It was very close to the Disneyland Park entrance. Very close to eating places, CVS, Walgreens, and gas stations. Felt safe, staff was great, rooms were nice. Beds were comfy and after a long day at the park, we were able to relax in our quiet room. Staff was always checking on us to see if things were ok. Felt safe and secure. Nothing! Loved everything about it!

Close to the event, Not having the second floor room. Because the teenagers above as have a party in to the early morning was not fun at all. and dose not Breakfast.

We stayed at Alpine inn for four nights. Our room was cleaned everyday and clean linens were always there. The distance from Disneyland is an easy walk. On the negative side, no coffee was left for us on one morning. The body wash felt watered down and the shampoo and conditioner were combined as a conditioning shampoo.. ☹️

The Alpine was exactly what we needed for our Disney trip. Walking distance was a plus for us as well as the convenience of having restaurants and stores close by. The room was clean, beds were comfortable, AC was great after being at the park all day. They even let us use a stroller until our rental arrived. We loved it and would stay here again! Only con was that the mini fridge would not stay cold and we needed it for my toddlers milk, but aside from that everything was exactly how we hoped it would be.

We have stayed in many of the hotels along Harbor Blvd and we loved the Apline Inn. Although it is a slightly longer walk than some of the others, it’s still only .5 miles and took us 13 minutes to get to the Disneyland entrance. The staff at the Alpine inn was incredible! So friendly!!! Best staff we have encountered at any of the Anaheim hotels. Room was nice as well.

The hotel was conveniently located near Disney and to restaurants. The staff was obliging. No elevator to the second floor since we're elderly.

I was surprised at how close to the door the beds were but slept well with ear plugs, we had a ground floor room which you could hear everything from above however, for the length of time we was in the room and not awake, this wasnt an issue. Free hot drinks from 6-11am was a nice treat and the hot chocolate with hazelnut milk delicious.

The room was renovated and clean. I was surprised by the resort fee because there was not much amenities except a pool, which is a common amenity of any motel or hotel; which they do not charge a resort fee for. It doesn't feel like a resort so I don't think the fee is appropriate.

Over all, it was ok, but nothing jumped out making me think I had to stay there again.

The room was fine. Nothing fancy. But we were only there to sleep between fun-packed Disney days so it was fine. The only complaint was that the parking is tight. If you've got more than one car or an oversized vehicle you might want to think about other places.

Was very easy to communicate to staff changes that were needed prior to visiting.

Room was a bit small but I felt they made good use of the space, bed comfortable, staff helpful, walk to Disney about 15 minutes without crossing any major streets- parking tight but did fit our minivan. All in all I felt it worked well for us.

Where to even begin. I've stayed in so many hotels around Disneyland including some big names and the Alpine inn is the best I've stayed at hands down. The bathroom is the cleanest I've ever seem for a hotel. Such attention to detail with their cleanliness and care. The room was spotless. So homey and cute. The staff was wonderful, location perfect. Free parking. Would HIGHLY recommend.

Keep in mind this hotel is very basic and small. It’s a bed for Disneyland with no frills. Except the pool. However it does have close access to Disney, restaurants, cvs, etc. it’s about a 7 minute speed walk from the main entrance. Bed was quite firm, but slept there for 4 days without back pain so must not be too bad. No cleanliness concerns. And this is all from someone who likes to stay at the Marriott. It is a reasonable, clean, clean alternative. That said, could really use a breakfast or even a snack vending machine.

It was fine for a brief night. Loved that parking was included. Staff was helpful - we called ahead about a first floor room for accessibility and the request was accommodated. Definitely a lot of wear on the furniture. Bathroom and sink areas could use an update. Most disappointed in the bed. The mattress appeared soft at first, but was like sleeping in a slab. Luckily for just one night.

It was conveniently located, and clean. It took a long time for them to get to the room to clean but it was done before 5. It is near the park so early in the morning I could hear mic checks and late hear the rides. It is not the kid of hotel suited to sleeping in.

Clean, very friendly staff, good location for attending an event at the convention center. Would have been nice to have a little breakfast option for the cost of the hotel, but not a deal breaker. Parking was a bit difficult as the lot was narrow. The one aisle of cars next to the pool was especially difficult.

