The staff were all very welcoming and helpful when we arrived. The room was clean and the beds were very comfortable. Great stay!!

Staff wouldn’t allow food delivery person to room and I wasn’t able to leave (they wouldn’t bring it up). The hotel is in a sketchy location and there isn’t ample secure parking. Extremely loud road noise.
-
Room temperature stayed consistent, clean, and bed was mostly comfortable. The side door was not working with the key so we had to go around to load and unload and not enough luggage carts so there wasn't one to use the morning we left and also the ice machine didn't work on our floor.
-
The property has nice modern western feel. The food waa good and is reasonable price.
-
This was our 2nd stay here in the past few years and it was another good experience. We booked it again because it was clean and convenient and we found that to be the case this time as well.
-
I will say the guy was very polite and probably the best front desk I have seen. The girl needs to have an attitude change.

Clean room. Helpful staff. Convenient.

The inside lobby was nice but that’s as far as I got. The staff at check in couldn’t even greet me with a smile how you doing they looked at me like I was dumb. Provided no help. Anytime I asked a question they looked at me as if I was bothering them. I tried to cancel my reservation and they charged me a fee of the amount I paid for the reservation and I didn’t even stay. Would never recommend this property.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was clean and just what I needed for my one night stay!

We booked this hotel because it stated on Expedia that they had a pool. After check in and getting the kids ready to swim, we were told there was no pool. Expedia said there was nothing they could do, the hotel refused a refund. I understand a no refund policy, but that agreement was made on the promise of amenities made by the hotel and Expedia. False advertising at its best. The staff did not care and Expedia pretended to care, while saying they did everything in their power to help. What a joke! The cleaning staff does a great job. The toilet knob falls apart easily so be prepared to call for help. Lack luster hotel, wouldn’t recommend or stay here again.

As a frequent traveler, I'm always prepared to be disappointed in some way unfortunately, even with the best of the best. However, I must say my high expectations were actually exceeded in every way on my recent stay at this property. Everything from the comfortable beds to the cleanliness of the room and friendliness of the hotel staff were all on point. If I had to make one suggestion, I might say it would have been a nice touch to have included a couple bottles of water in the room for the guest to use with the in-room coffee maker -- even if for a nominal fee. Otherwise, I will most definitely stay at this beautiful hotel again.

It was a very nice hotel. Honestly, I would have given it a 5 star, but the elevator was broken when we checked in, and we had to go to the other end of the building to use the other elevator or take our luggage up the old-fashioned way. My husband was not happy.

Had to leave another hotel in town and move here late in the evening, but immediately felt calm and relaxed. The hotel is nicely appointed, check in was good, the closest elevator was down, but when we got to our room - loved it! Comfy beds, slept great. BEST thing about the hotel - one of the best breakfast buffets ever. Great choices from cage free eggs, to crisp bacon, to the best scones I have ever eaten. I wish I had gotten the lady who was working there that morning - she was AWESOME and I hope the hotel manager can figure out who she was, so he can pass on our compliment. She was so sweet and helpful.

Laundry facilities and breakfast were nice to have. Elevator was broken so there was a lot of walking. Staff was friendly and helpful.
