About a mile from the park so not super close but walkable. Breakfast was very limited. 3 cereal types, a few pastries and a banana or apple but better than nothing. Television has cable but not HD so very hard to watch. Bathroom light switch was on the out side behind a door that swings out so impossible to use at night without waking everyone up. A little dated but not terrible. Ice was $.25

Breakfast was just bread, orange juice (saw the staff putting water on the juices), yogurt staff will be there to verify you only get ONE per person, only regular milk was provided. You have to pay for ice, and washer and dryer weren’t working and went to the front desk and they told us its not there problem. Hair dryer was not working, no shampoo, conditioner or body wash provided at any time. I would not recommend this hotel AT ALL. Horrible experience

Me gusto que esta muy serca de Disneyland puedes caminar 10 minutos y los buses de Disney te llevan a la entrada. Lo que no me gusto fue el desayuno tiene muy pocas opciones y segun ellos es desayuno Continental; tambien la piscina la cierran muy temprano por lo menos una hora más seria mejor. El cuarto esta muy limpio se los recomiendo. Gracias.

Good stay for the price. Not far from Disney which was nice, I liked that there were 3 queen beds in 1 big room. Can’t complain about the free parking. Breakfast is just bagels, toast and cereal so it wasn’t great but it did what it had to do. You get what you pay for really. But the place was clean and the room was cold so def can’t complain.

The staff was very helpful with explaining how to get to the shuttle and to Disneyland. It helped us out a lot since we had not stayed in the area.

Plus you have to pay for ice from a vending machine. Never have we ever stayed at such a place. Never going back and recommending to never visit this place

I was surprised how comfortable the beds where. I slept good after a day at Disneyland and California adventure. Staff where super friendly. Definitely will be staying here again.

Pro: the room was clean and quiet. Con: they gave us a handicap room (we are not handicapped). The shower water went all over the bathroom floor. We had to use our towels to keep it from entering the bedroom. The breakfast was unimpressive.

We stay for two days that place was nice closed to Disney just walk a couple blocks to ride the shuttle in the Toy Story to Disney

I don’t think this property has purchased new towels for guest in decades. The towels provided or frayed stained and discolored. The bar soap provided could not make a lather if you added dawn liquid to it. It was so awful. I know the cost for this motel was much less expensive than anything around, but I wouldn’t recommend it. There seem to be a lot of vagrancy around as well. It’s parking lot is shared with a liquor store so that should tell you a whole lot right there.

The only area that this hotel lacks is the breakfast. Ver limited options. We had a coffee and bagel, our child had cereal and milk.

Short walk to the Disneyland parking lot so I saved $40. There was a dead water bug on the walkway so they are doing pest control. I would stay at this hotel again.

Stay was very comfortable and staff was extremely helpfull throughout our stay. I mentioned i snored and they upgraded us to a room with a door between beds and it ended up great. Very happy with our stay and the convenient breakfast was nice to have. All in all a great stay and will probably come back the next time I have business in anaheim

Room 212 was clean; just far enough from the street so no cars were heard. Late checkin was helpful so if you’re arriving past 1am they will be able to help you.

There's definitely a trade off when staying here that you have to realize. Its a 15 minute walk to Toy Story parking, which you feel at the end of a long Disney day. The breakfast is pretty sparse, cereal, croissants, yogurt, hard boiled eggs. All things being equal, you just have to decide if that walk is worth the pocket book savings. I don't mind, because I'm not spending any time in my room. Bottom line, just need a bed and don't mind a walk, perfect. Nice modern room, pool, big breakfast... Maybe not for you.

Recently refurbished room and lobby. Helpful staff. Clean room with comfortable bed. A long walk to the Disneyland parks but resort shuttle was about half mile away which made the back and forth easier. Breakfast pretty meager, juice, coffee, some baked goods cold cereal. Could have used some fresh fruit and protein eg boiled eggs . Didn't use pool or laundry. Nearby restaurants were mostly chain type/fast food. All in all a good economy style lodging with helpful staff.

Convenient location to Disneyland and Anaheim Conference center, only 10 mins walk. The staff is friendly and helpful. Free parking. Room is clean. Breakfast is nice. Spa and swimming pool is very clean, in good condition. We enjoyed the stay a lot. I would recommend to my friends.

