Very rude and disrespectful lady at the desk

there was no stay the place was closed for tje weekend

The front office closes at 7pm on weekdays and all day on weekends. I couldn’t check in because I arrived around 9pm. I tried calling and texting the office but no response. Fortunately, hotels.com rearranged another nearby hotel for me to stay the night but it took almost an hour. This place also seemed to run like a boarding house than a motel with a lot of long term stay residents.

I booked this online on Expedia around 6 PM, tried to call to confirm around 9 PM. Only the security guard answered the phone. Got there, only security guard present, no attendant. Name of the hotel was different. I got ripped off!

The hotel has seen better days.Our room has a musty smell from a very old carpet. Bed was comfortable. There was nothing to eat at 8 am ,breakfast time. Finally, they replaced the food after we asked.Pool is closed. I would pay $30 bucks more for a better place

The pillows were terrible, provided no comfort. Although the staff member was very nice to give me two extra pillows our first night but they did not help The bathtub was very slippery and there were no grab bars to hold The carpet in the room felt sticky The room ac worked well. Breakfast was lacking: the Texas waffles were good, and it would have been nice to have some sugar free syrup and peanut butter available. There was no fruit, yogurt, bread for toast, cereal or milk available. The hours for breakfast were 0600-0900; however on our first morning the eggs and sausage were gone. The coffee was weak. The pepper gravy was very thick the first morning. This was a very minimal breakfast. The staff was very friendly. There was an overcharge on my bill and the manager was very polite and friendly in getting my refund posted

This was by far one of the worst places we have stayed. We knew it wouldn’t be great at the price I’ve paid but didn’t expect it to be this bad. It was filthy with stains on the carpet and a dirty bathtub. TV didn’t work and there were bugs. Lesson learned. You get what you pay for.,

The property appears old and shabby. It wasn’t really dirty as it was old. The cost was super low. You get what you pay for. The front desk man was very nice and courteous. We asked for the door to not face the parking lot and he obliged.

It was good management could have better for people that don’t have it . But the lady that works morning is damn good tell her it comes from Derrick And the maid she is excellent.

Was a last minute stop for the night on our way to moving to a new state. Affordable and good for the quick need. Bed was a little squeaky and loud but other than that it was still comfy.

The first room was no cleaned. The kitchen sink had food all over the bathroom was not cleaned. I have pictures. The second room they gave us has a fire alarm with a battery that was going out and it beep the entire night. I’m very very disappointed and had no sleep. I should get a dull refund.

There were no batteries in the remote, there was no soap or toiletries. The beds were good and clean. The staff was helpful and nice. Overall was okay but housekeeping needs to be sure it’s ready for guest.

We left the hotel and didn’t stay it was so dirty. There was hair everywhere on the bed and the sink had used toilet paper and also the iron board was full of stains. The pool was nasty outside and it smelled of smoke as well.

We did not get the room we booked. All the rooms were dirty. The room we were finally booked into, after an hour of trying to find a “clean” one, was also still dirty. (See pictures)

My issue with the property was having to wait outside in the cold for around 20 minutes to check in because they lock the lobby doors at night, and the employee checking me in was having a difficult time with the hotel’s operating system. Additionally, the room smelled like smoke. That said, I guess you get what you pay for.

Manger was rude owners were even worse. We got breakfast but wasn't allowed to eat in our room my Girlfriend has a service dog because of her seizures and all the workers manger and the owners yelled multiple times at the dog n my girls because it was on thr sidewalk butbthe hotel supposed to be pet friendly amd I had to get to the front decks to check in and they say the ok not do cash noo online bookings accepted wasn't impressed at all with this stay

Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room needed to be vacuumed, had roaches and Wife did not work.

Otherwise, my poor dog whom I declared at check in but a hollow thin white woman with brown hair... Lied and said I had not declared my lil doggie.... He.. My Lil figure.. Is now INFESTED with fleas... His very records show he is parasite free... So come for me if you like.... One couple fought ALL night long cops, for truck, ambulance all showed up over some drug addicts and poor management thinking people want free rooms at the half way house this hotel had turned into. If you have any class or decent upbringing this is not the extended stay inn for you.

Room was clean enough but still felt yucky...didn't really feel like making ourselves at home...didn't want to use the shower or towels....just used it to sleep...would NEVER stay there again. Also toilet was super low to the floor and toilet paper was placed at a about two foot reach.

The property isn't all that fancy, and it kind of looks sketchy but it's really not that bad. For the price, it was good enough. And there is a restaurant next door and Taco Bell. So you have a place to have breakfast, located in a decent area next to the highway. Easy in, easy out.

There was trash in the trash can inside our room when we checked in (someone else’s garbage), the room was a non-smoking room and it was clearly a smoking room, the pillow cases and bedding and room was full of smoke smell. The reviews about a nice tub and clean rooms must have been in a different area than we saw. The breakfast was interesting and we chose to not eat. The best part was the front desk attendant in the morning. She was extremely sweet and kind.

Loved the friendliness of the staff. The room was 5 star, felt like i was at home. The garden was a super nice design touch. Conveniently located close to all the stores you would need while traveling.

Pool "Closed for maintenance"- didn't look like it has been open for some time. Room cramped, can't open bathroom door very far because bed is in the way.

For the price it was, it should have been $20 cause the only thing we were happy about was the hot water. Also, it seems this was a scetch area, there was homeless people with their stuff outside of lobby doors smoking. And the local police department kept driving around hotel, so assuming they are always called there. I should have went with my gut and choose one of the other hotels.

I read some good reviews so thought I’d give it a chance. You get what you pay for. The room wasn’t the nicest. Dirty, crowded. Had to move the desk chair to have room to walk. Rooms open to the outside, when checking in I couldn’t even go inside the lobby so made me wonder about the neighbors. No issues but I wouldn’t stay here again.

The lady there was very angry. I understand her condition but maybe you don't need to be working if you complain too much in front of customers. The other short Indian lady with glasses has no respect what so ever for customers/society itself. Both were very rude and disrespectful.

The place was run down, not maintained, toilets didn't flush well, "breakfast" bar was a joke with only a waffle maker and nasty eggs and half cooked biscuits. It's been awhile since I have stayed at a place of this quality. Step up your game

Check in took forever. Room was not nice, bed sheet was dirty, they didn’t have our reservation so we had to pay for another day after being locked out early. Would never go here again
