    I stayed in Room 709 and the wall by the window has a crack and a big dent. I wish the rooms were better maintained, other than that my stay was wonderful.

    There is NO bar/lounge...despite that being advertised. There is NO night time security. We were advised NOT to walk outside after dark, even just across the street (shopping center) My husband went to the breakfast (to be served 6-9 am) about 6:45am and it was almost gone and walked across the street to a bakery. The staff were helpful and nice. Help in getting a taxi and recommendations for dinner. If they are not going to provide these amenities, they need to change their website. The airport shuttle was one of the top reasons for booking this older hotel.

    The reviews I read before I booked stated something other than what I experienced. The room was hot so we turned the air down to 60. By the time we woke up .. we were drenched in sweat. We couldn’t change rooms because the clerk said there were no more rooms. I got up to look out the window and the floor was soaked from the air conditioner. It took 10 mins for the shower to get hot. I wasn’t going to write a review, but I don’t want others to be fooled by the false reviews. I think they actually paid for the reviews. The pics you see online is not what you see when you stay there (not for us). All other surrounding hotels were booked up, so we just neared with it for that one night 👹

    Quite a disappointment! Used to be a Courtyard Marriott but no longer. No airport shuttle. No on-site restaurant. No hot water. No functioning climate/heat/cool in room. Ugh. Overall really bad. Supposedly becoming Hyatt - do not stay there until someone new takes it over and greatly improves the hotel!

    This place is undergoing changes and although I didn’t see construction, it was definitely apparent. Hot water took about 15-20 to come after letting the water run. Can you imagine? You have to plan almost half hour before taking a bath?! The staff was nice, but kept trying to skirt questions, like “why does something feel odd about this hotel?” When asked. GPS didn’t even find it as it used to be a Marriott. The hotel doesn’t seem to be popular at all, so regardless of price, might behoove you to spend a little more if you want to be closer to attractions.

    Excellent staff, clean and comfortable room and good coffee. I liked the parking garage because i felt my car was safe. I would stay here again and I do recommend it to everyone. Overall nice. The toilet didn't work, I didn't complain because it was late at night and I had to leave early in the morning, so I prioritized my sleep. Also the elevators are not great,; flooring was peeling and warped, numbered buttons were missing. I prayed during each elevator trip.

    We stayed here the night before my wife gave birth and she needed the shower to work based on doctors instructions. It was freezing cold water only and they did absolutely nothing to help. Then, when we spoke to them the following morning at the desk the manager offered a 20% discount to stay another night? Not sure why anyone would want to do that without a working shower. 0/10 is what I would give this general manager and property if that was an option.

    This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. It was a Marriott when I booked but had changed affiliation when I arrived. I was expecting the airport shuttle (no longer available), and breakfast (also no longer available). Check-in was confusing. Told there would be no breakfast at 6 am. I assumed it would be later - there was no breakfast at all. Room keys were sketchy - blank white cards. No logos, no numbers, nothing, and bent. But they worked. Refrigerator (no freezer) was not working;air conditioner buttons were broken (except OFF). No hot water in sink or shower (tepid at best). When we checked out - the ceiling in the lobby was leaking water everywhere, and there were flies everywhere in the lobby. Overall, this was a disaster!!!!

    This property is old, not well cleaned (found stains on towels and the toilet). I had to change my room because the first toitle didn't flush. The same thing happened in the second room, so they had to send a technician to get it going. The noise is terrible because it's close to a highway. They need noise control windows because you can barely sleep.

    Not related to the guest room… I used the onsite parking and didn’t need to use my room key to exit the parking garage. This didn’t make me feel safe about my vehicle being parked there. I didn't know this until I was leaving. There is no accountability if it was stolen, whereas tying it to a room key/guest would have provided some. Moot point because my vehicle is safe and with me, but that is not a comforting approach. Needless to say, I will not be staying at this Marriott again.

    AC could not reduce temperature setting, can only go up! Microwave faceplate half loose. When taking shower hot water can only maintain 3 minutes. After that it became lukewarm and not good for hair washing. Felt cold and had to stop shower. Feel very bad. Floor Numbers in elevator can be turned and rotate after touching them. So funny. Free black coffee only available at breakfast time. After that period you have to go to restaurant inside the building to buy it. Most hotels provide free black coffee 7/24.

    Hotel was relatively quiet and in an easy to get to area. Jasmine was the kindest and friendliest nighttime front desk staff member I have ever met. My cousin and I saw her at all hours of the night and she was still super upbeat and nice. Having staff like her to greet you at midnight is a real pick me up after a long flight. The room was clean and the shampoo and body wash smelled nice and was calming. I would definitely stay here again the next time I'm in the area.

    The hotel is sort of outdated and our shower wasn’t the best. With that said, everything else is great. The shuffle to the airport is a nice amenity, and they even offered shuffles to the Marine Corps Marathon, which was amazing. Also, Jackie in the front desk is one of the best person I’ve ever met. Such an angel, so kind and ready to help us. Always bringing a smile with her. That itself makes me give this place a 5-star. Excited to stay there for the 51° MCM next year. (but please replace the showers)

    Relatively clean hotel, easy access to DC. We felt safe in the area. The bathroom was dated and the drain in our tub shower drained very slowly so that we were standing in water by the end of our showers. We complained and they said they would fix it, but the problem was not rectified.

    The room itself was large, with a sofa and tables, a refrigerator and lots of room for luggage. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. We didn't turn on the TV but it appeared to have Netflix. The bathroom was clean but could use some updating; it was extremely difficult to turn on the shower and the bathtub was so slippery I couldn't even step in without a mat. We didn't get to try the breakfast, but the front desk staff were very pleasant and helpful. Overall, a good value for money.

    Stayed because of a delayed flight. Perfect for what I needed. Staff was very nice. Jasmine was so great and helpful after dealing with a stressful time at the airport. Important to know Shuttle runs only during certain hours.

    The property was nice and quiet. There was a CVS, Paris Baguette, and Aldi across the street. The highway is nearby as are a few bus stops and shuttles that lead to downtown and D.C.

    Dated rooms except for bed and tv. Curtain was torn and didn’t want to walk on carpet with barefeet. Only one elevator worked and elevator in parking garage didn’t work. I would not stay there again and it left a bad taste for Marriott that I always expected to be a top hotel chain.

    I can not thank this hotel enough for accommodating our family on a really short notice. They were phenomenal and very professional and kept following up with us until our arrival. LoGuidice is the reservation. Junior at the front desk was great! Can not thank him enough.

    Older Marriott that needs a remodel. Beds were comfortable and rooms were clean. Tub backed up so my ankles were taking a bath while the rest of me was showering. Lol. Elevators didn’t work one day. Garage was dirty.

    There was several outlets in the room not working and the water did not get hot, you had to play with the water going back and forth between hot and cold before it started to get hot enough for a shower.

    I had a nice stay, but the hot water in my room didn't work and I had to keep calling them every day to fix whatever the issue was. I believe I shouldn't have had to call them for this because it should not be an issue for guests to call just to get hot water to take a shower.

    There was a group of kids at the time I was there. They were running around, blasting music, the chaperones were not paying attention and not asking them to be respectful. As a hotel if you have groups that large of kids you should put the business guests on a different floor than these groups! It was so chaotic. They were running up and down the halls!