The breakfast was mediocre (cereal, bagels bread, apples/bananas( and the breakfast rroom is extremely small and not nearly enough seating. NOT 2 blocks from Disneyland! It is 2 blocks from the shuttle.

Basic needs met. Bed was comfortable. Looks like you had to pay for ice because it was outside, and breakfast was basic. You were only allowed to eat in the breakfast lounge vs bringing it to your room to eat. It got crowded fast.

Standard room with fridge and microwave. Clean. Pool heated and clean with pool towels provided. Amenities sparse as far a shampoo, contiditoner, etc. Breakfast with cold foods and pastries sufficient for our needs. Staff super friendly and accommodating. For a stay on a budget, would absolutely book again.

The breakfast was just a few choices, hard boiled eggs, several kinds of bread for toasting, cereal, yogurt, fruit. Not much protein, but no restrictions on portions

Receptionist was very rude & condescending. Mentioned there were no pets & no smoking allowed; I said I didn’t smoke & we didn’t have pets. She then said the tv was cable only & to tell my son not to click on any streaming devices. She then reiterated I couldn’t smoke in the room and to make sure I told my son about the cable. I had acknowledged what she said but she mentioned it a few times, which I didn’t appreciate. The room was horrible. The shower turned scalding hot on its own. The toilet & refrigerator leaked a lot. The sink clogged! We had to pay for the ice machine. There was not enough parking. I asked reception about it and they said we could park in the Carl’s Jr parking lot. There was no enforcement for cars w/o the permit. We got locked out of our room. There were no restrooms in the lobby or breakfast area. The walls were so thin, we could hear everything outside our room. And cherry on top, there was a cockroach on my pillow. I told reception when I checked out and his response was “that’s not good”. He did not care about any of my concerns. Will NEVER stay there again.

Check in was a little confusing due to booking for 2 with a child and not being aware of an extra person charge. Nothing on this site or their site stated the age of a child before you get charged for the extra person. It's $10 plus tax a day. However, the employee working figured everything out for us pretty quickly, and now we know. Check out was quick and the employees were very nice. The room was wonderful. The beds were very comfortable and the AC was COLD!! I think the only thing in the room that could use some TLC, was the flooring, ours made our feet dirty, but nothing to knock a star off for. The pool was absolutely perfect!! The parking lot is well lit and on the smaller side, and we had to park at Carl's Jr, so be aware of that before booking. Overall the good outweighed everything else here and we would absolutely book this motel again.

We will definitely NOT STAY HERE AGAIN. In our room whenever the air conditioner unit turned on it sounded like a motorboat engine. We put up with it, but it was frustrating. The beds were comfortable at least. Had to flush the toilet at least 2 times to make everything go down for a #1, but had to flush 4-5 times for a #2. The shower had decent pressure and 3 settings, just hard to turn the head to switch. On our first night, I went to go get ice and and the machine wouldn't dispense. I had to wait at the night window and when I spoke to the attendant he stated that "because they are on the street, they do not provide ice because anyone can walk up, you have to pay $.25 a dispense." What kind of lame excuse is that???? Really!!!! Your guests are already PAYING TO STAY THERE, now they have to PAY to get frozen water cubes....SERIOUSLY!! Ok whatever, they dont want non-guests accessing it????......at least they should provide the quarters then. UGH

Everyone was helpful and friendly. Since I was in the area primarily to visit with friends, I honestly didn't take advantage of all that the facilities had to offer. The breakfast offered a nice varied selection. Running feet and slamming door sounds always seem to be an issue when your room is on the bottom floor.

Janet does an amazing job of keeping the breakfast room clean and well supplied with fresh coffee juice and a variety of baked goods. She even helps you find your favourite bagel. Great family vibe here.

The room was clean. The tv was a little weird to get to work but a staff member came to help. Breakfast was cereal, bagels, assorted pastries they did have yogurt but I let the staff member know they were expired by 3 days she brought new ones from the back. Overall it was an ok place to stay.

