Orange color mold was aroud bath tub and toilet.

There was a mix up with the pay on the third day but the manager on duty that day helped to get it resolved, thank you :)

The stay was good, no complaints.

Our suite was very spacious and our room very clean upon arrival. Staff was always very helpful and polite. Breakfast was mid but they did have fresh bananas and apples every day which we took advantage of daily even tho we ate out most breakfasts. There was plenty of parking very close to hotel entrance.

They clean the room every other day, so you need to ask if you’d like another day. (Ex:we were expexting room service to change towels and came back to it being the same) other than that you pay for what you get which is pretty decent concerning the price

I would stay here again. Check in was at 3pm but I arrived early and was able to check in at 12pm. Also, I had a suite for less than others paid at similar hotels for one room with a kitchen. There was also a TV in the living area and bedroom which was nice. My only issue was the view from the bedroom window. I looked out at the maintenance room and items were left outside in clear view.

The room was dingy. The sink drain was very slow the first day and stopped on the second day. We were scheduled for 4 days but left early on second day and moved to different hotel, because hotel sink was representative of hotel. The room only had two towels, and we had to ask for extra towels. Because we booked through Hotels.com, the hotel did not give a refund. I contacted hotels.com but only got chat bot. Hotels.com was no use for customer service. The bot said it would contact hotel and get back to me. But I have not heard back about any refund.

The hotel was conveniently located for a trip north of Atlanta. The staff was friendly and helpful. Several restaurants were within walking distance.

Very disappointing that the pool was closed with no notice. Nothing on the website, not informed by staff.... nothing at all. Never found out until we get in our swimwear with our five year old and go to a waterless pool. Imagine the fit the five year old had. Kinda dropped the ball big on this one

The shower hose spayed out the sides and not the shower head resulting in a flooded bathroom including the slippers being worn. Showering was impossible. additionally, there was NO hairdryer in the room, so wet hair is very unpleasant.

The King suite was very spacious....better than a 1 bdrm apt. I had a fully equipped kitchen with a full sized fridge & a huge bathroom. My sister started snoring so I shut the bedroom door and slept peacefully in the living room & didn’t hear her at all. This is definitely my go to hotel going forward

A little hiccup at check-in. We got the room keys with no issue, and they were clearly marked so that ewe knew which room was which (one had a king bed while the other had 2 queens). However, we could not get on the WiFi. When I went back down to the front desk, apparently somethigad not been done at check-in to enable our access to the WiFi - that was quickly remedied. An observation - at least two doors to one of the fire towers had been wedged open. This completely defeats their purpose. If you’re there on a weekend, Charmaine (who staffs the breakfast room) is an absolute delight.

The staff I met in the morning were not that great, but the staff I met in the evening were very friendly and I was satisfied.

Staff was helpful and courteous. A/C was out on multiple floors in the hallways. A/c unit in room left everything damp and sticky. Only half of the ice machines worked. Hallway carpet was dirty. Pool was closed for the duration of our stay. Trash cans were overflowing. There was also mold in out bathroom.

All things overall were good at this hotel. But, with this being a second stay within a month there, we had water pressure issues both times in the bathroom, and the sink faucet was leaking and pooled water all over the sink top overnight. Otherwise, this seems to be a good hotel overall.

The room itself: The television was at least five years past its shelf life. The picture was so dark you could barely make out the images of people. The bed sounded like someone stepping on an aluminum can every time you sat or laid on it.

The location The hotel rooms were in need of detailed cleaning. My room was switched twice due to dead and live bugs. The first room I was in smelled like dead fish. The last room I was in , the toilet was stopped up and I was told I could come and pick up the plunger and plunge the toilet because there was no one on staff that could attend to the problem .

The first room we went in to was full of Beatles and then they tried to put use in a dirty room that she had just sprayed a bottle of ferbreeze in. Then the third room was better. The staff was mean and tried not to help and just had poor attitudes

Friendly Responsive Staff Seemed like my room wasn’t fully cleaned before my stay. When I went in the room upon arrival/check-in I noticed the bed spread thrown partially to the side along with the pullout sofa still pulled out. Not to mention the Keys from whoever had the room last still has their Room Keys sitting on the Shelf beside the TV. All this gave the unsettling impression that the room wasn’t fully cleaned/inspected prior to me checking in. . .And I was there well after the 4:00pm check in time. . .That’s just issue number one LOL. THEN around 11:30pm EST the smoke alarm started beeping which woke me up which was fun. The staff were extremely responsive to the alarm situation. I honestly overlooked the cleanliness issue I mentioned earlier bc it was so late and I didn’t have the energy to mess with it.

The breakfast menu was fresh and satisfying. The room door did not close well. I had to pull on it real hard to close it, The shower bar and control handle was loose. The rest of the room amenities were nice.