Great little motel, 15 min walk from Disney. After staying at Anaheim hotel and having a terrible experience due to how dirty and run down it was. It was a breath of fresh air staying in a CLEAN room. Front desk guy was so kind. Would stay here again.

The stay was priced good for the location but one of our beds was lopsided….. the craziest part was that they charge a $15 a day resort fee and it’s not a resort. It’s a motel. W a tiny pool outside. No amenities.

We enjoyed our stay and it sobwas convenient and clean!! We went to disney in 2025 and stayed at a larger hotel near Disney but not as close for way more a night, said hotel had better amenities but alpine cleaned the room everyday can't say that for the larger hotel! For a mom of three coming back to a tidy space after chaos and tired feet... I'll do without the gym, laundry mat and bus rides to disney. Not to mention most breakfast start to late to make rope drop so that was a no biggy to give up. Over all we have a comparison and this hotel is worth the money not over charged and I respect that they are fairly priced for their amenities. The service and location make is worth it!

The property is a motel style where the room opens to the parking lot on floor 1 or an outdoor walkway on floor 2. The pool is surrounded by the small parking lot, but I didn’t swim, so I can’t speak to that. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again if I were going to the park.

The staff was very welcoming; we arrived early and they held our luggage until check in time. They provided a map and gave us directions to Disneyland/DCA/Downtown Disney. The rooms were very clean, I was surprised they provided daily room cleaning, since most of the large hotels no longer provide this service. The beds were amazingly comfortable, which was a must after long days at Disney. The area is quiet and felt safe when walking at night. The AC worked perfectly! Nice bonus they provide coffee in the morning. Definitely would stay at Alpine Inn again. Very nice touch of old school Anaheim quaint Inns.

This was an excellent stay for the price. The staff was incredibly kind and the room was clean. It was also great that parking was included and it’s near the park. Given that this stay is more on the affordable side, some of the amnenities will match that. The towels were thinner and on the smaller side, bed was firmer, lower quality shampoo/conditioner combo provided. Again not bad, but it matched there price and overall was a great stay!

Amazing close by and easy to get to

It turns out, out smoke detector was faulty. It started randomly detecting "imaginary" smoke at 11pm. It ended up going off 6 times throughout the night with 10 minutes to 2 hours in between. When we called the front desk, his reply was "i can give you a batery to replace it". I would have been happy to do this but it was not the dead battery chirp. It was actually going off. After being told this, he told us to wait until morning. They did not come to replace it until afternoon.

Everything worked very well, Room was very clean. Great distance from the parks and convention center. Some of the beds were harder than expected, 2 bedroom was worth the stay.

My family and I always stay at the Alpine Inn. Our family has grown throughout the years and we are confident knowing the hotel can accommodate a large group. I personally love the microwave & fridge being reliable for a quick snack on the way to Disneyland. Appreciate the staff and housekeeping services, very respectful of our wishes, were very helpful, and friendly. I definitely recommend this place!!

Great, relatively inexpensive place to stay within walking distance of Disneyland. Staff were friendly and accomodating and arranged an adjoining rooms for our party.

We loved our stay. We had stayed at a nearby hotel earlier this year but preferred this property for many reasons. Staff was friendly and accomodating, answered our questions, helped us when needed. The room was really clean, modern and comfortable. The walk to Disneyland was fast and easy (for our party of 2 adults- stroller recommended for small kiddos). They also offered discounted affiliate parking that was even cheaper than our annual membership discount pricing at the Disney lots plus NO traffic getting out, a total plus and gamechanger. Highly recommend! Not sure I could recommend anything, other than we love a good breakfast spread so that would be a great addition!

Check in was easy and the staff was super friendly! Room was clean and air conditioning worked great. We stayed for a night in Disneyland and the walk was not bad, about 10 minutes with a 7-11 on way to stop for waters/snacks. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful location - quick walk to the parks in the morning and not too far on tired feet at night. Pool is basic but was appreciated by the kids to cool off and play on a hot day. Rooms are basic, but beds, sheets, and pillows were comfy. All the staff were very friendly and helpful.

The staff member who checked us in was very welcoming, helpful and informative. Upon arriving to our room, I did find a few strands of hair on one of the beds and in the bathroom but other than that the room was pretty clean. Air conditioning worked very well. Parking spaces are really tight but nothing beats free parking. The walk to Disneyland park was a bit longer than expected but still manageable. Would love to return again on our next trip.

