However, the 2nd day a transformer blew and all the surrounding area went black. Total blackout. We spike with management and told him my partner had to have refrigeration for his meds and said we were leaving to go home for that reason. No fault of the Best Western at all, just unfortunate. We were assured a refund would be made for the 2nd night stay. I would stay there again in the future.

The air conditioning didn't work while we stayed there, warm nites were quite uncomfortable.

Hotel room was clean. Beds were comfortable. The rooms were stocked . We had plenty of bedding and pillows. Customer service was acceptable. Taking the vouchers for Jenny’s for limited breakfast. That was nice unfortunately they didn’t tell us when booking that the transportation from hotel to Disneyland vice versa is now eliminated therefore we have to use Lyft to get to Disneyland and back to the hotel out-of-pocket. It’s the hotel doesn’t tell you neither does third-party. That’s why I gave it three star.

I don’t normally leave reviews but this room was especially disappointing… it smelled like mold and the beds were so uncomfortable. There were 4 of us on the reservation but they only gave us 3 bath towels. The supposedly free breakfast at Denney’s next door was only 2 vouchers and you can’t go at 6am to eat like we wanted to so we could make rope drop at Disneyland.

Close to Disneyland. Easy to move around by the OC Transit (Bus). There is a stop right in front of the hotel. For Breakfast there is a simple care package but you also get to eat at Denny's Next door What is useful to know is that the South Building doesn't have an elevator. So if you are challenged or have heavy bags, just take note

Our room was very clean, well stocked each day with what we needed for our several day stay at Disneyland. Having two breakfast options, the grab and go at the hotel or the free Denny's breakfast each morning was wonderful. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to Downtown Disney and get through a quick security check. There is a pool and jacuzzi available after a long day of walking to relax in. We all slept well as the beds and pillows are very comfortable. Very quiet and safe hotel great for families. We always try to stay here.

The absolute highlight of our stay was the housekeeping team. They are incredibly hardworking, kind, and truly go above and beyond to give guests the best possible service. Housekeeping staff are often the unsung heroes of a hotel, and they are honestly the main reason this place thrives. Aside from the wonderful staff, the hotel's location is excellent. Other than those two factors, the rest of the stay was just okay, but the service made it memorable. While the housekeeping team is the saving grace of this hotel, the management's policies are a complete ripoff. The housekeeping staff are incredibly hardworking, kind, and truly go above and beyond to give guests the best service. They are the unsung heroes and the sole reason this hotel thrives. The location is also great. However, everything else was a disaster. First, charging guests extra just to park their car is completely unreasonable. I travel frequently, and this is the only hotel I have ever encountered that makes you pay for parking. It feels incredibly greedy. To make matters worse, I booked a room for three people with breakfast included, but upon check-in, they claimed only two were covered. They are clearly just trying to milk money out of travellers, which is deeply unfair. Finally, the front desk staff during check-in were not accommodating at all. First impressions stick with you, and theirs was terrible. I will not be returning.

I loved the grab & go breakfast bags! They came with a pastry, fruit, granola bar, and water. Those were a perfect start to our morning at Disneyland! The walk to Downtown Disney was about 10-15 minutes, so not bad at all!

There was dirt/sand in the sink when we got there. The toilet clogged third night we were there. They fixed it the same day. I appreciated the daily take away goodie bags for disneyland.

BW was a great hotel for our Disneyland trip! It is about a 15-minute walk to get to Downtown Disney, which seems never ending after your long park day, but it's easy to navigate. The room was very large and spacious, plenty of pillows, and beds were comfy enough. Free breakfast vouchers at Denny's is a nice perk and can help save money!

Rooms are clean staff always friendly. Easy walk to the parks or convention center. It includes a simple breakfast next door at Dennys and also a grab bag from the front desk with a water, fruit, granola bar and a pastry.

Hotel was quiet, peaceful, and SO easy to walk to Downtown Disney and DR/DCA. Plan on staying here again - highly recommend! Good place for families.

Overall the room was nice and clean. We were provided with towels, a small fridge, microwave, and a small coffee machine. Although we didn't use them there was hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Also when we checked in we were given 2 voucher for 2 breakfast. The breakfast is for 2 day but it's for only 2 people and if u want more voucher its a separate charge. Also they have a grab and go breakfast bag. Aside from that, they also give you a parking voucher that last until the end of your reservation to park in the hotel.

