This place looks clean online but it is dirty we rented a room for 4 and they did not have extra blankets for the couch sleepers not to mention how dirty it was very disappointing

The room was dated. It was clean. The amenities are not real convenient if your room is at the opposite end of the property.

Microwave rolling wheel broken. Television had no service and had to call maintenance. Property shows signs of wear and lack of care. Room internet for gaming console was not compatible. Price did not match quality.

It was the nicest room I have stayed in in very long while the staff would awesome day with everything you need, it was immaculate I cannot say enough good things about this place.I should keep my mouth shut , so I keep it a secret

“Suites” are very old and run down. Room has a musty, gross smell. Carpet was stained and the tub looked dirty. Breakfast was ok, ran out of waffle mix, hot food was barely tolerable. We made do with our room as we were only there for one night but will not be returning.

I checked out 2 days early but, I WAS charged for the two days I wasn't there. That part, I dont like.

It is an older hotel and looks like the 1980's. A bit well worn. However, it was very clean.

This place was amazing I enjoyed staying here.

The 2 bedroom suite was clean, however, is in desperate need of an upgrade. Water pressure not great. Carpeting looks old and dated. Bed was comfortable. The breakfast buffet was very nice, well stocked and clean. The staff was also very courteous and friendly.

We were displaced from our home and needed a place to stay while our home was being fixed. We loved the location, the staff was SO nice. Breakfast was ok. It wasnt a 5 star meal every day but my 3 children were very happy with it. I was not. 1. Our room was GROSS. Dirty curtains, mold/mildew smell the moment you walked in, the windows looked like they hadn't been cleaned in many ages. 2. Our building was the farthest from the office/pool that you could go. 3. We didnt have enough silverware, no dish soap or sponges were provided, and we had 1 pot and 2 lids to cook with. We ended up having to go buy our own plastic silverware, paper plates, cookware and cleaning supplies. 4. Housekeeping never came - we didnt ask for it initially but a sign says that any stay over 3d they come to refresh the room. They never did. We asked for new towels - and they forced us to bring our used towels to the front office to exchange them for new ones. 5.No hairdryer was provided. Luckily I brought mine. 6. Little tiny bugs were all over the oven all the time. I also bought one of those hanging bags that absorbs moisture to get rid of the smell in the room - and I bought a glade mister/febreeze/febreeze fabric. 7. The couch/sleeper sofa was GROSS. Something nasty all over it. 8. There were no mattress protectors on the mattresses!!! Which were HORRIBLY stained. 9. Everything they served was so loaded with carbohydrates and sugar i was unable to eat anything other than eggs and whatever breakfast meat they served most mornings which got old after day 2.

The room was clean and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They even gave us an umbrella to get to our car because it was pouring outside.

We were very surprised this was a Marriott property. It was like staying at an old apartment building that had been turned into a hotel. Terrible building and grounds conditions dirt snd trash everywhere. The room was very old and outdated uncomfortable to stay in. Would never stay here again!

Our phone never worked the whole time even though I reported it to the desk clerk upon arrival. Our TV didn't work and I had to call again. The bathroom was dirty and the sofa sleeper was all bent up and my husband couldn't sleep. They have a good breakfast and the staff were very nice but the property needs attention.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I love the space of the room. The property was just old and you can tell from outside.

Loved the location next to I-4, and our room right next to the office which had the laundry facility right outside our door. The two-story penthouse suite is worth the stay. Kitchen did not have any utensils but we made do. Toilet flushed very loudly.

Studio/loft was great. Sofa bed was Barry stained but other than that was great and very spacious

Breakfast was ok, small selection of items, The location was perfect for our stay, only 5-10 min from facility. Room was a 2brm suite with kitchenette but there were no pots/pans to cook a meal if we wanted to, but front desk did say they could get us some if needed.

Afterwards I used the Expedia messaging app for support to confirm my refund. I was documenting the issues for a wasted 40 mins of mostly delay holds extending the wait times.I was then told by Expedia that I wpuld need to speak with the hotel manager who doesn't arrive to mid morning! The app is blocking me from posting the pictures.THE PEN IS MIGHTIER THAN THE SWORD!!!

