The hotel was clean, the bathtub was Not acceptable, they say they refinishing them. The staff Excellent smiling, helpful and True customer service oriented. Morning clerk very respectful and helpful.

Plumbing issues. Flushing the toilet was loud and went on for a long time. Water is unsafe to drink. Really nasty taste. Went and bought some at the store. Shower had weak pressure. But the staff was amazing.

Well I did send Hilton Honors a complaint n nobody from the hotel gave me an apology beside that no front desk help , I did had to looked for them, the room the bathroom bath tub looks dirty. Is a shame because the hotel is beautiful n great for the price, mostly is a great hotel!

Evening staff was iffy, I had a paid reservation and a 10pm checkin, called them ahead to let them know. Was told they're overbooked and they weren't sure they have a room for me... weird. They said the same thing once I arrived at the front desk. Then figured out they do have the rooms for me. The clerk at teh front desk, wasn't trained on how to speak to guests. Was nice but super confusing. He sounded like a security person asked to fill in at the front desk. Morning staff was much better. These types of places are not hotels in any sense of the term. They're just a place to rest your bones where you have no place to stay.

Booked a King room. The check in app said there were 3 available but the front desk said they could not be used. Was downgraded to a Queen room and no extra compensation.

there was so much construction going on, the place should’ve been shut down during that time. The room was OK but everything else was pretty bad. I have been in touch with Hilton about this and they keep saying they have emailed and called me but that is not correct. I have pictures. I wanted to send them about the conditions.

General hotel was fine. Room was acceptable. Phone in room was old and grungy, spider webs in corner of room. Drain in shower would gurgle randomly.

The check-in was horrible. I had made a reservation through orbit and the hotel didn't realize it and charged me for my room when I already paid through orbits so now I paid for a hotel twice on the same night. Once your orbit and wants you to the hotel can you please help me with this?

I enjoyed my stay and loved the area surrounding the property. The staff were very nice and accommodating. There were a few minor chips and stains in my room, mainly in the bathroom, but I didn’t feel like the room was dirty it just may need a little updating and fixing up. I would absolutely stay here again next time I’m in the area!

Nice property however multiple things were wrong the night I visited. Door locks were inoperable. Staff had to walk you up every time you had to leave your room. The pull out bed in one of our rooms wasn’t working so we had to swap rooms with our party. Also our room was booked and advertised as free breakfast but when we got there the lady said we didn’t pay for the correct kind of breakfast to have whatever we want. We only were given one option so we felt that was misleading and rude of her to stop us from eating. Overall we paid a lot for the stay and were not happy.

The key system did not work, so we could not get into our room at our leisure. We had to wait for the maintenance person to let us in EVERY TIME. Sat outside at the fireplace and went to go to our room, and there was no one at the desk. There was a sign to call this number because we still could not get into our room. The manager at the desk said this has been an ongoing problem.

Guests should be told in advance if the property is being in the progress of updates. The card key system was down my whole hotel stay. We had to be escorted up to the room by a hotel representative every time we left the room. The pillows inside the pillowcase were old, with a yellow tinge to them. The air vent in the bathroom was not working at all. Plus, the air vents in the room were dirty. The air conditioning was not working in the lobby area, which I’m sure was uncomfortable for the staff. The bright spot of the stay was the friendly staff at the front desk. This was an unexpected disappointment from a Hilton brand hotel.

Upon arrival in the hot, muggy lobby, the employee greeted me with a laundry list of things not working or available: pool is closed, exercise room ia closed and the door locks are not reliably working.

Love the staff and property.

Breakfast is not free, even if you have Hilton Honors card.

There was a persistent musty (moldy) odor in room 126, and the central air conditioning unit located in front of my window made a loud, airplane-like noise throughout the night. I was unable to sleep at all due to the disturbance.

Room was hot. Air conditioning was not properly working. Lack of enough linens in the room. Room and hallway had an odor. We have stayed at this hotel when visiting family many times. We were very disappointed

Was here for a training and enjoyed my stay!

Front desk check-in was smooth. Got to the room and the bathroom door was blocking the entrance. We had to keep pushing the door until it closed. There was used towels on the bathroom floor, shower drain was clogged, and the box of soap was open.

Very nice area clean facilities would stay again. Definitely would recommend any travelers going to the Atlanta area. Just be prepared for traffic

Immediately, the staff was welcoming and accommodating. Being greeted with a smile as soon as I stepped through the doors, was definitely a plus for me.

Disappointed in the breakfast options. Coffee pot empty both mornings between 8 and 8.30. Lobby very cold and fireplace not on. Expected it to b warm and cozy but it was too cold to enjoy eating.

Staff was very unprofessional. I walked up to check in but they were to busy planning their lunch so i had to wait for them to discuss that before i was helped. Then ordered room service because I had surgery on my foot... the whole point of ordered room service is so that they bring it to you but they made me come down to get it. Some of the next day staff was great.

My phone didnt work. The thermostat didnt work. The shower dripped all night. The clock didn't work. And a tile had fallen off the shower. It was really poor condition

This was a nice hotel. When we got back from the funeral we were at we grabbed a drink at the bar and sat outside by the firepit for an hour or so. It was nice and quiet.

If u going and not being in the room long then this is the hotel for u...Hotel was old and the upkeep wasnt the same in the from times i stayed before..Pool was closed and elevators wasnt trustworthy..