Can’t beat the location or the price for Disney - sub 10 minute walk and rooms are a great size and clean. Very quiet considering it’s a motel at the back of the Cars area of DCA. Highly recommend!

We have stayed in a few hotels near Disneyland, but this one has been our favorite. The room was very clean, the staff was super friendly, and the free parking and proximity to the park were great. We also loved that it was small and we could walk directly to our room without waiting for elevators, etc.

This is such a cute spot that is conveniently located right by the Anaheim Convention Center and Disneyland. It's only about a 10-15 minute walk to Disney and the room seemed to be recently renovated and was very clean and comfortable. The #1 perk that I loved was a free parking spot was included with our stay. Incredible value considering other hotels in the are charge $35-60 per day for parking. The staff was also super kind and let us park in the lot before our official check in time so we could go explore downtown Disney. I would 100% stay here again.

The staff were as friendly as at any hotel I've stayed at. The rooms were very clean. And I can't remember the last time I stayed in a hotel that had both a refrigerator and microwave. And we used both. They also had a nice coffee bar in the lobby that I used each morning. The only minor issue was the very tight parking, but that was expected. And we were still able to check in early and park there.

The proximity to the park is excellent. It’s a short 8 minute walk, very convenient. Check in was easy and the staff was friendly. The room was VERY clean, no complaints there. In fact, it’s one of the cleanest rooms we’ve stayed at in the area. And it was cleaned daily. The A/C works excellent. There is free parking. Free water and coffee in the lobby. Staff was friendly. Small poop but we don’t use it. However it do look refreshing and clean. Would stay again.

I have to say, I have never, never stayed in a hotel that was so clean and spotless. I don't say this lightly, this hotel really did impress and the service was fantastic! We recommed Alpine Inn 10 out of 10, we're going to stay there again! On top of that, the location is super convenient to the Disney parks.

Staff was friendly and welcoming. They held our bags since we got in early before check in. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The room cleaning service each day was nice. The building is older so you can definitely hear people around you. We were in a room on the first floor. In general, it seemed that after Disneyland closed down everyone mostly settled down by 10pm. We had a kid and they slept fine even with some of the noise.We would definitely stay again in the future.

The room smelled like urine. The parking area is super tight. You will be charged a resort fee but there are no amenities. The front night desk guy had a bad attitude when I was addressing the room smell concerns.

Only problem can be some parking lots are congested and difficult to park. Other thing noted in our room was the bathroom exhaust fan could not take up the moisture and may be due to high pressure of the water from the shower.

Lovely place. Close enough to Disneyland to pop "home" for a rest or change of clothing. Staff were all so great! And very clean; they had daily room cleaning which you never see anymore. Comfy beds and pillows. Will stay here again.

Everyone was great. From the hotel receptionist to the cleaners. Always a smile. Room was clean. The only negative was we were on the bottom floor and the upstairs room was very noisy but it’s to be expected being on the bottom. Also the water in the showers never got hot. Lukewarm was the best we got. Other than that we loved it. Perfect distance to Disneyland.

Clean room, sweet front desk help!

So with reading all of the reviews on this hotel I guess I expected more than what we got. This motel is probably one of the original motels built around the time Disneyland was founded, that’s not a bad thing but you can tell by how worn the outside and inside of the motel is. Rooms are tiny. They took the closest doors off trying to give you room for a mini fridge and mini microwave (on top of fridge) and a shoe hanger (torn) for storage. Out dated tiny coffee pot and no dresser! Instead is a tired old desk with missing pieces of wood on top and had 2 small drawers. Parking is “free” but you’re charged $15 a night for resort fees! They don’t even offer a continental breakfast and there’s a small swimming pool around the tightest “free” parking lot I’ve seen in a long time. My car doors and sides has Knicks from being hit by other cars and whatever else. I gave 3 stars because it wasn’t all bad. Location is right across from the Anaheim convention center, close enough to walk to Disneyland (after we found a place to park we didn’t dare move the car for the 4 days there). Beds where pretty comfortable which is important after a long day at the Parks. All in all it was a okay location. But with all the other options around the area I wouldn’t stay there again.

We stayed one night. The property is impeccable and a tremendous value for the price. The room and the bathroom were clean, in good working order, and well-maintained. The front desk person had excellent customer service skills, was very friendly upon check in, and super helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!