The toilets are small and low to the ground. Suited more to elementary school restrooms.

I loved the property location, it was in a very clean area without much traffic. Only one elevator worker, the 2nd floor A/C in the hall didn’t work.

What did I not like? The same reason I downgrade every place I stay: the louvers on the heat pumps are not adjustable and the fans on low are still to fast.

This hotel only has two elevators. Only one of them was working during our entire stay. Also some (not all) of the front desk attendants were more interested in their personal phones than attending to the customers that were right in front of them.

Although check in was supposed to be at 4pm, upon my 4 pm arrival, my room wasn't ready. I had to stay in the lobby for an additional 30 minutes just to check in

Our tub didn't drain, so that was pretty gross. Also the ice machines weren't working on the 2nd, 3rd or 4th floor. I had to travel to each one before I went to the first floor.

This property is showing its age and I will not stay here again. I stayed in room 606 and there were things that need attention. The tub/shower control doesn’t work properly, it’s hard to turn on/off, it moves in/out of the wall. There’s caulk or something all caked around it like someone couldn’t fix it the correct way. The shower curtain rod is hanging down and I’m tall enough to see the screws coming out. The water pressure is low and I was hesitant to adjust the shower head because the pipe coming out of the wall is so crooked. The tub looks dirty or maybe just worn, I’m not sure.

I travel to Johns Creek, GA every 3 months to see my doctor. I've stayed in numerous hotels in the past, and this I have chosen as my favorite. I will return here from now on. I did have an issue with no water in the shower due to knob would not turn on. I was offered another room, and all was good anyways, Love the location, comfort, cleanness, and it was a wonderful restful night.

The tub shower had no mat and was very slick resulted in my fiancée slipping and falling out onto the bathroom floor. She cut two fingers and bruised her ribs. The hotel had us fill out an incident report and take a picture of her cut hand. Because we didn’t go to a doctor the hotel has made no effort to even apologize for anything.

The box springs were exposed. The blanket was yellowed. The lamp didn’t work and there were no ceiling lights so that was fun getting ready. No updates to the room. No ceiling to floor mirror. Stay somewhere else. Outdated, gross bedding, exposed box springs that look like your grandma’s, unhelpful staff…not worth it. They didn’t care. They cared amount taking my money knowing they didn’t have a suite available at the time of booking. That’s bad business. Hampton’s are a dying chain. Book a different brand altogether.

Right from the beginning, it was a poor stay. The person at registration sent us to our room without writing down the number, didn't tell us where the elevator was or what time breakfast was. When we went to the room, we discovered the beds were unmade and there was trash. We luckily were given another room. This room smelled like old fart, but it was very late at night to request another room. Throughout the hotel, carpets were unvacummed. A dirty coffee cup sat on the fifth floor table ext to the elevator the entire two nights we were there. Staff very unfriendly, no smiling or greeting. Breakfast items were not replenished, no milk, no grapes, and dirty tables. Very disappointed.

When we checked in it was lovely. Clean, friendly. The next morning we were greeted with a sign that read No hot breakfast today? No explanation just a sign. The coffee in the lobby was cold. Not a great start to the morning. The next morning they had breakfast.

Friendly staff. The room smelled bad, and the air conditioner didn't work well. The refrigerator was very loud and the hot breakfast is pretty bad.

First of all, the front desk was without an employee for 90% of our stay and no one answered the phone at any time. The hotel itself was old and needed updating. The suite was clean upon arrival, but it was not serviced by housekeeping throughout our stay. The hallway carpet needed vacuumed. There was no caffeinated coffee or any tea in the room. It definitely was not up to Hilton standards.

The breakfast was great and the beds comfortable. The staff were nice also. Dining was close to the hotel.

The worst Hampton Inn experience I’ve ever had. Stayed 4 nights, room only made up the day before I left (despite asking several times), toilet wouldn’t flush. Asked front desk to have it fixed 5 times. Never fixed before I left. Front staff seemed totally disinterested in you or their job!

Worst experience ever! Front desk treated us like we werent customers. Too long of a story to type but I have never experienced a bad Hampton till today. She would not tell us her name and when I called back to the hotel to leave a message for the GM she kept hanging up in my face! My trip was ruined. The hotel is beautiful but the nasty attitude at the front desk destroyed my perception of this hotel.

The staff was very nice. I was able to check in early and check out late without any problems. We were in town for my daughter's lacrosse tournament. Room #314.

Even worse, the room was small and my dogs found old food under the bed. It was a disability access room and the shower was difficult. Worst of all, there were floodlights pointed right out the window and no way to get the room even slightly dark. I should have asked to change rooms but getting in late I just did not have the energy....