The staff was great, and it was about a 15 minute walk to Disneyland. The room was clean, the A/C was cold, but the shower was not the best. The shower head wasn't great, and the water temperature would fluctuate, and the pipe from underneath the sink leaked. The beds were extremely comfortable, and the refrigerator was a good size. The lights weren't as bright as desired but were okay. The continental breakfast was pretty good. The staff was wonderful. Very friendly. Overall, it was a good stay.

Not a bad property close to convention center which was our main goal. For a motel style was not bad pretty well maintained for an older property. Pool looked maintained but we did not go in it. Only complaint was while booking in we were told that they needed to charge us more because they book per person not per night. After showing them the booking through Expedia they waived the fees but said for next time. Told them then they need to fix the site to better explain this because that is not ok to spring in customers at last minute.

Breakfast in the breakfast lounge was simple but enough to get the family going for the day. Janet was incredible and so helpful every morning as well. The rooms are older but doable for what we were there for and economical for our trip. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Breakfast was minimal but good. My only complaint was that there was not enough parking and I was told to park in overflow parking. The employee just said take a left then a left. After trying to figure that out and making a giant circle, I went back in and then was told it was the Carl's Jr parking lot next door which was weird but also why did he just not say park next door at Carl's Jr to save me confusion and time. The rates were good and I would happily stay here again.

The check in lady is so slow. It took her 25 to 30 minutes. The walls is thin. My adjoining room 107 has 5 people was noisy on Friday 03/13-14 early morning passed 1:30 am I can hear there conversation and on Saturday 0314-15 passed 1 am I can still hear their footstep and spring when they seat down on the bed. It was horrible stay.

Rooms are big but elevator hardly works not enough parking and the breakfast is not an actual breakfast it’s very minimal and the store on the property is expensive $16.99 a pack of 8 is crazy

This is the second time staying here. Beds are comfortable. Rooms are clean. Staff is friendly. They allow early parking for us that drive in same day. For the price, it’s a perfect spot to lay your head without worrying about it being dirty. If you need ice, bring quarters.

We lost power to both of our adjoining rooms and they couldn’t figure out how to get it back on. We had to use cell phone flashlights for the entire evening to put our kids to bed and all of our food in the fridges got warm or melted. The power eventually came back on around midnight but when we asked for reasonable compensation (we had to take our whole family out for dinner when we had planned on eating in the room using the food we had bought and kept in the fridges), we were told there was no manager on site and they couldn’t authorize any sort of refund. And there was no way for us to contact anyone in charge. Just a very frustrating situation. The night front desk guy tried to be helpful and offered us another room but since we had no lights to be able to pack up our stuff…. Other than that, it was a good place to stay. Just frustrated with the lack of responsiveness…

The photos online make the hotel appear alot nicer than it looks in person... It appears alot older and rundown in person. When we got to our room i couldnt find any light switches, turns out there was no light in the room only lamps. The restroom light was outside of the restroom behind the door, which i thought was odd. When we went to eat our continental breakfast the room was very small and not very many tables and chairs, we ended up just grabbing a yogurt or bagel and walking back to the room to eat, however when we started walking back their was a lady stairing us down telling us we couldnt take the food back to our room... we didnt take a bunch of food just something small each as there wasnt much to chose from but there also wasnt enough places to sit. I can underatand if we took excess food but this wanst the case. Overall... i guess you get what you paid for..

Location was great for 3 days at Disneyland. Beds were comfortable. Shower temperature was a problem, it would either get scalding hot or ice cold while taking a shower. I’m assuming from people in other rooms using their toilets or showers.

The breakfast was ok but inconvenient that you were not able to take food to the room for elders.

Clean room, early check-in possibility for $35, good bed, quiet (as can be on a major artery), fridge, microwave and friendly staff. Downsides: pool area felt like it was practically in the garage, and toiletries were dismal (horrible Chinese soap that didn’t lather, and only shampoo but no conditioner or shower gel).

We love the Anaheim Carriage Inn. We stay here 2-3 times a year. Nice rooms, easy parking and good area.

Staff was nice and helpful. It was clean. But I rated it a 4 stars because the heater didn’t work. So we were freezing during the night. Other than that all was good.

Everything was good except they refused to give us extra blankets!!! I would think a hotel would have extra blankets to offer. We had to use towels until we could BUY blankets the next day!!!! WE WERE SHOCKED!!!!!!!! A hotel that doesn’t have extra BLANKETS!!! YIKES!