It was a wonderful stay.

Room was basic, but everything in it seemed updated. Room and bed was comfortable. Window view in bathroom had bobwires outside. Gentleman at the front desk was very polite & helpful. The location wasn’t as close as stated. It said an 8 min walk but was about 15 mins so if you wanna do some walking stay here. We Ubered and it cost about $9 each way. Outside the room you can hear guests talking and slamming doors. The horn from cars being opened wasn’t adding to the stay. Don’t bring a long car or huge SUV either because the parking is really tight even for my Camry.

The rooms are so clean and the staff at the front desk were so accommodating and kind. The bedding and bed are so comfortable. The offer coffee, tea and hot cocoa up front every morning and water all day. Plus free parking!

Super close to Disneyland. Room was small but very clean. If you just need a place to sleep during your visit to Disneyland and you’d like to walk in/out of Disney then this place works well. Nice that they have coffee and hot chocolate in the lobby in the morning. Was also able to do a load of laundry. Bring $5 cash to run a load.

The rooms we stayed in were very clean and looked the same as the pictures posted on their website. Disneyland, restaurants and a souvenir store are all walking distance from the Inn.

The room was very clean. One of the most comfortable mattress and pillows we had. Microwave, small refrigerator, nice size TV and hairdryer in the room. No safe. Two floors, no elevator. The older man at the reception, was kind enough to help us with our luggage. Coffee and tea in the morning, free of charge. Alarm clock with cell phone charger. And a phone on the night table!!!! You don’t see those in a lot of hotels now on days. 15 minutes walk to Disneyland, Disney California Adventure and Downtown Disney. Small pool with a few lounges. Lot of restaurants, CVS, Walgreens all steps away. Love this little hotel. That’s all we needed for our trip to Disneyland. Just perfect.

We had a great stay at Alpine Inn. The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Everything was very clean, not noisy at all. This was just what we needed for our Disneyland trip and being in the Parks from open to close. This was no frills, just a nice clean room, with a comfortable bed.

Room was very clean, quiet. Comfy beds! Great location, about a 15 min walk to Disneyland unless you’ve spent all day at the parks then might be 20 to 25 min walk if you are tired. Easy check-in. Parking lot was small but clean. No elevator but only two floors so was manageable. Would stay there again.

The staff let me check in an hour early and drew me a map of the area. My sister and her family are also staying at the same hotel, and they made sure our rooms were close by.

The place itself is kind of old/not very nice, but it was clean and the staff was great and very helpful; and most importantly, the location is just PERFECT!!!! (if you are going to Disneyland).

The room was clean and in good condition. The refrigerator worked so good. The air conditioners were great the room was nice and cool when we checked in. The only thing id say that was a little bothersome was the parking. The spaces are so close together. Its not bigger vehicle friendly in my opinion. Other than that our 2 night stay was super . Its close to the parks. We walked to and from and felt safe doing so.

A cute little neighboring hotel that's only a 15-minute walk to Disneyland. The front desk staff and housekeeping were absolutely friendly. I was always greeted by someone every single time I came back from the Disney parks. I loved how accommodating they were when I gave them a call after booking my stay here, as I wasn't going to arrive until midnight, and they understood. I will be booking with Alpine Inn again. Thank you for everything!

The only downside was 1. No hot tub, and 2. There were unhoused people outside on the sidewalk pretty much every day on our walk to and from Disney. One was screaming and quite aggressive which was a little scary. Otherwise it was a great inexpensive option within a 15 minute walk to and from Disney.

We had a little “emergency “ with a little beloved family member. The staff was EXTREMELY helpful, friendly and accommodating. I was very stressed and they took that stress away to where I didn’t even have to leave the park with my grandchildren to return to the hotel. 10/10 plus they didn’t make me feel bad about the situation. They were very patient which I highly appreciate 💖

Great stay for somewhere walkable to Disney. Room was Renovated and had everything we needed. No frills but since most are staying there for convenient Disney/convention center access would totally recommend.

Great free parking included with the rooms and am extra free day was given to us as they had availability. Super convenient 10 minute walk to the park entrance and plenty of restaurants nearby too.

It is very affordable for the area with clean rooms and close to entertainment like Disneyland, all within walking distance. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only issue I had was with parking as the hotel only allows you to park on the day of check-in but you have to move your car on checkout. Other hotels in the area do not do this. Other than that, it is a good place to stay for the price.