Grab and go breakfast, and the Dennys breakfast, were great. The beds were comfortable. Really convenient location for the park; about 15 mins to downtown Disney. The air conditioning in our room was very noisy. It would have been a struggle to sleep with it on. The hotel has a new uber system to get to the park (instead of the shuttle). Its very convenient to have an uber but we have a toddler with us, and no portable car seat. Next time we will bring a portable car seat.

We requested a hotel that was close to the park which it is like a 10 minute walk Requested breakfast it was not the breakfast that we expected but they did provide it please look good clean the only thig is the carpet needs a good shampoo or a new carpet very dirty it was vacuum but the carpet itself it's very dirty it stains your feet or your socks.

The location was perfect for Disneyland. We hired a car for two days to drive to Universal Hollywood and the beach also. Anaheim really is a great location to her around. The breakfast voucher for Dennys was a nice surprise also.

I would bring my own pillow next time and earplugs. The hotel is next to a busy road which made access to Disney easy, but the traffic was loud. The walk to Downtown Disney was about 12 minutes for my group. Housekeeping was great, we had a clean room every day, and the groundskeeper was friendly and putting a lot of work and care into the property. Check in and out were very quick and easy. We would stay here again.

The property is a bit further than expected but overall not that bad. $10 Uber to the front gates. The breakfast is a voucher for only 2 even if you have more in the room at the Denny’s next door. It does not clarify that using Expedia booking. We did not use the vouchers, it would have been helpful to know that and because of that we most likely wont stay there again as buffet style breakfasts are just faster. The lobby is extremely small. Grounds were pretty clean, room was clean but dated. Price point was good for what it was.

The rooms are always super clean, the beds are some of the most comfortable hotels bed I’ve ever had, the staff is always friendly and helpful and the pool/hot tube are always clean and good temperatures. The rates are easily the best considering the closeness to the DLR. They provide a “grab and go” breakfast in the hotel lobby, but you also get a voucher for every night of your stay for the Denny’s right next door. (Denny’s Voucher is for 2 breakfasts and specific items listed on voucher, it’s still a good amount and absolutely worth the value) IMO: My only “con” about the hotel is the parking fee of $15 per night. I really wish that it was included in the overall cost.

The room amenities are spectacular, really cuts down on packing toiletries. Our housekeeper Margarita was perfect, upon our return ,our room was ready for our night rest after our busy day. Free coffee, tea, hot chacolate was the perfect way to end our day. We strongly recommend The Best Western Pavillian Plus to all families for their vacation in Anehiem.

This was our first time trying a new hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms were clean and we really liked getting dennys or the to go breakfast. We drove to Mickey and friends parking and didn’t try the walk but that was super fast. It was free parking which we loved! It was also really quiet even when the hotel was full. It also felt really safe which was nice. We just wanted to check in early but didn’t get to due to room availability but that was ok! Would stay again for sure!

Picked this place to stay due to how close it was to Disneyland for Star Wars Nite. Less than .5 mile walk to Disney from our room, easy walking path there as well! Loved the meal voucher to use at the Denny's in the parking lot. It was quick, easy, and filling so we could get in a good breakfast before making our way to the park and spending the whole day there. Nice clean room, got new towels daily, and the staff was very nice. Would definitely stay again next time, when looking for a nice, affordable room near the Disneyland Theme Park

I thought the room was excellent for my stay. Very clean and modern, comfortable queen beds, plenty of sitting areas. Television a little complicated to figure out, but everything else was excellent. I especially enjoyed the free breakfast at Denny's next door! And about a 15-20 minute walk to Disneyland via Downtown Disney. There was a very good new restaurant nearby (Finney's Crafthouse) which I enjoyed the first night of my stay. Would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for an excellent hotel at a very reasonable price. Thanks!

The staff was kind and helpful! The layout of the room was awkward, with the sink and mirror being outside of the bathroom. A roach was found in the room which is why I lowered my rating.

The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was great. The room came with a voucher for breakfast from the Denny’s that shares the parking lot with hotel. The problem with this hotel is that you can hear the people talking in the adjoining room like they were in the room with you. Our neighbors alarm went off in the morning and they did not turn it off for 30 minutes. My daughter actually thought it was my phone alarm going off in our room…..that’s how loud it was. If you are ok with paper thin walls and hearing everything, and in turn everyone hearing you, then this will not be a problem for you. The hotel is easy to get to from Disneyland.