The room was cleaned but sink was damaged. Some staff members working in the morning and night were not welcoming but Hispanic staff were all welcoming and made me give a three stars. I was going to give a 2 stars. I did enjoy the morning breakfast and lady there was so welcoming. Parking was included but the staff at the reception was charging me in the morning for the last day parking and wanted me to make an additional payment. I explained to him that I had stayed previously and they had not charged and he stated that they had new policy. He truly did not make me feel welcome to comeback.

Office manager refuse to answer expedian rite in front of our face when i requested to see if they can help me out because i missed my check in date ,definitely not staying at this hotel ot booking with expedian

Staff was nice. Room was ok. Had a mini-suite but couldn't see out the window as it was frosted. toilet did not flush well. Could easily hear people walking above us. We had to ask for extra toilet paper a few times as it wasn't well stocked in the room.

The staff was cordial, the room was clean, there was a microwave & refrigerator in the room, the elevator worked and they served a limited free breakfast. The hotel is a 10 minute walk to the convention center with several good restaurants within walking distance. There were a couple of foreign hairs in the bathtub and the door lock latch was broken. There is only one ice machine and it costs 25 cents to fill the ice container. They serve coffee, tea, 2 juices, toast, bagels, cereal, small muffins, small pastries, yogurt, fruit and hard boiled eggs for breakfast. I would give it an extra Star if they served a better breakfast since that is a big draw for me! I’m used to Best Western’s breakfasts that serve waffles or pancakes and sausage or bacon.

Parking is free but it is very limited. We were forced to park in the Carl’s Jr parking lot which is behind the hotel. While walking to the car at 7am in the morning with our kids ready to enjoy a magical day at Disneyland we encountered prostitution activity. We knew the hotel wouldn’t be the nicest but due to this situation we will not be returning

The front desk made a photocopy of my ID during check-in, which I was not comfortable with due to privacy concerns. Breakfast was basic and limited, and the overnight guest service associate was not particularly welcoming. Given the hotel’s proximity to the theme park area, I expected a more accommodating level of hospitality. Overall, my experience did not meet expectations and I would likely choose another property for future visits.

The room could have been cleaner. Especially the floor. Shower and walk on floor = black feet. Behind the beds had so much dust build up that allergies of one of our family members kicked in. Had trouble with staff to get more towels and washclothes. There were 5 of us and 4 towels and 2 washclothes provided. Constantly asking for the extras. One front staff was quite rude about giving us extra even though it was stated that there were 5 of us. Continental breakfast was satisfactory. Staff member made sure nothing ran out and keep the area very clean.

Crisp clean bedding. Clean room, floors, desk, microwave. Super friendly and helpful staff. Pool was warm. Hot tub was perfect for my daughter to play in without overheating. Could walk across street to catch ART to Disneyland. Super easy and convenient. Free breakfast was good. Cereal, yogurts, fruits, bagels, coffe. Good for free!!! Friendly wait staff. You get what you pay for. If you just want a bed to crash in at night, this is a great place. However we requested a different day for room cleaning and no one ever came. We had to request toilet paper from the front office. It wasn't a huge deal but it didn't feel like office staff was all that attentive. I wasn't overly impressed by the friendliness of the staff. Again, not a huge deal but just a reminder that it is cheap for a reason.

The shower spout was gross. It cost money to get ice. The tv channels were terrible and rarely clear. There was a small child put on the 3rd floor above me and it ran back and forth till 2 am. Then, it woke up and started running again at 8 am. There should not be small children on the third floor where other people have to suffer through their noise. I hardly got any sleep and it was freaking terrible. The staff was really nice, though. When I called about the noise they went and talked to the family.

This budget option was a little farther than others ive stayed at in resort area. Rooms were fine, clean, older. Convenient little store in parking lot. Road noise was pretty high.

Room was pretty clean, and the check in clerk worked with us to check in early when we arrived an hour before their listed check in which was appreciated. Parking is tight but free, room is no frills, and breakfast is basic but available; if you are just looking for somewhere to sleep after a day at Disney that is walkable to the park, this works at a reasonable price point.

