Please disregard other low review, it was for a different hotel on a trip a couple of weeks later.

Proximity to all the places we liked, clean, the bed was super comfortable The vending machines only took exact change/cash.

The room nice and clean. The room was pretty much sound proof. The front desk staff were personable and knowledgeable.

Good value for money but there is room for Improvement with the amenities, ie, water in rooms.

Room wasn’t clean for two days I had to go and ask for her to get cleaned. Wi-Fi was hard to get working door key could never work.

Breakfast was delightful. Location on main drag was ideal and surprisingly quiet. Internet was not wonderful

The gentleman at the front desk was so personable, dressed professionally, and just a pleasure to deal with. The room was nice and clean and the bed comfy! Breakfast was delicious, one of the best I have had at a hotel that offers free breakfast. The ice container needed a good cleaning, per it had black mildew in it.

The location of the inn, relative to where I needed to go was optimal. That staff was good and helpful as well. The inside of the building, and stair wells were dirt. When we went into the room, there was a live roach on its back, on the floor. There were dirty Q tips and toilet tissue in the bathroom trash. The floors where dirty and unswept and it smell like urine in the corner of the room.

Floors were extremely sticky, there was pet hair all over one of the bed spreads and the floor. Interstate was rather loud, however it wasn't hard to sleep.

Good breakfast, very quiet rooms and terrific location. No street noise despite being on a very busy artery. Hotel and rooms are not well maintained, aging, and public areas are not very clean. Comfort Inn also needs to remove the many snagging signs to tip everywhere. Pay your staff and charge your customers accordingly, it is so shameful to beg for tips for your staff...

They didnt give a Kink Bedroom , because that's what I booked. I put me on a double queen bedroom. The bedroom s not the issue from the night I arrive until I couldnt sleep. On the next room, there was a family with a kid which I assume may be special. Because the kid will wake up at 10:00 am , and from that time until 11:40 to minight the kid is screaming, making noise. I went, to the front desk, and let them know of the situation, hopping they would offer to put me on a different room, or another floor, all I gate was a glare , with a response between their teeth that they will talk to the person. With them saying that proves to me that they know, and the person in that may be living there. My first time staying in a comfortinn , my last time.

My mother saw a cockroach in the bathroom, the a/c was noisy, and they only had 2 washcloths available despite me booking for 4. After seeing the cockroach we did not eat breakfast there. Some of the furniture was updated but the room was dark and needs an overhead light.

We were in town to attend a funeral, price did not increased from a Thursday to Friday like most hotels. The breakfast surpassed my expectations, was very good. Very nice room. Nothing negative to say. Wonderful hotel.

The hotel had a strong smell of marijuana throughout the night, and our room was never cleaned during our stay. I had to repeatedly ask for towels. My son brought his gaming equipment, but the internet didn’t work at all. Overall, a very disappointing hotel experience. However, the surrounding area was beautiful and conveniently located near many stores and restaurants.

Room was neat but property is old. Limited front staff. Back/side doors should be locked with entry only with room key, but even late at night, the doors were unlocked and anyone could get in. A/C and heating were old, no electronic digital setting of temperature. However room was clean and had USB charging capacity. Liked that the floors were not carpet.

If you have respiratory allergies, stay away. Overwhelming mold and mildew smell in room. My children and I smelled it as soon we opened the door to the room. The room has new furnishings and does look nice in appearance, but you can see where they tried to paint over mold and other damages. I have taken pictures and videos of the cover up. The white clerk at the desk tried to refuse us a room switch, pretending to be sold out. Tried to insult my educational credentials and 19yrs of expertise in the medical field with over 12 of those years as a professional traveler. She lied and said the room smelled like bleach and suggested turning on the A/C to circulate more dust and mold through the air. Absolutely not! I have tried to be as patient as possible. A lot of these buildings need to be checked by Environmental Health for code violations. I’m not buying these 5 star reviews. Save yourself the drama and stay at the Hyatt Place down the road or in the Avalon area.

First of all Hali at the front desk was absolutely amazing!!!!!!! The free breakfast was amazing!!! My bed was so comfortable!!! We stayed Tuesday through Saturday!!! Burger-FI right next door was Amazing!!! OUR ROOM WAS A PET FRIENDLY ROOM AND VERY CLEAN , A/C worked amazing!! Nice shower (indoor gym and elevator) the neighborhood is rich neighborhood ( tons of popular places to eat and shop ) I loved this hotel 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

The hotel’s location was very good, a lot of nice restaurants around. The hotel itself is half updated. There were blood stains in our bathroom and on the bed. There were food crumbs leftover from previous guests on the couch.

