Breakfast was good just wish they had regular silverware or stronger plastic it’s hard to eat with flexible small plastic silverware. The pool was clean. I will stay again in June when I visit.

Booked this hotel two different times and it was wonderful each time.

Bathroom needs more hooks for towels and toilet bags. Kitchen area had NO utensils; not even plastic or a stirrer. Breakfast was merely adequate; bread/rolls selection quickly depleted. Not all toasters working. Area was clean and inviting.

Breakfast was great, parking and staff were great and so was the room. Only thing thing we had an issue w was that an employee, not sure if it was house keeping, just randomly opened our door and was about to walk in until they noticed we were in the room. There was no cleaning cat outside so not sure why that was about and not sure if we would pick this hotel next time because we don’t want random employees coming into our room. We are fine with house keeping coming in but we were told house keeping would not come until the third day and that happened on the second day.

Now to the room…. The room appeared to be clean, it is roomy and has a nice kitchenette, stocked very nice. Bed was not as comfy as we’d like, and the pillows are very small and almost completely flat, but it wasn’t a deal breaker. And then…. after wiping up lotion on the bathroom floor turned into wiping up a black dirty floor with hair, I was completely grossed out and started checking for cleanliness. I think the housekeeping staff needs some training on how to clean a toilet and mop a floor effectively.

Roomy, good location for us since our daughter and son in law live nearby. Very close to wonder walking at Cranes Roost. The breakfast was especially good too! We slept very well in the comfortable king bed :-) The room smelled bad upon arrival. However, we could open the window a couple inches and that took care of it! Easy fix then we loved the place.

The size of the king room was small. The couch folded out to the bed so it was impossible to go around it without having to step on it.

Everything was fine except the mattress. It had a low spot in the middle and we kept rolling to the middle of the bed! Mattress needs replacing.

Beautiful clean room - with a cute full kitchen. We checked in late and the person who checked us in let me know about the coffee station and said that she had hot chocolate if we wanted. She was wonderful There was nothing not to like aboutt this location - it was close to several places to eat and the highways. But far away enough that it wasn't loud.

The staff there are amazing, our flight from Arizona brought us in a lot earlier than expected, like 10 hours before our check-in. They had sold out the night before; however, the front staff (Stacy) was able to find us a room. Therefore, we were only homeless for about 3 hours.

The breakfast was blah! The scrambled eggs were overcooked, the sausage patties were burnt, the OJ tasted off and the water in the pitcher with fruit tasted like rinds. I couldn’t find any water except the pitcher (even with the “juice” machine) to fill up a water bottle. On a good note: The gentleman at the front desk when I checked in was welcoming, attentive, funny and respectful! I would only go back because he had great customer service, the room’s cleanliness was average and there is a full kitchen/decent size fridge.

It was very clean. It is next to the expressway but it is inconvenient to access it as it is not on a traffic light. You have to go backroads or make U-turns with heavy traffic to access it.

This was a great location for us as we came in for a party. The hotel is in pretty good shape but you can see some age. They keep it clean and the staff is excellent. The breakfast is very good, decent offerings and they keep it flowing. The staff for breakfast are truly amazing.

Breakfast. Excellent choices The lady during check-in did not ask or forgot to ask for my credit card details. The next day, she called my mom who was staying in the room by herself and asked for a credit card. My mom was visiting from overseas. I wasn’t in the hotel most of the time. She couldn’t provide credit card details. The lady said she would need to lock the door if we could not provide a credit card. My mom felt threatened. And I could not be there at the moment. First of all, it was her who forgot to do her job. We stayed there for more than several days and we didn’t appreciate what she did. Could you not wait just for 2 days until I get back since we’re staying there for 12 days. There was no consideration. It brought down to her poor training with regards to customer experience and communication and it showed.

The little kitchenettes in the room is perfect if you don’t want to eat out all the time. The breakfast is good & has different options every day. It was acceptable and rated appropriately at a 3 star lodging.

The beds were not in bad shape just firm. We like softer beds and are side sleepers so our hips were sore in the morning😂 the size of the king suite was not what I expected. Much smaller but made up for it with cleanliness. Room was immaculate and cool. We always have to drop the thermostat after check in…but not here.

This is my second stay at this hotel within 4 weeks. I like how very pet friendly they are and while I'm not worried for my safety bc of my dogs, I do believe they should have security walking the premises, as I observed 2 homeless people (that were definitely not guests at the hotel) using hotel facilities. One of them (a dirty, disheveled man) was sitting in the hotel lobby looking out of place and eyeing everyone who walked by and the other (a woman who I had seen the night before pushing a cart with all her belongings & wearing a coat in FL in 90° weather) was using the pool. Like I said I will always stay here and feel safe bc of my dogs but I wouldn't allow my kids to travel freely throughout the hotel bc of what I observed this time around. Other than the safety issue, the rooms are clean, halls are well lit, quiet, good breakfasts, staff is friendly, self parking, nice steakhouse across from hotel.

I loved that it is a more new hotel than others located on the same street. The rooms.are VERY spacious and the mattresses gave me some of the best sleep I've ever had. It's a clean, attractive hotel. I especially enjoyed sitting out in the big brick patio area,.there are some nice cushioned outdoor couches with a crystal rock fire pit, all surrounded by tall palm trees. Kitchenette is so nice. Full size fridge,.sink,. two burner glass stovetop,mcoffeemaker, plates, bowls,. cookware.. The.bathroom.is.big,.too!!

The breakfast had a good variety with coffee and hot water available all day. Many restaurants nearby along with a mall. I-4 is located right by the hotel. We enjoyed our stay immensely!

It was not the hotel I have a problem with it was a person or people working with Expedia!!!Ive been dealing with Hurricaine Milton thats the reason weve had to stay in hotels but you guys booked me with a hotel that had no a/c no power because of the hurricain.I tried to get a refund to get another hotel but I was told if i wanted to do that I would have to pay a $80 cancelation fee right then in order to do so.I cant get tp my house .The road tomy house and driveway is under water no power,damage to my house no place to stay because you guys are charging me for something out of my power.I understand why you have a no refund policy but because of something like this where you can call the hotel to validate what i am saying and have compassion for people who are already struggling because of the hurricaine Milton this should of been handled another way instead of charging for the whole price of me not staying at a hotel that you guys should of been aware of.Because of this and not to mention i was hung up on 3 times but your "customer service"I will never reccomend your company

TownePlace is a wonderful place, sparking clean, also the hot breakfast in the morning in killer! Also nice to get a fresh chocolate chip cookie every afternoon. The only thin I wish was different was the TV menu just showed channels and not program, ask front desk a couple of time but I guess it was never checked. Also walkable to several restaurants.

The room had a smell that was not pleasant. We were there 3 days and housekeeping did not come at all. They were supposed to come the second day per instructions I sent at their request. Breakfast was pretty good the one day we ate it. It closed at 9 so we didn’t get there in time the other two days.

Hotel facilities were good but it was a bit noisy at night because of the cars on the road near the hotel. Except for that, everything was good.

The hotel was very clean. The breakfast was wonderful, my kids loved making their own waffles. The room was quiet and comfortable. Beds were clean and comfortable and the shower was very soothing. Lots of storage to pull out clothes and having the kitchenette was very convenient for us.
