Great stay!

I always stay here when I visit my family. The room is clean and the lobby area is clean. The breakfast has a good selection to choose from. The staff is friendly.

Room was simple and decently clean, had the ability to check out at noon. Worked out as a good place to stop for a night after 14 hours of driving. Free breakfast (wasn't anything to write home about) and not having to pay for parking was nice. The front desk person was kind of rude and standoffish, granted we did check in around midnight. The shower water also smelled horribly like eggs for some reason so we weren't able to use the shower. I also called later in the afternoon because I wasn't sure if I had left something behind in the room or not and the lady on the phone was very rude about it.

Wonderful place to stay! The property is very clean and well maintained. The beds are comfortable, the staff was above and beyond what I had expected! Would stay here again and again!

Hampton is my favorite chain.

Breakfast was very nice and varied from day to day. Staff were quite courteous and helpful. We did not care for the single shower head which was hard to adjust and at any rate would prefer a different type. The temperature of the water varied probably because of other units turning on the water or flushing. Taking a hot shower could sometimes turn near scalding, so one had to be careful to be able to step out of the stream on occasion. The shower was the only minus in otherwise perfect property.

When I entered, I noticed there was no shower curtain, I thought maybe that it on purpose although it would make quite a mess with the overhead shower and was probably a slip hazard. I figured I would have to use the handheld shower head and ask the next morning. It was late so I did not want to bother the staff. Water still went everywhere but I had extra towels available. The next day I asked the front desk if accessible rooms were supposed to have shower curtains and she said yes, I said Ok well mine does not. She asked for the room number but I explained I do not like people in the room when I am not there and would be back in a couple of hours. She still asked for my room, and I said again I will give it when I get back. When I returned... my room would not open. I had to try 4 times before it finally opened. The lock would turn green but the door would not budge. This happened the rest of the stay as well. I called down, and housekeeping was on my floor, so she came very quickly. I was told that this room should have a curtain and the housekeeping manager is supposed to check every room not sure how this was missed. This was a HUGE slipping hazard, especially if I actually needed the accessible room. Do better.

Breakfast was OK, but could include other options like fresh cut fruit. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Breakfast is waffle-heavy, good scrambled and hard-boiled eggs, only small flavored yogurts, mediocre coffee, no gluten-free bread or pastries. On the morning I left, I skipped the free breakfast for one at Orlando airport. Snack area at the front desk had lots of cheap red wine.

The king-size mattress did not properly fit the bed frame, so every movement caused loud noise, and the mattress was extremely uncomfortable, feeling like sleeping on the floor. The room was also right next to the highway, and at night it sounded like we were sleeping next to a racetrack. The toilet would not flush properly and had to be manually flushed. The hair dryer in the room did not work, and the replacement that was sent up literally caught on fire when turned on. There were also no outlets near the bed to charge phones or laptops, which is a basic expectation. I brought these concerns to the front desk (Daisy), but the response was dismissive and made it seem like these issues were not her concern. The only reason this stay received two stars instead of one is because the housekeeping staff was absolutely amazing. They were kind, professional, and did their jobs exceptionally well. Unfortunately, great housekeeping alone does not make up for the overall condition of the room or the lack of support from the front desk.

Another staff member was from housekeeping she was truly AMAZING also, she brought me extra towels and tissues, due to excessive nosebleeds for me. Her name is Jetsi , not sure of the spelling is correct. The dining room served a really good breakfast. Everything was great.

There was plenty of space in my room, that was nice. Also, plenty of parking available. The beds were super uncomfortable. I think they were 100 years old, along with the bed frames squeaking with every move. The breakfast was not the Hampton standard in my opinion. One of the elevators had soft spots in the floor of it so I took the stairs if I couldn't get the other elevator.

TV was unplugged and it took several trips to the front desk to figure it out

Cleaning staff went through my toiletries while I was gone and took my toothbrush and other items out of a plastic bag I had them in. Im not too picky but I do not like people actively touching my toothbrush and other items. If you need to push them out of the way to clean that is fine, but dont actively take them out of the bag and try to organize them for me. I understand it was meant as a good gesture but is still unhygenic.

Everything and everyone was great! That was the best place I've stayed in years. It was clean. Everyone working there was friendly and helpful. I wish all hotels were as wonderful as the Hampton Inn in Altamonte Springs, FL.

The bed was very hard, and the bathroom was dirty with hair from previous guests and a dirty toilet.

Nice, clean, quiet place, conveniently located for visits to Village on the Green. Pool, gym and business center a plus. Free breakfast a plus as well... if you like Army field kitchen fare... I always stay here when visiting Mom.

I had a great stay at this hotel and would definitely stay again sometime. Great customer service, the room was in great shape, and the breakfast is always a hit!

The location was conveniently close to where my grandson had a basketball tournament. The accommodations were comfortable. Recommend trying to get a room in the middle or side of the building opposite the highway. Lot of traffic noise until midnight, but it was Saturday night.

Nice hotel that was upgraded when new, just a little dated in the finishes. There are no USB charge ports at the bedside so it was difficult to charge devices.

Very clean, friendly staff. Corthee, at the front desk was a true sweetheart and I feel like I left a friend behind. Any problems or concerns I offered were handled quickly and efficiently. This Hampton Inn is out go to place to stay whenever visiting my daughter. We're going to be back in just a few weeks.

Overall the property and my room was clean. However, service to my room was not consistent. I stayed from Friday to Tuesday and each day from Sunday going forward had to go down to the front desk to request towels. I was told Easter Sunday they were unable to clean the room due to several employee call outs but, my room was not serviced the remainder of my trip, which was unfortunate.

The hotel itself was good. The breakfast wasnt great. The toaster didn't work very well and I had to put the bread in 10 times and it was warm but still not toasted. The selection of food wasn't very good and there were no half & half creamers for the coffee. I would think twice before staying at this location again.

My family and I enjoyed our short stay here. In particular, the front desk staff was professional and nice. The only issue I had was that our stay did not include free wi-fi, though being a Hilton Honors reward member allowed me free access.

The bed was absolutely horrible. Broke so everyone you moved the boards creaked. Mattress awful. Bathroom faucet hot/cold indicator off shower and the shower dripped constantly. We got stuck on first floor and it was extremely noisy with traffic and kids running up and down hall and stairs. and riding the luggage cart. And I mean cart. The hotel had 1!!! We made 5 trips from car to get everything in.

Hotel was good. Breakfast was terrible. Our studio room had a lot of room. However it really needs updating. Bed frames looked awful. One bed frame sounded like it was cracked and mattresses uncomfortable. Water faucet in tub ran continuously. Lastly use the ear plugs they give you. I4 is really noisy.

I booked this hotel because it was close to the hospital I was having my surgery at. Hotel is very clean and interior is very nice. The staff were very kind. They were kind enough to switch our room to one in a quieter location so that I could rest well before and after my surgery. The lady Corthee Wiggins at the front desk was such a sweet lady and very helpful.

All around very good service and accommodations and a nice gym.
