    An obvious trap house. Walked and and the whole hotel reeks of marijuana. Scum bags tried to rob me at 2am but luckily I was ready and armed. They failed to get in my room but every single door in the hotel showed evidence of being broken into in similar way. I have no doubt that ownership is taking a cut from the thugs that have taken over this hotel. This hotel should not be publicly listed. It is a danger. Do not stay here unless you’re trained LEO or former military and you are carrying.

    Words cant express how perfect the staff here are. The maintenance guys are so kind helpful and kerp the place spotless. Sapphire has such an upbeat friendly personality and she takes care of guest as if theyre her friends. Dawanna is such a sweetheart. Shes so kind and makes the place shine bright. Boris is such a humble kind professional mngr. when we checked out after a long stay. I felt I would actually miss them and im so grateful for them during this time that we have to wait a few months for our house to be built. They treated us so nicely and the place is very clean.     The price was great! And it is close to everything. However, it did not have any dishes, utensils or pots and pans. You can rent dishes for $20 and Pots and pans for $40. We were only there for 4 nights so it was not work it to rent them. We went to Walmart and bought a few cheap things. Nor was there and iron and ironing board. There are on hand towels either, just 2 big towels and 2 wash clothes. The fitness center was closed as they have cut out most amenities because the Extended stay next door has all of that. But you aren't allowed to use it unless you are staying at that location. The rooms were okay, and it was quiet. All in all, it was a good stay.

    This was the WORST hotel we have ever been to. The shower head was gone, bed stains, no sheets or blanket on sofa bed, barely any towels, you had to pay for extra towels, WiFi, utensils and cookware.

    The address attached to the reservation is for the extended stay studio apartments next door. After finally finding the correct address and checking in on friday evening, I was informed of a $100 deposit, my card was then ran twice and i verified the amounts on my bank. I was told the deposit would be refunded upon check out on Sunday. On Monday, I see another transaction from the hotel for $84.00 and the $100 was not refunded or pending. I called the hotel and was told it may take a few days for the refund... and they did not see any other charges listed. I was advised to call back next day..

    The rooms smelled pretty bad like an unused den for 10 yrs. The bath rooms were so old and the blanket had some insect infection. I would never ever visit any extended stay hotel. There was no dustbin in the restroom. There was continuous banging noise all through the night . I would say I hardly noticed 2-3 cars on the parking the whole day during a weekend. People stopped staying at this place. This hotel should go through a complete renovation before anyone can actually visit again.

    Very dated. Looked worn out like a place where homeless people stay for the week. Didn't feel clean though I didn't see any obvious trash or dirt. The room itself was worn - lights didn't work, cabinets didn't close, floor was sticky... Won't be back. Also found that the Expedia rate was higher than a 'normal' check in. We won't be using either Expedia or Extended Stay ever again.

    It was worth the price would definitely go again location was awesome . With the QT and waffle house within walking distance actually save a lot of money not having to door dash or Uber which is crucial especially if you were drinking and did not want to drive

    Locked me out of my room for 2 hours claiming I didn’t pay for the week. After thoes extremely long hours came and 1/2 ass apologized for locking me and my children out claiming that it was their mistake and they found where the employee put the payment in the system. Absolutely Disgusting. The management is so bad wind why they hav a high turn over of staff. The damn room want even clean to begin with. Filthy

    This was a horrible stay. The room we were given had carpet that was soaked in pet urine. The mattress was also soaked in pet urine. I’m not kidding the smell was so pungent it was stuck to our clothes and luggage and skin when we left. We had to get another hotel they told us we wouldn’t get a refund and didn’t have a room big enough to accommodate our family. We asked for 2 rooms they asked us for more money. We ended up going to a hotel about a mile down. There was also dead roaches in the cabinets and hair stuck to everything. I’m embarrassed I brought my children here. I’d never allow them to experience something so foul. I assumed the Alpharetta location would be better but it was horrible. The staff was also in rude and unreasonable. They didn’t seem to know what to do and kept curing me off. I asked if they could come to the room to see for themselves they told me it wouldn’t make a difference because they didn’t have another room to put us in. There is no supervisor on site. A complete waste of money

    Worse experience ever!!! I booked two rooms at the same time got conformation on the rooms only to find out that only one room was booked for the second person. Upon checking they said i was booked at another location. How did that happen when both were booked at the same time. After driving from State to State to go to wedding reception which i missed trying to get my room situation straight out now mind you they already debit my card for the room that i never got. Upon talking to several customer service reps i was told that my reservation was at another hotel so at this point i said just give me the address to the hotel where i do have a reservation and don't cancel it because im tired and need somewhere to relax ( that didn't happen) got the address went to the second hotel and they say oh the company called and canceled that reservation. So again im back on the phone with them there is nothing they can do can't get me a room can't give me my money back. I asked to speak with a manager was told several times that one was going to call me back in ten minutes. THAT NEVER HAPPENED!!!! We had to book at another hotel and did i get and apology NO. Called back on Monday to speak with a manager talked with a manager no apology from him either but refund my money in 7 to 10 business days! Thanks for the horrible experience WILL NEVER USE YOUR COMPANY AGAIN!

    It was close to good shopping and near 19/400 which is an easy off and on the expressway. It was not super clean; room was not in full working order and some of the staff just plain did not seem to care. We would not stay here again.

    We did not stay. We checked in and went to our room. It was a large space with a mini kitchen. It was drab but i was happy for a large space for our family of 5. However within a couple minutes of being in the room, my son saw 2 cockroaches and someone's left-behind clothing. I informed the desk we would not be staying. The guy at the counter did not argue or say much so i have a feeling it is a known problem. Hopefully they get an exterminator there regularly and take care of it because it seems like it could be a decent place!

