The staff was extremely rude and overbearing. They told me my sister whom checked in with me could no longer stay in the room because I wasn't there as u had to drive back to Philly the next day . Its the most ridiculous and unacceptable to treat customers as you do.

Please change towel it’s too old and dairy. And why are you charging for the parking?

I couldn’t sleep. They put me in a second-floor room, and the guests next to me were arguing early in the morning and cursing loudly. I’m not sure if they were fighting with staff or someone else, but it was really unpleasant and kept me awake all night.

The tv was ok Bathroom wasn’t great. The fridge freezer needed defrosting. The floor wasnt the cleanest. The sink counter top had spilts. Orange juice at breakfast wasn’t fresh. Tasted really old.

Area is good but generally there is smoking smell all around tje facility which is something we can not stand healthy wise. The smell of smoke everywhere particularly in corridors. Saw crawling roaches around the reception/dining area which should be taken care off.

I like it that it have a microwave and refrigerator. I also like you can bring your pets. Too small.

There were two beds, but the breakfast wasn't good. The place was frequented primarily by drug users, and the reception reeked of marijuana. I do not recommend staying at this hotel if you are a woman traveling alone or with children; I would never book a stay there again, as the place attracts a very unpleasant crowd.

The room was very bad. I was untidy. I was smelling very bad comfort. I asked them to cancel because they didn't accept, although I was at the time. I changed. I took another hotel because they didn't return my money. I don't know for the subject.

The staff was nice checking us in, floors were dirty when we checked into our room and found a hair in one of our “CLEAN” towels. Comforter also had weird markings/stains on it?? Wouldn’t recommend staying here.

It was secluded. My room did not have a coffee/tea maker. Only the cups for coffee but no machine to make coffee.

The air conditioning of the neighboring room seemed to be on full blast all night making some noise. Don't think anyone was in the room.

Booked location twice, you get what you pay for at a lower cost. Staff and management refused to help with a third booking date error and wants to charge more than the room cost to make any changes.

It had a nice clear room and the air conditioning worked well. It was just what we needed for our trip and we were only there one night. I would suggest that they do away with the $5/day parking fee. That seemed like an unnecessary extra.

There was a coffee maker, but unfortunately, they only gave us three coffee packs on the first day and didn’t replenish them, so we couldn't use it later. Housekeeping came almost every day, which was nice. Breakfast ends at 9 AM,we went to sleep late and often missed it. It would be great if breakfast hours were extended to 9:30 or 10. We only had it once, mostly cereal, milk, and bread. I really missed having good coffee in the morning and ended up buying it elsewhere. Still, overall, it was a decent experience and a comfortable place to stay.

the super 8 office is apparently just storage now, went to the wrong side first, I had to provide credit card and license plate number again in person despite doing so during "online check-in", then I learned you have to pay extra for a non-smoking room, and also pay extra to park the car, so over all, feels like a huge grift, like I was just scammed to be here. if I wanted to spend $100 a night for a room that doesn't stink like an ashtray and pay for unsecured parking I wouldn't be at a super 8

They even charged for their so called continental breakfast, which was pathetic. The beds were hard as the floor. The pillows were all shredded .i actually went out and purchased pillows so we could have one to sleep on. The staff acted like we were an annoyance to them.

The profile said that a Metro station was a 10 minute walk away. It was more than 2 miles, through industrial zones. That, and the TV just barely worked, buffering literally every ten seconds. I will pay more to stay somewhere else next time.

If I’m ever down that way again, I would definitely rebook here. One of the things I appreciated most is how serious they are about their no smoking policy. I cannot stand the smell of nasty old hotel rooms, they are so serious about their no smoking policy that the place smelt like it was just built the day before. The staff was friendly and accommodating. The only issue we had was I think there was a wedding party there or something on the second floor above us and it sounded like they were jumping up and down on the floor all night. Thankfully, my kids were able to sleep. I pretty much didn’t sleep at all, but I was so impressed with the cleanliness, I don’t think I’ve ever been in a last-minute booking place that was clean like this. You couldn’t find a drop of dirt anywhere. Not a spec. And when I put the AC on because it happened to be in unusually warm day, you didn’t get that stinky moldy mildew smell that some of them produce. We walked across the main road to get some dinner, that was a little sketchy because it’s a very busy highway, but there are crosswalks and cross lights and the drivers seemed to respect them. We had an excellent dinner at the Asian buffet across the street. Check out was as easy as could be. I would recommend to anyone who needed to stay in the area, that this is an excellent, clean, friendly and safe place.

Good experience. I recommend not putting the coffee maker and cups right next to the sink, even though it’s technically separate from the bathroom (tub and toilet). Room was clean and location is great, lots of stores and restaurants nearby, but can be a busy area. Would stay here again.

Room was very good. It seems like it has recently been remodled. The ELEVATOR is another matter. No sign it gets inspected and it looks and act like it may stop working any moment.

The Queen Bed are Twin Bed. They charged 50 dollars security diposit, so you don’t damage the room. No worth the money worst experience ever

First my room door lock will not latch. After reporting it to the manager at the desk, he came with me to test it out. He was able to convince me that thats how the door operate and cannot be opened from outside. He demonstrated this in the adjacent empty room for me to see. I somehow believed him. I guess I was too tied to argue after a long day work. Well; I woke up in the middle of the night to find the door still not properly locked. Also walls are very thin. I could hear every single siren from the street nearby. The hotel walls/plumbing is poorly insulated. I could hear constant water running and toilet flushes every few minute. I could only doze for for one and half hours. Couldn't fall back to sleep due the noise. I finally got up. at 3:30am and checked out. Take my advice. Dont stay here. Very sketchy!!

When they go to remove the used towels they should change them for clean ones, because I was staying for two nights and the next night I had no way to dry myself when I came out of the shower.

O.k. stay. I though I got a quiet room but I think an unoccupied room next door at an A/C going causing some noise. Grab & go breakfast was flimsy…..

It is unfortunate because this is a well located hotel. We had to wait to check in with only one person working0 we were 8th in line...took forever. Then when we went up to report the dirty underwear and get additional towels, it took forever again. Don't expect to get help from the staff. Breakfast - a joke. No coffee, only one type of banana muffins which they were out of, and when we asked for more, it took them over 20 minutes to get them. They made more coffee but that took awhile as well, No one on the front desk has a clue what is happening outside of their little office.

The room was set up really cute but was not completely clean the floor was dirty black in areas. There was razor clipping on soap dish in shower soap caddy tv had not a good signal kept freezing. Alarm clock was set that didn’t realize till it went off at 800 am and woke up up and no refrigerator. I know you get what you pay for but. Was disappointed.

Stains on the mattress and countertops not wiped .’when I called in to let them know the receptionist told me that it wasn’t possible bc they have head of maintenance who check it before giving access to visitors. I took pictures and still she told how me how will she know that it was there before I got there . I will never stay here again. And I came a long way on a road trip .

Only complaint I have is the bed is hard and the pillows are too soft.. other than that it was great! No bed bugs, no roaches, no loud noises, staff was friendly and housekeeping didn’t bother us since we put the DND sign up. I’d definitely stay again!
