It’s conveniently located about a 25 minute drive from the Falls. The rooms are roomy and have air-conditioning. The lobby level is very nice as well.

The room was not clean for our second-day stay. Some trash was not taken out and bathroom was not fully clean.

Would totally stay here again! The only problem that we had was, they were laying fresh mulch, and the smell was atrocious, and it pretty much clouded the entire hallway. But literally other than that it was a fantastic experience.

Room was spacious and beautiful. Wasn’t expecting hard floors but I liked it-gave it a cleaner vibe than carpet. Recommend bringing flip flops or slippers if you don’t want to walk on the uncarpeted floors. Room wasn’t ready when I got there but I had somewhere to be and they offered for me to check my luggage with them so I didn’t have to leave it my car. All staff I encountered were friendly, pleasant and helpful! I would definitely stay here again!

Clean upgraded rooms. Clean renovated bathrooms. The room has soace to spread out. The TV was big. Nice full length mirror. The cons are the pillows are not comfortable, and there arent many places you can walk to. The staff was helpful when we needed it. Overall, the property is well maintained and close to a few places , like Niagra Falls, the mall, the university and the airport. I would stay here again when i come back to visit.

The hotel was clean and very comfortable. All amenities were in the room or easily requested. Staff was extremely polite the restaurant had a small but varied and delicious menu. The bar was large. Breakfast was very good. Parking was super easy and at no extra charge. Indoor pool and fitness center were great. I would recommend this hotel and likely will stay there in the future. They do not run a shuttle service which is the only negative.

The location was perfect! We were looking for a hotel with a restaurant and the restaurant was exceptional! The food and the bartender were amazing! I want to give a shout out to Dominique at the front desk! She gave award winning customer service! We could not have been happier!

The staff at the front desk were not very courteous. We had to ask how to access the elevators a get to our room. The floors in our room were dirty and there was long hair on the shower walls. This was not our best Marriott experience.

I showed her my receipt and she called a man over who looked me up and then told her she should have check a different screen and he walked away. Since she had just charged my card for the cost of the room at asked if it would be cancelled. The guy then stuck his head around the corner and said that he couldn’t do it out here and would have it done on the back end. It still has not been refunded. (1 week later) The woman at then proceeded to write our room number on the key and hand them to us. Didn’t tell us which floor or even how to get to the elevators. Horrible customer service

N/A Desk reception, I made 3 long distance calls to the hotel before leaving Canada, the hotel phone did not work, the calls were disconnected, I brought this to the attention of the hotel at check out. I will have to pay fior the calls with roaming fees this could be expensive, they did reimburse me.

Location is good..Love the newly remodeled rooms and the look. Got a great price. Would consider staying again when I'm in the area. Would not say its a romantic place...too many young kids. Work out area should be for adults not small children running around or on the equipment.

We left a jogger pant in the room. My daughter is hundred percent sure that she left it in one of the drawers. I called back several times with promises I will get a call back. Couple of days later after me calling again was told they could not find it.

The hotel is dated. There was a strange musty smell in the room. When I was got to my room, I accidentally hit the door with the luggage cart. The cover over the electronic lock fell off. I called the front desk and they said they would send someone up to fix it. No one ever came. Luckily, I was still able to get in and out of the room. Later I decided to call the desk to request a late check out since I was feeling under the weather. No one ever picked up after multiple calls to the front desk. I tried again this morning and still no answer after multiple calls. I finally dragged myself out of bed and waked down to the desk. The lobby is on the other side of the hotel from the rooms so it was a little bit of a walk. When I got to the desk there were 2 associates at the counter yet, no one answered the phone. I explained that I had an evening flight and that I was feeling under the weather. I’m a Bonvoy member so I asked for a 4 pm check-out. I was told that 2 pm was all they could do. Meanwhile, the cleaning staff was cleaning most of the rooms on my hallway so I didn’t understand why I wasn’t able to get the later checkout. This was very disappointing but had I not been feeling sick. I may have let it go. Now I’ll be sitting in the lobby for several hours before I head to the airport.