    We were put on a wait-list for basic kitchen items like plates, flatware, cups. We left before we were given them. We did not have a comforter on the bed, instead it was a very thin, very rough blanket. The phone to the room did not work. The walls are an ugly shade of brown. It is not modern at all. The hallways smell of marijuana. There are men that sit out on their truckbeds and drink, literally every single night we were there. When they came inside they were bumping into walls because they were so drunk. There was loud talking outside in the halls randomly. The AC was a unit by the window that was extremely loud. We asked for a second blanket because our daughter was cold. The front desk said they would give it to us, but only as a courtesy. Isn't a hotel supposed to be all about courtesy!? I felt like I was expected to be so grateful that they let us use a second blanket. Unprofessional staff. We found an unidentifiable bug in our bed on the third night. No other bug sightings. This was a 1-star hotel at best. I will never stay there again. I'd rather go to the Sonesta for a few extra bucks and get all the basics that a full kitchen should have, updated rooms, central AC and free breakfast of hot food prepared daily. Wonderful staff, everything works, nice pool and outside sitting area, very clean rooms.

    We asked for a bottom floor...and we got it! The room was plain nothing colored just brown. The bed was terrible. There were no dishes or plates and when we asked they said they were out. The bedding was rough and stiff and hard. The free breakfast was coffee and oatmeal a few muffins, nothing like advertised. When we arrived at 12 at night we were greeted by a big man who made his self too friendly and way to close. Guess he was a regular or something. The water faucet in the shower did not work good, you either got hot hot water or cold.

    The property was surprisingly well kept and clean. It's an older property and its difficult keep old properties looking clean. That said, a few upgrades to the cabinets and/or appliances in the rooms, wouldn't hurt. And the A/C in my particular room (329) was incredibly loud! I actually ended up letting it run throughout the day to keep the room cool so that I could turn it off at night. Reason being and as I mentioned before, it was so loud that it kept waking me up whenever it would 'kick on'. I did mention this to the host at the front desk, upon my checking out. She was very pleasant and professional and she assured me that she'd have someone look into it immediately. All in all, it was a good, affordable and smooth stay. Thank you.

    The property was disgustingly filthy. I had to change the sheets, pillowcase and ask for three separate blankets to get one without a head full of weave in it. Ink fingerprints were all over- was it a crime scene? Woke up to plumes of pot smoke coming into my room.

    Still extremely upset over no one being in the office to check me in nor assist with another customers key issue. I waited and waited, and made several calls but to no avail. I ended up booking another room at a completely different hotel. Meanwhile, I’m having a difficult time getting refunded from hotels.com. No one is willing to assist me . I will not ever go back to extended stay hotels .

    The team during the day did not clean nor communicate what rooms were ready and/or available. The staff there when I arrived was flying blind & having to locate rooms by trial and error. He had to do this about 5/6 times with different guests. The room, I was originally assigned was already occupied. The room I finally got was dirty but I didnt have any other options and had to take it.

    My stay was not good. The customer service was awful, often no one was at the desk. I requested towels and toilet paper; they bought the towels only. I went to get the toilet paper and nobody was at the desk. I had to wait several hours before getting it. The back door was never locked at night, so I was concerned about my safety when seeing men hanging outside.

    This is one of the cleanest hotels i have had the pleasure of staying in and the staff is so courteous which is especially appreciated due to the fact that good customer service seems to be hard to find these days. Rodney, Tamika, and Keisha are amazing! I would recommend this location to anyone in a heartbeat who is looking to come as a guest and leave as family.

    Bonita, Tamika and Keisha have WONDERFUL customer service. Even during this pandemic they made sure that all of our needs were met. I had a personal issues arise that caused me to check out earlier than I anticipated. Bonita went above and beyond to accommodate the changes that Orbitz couldn't resolve. I'm grateful for all her help. If my family and I need a home away from home, we would definitely return!!! Thank you to the whole staff!!!

    Staff was very nice (Tamika) and room was clean. Covid-19 did eliminate some things like the morning coffee and muffins but I understand the reasoning behind that decision.

    This was my 4th time staying at this location and this was my first unpleasant experience. At check in they were not able to find my reservation blaming me because it was don’t via a 3rd party company. As we waited 45 minutes or so to check in, the guy at the front desk told my brother that a straggler was let in the building and OD and died in the restroom. We were taken back, why would he tell us that??? Then on the second day of our stay, me along with about 6 other guest waited nearly an hour for the front desk lady to come and reset our keys. One of the guest that waited with us for a hold of her & she stated she would be back in 30 minutes, she was on lunch... well the sign said “with a guest” not “on a break”... other than that everything was fine 😊

    Carpeting, drapes & closet curtains are old & dirty, poor lighting in lobby & in room; no hangers, hair dryer, conditioner or lotion or full continental breakfast (no fruit, toast, eggs, bagels, donuts, potatoes). Loud/noisy occupants-could not sleep. Hotel needs updating.

    The place is clean. We asked for our smoke detector to be checked because it was beeping and had to get and change the battery ourselves. The bed was hard but it’s not a 5 star hotel. It was clean and safe.

    The staff was very friendly and welcoming. However the bed was uncomfortable and the water in the shower was not hot. Otherwise all was fine and location is very central.

    I’ve stayed at this hotel a lot, and there’s a reason I always go back. The people that work there are friendly and have a great attitude, it’s always clean, and It’s very affordable for what you get.
