Embassy Suites by Hilton Atlanta Alpharetta

My air conditioning wasn’t working even after maintenance came to fix it and when I told the front desk regarding how it impacted my stay they just said they’ll see if I can get some points other than that it was nice but sleeping hot is not good sleeping at all

None The amenities I paid for were not available. I paid for a hotel with indoor swimming pool which was not available. I paid for a king-sized room but was given a double queen and told no king size rooms were available. The hotel was old and dated and just not worth the $200 a night price tag. I could have spent far less just across the street and gotten everything that I wanted from the experience.

The hotel was very nice. I liked the room, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. The breakfast staff was really nice. The man serving the drinks for the evening reception was very rude. The pool was closed and we didn’t receive an email or any sort of communication to inform us of the closure.

We had a great stay at Embassy Suites Alpharetta. The room was very clean and the breakfast was excellent.

This hotel was extremely disappointing. The pool was closed and no one informed us. They had a pipe burst at some point and then decided to fix it on Friday morning. Again, no one told us. We had an event that day and we could not shower before the event. The staff was rude. The hotel room was dirty. They had people playing a loud speaker in the middle of the lobby until very late at night. Past 11 pm.

The room smelled of heavy mildew. We didn’t ask to be moved bc we were in a hurry to make an event and returned after mid night. It was pretty bad.

I’m very disappointed at this particular hotel because usually the embassy suites that we go to are very classy and cater to their guests needs and concerns. While in the common area where my group and I congregated and fellowship we felt watched and managed because we were laughing and having fun as a family it made us feel as though it was racially motivated because they kept sending their security over telling us to keep it down while a group of Caucasian teenagers where running up and down the second floor hall way making loud noises while guest slept. Nothing was done about it even as we watched and I observed the foolery. We feel very inconvenienced and cheated out of our time to be able to take a break and break up the monotony of our prior week of stress and frustration. We can never get our time back and would like to be compensated for being inconvenience. During what should’ve been a relaxing getaway.

This information was not indicated during booking and staff did not bother to mention this at check in. I brought my grand children with me on this trip whom I specifically purchased new swim wear for to enjoy the pool. Needless to say they were quite disappointed. I am returning for a visit to the area in July, but will be choosing another location. Further, I was not refunded my $100 deposit for I am assuming spilling water on the sheets of the pull out, which I even took the time to remove linens so staff would no to wash them. I was extremely disappointed with this decision. I have NEVER in my life had my deposit kept from a hotel stay.

Breakfast was a highlight, especially thanks to Patricia, who prepares the omelets. She was very kind, provided excellent service, and is bilingual with great skills in both English and Spanish. I was also impressed by her cooking technique—her pan flipping was smooth and professional. Overall, a very pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

normally embassy suites is my go place when going out of town. But I must make this observation with dismay as it appears the quality of this brand is going down. The a/c in room rattled very loud, had to turn it down in order for unit to be quieter. Also next door neighbors was noisy could hear just about everything!!! Also cooking smells permeate our room from neighbors... not very pleasant .. disappointed .......rk

I booked through Expedia my total cost was $343.36 I was charged $405.48 then another charge of $443.36 total of over $800 for a two night stay. I have called Embassy Suited and different phone numbers all have given me the run around for better billing. Thid is unprofessional and abuse of billing!

It wasn't the hotels fault that my stay was less than desirable - between the dog barking and a basketball team running wild it just wasn't what I expect from an Embassy Suites.

Our suite was clean and spacious. Parking was easily accessible. Slight oversight with our room but the front desk was extremely helpful and resolved our issue quickly and easily. Patricia and the breakfast crew were very kind, friendly, efficient, and professional every morning that we dined there.

The room was clean Apparently if you check in after a certain time you can’t get a key card that works. The lady that checked us in was extremely rude we went to her several times advising the key was not working she initially suggested it was our fault then proceeded to change our room 2 times and each time the key did not work so maintenance let us in the room using a fob

I'm not sure about pets because we didn't have any parking was great. Stuff was great and the breakfast was really good this time.

Patricia, omlette station, was a joy. She took her time to speak with our son in Spanish as he is learning. He enjoys seeing her each time we come.

The original room was ice cold, the heat did not work the refrigerator did not work. I notified the night clerk regarding the refrigerator, she was nice sent the security guard up but did not change the room as requested. My husband arrived at 4:30 am to me shivering in the room. It wasn’t until my husband came in and demanded to speak with the manager that the room was changed. The food service was poor at best the cooks didn’t list and the guard the meat behind the counter of the hot buffet. You have to tell them if you want me and the hand you once piece but even that was undercooked. At 11am the cleaning services were banging on the door even though we requested a late checkout. After I told them that we were checking out the still banged on the door 2 more times and called. I have stayed and many Embassy suites locations over the years. This was by far the worst one I have ever stayed and will not be returning to this location. I gave them a 2 because of the sweet night security guard who tried to help and the night shift clerk because even though I complained to her, there was not much she could do until the manager was finally agreeable after speaking to my husband. This location is in need of and update and new management.