TID fee per day was unexpected. Pool is small. Carpeting is old and musty smelling. Parking fee is outrageous. Bed was comfortable and a/c was good. No phones in the rooms to make requests.

The room was in very very poor condition it disguised me and make me sick . I had to ask to ge transfer to another room that was slightly better but in poor condition sofa , walls were stained and damage . I couldn’t leave even though I wanted to because they would not give a a refund and I would have also loose the $200 dollars they hold on my account which btw does not gets returned until after 35 days which is a very very long time . In my life I would want to go back there

Staff was nice but the property is old and dated, some bugs in the room (roaches) moldy smell, walls need painting, holes in trim, carpet should be replaced looks like a bug was killed with a shoe and walls were not cleaned. Mentioned this to staff and they didn't seem surprised, couldn't find another room at 7pm so had to tough it out.

It’s a great location, great staff and I loved the free breakfast. Although the room was clean and cozy, I did find a couple of small cockroaches. One was in the refrigerator which I killed but then I didn’t feel comfortable leaving food in the refrigerator. The refrigerator wasn’t cold either.

The staff was fine but the facilities are outdated worn and great need of renovation. My door to my room wouldn't even lock. I had to put the inside lock on and keep my gun by my bedside so in case someone broke in I wouldn't be assaulted.

The staff was courteous. The hotel looked like an old apartment complex. You had to walk around through a dark landscaped square and then carry your suitcase up the outside stairs to get to your room. The tub did not drain, and there was mold on the caulk.

Rented the 2 bedroom penthouse rooms were spacious each had its own bathroom Property is very old looking not updated sits behind building surrounded by lots of trees very dark at night and ants were in my bedroom on my bed had to change rooms

Everything, staff was rude except the guy who checked us in. The hotel and rooms are very outdated, carpet in the room is nasty, bathroom is nasty, was clogged the first night, not enough towels, we called for towels it took 2 days and we had to go get it ourselves at the front desk. There is mold on the window and in the bathroom. Sofa bed is very uncomfortable and there were no linens in the room. We had to go get them at the front desk. The room was not cleaned once in the 6 days we were there. Housekeeping came one time, and we asked her to come back later because we just woke up from her banging on the door, but she never came back. We had to buy toilet paper, trash bags, and other cleaning supplies. So, in conclusion we will never stay at this hotel again. It definitely has NO MARRIOTT STANDERDS WHAT SO EVER.

We had to ask for pans to cook, and they gave us two beat up old pans. Why would someone rent a place with a full kitchen and then not cook? In addition, the place is aging and fraying around the edges. Pool is not heated. They only gave us two towels and we had to go to the desk to ask for more. Breakfast is fine, but nothing special. Same eggs and pork sausages every day. Bed was too soft for us, but that's a matter of taste. The additional $5 per day parking fee was just .... irritating. If it was downtown somewhere that might make sense.

If you need internet, do not make a reservation here. Internet in building 15 was terrible!!!! The reception lady told me to call a 1-800 nummer if I had internet problems. I could not believe it!!!! After 5 days I finally found a place in the room where I could sit and connect my laptop to the internet. I had booked a 10 night stay there because it was conveniently located (near the Sanlando park for tennis camp) but because of the poor internet I cut it short to 6 nights. They wanted me to swith rooms but since they could not guarantee that the internet in that room would be ok, I just declined and left.

Close to the location I came to visit This location needs to be closed down. Rooms are in desperate need or repairs. Stairs are falling apart and cheaply fixed. Mold, blood and flood stains in rooms carpet was coming up and rooms smell like mold.

The telephone did not work, the toilet was very low, while the water level in the bowl was too high, and the water temperature in the downstairs bath ranged from very hot to scalding; there was no colder water to be had. The breakfast was very good, with lots of options. The daytime reception staff person could have been more friendly and professional. I was very surprised that the Marriott name was associated with this property, as it did not live up to my expectations of what the Marriott brand stands for and what I have experienced at other Marriott properties.

The room was spacious. There were sugar ants on the kitchen counters, couldn’t leave food out. The exterior of the building needs to be pressure washed. The refrigerator and air conditioner made creaking noises.

property is run down. Their equipment is missing pieces and parts maintenance said they don’t have the money to replace them and there’s not enough maids to clean up, vacuum and take proper care of the units so they rush through to get finished leaving dust dirt behind

First off no elevators, no utensils, glasses, cups etc in kitchen. When delivered they dumped bags on the counter laughing and leaving without putting items away. NO balconies TV remotes didn’t work. The list goes on and on. NEVER stay here.