Personnel were very friendly. However the elevators were not working properly. Had to make 3 trips from 5th floor. 1st room was already occupied. 2nd room the key would not. Had to make a 3rd trip to get another key. That was way too much for an elderly disabled woman. Room was very clean and comfortable. My only issue was that it took a full hour to get into a room. We were late getting to the concert and missed the first act. We were not compensated for all the time and walking up and down steps.

Decent property but staff doesn’t seem to care very much. Out of coffee every day. Must request any maid service at all. Not terrible but there are better options.

We had our company Christmas party nearby and put up 40 guest and workers in the hotel for the night. We have enjoyed this hotel for two years in a row now and will do a third. The fire pit is the hit.

Location was good, bed was comfortable, shower worked well. Only two mild complaints, one that the toilet paper holder was in a very inconvenient place, and the other that there were no extra pillows available until the second night, and having recently had knee surgery I was in need of some to prop up my leg.

My first stay at a Hilton Garden Hotel and I loved it! The atmosphere, cleanliness, kindness from the staff! We loved being able to sit outside and relax. We will definitely be back! Thank you!!

My stay here in the past has been just fine. I’ve stayed here because I like the area it’s in. Everyone is usually nice and friendly and the stay is usually enjoyable. This time wasn’t so pleasant. It was a lot going on I’d rather not speak on. If there isn’t anything done when I am able to speak with a member of management, I will not stay here again.

Front desk I believe is involved in a human trafficking ring- they gave us two rooms that wouldn’t lock and in the middle of the night i heard someone enter our first room forcefully as we slept next door. The front desk female working was very aggressive that I stay in the first room. I was scared for our lives.

The bad...poor and very noisy HVAC. Shower pressure was extremely low.

There appeared to be 4-5 small blood spots on the bedspread which should not have been overlooked but apparently were. Also, most of the outlets would not charge my Apple Watch and iPhone. The adapters and cables worked when I arrived back home so it was the outlets for sure. My friends staying two doors down said they experienced issues with the outlets in their room as well. Other than the two issues I mentioned it was a great stay! Would stay again but would verify outlets were working first.

I thought the property was clean and neat, however I was very disappointed that I booked two rooms, both were supposed to have tubs and only one did and when we went to get a tub stopper to use it we were told there were none. I would have stayed somewhere else. Also, I spent $20 for my husband and I to eat breakfast and there was no coffee, no milk for the cereal, no gravy, my husband ended up eating nothing and we wasted our money on a poor selection of what were told was an all you can eat breakfast. Every other hotel offers a free breakfast and is way better stocked then this one.

Room was clean. Lobby was under construction. Ceiling of the room was unrepaired - looks like it had a leak, the leak was fixed but the ceiling repair wasn't complete. The breakfast was very good.

The hotel is excellent and still recovering from a major water leak in December (contractors still working)! The staff on check-in and breakfast were outstanding. I think the room A/C could use some update as the room was pretty muggy and hard to control. I would stay here again.

The property was nice and clean. There was some remodeling being done but it did not negatively Impact our stay. There’s a nice little fire pit we got to hang out and met some other guests that were in town for the same event.

I’ve had to stay in multiple hotels over the last six months. As a person with severe allergies to fragrance, sometimes having to leave a hotel, due to the overwhelming fragrance, both in the lobby, and in the room, this experience is a refreshing change. The hotel is very clean. Check-in was quick and the people at the front desk were courteous. There is absolutely no fragrance in the lobby or in the room. Will stay here on any future trips.

A/C did not work. It was hot both nights. Very disappointed.

Overall good visit. Bed was comfortable and room in good shape. We got our water and coffee was available in the morning. The breakfast buffet looked good although I did not have it. Their building was undergoing some kind of repair. I would stay here again.

Overall very pleasant stay. However halls and exterior smelled like pot. At first my room did too but then it dissipated. Staff very helpful and friendly. Room very clean. Bed super comfy. Great, peaceful location.

I would not recommend this hotel when there's so many other ones in the immediate area with much better staff. One front desk clerks referred to me as "brah." Much better alternatives are the Hyatt place on exit 11 or the La Quinta inn on the same exit as this Hilton garden

We pre-paid for breakfast and was really surprised at the amount of food on the buffet (no eggs, no potatoes, nothing hot) the staff offered to cook food but we were ready to wait for food to be cooked.

Gap under door allows loud hallway noise into the room all night long.

The Property is located in a nice area. As of Jan 26 2023, it appears as the hotel lobby is undergoing renovations. Just a heads up for anyone. Overall It was a nice stay, if I had to address any cons it would be two things. First, the doors are too thin! Don't let it be a busy weekend and you're wanting to sleep in on a Saturday Morning, nope! You can hear everything going on in the hallway. Second, It was kind of weird having the front desk rep tell my partner and I that we would have to come down and grab towels due to there not being enough in the room. I have NEVER stayed anywhere that the rep prompted guests to come down and retrieve towels. Aside from those two cons, once more it was a nice stay.

I have a co-worker how had a vehicle stolen from the parking lot. There were people living in their car in the parking lot. Not a safe or caring hotel - Do not stay here if you value you vehicle and health. Food menu was terrible with little to no choices. Ordered the burger and it was extreemly overcooked, dry, and had zero taste other than burnt. Poor service, lack of caring from the front desk Snickwa, or what ever her name was...

It was such a nice place to stay. Big roomy shower. Comfy bed. And a really good location. We will definitely be coming back!