Throughout the interaction, I remained calm and simply sought a resolution. Unfortunately, his behavior fell far short of basic professional standards. It’s clear that additional training in customer service, communication, and emotional intelligence is needed. There also appears to be a lack of proper training among the front desk staff, as I was given inconsistent or incorrect information. What initially started as a positive stay was ultimately overshadowed by this experience with management. As a result, I will not be returning

The rooms were clean and spacious, but early in the mornings there's loud noise coming from back of building, the walls are very thin or the noise comes through the cut out of the wall air conditioner. I was on the second floor and the shower water pressure was bad. My coffee maker was not working so I called front desk to get it replaced and that never happened. But they have coffee in the lobby. They offer free breakfast that you get at Denny's next door, so that was convenient or you can get a grab and go at the front desk. Walking distance to Disney was great, about 10 min.

It was okay. We didnt exspect to pay 15 a day for parking. Since it use to be included. There was hair left all over from the ice bucket, bath room and night stand. Beds are comfortable,a/c works good, easy parking and quite, feels safe too. Staffs is not friendly at all or helpful. Having the Dennya breakfest options is a big plus for us. I would recommend if you don't mind walking a mile from hotel to park. Price ia good for what you get. Seemed safe too.

I was quite disappointed with this Best Western property; I had to pay $60 for parking—a cost that was not made clear when I finalized my reservation. The breakfast at other Best Westerns where I’ve stayed has been very good, but this one was horrible—especially since it didn't cover the third guest in my room. The air conditioning was terribly noisy, which made it somewhat difficult to get to sleep. Would I stay at this hotel again? Definitely not.

We really enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms. Breakfast was good. AC unit it's a bit loud to sleep while sleeping. Overall it's very clean and convenient to walk to Disney.

I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction with my recent stay at the Best Western Plus Pavilions in Anaheim, California. On April 9, 2026, within two hours of checking into our room, we discovered a cochroach. This raised immediate concerns regarding cleanliness and overall safety. As a result, we had to relocate rooms, which caused significant stress and disrupted our stay. While we appreciate that the manager assisted us in searching for alternative accommodations and ultimately refunded two nights, the situation still caused considerable inconvenience, discomfort, inequity, and health risk and concerns. We spent approximately 20 minutes attempting to find another hotel within our budget, with no success, leaving us feeling stuck in an uncomfortable situation with management at the hotel. This experience negatively impacted what should have been a pleasant stay. Beyond the inconvenience, encountering pests in a hotel room is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about sanitation standards and safety. We have autoimmune diseases and they had to spray chemicals in our room which is hazardous to our health. Given the circumstances, we do not feel that the partial refund adequately reflects the level of disruption and distress caused. We respectfully request additional compensation or consideration for the impact this experience had on our stay. We hope you will take this matter seriously and address the underlying issues to prevent future guests.

The stay was great! And it exceeded my expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly. Rooms are dated but cute and beds are very comfortable. My 7 year old slept in and mentioned how comfortable the bed and pillows were. They offer a grab and go bag each morning for each person (danish, granola bar, fruit, and bottled water.) They also give you 1 breakfast voucher for 2 people each morning to the Dennys that’s adjacent to BW. You can do both, grab and go bag plus free Denny’s breakfast. They no longer offer shuttle service to Disneyland but it’s walking distance to the park and Uber was also cheap, ranging from $8-$10 per trip. Parking is $15 per night, they have an elevator, pool, and jacuzzi. Great experience at a reasonable price.

1/2 mile from download Disneyland with main entrance close to there . Only thing is I booked this hotel because there was shuttle service to Disney on the website only to find when I got there the service was discontinued. Wish I would have know this before I booked it. Extras costs for lift rides add up. Denny’s perk is nice and nice to have a grab and go option for breakfast for those rope droppers at Disney. Pool is nice and hot tub too. Also gym is ok , elliptical was very noisy. Room was big and clean. The coffee options in lobby was nice too

The staff was extremely pleasant. Coming home to a clean room after a long day at the parks was so nice . We were so thankful to housekeeping . The rooms were out dated . No central AC but they do have a swamp cooler . We also liked having a fridge and microwave. I liked the vouchers to have breakfast at Dennys . But I wish the hotel provided it. It’s extremely time consuming having breakfast at Dennys especially when you are trying to make your way to the parks . The walk from the hotel cutting through downtown Disney into Disneyland is 15-20. Although we had a nice stay . We would most likely not be staying here again .

Staff was friendly, rooms were okay nothing spectacular. Water pressure in the shower was non-existent. No breakfast in the hotel but vouchers provided for Denny’s next door. Unfortunately only one voucher for 2 people only per day so if you are a young family it doesn’t really work out very well. House keepers were great and front staff were great and provided bottles of water each day which was very nice.

