a big room. Very short shower head but not a big deal
- 1/5
Dirty. Smelled bad. Keys werent working. Parking not available for second car although i counted 11 available spaces at night.
- 5/5
Very good stay. Bed a little hard for our liking but overall doesn’t matter too much. Clean and quiet and close proximity to the parks. Definitely recommend.
- 5/5
We enjoyed our stay , the only drawback is there is the parking the parking area is small and it fills up fast
- 5/5
Clean rooms and shower actually had great water pressure. It was amazing.
- 4/5
Thank you.
- 5/5
Some chairs on the grass for smokers to sit
- 5/5
Ten minute walk to Disneyland. Safe and well populated location. There are many hotels on this street. Our hotel was adequate, not luxurious or fancy, but worth what we paid. Comfortable beds, ice machine nearby, small coffee maker in room. We didn’t drive but the parking lot looked spacious. Working elevator. Check in was great with very friendly front desk staff. We would stay here again while visiting Disneyland!
- 5/5
I loved this hotel, would def stay again. Our room was always cleaned, even when we slept in and missed the initial housekeeping sweep by.
- 5/5
Loved it
- 4/5
Did not like the pillows.
- 5/5
This hotel is walking distance to Disneyland. The price is great for what it offers. Very nice staff!
- 5/5
Staff made it worth the stay.
- 5/5
Super clean and great staff!
- 5/5
The room was tide, the tv wasnt working but we were only there for 1 day so not bad
- 5/5
Wonderful old school hotel with charm and themed creativity you don’t get at the chains. Slightly older but very nice and incredibly convenient .
- 4/5
Older hotel rooms but very convenient to walk everywhere
- 5/5
Amazing stat!! Definitely booking again
- 5/5
Was amazing! Friendly staff and very clean. We got a free upgrade to an executive suite!
- 5/5
Great spot for the family to hit Disney. Front desk staff was exceptionally helpful, welcoming and kind.
- 4/5
The carpet was unbelievably dirty. I walked around barefoot on the first night and my feet were actually black after this I was a little shocked at how dirty they were. If they could clean the carpets I would give them a 5 Star for cleanliness. Our lock broke to our room and staff had to let us in at midnight, staff were very kind and helpful.
- 3/5
The room was accommodating for our party. We had plenty of towels, but the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows felt like cardboard. They should probably invest a little bit in updating them. The water pressure in the shower was wonderful, but the hot tub was cold.
- 5/5
Great option not too far and they were super nice
- 4/5
We stayed one night before rope-dropping Disneyland, and that’s about all the time I’d recommend here. The good stuff: • 24/7 front desk (we rolled in at 11PM, no problem). • Hot shower with strong pressure (a lifesaver after travel). • Free all-day parking (and just $15 to extend past checkout on busy nights). The not-so-magical stuff: • “Castle theme” reads more medieval dungeon vibes. • Mattress = hard, creaky springboard. Blanket = two sheets plus the sad extra layer you usually find shoved in the closet. • No lounge, bar, or restaurant. Even the mini-mart was closed. Perfect for a crash pad before the parks, but not a place you’ll want to hang out.
- 5/5
The castle theming was cute and an easy walk to Disneyland. Also walkable to shops and restaurants but walking those directions felt a little dicey even at 6am with the people experiencing homelessness on sidewalks. Overall we had a good stay though the jury is still out for us if we will stay on the east side (instead of west side) of the park in the future. My only actual complaint? The tvs in the room do not have Bravo!!!!
- 5/5
Super fast internet
- 4/5
was a bit old and dusty and felt a bit dark. I hope when they remodel they go away from carpet on the floors. The AC was loud but it worked. Great walk to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Castle always delivers the best service and its close enough to the park walking distance we ONLY stay there!
- 5/5
My only recommendation for the them would be to have some type of small patio with an ashtray for the smokers. There are plenty of people who smoke with no place to sit down and have a moment. which leads to them smoking in random places. If you have a designated spot with benches, umbrellas then they become localized which is easier to keep clean.
- 5/5
We loved our stay here! The staff were friendly and efficient. No hidden fees when we arrived. The room and pool areas were clean and well kept and it was totally walkable to Disneyland! We would happily stay here again!
- 5/5
Everything was great!
- 4/5
This hotel is conveniently located to Disneyland and California Adventure and free parking is included withvthe room. The hotel staff is friendly. I did not like the smoking near the stair wells or in the parking lot.
- 2/5
It was ok the floors were dirty the sinks water smelled like raw sewage.
- 4/5
Good for location to Disneyland. Easy walk to park. Hotel was quiet and perfectly for a quick trip. Plenty of parking. Its a little dated but does the job for a quick trip. Staff is super nice and helpful.
- 5/5
The rooms were very clean and the location to the park can’t be beat.
- 5/5
We love staying here .. now that my kids are teens, it’s easier to just get up and go. If they want to come back to the room from the parks then they can go. Just a short walk. Always a great time !