Cons: The room was not well supplied with the items promised such as: no hair dryer, only 3 hangars, not enough towels,water cups, or coffee. No dish washing soap or bathroom hand soap. There was no remote for the tv. Requests for several of these items had to be made more than once. Very disappointing, I would not recommend this property.

The room was very outdated. The sofa had holes and stains. The toilet seat was unattached on one side. The ceiling in the tub area was coming off. When we arrived they had lost power and we had to wait an hour to check in. I do have to say the breakfast was very good. We will not be staying there again .

This was the worst Marriot I have ever stayed in. There were fruits flies and knats on the room and only received towels on day 5 out of a 6 day stay. Unacceptable!!!

The only issue I had with this stay was the daily fee that I was charged to park on the property. This is something that should be included. I've stayed here a few times in the past, but I think I'll look elsewhere to avoid these additional fees that I was charged afterwards.

I noticed in the kitchen that the refrigerator looked like it had not been cleaned or wiped down, I noticed that the mirrors could’ve used a good wipe down as well. My stay was ok, the night agent from NYC had great customer service. My only complaint was the room could use some updating instead of painting over. As someone who works for a hotel chain it’s certain things I look for in a room. How often it’s updated is important to me.

I was very disappointed with this hotel. The room smelled like the carpet was wet and there were pest around. There was no internet or phone service and you can hear people staying on the second floor like they were in the room. I picked this hotel based on it being a Marriott property and accepted the price. I had better experience at a no name hotel in Kissimmee.

I had been to 3 different hotels prior to coming to the Residence Inn, (which I was referred to from a friend!) so I had prepared myself for the worst. Their continental brerakfast was deliciious! It not only offered the waffle bar but the eggs and meat, potatoes, and biscuits and gravey! They also offered choice of cereal, muffins, toast, begals and cream, and homemade oatmeal each day. Many options to choose from! The front desk staff, General Manager, and engineers on the property really understood the meaning of true hospitality which is almost a forgotten art since you now book your reservation online. They offer a beautiful kitchenette that also included a dishwasher! The kitchen offer updated appliances and the room was beautiful! It was very clean,(and NO bugs!) and comfortable with a lot of room! I could go on and on because I was so impressed with everything the Residence Inn had to offer but you definitely will be very happy and well taken care of if you stay there!

Unfortunately, the experience fell well below expectations. We encountered bugs during our stay, which was both unpleasant and concerning. Additionally, the overall quality of the room and facilities did not reflect the standards advertised.

I think this place is an amazing hidden gym! It was perfect for a large family I had two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a complete second story loft! It came stocked with everything we needed and the price was so reasonable I was blown away! Definitely will be coming back here is now a new family favorite! You can tell some things are outdated there was some soft spots in the floor but to us it didn't bother us at all! Everything else was well worth it

The bathroom was in poor shape. There was green mildew on the shower head and the tub was severely stained. The toilet was sitting sideways, weirdly. The carpet in front of the vanity was continuously damp in the corner. The beds were not comfortable. Worst residence inn I have ever stayed at. Only two towels in the room and when I asked the front desk for two more she said they didn’t have any clean ones. This was 20 mins after I checked in. The door behind her was open so I could see staff folding towels and and she noticed me looking and walked over and got two. This was a one night stay but I would never stay here again.

Pool was nice, but no pool towels were available when we went. Each time had to go to the front office and they were scrutinizing every request. Breakfast was hot and they were continually refilling when getting about half empty. Very attentive then. Offerings were pancakes, eggs (hard boiled and scrambled patties) sausage patties, biscuits & sausage gravy. Coffee, juice (apple and orange) muffins and bagels. 3 cereal options milk and yogurt. Breakfast area was clean at all times Nice size room and fit the need but can’t say would highly recommend.