On another note, vouchers were issued for breakfast for two people only and had to pay a minimum fee for kids. Still worth it. Wish they had shuttle to Disney parks, as originally promoted, but shuttle is no longer available. Overall, if you’re looking to save money and a short distance from park, this is a good place. Pool was a plus, after a long day at the park. :)

The staff are kind and easy to talk to.

First, the front desk staff were extremely apathetic, with no smile and little willingness to assist. The room had a strong smell of cleaning products trying to mask mold. The key stopped working three times, and the attendant said it was normal because the hotel is old (if so, it should be renovated). The “breakfast” was unacceptable: a bag with a rotten orange, no utensil to peel it, a questionable danish, a thin cereal bar, and water. Why advertise breakfast at all? Another issue: I booked for four people but received only TWO vouchers for Denny’s. If the reservation is for four, vouchers should match. I’ve stayed at other hotels from this brand, and this was by far the worst. The air conditioner is extremely loud, like a turbine. You can hear everything from other rooms, and the room above was constantly noisy. There are also no curtains, making it hard to sleep. Overall, a terrible experience.

Perfect location if your plan is to visit Disneyland, only a 15 minutes walk away. Parking at the hotel was charged extra $15 per night, but at least you won’t have to pay the $40 for Disneyland’s. Breakfast was provided through a voucher for the neighbouring Denny’s and was pretty good. My only problem with the hotel was that the room looked a bit tired and in need of renovation, but not a deal breaker for me.

This hotel was not good in my opinion, ants on the countertops and tub, and the key to my door kept not working and they had to keep running up new keys so I can get into my hotel room. I saw a couple cockroaches and ants by the pool. And omg the “free breakfast” was not to my satisfaction lol. A small bag they give you. A water, orange and a croissant thing. There is a Denny’s right next-door that they have a voucher for two people per voucher. But even Denny’s was poor food. And it also sucks that you have to pay for parking but they were nice enough to let me stay in the parking lot for free. So I guess that was a win.

This was a great Disney friendly motel to stay in. The staff was friendly and accommodating, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Microwave, fridge and AC worked great and the neighborhood was quiet. The pool was nicer than expected which was a fun perk, as was the Liquor/grocer right around the corner! Also, Denny's breakfast included with stay was very helpful and their staff was also wonderful. We did ride share to the park and home, it was a little too far after walking all day at the parks. We would definitely stay again.

First off, checking in was super easy and quick, the staff at the front desk were very helpful and nice. They also had a great breakfast deal with the Denny’s next door which came in handy during our stay. Only thing was that the water pressure was a bit weak and that the room got a bit stuffy at times. Other than that this hotel is a solid spot with good amenities.

The breakfast vouchers for Denny's were nice for a family with kids. The a/c is an older wall unit that while it works, it can be loud. If you like white noise, you will love it. If you are sensitive to it, then perhaps not. It did the job keeping our room cool in the recent heat wave. The only thing that would prevent me from booking there again would be the distance from the parks. It was a long walk. There will be a bus replacing ART that will stop in front of the hotel however I prefer to stay closer and walk. But for those that don't mind the bus or the walk, this is a good place to stay.

We come to Anaheim at least once a year and this is our third time staying here. We love the friendly staff, clean pool and spa, and the Denny’s vouchers are our favorite!! It was extremely busy this go around so a bit on the noisy end, but not much they can do about that. Had issues with our AC the first night, but ended up working fine the rest of the time we were there.

Stayed here for a conference at the convention center. Very fast walk to the center. We liked the daily breakfast vouchers at Denny's. Check in was easy and rooms were clean at check in. Two of our four rooms had a smell to them (one smelled like weed, and one just smelled rotten), but airing out helped. You can definitely hear people talking and walking by, and noise from upstairs rooms, but nothing that prevented sleep. One room had ants throughout the vanity area on the last room. Front desk was nice and we felt location was safe for us and our vehicle.

Loved it! The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and the beds were so comfy. We even received free breakfast and snack bags each morning. Will definitely stay again.

I can honestly say I was very impressed! Our room was so clean, nice beds, there was no smell, and room service cleaned and fully stocked our room everyday! There was plenty of parking, staff was nice and helpful, and the build your own breakfast adult vouchers everyday for the dennys in the parking lot was awesome. One day we also got their grab and go bagged breakfast from the lobby and that was so convenient for Disney. There is an affordable shuttle bus but sometimes the live online map showing when it would come and go was inconsistent so we walked. That was the only complaint but it had nothing to do with the hotel. Disney is more like a 20 minute walk away not 12 like Expedia claims but I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend!

