Room was dirty

There was No actual employee in the building the entire time we were there. It was a computer that we had to check in on. People hanging around the building all hours of the night. Don’t even think they were staying there. Breakfast area was so disgusting, trash everywhere, milk sitting on ledge outside the kitchen. Sheets had stains and smelled like urine. Went to a different hotel the rest of our stay! Gross!

The "just ok" comes from ridiculously weak water pressure in the shower and the faucet was very obviously clogged somewhere and had two random dribbling streams of water going in different directions. Neither of which was down. Also, there was no attendant in person. Just a kiosk with a person on the other end. Checking in went smooth enough, just not something I had come across before.

Room was comfortable and clean. Check in was easy and front desk staff very helpful and pleasant.

The breakfast included with my room was HORRIBLE. I had to check in at a kiosk - no people. The room was pretty much clean, but questionable. I would never suggest someone stay here nor would i stay there again.

The towels were dirty. Stains on the bedsheets. Dirt/mud on the floor. Breakfast offered - expired bread for toast. Butter and coffee creamer old. The picture for the ad for this place was very deceiving. Way over priced for this place. I feel like I was scammed. Oh well. Live and learn. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Nothing positive about the stay at this hotel.

The breakfast provided was poor, with very limited options. There was cold cereal- no milk for two days. Waffles- no butter, and an empty syrup container. Most days I didn’t eat there.

Room I booked was unavailable a day before my booking as I was told so they tried to upgrade me to a room that wasn't even an upgrade. Wish they would've just told me the tub was broken so I could've booked somewhere else in the meantime as I really only booked the room because of the jet tub

We saw no actual staff the whole stay. The breakfast was very minimal with some expired foods.

Comfortable soft bed dang it was soft af The check in kiosk, the man on duty inside of it and lady in morning - they both gave me the creeps and the breakfast sucked! Oh and $100 deposit - the deposits need to be in bold on the reservation pages BEFORE YOU BOOK

Says no smoking but rooms smelt like smoke, sheets were dirty and had holes in them, bathroom door wouldn’t lock or stay closed.

The parking was not good and had to park in another lot. Dirty floors and table. Nobody to actually check you in and not aware that we needed the card that we used present or that we would have another 100 deposit added.
