The best thing is the pool. The room was clean, the sheets and towels fresh. No bedbugs. Also no tv remote and no coffee maker. No coffee in the reception, either. It’s a hotel that also houses low income families. There were men drinking alcohol right out of the bottle. No one bothered me and they were polite. And my car wasn’t vandalized. Not sure I’d ever stay there again. The price was right and speaks to the modest accommodations.

Satanic hell. Could not get into my room. Fire alarm going off. I called Expedia and got a refund. Others guest smoke, open room with underwear and other unsightly items one does not want to see. Staff that seem they would rather be somewhere else. I had to go to another hotel. I would not wish this place on my worst enemy. My worst hotel experience ever.

I did not stay here because the state of the front entrance as well as the fact the property did not look at all like the pictures on the website. It looked very run down and very dirty. I opted for a different place to stay and DO NOT recommend this place at all.

The hole in the bathroom ceiling and the tile falling off the wall and the door was kicked in multiple times and missing the safety latch. Super sketchy and we left in 10 minutes. Sorry didn't take photos because we got out so fast

I checked in May 8 around 9 pm. When I got to room first thing was upside down dead roach on floor and a couple of room key cards on floor near door. I immediately turned on AC since it was still in high 80's. It blew air but no AC. I went to front desk and was told it was my problem and they were sold out. People partied and played music right outside my room past 3 am. I tried calling front desk and no answer. After never sleeping in the morning the desk clerk was very sympathetic and informed me they were not sold out and she would refund my money. She did her job. I am hoping I can get it back from Travelocity. If not I will never use them again. This property should not be part of there hotel offerings at this time. I am a seasoned traveler and do not expect any more than a clean bed and shower. 0 stars for Travelocity 2 stars for the hotel for at least trying to resolve my situation and being honest in the morning.

Nothing Went to check in within the time frame. Door was locked and no one at the front desk. Called the next day and staff disconnected call when I called to check on the cancelled notification or if I could check in the next day.

One side of the room didn't have power I have to buy a extra cord to watch TV and the lady at the front desk say it wasn't anything she could do about it we ask for refund she said no the door was hard to open i will even come there any more

Both rooms were absolutely disgusting. Dirt, roaches (both babies & adults), feces & urine all over both bathrooms, showers so dirty unable to be used, microwave was disgusting & we ended up having to buy food because we could not cook food in the microwave. The staff were super unhelpful. They stated they would clean the rooms (did not offer to move us rooms), rooms were never cleaned. Our key cards were deactivated multiple times throughout our stay - when asking nearby staff what to do they were extremely rude & just have attitude in response. I want a refund. Absolutely disgusting.

I am very upset about the amount of roaches this hotel has. I can't even heat up my food without a roach being inside the microwave. The pool doesn't work. Construction on site ( not a big deal ) No breakfast offered like advertised homeless and having no other option stinks ?

this is an old, rundown property primarily used as an extended stay halfway house type of thing. the staff was super nice and deserve better but this room was terrible. everything was old and stained and/or hastily repainted. doors didn't close correctly. there was a rather dirty microwave provided that i wouldn't dare use. there was a mini fridge with unidentifiable stains. there were blinds missing from the large outward facing window making privacy partial at best. towels were tiny and thread bare. there was no trashcan in the room. i would strongly recommend against staying here unless you're homeless because this isn't a hotel so much as studio apartments. oh yeah, and it smelled bad too. i'm going to have to wash all my clothes like there times just to get that old hotel stench out.

Avoid this property!! What a disgrace that Expedia would allow such a run down, dirty property to be advertised. Not only was the place not clean there weren’t any electrical outlets in the room. WHAT??? Desk lamps just had cords hanging. Water on the bathroom floor.

Unfortunately the entire room was mold infested and I could not stay. I did call Expedia and was instructed to send pictures or videos and I did. I requested a full refund when I called Expedia. Unacceptable that hotels like these are misleading the public. The picture you have does not look like what I just saw and the front desk person was very nasty.

The check-in service was excellent. I had to get a room for a friend who was leaving dialysis and needed a place for the night. I was ablento book online and pay the nightly deposit over the phone.

We had to go to their sister hotel, Opal hotel. Terrible experience. We were woken up at 2 in the morning by a man trying to open the door because Staff and management are unorganized and check out our room to another person while we slept in the room. I felt very unsafe.

This place was a dump. Coffee spilled all over the ac unit inside the room. No place to hang your clothes, not even a shelf in the bathroom to put towels. When the wife opened the blinds some kind of slime was dripping off them. We immediately checked back out abd are still fighting for a refund

The blinds over the windows are slotted, so they let the spotlights from the parking lot shine directly through. The floors were absolutely not mopped; we took one of their towels, a little bit of water, and “mopped” them ourselves, the towels turned black. The room they gave us had no clock, no phone, no garbage pail, mo ice bucket, and no toiletries. The very second day of our stay, our door decided to stop locking completely. The front desk staff was absolutely amazing about it though, and told me they would change our room. The only room available was on the 3rd floor, and when I told them I couldn’t do that many stairs, they gave us a double-bed pool side room on the 2nd floor. As we walked to the room, we passed literally 5 empty king rooms on the first floor. I’m sorry, is that not what I reserved? And you’re over here telling me I HAVE TO stay in a double on the 2nd floor? This 2nd room I can’t complain about. They do have an elevator, but I would hazard a guess that it hasn’t worked in about 10 years. Moral of the story: either don’t stay at all, or make sure you get a room poolside. The end.