There's no Best Western Plus hot buffet breakfast at this location. They gave us a voucher for the Denny's restaurant next door. Easier and cheaper for them, but not for the travelers. At Denny's, you get to select three single serving items on a list of breakfast foods. With the hot breakfast buffet at other Best Western Plus locations I have stayed at, there were more food options and unlimited servings. Overall, I would probably stay here again.

We had ants in our room and so did out family members in other rooms. Walls are not insulated you can hear everything in adjacent rooms especially if on 1st floor. Usually BW hotels are decent but this one needs some work. Unfortunately I won’t be staying here again. Rest was not rest here.

The room needs some updates. The AC unit was not good. Loud and made the room very muggy. The room had a smell that came home with us. Everything had to be wiped down to get rid of the smell. Table and chairs shoved into the room which is nice to have but there is no room for bags to be put anywhere. Also the walk was closer to 20 minutes even when going the downtown Disney way. I definitely don’t see myself coming back to this hotel.

The employees went above and beyond to keep the room and the property clean, and to top it off they were all very kind and friendly. The snack bags and breakfast at Denny’s topped it off!

Shuttle was misadvertised, it reads as hotel provides shuttle. But it's a town service where the bus comes every 2 to 3 hours if you're lucky.. Bed was dirty. Great location to Disney. Says shuttle available, but it’s not through the hotel and it’s a separate fee. Breakfast was at Dennys next door with a limited menu…thought this was a great idea and Dennys is always consistent with yumminess. They also had a quick to-go bag for breakfast with a pastry, orange, and bottle of water (great for the park).

The little interaction we did have with staff was pleasant and quick.

Only complaint is the toilets and the light at night. Toilets were very small and difficult to use. The louvers allowed light in all night and it was difficult to sleep soundly.

Upon arrival check in was quick and easy. Stayed for two nights with my partner and loved that they provide vouchers for the Denny’s that is right next door. The bad thing was during our stay the jacuzzi was out of order. Went with another couple and we tried using their bus service to Disney on the way there was easy, but leaving Disney the bus driver had stated they run an hr after Disney closes and it would be the same bus. As we waited at the end of the night that was not the case they had other buses that would drop us off near but not at our stop like we had caught in the morning that was a little frustrating especially late at night after being at Disney.

Stayed for a Disney trip. Directly behind DCA, about a 12-15 minute walk to the back side of Downtown Disney and an additional 5 mins to gate check in. A simple walk, total 20-25 minutes depending on your speed, we had 2 toddlers in a double stroller and I was 7 months preg so it took us a full 25 minutes to walk to the back side of Downtown Disney then to the park. The room was great, microwave and refrigerator. We did not pay for a room with fireworks view and were still able to hear and see the fireworks from our window. As far as breakfast, we received 2 vouchers for a meal at Dennys (it was only for 2 people per day). It was like a grand slam situation, you got to pick 3 items, like pancakes, eggs and bacon. We paid separate for our kids meals. But the location is great, the Denny’s is onsite in the parking lot. Would stay again!

You get vouchers to dine at the Dennys next door for breakfast, the selections are very limited, for 2 adults and 1 child the amount of food provided could barely feed one adult. We ended up buying breakfast. The hotel does provide to go bags of one fruit, one water and a protein bar which is nice if you didn't pay extra for breakfast. The washrooms are very small, the rooms in general is very outdated. ~15 min walking distance to Disney.

I booked this hotel because it is conveniently located across the street from the Disneyland Resort and a quick 10 minute walk to the closest Security check point. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. We had encounters with 3 staff Members and everyone was friendly and helpful. They had a complimentary Breakfast for 2 at Denny’s which we appreciated as well as a “to-go” bag with continental breakfast items. The room and area were extremely quiet overnight. We paid for parking for the 1 night we stayed and they let us keep our car there until we returned to leave after the Park closed the day of our check- out which was not expected and extremely nice and appreciated. I’m sure during the busy summers they adhere to the 3:00 pm deadline on day of check out. I’m giving them 5 Stars but with 1 honest recommendation…it’s time to invest in new Air Conditioners. I turned ours on to cool down the room somewhat however it was very noisy and clunky and emitted a strong odor. I just turned it off and we opened the bathroom window for the remainder of our stay.

