From the moment that I checked in everyone was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. I would highly recommend.

Not happy with the room not clean the shower not working right,I ask for a chair in my room 2 times and they couldn’t help me and the coffee in the afternoon was cold ,the water went all over the bathroom floor had to clean it up 2 times.

Try was one of the best hotel experiences we have had in many months. The daily is very clean, the beds were very comfortable and updated. Would definitely recommend it and will stay there again on our next visit to Knoxville.

There was a Doritos corn chip on the floor of the elevator for 3 days. The window blind in our room wasn’t working and the deadbolt wasn’t working in our room. The breakfast was good. It’s a little weird there is no closet in the room. Overall it was an ok stay.

The breakfast was good and convenient. We had a room where the water from the shower drained out to the rest of the bathroom. So our bathroom floor stayed soaked. I understand that this was a handicapped accessible room but they too could have benefitted from a dry bathroom floor and some drawers to put clothes in. Not one drawer and only 3 hangers. Alex was wonderful and helpful, and parking was convenient.

Close to the airport and it was quiet. There was no soap in the shower, the shelf in the shower was hanging off the wall, there was mold in the shower, around the bed base was dirt and food crumbs, the floor was not clean enough that I would put my bare feet on it. I would never stay there again.

Great location to the airport.

Great breakfast with lots of options. Lobby space was fun and very inviting. In the room there was a lamp with a dinner! This is my favorite thing to find in a hotel room

The breakfast buffet was subpar. I expected a better spread for a buffet.

Room were small but fine for the price. Breakfast was good. My only concern was that it appeared that the owners extended family might be living there and there were constantly a lot of kids in the lobby running around and not being controlled.

The room was clean, which is my main concern. The refrigerator or something in the room was fairly loud (like a whine?), but I brought ear plugs thankfully.

The staff was very nice. The lobby had a weird smell to me. The room was a little small. I would have liked a coffee maker and microwave in the room. The breakfast was ok, but the pancake maker was out of order.

Great location, rooms were very clean, nice quiet although it’s across from airport you don’t hear planes at all. Only complaint is the man that does the breakfast is extremely rude. We weren’t told the hours of breakfast when we got there late that night but googled it. It said 6-9:30, we get down at 8:50am and he’s already putting things away. We politely asked him a question and he starts slamming stuff around and got really hateful. Crap like that will make me stay somewhere else

Had to move rooms due to tv not working. Room was not well cleaned. Bugs in both rooms. Repairs were not well done. Looked sloppy. Breakfast was substandard. Staff was nice.

The airport shuttle was reliable in the morning, the room was clean, the staff was helpful -- we arrived late and left early, so we didn't have a chance to check out amenities.

The added price for a pet that is listed on hotels com ($50) does not match what is on the hotels website ($75), so it was disappointing to pay extra . Not the hotels

I did not realize there were no bath towels or bath matt until I went to take my shower at 5am and had to leave by 6am. Then the bathroom floor was filthy. The hand towel I put on the floor to stand on turned out filthy from my foot prints. The bed was comfortable though.

Front desk was friendly. Room was clean and everything seemed newish. Bathroom could use some help and fixing the caulking would go a long way. Outside of that we had a great stay with access to breakfast and pool table. I’d stay here again.

I am very disappointed that the room smells smoky and many touch points look like they haven’t been cleaned. I am staying only because I have to be back up at 4:00 am for a flight.

When I arrived at midnight I was told they cancelled my reservation. No explanation as to why and I was never notified. The hotel was full and no rooms available. They were not able to assist or provide any help.

The hotel looks brand new. Catching the shuttle was very easy from TYS and it literally across the street from the airport. Perfect, if you have to catch a five am flight the next morning. Customer service was excellent. Only a five minute uber ride from restaurand shopping.

Property seemed updated, but had a moldy smell and water damage on 2nd floor where we were staying. Staff was friendly, property was clean other than damage and smell from it.

Also when is it not normal to have a daily cleaning? Would like to have know that before throwing towels on floor!

The hotel itself is fine. Found the room to be clean and the breakfast was good. The check-in process is slow, the person on duty couldn't get keys made properly and kept trying to just use the "master key" to open our door. I feel like making a key that will work is pretty basic. We didn't like the fact that she wanted us to wait for a key to be made while we were at dinner, especially when referencing the master key so much. We weren't the only ones having a hard time getting a key made either. The whole staff seems negative, bickers and doesn't want to be there. I understand everyone has bad days but just based off overheard, not quiet, conversations it's a problem.

Hotel was fine but computer to badge door pass was out on one computer, one elevator was out and the air conditioning in the hallway was out. Needs some maintenance.

We were just staying over night because we had an early morning flight. Everyone was so nice and accommodating! we got a great nights sleep, and a quick shuttle ride at 5:45 am! Liked the restaurant next door as well!

I was so excited to be at a hotel that had an amazing bed, comfy sheets and pillows. The air conditioner kept me nice and cool. Shower was great! No coffee in room but free coffee downstairs 24 hours. I will definitely stay here again!