Pillow cases smell mold. Bedsheets are not fresh. Very few breakfast options. No milk and no yogurt on the last day of our stay. Hotel air quality is poor. I sneezed in the room all time. When I step outside, I stop snnezing.

This is not a newer hotel, so there were a variety of little issues like no bathroom fan, a door that didn’t close, etc. Worst was probably a fitness room that was 79 degrees, even after I tried to adjust the thermostat. However, it was a good location, a decent deal for the price, clean, and well equipped. The staff was friendly and responsive.

Everything was okay until we woke up in the middle of the night to the overwhelming smell of marajuana permeating our room. I assume it was coming in through the air vents. It was awful and kept us awake. I know my wife and I are probably in the minority when it comes to that odor, but it is very offensive to us. We found the breakfast to be poor quality. The sausage links were turkey sausage, overcooked and very dry. The egg omelets were inedible. We tried the boiled eggs but they were rubbery. The bagles were okay. On a possitive note, the bed was comfortable and the room was clean.

We arrive 2:30 in the morning. It was a easy, fast check-in.

Nice hotel, but a bit short staffed and a few minor things that could use some updates and attention to detail, but very nice overall .

I enjoyed this stay. For me, a good stay starts with the reception and the staff here were excellent and very attentive. The room was great, although a safe and better condition ironing board are needed. For Eco-Friendliness, the hotels scores badly. Good that the room wasn't made up each morning as this is unnecessary laundry. However, plastic cutlery wrapped in plastic wrappers and apples wrapped plastic cellophane is pointless and bad for the environment.

Staffs are friendly and helpful

I chose this property because it offered breakfast and was listed on Expedia as "Newly Renovated". Check-in staff were pleasant, although they were out of fresh baked cookies, disappointing the kids. Got into the room, and it was fine. Seeing things up-close, it was less appealing. Bathroom door looked like it had walked through a minefield, missing towel hook was apparently ripped off (and not painted underneath, shower had a removeable shower head, but the hose sheath was ripped (leaving an exposed, rubber hose underneath), and it wouldn't stay aimed outwards (and would fall and only shoot straight down). Toilet bolts were missing and rusted with no cap, and the bathroom corners were all filled with grime (and hair). It just looked rundown and worn out. I couldn't fathom how this was a "renovated" room. The rest of the room was fine but not overly nice or new. Breakfast the next morning was very sparse, not what I'm used to at a Hampton. Very little to choose from, and the light roast coffee was out, as were the eggs. I told the front desk worker, and he nodded. The cookies at the front desk were missing again when we checked out. Overall, the stay was okay, but more than that, it represented what has been a consistently disappointing trend with staying at Hampton. The chain has become mediocre at best, and I'm looking for another hotel brand.

They sofa bed had nasty dirty sheets with brown stains on it. When took them off to change them the mattress was in horrible conditions. Had to go down to the lobby 3 times to get clean sheets, all of them were dirty or stained. Then had to go and get pillows. Then the soap and shampoo bottles in the shower were empty. Around the tub and under the soap holder were black spots most likely mold.

Nice hotel and convenient to where we need to be in the area. Great dining options nearby and staff was very friendly and helpful at checkin!

The property was in excellent condition! Each staff member was friendly and helpful. Cierra was working the front desk and both check in and check out and she has the best customer service skills I've seen in a long time. She met us with a smile and made sure we were satisfied with everything. Great property and great staff.

Outside of the facts that this is a very nice hotel, I mainly chose this hotel because of the pool! The pool wasn't clean

Property is in a nice, high end shopping area minutes from expressway, restaurants, shopping, very convenient and very safe area.

Very friendly staff, great location, and nice facility.

The staff was helpful and friendly. Cierra, particularly, was wonderful. It’s a very quiet area and quiet hotel. It was just what I needed for a quick getaway. There are many restaurants within a five minute drive. The only negative thing was that the pool hadn’t been cleaned which was surprising since it was over 90 degrees just a few days ago. There’s is lots of parking and it’s free! It’s also really close to the Avalon.

Absolutely stellar customer service from Larry. This is how you get repeat customers. The room was fantastic, the shower's water pressure was amazing, and the bed was very comfortable. My folks recently moved across the country to North Georgia, and this will be the hotel i stay at every time i visit. I am so beyond satisfied!

We got there around 2:30 and were told that check in wasn’t until 4pm. After explaining to the clerk that we were in need of a room due to a function we had planned he was able to make it happen. Told us the hotel was booked the night before and rooms weren’t available. Anyway the room itself needed some work. The front light didn’t work also the room was extremely warm the ac didn’t seem to work too well. The bathroom it self also needs a renovation it’s a little dated. It was an ok stay the hotel just needs to be deep cleaned and remodeled in my opinion.