- 4/5
Room is very spacious. Room for clothes and bags, make room for walking around.
- 4/5
Room appeared clean everything looked good but the room Air Conditioner had a extremely mildew smell which permeated the room otherwise great.
- 5/5
Great location for Disneyland. Easy walk to the park.
- 5/5
The staff was great very easy check in and the room was nice and clean
- 4/5
Great location for the parks. Clean and roomy suites for 6 people. Water pressure was great for California. Free parking. Older property so nothing fancy, but super convenient.
- 5/5
Clean, helpful, free parking
- 5/5
We chose this hotel because it was within walking distance from Disneyland. It was convenient to return to the hotel to off load souvenirs and have a rest in the middle of the day. One room was relatively clean as expected from a 3-star but the toilet seat in the other room was not as clean.
- 4/5
This hotel worked out great for my family. The location is close enough to come back to the room each evening for a break. Also has a microwave in a fridge so we could prepare smaller meals in our room. The only thing we wish they would’ve had is an icemaker on the second floor. We had to go up to the third floor or down to the first floor to fill the ice chest every day. Free parking was definitely a bonus. We will for sure. Stay here again.
- 4/5
Clean rooms. Staff was great and location is walkable to Disneyland. The only downside is that the rooms are outdated.
- 5/5
The stay was just what we were looking for out of our Disney trip.
- 5/5
I will definitely stay here again
- 5/5
The property is conveniently located near the park. While the hotel room decor is a bit dated, everything is very clean, the beds are comfortable, and each room comes with a fridge and microwave—which is great since some places charge extra for that. There are elevators, so no hauling luggage up the stairs. Plus, the staff are friendly. Overall, it’s a great deal, especially with parking included in the price!
- 5/5
Love this charming hotel ! Staff are always so welcoming and nice :)
- 5/5
We've stayed at this hotel for several years now as we come to play at the park. Like them. Pleasant people to work with
- 5/5
The noise in the hall and garbage truck pick up at 7:00 am
- 5/5
Nice room and fun experience
- 3/5
Room was very dated and had a bad odor. Also front door was warped so not able to open all the way.
- 5/5
The staff were so helpful and kind
- 5/5
Lovely beach right across the road and walking trail. No complaints whatsoever.
- 4/5
A little further away fron Disneyland than I expected
- 3/5
Okay
- 5/5
We stayed here for a Disney land trip, very comfortable never heard any noises from other rooms next to us. Room was clean and well kept. Staff was friendly would recommend to family and friends
- 5/5
We stayed here while visiting Disneyland. It is perfect for walking back and forth to the park. The room was clean and comfortable.
- 4/5
Room was clean and comfortable.
- 3/5
The beds are SUPER UNCOMFORTABLE. After a long day at disney you don’t appreciate how uncomfortable they are.
- 3/5
Rooms are a little outdated
- 3/5
I like the proximity to Disneyland, but definitely needs an update. Also, you could hear all the other guests a little too easily.
- 4/5
The staff was very kind and friendly. All though the property itself is old it was still comfortable and a good place to rest. Only complaint was the paper thin walls and hearing guests through the night
- 5/5
We arrived at Castle Inn at 8 am in anticipation of a long day at Disney. They allowed us to park our car (free parking for one car w hotel stay) and check in knowing our room wasnt ready and we wouldnt get back to the hotel until 11 pm after the park. It was literally a 10 min walk to Disney and we felt safe walking (even at 11 pm). The staff were very accommodating, we had a two room suite perfect for 5 of us, and the kids swam in the heated pool the next morning. This hotel was perfect for our meeds- theres a delicious pizza place only a 5 min walk away thats open until 2 am. The decor is slightly dated, but the beds were comfortable and the room was clean- I would definitely stay here again!
- 4/5
Always a good choice to stay close to Disney!
- 5/5
Staff is always amazing. I don’t think o have ever had a bad stay.
- 3/5
If you're staying at this property it's strictly for the location to the parks. The rooms are big but very outdated, beds and pillows are hard, room was clean. This is a motel, rooms open out to the parking lot. Rooms in this area can get expensive, I got this one for a good price if not I would stay somewhere else.
- 5/5
Had a great stay. Nice to have a 2nd bedroom . Close walk to DL. Kids loved staying in a castle .
- 4/5
We only slept here since we were in Anaheim for a Disney trip. A little slow getting checked in but and room service was fine... great food options and pharmacy were all really close to the hotel and really close (walking distance) to both Disneyland Parks
- 5/5
Had a wonderful stay. They even allowed us to remain parked on the property after checking out.
- 3/5
Outdated but was nice enough
- 5/5
Really nice hotel would definitely stay again
- 5/5
The property is very close to Disneyland and has tons of dining options around. The only downside is the high noise level - you can hear almost everything happening next door or upstairs.
- 5/5
Close walk to the parks. Friendly staff and nice rooms.
- 5/5
Great
- 4/5
We enjoyed our stay.