The lady was asking us how many person in all because she said I only put 2 guests, my husband aswer her question he said we are 4, and the lady said ok were going to add you a charge, and my husband said ok how much are you going to add because it's only a kids 1 is 10 and 1 is 8. And the lady said ok no charge for the kids and the man,we don't know if he is the manager or the owner is starting lecturing us like we are a little kids about what are we doing next time. And he is rude, we back in the car to get all our things and bring in to our room.We are six in all me my husband my two kids and the two is my friends relatives. The phone is rang 3 or 4 times, we didn't aswer then, we are in hurry because our friends is waiting for us. The lady and the man is running to us and asking for two times how many are we? The rooms all said non smoking, for some reason my room had a certain smell like old smoke or mildew. The tv were flat screens but the channels came in scratchy and some channels sound didn’t work. The bed we had felt like it was worn out and leaning towards the middle like your sleeping on a little slope! I will personally not stay at the place again.

Close distance to Disneyland and the toy story parking lot. Definately more motel. Staff were kind. Breakfast was advertised as continental but really was more of a cereal or toast/bagel meal. There was orange juice and milk and water available. On the weekend they had hard boiled eggd available.

The hotel was located close to Disneyland and shopping locations. The room was clean and neat. The hot tub was cleaned and works great. Overall it was a good stay at the Anaheim carriage inn.

The breakfast was basic, however our last night I found a cockroach in the bathroom, spoke to office staff who referred me to the manager, I had to email her, she never contacted me back but had someone else reach out to me, said the would refund us 25% back for our troubles and it’s been close to 3 weeks now and still haven’t seen the refund

The room was clean and had everything we needed. We needed an accessible room but when we booked they weren't available, but when we arrived the staff was able to find one for us! That made our stay extremely comfortable!! They were very kind and extremely helpful.

Room was clean and the TV remote actually worked. Only negative is their rooms are not carpeted. If you are on the first floor with someone in the room above you, you will hear noise. I was awoken at 6:00am by the person above me packing and leaving. However, if you can put up with that, the price/location/cleanliness definitely make it worth it.

I went there for breakfast at 6:45 AM, but there was nothing not even coffee at all. Also, when I first check in it was around 3:30 in the room wasn’t ready yet and also I’m checking out and return the keys back on the room and the staff said there’s anything else he said no also in my room I found cockroaches around there. The check in stock was courteous, but the room was not clean. There was muddy residue on the floor and in the bathroom; the shower had soap scum dirt buildup in the corners and on the shelving. The bed was the worst part, it was clearly at end of life. There were two of us sleeping in the bed, and we actually rolled into the center because the center support was gone.

Everything was fine

My family and I spent our Thanksgiving and weekend there at Anaheim carriage Inn. Upon our arrival and unloading our car, we put our leftover food from cheesecake factory in the refrigerators. To our surprise the next morning, one of the refrigerators was not plugged in and all of my son’s food went bad. I normally don’t complain, but as you know, cheesecake factory isn’t the cheapest restaurant so therefore, we had about $60 worth of food spoil while we were. Additionally, we were told that our room would be cleaned the second day we were there. When we returned from Disneyland that afternoon, our room had not been cleaned. As a consumer and a business owner myself, I feel it’s important to give feedback where it is needed. Without it, we cannot make improvements. This wasn’t our first time staying there so I was a little disappointed at the outcome of the food issue mostly and think a partial refund is deserved. Thank you, Valerie Guillen

Questioned every time I wanted more towels or TP.

A lot further walk then they state along with not an easy transoportation to disney. Room are out dated and blankets and pillows were also. Was nice having the jr suite to break up the kids and parents/ sleeping arrangements for older and younger kiddos. Breakfast was hardly anything, they advertise better than what they offer for breakfast and parking.

The only review that was correct was that the bathroom wall is thin and you can hear everything but we didn’t mind. I didn’t get to try the breakfast because I left early. CONS: Rooms smell old. Beds are old and sink in when you lay down. Water gets out a lot in the shower, we had to dry floor before the next person showered.

The room I stayed in had bedbugs. My baby and me have bites all over our body do not book with this hotel.

For them not to considerate of having children and coming to the door 3 different time to tell my kids to go to sleep when we had just got back from Disneyland. And the 3rd time they threatened me that if i would not control my kids they needed to call the cops i decided to leave the location-unexceptable. DO NOT recomend what so ever! Why be an area where its close to disney when its with KIDS and think u control the kids like if they be other than humans. Nope.