for an older hotel days were well taken care of rooms and the grounds were very nice. Rooms that smelt a little bit musty and humid. The pool was absolutely beautiful. This is a great little hotel unfortunately the area that it is in did not prove to be a real great area to stay the first night there appeared to be a pretty heated domestic dispute in the road that went on for hours screaming yelling fighting at the top of their lungs out in the street. The second night there was some kind of police raid in the building right behind us, including flash bombs and police officers on the bullhorn. After that, there was someone in the room next to us talking on the phone and clearly the walls were not that thick because I could hear their whole conversation, including the person that was on the other side of the conversation on the phone. Overall, if I was to visit this area again, the hotel isn’t horrible, but I would probably choose another. I feel they should not go back on the hotel itself as they were fine. They are just in a crappy area and people should know about this especially for those travelers that are traveling solo.

I drove for 8 hours, called the hotel to see if they could give me my room before check in Once I arrived they were able to get me checked in before 3pm. Very clean room and bathroom, The pillows are very comfortable. Decent location. I felt safe staying there as a single mom on vacation with my two sons

We loved our stay! Walking distance from disney (albeit a good 15min walk), lovely breakfast provided by Dennys, and a very comfortable room. We were there for 4 nights and it was perfect for us. The staff were lovely and the hot chocolate was great! We took advantage of the mini shop aswell for snacks which was really convenient if you needed anything. We will definitely return on future disney trips!

We had a great stay, everything was clean, the employees were friendly, and breakfast was good next door at Denny's. The hotel gives you a voucher to use for free breakfast (it's not the standard menu, you get to pick a few items off a list) and they also had grab&go bags available to take. The only thing missing was regular soap, and the front desk said they don't have any to give out. That was a little strange, bar soap should be a standard, like for handwashing. the only thing that was in the room was body wash. Other than that, we had a great stay, the walk to the parks was easy, employees were courteous, breakfast was plenty, it was quiet and we were well rested to enjoy Disneyland.

It rained one of the days we were there. The ceiling started leaking like crazy right next to the bed. They moved us to another room but what an incredible inconvenience! We weren’t going to the park that day until 3 pm and just wanted to hang out and rest, but it took us an hour to pack up and then move and then another hour to get situated in the other room. We also did not like the shower. The water pressure was horrible. Other than that, the staff was super nice and the room was clean and comfortable.

Description on Hotels.com says they have a shuttle to Disneyland. They do not. They said we could catch the Anaheim city shuttle for $6 each person. The description also said they had breakfast. They do not. They give you a voucher for 2 people to eat at Dennys next door. Makes it hard if you have a family you were planning on feeding. If I had known either of those things beforehand, I would have stayed somewhere else.

I stayed here on a solo disney trip. My room was towards the back on the upper middle. Very comfortable room. Traffic on Katella did not bother me, I slept very well. I appreciated the coffee machine in the lobby and the to go snack bag. I did not use any of the Dennys vouchers.

Unfortunately, we had to call in night 1 to report that our shower was dirty (other peoples hair all over shower) and that our sink would not drain. I requested service for our room and while our shower was cleaned that next morning, our sink was never fixed. I would’ve thought we’d be offered to move rooms or more support from the hotel to make us feel welcome/concerns alleviated. I would not stay here again and wouldn’t recommend for others.

Great location 15mins walk from Downtown Disney. A safe walk even late at night. Breakfast is only for 2 in Denny’s but if you each order pancakes this will feed more than 2. There is an entertainment district to the right, with lots of hotels (Anaheim Resort Area)and a McDonald’s to the left (use a car). The hot tub is great.

Convenient breakfast at Dennys

The room overall was clean and had good amenities. We did find a pillowcase that had blood or dirt on it. We had some issues with the noisy air-conditioning. But the biggest problem we had was after we left for the first day to go to Disneyland we came back to the lock, not working on our door they “fixed” it. We did the same thing, the second day and again the lock was broken. It was just wasting our time that was very frustrating.

We really enjoy our stay.

Comfortable stay. Make sure you know there is a $15 per night parking charge. Breakfast is nice but we sure got tired of Denny's by the end of our stay. I stayed here because in the past the ART bus came often, this time it was sporadic. I will choose a place closer to the park if I ever come again.

On site self parking is $15 extra per day.

If you were coming to Disneyland, stay here!! it is easy and walkable to the park. But the best perk is getting the Denny’s breakfast. It’s a great way to start your day. It is super quiet.

Loved the 15 to 20 minute walk to Disneyland, Denny’s right next-door, and the grab and go bags. Staff very friendly and kind. They also gave bottled water out. Did not like the condition of the carpet in the room.