I traveled alone as a woman. I was given a room on the first floor with a door was completely broken, holes in the wall, and dirty sheets. I asked to be moved and I was given a room with a door that barely closed. I barricaded myself in with the chair in the room and had to shove toilet paper in the holes in the walls just in case. Checked out about an hour later out of fear.

The beat thing would be to get my refund because the hotel was very dirty and it looked like a crack hotel. And it smelled with roaches i couldn't bathe because it was not a bathing environment.

People were living on the property. Unable to close the front window for privacy. Didn’t sleep at all in fear of my vehicle being stolen.

On the positive note, the staff was friendly.

Room smelled, roaches, fridge didn’t work, sheets stained, tv had someone else’s photo memories as the flash displays in the tv. Tons of arguing outside the room. Staff was nice and friendly, I can’t say anything negative about them. But the property is horrible, the need a lot of work and upgrades, and pest control.

The rooms are horrible. They gave me a room with a broken AC. I mean the air condition was split in half type of broken. There were holes in the walls, so I asked them to switch my room. The room they gave me next was full of roaches and gnat everywhere on the walls, the ceilings roaches was crawling above my head falling onto the bed, which where they also were crawling they didn’t want to switch my room until I gave them an issue. The next room they gave me was a lot better, but still at terrible condition. I do not recommend this hotel. The property is loud and ghetto. It’s like the hood.

toilet was dirty, roaches in the room, window was broken with clear tape on it, looks like they started to remodel the room but did a half job, checked in March 1 no tv remote went to the office that remote didn't work 2/3/4 i asked about some one to fix it they never did fix it when i checked out on March 9. i wouldn't recommend that place to a homeless person.

I went back to the desk and told them. 3 different people were there and were like sorry. Here go check this room then. I said NO you check it. He came back 5 minutes late rand said there was hot water. I had to leave to be somewhere. Came back that night and went in the room. It was barly clean and leaves on the floor. Decided to take a shower and had warm water. Got done and tried to turn on the heater and of course the heater didnt work. I would of went to a different hotel but would of lost out because it was too late to cancel. Then i check out at 3:15 am and he couldn't give me a copy of my receipt. Said it wouldn't work and acted like i was bothering him because i interrupted his game on his phone. Never again will i stay there or recommend anything

I payed for a sound proof room and was charged for it but staff came to my room and said this didn’t exist to lower my music and to not do it again but I specifically asked for this room because of sound proof in booking the room it said sound proof I am very disappointed

The property didnt match its pictures plus alot of kids running around all hours of the night. Plus others that stay long term had no respect for the property or staff. The property truly needs some maintenance and up grades.

I paid online and when I went to check in they didn’t have any rooms left .

Room was not clean, roaches in room, stayed the 1st night because I arrived late and needed to rest , then just went somewhere else for remaining two nights of my stay. The pictures online are not what you get when you arrive. I did return my key and the clerk at the office was very nice that was the only positive thing about the stay.

The property was disgusting - the unit was completely uninhabitable. We arrived late at night, had to check in through a window. The room that we were assigned had water running non-stop in the shower. The whole room was wet from condensation from the humidity. There were stains all over the bed. Pubic hairs all over the bathroom. The blinds didn't close to the skethy parking lot outside. Needless to say, we did not stay and we still have not received a refund. We had to walk a third of a mile to another hotel. It was literally the worst hotel room I have ever seen. I felt dirty just walking into it.

The room was in terrible condition. The bedsheets were dirty (with hair debris). The room smelled strongly like cigarettes. The toilet paper was almost out and it actually went out and didn’t have anything else to use. The shower curtain was very dirty (blood stain). Awful experience, do not recommend.

Good for the price if you just want a place to try to rest, but it’s noisy. You might get three or four hours of quiet time if that’s all you really need.

The door to the hotel was locked and I wasn't allowed to check in.

I didn’t like the fact that around 3am the nights I stay there people were up walking and talking. Like others didn’t have to get up in the morning.

We were accused of stealing so we checked out and left. Horrible experience.

They may not be able to put a new blind at least, in a place that is quiet and they charge you a deposit of $100. a place that smells like cigarettes. a dirty one.

Awful. We took one look at the room and checked out with no refund. Was not safe or clean. On the way to the room we passed rooms with broken windows and various stages of dilapidation.

The shower only had a hot knob, so for the brief time I could keep the shower curtain up, I got a scalding hot shower. If I brought some pliers, I could have adjusted the cold and had a decent shower I guess. Blinds that wouldn't close, so little sleep with the lights beaming in. Overwhelming amonia like smell from cleaning products to cover the filth. Couldn't even get local CBS or FOX on TV to watch ball games. Overall, probably the worst room I've ever stayed in.

The window blinds were dirty, broken missing parts. Blood stain on shower curtain, long strands of hair under the blankets on top of the sheets. Small refrigerator needed severely defrosting.

Staff were nice. The floor was gross, bathroom gross, bed sheets had stains, damage to various parts of the room, and the lock on the door looked broken. People around the building were yelling throughout the night. It's cheap and the staff were nice!

First room assigned - blinds only wide open. Switched to room where with blinds closed still a 2" gap to see right in. No toilet paper or blow dryer. TV didn't work. Worst place I've stayed in years.
