Beware!!! Checked in to a room that smelled heavily of smoke and the toilet wouldn’t flush. Was moved to a different room as requested. Completed the stay with no other issues until I received a $100 charge to my account the following day after checkout. I called property and they wouldn’t tell me what it was for except loss/damage. I emailed property management only to receive a call hours later saying that the room had smelled like smoke and I was charged $100!!! I don’t smoke. Complained about the first rooms smell they initially tried to put us in AS IT SMELLED LIKE SMOKE!! Take your business elsewhere unless you’d like to be charged for smoking in a room that already smells like smoke!

We stayed here on the way to Florida and they were 21 of us. We were very well taken care of, breakfast is good. It was easy check in and check out. We will stop back next year.

The room was clean and front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Housekeeping took my food from the fridge before I was checked out. I made a 2nd round to get everything out of the room and food was gone.

Housekeeping does an amazing job of cleaning. Staff at front desk are always accommodating and very friendly. Great service and always a go to place for me when I do a staycation to get away from home.

Perfect location for a concert at the Ameris Amphitheater, and Alpharetta is a great area. We liked it all.

The room was clean and large with a comfortable bed. The complimentary breakfast menu was varied for all tastes and the hot food was tasty and maintained. The staff at the front desk were extremely courteous and accommodating. It was also extremely conveniently located for the purpose of our trip.

Location for Alpharetta / Johns Creek. Helpful staff. On the first day we came, we got a twin room instead of kin because they overbooked. The staff said it was an "upgrade" (clearly not). The room was old, dirty, and the air condition noisy. Later they sawpped to a better room, but did not conpensate us for the poor experience.

Elevator is loud and walls are thin. Hard to sleep with the noise of the elevator and being able to hear the people in the room next to you. Staff was nice and hotel was clean but I will not stay there again

Nothing When we arrived, they didn’t have our reservation we booked months ago despite receiving emails confirming and asking us to check in. It was a nightmare and the front desk were incompetent. To add insult to injury after having to find another hotel and missing some of the event we had driven 20 hours to attend, we were charged for the room they didn’t have for us and we didn’t stay in.

One problem I had was the description of the room we stayed was not accurate with Expedia. The room didn't have a sofa bed.

The morning desk clerk was very nice and professional. The breakfast was good. Parking was easy. When we arrived for check in there was no one at the front desk for a while. I believe we waited about 24 mins for someone to help us. We rang the bell, we called the hotel multiple times and no one would answer. The ac unit in our room was having issues. The air worked but only in small increments of time and would shut off. The thermostats one on wall and on unit showed error on display.

At check-in the fire alarms were going off and there was no power to the building. Even after several hours without A/C, electricity or working room keys, the manager Miss G refused to offer refunds. She needs to be fired - totally incompetent.

There were several rooms apparently smoking becasie out entire hallway reeekd of weed and even the upper hallways were the same. When we let the manager know they were like oh well check it out but didn't seem phased. We had a 2 night stay and were there for a lax tourney. We were very disappointed and would never stay here again. Only positive was that breakfast was good and the beds were comfortable. Since we booked with Expedia the hotel informed us they couldn't do anything in their end. Very disappointing stay.

I was so impressed by the staff working at this hotel. Everyone was helpful and kind. The breakfast buffet was full of fresh food and fruit. There was an oatmeal bar that had over 15 choices for toppings. If I need to stay in the area again, I will be staying here.

Proximity to the concert we attended Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Only major detractors were the room was adjacent to the elevator shaft, and that footprint made the sink area ridiculous ? Access to the property off the thoroughfare was tricky but not insurmountable... Housekeeping came early and did not speak English...worked it out with the front desk so my wife could get showered and we could depart...

House keeping do not like to clean everyday. They only want to clean every other day. Also, the manager brought me the vacuum and told me to do it. They have very poor customer service and yhe room smells funny.

This is an older property. With Mariott that never bothers me as there is a Mariott standard and this property keeps that standard. I would stay here again.

The free breakfast has bagels, breads, not much vegetable options for Indians. 4 toast Toaster has only two 2 slots working, where you have to stand in long line. Pork & Beef was common at breakfast. They should think of adding atleast one chicken option except frozen boiled eggs and scrambled eggs.

I spent 4 nights and my Room was never Refreshed. On the fourth night I had to go to the Front Desk and ask for fresh towels. The coffee was also cold had to warm it in the microwave

I loved how eco friendly the hotel was, and the healthy breakfast choices. I had the misfortune of coming down with COVID during my stay - Corey at the front desk was wonderful and brought Gatorade to my room so I wouldn't have to break isolation. Thank you Corey!

Overall was a great stay for my friend and I. The breakfast was terrific, we found the room in great state, and the rates were all fair. The only gripes I had was a finicky television remote and an odd cleaning schedule, seemingly only coming around early mornings while we slept. For any con-goer or any other travellers into Georgia this is a great option!
