Breakfast was ok. The selling point on booking.com was the indoor pool. The pool is shut down long term for the summer. The kids cried. The ice machine was broken on our floor, no toilet paper in the room. They wouldn't allow a cancelation when we asked.

Pool not open for two years. The drain plug was missing from both drain in shower and drain in bathroom sink.

Great property to stay at if you are going to the races or casino. The hotel at Prairie Meadows is a little pricey.

No pool for over a year but was not noted on their site. Pool next door was also broken. Rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was ok. Went right at the start and hot food was just warm.

We were here for a weekend baseball tournament. 90+ degrees and humid, the boys were playing all day and looking forward to cooling off in the pool. While checking in the front desk employee said " i hope you're not planning to swim" well, yes we are. The pool has been down for over a year and the GM doesn't want to spend the money to fix it. No where on the website does it say this, and there are pics of the pool. I was planning to wash uniforms and was advised that the washer works but the dryer doesn't. Thankfully we packed an extra uniform--there was no way anything would hang dry with the rooms being so humid. I would give a zero star if possible.

Breakfast was eggs, biskets and gravey, sasuage links , yogurt, waffles, apple oranges snd pastries , ceral , toast and hard boiled eggs. Freah and tasted hood. Room was clean air conditioning worked and the staff was very friendly.
