They were clean and functional. The family room was spacious which I loved and we were very comfortable. And they were so nice to work with in getting our 3 rooms together on the bottom floor. The walk to Disney is not bad, took around 15 minutes, but did feel forever after a full day of walking. And we LOVED watching the fireworks every night before bed The microwave stopped working on us, ran out of toilet paper and there seemed to not be anyone at the front desk quite often when we needed things, and the carpet could use a good cleaning.

Closeness to Disneyland park - literally right next to the park and you can see fireworks from the parking lot. Friendliness of receptionist and cleanliness were also great. Musty smell in the room

The location was not that far of a walk The room was very old and we had a wine cooler instead of a refrigerator. The sheets and bed were very old and worn. Most of the outlets were loose and would not take a plug for my phone

Very close to Disneyland Parks, very walkable. Only have to complaints. First is the bedspread had cigarette burns on it, yuck. Second, and I know this is trivial but the tv remote numbers and such are completely worn off so you can’t read what anything is. It’s a guessing game lol.

It was a very good room. The only thing was the water, my showers were a little cold. But everything else was great. The location is amazing!

It was comfortable bedding and close to Disneyland. The shower curtain had stains on it, the door knob to the balcony was basically completely off, and the beds weren't cleaned all that great.

Everything looked clean and was great the room is decent and good price for it being so close to disneyland.. I just thought the carpet let out an oder, but it wasnt unbearable and the sheets, comforter and pillows need a lil updating. Other then that everything was great.

The proximity to the Disneyland resort We literally never saw a single staff member. There was a sign on the office door to go to an adjacent hotel for our room key and the lobby of this place was never open. Our room also REEKED of stagnant air, old smoke and body odor.

No clieaning, never came to make the beds or bathrooms. The breakfast is ar days inn and the is no even shair and a table to sit.

It is a no frills hotel, no coffee maker but a nice size fridge with a small freezer. Bathroom was very clean. No housekeeping service but for 4 days that was fine. There was rarely anyone at the front desk but they are affiliated in some way with the Days Inn next door so if you need anything you can go there. Location was fantastic. Quieter than Harbour hotels and only a 10 minute walk to the Disneyland Hotel shuttle. Walking another 5 minutes gets you to downtown Disney. Would absolutely stay there again. For the price, you can't beat it.

It was affordable and clean. The guests above our room were very loud early in the morning, and the floors creaked with every step. It's not pleasant when trying to rest after a long day/night at Disney Parks. Plus the shower head was very low. Not great having to bend down to rinse off.

The room was clean, the carpet is older but it's not terrible. There really wasn't any staff on site, we had to check in next door. We were gone most of the time but really only saw someone Friday. I'm guessing they run just enough staff to have someone over the weekends when it's busier, We stayed Sunday- Friday. Pool was clean and available, the fire works for Disney are literally over head and visible. Parking is free and it's within walking distance to Disney which is perfect. I will stay again

Very DATED room! Phone didn’t work to call office! No functioning ice machine. No front desk staff! Had to walk to another affiliated property to get ice, TP, talk to staff. Very very sketchy people who looked like long term renters. LONG walk to Disneyland! We got what we paid for!

Room was very small, we had a view of the wall for the next building over. Checking in was very inconvenient as I had to walk to the next door property to find a staff member to process our check in.

Location was not bad at all. Close to Disney and had stores close by. Some things weren’t working like the ice machine and Soda machine. The office was always closed so for everything I would have to go next door. One last thing if you’re downstairs you hear all the footsteps from upstairs or anything that drops is loud!

Close to Disneyland. If you need something the staff is next door. Inconvenient. I needed a receipt but no one was at the office in the Budget Inn, there is no sign for assistance. Even when they see you in the surveillance camera no one will assist.

When I finally saw someone who worked for the Budget Inn, he was very pleasant. That was one time in 6 nights. When we arrived, a note in the window said to go to the neighboring motel. We got our room keys no problem. The next day, we expected the room to be serviced, but no one came. After walking to the next motel to speak with a person, they said maid service had to be requested. They scheduled the service for Monday (we arrived on a Friday) and when they finally cleaned the room, they didn't leave enough towels. Also, the ice maker and vending machine were both broken the entire 6 day stay. The pool was supposed to be open from 8am to sometime in the evening but it was padlocked the entire stay and looked dirty anyway. There was a single trash can in the room and it was small and only emptied the one time we requested the room be serviced. Outside a single trash can was at the far end of the motel and was a long walk away.