The bar at night was great I liked Tina the bartender she was great, had great conversation with her. The chicken wings were my favorite and the eggs my way at breakfast was great as well. I enjoyed the stay, quiet and peaceful.

Decent property - rooms need some updating. Carpet had spots, sofa/furniture had stains, locks on doors were loose and bolts needed tightening, and just attention to details when cleaning. Breakfast was prob the best part.

Could have been better. There was no hot water in the shower, the lock on my first room was falling off and didn't let me get in, and the staff wasn't always readily available. Besides that, the food was good and the room itself was in good condition.

We had a great stay! At check-in, we were met by a pleasant assistant; and she turned out to be from the same country ... gave us a good feeling! The room was clean and spacious, except for the toilet roll holder broke and the water pressure could have been better. The daily breakfast was great with some excellent staff!

AC was noisy (ear plugs) and not working properly. Blanket was way too thick so it was very hot and got little sleep. Realized next day there was thinner blanket in closet and gave another try. Was laying on bed with no sheet or blanket and realized the mattress bad was warm as hell. Been awesome if I was camping in 12 degree weather. Finally got up and went to couch where I got a few hours of sleep. Living room was actually cooled off.

Our stay was perfect. I was with my 97 year old mother who needed a handicapped room with roll in shower. The room was perfect for 4 nights: very clean and very comfortable. We both enjoyed to the breakfast too. I would do this again.

The pool was nice and large. Area was clean. Very warm in the room. Happy hour was fun. The homemade ranch dip was amazing!! So amazing, I’ve been craving it. The rooms were very nice in size and the beds were extremely comfortable. I slept very well.. thank God I hadn’t discovered the roaches until the next morning, because I would not have slept well at all. Breakfast was okay. I do not eat pork. I had to request the non-pork option which was a chicken sausage. I didn’t care for it, but it sufficed. I loved my waffle and potatoes. Large variety of drink options. They even had made to order omelets for the adults. The only downfall about breakfast was the roach that came crawling across the bench seats. I couldn’t finish my food at that point having just dealt with the roaches in my room. The staff at the hotel were amazing! Very kind and friendly. No complaints about them. I am disappointed that I never heard from the manager, as promised. I only received apologies and that since there’s plants in the building, there will be roaches in the dinning area from the staff.

A lady and gentleman greeted me with big smiles and a welcome as I walked inside. The lady from Zambia who checked me in provided water and all of the information I needed without me having to ask. And, she seemed as happy as could be. The gentleman located a parking spot for me as the parking lot was under repair and then walked me back safely to the entrance. Cleanliness is VITAL for me and I even requested the cleanest room available and it was!

Was very nice the elevator seems dated and some of the interior but still very nice pretty much same as most embassy suites but very friendly staff and nice breakfast and very clean and overall great stay .

The indoor pool was freezing, either not heated or the heater was broken with no warning sign posted to let you know. There was also mold growing in the cracks of the tile in the pool area. Our room had a funny smell, couldn’t quite figure out why. And there weren’t enough wash cloths and towels for everyone in the bathroom.

The beds were not as comfortable as i remember. The may need updating. There was not much of a variety at the reception in the evening but that might be a personnel preference. Overall it was good but not great. The employees are very helpful and always polite.

My only suggestion would be softer beds and towels.

Housekeeping going into my room after I put a sign on door not to enter. The restroom floor was filthy. The kitchen staff limited and hesitated to provide send portions of breakfast. They served rotten vegetables on a platter during happy hour. I took a picture of it.ive visited Atlanta for a couple of years we always stay vat this embassy suite s. However I don't think that I will again due to the hospitality this time.. upon early morning checkout we had to wait on the desk attendant to wake up in a back room to check us out . We didn't won't to be late for the airport. The bath room floors can be scrubbed with bleach or peroxide to bring up the scum and dirt .they served humus tdip the first night we were there and also the second night it was horrible serving left overs two nights in a row.. at breakfast a requested a sunny side up egg. The cook didn't know how to prepare a sunny side up! The scrambled eggs lie on the serving counter cold and uncovered. There should be another way to keep the scrambled eggs warmer. Anyway I didn't appreciate housekeeping going into my room when I requested that not. My belongings had been rummaged rummaged through

Concert. Everything as described.

Unfortunately, this hotel allows pets, and I was awake all night with a barking dog.

Went for a quick overnight stay to eat and shop in the area. Embassy Suites is usually our first choice and we usually stay at the one near the Halcyon. We decided to try this location since on our previous visits we noticed it was close to various shops and restaurants. We were not disappointed at all! The location is great, close to a lot of retail therapy! There are way too many restaurants to choose from. Also, the snacks at the evening reception were delicious! Breakfast had a lot of choices. This will now be our first choice when staying in the area!