Area has a ton of homeless, no security gaurds wjich most places havw on property. Parking is awful. No lockbox in room and very cheaply upgraded property. Very deceiving from online photos. Also very very noisy. Room cleaners also very inconsiderate and noisy outside rooms. I do not at all recommend thisbplace for anyone who likes to stay at nicer places. It truly was one of our worst stays.

My wife and I stayed here 4 nights while visiting Disneyland. It was about a half mile walk to the parks. The room was clean and the staff nice. I would definitely consider staying here again. As I was checking out the gentleman at the front desk said they offer discounts for returning guests. Nice place.

The staff was quick and efficient in communicating and addressing my inquiries via chat. They even managed to check us in early. The welcoming and friendly staff made us feel right at home. There was ample parking, and they even offered plates and utensils. The rooms were nicely and neatly decorated, as pictured, as well as included a microwave and a fridge. Most importantly, clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, especially after a day at Disney - yet, still conveniently walkable from the park. CVS and Walgreens were also right at the corner, across the street. The pool looked fresh and was very inviting after a long day. The area was quite quiet, which made us feel safe. We would definitely recommend this hotel and plan to stay again!

A small detail that stood out was housekeeping. We’d hung up our towels to reuse them, but they were replaced with fresh ones anyway. Most hotels push for towel reuse, so this was an unexpected touch. Our room was spacious (twin beds) and practical, with plenty of charging points - on the desk, the alarm clock, and other spots - which made things easy. The location is excellent: only a 10-15 minute walk to Disneyland, close to Downtown Disney, shopping and restaurants. We also felt safe in the area, which isn’t something you can say everywhere. The lobby is a little dated, but that really didn’t matter given how well everything else was kept. A solid choice if you want good value, reliable service, and to be within walking distance of Disneyland.

The Alpine Inn is a great budget-friendly option when visiting Disneyland. The gentleman who works at the front desk in the mornings is super friendly and helpful. The rooms are updated, the beds are very comfortable and linens are nice. Having a microwave and a refrigerator in the room is a nice touch. I wish that the swimming pool area was larger and nicer, but other than that, this is a great place to stay for your Disneyland holiday!

Parking is free but the parking lot is small. If there are no more parking spaces they have cones to put around your car. The water pressure was amazing and water stayed warm for over 15 minutes. Room and bathroom where clean. House keeping cleans the rooms late in the day. My family liles to take a break around 1 to swim and relax and house keeping was cleaning the room during that time. Its about 10 to 15 minute walk deepending on your walk speed to the front gate of disneyland. Its right across the street from the convention center. Check in and out was extremely easy. Overall very mixed review. Super close walk to the park. Precheck in made it so easy and the availability to park on site early was amazing. However the beds were super uncomfortable and i woke up covered in multiple bites. I did not see anything on matress or sheets. When we brought it up to the front desk we were given attitude. We always stay at Alpine Inn when visiting Disneyland. The parking is free but small lot. The room is always clean but smells too much like bleach. Beds are comfy. Noise is low. Overall good stay.

Great stay! Bed was comfy. It was quiet in our room away from the road. The downside is that there no longer is breakfast and you can’t park there on your check out day. I did a one night trip with the intent of going to the park in checkout and leaving my car there (like all other hotels in the area). Thankfully they let me park there until 7pm, which worked out great. Just be warned that it is not guaranteed. Staff were great, good water pressure and temperature, and it was an easy walk to the park. I would stay here again.

Pleasant location, pleasant staff

The property is super cute, it looks like a snowy cabin. When I checked in, the gentleman was super friendly and helpful. It was easy to park, it's a small hotel so my car was literally in front of my room. The room was clean and spacious. The only downside, was the running kids in the room upstairs., but thankfully they went to sleep around 9:00 p.m.

This is a review for a value motel that is suited for families to get rest during a Disneyland trip and it was clean, comfortable, and convenient. It definitely has a crisp clean feel versus a dingy cheap motel feel. I will stay here again in the future.

Resort fee is a extra surprise charge that you pay while leaving. It should not be there as there is no resort amenities. Shady tactics by the owners.

I will say they sent a text asking about our stay which my mother replied and they responded saying they issued a refund. It’s so sad the only decent communication we got was after we left.
