we supposed to check in at 3 but they allocated the room at 4pm. My entire trip schedule was disturbed due to this. staff at reception was not treating the customers well. They are very rude and many others were fighting with them.

The staff was great and the room was great. I loved the kitchen in my room definitely was put to use. Breakfast was okay.

I booked for 2 double bed room with a sofa whereas it was told the information that was passed to the hotel from hotel.com is for a king bed with a sofa bed. We adjusted as there was no 2 double room available and the hotel staff said it seems hotels.com overbooked the hotel rooms. The hotel staff was good and adjusted the price but it was not what we booked and expected.

Front desk not always staffed. Also, this wasn't really "suites" it was just a random curtain next to a bed to separate the "bedroom" from the part of the room with a small sofa. So it didn't give our family the privacy we need. We also got put on a floor with a bunch of students who were partying and constantly going in/out of hotel rooms near us, slamming doors or propping them open for friends. We complained but it took two nights of noice before it was fixed, or maybe this group checked out.

Staff were kind but had several cleanliness issues. My whole family got a rash from sleeping in the sheets, something we’ve never experienced before. Not to mention the large amount of large dogs everywhere inside, including while you’re eating breakfast.

It is very noisy, can hear people walking above you and in hallways. Microwave and shower were not cleaned when we checked in then not cleaned while there. Slamming doors rooms do not have soft close doors so wakes you up

The hotel was in a perfect place to do everything in Buffalo and Niagara Falls and close to the airport.

Room was nice and spacious and clean. Breakfast was decent and the gym is great. Love the location. Very upset they removed the Tesla charger. The new EV chargers are complicated and not user friendly. Took 3 tries to get a room that had a bed that didn’t sink down in one side. Mattresses need an upgrade.

Kids was playing dingdong ditched the whole night knocking playing on the door didn’t get any sleep at night they didn’t stop until 2 o’clock in the morning. All they did was bang on the doors. I’m so so unset with my stay

The room was wonderful, modern and well equipped The bed in our room had broken springs that squeaked. Felt like we were sleeping on bed springs. The feather pillows were flat. Very nice area and easy parking with quick access to the airport.

The kitchen was dirty. The sink in my bathroom was clogged the entire time I was there. Even after the cleaning people came in, the sink was still clogged. The room wasn't comfortable. The breakfast was not good. I like the location of this hotel, but I won't be staying there again.

Front desk staff were ok not overly greeting. Other hotels that I have stayed at, the front desk staff greet people as you walk by.

We enjoyed our stay! Rooms were clean, the staff was friendly and helpful. We loved the hot coffee available in the lobby. The pool was a great way to relax later in the day.

Across from the hotel is a ton of shopping and food options. It’s great and convenient you have it so close.

Home2Suites is always a perfect choice when traveling.

I would recommend staying here if you need a spacious room (think families or small friend groups) on a budget. This was much less expensive than places closer to the Falls, and was only about 23 minutes away. I would not recommend staying here if you can’t handle a little background noise or don’t like being around groups or families with kids.

This was a great location after spending the day at Niagara Falls. The room was spacious and the beds comfortable. The breakfast offerings were plentiful for a complimentary breakfast. We were very happy with our stay!

We loved this hotel. The staff were all nice. The room was very clean. We got a suite that had a kitchenette and that was great to have a microwave and fridge with freezer. Right across the street was a ton of shopping and food. I mean a ton. Target, Marshall’s,TJ Maxx, Home Goods. Chilis, Panera and. Any other food places down the street. We had no idea all the stuff that was by the hotel until we got there. The kids wanted to go to a park and there was a very large park about 5 minutes down the road that we enjoyed. If you want to be Cole’s to Niagra Falls/Buffalo we highly recommend staying here.

The only dissapointment we have is the breakfast. Expected a little more than what we had for four days stay.

Breakfast was great with multiple food choices. Comfortable sleeping. Very clean in the common areas but the carpets need to be cleaned.

We lobed everything about our stay! The room was fantastic, staff was great, and breakfast had a great selection! The only downside, the pool was pretty cold and when going for a morning swim, the pool hadnt been cleaned, towels were all over and no fresh towel.

Immediately noticed the shower was not scrubbed cleaned. Walls of the shower were dewy. Checked in saturday and they only went to clean the room one time which was the day before check out which was wednesday. It was a struggle asking and getting fresh towels. It was like pulling teeth getting the amount we requested.

Had a lovely one night stay with a family of 6 on our way to Niagara Falls. Breakfast was great. Beds aren’t the most comfortable, but everything was clean. We would stay again!

I was highly disappointed in this establishment. Our room was completely dirty. This was not what we were expecting. If we could have left and not been charged we would have. That should have been an option.

Bathroom was very dirty

Great amount of space in the suite but it was bit run down. Our room had a lot of things we’re not cleaned properly: crumbs on floors, crumbs on the table in the suite, stain in toilet, bathroom counter not fully wiped down and shower had a lot of water stains (maybe time to re-caulk).

Stayed for a night and we were in a room next to someone who was watching television at max volume until after midnight. Sounded like they were in the room with us. Called the front desk and they said they would take care of it and didn’t. My son used the sink in the room and lettuce floated up from the drain and the disposal did not work to try to get it down. Everything else was average. I understand the hotel staff didn’t blast the tv, but would have been nice to have some assistance in getting the guest to turn down the volume so my sons and I could sleep.

At times, there were really loud sounds otherwise my stay was pleasant.

The hotel has an every other day cleaning policy, we stayed there three nights no one came to clean or give us any extra towel once. In the last day, we tried to extend an extra night, but everyone told us they were sold out. But I checked Hilton.com, they do have room available and half of the parking lot is empty. It is very obvious that they don’t want customers! I’m referring to night time staffs. We checked out in the morning of our last day, the front desk staffs seems friendly and professional. I have to be fair. Unfortunately we will not be back to this hotel anymore! It’s disappointing!

Room smells bad

The hotel is close to shopping center and restaurants. Room is clean and big. We had problem on our first night of stay, where the next room to us is very loud, you can hear the screaming and laughing from the other room passed midnight. Otherwise the hotel is in a very good location and I love the room is huge and well -kept.

Newer hotel in a convenient location

Only issues were we could clearly hear the guests walking around in the room above us. Also, shower stall wasn't totally cleaned when we arrived. Other than that, perfect place to stay. Staff was helpful and polite. Loved the room.

Great stay, excellent hotel! So many restaurant and shopping options within walking distance, and a quick trip to Buffalo U. Solid breakfast and vehicle charging stations as well. Also noted what looks like a brand new ventilation - hotel air and rooms seemed super fresh.

The only thing that I didn’t like was the pool was so cold, but other than that the stay for a week was perfect.

The bed only had sheets with no blankets. We only stayed one night but the room appeared clean also had a fridge sink and microwave. Kids loved the pool but wished there was a jacuzzi. Overall it was a decent stay and would recommend

There was a crowd at the pool as spring break for school kids was happening, so swimming wasn't a great experience. But overall, it was a good experience, especially the suite and breakfast!

My family of 4 stayed for 3 nights. All the staff we came into contact with were extremely professional and very helpful. Our room was very clean and requests for extra towels was made with no problem from staff. the breakfast had many options each day and was replenished the entire time. We loved the fact that they had laundry machines. the machines are free to use just an FYI bring your soap or you can get soap at the desk for a small charge. We didn't bring our pet, however this hotel is pet friendly and we saw many well behaved dogs. This hotel has so many great amenities and is Definity in a fantastic area. We will definitely be staying there again when in the Buffalo area.