The hotel is located within a half mile of GA-400, just north of Northpoint Mall. It is in that common satellite area which surrounds your average mall for a half mile in all directions. Entrances are off North Point Drive, which connects to the larger North Point Parkway (which is shown as the hotel's address). Parking is in a private lot surrounding the building. It got crowded at night, but there were still spaces available when we came and went. The layout is rooms surrounding a large open atrium in the center. There are 6 floors, at least 5 of which have rooms (I'm not sure about the ground floor). They appeared to have an indoor pool and a small gym. Our room was quite spacious, with the bedroom separated from a 'living room' type area. The bathroom was outside the bedroom, which was also nice. There was plenty of space to open suitcases. It seemed clean. No oddities with the shower or other facilities. Breakfast starts at 6:30 a.m. weekdays and 7:30 a.m. on weekends. There is a self-serve area (bread / cereal / coffee / fruit / yogurt) and some sort of small hot-food counter / line where you go up and ask for sausage, bacon, or possibly an omelet that they make for you. I didn't go through that line. They issue you breakfast cards on check-in, and I think you may have to present those at the

We ended up at the Embassy by chance after a mishap with a pool at a different hotel. It was a literal last minute find with 1 room left. The room was so spacious, the pool was great, breakfast team was on point and so friendly and the beds were pretty comfy. Beds could have had a bit better mattress topper for more comfort but not bad - I’m just picky. We most definitely would stay here again.

We loved our stay here. Everything was great from the staff to the cleanliness of the room. We had five people total, my husband and I, two toddlers, and an infant. There was plenty of room in the suites for all of us.

This location was convenient for our training close by. Breakfast daily was a nice touch along with Happy Hour. The suite was spacious and clean for our party.

From front desk staff to breakfast food staff, they were all so friendly and accommodating. I will be recommending this specific hotel to all of my family and friends that visit!

One of the ladies at the breakfast had a bad attitude as if she didnt want to be at work. Everything else was great.

This was a great stay for my family and I. The staff was friendly. The kids had one TV in the room while we had another. The kids enjoyed swimming indoors. The evening reception had good snacks and drinks. The breakfast was great. My only complaints are that our iron board was broken. One of the beds’ base is on its last leg to breaking down. Also, breakfast should start at least at 6:30am for those who have to leave early. We had to go to my oldest son game at 8am. We came back to get breakfast and checkout, but he was unable to and was very disappointed.

Embassy Suites by Hilton has always been my favorite hotel The services were impeccable. The staff was warm, helpful courteous my granddaughter had her birthday party there in one of the suites and swam in their indoor pool. The whole weekend was amazing.

My only complaints were the pillows were terrible. I suggest you bring your own pillows. They have no structure whatsoever. 3 pillows put together and they were still flat. Also, the elevators rumble, shake, and are extremely loud. They seriously need to fix those issues. Overall, the pros outweigh the bad and the little issues were not dealbreakers for me so like I said I would definitely stay again!!

My wife and I love Embassy Suites properties. The snacks, free drinks, and real breakfast ( not continental) is always the better option.

My friend and I stayed at this hotel for a few nights and it was very clean, breakfast was good, and the gym was great for our morning workouts! I’d definitely stay here again!

First of all, the young lady that was workingbthe front desk was AMAZING!!!!! She was very friendly and moved my room so it was near a window so I could see my loaded truck and trailer. She was personable and her smile(s) were genuine. The hotel it self was clean and nice. Might be a touch dated but that didn't effect my stay as everything else to property had to offer was awesome. Rate was definitely great. Checking in was ultra simple and the breakfast was full of options and definitely abundant.

Beautiful hotel but allowing 10+ children to run by around the lobby all evening and to play soccer near the breakfast tables was not conducive to enjoying a meal as adults who have no children. Very disappointed that you allowed that.

It was an amazing place to have a restful nights sleep. Clean and 2 mix drinks per adult at bar free was great to set the mood to relax. Will be back.

The hotel needs updating. We found mold in the shower and a lack of cleanliness throughout. It was also very loud. The elevator inspection inside the elevator was expired. The pool looked dirty. I wouldn’t stay here again.

We did a staycation here, and it was amazing! The breakfast is always so good, and the customer service was excellent. The complimentary happy hour is an added bonus! We always choose Embassy Suites!

This hotel was very dirty, I refuse to stay there, and when I immediately checked out. I asked for a refund and they would not refund my money. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who like cleanliness

As I have stayed in this property before, my expectation was high and they met it this time, too! Only minos problem was guest next to our room was a little loud.

Everything was great as I expected. Only minor issue was guest Nextdoor or above us was a little loud. But the hotel and staff and everything else was excellent!