We just stayed for the night, but the rooms are small (we had a two queen bedroom), the TV did not work because their satellite provider was having issues. The door to our shower didn’t close all the way to water leaked out of the shower. The beds were uncomfortable

Staff were lovely. Facilities are dirty and starting to look run down. Location was loud and the exit onto the main road was treacherous - high traffic area with no stop lights. Expensive for what it was.

The floors are too thin; you can hear every step above you. We were unpleasantly surprised at the volume of air traffic at the airport across the street. Wouldn’t suggest this hotel to a family member or friend.

This was an overnight for an early flight. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room looked clean and we felt safe. I find the mattress too soft, but that's personal. Ruby Tuesday is walking distance. All was perfect for our needs.

Our check in was good however, we had chosen this property because of the proximity to the airport. We had a 6am flight and requested a 4am shuttle. The shuttle driver didn't show up, a pilot and flight attendant had to call an Uber and we had also requested one because the time was now close to 4:30. The young lady on the front desk May 11th was on her phone and provided no information. When she was asked to call the driver, she said she didn't have his number. We asked who would have that information and she said management but they weren't answering. Another driver showed up and provided us with additional information that proved the young lady had been lying to us. A little empathy to our situation from her would have gone a long way or the offer to call a taxi knowing we were crunched for time to catch our flight.

I am relocating to the area and stayed at the property while looking at real estate.

Always love staying at Tru. Its very clean, customer service is great, and it's reasonably priced. Only negative would be the breakfast. It was mostly imitation eggs, sausage links, and pancakes. I did like the bag of water and popcorn at check in and the 24 hr coffee.

Very close to the airport but walking there was a little difficult due to construction on roads and general lack of sidewalks or planning for any pedestrians

First time staying at a Tru! Enjoyed my stay!

The property itself is clean. The rooms appeared to be clean til we got to the beds. The platform that the mattresses are on clearly aren't being cleaned around or under. One of the beds had an old plastic cup lid under the mattress in between the mattress and platform. Both my friend and I have lumbar issues and there were zero support to the pillows, made sleeping uncomfortable. And our room faced the airport and highway so lots of lights. At night even after bringing the blinds down, didn't come down far enough where light was still coming in, so if I rolled over in the middle of the night towards the window, I was woken up to bright light.

The shampoo and conditioner was the best i have ever used....already searching internet to buy some!! What we didnt like: 1. Coffee was weak and doesnt have the best flavor, it was just ok. 2. The lady that was at the service desk at 6am the next morning was not personable and had the grouchiest look on her face when I asked for the WI-FI code. She had her hands undeneath her shirt and was curled up in the front desk seat. She did not greet me when I went up to the desk nor did she say your welcome after I said thank you for the code. Other than her unprofessional approach and attitude, the hotel is great!!

The stay was average, I was hoping for a more updated hotel but it wasn’t bad. The staff was very friendly and helpful which was the best part. Our room was freezing even with the heat on at 78. Mind you, our usual hotel room temp is 68! The faucet in the bathroom only trickled but the shower was better. I heard another patron complain of no hot water, so I think updates need made . The staff did their best and should be complimented.

Good, basic hotel near the Knoxville Airport. Like all Tru hotels, it didn't offer a coffee maker in your room -- which is freakin' bizarre. Imagine having to wake up, get dressed and THEN go get your cup of coffee from the first floor. The Hilton folks should have their heads examined as this has to be one of the dumbest corporate decisions in recent history ("New Coke" anyone?). If you'd like a cup of coffee first thing while hanging out in your own room, head over to the Hampton Inn just a few doors down for the same price.

The air conditioning heater doesn't work, they changed my room and it doesn't work either.

There were several areas to sit so you didn’t feel like all cramped in the center of a room .

It certainly is convenient to the airport; right across the street. If you don't mind crossing 4 lanes of traffic, you could walk. Check in went very smoothly. The room is small, but really plenty of room for 2, and everything we need. It appears very clean. It's a weak shower, though but that made for a long one (at that water flow, it took time to get the shampoo out of my hair). There is a mini-fridge, and a public microwave in the lobby, which also has 24-hr coffee/tea. Despite the airport, it was quiet enough with the fan blowing and we felt safe. Breakfast was an egg omelet, sausage, pancakes, oatmeal, yogurt, bread, etc. There is also a fitness room. Yes, I would stay here again.

It's right near the airport. Free shuttle transportation. Stayed one night and it was perfect.

The only thing i did not like, they did not have my reservation from Expedia. Stood in lobby trying too get through to Expedia ( hung up on more than twice) to get them a confirmation number. The hotel was great. Not the booking through Expedia!

Staff was incredibly helpful. My flight landed late and they had someone there waiting to pick me up. In the mornings I had a 8 week old puppy while trying to eat breakfast, the front desk offered to watch him so I was able to eat. Nicest staff I’ve ever experienced at a hotel.

Versatility in the rooms.

100% family friendly! We actually were staying overnight after the UT game. We got an Uber, 15 minutes to Neyland Stadium, and an easy jump back in the highway to Knoxville. Hates having to pay the inflated price (UT game), but it was comfortable with a good breakfast.
