As Studio is fantastic. It has everything you need. One thing that was not as I expected was that the cleaning was done every 3 days so I needed to keep asking for clean towels every day, I was used to other IHG hotels so maybe in the different studio format password.

Kitchen was fully equipped.

Our basic needs were met, clean and safe room and area and good staff. Plus, the little kitchen is great help for my family.

Overall amazing experience. Room was clean. We did have one towel that had stains it smelled clean but they was more than apologetic and gave us new towels. Definitely a lowkey hotel spot that I will be coming back soon

The first room we were given reeked of marijuana. My husband started coughing as soon as we walked in. Diego quickly gave us another room. It was overall clean, but the floors needed a good cleaning and baseboards.

Nothing at all. When my daughter and I got to the property, no one was at the front desk. The lobby looked nothing like what was pictured the room had a terrible smell look nothing like the picture it look like people were living there.

I will suggest the hotel include car rental at least for exclusively for those that rent the hotel room

The property is in a secluded location, making it feel more secure. The staff was friendly and accommodating, providing us with extra blankets and towels on a moment's notice. The suites were clean and well-stocked.

Carpet in hall looked clean but had an odor when we first arrived. The staff member sprayed the hall and it was better.

You have to pay $10 a day for parking and there parking lot is off the street and out in the open. No parking garage or nothing and they charge me $50 for a pillowcase. So if you have dye in your hair bring your own pillowcases and probably towels too.

The location was close to the expressway checking in was easy the rooms were very spacious and clean which was great beds were good overall good stay surrounding area was just isolated and no breakfast offered this was more of an extended stay so did not feel like a hotel stay

Loved the pillows The hotel is tucked away in a very weird way in a not so great area, even though we had no issues, it could be a problem for some. They do charge for parking, which I feel this should be comped.

In all the hotels/motels I've stayed at in the past few years (and there's been alot between college tours, visits, trips etc), this hotel was the absolute best. The room was so clean I was able to walk around barefoot and not have to worry about my feet getting dirty. This has been the only place I was able to do that. All other places I had to wear slides. The room was the best room also, in regards to having a full kitchen with dishes, utencils, overall space, etc. I have never had a room like this before. My daughter and I wished we were staying for a week. Price was extremely reasonable and the staff was fantastic. I asked if we could have early check-in since we were there to attend my nephews Master's Degree graduation and it was the same day as we were checking in and the ceremony was 3pm which is the normal check in time. The lady at the desk was so understanding and said the room I booked (king size bed) was not available and If I would mind changing rooms so we could be accommodated. I wish all the places we stayed were this great. I will look for this name hotel in future travel. I would give them 10 STARS if I could

We stayed in the suite with the queen bed. The room and bathroom are very small. The bed is pushed between two walls and is definitely not a queen size, more like a double and very uncomfortable. The bathroom was dated and not in the greatest condition. The kitchenette is nice, if needed. The staff is quite unfriendly and there is no breakfast, only free coffee. We will not stay here again when going back to Alexandria.

The only thing that was not pleasant was being able to hear other people pretty clearly. There was a vent in the bathroom and sometimes it felt like they were in the same room as me.

While I enjoyed staying at this property and the staff team were friendly much needs to be corrected with how the back patio is utilized by guests given marijuana is legal. Not pleasant to always walk outside with my dog and smell the odor.

When I checked in, they told me that they had to put a $100 hold on my credit card in case of problems. That was okay, but then then the machine wouldn't accept my Discover Card, which was the very card I had paid for the room with? Fortunately I had a different card to use.

Candlewood Hotel emailed me on May 13, that my room reservation that I made on April 18 was cancelled by Hotels.com. How do like that? The day before I leave for Alexandria, I get booted out. What took so long from April 19 to the day before travel May 13, that I didn't receive a notice sooner?

When we first got to the hotel. It look like the man was doing something wrong he overcharged my card at first and then it finally went through after and given us two room keys that didn’t work and he given us a one bedroom that we did not request we requested two beds it was just too much because we drove from here and we were very tired.

This was my first time on the property and I must say I enjoyed that it was quiet especially for a first floor room. The bed was extra comfortable and i especially love the kitchenette. I am already planning my next visit.

The room was not cleaned and the amenities did not work properly. The shower water was cold the bathroom sink did not work, the air was musty, and the Front desk agents were not friendly or welcoming. I want a refund.

I wasn't expecting the full kitchen, so that was nice. It was spacious too. Even though there were only four of us, nobody wanted to sleep together. We keep air mattresses in our van, and there was plenty of floor room to add the two mattresses. The clerk let us borrow a couple extra blankets. He was super nice.

I satisfy during my stay. Receptionist is helpful and friendly. The room is big and clean. It’s so convenience for finding place to eat. I stayed there for 2 nights in ending of March and Early April/2023.

The evening maintenance was great, our TV wasnt working and he responded quickly to fix it and continued to check in on us throughout the trip. The staff was overall VERY welcoming and helpful. This is probably the only place we'll be staying in Philly from now on.

The lady at the front desk was very rude I think her name is Sandy she did even say hello, and her attitude was terrible, I asked for manager and manager never showed up. Total different the lady in the morning she was very kind and with a great customer service.

Property and staff were fine. Only issue was water for shower took several minutes to come up to temperature.

Area was sketchy, hotel stunk and low and behold they had animal kingdom in here. All sorts of pets and lets not forget about the fleas and the cockroaches. It was absolutely terrible. Could never recommend.and yes i did not stay i got my money back and hauled out of there.

Jasmine, the desk clerk, was so friendly and welcoming. We were able to observe her service and smile several times while at the property with all the guests and she was always personable and a true pleasure. She is a gift to your guests and it truly was our pleasure to have met her.

When we arrived the price that we were quoted on expedia was not tge prive the hotel wanted to charge us. The first young lady at the desk unfortunately did not know what she was talking about and if it wasn't for the manager Jasmine we would've paid more for our room. The rooms were nice but then when we came back to the hotel that nite there were absolutely no parking spots. We asked the male receptionist that was on duty and he told us to try in the back of the parking lot which we had already circled to no avial and when we told him that there were no spots left he told us he "didn't know what to tell us". I was thinking about coming back bc the room was nice but the parking situation was unacceptable and the service at the hotel was not ok. Will not be coming back.

Blood on ceiling and sheet, cops banging on neighbors door all night, and front deak staff was rude when we asked if everything was okay after the cops kept us up all night.

Positives: the view from the room was nice and the bedding was comfortable.

There were a lot of male contractors stayimg at this hotel which didnt make me feel the safest especially being a woman traveling alone. The pictures online look a lot better than in reality. I prepaid for my room via hotels.com and the hotel told me that they had no record and chatged me again. Now im working to have that resolved. The remote control was disgusting so I didnt watch TV (see pic). I would definitely never stay here again.

I had to go back down 10 floors to get a new room. The next morning the pump came off the shower gel. I reported and no one ever came to fix it. When I returned to my room the next evening, my key would not work. I had to go back down 10 floors to have it reprogrammed. I asked the front desk if they had a number to corporate so I could call and discuss the issues I’ve had. She said I don’t know of one but I could take your name and number and have someone call you.