We ended up at this hotel after a spontaneous Disneyland trip and realizing we booked the wrong place. Unfortunately, the experience was disappointing. The room felt dated and unclean, with a warm, stuffy atmosphere since the air wasn’t running before we arrived. It took quite a while to cool down after a hot day walking through the parks. The carpet looked like it was designed to hide stains rather than being properly cleaned. The bathroom was bare, and we even found both a dead and a live cricket in there. Also the bathroom had a creepy window that doesn't lock that opens to the parking lot behind the hotel. For $220 a night plus an extra $15 for parking, this place just isn’t worth it.

Perfect place to stay while going to Disneyland. Very comfortable, wonderful pool and hot tub to enjoy at the end of a long day at the park and the bus to Disneyland stops right out front of the motel. No need for a rental car. It is also within walking distance of the park.

Simple, did the job. Very happy with the pool.

We knew it was a little further from Disney but for the price, location and Denny’s breakfast included - it all turned out to be a nice spot for a nice price! We would stay here again for sure!

I really liked how close it was to Disneyland it was walking plus the Denny breakfast was very convenient

Went on a trip with my son, It was quiet, clean, and close to the entrance to Downtown Disney ( you can take the monorail from that end as well straight in to the park. The pool was a nice temp, and we enjoyed the salt water in comparison to chlorinated. Breakfast was nice and convenient, they give vouchers to the Dennys right next door it was good food and fast! Pretty good for what you are paying.

I am a huge clean freak and germaphobe and I usually am grossed out by hotel rooms, but these rooms were SO CLEAN I couldn’t find a single thing that grossed me out! The rooms are dated but I don’t mind, they are well taken care of. The breakfast is also amazing, free breakfast at Denny’s!

It was good stay🙂, and good location...everything you need is there...Disneyland is about a 15 min. walk. There's Denny's, a convienient store, and restaurants also within walking distance...Staff is friendly too. I will look to stay there again 👍 my only recommendation would be for some lil creamers for my coffee in the morning

Very friendly staff!! Allowed me to pay for a second car even though only 1 is allowed. Also I missed breakfast and they still let have me a to go breakfast bag 😋 during checkout.

Close to everything and the Denny’s breakfast option was great!

We had fun. The TV wasn't working properly so I went to the reception to let them know. By the time I got back to the room the guy was there trying to fix it. They replaced the TV straight away. Can't fault the service. Free hot chocolate and other hot drinks in reception. The Denny's breakfast is a choice from a set menu, but you can add extra stuff and pay on top. It was fine, and better than most free breakfasts in the Disney area. I've eaten a lot of them. Overall a good stay. The walk to the park is not too bad but people with a walking disability might find it tough. It's a bit lonely walking back at night but it is well lit. There wasn't many other people around though. Just be aware in Anaheim, grown men riding small bikes are up to no good.

It’s a convenient place to be for Disneyland. Comfortable, affordable, and next to many things. Parking is $15/day and breakfast is a voucher to Denny’s next door. Our was clean but the drawer under the sink was broken and nor latched to its base.

The property is not bad from a value perspective, but the rooms are a bit dated and need some refreshing. No issues with cleanliness, which was nice. A good place if all you need is a clean place to sleep and don’t plan to spend much time in the room

Everything Ok

Breakfast... 2 options. A bag and go option. With fruit, water, snacks. Ready to go, easy to eat or take to Disneyland. Second breakfast option was a voucher for the Dennys next door. Which was great. Great choices for kids and adults. Room is a little outdated with older carpet. A fridge and microwave were in the room. Shower had a little window which was great for air flow.

Room was dirty seemed like hadn’t been vacuumed for a while, A/C was very noisy for the entire time, breakfast was an orange, granular bar, 1 pastry and a bottle of water, bathtub was very rough and my son fell and scratched his knee, towels were hard as rock. Upon entering the room it had weird smell, A/C was not turned on prior to guest arrival, bed was too high for the kids. No kettle to heat water in room especially when kids are present because we need hot water and cant be running around looking for hot water.

I like the coffee machine in the lobby and the free bag lunches and they also provided a breakfast voucher for 2 at the next door Denys . The receptionist are friendly and the workers keep the whole place very clean . I definitely will stay there next time I go to Disney.