Perfect for our needs. Be in a camping mindset. We brought a cooler full of food and a small Keurig coffee maker. There was so much room, we could have set up a small table and folding chairs. The room had a small refrigerator and a small microwave. Yes, it's directly under Disney fireworks, but that wasn't an issue for us. We just parked at the hotel, and walked to Disney parking garage, then caught the tram to the front gate of the park.

This is a humble and sweet little motel. That is a nice walk to Disneyland. The manager was super friendly and we had a great night sleep. The room is older, but everything was really really clean. I feel like this is a hidden gem at a great price.

The air conditioning worked, there was some mold in the shower curtain, the outside pool was dirty, the beds and the room was clean. The room had a mini fridge and a microwave that smelled. We rented a three bed room it was nice the other bed had a little room with a door. The hotel was very close to Disneyland. It was a little confusing to know where to go since it was squished between two other hotels. The staff was nice and room service did not enter until we left.

Pool was nice. Room was ok. Definitely a place to just sleep don't go if looking for luxury. Great location convenient walking to everything and free parking. TV didn't work just kept trying to connect. Microwave iron and fridge available. Bring your own amenities or buy when there.

The room and areas looked clean and simple. There was not staff in the premises and for check in or check out you had to go next door to another hotel. Also the beds where really stiff along with towels that seemed to seen better days.

It was so peaceful and calm. Close enough to Disney that we walked from there. The fridge in the room works so good and kept all our sodas cold. The AC worked perfectly as well. Friendly staff. Very clean establishment. Thank you!

Perfect room for the budget! The hotel owner owns the inn on the corner so they were mainly at the other office. The first night the ac was working and it got louder the next fews days we stayed there. If you dont let it bother you then it won't bug you. The walk to the tram was exactly 15 mins (we timed it). Uber cost use $7 from the tram lot to the hotel. It was just as pictured. I liked that the bathroom has an air vent. The shower head is only made for one person. Clean room and floor was fine. They had a fridge, dryer and iron.. cups in the room. The coffee machine was in the main office, which was always locked. There is a soda machine outside by the pool. There are stairs and no elevators. I enjoyed that the room had a patio if you wanted air. There was no bugs and when we got home late after Disney I did not see any critters crawling around. I did leave the room card behind my phone so it deactivated the room key but besides that I was able to get it rekeyed easily at the office. I would stay here again.

The staff were very accommodating with our late check-in and let us leave our car there during the day while we were at Disneyland. The walk there/back was super quick and easy. We didn't expect anything spectacular given that it is a budget hotel, but our room was pretty disappointing. It had a moldy/pee smell throughout the whole space, there was a hole burned in the comforter, and the door only had one lock on it. We really just needed a place to rest for the night, but we did feel it lacked in basic cleanliness/safety aspects. There were perks to the location and price, but if we were to do it again we would look elsewhere.

Room had a little bit of a musty smell from the ac but we brought spray to make it better and that worked. If you’re using it to stay close to Disney and sleep it works great. It’s a sister hotel to the Days Inn next door so it’s pretty understaffed, but cheap and a good option to stay within a 30 minute walk to Disney

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of my room. My husband killed 4 cockroaches in the bathroom. Only reason we didn’t leave is because it was so late at night, our child was asleep and we were leaving as soon we we woke up in the morning. I also found hair all over the shower. That makes me wonder if it had been cleaned at all from the last guest. Toilet had dust on it. Saving a few bucks to stay here vs any other hotel in the Disneyland area was absolutely not worth it. Worst hotel I’ve stayed in the area. Couldn’t pay me to return.

Appteciated early check in. Single bed rooms were upstairs, no elevator. As seniors we would have preferred ground floor. No available ice or soda as machines were not working. Had to check in with staff from Days Inn property next door. Parking was good. Breakfast was at property next door consisting of a muffin coffee and cereal.

We checked in super late, 11 pm, they were still there, and very kind. Our room was perfect, clean floors and bathroom. The only weird things about the room was that the dresser drawers didnt open and there wasnt a fitted sheet on the bed. My son and i were only there for the weekend at disneyland so I didnt mind at all about those two tiny things. It felt comfortable and safe. We also got to get free breakfast from next door which was cereal,.muffins, oatmeal, and coffee, perfect for a quick breakfast and heading out to Disneyland. You can't beat the price for how close tou are to Disneyland. The walk wasnt worth it but an Uber only cost $8 to the front of the park which was ABSOLUTELY worth it considering how much walking we did in the park. The pool was even open and looked clean, totally would've swam in it if we had the time. I have stayed at a fancy hotel just a few blocks away, spent $400 a night with fancy sheets, a fancy breakfast and would rather come back to budget inn. Great price, great sleep, saves my wallet and just what i needed for my Disneyland trip. I will be coming here again 100% guaranteed