This is an older property but the rooms are clean and comfortable. Dog friendly which was very nice. What sets this place apart is the friendly, extremely helpful manager/front desk people. Service does make a difference!

My card was fraudulently used to book this room, and when I called in to tell them that the person who checked in, was using my account and charged it on my credit card, I was told there’s nothing they could do. I said I was going to call the police and they said the police will be able to do nothing. Not sure why I would stay at one of your hotels in the future.

Quite a bit of deferred maintenance. Shower drain pulled out, damaged lamp shades, messy/dirty joints in bathroom. Scuffed/dented furniture, stained upholstery, dirty/splashes of something all over air conditioning vents. On the plus side, staff was pleasant, bed was comfortable and air conditioning worked very well. Breakfast was good.

I couldn't have asked for a better stay. The staff were extremely helpful. Ryan went out of his way to come outside and help guide my trailer truck into the hotel parking lot. He even offered assistance when I got test to leave the next morning.

The hotel is okay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The property doesn’t appear to be maintained very well. We had to switch rooms cause it smelled like smoke. Our new room had a booger smeared on the wall, the toilet doesn’t flush very well, and the sink water sprays all over. Oh well, it’s just one night.

I have stayed here plenty of times. The hotel is reliably clean and comfortable and easy to stay at.

Property was fine for what we needed, to be close to family who live there, but we stayed 5 nights and never had any type of cleaning services even after asking for it. Had to go to front desk each time we needed clean towels and had to empty trash on our own. Breakfast was average. Our hallway *reeked* of weed smell.

Very comfy room, the bathroom had hair trimmings in the corner of the counter that I didn’t bring to their attention because I didn’t notice it until day 2 of 4. I just left it there. The staff are SO nice but watch out for the lady in charge of breakfast. She tad abrasive and shuts down breakfast not one second after end time! Don’t sleep on breakfast. The front desk ladies are SO nice and the main reason I would stay here again. Close to food/grocery and downtown

It was fine for the price. Good location, near 400, and on a great road corridor with lots of choices from a range of restaurants. Breakfast was adequate. Front desk was efficient.

Jess the front desk agent was extremely helpful and kind. She went the extra mile to ensure the guest was ok. Wonderful asset to this hotel and the community!

Very friendly staff. Rooms are what should be expected. Excellent area for shopping and dinning.

We got there and they didn’t have the room we reserved. We got a room with two full beds and they told me that they only had one with a king size. The elevator was broken down and they put us in the third floor. The staff was very kind but the hotel itself was disappointing at best. The room smelled funky and having to carry our luggage three floors up after being on the road for 8 hours was not very comfortable. I will never stay there again.

The staff was nice but our first room was not even cleaned and they had to re-room us. It smelled weird/bad. They are currently in renovations so the elevators don’t work. Enjoy taking the stairs. The breakfast was ok but not the best. Beds are super firm. I have had better hotels for a similar price but it is a few minutes walk to food, nail shops, massage places, and more.

Everything was great--no complaints. Breakfast was great. Staff was friendly. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Area was nice.

All of the staff was friendly and the entire place was clean my only complaint was the condition of the room. The dead bolt would not like up with the hole so.it was completely useless and the ball latch was only held on with one screw. When I was washing my hands in the bathroom the floor had water appear and upon looking under the sink I found that the drain pipe was not connected and just a wash cloth was wrapped around it. The ac unit was not working correctly either and it would not cool the room unless you had it full blast on cold.

had a funny smell. The room seemed fine until we found out the toilet DONT flush and the faucet on the sink was coming out of the sink. Me and my daughter stayed 5mins and then we checkout and never returned!!!

We enjoyed our trip. The beds were comfortable. They brought a portable crib for the baby and even brought an extra sheet for it. I considered that very thoughtful

The beds are comfortable and AC worked. Great location. It's an older hotel but still in good shape.

However, all the furniture in my hotel room had some form of damage. The bathroom vanity looked like it had been through a war. I had to move the bed to locate the TV remote which was under the bed. The TV barely worked. Other guests at the hotel had dogs which barked from 1-3am. The toilet plunger and handle was disconnected and I literally had to open the top of the toilet and connect the handle chain to the stopper to flush the toilet. Lastly, when I tried to make coffee in my room, the coffee maker pumped out what looked to be rotten, leftover soup that someone had tried to heat up in it. Absolutely disgusting. I paid for two nights but only stayed one night due to the above issues. It’s not a place I would stay at again. If you can afford it, spend an extra $50 per night and go somewhere else.