The walls are paper thin, you can literally hear every word your neighbor says. Their alarm woke me up at 5:00 AM! And they didn't turn if off for 20 minutes!! For that reason, I would not stay here again.

great place to stay when heading to disneyland california and california adventures parks. Walking distance to the toy story shuttle bus. Free parking with your stay. The surroundings are clean, the junior suite was perfect for a family of 6. Very spacious and it was clean. Great service too!

The amenities and pictures provided on Hotels.com were not accurate - we booked a suite and it was a large room with 3 beds in it, not two room spaces as described. The towels and bedding had holes in it and breakfast options and space were less than par.

We have stayed here in the past and it was fine. This time, mother joined us last minute and even though we did not get any more towels, as well as only 2 washcloths, had 2 beds ,and had prepaid the reservation, they charged us for another person. No big deal. We were informed about breakfast in the morning 7-9am, set the alarm. When we went down to "breakfast" it was cereal, a few little muffins and bread next to a toaster, 2 juices and peeled boiled eggs in a fridge. The first day there were bananas and the 2nd apples. Not what I would call breakfast. Parking was minimal and was told overflow was behind the hotel, not sure what kind of spaces though or what was back there as we scored the last one at the hotel. The room was decent but smelled of an old smoked in room that had been painted over. A few towels and 2 washcloths with old looking packaged bars of soap. Not upgraded like most hotels with shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Just informing and we always bring our own. The icing on the cake was when my husband went to the ice machine, and had to pay for the ice. I would pay more for a different hotel that has better amenities as I don't remember it quite like this last time. Received a 25% discount for next time if booked directly through the hotel, but pretty sure there won't be a next time at this place.

We found mouse poop in our bathtub. They couldn't give us another room because they were fully booked. They didn't offer to clean it, we had to ask. Then they only came and rinsed it out. We had to ask again for it to be cleaned. We paid extra for the room with the jacuzzi tub but they wouldn't give any discount since we weren't going to be using it now. They offered no compensation for our trouble at all. Very poor customer service.

We had to do our own cleaning we they wanted us to take our towels and sheets to the front office, they wanted us to do their work. They never brought his towels. We left a sign off, intentionally for them to come in. They say they claim the sign was up, which is a lie. We’ve stayed at many hotels we know it works. They never once came in even till the last day before I will not ever stay there again. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The service was nonexistence. It’s overrated. Don’t believe the pictures that they show you highly do not recommend this. It’s a dump.

When we arrived, we were told that cleaning was done every other day; the app says it's daily. We asked for a room downstairs, but they gave us one for people with disabilities. The bathroom wasn't suitable for normal use, and water spilled out of the shower and even into the bathroom. If they're going to offer these types of rooms to people without disabilities, they should have bathrooms suitable for everyone.

We stayed at this hotel to go to Disney and when we woke up to go the hot water heater wasn't working. We were forced to take ice showers. So not fun. At check out I asked if they could discount the room for the inconvenience and they said no. Probably won't be returning.

TV had no way of hooking up a streaming device or game system to have some entertainment outside of the basic cable channels available. This property is so old , rooms were dirty when we checked in but we didn’t make a big deal as we were just staying 2-nights , ac was so loud and you felt like someone was gonna break in into your room , front desk staff was really friendly and attentive, breakfast was mid, there was only cereal , toast, bagels and some bakery , cc , pbj, butter , boiled eggs , hot water and orange juice . I guess is expected as we really paid low for this booking , washroom are okay , they have a pool but we didn’t use it as we just went to Disneyland , it’s really close to the park , at least 7-10 min away , they didn’t offer shampoo or other amenities , the hotel it’s nice if you are not gonna stay many days , but great if you just going to Disneyland

We then recieved our room keys. When we got to the room the AC was broken, the chairs had stains and dirt on them, not little stains large gross stains. We then proceeded to do a precheck of the room before trying to settle in. During our check we discovered bed bugs, pictures and videos were taken. This hotel was informed and they seemed to be in disbelief until the were showed the video. Due to it being third party the refund was a little difficult. However, Hotels.com was amazing on advocating for us in their end and we did get a full refund.

