Spacious rooms, clean, quiet, comfortable. Inconsistent in making up room during longer stay, and staff (while polite) were unconcerned. Difficult to figure out when/if restaurant was open.

We stayed Memorial Day evening. We booked the hotel for the pool (with two little kids) and it was closed. Checkin wasn't the most helpful. We then came down for continental breakfast that we were told cost $12/person. Just too many things that weren't great, wish we would've booked elsewhere.

Was a great room. Very clean. However there was no mention at booking that the pool and hottub were down. They did not offer a discounted rate either. Was the entire reason we booked this location.

The facility was clean, friendly staff who were helpful. Menu in the restaurant was not enticing and the breakfast buffet, plant based? You’re in Iowa with real beef and pork!

We had reserved 2 rooms several months in advance. When we arrived, they did not have the room we requested and instead gave us a room that was not ideal. We were told that rooms were down for maintenance as the reason for our not getting the room type requested. The maid service didn't bring clean towels or empty trash each day. The hotel was overall clean, but we found the services a bit sub-par.

The room was much bigger than expected. Very clean!!! The staff was very nice. When I had to change the length of our stay, the staff was VERY helpful in making the changes. The body wash was empty but my husband used the shampoo...I had brought my own. I loved the bed but my husband felt it wasn't very comfortable. However, he has back issues.

Room was clean. Beds very comfortable. Swimming pool area was a little scary. The bar to hold onto to get into the pool actually came off in the hand of my guest when they were going in the pool. When we told the clerk she said she was aware and would remind maintenance. No sign, no warning. The staff were extremely friendly except we had a problem checking out. I was told my card declined and I had to pay for the rooms. I had already paid through Expedia. But my card got charged again. When I showed my receipt from Expedia another staffer tried explaining that he shouldn't had done that because it was prepaid. I'm waiting for a refund so hopefully will get it soon. Just an unfortunate set of circumstances but I'm hoping no one else ran into this problem and got double charged. The hotel was nice with just a few hiccups.

The pool was kept very well. The noise level in the room. We had one of those adjoining rooms and the other part was noisy.