- 3/5
Amenities were provided which was great
- 4/5
Expected but annoying...kids running in the outside walkway at 6 am. Good kids, not so good parents. I expected our kids to have fun without annoying others.
- 3/5
We have stayed here before and didn't have issues. This time the would not let my family check in. I paid for the room and was showing up later in the evening. This wlwas inconvenient as I was on the road traveling and was flying in later in the day. I talked with the lady that was at the hotel and they still would not let my family check in. I would not stay here again. We travel as a family and not always show up at the same time.
- 5/5
Staff were very kind and helpful. Very walkable to both Disney parks (~10 mins) with two convenient breakfast places on the walk. Highly recommend if you're planning to go to Disney and want a clean, nice place to stay that's walkable.
- 4/5
People stay here because of disneyland and its location. If not for that, its a very average but clean motel with a small pool and hot tub. It needs a complete update. Carpets and furnishings are dated. We did like the family suite for a family of 4.
- 4/5
This hotel was good. The room was very clean, and although it is a bit dated, it was in good repair. One bed was not comfortable, but I reported it at the front desk and they got right on it. Flipped the mattress and added a 3 inch foam topper and then it was SO comfortable. The Castle Inn is also so close to Disney and easy in and out. We loved the convenience. Will certainly stay here again.
- 4/5
Very convenient to Disneyland Park.
- 3/5
An okay hotel, very outdated. Wouldn’t stay here again but wasn’t horrible.
- 5/5
Everyone on staff very nice and accommodating, grounds and building very Disneyland like
- 2/5
Rooms were a bit rundown. Bathroom area was very outdated.
- 5/5
Great stay
- 1/5
We were on the 4th floor and the walkway is terrible uneven I felt like I was going to fall. There was a gap in the door about an inch which let more cold air in and who knows what else could slither in .
- 3/5
For the price, it's fine. The beds are so uncomfortable. The last time i stayed here, i told myself never again....and i didn't listen. Now, i am saying never again! And won't be back
- 4/5
The property is walking distance to multiple sites and the staff is very friendly and accommodating.
- 5/5
Amazing place to stay thank you!
- 5/5
After we checked out, they let us keep our vehicle parked at the Castle Inn rather than park in the disney parking lot. Will be coming here again
- 5/5
Front desk was very polite and helpful, would definitely book again.
- 4/5
10 minute walk to Disney entrance
- 4/5
First time staying here. Our experience was great, would definitely book again. The staff was super friendly and helpful. We got in pretty late, and the front desk staff member, Eric, made everything super smooth and gave us all the information we needed in a timely manner. The room was clean upon entering, and we enioyed all the towel art. The included parking was also a huge plus! The only downside was that the facility is pretty outdated, but honestly, not a big deal.
- 5/5
Great stay for my large family with a 2 bedroom. Staff was delightful and even gave us a late checkout. 5 stars for what it is. Kids loved it so it was a win.
- 4/5
Nice hotel, has a hot tub and heated pool although no towels. Easy free parking. Was a little loud our room was by the stairs. 2 blocks to Disney
- 4/5
We booked the Castle Inn and Suites for our family of 6 for our trip to Disneyland due to its proximity to the parks. It's not the closest but within a 5 minute walk so it served that purpose. The other reason we decided to stay at the Castle was because they offered a two-room suite with a king size bed as well as two queens, perfect for our family. The amenities were spartan, but clean. Overall the room was a good size and two TVs made it easier to cater to the needs of our different age kids. However, our room was a little dated. The TVs had very basic cable and were older 40-42 inch sets with no ability to log into streaming services or connect to a device for mirroring a service. Given, we weren't there to watch TV but we find it nice to turn on our comfort shows when winding down from the day or getting ready to hit the parks and we didn't have that option so that was a small disappointment. The mattresses however, were very much in need of a replacement/upgrade. They sagged in the middle and we could feel the springs as we laid down on them so our rest wasn't super great. Overall a nice place to stay and close to Disney so not a bad choice, but don't expect luxury or anything other than basic amenities.
- 5/5
My daughters and I enjoyed being so close to Disneyland.
- 5/5
Stayed here for 3 nights in December 2024! Friendly staff, super convenient to the theme park, quiet, and clean. Will totally stay again!
- 5/5
It was pleasant for a quick get away trip. Very close to Disneyland is what we liked.
- 5/5
Great place for a family!
- 5/5
Great property that is walking distance to Disneyland. Strip mall with about 5 different food options right next door. Parking was easy and room was ready and clean
- 4/5
The beds are comfortable and the room is spacious. It's perfect for families visiting Disneyland. Parking is easy and included in the cost. Our only concern about the cleanliness is that there was an odd smell coming from the bathroom sink. It smelled like soap scum so a good sink cleaning should fix it. Housekeeping was very attentive each day and the front desk staff was very friendly. This is one of our favorite places to stay when visiting Disneyland.
- 5/5
Clean and convenient for our stay at Disneyland.
