I have stayed in this hotel twice primarily for the convenience of location to airport and many restaurants. As an IHG platinum member I was not recognized upon check in. I was in room 106 first visit which was located very close to front desk and dining hall. It was very noisy in the morning. I requested room on higher level at end of hall, however was given room 110 on second visit which I experienced same problem. Upon arrival the room appeared clean, yet it had a musty odor. I plugged phone charger into outlet by bed and it was non functional. Each room has a very small refrigerator which can only accommodate a few drinks. If you bring your own food or have leftover, take out restaurant food, it will not fit in refrigerator. They have Keurig coffee maker. The coffee they have selected is absolutely disgusting. I got up early to take advantage of free breakfast. I have stayed at numerous IHG establishments and looked forward to food. The selection and quality of food was average. Paper plates and plastic knives and forks doesn’t represent a good IHG establishment. The biscuits for sausage gravy you could not cut with knife. I attempted to check out, online, yet was given message to checkout at front desk. Upon checkout desk staff asked if I desired receipt. I stated yes and individual replied , I am giving you a white piece of paper with your name and date because you booked with Expedia. You will be charged $25.00 upon check in for so called incidentals I was unaware of.

Hotels.com listed this property as having shuttle service to the airport which it did not. Shame on them for not having up to date records. Ended up having to use Uber which we had not planned on. Hotel is very nice, will not use Hotels.com again

The room smelled and the AC was loud. The ceiling was peeling. The walls are so thin that I could hear my neighbors at 5:15am having a conversation with a lot of profanity. It woke my four year old and he couldn’t go back to sleep. Instead, he heard lots of inappropriate language. We quickly packed and left. I won’t use this hotel in the future.

No airport shuttle, beds are extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom doesn’t have an exhaust fan.. floors were sticky in lobby, elevator and in the room.

This was the nicest Holiday Inn I have ever stayed at! Cleaned, friendly staff great breakfast!

yes, the employees, not other guests, were extremely loud - the utility room door was always open and they were very loud - complaining about their jobs on and on - when the lady was vaccuming the hallway, she constantly banged the vaccum into the door

The outside entrance rooms are great! If you are traveling with valuables you can back your vehicle up to your room for safety.

It is generally surrounding the sleeve in which the PTAC unit sits and is likely caused by a poor seal/insulation to the outside environment. The mold extends around the entire perimeter of the PTAC and is obstructed by the interior window trim, which is why not many people have noticed it I’m sure.

The walls must be paper thin! We were startled awake to the noise of the shower, and someone coughing and sneezing. It was so loud that we believed they were in our bathroom!!

Was in town for a car show this past weekend and absolutely LOVED the option to get a room with drive-up access. Room was clean, comfortable bed, great breakfast spread with so many options for everyone and friendly staff. Hotel was conveniently located near the airport and had a few restaurants within walking distance.

Well this was the first time I had a chance to take my Granddaughter who is 6 out of state and a stay in a Hotel. We both loved the environment, the staff and accommodations. My only issue was washing my Granddaughters hair in the tub - I needed a cup or a nozzle to rinse her hair out properly. Using the shower head from a distance was not favorable.

I would highly recommend anyone stay here. The staff is extremely courteous and friendly. The property is clean. Was an extremely pleasant stay

One night stay. Hotel needs some work. Has been neglected by Holiday Inn. Hallways definitely need remodel. No fan in room bathroom, refrigerator didn’t work. Disappointed

Team was friendly and helpful. Key expired after one day, but the team quickly fixed the key for the duration of my stay. Breakfast was hot and ready with many choices. Suggest granola to go with the yogurt and recommend the team watch for guest requests a little closer.

The property was okay. The rug seemed dirty. We prefer a room with floors. The staff was very nice and accommodating. The breakfast was nice. We were surprised that is had eggs and bacon and other hot food.

Did not have my 2-night stay in a standard king room. I was put in a standard queen room instead. Asked to be moved to a king room only to be told they had none available so cancelled and checked into a different hotel.

This hotel was my least favorite hotel I’ve stayed in recently. The check in was slow and the guy behind the counter had the personality of a slug. The room had thin walls so the noise in the halls and on the outside of the building was a bit much. The pool had swim lessons going on for most of the afternoon which shortened our time there. Luckily I don’t plan on revisiting the Great Smoky National Park again so the odds of staying here are rather slim.

Room is fine. There is mold on the walls and ceiling in the bathroom due to there being no fan. The pool is not heated so it was too cold for my daughter to swim in which was a major reason why we booked this hotel

Rm 229, window bed mattress worn out, like sleeping in a sink hole. Shower valve leaked, wouldn't stop leaking. Used curtin to block spray from getting floor wet when not in use, disappointed, felt like for the price it didn't live up to Holiday Inn standards. After 2 days breakfast was boring, pan cakes were like robber.

We had an excellent stay but some unfortunate bad weather which caused a power outage. The staff was extremely helpful and courteous during the ordeal. I would definitely recommend this location for weekend trips.

Really nice that they supply Dove body wash, shampoo, hand wash and lotion in convenient large size, wall-mounted dispensers. Toilets could stand to be upgraded to "comfort height" - the one in the room we had was as low as an elementary school's and very difficult for a full-grown adult to manage when the world has moved on to the taller toilets! We selected the hotel based on it's proximity to the airport and the free shuttle, but discovered the "Free Shuttle" doesn't start until 7:30 a.m. so a bit disappointing.

The staff qas super nice, helpful, and friendly. The area around the hotel is very poorly lit. The breakfast area seating was old and stained.

Rooms were not ready for checkin at 4pm. Second night our beds were not made. 2 out of 3 mornings there were no cinnamon rolls ar breakfast.

The staff was nice. The room wasn’t great. The blackout blinds had holes in it and was buckled when it came all the way down. The bathroom fixtures were loose, the heat didn't work cirrectly, and the lights were very bright. Over all disappointed.

We were told they have a shuttle. They do not. We paid $20 to and from the airport and hotel was dirty, old. They told us they are losing their brand name due to not keeping up with brand standards.

Quick stay after a backpacking trip before flying out. Have stayed here before and it’s just ok for a quick one night stay. Definitely could use some maintenance and refreshing as its looking kinda dirty and not well maintained.

The person who checked us in was not the friendliest person I met. It would have been nice to have a fan in the bathroom for showering so everything wasn’t steamed up. The woman who served the breakfast was exceptional and deserves too pay!

We stayed in Alcoa for a 3day concert at The Shed. Our room was nice.

It was great but desk not staffed all night

Room was clean. Bacon with breakfast. Nice. Would loke regular tea, not herbal. The black tea provied has bergamot oil in it, so is herbal. Does not provide shuttle to the airport as advertised but front desk says they will pay for taxi we ordered. We'll see

Staff at the front desk were rude & more worried about talking/flirting with men than helping visitors. Rooms were dirty & the hotel had inaccurate description of amenities online. They DID NOT offer shuttles to the airport even though it stated online. Heated AND TV did not work in our room. Would not recommend