We had a good stay rooms a little outdated but beds are comfortable used alot of the pool and spa was happy its very clean i would stay here again only thing is they dont specify about paying for parking not a big deal but should be said

Quick and easy check in and check out. They provide vouchers for free breakfast at Denny’s which was greatly appreciated! This location is a 10 minute drive to Disney and 20 minute walk

Great stay. Very clean and comfortable. The staff were terrific and very welcoming. Lovely pool area. If you are visiting Disneyland ( we were not?), easy walk. Would stay again.

The sinks is stuck. Microwave is broken, toilet too small, for 200 dollars a day,

Loved it! All that we expected. We had learned about the Denny's breakfast option a while ago and had been meaning to stay here to try it out. Was all we hoped for. An easy 7-8 min walk to the park and it had a wonderful little convenience store with all you need next door. Was just what we needed.

Smells from the room was not good and found few insects included red spider.

First time staying here and it was a great experience! The room was clean and had good amenities. Really enjoyed their breakfast option with dennys. Would definitely stay again.

Very nice place convenient walkable to Disneyland. Staff courteous and nice great breakfast and sack lunch. . Room clean, quiet and a very nice pool and hot tub area. You can also see Disneyland fireworks from parts of the property.

Conveniently close to the park.

It was quite disappointing. No early check available but the people at the desk was given early check in. Shower curtain was broken. The male front desk attendant with glasses was not helpful and a bit rude!

The staff are amazing from check-in to housekeeping.

The only things that keep it from being 5 star are the water pressure and the thin walls and ceilings. You can hear your neighbors and if on ground floor (my preference) walking sounds like stomping. But for the price, the cheapest parking fee so close to the parks and all the other good things I just try to grin and bear it. And the free breakfast included from Denny's next door (2 coupons per room included but you can purchase more super cheap at the desk) makes it super easy to get up early if you want to get to the parks early.

This is the second time we’ve stayed here. We enjoy the location and clean facilities. Easy walking distance to the parks and convention center. The breakfast vouchers for Denny’s are our favorite.

Nice clean room and overall good experience. Our shower would not turn off. We called at 6:30 and asked if they could come fix it. She told us that maintenance doesn’t get there until 7. At 7:30 we went to the front and asked if someone was coming. The lady told us that the previous worker before her did not let her know. Shortly after that a kind maintenance man came and helped us but still a little annoying that our shower was on for over an hour making the room humid and making us late to our destination.

My family and I used the pool even though it was a bit chilly. The room was a decent size, but I was a bit disgusted when my son found a "lubricate" bottle on the side of the bed. The free breakfast was at Denny's which was not the greatest. They also provided a to go breakfast which we never picked up. The walk to Disney was a good 15 minutes. I would stay again, as I have in the past.

This is a great location for visiting the Disney parks without costing a fortune. If you are travelling on the train then the 50 bus from the Anaheim Artic hub stops nearby on Katella Avenue. The room was spacious, the pool was good and not too crowded, and the breakfast using the free vouchers at Denny's next door was very good.

The hotel is ok overall, close to stores, restaurants and 20 minute walk to the theme parks. Complementary breakfast, they give you vouchers to use at Danny’s. There is a pool and spa. Rooms are dated, the carpet is old and dirty, but for one or two nights it’s ok. Price a little bit high for the condition of the hotel.

We checked in very late after our landing in LA, and we stepped in our room at almost 11:30, the first thing we saw is the food crumbles on the floor , those are suppose to be quite easy to clean.

When you're tuckered out from a day in the parks, it is an easy and friendly option.

Great property very near the walking entrance down Disneyland Dr to the Downtown Disney Entrance. ART shuttle covered stop right in front. Nice motel, well kept property. You get a voucher for breakfast to Dennys right on property and a daily grab and go you can use as snacks for the park. The staff was very friendly and helpful!

Great location. Front desk was friendly. Room was clean. Room was serviced every day we were there. Loved the fact it wasn’t busy with people traffic walking to Disneyland.

We booked the hotel because we wanted to do a family swim. Their pool area is spacious and it has a decent size hot tub, as well. This area is always kept clean and maintained with clean pool towels. We had fun as a family. Thank you Best Western Pavilions!

Had to pay for parking, which was not on Expedia

It was a good stay. The rooms were comfortable. The rooms were clean water pressure could’ve been a little bit harder and the cable TV kind of stunk cause we weren’t really there for Disney so we just spend more time in our room than we spent like at that place and the cable really wasn’t That good and we had a hard time figuring out how to use the system that they had and never did really figure it out pretty much. We only got the one watch one thing the whole time we were there so that could’ve changed also with the rooms being that close quarter with two different people you know maybe you could think about a fan in the bathroom. Lobby coffee was excellent.