I was just staying for two nights to go to Disney. It is in walking distance of Disney, the staff is very nice and it is reasonably clean and comfortable. But so many things were broken! The ice machine was broken and we had to walk to another hotel to use theirs. Coke machine also broken. There was no stopper in my bathtub so I couldn’t take a bath and the front desk Found no way to help me besides to give me masking tape to put over the drain. (Hilarious) and by the end of the first day, the lock on my room door would not open. It took the front desk about 25 tries to get me in the room. Then they forgot to fix it the next day and again it took them 25 or 30 tries to get me in the room after I got home from a long day at Disney. They only got it fixed right before I checked out. Also, only two sun/lounge chairs at the pool and they were hard metal and bolted to the ground. So weird.

The room was clean, had a small refrigerator and microwave. The beds were firm and I slept soundly through each night that I stayed. The staff were helpful and friendly. The price was extremely reasonable. I would choose to stay here again without hesitation.

Check in was in another hotel, I had to go to the hotel next door to check in at 11pm & no one in the office at check out. Towels were dirty & satiated with maybe makeup.

Very great hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful. The area seemed very safe and quiet. Parking was very convenient, safe and FREE, and walking to Downtown Disneyland was quick and fun (under a mile). Room was comfortable and everything worked well. We will definitely stay again. For the price it was well worth the money, especially compared to others in the area that we had family stay at and it was much more expensive and they had their ceiling leak plus not to mention they had to pay for parking.

TV in the bedroom did not work at all, AC in bedroom did work but sounded like it was going to fall off very loud. AC in main room did not get cold. Was very hot in that area. Towels were old and ripped some stains.

Bathroom stunk of mold. If I had a car I would have demanded my money back and left as quickly as possible. The stench was overwhelming and I had to keep the bathroom closed, fan on, and window open to tolerate being in the room.

For the price this property is good. Clean, close to Disney, and feels safe, BUT when the fires works go off every night it feel like the fireworks are being set off next door and the building shakes with each loud explosion. It scared the crap out of us the first night and then we knew to expect it. The only other downfall is NO ELEVATOR and the office person works at the hotel next door so I had to walk over to get their attention then to walk back over to check in.

We stayed here because the place was right around the corner from Disneyland. Unfortunately, I was not able to bathe my daughter after a long day of walking because the shower tub drain appears to be backed up. As I was taking a shower, the water got up to my ankles. Due to that, the other three members of my family did not get to shower. Also, the ceiling above the shower has a significant bubble and that was a little worrisome.

Honestly its a lot nicer then i expected. The pictures made it look not very good but it has a good clean feeling. The cleaner they used in the shower i was allergic to but the smell goes away when I you rinse it out making everything fine. It is very loud for new years but thats my fault for not thinking about Disneyland being right there for new years

No housekeeping to be found! Office was never open for 3 days. Pillows were very uncomfortable! Electronic door lock and key were hard to deal with. Always calling the number on the office door to get someone from the Days Inn next door to change key card. Ice machine had no ice. Never again!

This property is close to Disneyland, but a bit of a walk more then advertised. They do not clean the room during your stay and if you need clean towels you have to bring back the dirty ones to get new ones. This is a bit inconvenient when you’re at the park 8 am to midnight. The comforter on our bed was stained so we had to get them to bring us a new one. The room was otherwise clean. There was a blow dryer in our room. Parking was free so that is nice, others in the area charge. Pool is as pictured but not heated.

I had to walk around to the adjacent hotel late at night to check in because the window was closed and it is not the best area to be alone there as a woman. The first room they put us in smelled horrible and had a bunch of plants set out on a sheet on the middle of the room. Had to go all the way back to the other hotel to ask for a different room. The new room was not great. Didn’t smell AS bad but the carpet was nasty, the pillows were hilotrible and the beds very uncomfortable.

Con’s: Disppointed with the lack of water pressure from the shower head (but understandable from a business point of view). We could hear EVERY walking movement from the guest above us. No closet. Yes, we would stay here again.

You will not get any rest at all. You will hear EVERYTHING. Walls are paper thin. Towels and washcloths are a permanent shade of dirty grey. Literally go ANYWHERE ELSE (including sleeping in your vehicle as a better option)

Traveling with family exterior of location has recently been updated the rooms as well. Front desk was friendly and courteous plenty of parking Only "complaint" would be the room not being aired out. Otherwise wise for the price totally worth it
