Was in town for the night. Hotel was very clean, staff was pleasant and helpful, and price was very reasonable. Best biscuits and gravy I’ve ever had at a hotel breakfast bar too.

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. This is a good travel hotel with a breakfast buffet. Exactly what I was looking for during my trip.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, my son loved the pool and we enjoyed the hot tub. Waffles, sausage, eggs and others for breakfast, we couldn't have had a better stay!

The gentlemen at the front desk was amazing! He was so nice and helpful. He answered our questions and never complained or seemed annoyed. He would chat with us while we were outside before winding down for the night. Also the free breakfast was amazing!!

Breakfast was serviceable. The person at the front desk was very nice. The room had a used vinyl glove from the cleaning staff left in the room as well as a used pillow case. The pillows (if you would call them that) were so thin that they were barely usable. There was no do not disturb tag, and there was no suitcase stand.

This place is awful. Mold in the bathroom and blood on the sheets , checked out 10 mins after Checking in

The location and price were good. The room was clean. The room felt very damp, especially the carpet and bedding. We found a 'dry' setting on the AC unit and that seemed to help after a few hours. The breakfast was a little disappointing.

Personal top notch, super friendly and professional. Best accommodation for the price. Pool and hot tub excellent after long day will use them every time we visit family. Younger kids we visited begged to get to stay with us next time There was nothing we didn't like all was perfect even continental breakfast was betterthan other place we have stayed

Location was great because it was near Iowa State University. No air conditioning in the lobby. Lights kept flickering on and off. Really needs updating!

The owners were there late at night and early in thehe morning. They were extremely helpful and very friendly.