Everything we needed to do was in close proximity of the property. We felt totally safe, the beds were super comfortable and the staff were very friendly and helpful. When we’re in the area visiting again, this will be on the top of our list!

Food not so great. After checking in and laying in the bed, I started to get bit by either bed bugs or by fleas. I have bite marks all over and it’s not fun to be stretching all the time. I’m highly allergic to all bug bites so for them to not take this serious is beyond words. I would like a refund and I will NEVER stay at that hotel or recommend it to anyone.

Pillows were terrible! You’d lay your head down and sink to the mattress. Asked for an extra pillow and they said they didn’t have any! I never came across that at all! Breakfast was subpar and they refused to let you take it back to your room! Towels weren’t even white! I had to ask for new towels that weren’t dingy and gross. You had to pay to use the ice machine. You def get what you pay for. Front desk staff was always kind at least. About a 24 min walk to Disney. We’ve stayed at other hotels that we like better and wanted to try new ones out. Unfortunately we won’t be back to this one.

No bugs! I always pull sheets up and check the mattress for bed bugs whenever i stay away. None. No sign. No roaches either. Front desk very friendly and kind.

It was a nice day. It was clean and Check In was easy. I did not like that. There was a deposit and I didn’t know there was gonna be a deposit until I got there. The sheets kinda had a musty smell like mildew to them so they really need to bleach the sheets. Overall, everything was very clean very tidy, wipe down seem to be very sanitary. Would I book a stay there again, yes.

The only thing I found extremely odd was that the staff at breakfast appears to have singled my family out and told us, as we were getting our food, that we had to finish our breakfast there and that we couldn’t take it back to our room. I had said nothing about taking the food back to our room, so I don’t know why she felt it was necessary to have told only us; she didn’t tell anyone else in line.

Conveniently located near the Disney Parks. The parking lot was a hassle, but it’s pretty decent after all.

I wish there was a little more parking because we’d come back in the night and there wouldn’t be any stalls. We’d have to park in Carl’s Jr. and wish our car could’ve been right outside instead. Also our door was hard to open because of a malfunction on the lock so we’d have to slam it open. It wasn’t fixed in the 7 days we stayed but other than that this place is affordable and staff was so incredibly nice !

I liked that there was a very near convenience store within the property next to the office. I didn't use it, but it was convenient in case i needed something.

The room was dated, but it was fine for one night. Unfortunately, our shower head did not work so we literally had to stand in the bathtub and use a paper cup to get us clean enough to go to bed. Maintenance would not be available until 9:30am the following day. They offered to allow us to go into another room to shower, but it was already 11pm and everyone was tired. It was extremely inconvenient.

Very helpful front desk (Tammy). Not many amenities but if all you need is a clean quiet place to crash near Disneyland it was great. The one drawback was parking. We got back very late at it was difficult to find a place to park.

It is a bit of a walking distance from Disneyland, but much more affordable than others. It does charge for ice, so bring quarters.

Super clean, beds were comfortable too.

Just one problem with showers that did not work in the night.

I feel like it’s a hotel that’ll get the job done and that’s about it.

Walls were thin & we could hear the neighbors, shower water, etc. The water pressure was not good & the water would go from comfortable to ice cold to scolding hot. The beds were not all that comfortable either. The location to what we did during our stay was great.

Multiple unexpected fees, room was stifling hot/humid when we checked in, tv didn’t work properly, bed was uncomfortable sheets were scratchy and irritating to the skin. My card had unexpected charges from the hotel, when brought to staff attention they had no answer but to brush it off with no resolution.

This property is fine. Stayed for a single night. The location is great and very safe. Near Disney. The breakfast was not great and the hot water for the facility didn’t work but it was fixed the next day. The hotel did extend our check out time. Parking is good and free.

Clean room, old bathroom but clean, close to Disneyland, variety of places to go, friendly staff.

Nice, safe and it is closed to the parks.

The only thing better would be a free continental breakfast. Otherwise, the room was clean and the staff was very friendly.

We chose this place because I could book a 3 queen room, which was important for us....but the bathroom had mold

Didn’t care about areas wasting able too see fireworks from Disneyland