The hotel was perfectly clean and quiet. The area around the hotel seems safe enough, but it's not very walkable. I've stayed a few times and never had any problem. Housekeeping and front desk.staff are friendly and helpful.

There was ridiculously loud music and dancing on the first floor when we arrived, but we had a high floor room so fortunately we weren't affected by the noise.

My stay at the Marriott was just okay. The service was mediocre, and while the place was clean, most of the amenities were out of order — including the pool and hot tub. This was disappointing, as those were part of the reason I booked the hotel.

Our experience was actually terrible. Was told we could check in early, but were denied at entry. Couldnt check in after waiting in line for 45 minutes. Was told we'd have to do it after the Bills game. Got back from the game and waited another 1.25 hours in line before receiving our room key at 2.25AM. No explanation from anybody, but at least two staff members gave us different stories. Never again, Marriott.

The day we get there, we along with everyone else was told "there is a private event, you can leave your bags but you cannot check into your room yet as they are not ready." This was absolutely ridiculous and it's the first time I've ever experienced something like this when checking into a hotel, especially a Marriott. The front desk was also being very passive agressive and rude, which is shocking given they presented all guests with a very terrible check-in situation. I will never recommend this particular hotel to anyone in my entire life.

Front desk couldn't find reservation from hotels.com afyer fifteen minutes got keys brought in luggage and found the room door ajar with the deadbolt stuck extended. Was given a new room which had a broken deadbolt that wouldn't lock.. Third room was great but check in took an hour at that point. Service was friendly just poorly organized or managed.

The shampoo holder in the shower had fall off and was laying in the bottom of the shower when we first got in the room. We notified the staff to make sure they didn’t blame us and they were good about it. they offered to send somebody up right away, but we said it was OK.

We requested early check-in and I think we were given a room that was available probably because it's not used as often. 1. The window shades were not effective at keeping out the early morning (5:30AM) sunlight. 2. The bathroom sink drained slowly as if it was partially clogged. 3. The TV was almost completely unusable - you click on a channel and it took forever to load / or never loaded so we had to use their Pluto TV app to watch Today Show podcasts. 4. The shower stall was elevated about six or seven inches off the bathroom floor. For me stepping up and down into it was tricky.

This was deeply upsetting and incredibly disruptive, particularly for my children. The distress and discomfort this caused is difficult to overstate. The lack of a suitable alternative offered by the hotel staff further exacerbated the situation. The failure to fulfill a confirmed and prepaid reservation is a serious breach of contract and a profound disappointment, especially given Marriott's reputation for reliability and high-quality service. This experience has significantly damaged our perception of your brand and cast a considerable shadow over what was meant to be a joyful family holiday.

We booked the hotel because on prior stays the restaurant and bar were superb. On this stay, the restaurant and bar were closed for renovation. The temporary restaurant and bar were tiny and inadequate Both had been promised for completion 45 days prior to our stay. Each day of our stay we had to request that basic supplies be furnished to the room. None were. Trying to call the front desk was fruitless

We enjoyed our stay at the Buffalo Marriott. The location is in a pretty and safe area of Amherst. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was spacious and spotless. The hotel was in close proximity to many restaurants and the Hockey arena.

The hotel will be amazing once the work is completed. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a new room, which was lovely. The one downside was that it was very noisy throughout the day, I'm not sure if there was a cleaning station close to my room, but the cleaning staff were very loud with their voices and their movements.

I like the new rennovation, very modern. Favorite is probably having a large working desk, very spacious for my laptop and travel monitor. Good bed selection and love the option with different firmness pillows. My room placement 739 was adjacent to a family with kids. Wish there was a option during booking to be grouped with folks traveling solo or in smaller groups so it is less noisy especially after 12PM.