I had booked and paid for my room thru expedia. When I arrived they kept telling me I hadn't paid for my room yet. My wife gave my confirmation number. After 20 minutes of back and forth it appeared to be settled. I had to give them a card for deposit. I did. Few days after I checked out of the hotel they charged my card I used for security deposit for my room. This is after it had already been prepaid thru expedia. I'm still fighting 2 months later to resolve this charge on my credit card.

stayed here for five nights while visiting Orlando for universal theme parks. It’s such a easy drive from here direct highway. Since it is very close to the exit, loved the hospitality. Everything was very clean. The housekeeping service was up to the mark. The breakfast was really great and the team here was very responsive. They helped us with any issues which came throughout our stay. Would remember this and mark this for all upcoming trips to Orlando.

The property itself was rundown and the room smelled like it has been smoked in for a couple of decades. The bed was also pretty uncomfortable. You could tell the staff works hard, but they just dont have much to work with.

Safe quiet location close to highways.

Place is not secure, police was there at least twice while I was there. Place need updating, floor has sinks in it, vent has a smell coming from it. When I checked my bill online was charged a different amount from the Expedia rate given. Sent an email got no response as yet. Expedia should not be booking a room if the rate is going to change from the booking, Expedia didn’t respond either. Overall this place is terrible compared to the other Marriott hotels.

The best affordable option on the area, we love staying at this Residence Inn location because it’s convenience near Orlando, Winter Park and Lake Mary. Early morning breakfast to start the day, friendly staff, and comfortable suites. It also has a laundry room, pool, and tennis court.

I’ve always been a fan of the Marriott brand and the fact that they have opened 2 new hotels close to this Residence Inn and it still look the same is ridiculous. No updates have been done to the rooms here. I have a picture of my kids when they are little and now adults at this same hotel and it looks the same. The rooms are outdated. Mold in the A/C vents in the bathroom. I paid for a penthouse suite and I might as well went and stayed at a local motel! Marriott need to seriously close this location and renovate it!!

The front desk receptionist kept telling me that the truck delivery wasn’t coming for 2 days. There was very limited amenities and the same breakfast or not many choice’s. We slept and felt comfort over all. Looking forward to return.

This is a very old property and not well-maintained. There was a stench in the room that smelled like an old house there appeared to be water damage under the sink in the cabinets that possibly attributed to the stench that we smelled. Additionally, the bathroom was less than acceptable as the tub Was not cleaned. You could see soap scum and dirt around the tub presented as a ring of dirt we were traveling with small children and none of us were able to take a shower that night experience was less than optimal.

Room was listed as a “penthouse”. It was actually a 2nd floor walk up. They tacked on a $5/day parking charge even though I did not have a car… they did remove this charge after I asked them to. The room and bath is very dated. Breakfast stopped at 10:00 am which, to me, is too early especially on weekends.

Do yourself a favor, stay across the street at one of the newer hotels. This hotel is no longer fit to carry the Marriott name. Upon check-in, no infant crib was available and the guy on the desk said he didn’t even know what that was! The rooms are disgusting. We were traveling with 3 kids and couldn’t wait to exit after a few hours sleep. Probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in over the last 20 years of travel.

They changed my room without hesitation,but it wasn’t any better. The location was perfect for the occasion. I guess this is what I get for booking at the last minute.

Great property with big rooms, big trees, and lots of dining and shopping options within walking distance.

Although the Residence Inn was clean the Suite was very run down and definitely needs refurbishing. The staff were all kind and helpful.

My husband and I stayed at Residence Inn in Altamonte Springs for a couple of nights and we absolutely loved our stay! The room was clean and neat and had everything we needed for 2 comfortable nights away from home. The continental breakfast was wonderful and the staff were delightful, especially Karem, who kept everything clean and spotless during breakfast and offered me a bag to take some breakfast leftovers to the room for a snack later. Karem was very friendly and sweet :) We are very please with our stay and would definitely come back and gladly recommend Residence Inn to friends and family.

In a two week vacation covering Orlando, Marathon, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach, Key West, and many others, Residence Inn was by far the very best!

Interior was very cheap feeling. Showe Mr curtain rod was coming off wall and shower curtain would not stay in place.

This property is starting to show its age but still a nice place to stay. The breakfast bar is always well stocked and clean. The service is 5 star and its close to a lot of differant restaurants( Olive Garden, Red Lobster, Kobi Steak House, etc. Would stay again, no problem!
